About the role
ElevenLabs is expanding globally, and some of our largest enterprise opportunities are won through complex procurement processes. We're building the RFP Engine to own how we compete in them — a new function at the heart of how ElevenLabs pursues its most strategic deals. As a Proposal Manager, you'll be one of its founding members, owning strategic pursuits in your region from qualification through submission: decoding what evaluators actually want, shaping the response strategy with account teams, coordinating input across sales, solutions engineering, legal, and security, and driving every submission to an exceptionally high bar — on time, every time.
You'll run pursuits through an AI-first system and help make it better with every cycle. Automation handles the mechanical work — first drafts, compliance checks, content retrieval — so your judgment goes where it matters: positioning, differentiation, and quality. When you spot work being repeated, you'll help systematise it, turning what you learn on each bid into templates, content, and process the whole company benefits from.
We think the right person has lived complex enterprise bids and knows the difference between a compliant response and a winning one. You write and edit exceptionally well, you're calm and decisive coordinating many contributors against a hard deadline, and you'd rather build the machine than crank the handle.
Requirements
- A track record managing complex enterprise RFP or bid responses end-to-end, from qualification through submission, ideally at a technology company
- A builder's approach to AI and automation: you use AI fluently in your own work, you've shipped internal tooling or workflows (or partnered closely with engineers to do so), and you treat repeated manual effort as a design flaw
- Exceptional writing and editing: you turn technical and commercial input from many contributors into clear, compliant, persuasive responses
- Strong project management under deadline pressure — running contributors, review cycles, and sign-offs across functions and timezones without dropping quality
- Commercial instincts: you can read scoring criteria, spot what will differentiate a response, and flag pursuits that aren't worth the effort
Bonus: additional languages beyond English; experience with security or compliance questionnaires; a technical or pre-sales background.
Growth Potential
We believe in hiring the best talent in the world to look make an impact in the right role at the right time. At ElevenLabs, strong performance creates opportunities for growth. Here are some of the career paths you can expect after excelling in this role:
- Leading regional proposals capacity as pursuit volume grows across markets
- Specialising in bid strategy on our most strategic global pursuits
Location
We're hiring for this role in two regions. This role is remote-first and can be executed from any of our hub cities in EMEA. If you prefer, you can work from our growing number of offices, including in London, Dublin, Madrid or Warsaw.
We are an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, veteran status, disability or other legally protected statuses.

— от 4 лет опыта в IT;

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic is seeking an experienced Customer Programs Manager to build the operational foundation that allows our customer marketing engine to scale. As our advocacy and co-marketing programs grow across startups, digital-native businesses, and enterprise accounts, we need someone who can turn our scaled co-marketing program into a well-instrumented, repeatable and measurable system. You'll deploy resources and capital to create compelling customer stories across formats, and amplify them across both bespoke partnerships and agency-run campaigns. You’ll also own the broader customer marketing intake process and its tooling, and the system of record for how customers participate across advocacy and co-marketing.
You'll work closely with Sales, Partnerships, Marketing, Finance, and Brand, reconciling co-marketing spend each quarter, briefing agencies on which stories we want to tell, and partnering with Marketing Ops and Data Science to build the measurement framework we use to report back to leadership on impact. You'll help shape how a rapidly growing function operates, at a moment when customer proof is one of the most powerful levers we have for building trust in beneficial AI.
Key responsibilities:
Own the investment behind our customer co-marketing programs, covering allocation tracking, spend pacing, agency coordination, and quarterly budget reconciliation across a rotating cohort of customer accounts
Develop and execute co-marketing plans with participating customers that grow Claude adoption and the customer's own reach, coordinating with Growth Marketing on campaign strategy.
Run the always-on scaled co-marketing motion, co-producing high-quality creative assets with a rotating cohort of customers and deploying agency partners to amplify them as paid campaigns on the customer's own channels
Partner with Customer Marketing, Sales, and Partnerships to decide which customers we work with and build the criteria that keep those decisions consistent
Own the customer marketing intake process and its tooling, keeping it the system of record and building the playbooks that keep it consistent as we scale, partnering with Customer Marketing segment leads who own triage and prioritization for their segments
Define how we measure the impact of our customer marketing investments, working with Marketing Ops and Data Science, and use that measurement to shape investment decisions with leadership
Report back to participating customers on what their participation returned, measured on the outcomes they care about, like reach, engagement, and new customer acquisition
Use Claude as a core part of your operational toolkit — building skills, automating intake and triage, and finding leverage wherever a process can be made faster or smarter for the Customer Marketing team
Minimum qualifications
Managed co-marketing growth or partner investment programs and are comfortable with the reconciliation, forecasting, agency coordination, and stakeholder reporting that comes with it
Managed agencies as a working partner, developing the brief, directing the work, and holding the quality bar on co-branded creative
Built joint marketing plans with partners or customers that served their goals as much as your own
Working knowledge of demand generation and paid social and the ability to optimize campaigns
Experience defining how a program gets measured and proving its impact, both to your own leadership and back to the customer in the terms they care about
Existing fluency with Claude, and the instinct to reach for it to automate, analyze, and scale your own work
Comfort building in a fast-moving environment where the program, the budget, and the priorities are all still taking shape
Preferred qualifications
7+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, including at least 3 years in customer marketing. Partner marketing or program management experience is a strong plus.
Experience operating co-marketing or partner marketing programs at a developer-focused or AI/ML company
Background in revenue operations or marketing analytics, and hands-on comfort in Salesforce and BI tooling
Experience proving incremental program impact against a comparison group rather than reporting activity
Experience standing up or owning the tooling behind a marketing program — intake forms, workflow automation, dashboards, or a customer participation database
Comfort working closely with Sales teams and an understanding of how customer marketing supports pipeline and retention

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic's community spans developers building new products, individual Claude users, and practitioners and buyers inside enterprise accounts — from the staff engineer using Claude Code to C-Suite decision-makers. We're hiring a Head of Community to turn our current set of programs into a function that helps millions of people build real skills with Claude, measurably growing retained users and product adoption.
You'll lead and grow a global team that covers ambassadors programs, regional community leads, and enterprise champion programs. Your job is to give this team a sharp operating model and a measurement framework that ladders our initiatives to business outcomes, so users can get the most out of Claude. You'll build community across audiences, seniority levels, functions, and roles: enterprise buyers and executive sponsors, developers and technical practitioners, and the knowledge workers in between. This role sits at the intersection of Product, Sales, PMM, Brand, and Comms.
Key responsibilities
Own the global community strategy and operating model: the audience thesis, the portfolio of programs, and what's built centrally vs. run in-region
Lead, coach, and scale a global team of program and regional owners; hire the gaps, set the bar, and develop community-native operators
Define the measurement framework that replaces activity metrics: partner with Product and Data Science to define success metrics and segment the base (non-user → occasional → high-value daily) — with recurring retained users and product adoption as the top-line outcomes
Build community across the full range of audiences and seniority levels, with programs and voice tuned to each without fragmenting the experience
Connect bottoms-up adoption to enterprise expansion: architect the champions, train-the-trainer, and partner ecosystem motions that turn power users inside accounts into org-wide adoption, and integrate them into how Sales and CS run strategic account plans
Bring training, certification, enablement, and community help together into one engine that scales through champions and partners — so users experience a single path to skill-building with Claude
Partner tightly with Brand and Comms to keep sentiment and awareness healthy: define where community shows up in Anthropic's brand and how we best serve our users
Align community strategy proactively with product direction, launches, and pricing & packaging — owning community's job pre-launch, at launch, and post-launch, and proving it drives value for our users
Minimum qualifications
Have built and led a community or customer advocacy function at a company where community was a growth lever, not a cost center — and can point to the retention, adoption, or expansion outcomes it drove
Have led and developed a distributed team of program owners and regional leads accountable for commercial impact
Think in funnels and segments as naturally as you think in programs: you're comfortable putting your name on a metric in a QBR and defending how community moved it
Have connected self-serve, bottoms-up adoption inside large accounts to enterprise expansion, and can articulate exactly where community sits in that motion
Can flex your playbook across very different audiences — a technical, API-first developer community and an enterprise executive buyer community are different jobs, and you've done versions of both
Operate as an integrated marketer: you've worked day-to-day with cross-functional teams and have strong opinions about how community stays customer-first
Are comfortable partnering with Product and Data Science to define usage quality, instrument it, and hold your team to it
Write and communicate clearly, hold a room with both a Staff engineer and a CIO, and are energized by ambiguity and building at speed
Preferred qualifications
Run community or advocacy at a company operating both a PLG / self-serve motion and an enterprise sales motion at the same time
Built or led a recognized champions, ambassadors, or advocacy program at a company known for the model
Experience with developer tools, infrastructure, or AI products, and credibility with technical audiences
Built the measurement plumbing for a community function before including cohorting, attribution, and usage segmentation
International experience standing up or scaling community in-region (EMEA, Japan/APAC) with a clear philosophy on what runs centrally vs. locally
A track record of listening to communities and building user trust through hard moments alongside a Comms team
Background spanning more than one of: community, customer marketing, developer relations, customer education/enablement, or growth

Our marketplace supports close to 20m+ active users (and growing fast!), provides a level of trust, safety and market accessibility unparalleled to none. We’re proud of what we’ve accomplished in such a short time and look forward to sharing this journey with you. Join us as we continue to scale, diversify our portfolio, and grow with the evolving community of gamers.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a proactive and commercially-minded Head Of Business Unit to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving significant project growth, with a clear mandate to scale and significantly increase our operations and outcomes. You will serve as a key strategic Leader, leveraging your start-up experience to navigate challenges, identify growth opportunities, and execute high-impact commercial initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Full accountability for the unit's P&L: revenue, margin and cost base — you set the KPIs, build the reporting, and make the pricing and investment trade-offs rather than escalating them.
- Stand up a new business line from a standing start — validate the opportunity, ship the first version, and get it to real revenue rather than inheriting something already running.
- Define positioning, pricing and channel strategy, plan market entry, and take accountability for the launch landing — not just the plan being written.
- Keep milestones, resources and dependencies on track across every workstream, without needing to be chased.
- Pull product, engineering, marketing and finance in the same direction, translate between them, and surface blockers early — usually without direct authority over the people involved.
- Replace manual workarounds with processes that scale as the unit grows, so the business doesn't depend on you holding it together.
- Develop and own the 12–24 month growth strategy. Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities, product categories, or monetization channels that materially move the needle.
- Transition from "founder-mode" execution to building scalable processes. Institutionalize repeatable playbooks for category management, supplier onboarding, and performance monitoring that enable sustained, rapid growth.
- Foster a high-velocity testing culture. Build the framework for hypothesis-driven development, design, launch, measure, and iterate on large-scale initiatives that unlock new revenue streams.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in a high-growth B2C startup or ecommerce marketplace environment within the Digital Products ecosystem. You have personally owned a growth metric and successfully scaled it significantly (e.g., from early-stage to high-scale operations).
- Exceptional commercial and numerical acumen. You do not just read data—you build sophisticated models, surface non-obvious insights, and translate complex metrics into clear, actionable business strategies.
- A history of leading large-scale projects from concept to market-ready execution. You have experience navigating the friction of cross-departmental alignment and delivering measurable outcomes under pressure.
- You thrive in unstructured, high-velocity environments. You have a proven ability to shape chaos into process and define order where none exists.
- Strong people-management capabilities (experience leading teams of 10+ is a plus). You know how to hire, coach, and mentor high-performing talent, and you possess the executive presence to present plans to leadership.
- A relentless "Get Things Done" mindset. You are results-driven, comfortable challenging the status quo, and willing to put in the necessary effort to hit ambitious growth targets.
- Excellent communication skills, particularly in English. You can influence peers, negotiate with external suppliers, and provide clarity to C-level stakeholders regarding project health and strategic pivots.

About Eneba
At Eneba, we’re building an open, safe and sustainable marketplace for the gamers of today and tomorrow.
ABOUT THE TEAM
The Risk & Fraud team exists to protect the thing that makes a marketplace work: trust. Every transaction we process depends on us drawing a clean line between genuine players and bad actors, without getting in the way of the good ones.
The work spans both ends of the problem: the day-to-day defense — alert review, chargeback management, and escalations from Customer Support — and the longer game of partnership strategy, fraud program design, KPI ownership, and staying ahead of how fraud evolves. We don't treat fraud as a cost centre — we treat it as a discipline.
ABOUT YOUR ROLE
As the Head of Risk & Fraud, you own the line between trust and loss for the entire business.
You're not refereeing from the stands. You set the fraud strategy across all our products, you lead the team, and you own the decisions that actually move the number — which partners we work with, which models we trust, where we draw the risk line, and what we tell Product when a new feature opens a door we'd rather keep shut. You're the person the stakeholders turn to when the question is "how exposed are we, and what are we doing about it?" and you answer with evidence, not vibes.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Owner of the Number: You own the fraud P&L. Payout rate, chargeback rate, approval rate, false-positive rate — across the business, these are yours. You're the one who can explain every movement and who's accountable for the trend line.
- Leader of the Team: You won't just run the team; you'll build a strong second line of leadership beneath you and develop the people in it, so the function stays sharp whether or not you're in the room.
- The Strategy Setter: You own the fraud-reduction roadmap. You decide what we build versus buy, where we invest, and how the multi-product fraud program is designed — then you make sure it actually ships.
- The Partnership Principal: You own the commercial and strategic relationships with our fraud-prevention partners. RFPs, champion-challenger tests, SLAs, and the negotiations themselves sit with you.
- The Cross-functional Bridge: You're the operational partner to Product, Engineering, Finance, and Legal. When the business builds something new, you make sure fraud risk is designed in from the start — not patched in after the first loss.
- The Compliance Anchor: You own our risk-side regulatory and compliance obligations — PSP requirements, KYC, and law-enforcement requests — and make sure we're defensible as we scale across markets.
- The Final Word on Risk: You're the top escalation point for the hardest risk calls, and you represent Risk & Fraud in cross-functional and leadership forums with structure, data, and a clear point of view.
Requirements
-
- A Proven Track Record: You have solid experience in fraud, risk, or financial crime (think 4+ years in a fast-paced or high-growth environment) and have led a team before. What matters most is the scope you've owned — you've been accountable for fraud outcomes end to end, not just clearing queues.
- An Owner of Outcomes: You don't just talk about "reducing fraud" — you have the receipts. You can point to specific times you moved fraud rate, chargeback rate, or approval rate through structural change, and explain the trade-offs you made to get there.
- A Commercial Operator: You've owned partner selection and negotiation, managed budgets and SLAs, and know how to hold a partner accountable to the numbers they promised.
- A Data Native: You have a sixth sense for dashboards. You can look at a metric gap, diagnose the root cause, and make the call without waiting for an analyst to hand you the answer. Comfort in SQL / Databricks-type environments is a strong plus.
- A Builder of Teams: You find genuine satisfaction in developing leaders and building a function that thrives independently. You set clear expectations and you coach.
- Familiar with Our World: Ideally you've spent time in digital marketplaces, e-commerce, payments, or gaming, and you know the failure modes — promo abuse, reseller fraud, account takeover — and the pace of a high-volume digital business.
- Compliance-Fluent: You're comfortable operating against regulatory, PSP, and KYC obligations, and you know where the risk function's responsibility starts and stops.
- A Strong Communicator: Since we operate internationally, your written and spoken English needs to be sharp enough to set strategy, influence executives, and lead a diverse team.

About Nebius:
Nebius is leading a new era in cloud infrastructure for the global AI economy. We are building a full-stack AI cloud platform that supports developers and enterprises from data and model training through to production deployment, without the cost and complexity of building large in-house AI/ML infrastructure.
Built by engineers, for engineers. From large-scale GPU orchestration to inference optimization, we own the hard problems across compute, storage, networking and applied AI.
Listed on Nasdaq (NBIS) and headquartered in Amsterdam, we have a global footprint with R&D hubs across Europe, the UK, North America and Israel. Our team of 1,500+ includes hundreds of engineers with deep expertise across hardware, software and AI R&D.
Role
As a Technical Program Manager in Token Factory, your primary focus will be coordinating complex cross-functional projects, including new model launches, bringing new GPU platforms into production serving, engineering quality and platform-wide improvement projects, and the end-to-end delivery pipeline for new AI models. You will bring together multiple engineering teams, understand the critical path, proactively manage dependencies and risks, and ensure that ambitious technical goals are delivered predictably, on time, and without unnecessary operational overhead.
Your responsibilities will include:
Leading template and model delivery — from weights through validation to production endpoint.
Coordinating model onboarding and production delivery, from infrastructure readiness to successful customer availability.
Running the Applied AI / Customer Delivery sync — driving open issues to resolution and unblocking teams between meetings.
Coordinating the bring-up of new GPU platforms for serving — engine and kernel readiness, benchmarking against current hardware, and template migration once validated.
Partnering with Token Factory Product on the serverless launch path — ensuring validated templates hand off cleanly into catalogue, model card, and public availability.
Building and maintaining execution plans, identifying risks early, and ensuring blockers are resolved before they impact delivery.
Working closely with engineering managers, technical leads, product managers, SRE, infrastructure, networking, security, and other platform teams.
Facilitating technical decision-making and ensuring ownership and accountability across complex cross-team projects.
Continuously improving engineering delivery processes
within Applied AI's delivery chain
to make execution more predictable while maintaining a sustainable pace for engineering teams.
Requirements
Excellent project management and delivery skills with the ability to break down ambiguous initiatives into executable plans
Ability to identify critical paths, manage complex dependency graphs, and coordinate multiple parallel workstreams
Strong risk management and prioritization skills, with the ability to make progress in fast-changing environments
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Comfortable leading incident coordination, facilitating discussions, documenting decisions, and driving follow-up actions
Strong technical background that allows you to understand engineering discussions, infrastructure dependencies, and architectural trade-offs without being the primary implementer
It will be
an added bonus
if you have
Experience working with GPU infrastructure, AI/ML platforms, or large-scale inference systems
Experience delivering cloud infrastructure or data center deployment projects
Familiarity with capacity planning, production operations, and reliability engineering
Previous experience in high-growth infrastructure or platform engineering organizations where priorities change quickly and execution speed matters
