About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Every change to Anthropic's software has to reach production somehow: new code, runtime configuration, feature flags, infrastructure changes. Our team builds the systems those changes travel through. Our mission is to give every team at Anthropic a fast, safe, and predictable path from change to production.
We sit within Anthropic's Infrastructure organization and own pipelines, staged rollouts, health-gated promotion, and rollback, along with runtime configuration, feature flags, and the systems that deliver code and artifacts to machines across a very large fleet. You'll own a meaningful part of this end to end, from design through operating it in production.
If you want your work to shape how fast and how safely Anthropic ships, this could be a great fit.
Key responsibilities
Set technical direction for major parts of the deployment platform and own them end to end: design, implementation, and operations
Build rollout safety into the platform, including progressive delivery, health-gated promotion, automatic pause and rollback, and deploy controls that teams manage themselves
Design APIs and abstractions that work equally well for engineers and for AI agents
Extend the platform to new workload types and runtimes, from Kubernetes to serverless and edge platforms
Build and operate runtime configuration and feature flag systems with validation, gradual rollout, and fast rollback
Build infrastructure-as-code workflows that many teams rely on for safe, routine changes
Scale artifact distribution so code and configuration reach machines quickly and efficiently
Partner with Security so that the path to production is secure by default, with verifiable builds, least-privilege access, and auditable changes
Work directly with teams across Anthropic to understand their deployment needs and bring their workloads onto the platform
Take part in on-call and incident response, and turn what you learn into guardrails that prevent the same problem from recurring
Minimum qualifications
Proficiency in at least one backend or systems programming language, such as Rust, Go, C++, or Java
Experience leading the design, building, and operation of distributed systems or infrastructure in production, including technical direction across teams
Experience with cloud infrastructure and containerized workloads, such as Kubernetes on AWS or GCP
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred qualifications
Experience building deployment, release, or change management systems at large scale
Experience with production on-call and incident response
Experience with Rust in production
Experience with progressive delivery and GitOps tooling, such as Argo CD or Argo Rollouts
Deep knowledge of Kubernetes, including controllers and operators
Experience with Terraform or other infrastructure-as-code systems at scale, including state management and locking
Experience building feature flag, experimentation, or dynamic configuration systems
Experience with artifact or package distribution, such as OCI registries, Nix, or content-addressed storage
Experience with software supply chain security, such as signed build provenance
Experience building high-throughput workflow engines or control planes backed by relational databases
Experience building internal developer platforms and leading adoption across many teams
Experience using AI agents in your own engineering work, or building systems that agents operate
Representative projects
Build operator controls for progressive rollouts, including pause and resume that preserve rollout state
Design a deployment engine built on fine-grained targets and their dependencies, so each change rolls out exactly where it needs to
Build cluster-health-aware rollouts that steer around unhealthy clusters
Add a new workload type to the platform, including its rollout, verification, and rollback behavior
Design a deployment control plane that handles sharp bursts of agent-driven traffic
Design a distribution system that delivers configuration and artifacts to every machine in the fleet as demand grows
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.

Our Partner Experience team is building an AI-native operating model on top of a growing set of partner-facing systems: Salesforce, PEM, the partner portal, enablement and certification platforms, and the integrations that connect them. Our systems lead owns the architecture and data model. Our GTM Systems team builds and releases changes in Salesforce. Our AI Operations Engineer builds the agentic workflows that run on top of it. This role connects the business to all of them: a senior business systems analyst who runs discovery, captures requirements, leads UAT, and publishes release notes for every bug fix, improvement, enhancement, and new build, and who is hands-on enough as a Salesforce admin to keep the platform healthy in production. You'll use Claude every day to draft requirements, write test cases and release notes, and keep documentation current, and you'll be the person who spots which recurring requests should become automations.
As our Senior Partner Systems Analyst, you'll own how change happens on the partner systems stack. When a partner program launches, a partner manager needs a new workflow, or a partner can't see their deal registration, you're the first call. You'll sit down with the people who raised it to understand the problem, write requirements the GTM Systems team or the AI Operations Engineer can build from, run UAT with the people who will use it, and publish release notes so nobody has to ask what changed. For smaller fixes, you'll make the change yourself as a Salesforce admin.
This is a senior analyst role with real ownership. You'll set up the intake, discovery, UAT, and release processes rather than inherit them, decide what gets worked on first, and make sure nothing ships without agreed requirements, UAT sign-off, and release notes.
Key responsibilities
Lead discovery for new requests: meet with partner managers, partner operations, and other stakeholders to understand the problem, map the current process, and size the change before anything is built.
Capture requirements for bug fixes, improvements, enhancements, and new builds: user stories, process flows, field and access definitions, acceptance criteria, and edge cases, precise enough that the systems lead, the GTM Systems team, the AI Operations Engineer, or an implementation partner can build from them.
Work with the GTM Systems team and the AI Operations Engineer through the full delivery cycle for enhancements, improvements, new builds, and bug fixes: hand over requirements, answer questions during the build, review what was built against the acceptance criteria, and coordinate the release.
Own UAT for every change: write the test plan and test cases from the acceptance criteria, coordinate testers from the partner team, log and retest defects, collect sign-off, and smoke test in production after each release.
Write and publish release notes for every release: what changed, who it affects, and what users need to do differently, in language partner managers can act on.
Prioritize the backlog with stakeholders, weighing partner impact, risk, and effort, and keep a clear, visible view of what's coming next and why.
Serve as the point of contact for bugs, enhancement requests, and system questions across Salesforce, PEM, and the partner portal, and own the intake queue end to end.
Triage production incidents: reproduce the issue, assess impact and severity, resolve it or route it to the right owner, and keep affected teams updated until it's closed.
Administer Salesforce for the partner org: objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, flows, permission sets, reports, and dashboards.
Understand how data moves between Salesforce and PEM, monitor integration health, and diagnose sync failures, mapping errors, and access issues.
Document the platform: system documentation, data dictionary, integration maps, and admin runbooks.
Identify repeatable admin and support requests, log them as automation candidates, and partner with the AI Operations Engineer to move them off the manual queue.
Minimum qualifications
Experience running discovery and requirements sessions with business stakeholders, and turning what you hear into user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
A track record of working with a systems or engineering team through a build, from requirements handover to release.
Disciplined testing habits: you have planned and run UAT with business users, with test cases written from acceptance criteria, defects tracked to closure, and sign-off before release, and you don't consider a change done until it has been smoke tested.
Clear written communication: your requirements get built correctly the first time, your release notes tell non-technical users what changed and what to do, and your documentation is something people actually use.
You already use LLM tools like Claude in your day-to-day work and can show where it changed how you gather requirements, test, or document.
A track record of owning a production Salesforce org or business systems stack, including the intake, triage, and release processes around it.
Strong Salesforce admin skills: declarative configuration, flows, validation rules, the security and sharing model, and reporting.
Working knowledge of integrations: how records sync between systems through APIs or middleware, how to read an error log, and how to trace a data issue back to its source.
A structured approach to incidents: you separate symptoms from root cause and communicate clearly while things are broken.
Judgment about priorities: you can say "no" or "not yet" and explain why.
Preferred qualifications
5+ years as a business systems analyst, Salesforce administrator, or in a similar role where you owned discovery, requirements, and UAT for business systems, ideally supporting a partner, sales, or customer success organization.
Experience working in a sprint-based delivery model, with a shared backlog and regular sprint reviews.
Experience with partner relationship management (PRM) platforms, partner portals, or channel programs such as deal registration, certifications, or MDF.
Salesforce release management experience: sandboxes, change sets or DevOps tooling, and deployment checklists.
SQL or scripting skills for data investigation and cleanup.
Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Business Analyst certification.
How this role works with the team
You'll work day to day with our Partner Business Systems Lead, who owns systems architecture and the partner portal, the GTM Systems team, who build and release changes in Salesforce, and our AI Operations Engineer, who builds the agentic workflows that run across those systems. The systems lead designs the platform, the GTM Systems team and the AI Operations Engineer build on it, and you connect the business to the build: you run discovery, capture the requirements, lead UAT, and publish the release notes for enhancements, improvements, new builds, and bug fixes. You'll also be the main point of contact for partner managers and other internal teams who depend on these systems.
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.

Fin
, now part of Salesforce, is on a mission to help businesses provide perfect customer experiences.
Our AI Agent Fin is the highest-performing AI Customer Agent on the market today, enabling businesses to deliver impeccable, always-on customer support across the customer journey, from service, to sales, to ecommerce. Powered by our own AI models, Fin resolves complex customer issues end-to-end across every channel, with minimal set-up and integration. Fin can also be combined with our natively integrated Intercom help desk, giving modern support teams one single system.
Together with Salesforce, the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success, we're building the future of customer experience. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn't a buzzword, it's a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing, and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI.
Ready to level up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You're in the right place. Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.
What's the opportunity?
In AI, proximity to customer reality is the moat. Even the best model doesn't run itself: it takes someone who gets close enough to a customer's business to make it work, and that closeness doesn't happen on its own.
That's where the
Forward Deployed Product Manager
comes in. You'll work directly with our biggest customers at the moments that matter most in their journey with Fin, whether that's proving out value in an evaluation, getting a deployment live, or expanding what's possible once it's working, and get them to real, measurable success with Fin faster than they'd get there on their own. What you learn with them feeds back into the product, so every customer after them gets there faster and better too.
This is a very novel role in the industry, still being shaped, and you'll help sharpen what great looks like at Fin: evolving the playbooks, and shaping how we win and deliver on our biggest, highest-stakes deals.
This is a high-ownership, high-visibility role for a PM who wants real time with customers and hands-on time with the product, and who's comfortable making progress before every answer is known.
What will I be doing?
Own outcomes for a portfolio of strategic customers deploying Fin.
Understand their business, their support operation, and their technical environment well enough that the deployment plan you propose earns trust immediately.
Run the full arc yourself.
Pitch and demo Fin, scope the solution, hands-on configure it (including custom development if required), and unblock whatever gets in the way, whether that's a product gap, a technical integration, or a cross-functional snag.
Be the AI expert in the room.
Customers should leave every conversation with you knowing more about how to get outstanding results from Fin.
Partner tightly with Sales, Success, and R&D
so each deployment feels like one team to the customer, not a relay race.
Turn what you learn in the field into product.
Bring specific, evidence-backed input, not just feature requests, to shape the roadmap.
Build the playbook as you go:
the deployment patterns, templates, and best practices that make the next ten deployments faster than the first.
Help define what Forward Deployed PM means at Fin
. It's a very novel role across the industry, still being shaped, and you'll help sharpen what it looks like here.
Success in this role looks like your customers thriving with Fin, and the product getting sharper because of what you learned from them. It's product management at its core, not solutions engineering, customer success, or professional services.
What skills do I need?
Experience:
No minimum years required. We care about impact, drive, and potential, evidenced through the skills below, not tenure.
Customer obsession:
Deep empathy paired with a bias for action. You're motivated by solving the real problem and delivering measurable results.
Communication & storytelling:
You can pitch Fin to a room of executives, then get into the technical weeds with their engineers, adjusting depth and tone without losing either audience.
Technical fluency:
You're able to talk to engineers and customers about modern tech stack, from APIs and SaaS infrastructure to LLMs and low-code tooling. You're comfortable onboarding a customer into more technical product setups.
Evidence-based thinking:
You use data, not anecdotes, to make the case for a deployment plan or a roadmap bet, and you're comfortable pulling and interpreting data (conversation logs, usage, CX metrics) to find the story.
Cross-functional influence:
You navigate organizational boundaries easily, and bring people together to get the best outcome for customers and Fin.
Comfort with ambiguity:
You thrive in fast-changing, undefined environments, switching fluidly between big-picture strategy and in-the-weeds execution.
Operational rigor:
Operational rigor: You're highly organized and structured, managing multiple deployments and priorities without becoming reactive, and you know when a moment calls for speed versus polish.
Even better if you have:
Experience building product for enterprise customers
Startup or B2B SaaS experience
Background in technical consulting, solutions engineering, or customer success

Our Global Structure
Deliveroo is now part of DoorDash, bringing together teams with even greater reach, scale, and ambition. Depending on your role, you may collaborate with teammates, systems, and leaders across DoorDash and Wolt. Together, we’re unlocking new possibilities as one global team.
We're looking for a Product Manager to own Pricing within our Growth team across Deliveroo and Wolt! This role operates across 40+ markets in EMEA, and sits at the heart of our marketplace: Our fee strategy directly shapes consumer conversion, order frequency, PnL outcomes - and connects deeply to rider earnings and merchant economics across the Globe. You'll be responsible for building a pricing strategy and experimentation roadmap that grows revenue and profitability sustainably, without compromising the customer experience.
This is a very high-visibility role. You'll partner closely with Leadership, Data Science, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, and Operations to design, launch, and iterate on pricing experiments across all markets, from delivery fee and service fee algorithms to 0-1 new ventures. You'll be expected to build a strong testing culture, translate ambiguous commercial questions into a rigorous experimentation agenda, and communicate results and trade-offs clearly to senior stakeholders.
About the Team
Our ambition is simple: make our platform an affordable, daily habit for all users.
The Pricing team builds the systems and experiences that touch every single order — from delivery options to promotions, fees, and entirely new pricing models. Operating across 40+ markets, our work sits at the intersection of customer value, growth, and marketplace economics.
Small changes at this scale can change how customers perceive us, how often they order, and the economics of the entire marketplace. We bring together consumer psychology, experimentation, data science, economics, and product craft to answer one deceptively difficult question:
How do we make every order feel like great value while driving sustainable growth?
What You’ll Do
Own the end-to-end strategy and roadmap for a portfolio of global pricing products.
Identify and launch major growth opportunities across affordability, conversion, frequency, revenue, and profitability.
Drive 0 to 1 big bets through validation, launch, then scale them 100X.
Partner deeply with Data Science and ML Engineering to design pricing algorithms, experiments, and scalable platform capabilities.
Develop hypotheses, launch experiments, interpret results, and turn learnings into product strategy.
Define the metrics and decision frameworks used to evaluate customer value, growth, and marketplace economics.
Communicate strategy, results, and tradeoffs to senior leaders across DoorDash.
What We’re Looking For
You might be a great fit if you:
Have significant product management experience building complex consumer, marketplace, growth, or monetization products.
Are deeply analytical and comfortable using experimentation and data to make high-stakes product decisions.
Are comfortable working closely with Data Science and ML Engineering on algorithmic or optimization problems.
Can turn ambiguous commercial questions into clear and executable product hypotheses and roadmaps.
Can operate as a “conductor” — aligning technical, operational, and business stakeholders and stitching together strategy, execution, and influence across teams.
Why Join Us?
At Deliveroo and Wolt, you’ll do work that matters, solving real-world problems in a three-sided marketplace that’s constantly evolving.
We’re food lovers, problem solvers, community builders and more, brought together by a shared drive to make things better. Working here you can expect to:
🔧 Solve meaningful problems at real scale Work on a complex, always-on marketplace that impacts millions every day.
