CloudLinux
is a global remote-first company. We are driven by our principles: do the right thing, employees first, we are remote first, and we deliver high-volume, low-cost Linux infrastructure and security products that help companies to increase the efficiency of their operations. Every person on our team supports each other and does what we can to ensure we all are successful.

Imunify360
is CloudLinux's security suite for Linux web servers: real-time and background malware scanning, automated cleanup, a WAF, runtime PHP protection (Proactive Defense), a database malware scanner, and IP reputation. It runs on hosting providers' shared, VPS, and dedicated servers, so new web-malware campaigns land on our fleet early.
We sit on one of the largest labeled corpora of live web-server malware in the industry: files, verdicts, cleanup outcomes, and analyst decisions collected from production hosting servers every day. It already drives our signatures, heuristics, and ML models, and there is far more to get out of it. We are looking for a
Senior ML Engineer
who will turn that data into detection that ships — classifiers, LLM-assisted triage and generated signatures — and keep exploring new ML/LLM methods against it, measured by the product's false-negative and false-positive rates, not by notebook accuracy.
Our dataset focuses on web malware — PHP, JavaScript, HTML phishing kits, infected WordPress and Joomla plugins and themes, database injections — with the context around each file.
What you'll work with:
Malware samples from production servers, with verdicts and analyst decisions
Years of signatures and detection rules
Customer-reported false negatives and false positives
Runtime behavior of code on live sites
Web-attack traffic
File metadata and how files spread across servers
Cleanup outcomes, including what came back
What you will do:
The goal is 10x more malware detected at the same or lower false-positive rate. Hand-written rules and faster pipelines will not get there; models trained on our data might.
Decide which files on a server deserve a closer look, within tight CPU and memory budgets
Tell malicious code from benign at fleet scale and a sensible cost per file
Generate detection signatures automatically from new campaigns
Catch malware that only looks malicious in context, such as phishing pages and script injections
Route each file to the right detection engine
Make cleanup precise so sites stay clean afterwards
Prove each model improves detection before it ships
How we work:
You get an experimentation track, GPUs, and a direct line to leadership; in return, you bring numbers, not opinions.
Remote-first, async
across UTC−5 to UTC+8. Decisions are written down (ADR-Lite) and public by default.
Hardware follows evidence:
Each training direction starts with dedicated GPUs on our own bare metal; leadership has committed to fund more when the case is made with data.
Agentic engineering:
Claude and Codex are the default tools, wired to GitLab, Jenkins, Redash, Jira, and Slite through MCP servers. We look at how engineers work with agents — context, specificity, review quality — not only at output.
Close to ground truth:
You work daily with malware analysts, detection and infrastructure engineers, and the rest of our ML team.
Ship gates:
No model or build goes out if it raises false positives or false negatives on our past-error sets. Blameless post-mortems within 24 hours.
What you'll deliver:
You own the path from raw samples to a model in production, and the numbers that prove it helped.
First month:
A first model trained on production data and measured against today's engines — suspicious-file triage or a metadata model. The evaluation harness in place: splits by time and campaign so families don't leak, and a regression set from past FPs and FNs.
By month 3:
Several models in production: some in shadow mode building evidence, some live and producing real detections, all gated on the past-error regression set. A training setup that keeps its GPUs busy. A written proposal (ADR) for the detection cascade, with cost per file and hardware needs.
By month 12:
Models are a main source of new detections, reported as share of new detections and FN-rate trend. Retraining on fresh analyst and FN labels on a fixed cadence. Generated signatures inside the analyst workflow. Two or three parallel training directions that other engineers can run with your tooling.
Requirements
What you bring:
5+ years building ML systems
that ran in production, including
2+ in an adversarial domain:
security, abuse, fraud, or spam.
Y
ou have trained and fine-tuned transformer models yourself
— data preparation, tokenizing code, LoRA/QLoRA or full fine-tunes, distillation, quantization — not only called hosted APIs.
Classic ML depth:
gradient boosting, linear models on sparse features, calibration, class imbalance, and judgement on when these beat an LLM.
Evaluation discipline:
leakage-free splits by time and family, precision at a fixed false-positive budget, regression sets, and an honest account of why production will differ from offline.
Inference cost engineering:
you have measured throughput and latency and made a model fit a CPU or memory budget (ONNX, llama.cpp, vLLM, int8/int4).
Strong Python, PyTorch and the Hugging Face stack; SQL
on large analytical tables (ClickHouse or similar).
Familiarity with PHP or JavaScript
, or willingness to pick it up working with our malware analysts.
You use AI coding agents
daily and can show how.
English at upper-Intermediate (B2) level or higher
, with particularly strong written communication for async work.
It is a strong plus if you have:
Web malware, webshells, phishing kits or WordPress security experience.
Models over code: AST or token features, code LLMs, graph models on program structure.
Malware clustering and similarity analysis.
Multi-GPU training on your own bare metal; MLflow or Weights & Biases; dataset versioning.
Go or Rust, for on-server inference.
Published work or talks on ML for security.
Benefits
What's in it for you?
A focus on professional development.
Interesting and challenging projects.
Fully remote work with flexible working hours, that allows you to schedule your day and work from any location worldwide.
Paid 24 days of vacation per year, 10 days of national holidays, and unlimited sick leaves.
Compensation for private medical insurance.
Co-working and gym/sports reimbursement.
Budget for education.
The opportunity to receive a reward for the most innovative idea that the company can patent.

We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About the role
The Principal of Marketing Insights sits at the intersection of growth strategy, investment planning, and performance analytics. You’ll partner with the office of CMO, marketing leadership, and cross-functional analytics teams to determine where we invest, how we improve performance, and what it will take to achieve our growth targets. You’ll translate business goals and performance insights into clear priorities, resource decisions, and coordinated action across Marketing. This includes shaping pipeline strategy, evaluating investment tradeoffs, and identifying opportunities to improve conversion, velocity, and efficiency across regions, segments, and growth motions. This is a high-visibility leadership role during a period of significant organizational change. We’re looking for someone who brings structure to ambiguity, challenges assumptions with sound business judgment, and drives decisions through to measurable results. You’ll work closely with marketing leaders, Finance, GTM Operations, Technical Marketing Ops, and Central Analytics to connect strategy, investment, and execution.
What you’ll do
Growth strategy & planning: Translate company growth targets into marketing plans with clear priorities, investment requirements, and performance assumptions. Lead the analytical foundation for annual and quarterly planning, developing scenarios that evaluate growth opportunities, resource needs, and tradeoffs. Own marketing’s pipeline planning models and assumptions, coordinating inputs across regions, segments, channels, and motions. Identify the highest-impact opportunities to improve pipeline generation, conversion, and velocity; partner with functional leaders to turn those opportunities into action.
Investment strategy & efficiency: Shape recommendations for allocating resources across programs, channels, regions, and segments based on expected business impact. Evaluate tradeoffs between headcount and program investment, partnering with Finance and marketing leaders to improve resource productivity. Identify where to scale, reduce, or reallocate spend, and measure whether those decisions improve pipeline yield and marketing efficiency. Develop models that connect marketing investment to pipeline and revenue outcomes, making assumptions and uncertainties clear.
Program management & accountability: Lead weekly and monthly marketing performance reviews, focusing leadership on the decisions and actions needed to achieve targets. Proactively identify performance risks, diagnose root causes, and align leaders on corrective actions, owners, and timelines. Track actions and assess their impact, adjusting the approach when results fall short. Lead cross-functional initiatives across Marketing, XDR, Sales, Finance, and Analytics, resolving dependencies and escalating decisions when needed.
Insights & measurement: Set the strategic analysis agenda around the business questions most consequential to marketing growth and efficiency. Define the metrics, scorecards, and decision tools marketing leaders need to manage performance. Partner with Analytics to deliver scalable reporting and with Marketing Ops to ensure consistent definitions, reliable tracking, and data quality. Translate complex analysis into clear executive narratives that explain what is happening, why it matters, and what action to take.
Skills we’re looking for

Strong business judgment and a clear point of view, with the confidence to challenge senior stakeholders constructively and build alignment around difficult tradeoffs.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive recommendations through to execution and results.
Ability to independently structure ambiguous problems and balance speed with analytical rigor.
Deep understanding of B2B SaaS metrics, including pipeline, ARR, conversion, velocity, acquisition costs, and attribution.
Hands-on fluency with SQL and BI tools such as Looker, enabling independent investigation and effective partnership with Analytics.
Working knowledge of Salesforce and marketing automation platforms such as Marketo.
Clear executive communication, with the ability to connect detailed analysis to business decisions.
Bonus Skills
Experience navigating a merger, organizational integration, or significant GTM transformation.
Experience with experiment design, incrementality measurement, predictive modeling, or cohort analysis.
Familiarity with the modern data stack, including Fivetran, dbt, Snowflake, and Looker.

ABOUT XERO
At Xero, we’re here to supercharge small businesses. By making small businesses more efficient every day, connecting them with big business technology, and empowering a community behind them, their potential is limitless.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Xero is looking for a GM/VP of Growth Content to lead the next chapter of our global growth content function.
We have redefined how growth content is delivered at Xero from the ground up. Our growth content team uses an AI-powered approach to deliver high performing and always on-brand content at scale. We are looking for an individual who will lead a global team (including design, creative optimization and content automation) tasked with turning data-driven insights into a high-velocity, compounding content engine with automation at its core. This leader will develop and own our global content strategy across the funnel, they will champion a strict "test-and-learn" creative framework across all global growth channels, deeply analyzing audience signals and performance metrics to architect native content experiences that drive growth across paid advertising, lifecycle marketing, web, and sales assets.
The successful candidate will oversee the deployment of tailored, native content across all core channels—from high-impact visual hooks for paid ads to search-optimized web assets and high-converting lifecycle and sales collateral. This leader will need to constantly strike the right balance between delivering high performing content at scale and maintaining and elevating our brand consistency, in partnership with our internal agency ‘the foundry’.
This role requires someone who can operate at multiple altitudes. You need to be able to set direction at enterprise scale, work effectively in a complex global matrix, influence without always being the final decision-maker, and go deep into the executional details when the work demands it.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
UNITE, DESIGN & BUILD THE CONTENT OPERATING MODEL FOR AN AI-NATIVE FUTURE
- Deliver the end-to-end content system, from inputs and briefs through creation, review, distribution, reuse, and performance optimization to unite siloed work streams.
- Build an AI-native operating model that improves speed, quality and scalability, not just efficiency on the current workflow. This will include the automation of atomization of flagship content across channels/funnel/audiences to scale distribution and expand impact.
- Simplify decision-making and review flows so the right people are involved at the right moments, with less drag and more accountability to exponentially improve output speed while raising the bar on content quality.
- Create repeatable ways to turn strategic inputs such as claims, positioning, customer insight, proprietary data, product truth, and channel learnings into effective content outputs.
- Maintain total brand consistency across all content touchpoints, aligned with our core principles and ambitions.
- Be hands on tools to lead the evolution and expansion of our content system, training the team and cross-functional partners on how to use most effectively.
RAISE THE BAR ON BUSINESS IMPACT AND MEASUREMENT
- Build a measurement approach that connects content performance to real business outcomes, not just activity or engagement metrics.
- Partner with analytics, product, performance marketing, regional marketing, and customer teams to understand what content is actually driving impact.
- Use data to shape investment decisions, optimization, channel mix, and content priorities.
- Create visibility for senior leaders into what is working, what is not, and where we should change course & how to get there.
- Build a culture that seeks the truth on content effectiveness and continuously improves from it.
IMPROVE CONTENT QUALITY, JUDGMENT, AND CHANNEL FIT
- Raise the standard of what great content and processes looks like at Xero and create calibration mechanisms so teams apply that standard consistently.
- Improve how we match message, format, and depth to audience need and channel context.
- Partner closely with Product Marketing, Communications, Performance Marketing, SEO, regional teams, and Sales Enablement to create more effective content across the funnel.
LEAD THE ORGANIZATION AND BUILD CAPABILITY
- Lead, coach, and develop a global content organization spanning multiple disciplines, markets, and seniority levels.
- Raise the bar on capability, performance, and leadership across the team and ensure the structure supports the organizational needs and is built for the future.
- Build a team culture that values clarity, quality, learning, strong judgment, and accountability for outcomes.
- Know when to stay at the strategic level and when to get into the details to unblock, improve, or accelerate the work.
OPERATE EFFECTIVELY IN A COMPLEX GLOBAL MATRIX
- Build strong partnerships across global, regional, and functional teams to scale impact through influence.
- Work effectively in an environment where ownership is shared, decisions are distributed, and progress depends on alignment as much as authority.
- Balance global consistency with regional relevance, especially in markets with different levels of maturity, capability, and need.
- Help cross-functional teams make better content decisions by bringing clarity, structure, and strong point of view.
SUCCESS IN THE ROLE LOOKS LIKE
- The content operating model has been materially redesigned for an AI-native future, with simpler workflows, stronger systems, and better use of human judgment.
- Content is on brand and inline with our brand principles and guidelines.
- There is an effective and continuous “test and learn” system and culture.
- Content performance is measured in a rigorous way, with strong links to business outcomes, adoption, utilization, and expansion.
- The quality bar is visibly higher, and teams have clearer standards for what good looks like.
- The team is stronger, with sharper talent, clearer roles, and a structure better suited to where the business is going.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
CORE REQUIREMENTS
- SaaS & Fintech Expertise: Deep leadership experience in SaaS, fintech, or complex B2B/B2B2C subscription ecosystem environments.
- Operating Model Transformation: Proven track record of redesigning operating models, not just optimizing existing workflows.
- AI Operational Integration: Demonstrated success using AI to rethink content systems, workflows, governance, and production economics at scale.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Strong partnership experience with Product Marketing, Communications, Performance Marketing, SEO, and Sales Enablement.
- Business Impact & Measurement: Strong evidence of driving measurable business impact through content across multiple stages of the funnel and customer lifecycle.
- Global Matrix Leadership: Experience working in a large global matrix, with the ability to influence across teams and functions without relying on formal authority alone.
- Strategic & Operational Agility: Ability to move between strategy and execution, including comfort getting into the operational details when needed.
- People Leadership: Experience leading and upgrading teams through change, including talent assessment, coaching, organizational design, and raising standards.
- Navigating Ambiguity: High comfort with ambiguity, complexity, and building structure where it does not yet exist.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience serving small business and partner audiences such as accountants, bookkeepers, or channel ecosystems.
- Experience building growth content systems that use proprietary data, customer insight, and research as differentiated inputs.
- Strong judgment on channel strategy, editorial and design quality, audience needs, and content effectiveness.
Compensation & Total Rewards
At Xero, we value the impact and skills you bring to the team. We don’t just hire for a role; we invest in people. We believe in a Total Package philosophy - which means your value isn't just a single number on a paycheck. While base salary is a core component, we look at your compensation through a holistic lens that includes equity, performance incentives, and world-class benefits.
The expected base salary range for this role in:
- California and Washington: $229,300 to $315,300 USD
- Oregon: $208,800 to $287,800 USD
- Individual pay is determined by various factors, including geography, level of experience, and the specific skills you bring to the role.
In addition to base pay, Xero’s roles are eligible for the following forms of variable compensation:
- Variable Pay: Permanent employees are eligible to participate in our annual bonus and equity (RSU) programs. You may also be eligible for performance-based cash or equity (RSUs) incentives depending on your role level, and company performance.
- Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, and 21 days PTO, 10 days of Wellbeing leave, 5 days of Xtra Leave, 1 volunteer day, 12 paid holidays, paid parental leave. Further information included on our Xero Perks https://careers.xero.com/inside-xero/benefits-wellbeing/ page.

Why Sony Interactive Entertainment?
Sony Interactive Entertainment isn’t just the Best Place to Play — it’s also the Best Place to Work. Sony Interactive Entertainment (SIE) is the company behind the PlayStation brand. As a subsidiary of Sony Group Corporation, we’re part of a proud legacy of innovation and excellence. SIE is a dynamic technology company, delivering cutting-edge hardware and network services to more than 100 million people and an entertainment leader, home to some of the most beloved and recognizable intellectual properties (IP) in the world. Our role at SIE is to create and nurture the experiences under the PlayStation brand, a name synonymous with entertainment excellence and creativity.
JOB PURPOSE:
The Technical Program Governance team enables complex technical initiatives across PlayStation engineering organizations by creating clarity, alignment, and disciplined execution across organizational boundaries.
As a Staff Technical Change Manager, you will lead the people, adoption, and organizational dimensions of complex technical change across engineering and technology organizations. You will work alongside technical leaders, architects, program managers, and delivery teams to understand what is changing, who is affected, what will be required of them, and how to move from awareness to sustained adoption.
This is a technical change role. Success requires more than familiarity with software-development terminology or experience working near engineering teams. You must be able to understand systems, platforms, architecture, integrations, engineering delivery models, and technical dependencies well enough to identify meaningful change impacts, ask informed questions, and translate technical decisions into practical organizational action.
This role offers the opportunity to build and shape change capability from the ground up. You’ll help define how change is led, scaled, and embedded across a growing technical organization, creating practical approaches that can evolve with the business rather than inheriting a fixed playbook.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:
Essential
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional organizational change within technology, engineering, digital, or technical environments.
Strong technical fluency across modern software and technology environments. Able to understand systems, platforms, architecture, integrations, engineering workflows, and technical dependencies well enough to assess organizational impact and engage credibly with technical leaders.\
Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts and decisions into clear stakeholder impacts, adoption needs, communications, enablement plans, and practical actions.
Deep practical knowledge of organizational change methods and tools, combined with the judgment to adapt, combine, simplify, or move beyond a methodology when the situation requires it.
Experience developing end-to-end change strategies, including stakeholder analysis, impact assessment, readiness, communications, engagement, learning or enablement, adoption measurement, and reinforcement.
Strong independent judgment and problem-solving skills, with a record of operating effectively in ambiguous environments where the change strategy, operating model, or path forward is still being created.
Ability to influence senior technical and business leaders, facilitate difficult conversations, build alignment across competing priorities, and move decisions forward without direct authority.
Experience using qualitative and quantitative signals to assess adoption, identify resistance or friction, test assumptions, and adjust strategy based on evidence rather than process compliance.
Demonstrated ability to create reusable frameworks, playbooks, tools, and guidance and to coach others so change capability scales beyond the individual.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to produce concise executive narratives while retaining enough technical substance for engineering audiences.
Desirable
Consulting or transformation advisory experience, particularly in environments requiring rapid context building, executive influence, and practical recommendations across multiple clients, organizations, or business units.
Experience building or materially evolving a change capability in an organization where practices, roles, standards, and expectations were not already mature or consistently established.\
Experience supporting platform, infrastructure, cloud, architecture, developer tooling, enterprise systems, or other technically complex transformation work.
Experience working directly with engineers, architects, technical program managers, product leaders, and senior technology executives.
Background in the games, interactive entertainment, or large-scale technology industry.
Formal change-management certification.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & SCOPE FOR DECISION MAKING:
Technical Change Strategy and Delivery
Lead change strategy and execution for complex technical initiatives spanning multiple teams, organizations, technologies, or geographies.
Build a clear understanding of the technical change itself, including affected systems, dependencies, operating models, workflows, roles, and decision points, before determining the appropriate change approach.
Translate technical implementation plans into stakeholder impacts, readiness needs, adoption risks, engagement strategies, and measurable change outcomes.
Embed organizational readiness into the design and delivery of major initiatives, helping ensure change is considered from the beginning and translated into sustained adoption, stronger execution, and measurable business impact.
Identify adoption barriers early, frame the underlying problem, and drive practical interventions that address behavior, capability, process, structure, or incentives as appropriate.
Define meaningful measures of readiness, adoption, and sustained use, and adjust strategy when evidence shows the current approach is not working.
Technical Partnership and Organizational Judgment
Partner closely with engineers, architects, technical program managers, product leaders, and subject-matter experts to understand technical decisions and their organizational consequences.
Ask informed technical questions, challenge assumptions constructively, and surface dependencies or downstream impacts that may otherwise be missed in change planning.
Operate as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, bringing clear recommendations, rationale, risks, tradeoffs, and expected outcomes rather than relying on escalation or waiting for direction.
Demonstrate strong judgment about where and how change leadership can add value. Read the room, adapt to the audience and organizational context, and apply the right level of structure to accelerate outcomes without introducing unnecessary process.
Use organizational context, stakeholder insight, and data to determine where leadership attention is required and where teams can move independently.
Connect technical transformation to business and organizational outcomes so leaders understand not only what is changing, but why it matters and what successful adoption looks like.
Capability Building and Scale
Help build a practical, scalable technical change-management capability, including reusable frameworks, playbooks, templates, decision guides, and operating practices.
Create lightweight approaches that can be used by program and technical leaders directly, reserving specialist change support for the work where it creates the most value.
Coach leaders, TPMs, and cross-functional partners on stakeholder engagement, readiness, adoption planning, resistance, and reinforcement so change knowledge spreads through the organization.
Use strong facilitation and organizational judgment to bring the right people together, navigate competing perspectives, and turn complex conversations into clear decisions, alignment, and action.
Capture lessons learned and patterns across initiatives and use them to improve future change strategies, tools, and organizational practices.
Leave teams more capable than you found them by building knowledge, confidence, and repeatable practices that continue beyond an individual initiative.
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
· Sustained adoption and organizational readiness for complex technical changes, demonstrated through measurable use, behavior change, or operating outcomes.
· Quality and timeliness of change-impact identification, stakeholder strategy, risk management, and interventions across multiple initiatives.
· Demonstrated technical credibility and effectiveness partnering with engineering, architecture, program, and senior leadership audiences.
· Evidence that change approaches are adapted based on context, feedback, and data rather than applied mechanically.
· Measurable growth in organizational change capability through reusable tools, coaching, knowledge sharing, and increased self-sufficiency of partner teams.
· Senior stakeholder confidence in the clarity, practicality, and strategic value of change recommendations and execution.
The individual will be measured on:
Successful adoption and sustained impact of complex technical and organizational changes, with clear evidence that intended outcomes are understood, adopted, and embedded.
Ability to identify where change leadership will have the greatest impact, applying sound judgment and the appropriate level of structure based on the audience, environment, risk, and desired outcome.
Quality of strategic partnership with technical and business leaders, including the ability to build trust, navigate organizational dynamics, challenge constructively, and influence decisions.
Effectiveness in translating complex technical change into meaningful organizational action, connecting technical direction with what teams need to understand, do differently, and sustain.
Measurable improvements in organizational readiness and adoption, using meaningful indicators and feedback to identify barriers, adjust strategy, and improve outcomes.
Growth of scalable change capability across the organization, including practices, approaches, and knowledge that enable leaders and teams to manage change more effectively without continued direct support.
Ability to strengthen and evolve the organization’s approach to change, identifying opportunities to improve how change is led and building practical capabilities that can scale as the organization matures.
Effectiveness operating independently in complex and ambiguous environments, bringing recommendations, exercising strong judgment, and driving work forward without requiring a predefined playbook.

Please note that the base pay range may vary in line with our hybrid working policy and individual base pay will be determined based on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.

ABOUT US
Sierra is the leading platform for customer-facing AI agents, working with many of the world's biggest brands — including The GAP, Rocket Mortgage, SoFi, Sutter Health, and SoftBank — to transform how they serve customers and grow their businesses. We are primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco, with growing offices across North America, Europe, and Asia.
We are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and a commitment to balancing Family along the way. These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do.
Our co-founders are Bret Taylor https://www.linkedin.com/in/brettaylor/ and Clay Bavor https://www.linkedin.com/in/claybavor/. Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI. Previously, he was co-CEO of Salesforce (which had acquired the company he founded, Quip) and CTO of Facebook. Bret was also one of Google's earliest product managers and co-creator of Google Maps. Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Design and build a structured onboarding program for new Account Executives and Sales Engineers, with role-specific tracks
- Deliver onboarding live and asynchronously: cohort sessions, workshops, certifications, and role-plays
- Introduce what AI Fluency means at Sierra and how to incorporate it into daily sales activities (account research, call prep, call recaps, pipeline updates, etc.)
- Make sure every seller can explain, demo and stand behind how Sierra uses AI, so they can speak credibly with customers who are learning to deploy AI themselves
- Establish baseline ramp metrics (time to first meeting, first deal, quota attainment, SE readiness) and set targets for reducing them
- Use AI tools to scale enablement itself: faster content creation, AI-driven role-play and call coaching, and self-serve answers to seller questions
- Partner with Product, Marketing, Sales Leadership, and Sales Engineering to keep content accurate as the product and market change
- Recruit subject-matter experts, including top sellers and SEs, to teach and coach in the program
- Gather feedback from new hires and managers, and iterate on the program quarterly
- Build the global program so it can be adapted for regional teams, including our London office
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- 6+ years in sales enablement at a high-growth B2B software company, with hands-on onboarding or training experience and experience managing cross-functional programs
- Experience designing and delivering onboarding for both quota-carrying sellers and technical sellers
- Track record of prioritizing competing requests from senior stakeholders and saying no with data
- Track record of tying enablement work to business outcomes, not just completion rates
- Strong facilitator, comfortable teaching experienced sellers and executives
- Willing to do the hands-on work in the early months, not just manage it, and comfortable building from scratch with limited process and few resources
- Able to learn a technical product ([AI agents / enterprise software]) well enough to teach it credibly
- Hands-on, daily use of AI tools in your own work, and experience teaching others to adopt new tools and change how they work
EVEN BETTER…
- Experience running sales kickoff or product launch enablement
- Experience selling or supporting sales in AI, SaaS, or enterprise software
- Familiarity with enablement platforms (e.g., [Highspot, Seismic, Salesforce, Gong])
- Experience running onboarding through rapid headcount growth, or handing a program to a successor

We build trust with each other by showing up for each other professionally and personally, creating an environment that enables all of us to do our best work.
- Customer Obsession: We deeply understand our customers’ business goals and relentlessly focus on driving outcomes, not just technical milestones. Everyone at the company knows and spends time with our customers. When our customer is having an issue, we drop everything and fix it.
- Craftsmanship: We get the details right, from the words on the page to the system architecture. We have good taste. When we notice something isn’t right, we take the time to fix it. We are proud of the products we produce. We continuously self-reflect to continuously self-improve.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Work cross-functionally with other technical teams to improve our measurement infrastructure and data collection
Amplify external engagement through research publications, policy briefs, and presentations to diverse stakeholders
Minimum qualifications

About Wolt
At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.
Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
About the team
The Subscription Strategy & Performance team sets the strategic direction and performance bar for Wolt+ and Deliveroo Plus across EMEA. We sit within Subscription EMEA, whose vision is to build the best local-commerce membership programme in the region. The Strategy & Performance team owns the subscription strategy, planning rhythm, and performance, turning subscriber data into priorities, investment choices, and leadership-aligned strategies that other teams can act on. We work closely with other subscription teams and market teams.
About the role
We're looking for a Senior Associate to to own strategic projects and lead analyses that help define the strategy & goals for the team. You’ll partner closely with other subscription team members and local market teams to identify opportunities, align priorities and execute initiatives. You'll be expected to move fluidly between deep-dives, planning inputs, and stakeholder communication, and to be a trusted subscription counterparty on cross-functional projects. Success means you become the trusted counterparty for subscription related topics, leadership trusts your outputs, and your work helps to guide our priorities.
Typical problems you'll own
Where is subscription performance ahead or behind ambitions, what are the drivers and what interventions should we drive?
How do we ensure we stay competitive and build a top class membership product across markets?
What do customers value and how should we improve our product to be closer to our vision of a leading EMEA local-commerce membership programme?
What you’ll be doing
Identifying opportunities to improve subscription program performance across markets by analyzing gaps, doing opportunity sizing
Building recommendations on levers to pull & product features to build to boost growth, improve profitability and build a winning subscription program
Translating findings and recommendations into leadership communications: writing clear strategy documents and presenting recommendations, trade-offs
Helping to set prioritization among investment choices when engineering, product and ops capacity is limited
Helping to run the weekly operating & reporting cadence
Exploring how AI and automation can speed up reporting, insight generation and recurring analysis workflows
Our humble expectations
2+ years of experience in strategy & operations, strategy consulting, investments, or business operations - ideally with exposure to subscription/membership businesses, or consumer tech
Commercial acumen: comfortable with consumer subscriber and marketplace dynamics; able to connect analyses to business implications and understand the consumer lens
Analytical rigour: You go from question to query to narrative without needing a dedicated data engineer. You can read code, you’re comfortable with AI tools and master spreadsheets
Bias for action and ownership: you bring structure to ambiguous problems and drive work to a finish, driving execution beyond recommendations
Cross-functional influence: able to work with product, finance, legal, and local markets and align people around evidence
Excellent written and verbal communication in English; you present trade-offs clearly to senior audiences
Based in Helsinki or Berlin and comfortable with occasional cross-border travel as needed
Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion
We’re committed to growing and empowering a more inclusive community within our company, industry, and cities. That’s why we hire and cultivate diverse teams of people from all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. We believe that true innovation happens when everyone has room at the table and the tools, resources, and opportunity to excel.

An overview of this role
As a Senior Ecosystem Operations Manager at GitLab, you'll own the technology, processes, and operational infrastructure behind our channel, distribution, original equipment manufacturer (OEM), global systems integrator (GSI), and managed service provider (MSP) partnerships. You'll shape how our partners go to market, serving as the primary process owner for deal registration, partner programs, partner quote-to-cash, and partner attribution. You'll combine operational strategy with hands-on execution, using artificial intelligence (AI) to automate workflows and help ecosystem operations scale.
What you'll do
Design and govern end-to-end partner processes, including deal and referral registration, service attach, two-tier distribution, rules of engagement, and quote-to-cash. Partner with Deal Desk and Billing on resale, distribution, OEM, GSI, and MSP transaction workflows, and resolve complex registration, quoting, and billing escalations.
Own operational execution of partner tiering, onboarding, certification compliance, not-for-resale (NFR) licenses, rebates, and incentives, including eligibility tracking, approval routing, and payments.
Own and administer the partner technology ecosystem, including Impartner partner relationship management (PRM), Salesforce customer relationship management (CRM) partner objects, deal registration, and partner portals. Maintain system health and data integrity, and co-manage vendor roadmaps, renewals, and service-level accountability.
Partner with Revenue Technologies and Systems to maintain integrations across partner platforms, Salesforce, enterprise resource planning (ERP), quoting, billing, and financial systems, including partner attribution and compensation data flows. Lead prioritization and user acceptance testing (UAT) for implementations, migrations, and platform enhancements with IT and Enterprise Applications.
Own the ecosystem data model and work toward one standard partner attribution record across the customer lifecycle. Serve as a resource for Ecosystem Sales, partners, and internal teams on attribution, territory, and compensation-impacting data, and maintain reporting and dashboards as a single source of truth for partner pipeline, registration activity, and program performance.
Lead ecosystem month-end close with Deal Desk, Compensation, Accounts Receivable, and Finance, covering opportunity corrections, partner splits, territory review, and reconciliation.
Identify, build, and deploy AI agents to automate workflows such as deal registration routing, NFR provisioning, partner data quality checks, and reporting. Evaluate processes for opportunities to reduce manual effort, improve consistency, and shorten cycle times.
Maintain the authoritative ecosystem process map, runbooks, and training materials. Support tool configuration, testing, and end-user training. Own channel price files and partner quoting for product launches and stock keeping unit (SKU) changes. Coordinate improvements with operational peers, IT, Finance, Product, and Legal through GitLab Work Items.
What you'll bring
Experience in business-to-business software-as-a-service channel or partner operations, with direct ownership of ecosystem workflows and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Hands-on experience with Impartner or an equivalent PRM platform, including deal registration and partner portal administration.
Strong working knowledge of Salesforce CRM, including partner objects, opportunity management, Flow, validation rules, reports, and dashboards.
Deep familiarity with resale, two-tier distribution, deal registration, rules of engagement, partner discounting, and partner quote-to-cash, plus an understanding of OEM, GSI, and MSP transaction structures and operational requirements.
Direct experience operating partner programs, including tiering, certification compliance, rebates, and incentives, with responsibility for execution and compliance.
Experience designing and documenting complex operational processes for distributed teams, translating business needs into detailed system requirements and configuration, and leading user acceptance testing through release.
Hands-on experience using AI tools and building agents to automate operational workflows, from evaluating opportunities to delivering working solutions.
Experience resolving ambiguous operational escalations across systems, teams, and partner relationships, and aligning Deal Desk, IT, Finance, Compensation, Legal, and Sales around operational changes.
About the team
Our Ecosystem Operations team works closely with Systems, Revenue Technologies, Deal Desk, Ecosystem Programs, Enablement, Finance, Compensation, and Legal. We enable consistent execution across Ecosystem Operations Specialists and cross-functional partners. You'll also partner with the Senior Hyperscaler Operations Manager, who owns Amazon Web Services and Google Cloud operations, on shared systems, the ecosystem data model, and month-end close.
