Position Overview:
The Demand Generation Manager builds and runs Leadfeeder's global demand generation programmes: ideas, campaigns, and initiatives that create demand for the product and the distribution that carries them. The goal is to compound demand for the product-led growth (PLG) motion by attracting the right people to the product, encouraging usage, and turning that usage into further demand.
Role Details:
- Build a public presence in the market under your own name through writing, publishing, presenting ideas, and on-camera formats if comfortable.
- The role involves creating a demand engine that matures over time with programmes that improve with each run, an audience that compounds, and a body of work that continues to earn attention.
- The role is part of the Demand Team, reporting to the Director of Demand, with a global scope and no regional mandate.
Key Responsibilities:
Content, Creative & Thought Leadership:
- Own the content approach: what is made, for whom, and to what end.
- Write anchor assets such as reports, frameworks, teardowns, and arguments.
- Build a public voice through writing, publishing, and presenting ideas.
- Brief, commission, and edit supporting work from designers and contributors.
PLG, Virality & Growth Loops:
- Design demand as loops rather than one-way funnels.
- Build virality into the work so it spreads organically.
- Identify product-led surfaces that can carry demand like free tools and shareable outputs.
- Partner with Product and Growth teams on key marketing moments.
Distribution & Community:
- Design every asset with a route to its audience.
- Plan distribution alongside content creation.
- Build and grow audience primarily on LinkedIn.
- Develop community-led initiatives for sustained demand.
- Run webinars and live formats end to end.
- Provide clear briefs to Paid Media for amplification.
Programme Ownership:
- Own global demand generation programmes from ideation to results.
- Maintain a rolling plan with clear reasoning.
- Use recognizable formats like flagship reports, webinars, and content series.
- Define messaging and positioning with Product Marketing.
- Treat everything as iterative and continuously improve.
Performance & Partnership:
- Report on demand generation performance and learnings.
- Provide Paid Media and SEO teams with clear briefs and shared success definitions.
- Collaborate with Web & CRO, Product, and Growth teams on conversion paths.
- Run testing agendas and stop ineffective programmes quickly.
Performance Metrics:
- Leads volume and quality.
- Qualified product leads showing buying intent.
- Customer conversions.
- Retention of created demand.
- Early indicators like audience growth and engagement quality.
Requirements:
- Demand generation marketer with strategic thinking and a public voice.
- Visible in the market under own name through published work.
- Experience creating and shipping ideas, not just planning.
- Around 5 to 7 years in B2B SaaS demand generation, ideally in product-led or self-serve businesses.
- Track record of content-led programmes producing qualified leads and revenue.
- Experience designing demand as loops.
- Experience building community-led initiatives and growing audiences.
- Hands-on experience running webinars using Zoom Webinar, Livestorm, or equivalents.
- Comfortable with marketing automation and CRM tools like HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce.
- Solid grasp of funnel metrics and attribution.
- Ability to explain revenue-driving programmes.
- MarTech or SalesTech experience relevant to the audience.
- Experience working through peers rather than direct reports.
Nice to Have:
- Experience running programmes across multiple markets.
- Experience with creator or advocacy programmes.
Benefits:
- Work with a knowledgeable, high-achieving, and fun international team.
- Diverse, dynamic, and committed work environment.
- Remote work with flexible schedule.
- Mental health support.
- Personal budget for home office equipment.
- Personal development plans with regular training and 1-1s.
- Transparent compensation practices.
Additional:
- Salary range and key compensation details provided before first interview.
- Remote work possible.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic's EMEA Startups team works with the companies building AI-native products on Claude, from Seed through Series B and beyond. The Growth Account Executive owns a portfolio of startups that are already building on Claude and is responsible for growing that relationship: deepening Claude's role in the customer's product, structuring the commercial agreements that support their scale, and defending the account as the competitive landscape shifts.
This is a consultative role. Native AI companies move fast, change direction often, and make decisions on technical merit. Earning a seat at the table means building real relationships with founders and technical leaders, understanding their product and roadmap as well as they do, and helping them build on the frontier — bringing them the latest models and capabilities early, showing them what's possible, and turning that into adoption. Commercial outcomes follow from that trust.
You work closely with our Applied AI (AAI) team, who bring deep technical partnership to our highest-potential accounts, but you are expected to understand what each customer is building and identify the next use case yourself. Helping customers build on the frontier is part of this job, not something you hand off.
Responsibilities
Own a portfolio of high-potential AI-native startups across EMEA, with full accountability for revenue growth and retention
Build long-term, trusted relationships with founders, CTOs and technical leads, acting as their advisor on how to build with Claude
Help customers build on the frontier: bring new model releases and capabilities to them early, work through where they apply, and drive adoption into the core of the product
Develop use cases: understand each customer's product and roadmap, identify where Claude can go deeper, and make it happen
Structure, size and time usage-based commitments, including multi-surface agreements across the Claude API, Claude Code and Claude for Work
Navigate competitive pressure, including aggressive discounting, with a clear point of view on value rather than price
Partner with the Applied AI team on technical strategy for your accounts and coordinate their involvement where it creates the most leverage
Build and maintain relationships across the EMEA VC and accelerator ecosystem to source and qualify pipeline
Bring structured feedback from your portfolio to Product and Go-to-Market leadership
You may be a good fit if you have
5+ years of quota-carrying experience in consumption or usage-based sales at a cloud provider, infrastructure, data platform or developer tools company
A track record of expanding existing accounts: you have carried a growth or expansion number and understand how commits, credits and usage curves work
A consultative selling style, with evidence that customers treat you as an advisor rather than a vendor
Experience selling to early- and growth-stage startups and comfort with the pace and informality of founder-led companies
Enough technical depth to hold a credible conversation with a CTO about APIs, model selection and AI product architecture, and to recognise where a new capability fits
Existing relationships in the European startup, VC or accelerator ecosystem
Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus
Strong candidates often have
Time inside a startup, not just selling to them
Hands-on experience building with LLMs, even on side projects
A history of describing wins by what the customer built rather than the size of the deal
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
€155.000
—
€205.000 EUR
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit
anthropic.com/careers
directly for confirmed position openings.
How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

What We’re Building
Honeycomb is a service for the near and present future, defining observability and raising expectations of what developer tools can do! We’re working with well known companies like HelloFresh, Slack, LaunchDarkly, and Vanguard and more across a range of industries. This is an exciting time in our trajectory, we’ve closed Series D funding, scaled past the 200-person mark, and were named to Forbes’ America’s Best Startups of 2022 and 2023!
If you want to see what we’ve been up to, please check out these
blog posts
and Honeycomb.io
press releases
.
Who We Are
We come for the impact, and stay for the culture! We’re a talented, opinionated, passionate, fiercely inclusive, and responsible group of bees. We have conviction and we strive to live
our values
every day. We want our people to do what they truly love amongst a team of highly talented (but humble) peers.
How We Work
We are a fully distributed company, which means we believe it is not where you sit, but how you deliver that matters most. We invest in our people and care about how you orient to our culture and processes. At the same time we imbue a lot of trust, autonomy, and accountability from Day 1. #LI-Remote
Little more about the team:
Talent Acquisition at Honeycomb builds the teams behind our observability platform. As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you'll run a full desk of priority R&D searches and act as the talent advisor Hiring Managers call before they open a req, not after. You'll report to the Head of TA, partner directly with R&D leadership, and own how hiring gets done on your desk from intake to accepted offer. We're remote-first and give you real trust and autonomy from day one, so you'll shape how we hire as we scale.
What you’ll do in the role:
Own full-cycle searches for R&D/ Technical focused roles, from intake to offer acceptance, and deliver diverse, well-vetted slates on target timelines.
Manage a full desk of priority reqs, keep candidates moving within our hiring SLAs, and keep Greenhouse data clean without being chased. This includes sourcing, interviewing, reviwing applicants, scheduling etc.
Advise Hiring Managers on search strategy and leveling, using market data, pipeline analytics, and compensation benchmarks to shape decisions rather than only carry them out.
Build lasting advisory relationships with your Business Unit leaders: align stakeholders on a shared plan, guide debate to a decision, and explain the reasoning once it's made.
Partner with the Head of TA to turn approved headcount into recruiting plans, and flag risks early with a proposed fix.
Own the implementation of our competency-based hiring process by building Greenhouse scorecards, running interviewer kick-offs, and facilitating structured debriefs.
Use DEI sourcing tactics that broaden representation and improve quality of hire.
Analyze funnel metrics in Greenhouse and Gem, share what you learn with stakeholders, and improve the process, including cross-functional TA projects like interviewer enablement and candidate-experience NPS.
What you’ll bring to the role:
Full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth tech, with a track record of filling senior engineering IC and first-line manager roles.
Experience running a full desk of concurrent reqs while holding to clear SLAs and quality standards.
A history of acting as a talent advisor, where you turned funnel and compensation data into recommendations that changed hiring decisions.
Hands-on experience with structured interviewing and ATS (scorecards, reporting, scheduling workflows).
Measurable results from DEI sourcing and fair-assessment practices.
Crisp written updates, plus experience facilitating productive kick-offs, debriefs, and pipeline reviews.
Comfort having direct, kind conversations with Hiring Managers about candidates, leveling, or process, in line with Honeycomb's values of Ownership, Feedback Is a Muscle, and Kind Candor.
Experience in a remote-first, fast-changing environment, and a habit of mentoring peers and improving process as you go.
Nice to haves:
Experience with Competency based hiring
Experience utilizing AI to help make process improvements
Preferred experience with Greenhouse
In-house recruiting experience strongly preferred
Base Salary based on level of experience
$140,000
—
$165,000 USD
What you'll get when you join the Hive:
A stake in our success - generous equity with employee-friendly stock program
It’s not about how strong of a negotiator you are - our pay is based on transparent levels relative to experience
Time to recharge with unlimited PTO
A distributed-first mindset and culture (really!)
Home office, co-working, and internet stipend
Full benefits coverage for employees, with additional coverage available for dependents
Up to 16 weeks of paid parental leave, regardless of path to parenthood
Annual development allowance
And much more...
Please note we cannot currently sponsor or support visa transfers at this time.
Additionally, in compliance with applicable law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work.

Diversity & Accommodations:
We're committed to building a diverse, inclusive, and equitable workplace—where people of all backgrounds, identities, experiences, and abilities are welcomed, valued, and supported. We recognize that there is no single path to success and embrace nontraditional career journeys and diverse perspectives as key to building stronger, more innovative teams.
We strive to ensure an inclusive experience throughout every stage of our hiring process and are happy to provide reasonable accommodations as needed. If you require accommodations or accessible formats at any point during our hiring process, please let your recruiter know.
As an equal opportunity employer our hiring process is designed to put you at ease and help you show your best work. If there’s anything we can do to improve your experience, we’re always open to feedback.

ABOUT US:
AI NEEDS A NEW INFRASTRUCTURE LAYER. WE'RE BUILDING IT AT MODAL.
Every era of computing brought new workloads that previous infrastructure couldn't support: mainframes, databases, and the cloud. Each time, the company that rebuilt the layer underneath defined the decade. AI is no different, except it touches everything instead of one slice, and the window to build the layer underneath it is open right now.
Our customers include category-defining companies like Ramp https://modal.com/blog/how-ramp-built-a-full-context-background-coding-agent-on-modal, Cognition, DoorDash, and Suno. They rely on Modal for instant GPU access, sub-second container starts, and native storage, so it's simple to serve low-latency inference, fine-tune models, and access production-ready sandboxes at scale.
We've passed $1B in annualized run rate, up 15x from a year ago. In October 2026 we raised a $750M Series D led by Accel at a $15.75B valuation.
Our team includes creators of popular open-source projects (e.g.,Seaborn https://github.com/mwaskom/seaborn,Luigi https://github.com/spotify/luigi), academic researchers, international olympiad medalists, and experienced engineering and product leaders with decades of experience.
THE ROLE:
We’re looking for a hands-on Global Workplace Lead to own workplace experience across all Modal offices. You’ll manage our Workplace Experience team and set the tone for the day-to-day operations, programs, and physical environments that make each location thrive. You care as much about how a space feels as about how it functions, and bring the same taste and judgment to our offices that we bring to our product. You’ll develop a deep understanding of what each office actually needs, and build trusted relationships with local leads and cross-functional partners across the organization.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON:
- Manage and develop a team of workplace services professionals, setting direction, coaching performance, and building a high-functioning team
- Own operational quality across every office by tracking service levels and space utilization, spotting patterns, and fixing the underlying causes of recurring problems
- Stay ahead of what the business needs next by keeping a pulse on both local realities and company-wide priorities
- Build the global budget and vendor strategy for workplace experience, and hold contractors and service providers accountable to clear performance expectations
- Guide workplace experience through major transitions, including new office openings and relocations
- Shape how Modal’s brand and culture show up physically, bringing the same clarity, craft, and attention to detail to our spaces that we bring to our product
- Synthesize data, stakeholder input, and business context into recommendations for continuous improvement
YOU MAY BE A FIT IF:
- You have 5+ years in workplace, facilities, or office operations, ideally at a high-growth tech company where you built programs rather than inherited them
- You have 2+ years of people management, including leading team members through office moves or openings
- You’ve overseen workplace operations across multiple offices, ideally in more than one country
- You have strong taste and judgment, with an instinct for what looks and feels like Modal
- You have a clear willingness to take a hands-on approach and dive into the details
- You can influence cross-functional partners and translate company strategy into effective local execution
- You thrive in a fast-paced workplace with rapidly changing priorities
- You’re excited to be in an in-office role, collaborating with team members IRL
- You’re willing and able to travel to Modal offices globally

ABOUT BASETEN
Baseten powers mission-critical inference for the world's most dynamic AI companies, like Cursor, Notion, OpenEvidence, Abridge, Clay, Gamma, and Writer. By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F https://www.baseten.co/blog/announcing-our-series-f/, led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products.
THE ROLE
Baseten is growing fast, and how we hire shapes what we become. As our Recruiting Operations Program Manager, you'll find where the recruiting team is losing time or quality, confirm it with data, and build and run the program that fixes it. Some of that work is quick, like a data pull for leadership or an Ashby answer for a recruiter. Some of it spans months and needs executive buy-in.
You'll identify, build and own programs end to end, from redesigning core recruiting processes to building and shipping A-powered tools that change how our recruiters work every day. You'll work across Ashby, Notion, Slack, and Claude, and treat AI as a core part of how recruiting runs.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and lead large-scale recruiting programs end to end: secure leadership buy-in, manage timelines across stakeholders, and partner with our Recruiting Operations Data Analyst to use data to decide what to change and how to measure it.
- Break large, ambiguous problems into projects with clearly-structured phases, owners, and deadlines, and drive them through to adoption, not just launch.
- Analyze interview plans, pass-through rates, stage timing, and interviewer load in Ashby, and turn findings into concrete recommendations.
- Support operational asks from recruiters and leadership, and turn repeated asks into self-serve tools or documented answers.
- Build, pilot, and iterate on Claude-powered tools and workflows that solve recurring pain points across the recruiting team.
- Keep recruiting documentation – including interview guides, playbooks, SOPs, and training material – current, monitored, and easy to find.
- Propose and roll out process changes that make recruiting faster and more consistent, including the comms and training that make them stick.
REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years in recruiting operations, program management, or a related operations role at a fast-growing company.
- Track record of building and running cross-functional projects end to end with clear project management rigor, from securing senior leaders’ buy-in to execution and close-out.
- Comfort pulling, analyzing, and presenting data, and turning it into clear recommendations.
- Clear, concise writing, including for executive audiences.
- Strong prioritization skills, with the ability to balance long-running programs with day-to-day asks.
NICE TO HAVE
- PMP or project management certification a strong plus.
- Hands-on Ashby experience, especially reporting and dashboards, or deep experience with another ATS, including using data and metrics to drive decisions and set priorities.
- Experience building workflows or tools with AI (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar).

THE ROLE
We’re looking for an IT Operations Engineer to be the face of IT at Baseten: the person who makes technology just work for our team, in the office and remotely. You’ll own day-to-day support, office IT, and new-hire onboarding, and you’ll work alongside our IT Engineers, who design the controls and automation you’ll run and improve.
This is an on-site role based in San Francisco.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be the go-to point of contact for hardware, software, and access issues across a macOS-first fleet, with some Windows.
- Give every new hire a great first day, from a ready-to-go laptop to working accounts, whether they’re in the office or remote.
- Run onboarding, role changes, and offboarding through our automated workflows, and catch the exceptions they don’t cover.
- Keep the office running smoothly: conference rooms and AV, network and Wi-Fi, printers, and walk-up support on office days.
- Support new office buildouts and plan workplace IT as we grow.
- Manage IT assets, and vendor relationships, including stock and shipping for remote teammates.
- Build a self-serve knowledge base and workflows that reduce ticket volume and help people help themselves.
- Find recurring friction and automate it within our AI ITSM (Serval) and existing tools, collaborating with IT Engineering on new integrations as needed
- Handle day-to-day administration of our core SaaS tools within delegated, scoped roles.
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years in IT support or IT operations, ideally at a fast-growing company
- Hands-on experience supporting a macOS fleet end to end: troubleshooting login, FileVault, permission, and profile issues; enrolling devices and deploying apps and OS updates through an MDM (e.g. Kandji), including remote lock and wipe; and managing hardware through Apple Business Manager, AppleCare repairs, and reimaging for redeployment
- Hands-on experience administrating Google Workspace, Slack and Zoom
- Experience with conference room, AV, and office network setup and troubleshooting.
- Flexibility to support events in the evening may be occasionally required
- Experience with automation or scripting to streamline repetitive work.
- Excellent communication and a real care for the support experience.
- Strong organization across competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to be in our San Francisco office 5 days a week and lift standard IT equipment.
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.

THE ROLE
Baseten is looking for an Office Coordinator to help run our New York office and create an exceptional experience for everyone who works in or visits the space. You will work alongside our Office Manager and be at the center of the day-to-day operations of our largest and fastest-growing office.
A major focus of this role is making our increasingly complex space work well. You will manage high demand for conference rooms and phone booths, anticipate competing needs, and make thoughtful tradeoffs based on team and business priorities. Like a great EA managing an executive’s calendar, you will constantly look ahead, spot conflicts, and adjust the puzzle.
You’ll be part of a growing, highly collaborative team that works together to raise the bar for how we support Baseten. The team shares context, jumps in to support one another, and continuously looks for ways to improve how we operate. As Baseten grows, you’ll have opportunities to take on new challenges and expand your scope.
This is an in-person role in New York, expected to be in-office five days per week.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate on front-of-house reception with the Office Manager , creating a warm, polished experience for employees, candidates, customers, investors, and other visitors
- Plan ahead for high-priority and large-group needs, including onboarding, sales bootcamps, candidate interviews, customer visits, confidential meetings, marketing events, and board meetings
- Build enough context on our teams and business to make good judgment calls when space is constrained
- Maintain an exceptionally high bar for the physical office, noticing and addressing details like rooms that need resetting, missing furniture, broken equipment, and low supplies
- Proactively identify ways to make our spaces more functional, organized, and enjoyable
- Build strong relationships across the office to understand and anticipate team needs
- Partner with the Office Manager with physical office operations, vendors, deliveries, supplies, and other workplace needs
- Support in-office events, including setup, logistics, and resetting spaces afterward
- Respond quickly to workplace needs and own issues through resolution
- Manage mail, packages, and shipping with accuracy
REQUIREMENTS
- Exceptionally detail-oriented, with a high quality bar and an instinct for noticing what others miss. Proactive and observant, with a bias toward identifying and solving problems before being asked.
- Highly organized and able to manage changing calendars, constraints, requests, and priorities without dropping details
- Strong judgment and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand context and make thoughtful tradeoffs
- Clear, responsive communicator who reliably keeps people informed and closes loops
- High ownership mentality. When you take something on, others trust that you’ve got it
- Strong relationship builder who gets to know teams and uses that context to anticipate their needs
- Service-oriented and energized by creating an excellent experience for employees and visitors
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where needs change frequently
- Able and excited to work from our New York office five days per week
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)

About Wolt
At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.
Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
About the Team
We are looking for an experienced Manager, Tax Technology to lead tax platform projects for Wolt and Deliveroo within our growing Tax Team. As Wolt and Deliveroo onboard onto the global unified tax platform and a single tax calculation engine (Vertex), this role owns the functional tax leadership that turns business and VAT requirements into configured, tested, live capabilities, and leads the offshore Wolt & Deliveroo implementation team delivering that work day to day. As DoorDash continues to grow its international footprint, we are looking for a candidate with deep, hands-on experience in VAT regimes who can lead a team, collaborate cross-functionally, and own the delivery of tax features and new-platform feature / new-market / new-partnership launches across Wolt and Deliveroo.
About the Role
You will report to the Senior Manager of the Tax Calculation Platform & Mx Operations and lead tax platform and business projects for Wolt and Deliveroo. You will manage a team to deliver day-to-day VAT configuration and testing, and partner closely with Tax Engineering, the Wolt and Deliveroo Tax teams, Tax Product, and other stakeholders — gathering business and VAT requirements, translating them into tax-system functional requirements for configuration and testing, and reviewing Technical Design Documents (TDDs) to provide functional tax expertise back to Tax Engineering.
The primary focus of this position is end-to-end delivery of VAT tax solutions across the Wolt and Deliveroo platforms — new product, market, partnership launches and legislative changes, roadmap alignment with Wolt and Deliveroo's international expansion, and day-to-day leadership of the team executing that delivery — with an understanding of how data flows from upstream systems through the tax engine to downstream reporting. Rather than handing off requirements to the Vertex Center of Excellence team, you will apply your own Vertex knowledge to help influence the functional design and determine the specific Vertex configuration a solution requires. Familiarity with US sales and use tax, food and beverage, and retail tax context is valuable for alignment with the broader platform.
You’re excited about this opportunity because you will…
Lead tax platform and business projects across the Wolt and Deliveroo platforms, including new product, market, partnership launches, and legislative changes.
Gather business and VAT requirements and translate them into tax-system functional requirements for configuration, testing and delivery.
Review BRDs, PRDs, and TDDs for VAT tax-system implications and provide functional tax expertise back to Tax Engineering.
Define testing requirements and oversee validations across unit, integration, E2E, shadow, and post-launch phases.
Align tax engine priorities and the integrated delivery plan with the Wolt and Deliveroo international market roadmaps, and represent tax platform status updates to Tax and Engineering leadership.
Trace VAT-relevant data from upstream systems through Vertex to downstream reporting and compliance.
Serve as the senior functional tax leader for Wolt and Deliveroo, escalating risk and driving cross-functional alignment across Tax, Product, Engineering, and Data.
Manage and develop a team supporting this area, allocating workload, establishing QA checkpoints, and providing structured knowledge transfer on complex processes.
We’re excited about you because…
You have 8+ years of indirect tax or indirect tax technology experience, with several years working directly in VAT regimes.
You are familiar with VAT tax requirements and can translate them into system requirements.
Hands-on experience implementing or configuring Vertex O Series, and ability to review Vertex configurations and testing documentation and provide feedback.
Hand-on experience implementing or configuring ERP tax integration (e.g. Netsuite) with Vertex tax engine.
Experience with multi-country VAT implementations and EU VAT compliance; familiarity with non-US indirect tax regimes more broadly is a plus.
Demonstrated people-leadership experience, including managing, coaching, workload delegation, and quality oversight.
You can review technical design documents and provide functional tax expertise to engineering and product.
You have familiarity with US sales and use tax, food and beverage, and retail tax context.
You understand how tax data flows from upstream transaction systems through a tax engine to downstream reporting, including both in-house systems or ERP system integration flows.
Program or project management experience across dependent teams, including building plans, milestones, and dependency maps, and driving them to completion.
Comfort operating cross-functionally and building trust with partner teams without always holding formal authority over their roadmaps.
Experience in use of SQL or Snowflake for data self-serve, issue investigation or testing validation.
Experience in use of API testing tools like Postman, SOAP UI and ability to read XML and JSON logs.
Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or Computer Science degree.
You are fluent in leveraging multiple AI tools on the market (e.g., Claude Cowork, ChatGPT, Gemini, Cursor) on a daily basis across all of your assigned tasks, and you actively look for creative ways to apply them to enhance processes and create efficiency gains.
Nice to Haves
Familiarity with Marketplace Facilitator laws.
Experience managing offshore teams across time zones.
Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion

That’s why we hire and cultivate diverse teams of people from all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. We believe that true innovation happens when everyone has room at the table and the tools, resources, and opportunity to excel.

Design at Anthropic sits at the intersection of craft, research, and product intuition. We're a small team working on products that millions of people use daily—and on interactions that don't have established conventions yet.
Our work shapes how people experience AI: whether Claude feels like a tool or a collaborator, whether it earns trust or erodes it. We partner closely with engineers and researchers, often designing around capabilities that are emerging in real-time. That means staying close to the models, prototyping rapidly, and being comfortable with ambiguity.
We care deeply about craft—the details that make something feel polished and trustworthy—but we ship fast and learn in the open. We'd rather get something in front of users and iterate than wait for perfection.
We're looking for designers who ship fast and stay in motion—people who would rather get something in front of users this week than perfect it for a month. You're excited to question fundamental UI assumptions and invent patterns that feel native to AI, and you're already using tools like Claude Code to extend what you can build. You pay attention to where model capabilities are heading, not just what Claude can do today, and you find ways to keep caring about the pixels, the copy, and the edge cases while shipping quickly.

What you’ll be part of
Garner is on a mission to transform the U.S. healthcare system — and we’re the only proven player doing exactly that. We partner with employers to redesign how healthcare works: applying 550+ proprietary clinical metrics across 80+ specialties to a dataset of 320M+ patients to identify the best-performing doctors, then using compelling incentives to steer members to the care that helps them get healthier, faster.
The result is a rare “win win” — better care and lower costs for both members and employers. In just five years, our work has helped over 2.5 million people access higher-quality care and saved $1B in healthcare costs. We recently raised our Series E and have doubled five years running. If you've ever wanted your work to solve a problem that touches every person in this country, this is the opportunity to do exactly that. You'd be joining a team fundamentally reimagining healthcare in the U.S. — and using AI to scale that impact further and faster than anyone else can.
About the role:
We are seeking an exceptional Director of Product Marketing to lead go-to-market strategy and execution across Garner's product portfolio and priority customer segments. Reporting to the VP of Product Marketing, you will own the strategy, messaging, and launch execution for a book of product lines while helping set the operating model and standards for the broader product marketing function.
You will drive the narrative around Garner's differentiated approach to healthcare economics - translating complex data and clinical insights into compelling value propositions that resonate with benefits leaders and health systems. You will serve as a senior strategic partner to Sales, Product, and executive leadership, mentor other product marketers, and have direct, measurable impact on revenue generation and market positioning.
Where you will work:
This role will be based in our New York City office. You must be willing to work in the office 3 days per week on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
What you will do:
Own end-to-end go-to-market strategy across a portfolio of product lines - including market segmentation, value prop development, competitive positioning, and messaging architecture. You’ll translate complex healthcare economics and data insights into narratives that drive customer acquisition and expansion
Lead major product launches and feature releases, owning a repeatable launch process and working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure market readiness, sales enablement, and customer adoption
Set the standard for data-driven marketing plans with clear KPIs (pipeline generation, win rates, deal velocity, positioning lift) and run regular business reviews to measure impact and drive iteration
Partner with RevOps and Sales leadership to analyze revenue processes, develop segment-specific go-to-market approaches and competitive playbooks, and equip external-facing teams with tools that directly improve close rates and deal velocity
Mentor and develop product marketers, raising the bar on craft, and help shape the structure, priorities, and operating rhythm of a growing product marketing team
Build and maintain a deep understanding of the healthcare benefits and provider landscape - including buyer personas, economic drivers, regulatory landscape, and key decision-making criteria
Collaborate with Product leadership to inform product strategy, roadmap prioritization, and feature differentiation based on market insights, customer needs, and competitive gaps
Own thought leadership and content strategy, working with internal and external resources to establish Garner as the authoritative voice on healthcare economics and benefits optimization
The ideal candidate has:
8+ years in B2B product marketing, including 3+ years leading product marketing strategy at scale
A track record of launching products and leading strategic repositioning initiatives at companies with high-caliber customers (Fortune 500, sophisticated tech buyers, etc.)
Exceptional analytical skills — you are comfortable building and interpreting financial models, conducting cohort analysis, and using data to drive marketing decisions and validate assumptions
Deep comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward action; you thrive in fast-growing environments where you must move quickly while maintaining intellectual rigor
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical and business concepts into clear, compelling narratives for diverse audiences (executives, clinicians, benefit managers)
A demonstrated ability to lead and partner across functions — you influence without authority, synthesize diverse perspectives, and build credibility with Sales, Product, and Executive teams
Intellectual curiosity and genuine interest in healthcare economics, benefits design, and/or data-driven decision making; you ask the right questions and never accept surface-level explanations
A desire to be part of a high-performing, mission-driven team that operates with intense urgency, a strong sense of individual accountability, and a commitment to authentic feedback.
This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing company in a transformative leadership role, helping shape the future of healthcare.
