From idea to product, Figma empowers teams to streamline workflows, move faster, and work together in real time from anywhere in the world. Figma's Business Development & Partnerships team aims to advance our company goals by working with partners to augment product experiences, drive user engagement, accelerate user and revenue growth, distribute our products and services, and raise brand awareness. As Figma's product portfolio and user base continue to evolve, the team plays a critical role in connecting our platform to a broader network of builders, developers, and solution partners.
We're looking for a thoughtful people leader and product partnerships operator to help scale the impact of our growing team. Reporting to the Director of Product Partnerships, you will initially lead a small, growing team of Partner Managers responsible for product-area portfolios and scaled programs. You will translate Product Partnerships priorities into clear portfolio plans, coach the team to deliver excellent partner outcomes, and build the operating rhythms, standards, and cross-functional alignment that allow the organization to scale. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong people leadership with product judgment, operational rigor, and a track record of bringing complex technology partnerships to life.
This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
What you'll do at Figma:
Lead, coach, and develop an initial team of 3-5 Partner Managers who own product-area portfolios and scaled partnership programs; set clear expectations, provide actionable feedback, and support strong performance and career growth
Partner with the Director of Product Partnerships to translate organization-wide strategy and priorities into focused portfolio plans, resource allocation decisions, and measurable goals for the team
Create leverage across the organization by ensuring Partner Managers can independently drive day-to-day partner strategy, execution, communications, and decision-making, while maintaining a high and consistent quality bar and communication about their work
Oversee the health and impact of the team's partner portfolio, helping partner managers prioritize the highest-value opportunities and guide strategy, unblock complex workstreams, and navigate risks, tradeoffs, and escalations
Build strong relationships with leaders across Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, Research, Operations, Finance, and Legal to align partnership priorities with company and product goals
Define and track portfolio-level success metrics, review progress with the team, and deliver concise business updates to Partnerships leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
Serve as the primary point of escalation and step into the highest-leverage partner moments when leadership, negotiation support, escalation management, or cross-functional alignment is needed, while preserving clear ownership for the Partner Manager
Help evolve the Product Partnerships organization as it grows by improving processes, clarifying roles and decision rights, and supporting hiring and onboarding for new team members
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
12+ years of experience in partnerships with predominant focus in product partnerships or ecosystem partnerships, and 3+ years of direct people management experience, with a track record of hiring, coaching, and developing high-performing teams
The ability to define strategy, plan, prioritize, build cross-functional alignment, execute efficiently on long-term, cross-functional projects, and iterate alongside product, GTM, and executive teams
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, including the ability to structure frameworks, initiate an action plan, and lead complex, first-of-their-kind, technical partnerships and negotiations
Technical depth; experience contributing to and influencing product strategy, roadmap, and execution as well as analyzing data to build and share insightful business recommendations
A demonstrated ability to execute on short term business needs in tandem with driving strategic decisions that align with the broader company and partnerships roadmap
While it’s not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:
Proven ability to create and implement product partnership strategies in enterprise SaaS
Track record of building partnership processes, programs, or teams during periods of rapid company or product growth
Demonstrated success leading teams that manage both high-touch product partnerships and scaled ecosystem programs
At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. If you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with the points outlined in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.

MinIO is the data and memory foundation for enterprise AI. Built for the speed, scale, and economics that AI and analytics demand, AIStor and MemKV unify every layer of the data stack, from agentic and inference context memory to tables and objects across core, edge, and cloud. Trusted by 77% of the Fortune 100, MinIO is redefining how AI factories, intelligent applications, and autonomous agents secure, persist, and unlock the full value of their data.
MinIO is looking for a senior partnership and business development executive to own a flagship strategic partnership end-to-end—commercially, operationally, and strategically—as it scales from initial agreement into a multi-year, multi-workstream engagement across the region's sovereign AI infrastructure landscape.
This is a high-visibility, single-account-depth role. You'll sit at the intersection of enterprise sales, channel/reseller strategy, and executive relationship management, with the credibility to operate comfortably at C-level on both sides.
What You Will Do
Own the day-to-day partnership relationship.
Act as the primary point of contact between MinIO and the partner's business and technical teams, keeping both sides aligned on commitments, priorities, and delivery milestones across the joint platform engagement.
Expand the commercial scope of the partnership.
Identify and negotiate opportunities to grow the relationship — new use cases, new regions, upsells, renewals, and expanded terms — building on the existing agreement.
Manage contract renewals and amendments.
Own the negotiation of contract renewals, amendments, and expanded commercial terms as the partnership evolves.
Build and maintain executive relationships.
Serve as the primary business point of contact for partner executives; keep leadership on both sides engaged and aligned on the health and direction of the partnership.
Drive partnership-sourced pipeline and revenue.
Own quota or targets tied to pipeline and revenue generated through the partnership; work with sales to convert the relationship into closed business.
Run joint go-to-market execution.
Partner with marketing and sales to execute co-selling motions, joint offers, and campaigns — including reseller/channel activation — that activate the partnership commercially.
Manage ongoing partner operations.
Run recurring cadences with the partner — QBRs, roadmap syncs, escalation handling — and keep internal stakeholders informed of partnership status, risks, and commercial health.
Navigate reseller and channel dynamics.
Manage complexity across the partner ecosystem, ensuring commercial terms remain consistent with MinIO's broader channel strategy.
Translate partner needs into internal priorities.
Bring partner feedback and requirements back to product and engineering, and advocate for the resourcing needed to keep commitments on track — without owning the product roadmap yourself.
Track and report on partnership performance.
Define and report on KPIs for the partnership — pipeline generated, revenue closed, deployment milestones hit, and overall partnership health — to regional and global leadership.
Represent MinIO externally.
Represent MinIO alongside the partner at industry events (including flagship regional events such as LEAP), conferences, and executive briefings to strengthen the partnership's visibility in the market.
Your Skills and Experience
15–20 years of collective experience across sales, presales, channel/alliances, and business development, ideally within infrastructure, data, or AI/ML companies — with a meaningful portion of that in a strategic partnership or key-account ownership capacity.
Deep, demonstrated familiarity with the Saudi Arabia enterprise technology and sovereign-AI/government-adjacent ecosystem — national AI infrastructure initiatives and the broader Vision 2030 digital infrastructure landscape.
A track record of managing and growing an existing strategic partnership at scale — expanding scope, renewing and amending contracts, and increasing revenue over multi-year horizons.
Comfort owning commercial terms and contract negotiations directly (MSAs, NFRs, exclusivity, revenue share, reseller structures), with support from legal as needed.
Strong working knowledge of object storage, data infrastructure, or AI/ML ecosystems — enough to speak credibly with technical stakeholders on topics like sovereign AI infrastructure, inference/training data pipelines, and platform architecture, even though this is not a hands-on technical role.
Demonstrated success managing a partner relationship that drove measurable pipeline or revenue growth over time.
Excellent relationship-building and executive communication skills — fully comfortable in the room with C-level partners and government-adjacent stakeholders.
Experience with co-selling motions, joint go-to-market execution, channel/reseller management, and partner enablement.
Bilingual fluency in Arabic and English, with a professional communication style suited to the Gulf enterprise and government context.
Based in Riyadh; willing to travel regionally to partner sites, conferences, and industry events as needed.
Equal Opportunity Policy (EEO)
MinIO is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and an affirmative action employer. We review applications for employment without regard to their race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, ancestry, citizenship, age, veteran status, genetic information, physical or mental disability, medical condition, marital status, or any other basis prohibited by law.

Attio is the CRM for agentic revenue. Designed for the most ambitious go-to-market teams, it gives companies the power to understand every customer, automate at scale, and build their go-to-market motion exactly as they need. We've raised $116M from some of the world's best investors: GV (Google Ventures), Redpoint, Balderton, Point Nine, and 01A.
We hire builders who thrive on complex technical challenges, hold themselves to a high bar, and genuinely care about delighting the people who use what they build. The team here brings sharp judgement, real craft, and the drive to do exceptional work. We're obsessed about the details and energized by the frontier.
If you want to do the best work of your career, this is the right place.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Our Support team is at the heart of Attio’s customer experience — maintaining an exceptional 98% CSAT average over the past six months. We hold ourselves to an incredibly high standard at every stage of the customer journey, ensuring that every interaction reflects our commitment to clarity, care, and quality.
As a Technical Support Specialist, you’ll be the trusted voice of Attio to our customers — helping them solve problems, unlock value, and feel supported every step of the way. You’ll troubleshoot technical issues, share product best practices, and act as the customer’s advocate across teams.
This is a role for someone who thrives on problem-solving, loves getting into the details, and finds genuine satisfaction in turning a complex issue into a seamless experience. You’ll play a key role in maintaining the standards that make our customers love Attio — and help us set a new benchmark for excellence in B2B SaaS support.
This is Attio’s first hire in the APAC region, offering a unique opportunity to help establish our presence in Australia. As such, we’re looking for a self-starter who’s comfortable working autonomously, taking ownership, and navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
In this role, you’ll take ownership of the technical and operational processes that keep our customers successful. You’ll combine empathy, product expertise, and clear communication to deliver best-in-class support.
Customer support excellence: Provide fast, high-quality support across email, chat, and video, maintaining strong CSAT and meeting SLAs across APAC hours.
Advanced technical troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex issues across Attio’s API (REST payloads, authentication, error handling), webhooks, SDKs, and integrations — identifying root causes rather than surface-level fixes.
Multi-system debugging: Investigate issues spanning Attio and third-party platforms, interpreting logs, error outputs, and system behaviours to triage effectively before escalating to Engineering.
Automation & workflow support: Advise on and troubleshoot customer-built automations (e.g. Zapier, Make, n8n), diagnosing failures and recommending improvements, while supporting equivalent builds within Attio’s native workflows.
AI & integrations support: Troubleshoot MCP server connections and support customers integrating Attio into AI-powered workflows and toolchains.
Autonomous regional ownership: Act as the primary technical support contact for APAC, independently managing a wide range of queries — from foundational product questions to complex technical investigations.
Customer advocacy: Surface recurring issues, patterns, and product feedback from the APAC region, acting as the voice of the customer to Support, Product, and Engineering.
Process and knowledge improvement: Contribute to Help Center content, internal documentation, and support workflows, continuously improving how we operate.
Product mastery: Build deep expertise in Attio’s product, APIs, and integrations, staying ahead of new features to support customers with confidence.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
We’re looking for a customer-obsessed problem solver who combines technical curiosity with empathy and a love for helping others succeed.
Proven experience: 2+ years in a technical support or customer support role within SaaS, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment.
Strong technical depth: Experience troubleshooting APIs, integrations, and workflows; comfortable working with logs, debugging issues, and understanding system behaviour.
Automation experience: Familiarity with tools such as Zapier, Make, or n8n — either supporting customers or building automations directly.
AI & modern tooling curiosity: Experience with AI-powered workflows and emerging technologies.
Independent operator: Comfortable working autonomously, making decisions, and managing complex issues without constant oversight.
Excellent communication: Able to explain complex technical concepts clearly and concisely, both written and verbally.
Customer empathy: Strong instinct for understanding customer needs and delivering thoughtful, high-quality solutions.
Curiosity and initiative: Proactive, detail-oriented, and motivated to continuously learn and improve.
Collaborative mindset: Works effectively with Support, Product, and Engineering to deliver a seamless customer experience.

- Equity in an early-stage tech company on an incredible trajectory
- 12% Superannuation contribution
- 25 days holiday plus local public holidays

THE ROLE
ClickHouse is the fastest, most resource-efficient open-source database for real-time analytics, and ClickHouse Cloud is growing across every region and segment. Our Solution Architects (SAs) are the technical heart of that growth: They run the proofs of concept, defend the architecture, and win the room against the largest data platforms in the world.
You will be the single owner of global technical sales enablement and SA onboarding at ClickHouse. You are integral in deciding what a ClickHouse SA needs to know, say and do in order to be successful, and you wholly own the build out of the programs to get them there. You will measure everything, incorporate AI, and drive real results that time to revenue impact. You are the connective tissue between Product, Product Marketing, Sales leadership, SA leadership, and the field.
This is a Principal-level individual contributor role. You lead through influence, the systems you build, and the credibility you earn.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
GLOBAL SA ONBOARDING
- Design and run the end-to-end onboarding program for new SAs across AMER, EMEA, and APJ. These include but are not limited to: Technical foundations, ClickHouse architecture and internals, demo and POC craft, discovery and objection handling, competitive positioning, and our sales process.
- Define and certify ramp. Set clear 30/60/90-day milestones, build the certification and shadow-to-lead progression, and publish time-to-productivity as a metric leadership can see and trust.
- Make onboarding regionally real. Adapt the global program to how each theater sells, and coordinate cohort schedules, mentors, and live sessions across time zones.
TECHNICAL SALES ENABLEMENT STRATEGY AND EVERBOARDING
- Own the global technical enablement plan and its calendar. This includes the quarterly priorities, the programs behind them, and the communication that keeps SA and Sales leadership aligned on what is shipping and why.
- Run product-launch readiness for the field. Partner with Product and PMM so SAs have talk tracks, demo environments, hands-on labs, and competitive positioning before General Availability.
- Build the competitive and architecture curriculum. Deep dives, battlecards, and objection-handling playbooks against the platforms we meet most (cloud data warehouses, search and observability stacks, and incumbent OLAP systems).
- Extend enablement to adjacent technical roles as needed: Account Executives on technical fundamentals, Support on the sales motion, and partners on positioning.
DIAGNOSE, THEN PRESCRIBE
- Start from signals, not requests. Use call recordings, CRM data, win/loss, POC outcomes, certification results, and conversations with SA leaders to find the skill gaps that actually cost us deals, then classify and prioritize them with data.
- Pick the right modality for the gap: hands-on lab, self-serve path, live workshop, AI role-play, peer teaching, or in-the-moment coaching. Measure behavior change and deal outcomes.
- Close the loop. Systematically capture what is breaking in the field (friction, lost deals, recurring objections) and route it to Product, PMM, and Sales leadership as actionable recommendations.
BUILD AT SCALE
- Own the enablement toolchain: the LMS or learning hub, content repositories, certification tracking, and reporting. Keep a single source of truth for what is current.
- Activate SME communities. Identify and support the SAs who are already the best at something, and give them the structure to teach it peer-to-peer across regions.
STAY IN THE FIELD
- Spend roughly 10% of your time in customer-facing moments by joining POCs, account reviews, and live coaching.
- Facilitate. You will personally deliver live sessions, virtually and in person, at onboarding cohorts, regional kickoffs, and Kickoff events.
OPERATE LIKE AN OWNER
- Report on readiness. Define the KPIs (ramp time, certification rates, POC win rate, technical win contribution, workshop effectiveness) and present them in monthly and quarterly business reviews.
- Manage the portfolio. Run multiple programs in parallel, protect the plan from ad-hoc drift, and say no with a reason and an alternative.
- Expand the charter. This role will grow, potentially into hiring and leading a team, owning SKO technical tracks, partner enablement, or a technical certification program for customers.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE IN THE FIRST YEAR
- Every new SA worldwide goes through one global onboarding program with a defined ramp, and time-to-first-solo-POC is measured and trending down.
- SAs are enabled on every major launch before GA, with demo environments and competitive positioning ready on day one.
- Technical enablement priorities are set from field data and reviewed with SA and Sales leadership on a fixed cadence, and leadership can point to the deals and metrics that moved.
- A living competitive and architecture curriculum exists, is current, and is used by SAs and, increasingly, by AEs.
- SA leaders describe you as part of their extended leadership team, not a service desk.
WHAT YOU BRING
REQUIRED
- 3+ years in a quota-carrying role. You have owned a number as an Account Executive, quota-carrying Solutions Engineer, or equivalent, and you know what it feels like when the quarter is on the line.
- 8+ years total across solutions engineering, technical pre-sales, or technical enablement at an enterprise software or data infrastructure company, including experience building and running enablement or onboarding programs.
- Deep hands-on data fluency: strong SQL, knowledge of OLAP/analytical databases, data warehousing architectures, streaming and ingestion pipelines, and at least one major cloud. You can run a demo, debug a lab, and read a query plan.
- You have been the engineer in the room. You have run POCs, handled objections live, and defended a technical position against a well-funded competitor.
- Proven program design and delivery: Needs analysis, curriculum design, facilitation (virtual and in person), certification, and measurement for a technical, global audience.
- A self-starter with a bias for building. You create the plan when there is none, you ship version one before it is perfect, and you improve it from evidence.
- Leads through influence. You can secure sponsorship from VPs, align cross-functional peers, and hold the field to a standard without a reporting line.
- Data-driven and operational: comfortable pulling your own CRM and call-intelligence reports, defining KPIs, and debating the numbers with stakeholders.
- Exceptional communicator. You make complex technical concepts accessible without dumbing them down, in writing and on stage.
- Global mindset. Experience working across AMER, EMEA, and APJ time zones, and willingness to travel up to ~25% for cohorts, kickoffs, and field time.
NICE TO HAVE
- Hands-on experience with ClickHouse.
- Experience at a high-growth infrastructure company through a major product launch or rapid SA headcount expansion.
- Background in both pre-sales and post-sales technical roles.
- Demonstrated use of AI tooling to automate content creation, build internal tools, or scale enablement beyond live delivery.
- Familiarity with a structured sales methodology (MEDDPICC, Command of the Message, or similar) and with adult-learning or instructional-design principles.
- Experience building SME networks, peer-learning cohorts, or technical certification programs.

- Flexible work environment - ClickHouse is a globally distributed company and remote-friendly. We currently operate in over 25 countries.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
We are seeking an Enterprise Account Executive, Industries - BFSI to pioneer Anthropic's enterprise AI adoption across India's banking, financial services, and insurance sector. You will build our presence from the ground up, securing transformative deals with leading banks, NBFCs, insurers, and fintechs, and establishing Anthropic as their trusted AI partner for digital transformation. You will navigate the complex, regulated environment of Indian financial institutions and position Claude as the AI solution that drives both efficiency and innovation while maintaining the highest standards of safety and reliability. As one of our first industry specialists in India, you will shape our BFSI go-to-market strategy and build the playbook for how Anthropic serves financial institutions, working closely with global teams while adapting our approach to local market dynamics. This position is based in Bangalore, Mumbai, or NCR, with travel across India.
Key responsibilities
Establish Anthropic's enterprise presence across India's BFSI sector, including public and private sector banks, NBFCs, insurers, asset managers, and fintechs
Develop BFSI-specific strategies that account for RBI, IRDAI, and SEBI requirements, data localization needs, and sector compliance standards
Build relationships with key stakeholders, including CXOs, Chief Risk and Compliance Officers, digital transformation leaders, and innovation heads at India's top financial institutions
Create the India BFSI playbook for enterprise AI adoption, documenting successful approaches that can scale across the region
Own end-to-end sales cycles for complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals, often involving board-level decisions
Drive strategic expansion within lighthouse accounts that can serve as references for the entire BFSI industry
Navigate procurement processes unique to Indian financial institutions, including vendor risk assessments, rate contracts, empanelment procedures, and multi-year agreements
Collaborate with system integrators and consulting partners who often influence technology decisions at banks and insurers
Co-innovate with customers to develop BFSI use cases, from vernacular customer service and fraud detection to credit underwriting and automated compliance reporting
Understand sector-specific challenges such as financial inclusion, legacy core banking modernization, and data security in regulated environments
Position AI strategically within the context of Digital India initiatives and financial sector modernization programs
Ensure successful deployments that can scale from proof-of-concept to enterprise-wide implementation
Partner with global product teams to prioritize features critical for Indian financial institutions, such as multi-language support, data residency, auditability, and integration with local systems
Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to navigate India's evolving AI and data protection regulations
Provide market intelligence on competitive dynamics, pricing expectations, and emerging BFSI use cases unique to India
Build internal alignment between Anthropic's global strategy and India's market requirements
Minimum qualifications
15+ years of enterprise sales experience in the Indian market, with a proven track record of closing large, complex deals, ideally across BFSI sector
Deep understanding of how Indian financial institutions operate, including decision-making processes, budget cycles, and stakeholder dynamics
Experience selling transformational technology (Cloud, AI/ML, Digital Transformation platforms) to Indian enterprises
Established relationships with senior executives across banks, NBFCs, insurers, or fintechs
Understanding of the Indian regulatory landscape, including RBI, NSE, IRDAI, and SEBI requirements, data protection laws, and sector-specific compliance
Consultative selling expertise, with the ability to position AI as a strategic business driver rather than just a technology solution
Complex deal structuring experience, including multi-year contracts, phased deployments, and outcome-based pricing
Technical acumen to engage credibly with CTOs, architects, and data science teams
Cross-cultural communication skills to work effectively with both Indian stakeholders and global teams
Entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to build a market from scratch with limited local resources initially
Patient yet persistent approach to long enterprise sales cycles, while maintaining momentum
Preferred qualifications
Experience selling directly into large Indian banks, insurers, or financial conglomerates
Relationships with Indian system integrators such as TCS, Infosys, Wipro, and HCL, particularly their BFSI practices
Familiarity with Indian business groups and conglomerates, and how decisions flow within these complex organizations
Track record of first-in-market roles or launching new products in India
Domain expertise in areas critical to Indian financial services, such as UPI payments, core banking systems, KYC/AML compliance, Aadhaar integration, or insurance underwriting
Knowledge of government initiatives such as Digital India and their impact on financial sector technology adoption
Experience navigating public sector bank and PSU sales processes is a plus
Logistics

We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.

Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Synthesia is the world’s leading AI video platform for business, used by over 90% of the Fortune 100. Founded in 2017, the company is headquartered in London, with offices and teams across Europe and the US.
As AI continues to shape the way we live and work, Synthesia develops products to enhance visual communication and enterprise skill development, helping people work better and stay at the center of successful organizations.
Following our recent Series E funding round, where we raised $200 million, our valuation stands at $4 billion. Our total funding exceeds $530 million from premier investors including Accel, NVentures (Nvidia's VC arm), Kleiner Perkins, GV, and Evantic Capital, alongside the founders and operators of Stripe, Datadog, Miro, and Webflow.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Almost any company can produce training video at scale today. Almost none can tell you whether it actually made someone better at their job. We're building the product that closes that gap: an agentic, real-time experience where people practice live, dynamic scenarios, and where organizations finally get genuine signal on readiness, instead of a metric tied to course completion. This is a zero-to-one bet on what comes after content, which is practice, and proof.
You'll own one of two of the domains inside that bet, Surveys and Guidance, from strategy through ship.
WHY NOW
Real-time, agentic AI has only just become good enough to hold a convincing live scenario, and to make sense of what happens inside one. The window to define this category is open now, and we intend to own it.
THE PROBLEM YOU'RE SOLVING
Today, the most a company can do to check whether someone has genuinely learned something is watch them complete a module or pass a quiz. The behaviors that matter in real roles, in real moments, are rarely tested reliably, and what comes back to the business is a thin, lagging signal.
We have the underlying technology to change that. What we need is a product manager who can turn it into something an enterprise will use to prepare its people, and that an end user actually wants to engage with, across two connected domains:
- Surveys - capturing structured, trustworthy signal at scale: how people feel, how they're performing, and where the gaps are.
- Guidance - giving people direction in the moment they need it, live and in context, rather than as a debrief after the fact.
Both sit inside the same bet: give organizations proof of readiness, not just proof of attendance.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Owning the multi-quarter strategy for Surveys and Guidance, setting the direction, identifying the right problems to solve, and making the trade-offs needed to deliver against them.
- Defining and evolving the success metrics for both domains, and connecting product outcomes directly to commercial results: retention, expansion, and revenue impact.
- Getting close to the customers who matter most: understanding how they think, where current tools leave them exposed, and translating that into a product direction others can act on.
- Driving a shared understanding of where these product areas are going and why. Engineering, design, R&D, and commercial counterparts should all be able to articulate the strategy and the reasoning behind it.
- Producing written narratives, strategy docs, and PRDs, that move decisions forward and give your team the context to build the right thing without a follow-up conversation.
- Balancing short-term delivery with long-term product health: scoping to reflect execution risk, hitting milestones predictably, and iterating based on evidence rather than opinion.
- Contributing to improvements in product practice across the team, and actively participating in PM hiring.
WHO YOU ARE
You've owned a critical product domain before, one where the stakes were real and the strategy was yours to set, not just execute. You're comfortable operating with autonomy on the what, not just the how, and you have a track record of connecting product decisions to commercial outcomes.
You understand that zero-to-one products in complex domains require you to hold two things at once: the discipline to deliver predictably in the short term, and the judgment to make the right long-term bets while the evidence is still forming. You don't wait for a clean brief. You identify the right problems, form a view, and bring others along.
You're a strong written communicator. Engineering and design partners, commercial leads, and senior leadership should all come away from your docs and updates with a clear understanding of where the domain is going and why, without needing to ask.
You care about the quality of the experience. Real-time, agentic products are unforgiving, and you hold a high bar for what "good" feels like, for the user in the moment and for the customer looking at outcomes.
YOU MAY BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU BRING
- Significant experience in product management, with direct experience owning a critical product domain: setting strategy, not just executing it.
- A track record of connecting product outcomes to commercial results: ARR, retention, expansion, or equivalent.
- Experience with zero-to-one product development in a complex, experience-driven space. You've navigated the ambiguity of a zero-to-one build and have the scar tissue to show for it.
- Experience building agentic or AI-powered products. You understand what makes real-time AI interactions feel natural, and what breaks them.
- Strong written communication: strategy docs, PRDs, and decision memos that others can act on without a follow-up conversation.
- Experience working alongside enterprise buying motions. You'll be close to the commercial team, and that context matters.
We encourage you to apply even if you don't meet every point above. Strong candidates rarely match a list exactly, and we'd rather hear from you.
