At Render, we’re building the modern cloud platform for developers creating AI-native, full-stack, multi-service applications. Our mission is to eliminate the tradeoff between the power of hyperscalers and the simplicity of developer-friendly platforms—so teams can ship fast, scale reliably, and focus on their product, not infrastructure.
Unlike complex hyperscalers or ephemeral edge/serverless solutions, Render offers a developer-first experience with persistent compute, dynamic autoscaling, built-in orchestration, and observability, allowing teams to launch, scale, and manage real-world applications without writing infrastructure code or managing servers. Whether you're building LLM-powered applications, scalable SaaS products, or async processing pipelines, Render empowers teams to move fast and scale confidently from MVP to millions of users.
Our platform is trusted by over 7 million developers worldwide and continues to grow rapidly. In February 2026, we raised an additional $100M in Series C financing, bringing our total funding to $260M, to accelerate our vision of making cloud infrastructure both powerful and intuitive—designed for the speed of modern AI development.
We’re a diverse and talented team that values craft, velocity, and user experience. If you’re excited to help shape the future of the intelligent cloud and empower developers everywhere, we’d love to hear from you.

Our ideal candidate has a well-established network and a proven track record of selling to C-level and senior decision-makers at major industrial and telecom organizations in the Nordics — and is passionate about the transformative possibilities of AI voice technology.
In this role you'll act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor, enabling clients to leverage our industry-leading models and ElevenAgents — our end-to-end platform for building and deploying AI voice agents — to reimagine their customer experience, internal workflows, and monetization strategies.
In this role you will:
1. Build and manage a growing portfolio of strategic accounts across the Nordics, with a primary focus on Industrials and Telecommunications, to help ElevenLabs meet its revenue goals.
2. Identify new business opportunities where ElevenLabs' conversational AI capabilities, including ElevenAgents, can drive customer engagement, contact center automation, and operational efficiency for industrial and telecom organizations.
3. Lead consultative, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, building compelling business cases that translate AI voice technology into measurable business value for senior executives and economic buyers.
4. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the conversational AI landscape, including customer use cases, competitive solutions, and emerging trends, particularly as they apply to the Nordics industrial and telecom organizations.
5. Demonstrate expertise, or a strong willingness to learn, about conversational AI and how ElevenLabs' voice technology can unlock value across customer support, virtual agents, IVR modernization, and in-app assistants.
6. Develop and execute account strategies to expand ElevenLabs' presence within the Nordics industrials and telecom sectors, navigating complex procurement and organizational structures.
7. Partner closely with Customer Success, FDEs and Solutions Engineering to ensure smooth onboarding, deployment, and expansion of accounts.
8. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, educating C-suite and senior operations leaders on emerging trends in generative AI, voice interfaces, and conversational agents.
Requirements
- 7+ years of quota-carrying strategic sales experience in SaaS or technology, ideally with exposure to AI, generative AI, LLM-based products, or API-driven platforms.
- Proven success closing deals and managing long, complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders across business, IT, legal, and procurement.
- Well-connected in the Nordics industrials and telecom landscape, with an existing network of senior individuals and strong executive presence and ability to build relationships at the C-suite and board level.
- Experience selling technical solutions to product and engineering leaders; ability to translate complex technology into business value.
- Deep understanding of enterprise procurement and legal processes in the Nordics, with the ability to accelerate deal velocity within complex organizational structures.
- Comfort operating in an early-stage, high-growth environment, including building new playbooks and iterating quickly.
- Passion for voice and audio AI and how it can unlock transformative value for customers.

We do this with courage to innovate, commitment to outcomes, collaboration across 50+ nationalities and 7 markets, and a customer-led approach that puts real people first. Add a desire to win – and you get a culture that's ambitious, fast-moving, and built on trust.
Our brands – including AutoTrader, OLX, Otomoto Property24, and more – are loved by millions. And we're backed by Prosus, one of the world's largest tech investors.
Join OLX and see how far you can go.
This role will be based in Poland, and you need to be residing in the country already.
As an Engineering Manager, you'll lead software engineers building and scaling critical platforms that power the OLX engineering ecosystem. You'll combine strong people leadership with enough technical depth to guide major projects, shape technical direction, and help the team solve complex platform challenges.
This is not a generalist Engineering Manager role. Previous experience leading an engineering team in a Platform environment is mandatory. We need someone who understands what it means to build platforms for other engineers and the unique challenges that come with balancing developer experience, reliability, scalability, standardisation, and team autonomy.
You'll capture requirements, shape ambitious but balanced project scope, lead technical initiatives, and partner across teams to solve technical problems and ensure smooth adoption and implementation of platform solutions. Our Platform environment is a mix of software engineering, APIs, distributed systems, infrastructure, DevOps, scalability, and reliability.
We're looking for someone who can operate at both levels: developing people and leading a Platform team, while providing the technical and organisational leadership needed to make the platform successful.
What you will be doing:
Lead by example and manage a team of talented engineers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and career development support;
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data science and data engineering managers, and product managers to define project goals, scope, and deliverables;
Drive the end-to-end development process, from design to implementation and deployment, ensuring high-quality and scalable solutions (with controlled cost);
Identify and prioritize technical initiatives, considering ROI, scalability, and performance requirements;
Implement modern software development practices, including agile methodologies, continuous integration, and deployment, to ensure efficient and effective project delivery;
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring that the platform meets customer needs and provides an exceptional user experience;
Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture, promoting knowledge sharing, innovation, and continuous improvement.
What you have:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field;
Track record of proven people management experience (3+ years) focused on developing and growing people;

About the Role:
We are looking for a strong Product Manager to lead the development and growth of our cash loans and credit lines portfolio for the Near Prime segment. You will be fully responsible for building and scaling these products, owning their P&L, and delivering a seamless customer experience across every touchpoint. This is a role for someone who can balance customer desirability, technological feasibility, and business profitability — turning constraints into competitive advantages. The role is mostly remote, with business trips when required.
Key Responsibilities:
Define product strategy and roadmap for Cash Loans and Credit Lines tailored to Near Prime customers, based on market analysis and competitive monitoring.
Design compelling value propositions that balance customer attractiveness with tech feasibility, regulatory constraints, and financial efficiency.
Own full product P&L and key performance metrics: time-to-yes, time-to-cash, activation and usage rates, balance per customer, profitability, vintage risk quality, and attrition. Initiate data-driven changes to meet target KPIs.
Architect end-to-end customer journeys, covering legal, financial, and technology layers to ensure seamless onboarding and lifecycle management — from acquisition and activation to active usage and retention.
Develop partnership integration concepts with online/offline retailers and other channels to drive customer acquisition.
Continuously analyze and improve unit economics (UE) for each product, increase customer segment LTV, and boost overall portfolio efficiency.
Build and manage end-to-end product management processes for the Cash Loans and Credit Lines stream. Define a success matrix for new products and initiatives.
Collaborate cross-functionally with risk, marketing, IT, finance, and legal teams (both locally and with headquarters). Collect and incorporate feedback from all stakeholders.
Drive continuous improvement of customer experience (CJM) through product and process optimization. Ensure new features and products meet cost, quality, and performance targets.
Key Requirements:
Solid experience in consumer lending (Cash Loans, Credit Lines, Credit Cards, PDL, or other unsecured credit) on the business or risk management side — mandatory.
Deep understanding of adjacent functions: risk management, marketing, and IT.
Strong upper-intermediate English (both spoken and written) — required for regular communication with international teams and HQ.
Powerful analytical skills, out-of-the-box thinking, and flexibility. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
Openness to new ideas, genuine desire to learn, advanced communication and soft skills.
What We Offer
Remote work format, with office/on-site options when needed.
Official employment under local labor law; contractor arrangements available for candidates from other countries.
Opportunity to shape a strategically important product line in an international fintech environment.
Data-driven culture where your decisions directly impact business growth and customer outcomes.
Autonomy to build processes from scratch and drive meaningful innovations in the Near Prime lending space.

Here at Humanoid, we believe in a future where robots amplify human potential. That’s why we’ve set out on a mission to build the world’s most capable, commercially-scalable, and safe humanoid robots. We’re bringing that mission to life with HMND‑01 - our rapidly developed humanoid platform being deployed in real industrial environments - and we’re growing the team to take it even further.
OUR MISSION
At Humanoid we strive to create the world's leading, commercially scalable, safe, and advanced humanoid robots that seamlessly integrate into daily life and amplify human capacity.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Research Engineer on the World Models team, you will build action-conditioned generative models that predict how the world evolves around our robots — future video, proprioception, contacts, and outcomes — from past observations and actions. World models serve four purposes in our stack: a pretrained, physics-aware prior for our VLA policies; an engine for rare data collection, cross-platform transfer, and sim-to-real transfer; a testbed for policy evaluation and testing before hardware; and a future-prediction rollout engine that surfaces what our policies intend to do, for safety and planning. This is a hands-on individual contributor role: you will design architectures, run large training jobs, and validate your models against real fleet data from industrial deployments.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Design and train multimodal world models — video, state, action, and language — using diffusion-based and transformer architectures.
- Build action-conditioned video prediction and dynamics models that stay physically consistent over long horizons, including contact-rich manipulation, and serve as pretrained priors for VLA policies.
- Develop learned-simulator evaluation: score candidate policies offline, predict real-world success rates before deployment, and roll out policy futures to expose intended behaviour for safety review and planning.
- Generate synthetic rollouts and counterfactual experience — including rare events, cross-platform transfer, and sim-to-real transfer — to augment policy training, and measure their effect on downstream task performance.
- Establish fidelity metrics and calibration protocols that quantify where the world model can be trusted and where it diverges from reality.
- Build data pipelines that turn fleet telemetry, teleoperation logs, and internet-scale video into training corpora for world models.
- Run scaling and ablation studies on architecture, data mixture, and context length; communicate findings crisply.
- Collaborate with pretraining, RL, and manipulation teams to integrate world models into policy training and evaluation loops.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- A track record of training large generative models — video, world, or multimodal — with shipped models or published artifacts to show for it.
- Deep hands-on experience with modern generative architectures: diffusion models, autoregressive transformers, latent-variable models, or video prediction.
- Experience with large-scale distributed training: streaming datasets, checkpointing and state management, debugging numerics and training instabilities.
- Strong Python + PyTorch/JAX; you can profile kernels, optimize data loaders, and write maintainable research code.
- Empirical rigor: you design careful evaluations, run honest baselines, and document experiments clearly.
- Excitement about grounding generative models in physical reality rather than pixels alone.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with world models for robotics or autonomous driving (e.g., action-conditioned video models, learned simulators, model-based RL).
- Familiarity with robotics simulators (Isaac Sim, MuJoCo) and sim-to-real considerations.
- Experience using world models for policy evaluation or synthetic data generation at scale.
- Publications at top-tier deep learning conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, CoRL, CVPR) or equivalent open-source contributions.
- Experience optimizing generative models for fast inference.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive equity: stock options with meaningful upside as we scale.
- 30+ paid days off, including 23 days of annual leave, all UK bank holidays, and additional company closure days (including Christmas–New Year shutdown).
- Private healthcare, including virtual and in-person care.
- Pension scheme with 8% total contribution (5% employee, 3% employer) on full earnings.
- Free daily breakfast, catered lunch, and snacks in-office.
- Work at the frontier - collaborate daily with world-class engineers, researchers, and product experts building the next generation of AI and humanoid robotics.
- Real ownership - direct access to founding leadership, meaningful input on product direction, and the ability to drive key initiatives from day one.
