OUR HIRING PROCESS:
We will review your application against our job requirements. We do not employ machine learning technologies during this phase as we believe every human deserves attention from another human. We do not think machines can evaluate your application quite like our seasoned recruiting professionals—every person is unique. We promise to give your candidacy a fair and detailed assessment.
We may then invite you to submit a video interview for the review of the hiring manager. This video interview is often followed by a test or short project that allows us to determine whether you will be a good fit for the team.
At this point, we will invite you to interview with our hiring manager and/or the interview team. Please note: We do not conduct interviews via text message, Telegram, etc. and we never hire anyone into our organization without having met you face-to-face (or via Zoom). You will be invited to come to a live meeting or Zoom, where you will meet our INFUSE team.
From there on, it’s decision time! If you are still excited to join INFUSE and we like you as much, we will have a conversation about your offer. We do not make offers without giving you the opportunity to speak with us live.

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for an experienced Localization Project Manager — Japan Training Quality to support localization for Customer Education, helping ensure Notion training content feels accurate, clear, culturally relevant, and ready to use for learners across the globe.
You’ll work at the intersection of localization quality, training implementation, and program management, collaborating with Localization, Partner Enablement, Customer Education, vendors, and language specialists. You’ll help turn translation feedback, learner experience issues, and regional quality needs into practical improvements across training content, quizzes, LMS setup, and repeatable localization workflows.
The ideal candidate combines native-level Japanese language expertise with a deep understanding of what effective education looks like in the Japanese market.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE
- Own and apply Japanese localization QA standards across training content, including checking for accuracy, clarity, tone, terminology, and cultural nuance
- Support development of glossaries, style guides, QA checklists, review processes, and localization assets
- Become a go-to partner for translation questions related to Notion-specific concepts, product terminology, and training context
- Support QA of technical implementation in eLearning authoring tools and LMS environments (course files, quizzes, answer selections)
- Coordinate across Customer Education, Partner Enablement, Localization, and vendors to align on priorities, timelines, translation progress, and quality expectations
- Identify workflow risks and recommend improvements that improve translation quality and reduce time-to-launch
- Document repeatable processes that make training and help center localization easier to manage over time
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING
- Strong understanding of localization workflows, including vendor collaboration, review cycles, glossaries, style guides, QA rubrics, and linguistic QA
- Experience with Japanese localization QA, ideally for SaaS, technical training, customer education, or partner enablement content
- Ability to review translated content for quality, clarity, terminology accuracy, cultural nuance, and learner comprehension
- Familiarity with eLearning or LMS tools; experience with platforms like Skilljar or Parta authoring tools is a plus
- Comfort working with technical or product-specific terminology that may not translate directly
- Strong attention to detail, especially in learner-facing content, quizzes, course setup, formatting, and implementation QA
- Strong project management skills and ability to bring structure into ambiguous areas
WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS
We want all of our learners should feel like Notion training content was made for them — not simply translated for them. High-quality localization has a direct impact on learner trust, comprehension, launch readiness, and regional enablement outcomes.
This role will help Customer Education and Partner Enablement move faster while raising the quality bar: reducing rework, catching issues before launch, improving vendor feedback loops, and creating a clearer, more repeatable operating model for training localization
This is a 6-month, part-time role with option to extend. Preferred location is Tokyo, but we're open to remote applicants with strong Japanese market expertise and timezone overlap with Japan and Notion's International Experience team.
Availability: 20 hours/week
#LI-Onsite
A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.
EQUAL OPPORTUNITY & ACCOMMODATIONS
We hire talented people from a wide range of backgrounds. If you’re excited about this role but don’t meet every bullet, we still encourage you to apply. Notion is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of any legally protected characteristic. Consistent with applicable law, we will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records. Notion provides reasonable accommodations during the application process; if you need one, please let your recruiter know.

Notion considers qualified applicants with criminal histories, consistent with applicable federal, state and local law. Our fast-growing customer base includes hundreds of modern software companies building the next generation of enterprise-ready products.
About the role 💭
We’re looking for a Design Engineer who lives at the intersection of design and code. You’ll sit directly with the Product Design team, alongside a group of designers who are AI-first builders, that work across a range of tools and constantly explore new workflows.
You’ll help prototype, build, and polish the experiences across the Dashboard, Admin Portal, AuthKit, Atlas, and more. You’ll help bring ambitious ideas to life by prototyping directly in code, validating with customers, and shipping production experiences with a high bar for craft. Your work reaches past the product itself: you’ll contribute to our design system and help improve how everyone at the company builds.
Responsibilities ✔️
- Build production-quality components and interactions across WorkOS products
- Prototype concepts, build new products, and experiment with new interaction patterns
- Raise the quality of WorkDS, our design system, by improving performance, state, accessibility, and interaction behaviour
- Work alongside product teams to test your ideas with customers directly and make sure what ships is right
- Work in the open, sharing work in progress early, pulling others in to get to the right answer faster
- Improve how the company builds, through design system contributions and agent instructions
Qualifications 🌟
- You have an eye for design details, care deeply about craft, and have a history of shipping polished products
- You can articulate why you made a design decision, not just what you made. You think through alternatives, weigh tradeoffs, and consider how your choices affect the entire product.
- You account for real-world complexity — edge cases, error and empty states, accessibility, and technical constraints — without letting process slow you down. You ship, learn, and iterate.
- You’re equally comfortable in code as you are in Figma/Paper and work across tools to refine your explorations, while also being excited to explore new tools and workflows and share what you learn with the team.
- You work AI-first and have refined how you do it, are able to achieve high-quality output, and share your workflows with others
- You spot design gaps across the product and fix them without waiting to be asked. You default to showing work early, sharing prototypes in the open, and pulling in others to get to the right solution faster.
- Experience working on small teams in high-agency, fast-paced environments
- Bonus: Experience with our stack of TypeScript, React, and Radix
- Bonus: Experience with developer tools, enterprise software, or other technical products
Benefits and Perks (US Only) 💖
At WorkOS, we offer resources that emphasize personal and familial well-being. We offer healthcare coverage for you and your family, including medical, dental, and vision. We offer parental leave, paid-time off and fully remote working arrangements.

Overview
LaunchDarkly is seeking a creative and experienced Product Manager to lead our end-to-end data products, from SDK data ingest through our data platform to the customer-facing observability, metrics, and experimentation experiences built on top of it. You will own the vision and strategy for this entire pipeline as a coherent product, ensuring the data customers send us is trustworthy, timely, and transformed into experiences that help them ship better software. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of data infrastructure, observability/analytics, and how customers and their agents consume and work with software delivery data.
Responsibilities
Define and lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for LaunchDarkly's end-to-end data products, spanning SDK event ingestion, our data platform, and customer-facing data products, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer requirements.
Own the strategy for AI-powered analysis of our data and the agent experience of our data products: how AI surfaces insights, anomalies, and recommendations from software delivery data, and how our data is modeled, exposed, and made consumable so that AI agents are first-class consumers alongside humans.
Own the product strategy, platform definition, and GTM for our data products.
Treat the data pipeline as a single product: drive coherence across ingestion, processing, storage, and consumption so that every downstream experience (analytics, experimentation, insights, integrations) is built on a reliable, well-modeled foundation.
Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs.
Monitor industry trends and competitor products to stay ahead of the curve.
Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring their needs and pain points are addressed in all product decisions.
Partner with marketing and cross-functional teams including sales, customer success, and support to define Go-To-Market plans and strategy for data products and features.
Mentor and uplevel other product managers, and raise the bar for data-informed product practice across the organization.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Ramp's Brand team ships a high volume of ambitious creative across product launches, growth, events, customer marketing, and brand awareness. As the work has scaled, so has the need for a strong operating system around it.
We're hiring a Director of Brand Operations to build that operating system: the processes, milestones, and cross-functional coordination that let a world-class creative team do its best work and ship fast. This is an operations role focused on how the work gets done; it is not a traditional production-management role.
You'll be the operator who protects creatives from organizational swirl, sets clear ways of working, and fixes cross-functional breakdowns upstream so great ideas reach the world quickly.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own and build the operating system for how Brand's creative gets produced.
- Build the brand operating system: the processes, milestones, and ways of working that turn creative direction into shipped work.
- Diagnose and fix bottlenecks across functions. Find where work stalls, trace it to the source, and remove the limiting factor wherever it lives.
- Protect creatives from org swirl by absorbing cross-functional complexity so the team stays focused on the work.
- Automate with AI: use AI to streamline how work flows and cut manual overhead across the operation (intake, triage, status, reporting, handoffs).
- Partner with the creative leads so operations and creative are complementary, freeing creative leads to focus on creative.
- Be Brand's ambassador to the rest of Ramp: scope incoming work and pull Brand into projects early, at the right time.
WHAT YOU NEED
- Exceptional organization: you hold 20+ live workstreams and keep everyone on track
- A cross-functional root-cause instinct: you can walk into a tangled, multi-team workflow, explain why it's slow, and fix it. This is the most important capability for the role.
- A track record of building systems and automation: you've taken an operation from messy to repeatable and use tooling and AI to compress cycle time.
- A metrics-driven approach: you instrument delivery so progress is clear and provable.
- Hands-on, lean leadership: you lift both the operation and the people in it.
- A bias for better ways of working: you remove limiting factors and speed up delivery without adding process for its own sake.
- An operator-first profile: we care more about someone who can diagnose and fix how work flows than about a creative, production, or marketing pedigree. Strong candidates come from product ops, biz ops, GTM ops, finance ops, or chief-of-staff backgrounds.
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience scaling an in-house creative or content studio in a high-growth environment.
- Experience building AI-assisted operational workflows.
BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL)
- Flexible PTO
- Centralized home-office equipment ordering
- Health and wellness stipend
- Budget for intra-office travel
- Weekly coffee stipend
