From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data. Together, we’re delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on. Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions.
As we bring our teams and technology together, we’re building on both companies' strengths while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. Pricing & Order Operations Analyst
to join our Order Operations & Monetization team. This role restores dedicated capacity for pricing and order operations testing, quote-to-cash (QTC) release validation, and order execution support.
You’ll help ensure system changes are tested, validated, and operationally ready before they go live. You’ll provide Pricing and Order Operations subject-matter expertise and execute assigned business validation across signature packets, bookings, marketplace offers, and booking-to-order management handoffs. This role partners closely with Order Operations & Monetization, IT’s business systems team, Pricing Operations, Sales, and Deal Desk.
Reporting & Prioritization
Reports to the Order Operations & Monetization lead, Jamie Calkins.
The Senior Pricing Operations Manager may help prioritize pricing-related test cases and QTC issues tied specifically to pricing and quoting.
The Order Operations & Monetization lead owns final prioritization of the analyst’s workload across order operations, assigned non-pricing UAT participation, and pricing-related support work.
This is a hybrid role, 1-2 days in the office.
Technologies You’ll Use
Salesforce CPQ
Jira
Suger and marketplace user interfaces, including AWS, Azure, GCP, and Snowflake
Notion
Metronome
Hex
What You’ll Do
Pricing Operations & QTC Support
Support pricing operations changes through business requirement review, data validation, configuration checks, and documentation, helping ensure pricing logic is accurately reflected in QTC workflows.
Validate pricing-related QTC changes across quoting, approvals, discounting logic, product configuration, and downstream order execution.
Help confirm that pricing changes are operationally ready before launch, including impacts to Sales, Deal Desk, Order Operations, Billing, Revenue, and marketplace workflows.
Partner with the Senior Pricing Operations Manager to prioritize pricing-related test cases, identify gaps in business requirements, and document expected system behavior.
Help maintain documentation for pricing- and order-related system configurations, known dependencies, and release-readiness criteria.
UAT & Testing
Participate as a Pricing and Order Operations subject-matter expert in UAT project-managed by Technical Program Management (TPM) and executed under RevOps coordination, ensuring relevant business scenarios and expected outcomes are represented.
Execute assigned Pricing and Order Operations test cases and collaborate with the GTM subject-matter experts identified by RevOps.
Partner with RevOps and relevant subject-matter experts to develop and maintain Pricing and Order Operations test cases, including scenarios for quoting, approvals, signature packets, bookings, marketplace offers, billing, and order management.
Document test results and defects with clear traceability from business requirement to test outcome, and provide domain-specific readiness input through the established UAT sign-off process.
Maintain the Pricing and Order Operations portion of the regression test suite for recurring QTC changes.
Order Operations
Operate under defined business requirements for order operations rules within the QTC flow, validating execution across signature packet generation and e-signature routing, booking rules, marketplace offer configuration—including AWS, Azure, GCP, and Snowflake—and the booking-to-order management handoff.
Partner with IT’s business systems team and the Proposal-to-Order Lead to keep order operations rules aligned with upstream pricing and quoting logic and downstream billing and revenue systems.
Ensure signature packets and marketplace offers accurately reflect the underlying order and pricing terms before execution.
Identify and troubleshoot order operations issues across bookings, signature packets, and marketplace offers, escalating systemic problems to the appropriate system owner.
Skills We’re Looking For
2–3 years of experience in pricing operations, order operations, business systems analysis, or quality assurance within an agile environment, ideally involving quote-to-cash processes.
Working knowledge of Salesforce CPQ and order management or billing systems, with the ability to read and understand configuration logic without necessarily building it directly.
Strong attention to detail and comfort performing structured, repeatable testing work.
Comfort using conversational AI tools—such as Claude, ChatGPT, or internal chatbots—to support daily and project work, combined with sound judgment about when human review or decision-making is necessary.
Clear written communication skills, with the ability to document test cases, defects, and sign-off criteria for technical and business audiences.
A proactive, organized approach, with the ability to work across IT, Pricing and Order Operations, and Sales and Deal Desk with minimal oversight.
Bonus Skills
Exposure to Revenue Recognition or Professional Services systems and processes.

Location: London, United Kingdom - Deliveroo
Our Global Structure
Deliveroo is now part of DoorDash, bringing together teams with even greater reach, scale, and ambition. Depending on your role, you may collaborate with teammates, systems, and leaders across DoorDash and Wolt. Together, we’re unlocking new possibilities as one global team.
About the Team
At Deliveroo we’re striving to build London’s best and most admired Security Engineering organisation as part of our global team based across North America and Europe.
Our London based Security Engineering team is looking for a
Senior GRC Engineer.
You will be a part of our inclusive, collaborative global team responsible.
This is a London based position reporting directly to the Security Compliance Manager based in London.
About the Role
We're hiring a
Senior GRC Engineer
to help take DoorDash's compliance program from something people run to something the platform runs on its own. You'll take primary ownership of how regulatory and framework change gets tracked, interpreted, and turned into real controls - one part of a broader GRC function that spans audit, policy, and risk. Day to day, that means less time updating spreadsheets and more time writing the automation, integrations, and control logic that let audit evidence collect itself.
You'll also lead major external audits from start to finish and help shape the policies and control standards the rest of the program is built on.
This is a hands-on role for someone who already has deep audit and assurance experience, wants to spend more time building than briefing and can move a program forward, and change how people work, without needing the title to make it happen.
You’re excited about this opportunity because you will…
Build the regulatory and framework change-management process that keeps DoorDash ahead of new obligations, instead of reacting to them.
Move manual, point-in-time compliance work onto Compliance-as-Code foundations: policy-as-code, automated control testing, and continuous evidence collection wired into CI/CD, so audit readiness holds up between audits, not just during them.
Design and run agentic workflows for evidence analysis, control testing, and audit response preparation, with a human in the loop where assurance demands it.
Partner directly with engineering and architecture teams to design controls into new systems at build time and translate that technical work into the narratives auditors actually need.
Partner with the Security Compliance Manager to shape and mature the global compliance program.
Design, implement and validate security controls relevant to DoorDash’s regulatory environment, not just document them.
Support development and refinement of security policies, standards, and guidance.
Mentor other members of the compliance team and help set the technical bar the rest of the function grows into.
Ensure policies are actionable, testable, and aligned to real-world controls.
We’re excited about you because you have…
6+ years of experience in security compliance, GRC or technology risk, with a strong track record in high-growth, technology-driven and regulated environments.
Hands-on experience building large language models and agent workflows with daily use of AI in your own work, grounded judgment on what to delegate to agents versus what needs a human, and the ability to evidence both to an auditor. DoorDash is an AI-forward organization and the ability to optimize efficiency using AI is crucial in this role.
The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with frameworks such as DORA, the EU AI Act, NIS2 and CRA.
Real, hands-on experience implementing and assessing controls against frameworks like PCI DSS, SOC 2, ISO 27001 - not just reading them.
Demonstrated ability to identify control gaps, assess risk and drive remediation in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders.
Experience developing, implementing and improving security policies, standards, and procedures, ensuring they are operational and effective.
Strong understanding of compliance metrics and reporting, with the ability to track control effectiveness, audit outcomes, and risk exposure.
Ability to influence and drive accountability across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex audit and compliance requirements into clear, actionable guidance.
Comfort owning compliance metrics and reporting - you can show, not just assert, that a program is working.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

About the Onchain Data Team
The Onchain Data team builds the core data and technology infrastructure behind OKX Web3. We connect to diverse blockchain networks and collect, process, govern, interpret, and serve large-scale onchain data, delivering accurate, real-time, and reliable capabilities to Wallet, DEX, Explorer, Risk, CeFi, and AI products.
Our scope includes, but is not limited to:
Multi-chain data ingestion, parsing, computation, and unified data models;
Data capabilities for onchain assets, transactions, addresses, tokens, contracts, and projects;
Blockchain explorers, the Project Marketplace, Onchain Data APIs, bots, and agents;
Labels, risk detection, risk-control data, and security investigation capabilities;
DEX trending rankings, token scoring, and other onchain data products;
Global multi-region deployment, high-availability architecture, performance optimization, and system reliability;
Deep application of AI in engineering, data analysis, risk investigation, and intelligent operations.
You will work on challenges involving heterogeneous chains, large-scale data, real-time computation, high concurrency, high availability, data accuracy, and complex cross-functional collaboration. Your work can directly improve user experience, asset security, and business growth.
What You May Work On
This is a broad hiring track rather than a single fixed role. Your responsibilities will be matched to your strengths, experience, and interests, and may include one or more of the following:
Design, build, and evolve onchain data infrastructure, data services, or business systems, taking ownership of the quality and outcomes of critical modules.
Build multi-chain ingestion, real-time and batch computation, data governance, search, storage, and serving capabilities, continuously improving data accuracy, completeness, and freshness.
Contribute to blockchain explorers, the Project Marketplace, onchain assets, labels, risk control, DEX rankings, token scoring, and related platforms or products.
Identify critical technical and business problems, make sound judgments, design solutions, coordinate resources, drive execution, and review outcomes.
Build highly available, high-performance, scalable global systems, while continuously improving reliability, cost efficiency, delivery efficiency, and user experience.
Use AI tools deeply and explore agents, intelligent investigation, engineering automation, and intelligent operations, turning successful practices into reusable team capabilities.
Collaborate with product, data, security, algorithm, operations, and engineering teams to drive cross-functional initiatives to completion.
What We Value Most
Hunger — Curiosity and Drive
You stay curious about AI, Web3, emerging technologies, and new business domains, and can learn unfamiliar areas quickly.
You do not wait for instructions when facing a problem; you proactively understand the context, identify solutions, and drive execution.
You go beyond completing assigned tasks and continue to ask about outcomes, user value, and opportunities for improvement.
Cognition — Cognitive Ability and Judgment
You can quickly understand complex technical and business problems, build a structured mental model, and identify the core issue and key trade-offs.
When information is incomplete or the situation is uncertain, you can form sound judgments based on facts and logical reasoning.
You can compare the value, cost, risk, and long-term impact of different options, clearly explain your rationale, and turn decisions into executable plans and results.
What We Are Looking For
Strong computer science fundamentals and coding ability in at least one mainstream programming language, such as Java, Go, Python, or C++.
Clear logical thinking and strong problem decomposition skills, with the ability to independently solve complex technical or business problems.
Hands-on experience in one or more of the following areas:
Backend and distributed systems;
Real-time or batch data processing, data platforms, search, and storage;
High-concurrency, high-availability systems, and reliability engineering;
Risk control, security, strategy, or data analysis;
AI agents, LLM applications, or engineering productivity.
A strong sense of ownership and accountability, with the ability to drive initiatives through to measurable outcomes.
Open, direct, and effective communication, with a willingness to solve problems across teams.
Strong learning ability and growth potential. We value solid engineering fundamentals, but do not use mastery of one specific framework or middleware stack as the sole hiring criterion.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Web3, public blockchains, onchain data, wallets, DEXs, blockchain explorers, or smart contracts.
Familiarity with one or more blockchain technology models, such as EVM, UTXO, or Move.
Experience with large-scale data processing, stream processing, databases, messaging systems, caching, or search systems.
Experience in fintech, risk control, security, e-commerce, advertising, recommendation systems, or other complex internet businesses.
Proven examples of using AI tools to solve real problems and turning solutions into engineered or scalable capabilities.
Ability to work in English, or experience building global and multi-region systems.
Demonstrated technical judgment, business impact, or zero-to-one ownership in previous projects.
The Kind of Candidate We Hope to Meet
You can clearly explain the most complex problem you have solved, how you formed your judgment, and how you drove the solution to completion.
You have one or more clear strengths. We do not expect experience in every area, but we value meaningful depth or exceptional potential in at least one direction.
You are willing to understand users and business context instead of passively receiving requirements.
You are open to unfamiliar domains and can use AI and team collaboration to close knowledge gaps quickly.
You remain constructive in changing or uncertain environments and can keep moving work forward.
Why Join Us
Build core onchain data infrastructure for OKX Web3, directly supporting global users and multiple strategic businesses.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Claude is available to enterprises through Microsoft Foundry, and the Microsoft partnership has become one of our most important paths to market. Many of the largest enterprises in financial services, healthcare and life sciences, and the public sector buy Microsoft first, and we want Claude to be the obvious choice when they do.
As Partner Manager for Microsoft Co-Sell, you will turn that partnership into pipeline and closed revenue. You will build and run joint sales plays with Microsoft's field organization, connect Anthropic account executives with their Microsoft counterparts on shared target accounts, and make sure deals that start in a co-sell conversation actually close through Azure Marketplace. You will own your work end to end, from the details of a single stuck deal to the executive readout on how the partnership is performing.
Key responsibilities
Own the co-sell engine day to day: design joint sales plays with Microsoft around the strongest enterprise use cases, run account mapping with Microsoft sellers, and turn introductions into working groups and joint opportunities that show up as pipeline
Keep deals moving through Azure Marketplace, including private offers, billing setup, and partner attribution; track every opportunity through that process, know where it is stuck and who needs to act, and work with both sides until it closes
Run the regular pipeline and escalation rhythm with Microsoft
Give Anthropic and Microsoft leaders a clear view of what is working and what is blocked
Bring field insight back to our product and go-to-market teams
Own at least one major joint initiative with Microsoft, such as a flagship event, a product workstream, or deal operations
Minimum qualifications
Experience owning a revenue or pipeline number through a partner or co-sell motion, with results you can point to
Working knowledge of how enterprise deals transact through a cloud marketplace, including hands-on experience unblocking stuck deals
Strong attention to detail and operational rigor, with the ability to turn that detail into a clear, concise story for executives
A record of taking full ownership of your work: closing loops and keeping stakeholders informed proactively
Ability to keep a stalled deal or program moving through repeated blockers until it is resolved
Ability to build trust across a large, matrixed partner organization, with field sellers and their leaders alike
Preferred qualifications
Experience selling or partnering around AI, ML, or developer platform products
Direct experience with Microsoft's partner ecosystem, such as Partner Center, Azure Marketplace, and the co-sell program
Experience selling into financial services, healthcare and life sciences, or the public sector
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$215,000
—
$300,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Director, Partner Growth & Strategy
Classification:
Exempt (Salaried)
Reports to:
SVP Business Development
Role Summary
inKind is looking for a Director of Partner Growth & Strategy to build the strategy, systems, technology, and playbooks that power our Account Management organization.
Our Account Managers own relationships with inKind's restaurant partners and play a critical commercial role—helping partners maximize their relationship with inKind, secure additional funding, add locations, renew, and grow over time. Account Managers report directly to our Regional Sales Managers, giving them strong day-to-day sales leadership, coaching, and support.
This role is designed to complement that structure.
The Director of Partner Growth & Strategy will not directly manage the Account Management team. Instead, this person will own
how Account Management works
: developing the processes, sales methodologies, technology, data, training, product improvements, and partner experiences that allow our Account Managers to become more effective and our restaurant partnerships to become more valuable over time.
This is a highly cross-functional role sitting at the intersection of
Sales, Account Management, Product, Operations, and Technology
.
The right person will approach Account Management not simply as a relationship-management function, but as a scalable growth engine. They will constantly ask:
What are our best Account Managers doing differently? How do we turn that into a repeatable process? What should we automate? What should we build? What data should trigger action? And how do we make every Account Manager better?
What You'll Own
Build the Account Management Operating System
Develop and continuously improve the processes, tools, and methodologies used across the Account Management organization.
Create repeatable playbooks for key partner growth motions, including:
Renewals
Additional funding
New and sister-location expansion
Partner referrals
Slow-redemption intervention
High-performing partner expansion
At-risk partner recovery
Adoption of new inKind products and offerings
Define the triggers, data, messaging, collateral, objection handling, workflows, and expected outcomes associated with each motion.
Identify what our highest-performing Account Managers do differently and turn those behaviors into repeatable practices across the organization.
Own the Partner Lifecycle
Design the ideal restaurant partner journey from initial funding through onboarding, activation, growth, additional funding, renewal, and expansion.
Determine which partner interactions should be relationship-driven, technology-enabled, or fully automated.
Build proactive, data-driven engagement strategies so Account Managers know
which partners need attention, why they need attention, and the highest-value action to take next.
Partner with Sales and Operations leadership to continuously reduce friction throughout the partner lifecycle.
Improve Account Management Sales Effectiveness
Build the sales methodology used by Account Managers to sell renewals, additional funding, additional locations, and other products.
Develop pitch frameworks, business reviews, partner-facing materials, objection-handling guides, and other tools that increase conversion.
Partner with Regional Sales Managers to identify coaching opportunities and translate successful field tactics into organization-wide best practices.
Design training and certification programs that continually improve Account Manager commercial capabilities.
Develop structured experiments to test new messaging, offers, processes, and sales techniques—and scale what works.
Drive Technology & Automation
Partner with Product, Engineering, Salesforce, and Operations teams to make Account Management increasingly technology-enabled and scalable.
Identify manual activities that can be automated or moved into self-service experiences.
Help develop systems that proactively identify opportunities and risks across the restaurant portfolio, including:
Partners eligible for additional funding
Upcoming renewal opportunities
Newly opened or missing locations
Changes in redemption or sales pacing
At-risk accounts
Expansion opportunities
Partners requiring intervention
Help define the vision for an Account Management "cockpit" that allows each AM to quickly understand where to focus their time and what action to take.
Help Shape the Partner Product
Serve as a structured voice of the restaurant partner within inKind.
Develop systems for capturing and categorizing partner feedback, objections, product requests, and operational friction.
Partner closely with Product leadership to translate restaurant feedback and Account Manager insights into actionable product opportunities.
Play a key role in shaping the continued development of the inKind Partner Portal and other restaurant-facing technology.
Use data to quantify partner friction and product opportunities rather than relying solely on anecdotal feedback.
Build the Measurement Framework
Develop the KPIs and reporting required to understand Account Management effectiveness and partner health.
Measure performance across areas such as:
Renewal rate
Incremental funding
Location expansion
Partner engagement
Funding eligibility and conversion
Credit pacing
Time from opportunity identification to close
Portfolio growth
Partner retention
Create visibility into performance across Account Managers, regions, partner segments, and lifecycle stages.
Use these insights to identify opportunities for improvement in people, process, product, and technology.
How You'll Work
This role will operate as the connective tissue between our Account Managers and the teams building the systems around them.
Regional Sales Managers will continue to own the day-to-day management, coaching, and commercial performance of Account Managers.
You will own the
system in which they operate
.
You will spend time with Account Managers understanding what happens in the field, with Sales leaders understanding what drives conversion, with Product understanding what we can build, with Operations understanding what we can automate, and with data identifying where the biggest opportunities exist.
Your job is to turn those insights into measurable improvements.
What Success Looks Like
Within your first year, we expect to see:
A clearly defined Account Management methodology and partner lifecycle
Repeatable playbooks for our major renewal and expansion motions
Better visibility into partner health and growth opportunities
Increased renewal and additional-funding conversion
Faster identification and pursuit of expansion opportunities
More consistent performance across Account Managers
Increased Account Manager capacity through automation and self-service
A stronger feedback loop between restaurant partners, Account Management, and Product
Meaningful improvements to our Partner Portal and internal Account Management technology
A culture of continuously testing, measuring, and improving how we grow existing restaurant partnerships
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who combines the commercial instincts of a sales leader with the systems thinking of a product or operations leader.
The ideal candidate:
Has experience building or scaling Account Management, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, Sales Strategy, Partner Growth, or similar functions
Has a strong understanding of B2B sales and expansion motions
Is highly analytical and comfortable using data to diagnose problems and identify opportunities
Has experience developing sales processes, playbooks, and training
Understands CRM systems, sales automation, and workflow design
Has experience partnering with Product and Engineering teams
Can translate frontline customer feedback into scalable product and process improvements
Is comfortable designing and running experiments
Has exceptional cross-functional leadership skills
Is equally comfortable talking to an Account Manager about objection handling and a Product Manager about workflow automation
Has a strong bias toward action and measurable outcomes
Experience in restaurants, hospitality, fintech, payments, marketplaces, SaaS, or other multi-location businesses is a plus.
The Person Who Will Thrive Here
You are probably not someone who is satisfied simply managing an existing Account Management playbook.
You want to build a better one.
When one Account Manager significantly outperforms another, you want to understand
why
.
When Account Managers repeatedly perform the same manual task, you want to understand
why it isn't automated
.
When restaurant partners repeatedly raise the same objection, you want to understand whether we should
change the pitch, change the process, or change the product
.
And when something works, you want to figure out how to make it work across the entire organization.
