Our open-source Contract Libraries have facilitated over $35 trillion in onchain value and are used by 10 of the top 10 tokenized money market funds and 9 of the top 10 stablecoins by market cap.
We combine AI-native security tooling with deep research and a decade of audit expertise to support leading institutions and crypto-native teams shaping the next generation of digital assets like DTCC, Fidelity, Coinbase, Uniswap, Aave, the Ethereum Foundation, and many more across the full secure development lifecycle.
Please note:
Always refer to OpenZeppelin's official job page for the most accurate information about our open roles, as we have seen multiple third party job sites posting inaccurate information.
The Ecosystems Team
OpenZeppelin's libraries and standards are the trusted foundation of onchain development across Ethereum, Stellar, Canton and beyond, powering the majority of the world's most valuable protocols and a new generation of institutional-grade financial infrastructure. The Ecosystems team builds the long-term partnerships behind that position: we work directly with L1 and L2 foundations, protocol teams and technology providers on security audits, secure development, reference implementations and strategic open-source programs that help entire ecosystems grow securely. As tokenization and institutional adoption accelerate, the team sits at the center of some of the most consequential projects in the industry. You will report to our Ecosystem Development Lead and work alongside senior sellers, our CTO office, and our solutions and delivery teams.

Own and grow a portfolio of ecosystem accounts (L1/L2 foundations, protocol teams, infrastructure providers) through renewals, expansion into new services, and multi-year partnerships.
Win new business through targeted, research-driven outreach to foundations and protocol teams, typically six to seven-figure engagements.
Lead the full sales cycle, including technical discovery: scoping security audits, secure development engagements and open-source partnership programs, and translating protocol roadmaps into compelling proposals.
Build and maintain strategic account plans for your portfolio, staying close to your customers' roadmaps and identifying opportunities early.
Partner with our CTO office and solutions teams on strategic proposals, and help shape the institutional-grade solutions emerging from our largest partnerships.
Represent OpenZeppelin at ecosystem conferences, technical workshops and community events worldwide.
You have
6+ years in sales or commercial roles, including 3+ years owning and exceeding revenue targets for technical products or services (Web3, security, developer tooling, or infrastructure).

An overview of this role
This is a shift role. Working 8-hour shifts with 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day.
Support Engineering at GitLab isn’t just a title - you will be embedded within the Engineering department and will truly operate in an environment where Support and Engineering meet. You’ll interact with customers daily as they encounter the difficult edge cases of running GitLab in complex environments. In the space of a day, you might be doing behind the scenes work of a Linux administrator troubleshooting performance problems by using strace on a particular process, interacting with the Product team to ensure that steps in a bug report are reproducible, or interacting with the Engineering team itself by diving deep into our codebase and putting together a merge request to actually fix a customer issue.
That’s not all though - you’d equally be invited to contribute to the source code, improve our documentation, and help build out more efficient support processes in our issue tracker. We want to live in a world where everyone can contribute, and as a member of the support team, there are no barriers to using your skills to improve the experience of our users and customers.
Some examples of our projects:
A tool to automatically check a GitLab Omnibus install for known issues
A
solution to capture the state of a customer’s server
for easier troubleshooting
A tool which turns log files into interactive tables to easily sort and filter columns
A functionality to
ChatOps

BUILD SOMETHING PEOPLE LOVE
Wealthsimple is Canada’s leading financial innovator. The company offers a full suite of simple, sophisticated financial products across managed investing, do-it-yourself trading, cryptocurrency, tax filing, spending and saving. Wealthsimple currently serves more than 4 million Canadians and holds over $169 billion in assets under administration. The company was founded in 2014 by a team of financial experts and technology entrepreneurs, and is headquartered in Toronto, Canada.
We're proud of what we've built — and we're just getting started. Read our Culture Manual https://www.wealthsimple.com/en-ca/culture and learn more about how we work https://www.wealthsimple.com/en-ca/careers.
About the team
We build the products and infrastructure that millions of Canadians trust with their financial lives. Data & Engineering at Wealthsimple spans everything from the client-facing apps to the systems running underneath them — and we hold ourselves to a high bar on both. We move fast, but we build thoughtfully: quality, security, and scalability aren’t trade-offs here, they’re the standard.
The Production Engineering team sits within Platform Experience, on the boundary between Platform and Product. Our mandate is to raise reliability across Wealthsimple’s most critical flows — reducing incidents, helping service teams ship safely, and turning individual fixes into platform-wide improvements. We measure ourselves against two targets: 99.9% uptime on critical flows, and fewer than 1% of weekly active users experiencing errors in the app. If you want to work on hard problems with people who care deeply about craft, you’ll fit right in.
About the role
This is a new role — one that doesn’t yet exist at Wealthsimple — and it’s a meaningful one. As a Staff Software Developer on Production Engineering, you’ll bring senior technical leadership to the work of making Wealthsimple more reliable at scale. You’ll work across platform and product teams, identify the highest-leverage reliability problems, and build solutions that don’t just fix the immediate issue but raise the floor for everyone. This isn’t a role where you sit in one corner of the codebase. It’s a role where you shape how engineering gets done across the company.
What you’ll do
- Improve the platform to prevent incidents — designing and driving adoption of guardrails, sensible defaults, and engineering standards that reduce the likelihood of failures across services
- Build tooling that reduces time to mitigation when incidents occur, including contributing to our in-house product on AI-assisted incident response
- Own the investigation and follow-through on load test findings — translating results into concrete reliability improvements across critical flows
- Work across platform and product engineering teams as a technical influencer — participating in architecture and readiness reviews, coaching service owners, and driving adoption of scalable reliability practices
- Identify recurring failure patterns and design platform-level fixes that prevent them from showing up again in a different service
- Contribute to the team’s reliability syncs with product engineering, helping align on incident themes, critical-flow risks, and the next highest-leverage initiatives
Skills you bring
- 8+ years of software engineering experience, with significant time in platform, infrastructure, or SRE work
- Demonstrated track record of improving reliability at scale — reducing incidents, building guardrails, or driving operational standards across multiple teams
- Strong proficiency in backend systems and distributed architecture; you can diagnose complex failure modes across a service mesh
- Experience with load testing and capacity planning, and the ability to translate findings into concrete engineering improvements
- Proven ability to work across engineering teams as a technical influencer — driving adoption of standards and practices without direct authority
- Familiarity with Kubernetes, Helm, Argo and modern deployment tooling
- Strong written and verbal communication — comfortable presenting findings and recommendations to both engineering teams and senior leadership
Who you are
- You think in systems — you’re not looking for the fix, you’re looking for what caused the problem and how to make sure it doesn’t happen elsewhere
- You’re comfortable working without direct authority; you build credibility through the quality of your thinking and the clarity of your recommendations
- You hold a high bar for operational excellence without making it someone else’s problem to catch up to — you bring people along
- You’re energised by ambiguity, not slowed down by it; you know how to prioritise when everything feels urgent
- You’re curious about where AI-assisted tooling is headed in reliability engineering, and you want to help shape how we use it — not just observe it from a distance

About Pinecone
Pinecone is the trusted AI knowledge company. Its trusted AI knowledge platform—including its Database, Nexus, and Marketplace products—power accurate, fast, and cost-effective AI applications for more than 10,000 customers and 1M developers worldwide. Pinecone's mission is to make AI knowledgeable. For more information, visit pinecone.io http://pinecone.io.
About the Team and Role:
We are hiring a senior/staff software engineer to help design and build core components of our next-generation knowledge retrieval system built for the AI era – search and retrieval infrastructure that powers high-quality, scalable, and enterprise-grade agentic systems. You’ll build the framework that allows our customers to connect knowledge–synthesized from structured and unstructured data–to modern LLM-powered applications, leveraging the world’s best-in-class vector DB supporting semantic search and hybrid retrieval. This role is ideal for someone who loves backend system architecture, distributed systems, and applied AI infrastructure. It is a high impact role with significant ownership across architecture, performance, and system reliability.
Responsibilities:
- Design and build scalable platform components leveraging advanced retrieval via query planning, semantic and hybrid search, metadata-aware search, and LLM generation
- Design and build optimized indexing pipelines for structured and unstructured data
- Build backend services for semantic and hybrid retrieval, knowledge graph construction, and retrieval orchestration
- Improve retrieval quality through evaluation and observability frameworks
- Design APIs for internal and external user and agentic consumers
- Optimize latency, throughput and cost across large-scale inference and retrieval workloads
- Drive technical direction for reliability and security
What You’ll Bring to the Table:
To thrive in this role, you don't need to check every single box, but you should be deeply passionate about how to turn data into knowledge.
Systems Expertise
- Architectural Depth: You have a proven track record (typically 6+ years) of shipping production-grade backends for large-scale systems. You don’t just write code; you design for high throughput, low latency, and long-term maintainability.
- Data Engineering Savvy: You’re comfortable building high-throughput indexing pipelines that handle both the messy world of unstructured data and the rigid world of structured schemas.
AI & Retrieval
- Retrieval Intuition: You understand that "search" is more than just a keyword match. You have direct experience (or deep theoretical knowledge) in semantic search, vector databases, hybrid retrieval strategies, or with traditional search engines like Elastic or OpenSearch.
- RAG & Orchestration: You understand the nuances of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) patterns, from embedding pipelines and hybrid search techniques to how query planning and metadata filtering can make or break an LLM's performance.
Technical
- Language Fluency: You are an expert in at least one major language like Go, Rust, C++, Java, or Python.
- Infrastructure: Familiarity and experience with modern infrastructure tools, such as Kubernetes, cloud-native architectures, and observability frameworks, as well as infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform or Pulumi.
Ownership & Impact
- Product Thinking: You don't just build to spec; you build for the user. You can design clean, intuitive APIs that both human developers and autonomous agents will love.
- Ambiguity Navigator: You’re comfortable in a high-growth environment. You prefer "owning a problem" over "executing a ticket."
Bonus Points
- Experience building multi-tenant SaaS platforms.
- Experience with retrieval evaluation frameworks—knowing how to actually measure "good" search results.
- Experience with query planning or agentic reasoning loops (e.g., teaching a system how to break down a complex prompt into multiple specific steps).
Perks & Benefits:
- Comprehensive health coverage including medical, dental, vision, and mental health resources
- 401(k) Plan
- Equity award
- Flexible time off
- Paid parental leave
- Annual Company Retreat
- WFH Equipment Stipend

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Notion is rebuilding its go-to-market motion around a workflow-first, builder-led model—and the BDR is at the front of it. As a Business Development Rep, you'll be the force that turns the right accounts into the right conversations. You'll partner closely with Solutions Consultants to identify and target companies that are ready to rethink how they work—and your job is to get them in the room. This isn't generic pipeline work: you're qualifying for workflow-first, build-ready opportunities that set SCs up to win. If you're competitive, curious, and energized by outbound that actually means something, this is the role for you.
This role is based in Dublin, Ireland. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Generate qualified, workflow-first pipeline by identifying and targeting high-potential accounts in your assigned book, partnering with your sellers on account and outbound strategy
- Run multi-channel outbound campaigns—email, phone, LinkedIn, and events—to create urgency and secure first meetings with the right decision-makers
- Conduct initial qualification to ensure meetings handed to sellers are "ready to build," not just "ready to talk"—validating ICP, intent, and workflow fit before the handoff
- Document and deliver clean handoff packets in Salesforce with ICP signals, pain points, workflow hypothesis, and stakeholder context so sellers can hit the ground running
- Leverage GTM System tooling and intent data to sharpen targeting, prioritize accounts by signal strength, and increase the quality and consistency of your outbound motion
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- Proven track record in outbound pipeline generation, with hands-on experience in cold prospecting across phone, email, and social channels
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling, persona-specific outreach that earns a response
- Sharp qualification instincts—able to quickly assess ICP fit, identify urgency, and set solutions consultants up for high-quality first conversations
- Passion for AI/ML and understanding of API-first or consumption-based business models
- High-activity mindset with the discipline to prioritize based on signal and data, not just volume
- You don't need to be an AI expert, but you're curious and willing to adopt AI tools to work smarter and deliver better results.
NICE TO HAVES:
- Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, or similar GTM tooling
- Familiarity with Notion as a product or prior experience selling productivity, collaboration, or workflow software
- Background in a high-velocity, metric-driven outbound environment with clear pipeline targets
- Fluency in Swedish or Norwegian
Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role's scope and complexity, and the candidate's experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. The estimated range for total on target earnings (including base salary and on target incentive pay) for this role is €70,000 OTE per year.

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.

We hire talented people from a wide range of backgrounds. If you’re excited about this role but don’t meet every bullet, we still encourage you to apply. Notion is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of any legally protected characteristic. Consistent with applicable law, we will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.
