Continuously monitor the AI landscape for novel vulnerabilities and attack techniques, applying deep engineering experience to proactively defend enterprise AI deployments.
Develop security reference architectures for AI deployment patterns, including MCP servers and agentic AI workflows and harnesses.
Deploy controls to ensure model integrity, governance, and proper access control across models and feature stores.
Build AI-driven tooling to strengthen cybersecurity posture across identity, incident management, vulnerability management, third-party risk, and emerging AI threat vectors.
Perform AI safety, security assessments, threat modeling for AI/ML systems, identifying risks such as data poisoning, model evasion, model extraction, adversarial inputs, and integrity attacks.
Collaborate with software engineers, and product teams to integrate security best practices into AI development, training, validation, and deployment processes.
Drive Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC) and DevSecOps practices for AI-powered products, including threat modeling, security testing, penetration testing, and CI/CD pipeline security automation.

Research emerging trends in AI security and contribute to innovative solutions that support Tenable's AI initiatives.

Improving the velocity and stability of software releases, without the fear of end customer outages
Delivering targeted experiences by easily personalizing features to customer cohorts
Maximizing the business impact of every feature through the ability to experiment and optimize
Coordinating the release and optimization of software to provide consistent experiences across mobile platforms and device types

At Adapty, we make it easy for mobile apps to manage in-app purchases and paywalls. We power 20K+ apps, process $3B+ in subscriptions every year, and have been growing fast for the last four years. Our mission is simple: make apps rich.
We are a team of 210+ passionate, product-driven people who love solving big challenges. Backed by top investors like 500 Startups and Surface Ventures, we are building one of mobile's fastest-growing SaaS companies and aiming for number one worldwide.
WHAT THIS ROLE IS ABOUT
Adapty powers subscriptions for thousands of mobile apps, and our clients don't come to us for a billing tool, they come to grow subscription revenue. This role exists to make that happen.
You'll own a portfolio of 30-40 apps and act as their growth partner: understanding their funnel from ad click to purchase, finding where money leaks out, and bringing them concrete recommendations on paywalls, pricing, and A/B tests. You will be a sparring partner who knows subscription monetization as well as our clients do.
This isn't a ticket-answering job. Proactiveness, retention, adoption, and expansion in your portfolio are yours to drive, which means you'll spend your time in analytics dashboards and in strategic conversations, and you'll be comfortable turning a good insight into a commercial one.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Own a portfolio of 30-40 clients. You'll be the main point of contact and the person accountable for their retention, health, and growth.
- Onboard new clients. After handoff from Sales, guide them through integration, help them build their first funnel and paywall, and get their campaigns live.
- Close product adoption gaps. Audit how each client actually uses Adapty, spot underused features, and drive them to full adoption. Identify at-risk accounts early and act before renewal is in question.
- Drive account growth. Run paywall and UA analyses, and come to clients with concrete A/B test recommendations that move their subscription revenue, not generic check-ins.
- Unlock and close cross-sells. Identify expansion potential across the product line and own those deals through to closed-won.
- Be the voice of the customer. Gather and relay feedback, bugs, and feature requests to the product team, and follow up so critical issues actually ship.
- Know the product inside and out. You'll be expected to answer detailed technical questions and support complex use cases without escalating everything.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Hands-on experience with in-app subscriptions. You've worked with subscription monetization directly, not just adjacent to it.
- Full-cycle mobile growth background. Ideally you've owned traffic acquisition through to purchase: UA, funnel optimization, monetization, A/B testing.
- Fluent English, written and spoken.
- Comfortable with sales. You're not afraid to open a commercial conversation, ask for the expansion, and close it.
- Sharp mind and strong communication. You can hold a strategic conversation with a founder or a growth lead and be taken seriously.
- Independent and proactive. We don't micromanage — you own your accounts and your numbers.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience at a SaaS company in the mobile industry
- Working knowledge of Amplitude, Meta Ads, and creative testing.
- Track record of measurable account expansion or upsell in a previous CS role.
- Familiarity with support/CRM tools.
WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU
- Strong product with industry-best metrics. Adapty is among the top 5% fastest-growing SaaS companies.
- Exceptional compensation directly tied to your results.
- Direct communication and ownership. No bureaucracy, no politics, just impact.
- Flexible remote work. Join us from anywhere or work onsite in our Belgrade or London offices.
- Professional support. Language learning, sports, health insurance, laptop coverage, and more.

Staff Frontend Engineer
An overview of this role
As a Staff Frontend Engineer on the Core DevOps team, you'll provide technical leadership across your team and adjacent teams. You'll solve complex frontend problems, deliver large features with minimal guidance, and improve the architecture and standards that help teams move faster without compromising quality.
You'll work with product, design, engineering managers, and engineers across product groups to shape product experiences and frontend architecture for a global platform. This includes how teams use agentic artificial intelligence in engineering workflows and user experiences.
At GitLab, we build an all-remote, artificial intelligence-powered DevSecOps platform. You'll help shape product experiences and frontend architecture that enable everyone to contribute to and co-create the software that powers our world.
What you’ll do

Drive frontend platform, design system, and shared architecture strategy for long-term scalability.
Define and improve standards for versioning, testing, documentation, accessibility, security, performance, and maintainability.
Lead modernization of a monolith or legacy frontend architecture toward modular, reusable, and independently deployable systems.
Establish versioned module or host contracts and build, test, deploy, release, and rollback practices for safe operations.
Create shared patterns for dependency management, design system integration, observability, error isolation, and performance budgets.
Guide technical direction through clear written proposals and architectural leadership. Partner with product and engineering leaders on platform roadmaps, technical debt, and investment trade-offs.
Mentor senior and intermediate engineers. Establish guardrails for artificial-intelligence-assisted and agentic workflows that protect code quality, security, privacy, and evaluation standards.

A sustained record of technical leadership across teams or a broad product area.
Deep frontend architecture and production experience in complex web applications.
Experience scaling or governing a design system, frontend platform, or shared component architecture.
Experience with modular frontend architecture in production, such as package encapsulation, Web Components, frontend islands, runtime composition, or an equivalent architecture.
Experience creating alignment without formal authority through clear written proposals and decision records.
Experience balancing user outcomes, delivery speed, technical health, and long-term platform investment.
Experience mentoring engineers and shaping standards through code review and documentation, including evaluating and improving artificial-intelligence-assisted or agentic engineering workflows.
Helpful, but not required: experience with Vue, React, Angular, TypeScript, or JavaScript; PostgreSQL, Redis, or object storage; representational state transfer or GraphQL application programming interfaces; Kubernetes, Google Kubernetes Engine, Docker, or Google Cloud Platform; and observability tools such as Prometheus or Sentry.
About the team

You'll ship moderately sized features with minimal guidance, improve quality and performance, mentor other engineers, and help establish standards for a high-scale web environment. You'll partner across product, design, backend, and frontend to make sound trade-offs, communicate clearly, and improve how the team delivers software.

Turn ambiguous customer and product needs into clear technical plans and intuitive, accessible experiences.
Advocate for product quality, security, accessibility, performance, maintainability, and operational readiness throughout the development lifecycle.

Mentor Associate and Intermediate Engineers, share knowledge, remove technical blockers, and improve team delivery practices.
Diagnose and prevent frontend performance and reliability issues at scale using observability and production signals, and participate in incident response or on-call responsibilities under your team's ownership model.
Design or review independently buildable frontend surfaces and explicit contracts for data, events, authorization, feature flags, error handling, testing, and performance expectations.
Collaborate with product, design, backend, quality, security, and other teams to deliver cohesive customer outcomes.
What you’ll bring
Experience applying frontend architecture, browser behavior, testing, accessibility, performance, and maintainability practices in a complex product or platform environment.
Experience designing or evolving modular frontend boundaries, independently buildable surfaces, component systems, or migration-safe architectures.
Experience making pragmatic trade-offs with product and design partners and turning complex requirements into clear user experiences.
The ability to lead through technical judgment, collaboration, and clear written communication rather than formal authority.
Experience mentoring engineers and improving team practices through code review, design review, documentation, or hands-on collaboration.
The ability to work effectively in a remote, asynchronous organization by managing priorities, creating clarity, and communicating decisions in writing.
Practical experience integrating artificial intelligence into a feature, workflow, or engineering process, or evaluating its reliability, security, privacy, and appropriate human oversight.
Helpful, but not required: experience with Vue, React, Angular, TypeScript, or JavaScript; PostgreSQL, Redis, or object storage; representational state transfer or GraphQL; Kubernetes, Google Kubernetes Engine, Docker, or Google Cloud Platform; Prometheus or Sentry; and Git, GitLab Runner, or GitLab continuous integration and continuous delivery.

We are building AI to simulate the world through merging art and science.
We believe that world models are at the frontier of progress in artificial intelligence. Language models alone won’t solve the world’s hardest problems – robotics, disease, scientific discovery. Real progress requires models that experience the world and learn from their mistakes, the same way that humans do. And this kind of trial and error can be massively accelerated when done in simulation, rather than in the real world.
World models offer the most clear path to general-purpose simulation, changing how stories are told, how scientific progress is made and how the next frontiers of humanity are reached.
Our team consists of creative, open minded, caring and ambitious people who are determined to change the world. We aspire to continuously build impossible things and our ability to do so relies on building an incredible team. If you are driven to do the same, we'd love to hear from you.
*Titles posted to our careers page are updated regularly to best advertise the role and expected seniority, but internally we have a flat titling system with two types of titles: one for individual contributors and one for people managers.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Open to hiring remote across North America and London — we also have offices in NYC, San Francisco, Seattle, and London.
We're building a tool that makes content creation easy and accessible for all types of creatives. Our users love it. Runway has an actively engaged and growing community of passionate artists and creators worldwide. And we're scaling the systems behind our support team so we can keep delivering delightful experiences as that community grows.
We're looking for a Support Systems Engineer who ships production code, not tickets and specs: someone who takes a fix from proposal to merged PR themselves. This role reports directly to the Head of Customer Experience.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own the AI support agent, our ticketing system and other Support tools end to end: authentication (JWT), response logic, routing, escalation paths and tone, tested in staging before it sees live traffic
- Ship daily product changes that remove ticket volume. Recent example: extending automatic refund eligibility to one-click credit purchases, accidental upgrades and month-based proration on annual terms
- Build and maintain internal CX tooling as real software, not one-offs: scripts, jobs, dashboards, admin surfaces
- Run QA and evals with real test suites and pass/fail rubrics, plus monitoring and alerts for outages, bugs and volume spikes
- Own releases: staged rollouts, a regression suite before every ship, clear rollback criteria, a writeup when something reaches production
- Build the CX reporting the org runs on: volume, deflection, CSAT, reply and resolution time, escalation accuracy, agent spend. You own the correctness and availability of the queries.
- Build and stage the guardrails on refunds, account changes and anything touching money or PII, including the audit trail
- Keep the knowledge base accurate and structured for the agent to parse, and manage the handoff into the ticketing system
- Keep the CX roadmap and the coverage model current, sequenced against priorities set by the Head of CX, so gaps show up before they bite
- Run the day-to-day with our AI platform vendor: weekly working session, joint roadmap, issues filed with reproductions
- Carry signal across teams: Product and Engineering on bugs and rollouts, Customer Education on self-serve, community on Discord and the forums, GTM and Analytics on routing and reporting
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- 5+ years in Customer Experience, Support Engineering or Support Operations, with real time spent writing code
- You ship production code in codebases you didn't write: read TypeScript, trace logic through someone else's service, put up a PR that survives review. Our stack is TypeScript and Node.js on AWS
- Hands-on experience building and tuning AI or LLM-powered support workflows: prompt and context engineering, routing, escalation design, evals
- SQL experience. You own the reporting, so you shouldn't be waiting on Analytics for it
- Code-level experience with a billing or payments API: invoices, prorations, refunds. A large share of consumer tickets live here
- Git, PR review, CI, staging and feature flags as your default way of working
- Real QA and eval experience: you can define rubrics, build test suites and calibrate against what good looks like
- Judgment about where a fix belongs, in code, in the agent or in the knowledge base
- A track record carrying signal between support, product and other functions and turning it into action
- Comfort managing your own work in a fast-moving environment, high ownership and high autonomy
- Genuine interest in AI, creative tools or both
WHAT SETS YOU APART
The most successful person in this role treats the agent and the systems around it like a product they own. They watch where it fails, ship the fix and check whether it worked. They build reporting people actually use. And they show up with improvements no one asked for yet.
FOR YOUR APPLICATION
During our interview process, you'll have several chances to get acquainted with the Runway product and use all the features our team has built, and that starts now. As part of your application, instead of a cover letter, we ask that you try out the Runway product, specifically build a custom workflow.
Runway strives to recruit and retain exceptional talent from diverse backgrounds while ensuring pay equity for our team. Our salary ranges are based on competitive market rates for our size, stage and industry, and salary is just one part of the overall compensation package we provide.
There are many factors that go into salary determinations, including relevant experience, skill level and qualifications assessed during the interview process, and maintaining internal equity with peers on the team. The range shared below is a general expectation for the function as posted, but we are also open to considering candidates who may be more or less experienced than outlined in the job description. In this case, we will communicate any updates in the expected salary range.
Lastly, the provided range is the expected salary for candidates in the U.S. Outside of those regions, there may be a change in the range, which again, will be communicated to candidates.

An overview of this role
As a Senior Developer Advocate at GitLab, you'll help technical audiences understand and use our intelligent orchestration platform where teams and their AI agents ship secure software faster. You'll go deep on the product, especially GitLab Duo Agent Platform and our newer capabilities, and continuously discover real-world workflows that teams care about. You'll turn that hands-on knowledge into demos, blog posts, videos, and presentations, and bring what you learn from customers and the developer community back to GitLab.
This role focuses on showing the product in action and building relationships with customers and the community. You'll help cover events and work across U.S. and Canadian time zones.
What you'll do
Deeply understand GitLab's platform, especially our AI agent capabilities, and continuously find productive, real-world use cases worth showing.
Create product content, including videos, blog posts, presentations, and social clips that show key use cases for GitLab in the user interface and terminal.
Produce video content end to end: script, record, and edit product walkthroughs and demos, and collaborate with GitLab's video team on longer or higher-production pieces.
Deliver product demos and participate in analyst briefings.
Engage with customers through webinars, customer meetings, and other conversations.
Participate in the developer community by engaging on the GitLab forum and Discord, following the conversations happening on social platforms, in newsletters, and at events, and making sure GitLab has a voice in the ones that matter.
Answer technical questions that come through the sales team, and partner with support, sales, and product on developer-facing educational content.
Use hands-on product experience to share feedback with product teams and test new features.
Contribute to technical research and analysis of the developer tools landscape.
Travel requirement up to 20% for events and customer meetings.
What you'll bring
Hands-on technical experience. You understand how software gets built, with a focus on everything that happens after code is written, and can talk about it credibly with engineers.
Understanding of artificial intelligence and its use in software development, from coding all the way to production. You have built and operated agentic systems and infrastructure.
The ability to explain technical products clearly. You can demo a product, record a walkthrough, or speak at a conference without it feeling forced.
Fluency in developer social platforms. You know what's interesting to the people we're trying to reach and can participate in the conversation with credibility.
Curiosity and self-direction. You're already finding the next thing worth talking about, following the right people, and noticing opportunities.
Experience engaging with customers, developers, or technical communities.
Ability to work independently and collaborate across sales, engineering, product, and other teams.
About the team
