You'll capture requirements, shape ambitious but balanced project scope, lead technical initiatives, and partner across teams to solve technical problems and ensure smooth adoption and implementation of platform solutions. Our Platform environment is a mix of software engineering, APIs, distributed systems, infrastructure, DevOps, scalability, and reliability.
We're looking for someone who can operate at both levels: developing people and leading a Platform team, while providing the technical and organisational leadership needed to make the platform successful.
What you will be doing:
Lead by example and manage a team of talented engineers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and career development support;
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data science and data engineering managers, and product managers to define project goals, scope, and deliverables;
Drive the end-to-end development process, from design to implementation and deployment, ensuring high-quality and scalable solutions (with controlled cost);
Identify and prioritize technical initiatives, considering ROI, scalability, and performance requirements;
Implement modern software development practices, including agile methodologies, continuous integration, and deployment, to ensure efficient and effective project delivery;
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring that the platform meets customer needs and provides an exceptional user experience;
Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture, promoting knowledge sharing, innovation, and continuous improvement.
What you have:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field;
Track record of proven people management experience (3+ years) focused on developing and growing people;
5+ years of professional experience in software development.
Proven experience in designing and developing large-scale, high-traffic systems;
Familiarity with microservices architecture and container orchestration (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes, Streaming architectures);
Strong knowledge of data structures, and software design patterns;
Good understanding and ideally successful application of AI/ML;
Experience with modern software development practices, such as agile methodologies, continuous integration, and deployment;
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment;
Proficient in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Our benefits:
Monthly salary and an annual bonus (20%)
Training and conference budget, and free access to Udemy courses
A benefits package with 300 points on the Mybenefit platform per month, private medical care provided by Luxmed, Ask Henry services, and much more
IP rights’ costs - 60%
100% remote work (as well as the possibility of working from our offices in Poznan and Warsaw)
At OLX, we unlock value in our people. We invest in ourselves and each other to reach our full potential. We avoid bureaucracy and empower our teams to innovate; with opportunities, training and leadership behaviors a focus for all. Our commitment to inclusion ensures we listen to a diverse range of voices when making decisions. And, we combine the spirit and agility of a startup with our global scale and the backing of Prosus, one of the largest consumer internet groups in the world.
We also unlock value for our stakeholders. We are proud of the positive contribution we make to our planet, by enabling more conscious consumption and helping the world make the most of its limited resources through more efficient trade.
And last but not least, we love to unlock value for our customers. Every single month, over 300 million people use our platforms to easily, safely, and conveniently find their perfect home, buy or sell a car, find a great job, sell things they no longer need, or strike a great deal on something they need. And we help thousands of entrepreneurs and businesses find their customers too.

Perplexity is seeking an Enterprise Product Growth Manager to own the full nurture and engagement engine for our enterprise and business buyers — from the first outbound touch through closed-won and into expansion. You will partner closely with Demand Generation, Sales, Product Marketing, and Revenue Operations to move accounts through every stage of the funnel, and you will build the AI-native tooling that makes those programs run.
We are not looking for someone to operate yesterday's marketing stack. If you are the kind of marketer who writes their own SQL, prototypes their own agents, and treats every flow as something to automate rather than execute by hand — this role was written for you.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and own Perplexity's end-to-end enterprise lifecycle user states — outbound nurture, MQL-to-SQL conversion, opportunity acceleration, post-sale activation, expansion, and renewal — with direct accountability for pipeline created, pipeline progressed, and revenue retained.
- Build and operate AI-native lifecycle tooling — agents that segment audiences from the warehouse, personalize copy at the account and persona level, choose channel and send time, QA before send, and read out results — replacing manual work in our stack wherever it appears.
- Design and run multi-channel nurture across email, in-product, notifications, Slack, and emerging surfaces, tailored to enterprise personas with content tied to where each account sits in the funnel.
- Partner with Demand Generation and Sales on top-of-funnel outbound: turn cold and intent-signaled accounts into engaged conversations, and instrument the handoffs that move them to opportunity.
- Own post-sale lifecycle: admin onboarding, end-user activation, feature adoption, at-risk intervention, and expansion plays that grow seats and ARR inside existing accounts.
- Run every program as an experiment. Define the hypothesis, the control, the primary metric, and the readout. Kill what doesn't work, double down on what does.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- 7+ years in product growth, lifecycle, or growth marketing at a fast-paced startup, with a proven track record of moving activation, retention, and revenue metrics — including enterprise pipeline.
- Experience owning growth end-to-end across the full user journey — from first touch and activation through expansion, monetization, and win-back. You've built growth loops and lifecycle programs that turn signups into engaged users and engaged users into revenue.
- Deep understanding of audience segmentation. You think natively in personas, behavioral triggers, lifecycle stages, and product signals, and you know how to translate that into journeys, experiments, and in-product experiences that actually convert.
- Great taste. You know how to craft copy and experiences that resonate across email, push, and in-product surfaces — for end users, admins, and executives alike — and you can tell the difference between a polished experience and a generic one at a glance.
- Experience and deep interest in building homegrown AI-driven growth engines — programmatic personalization, agentic workflows, and rapid experimentation platforms to scale yourself.
- Builder mentality toward tooling. You don't just operate the modern growth stack (Omni, HubSpot, Loops, Intercom, or equivalents) — you extend it. You've built your own internal tools, scripts, and automated systems to close gaps off-the-shelf software can't, and you'd rather automate a workflow than run it manually twice.
- Comfortable with SQL. You can pull your own cohorts, validate your own segments, and read a dashboard without waiting on a data analyst.
- Operates at high velocity. You ship daily, iterate weekly, and thrive in fast-paced, early-stage environments where processes are still being defined. Urgency is a default setting, not a mode you switch into.

We’re scaling fast and staying true to what makes us different: an open-source legacy, a global collaborative culture, and a passion for meaningful work. Our team thrives in an innovation-driven environment where transparency, autonomy, and trust fuel everything we do.
You may not meet every requirement, and that’s okay. If this role excites you, we’d love you to raise your hand for what could be a truly career-defining opportunity.
The Opportunity
Grafana's Demand Generation team creates and accelerates pipeline across the full customer journey. We run a modern, AI-forward operation: lifecycle email programs driven by an AI engine, territory-level buying signals surfaced directly to sales leaders, and agentic workflows that handle work that used to take teams of specialists.
Our webinar program is one of the highest-leverage things we run: technical, practitioner-first sessions on a weekly cadence across AMER, EMEA, APAC and LATAM, putting the product in front of the people who would actually use it. Hands-on sessions, not sales pitches.
We're hiring a Webinar Program Manager to own it. This is a specialist seat, not a generalist one. You'll inherit an established program with a documented process and a full handover from the person who built it, and you'll own the operating rhythm from there: the calendar, the presenters, the build and promotion of every session, the follow-up, and the reporting.
This is not a "run the playbook" role. Sessions run in parallel at a pace no one could manage by hand, so the way to raise quality is to keep automating the mechanics. We expect this person to build with AI as a default and treat automation as a first-class deliverable, not a side project.
You'd be joining a demand gen team that is genuinely rebuilding how the function works, where AI agents run real production programs and the people on the team design the machine rather than turn the crank. The webinar program already produces, and much of the pipeline it touches starts with a session rather than a seller. You're not here to prove webinars matter. You're here to make each one produce more with less manual work behind it.
What You'll Be Doing
Own the webinar calendar end to end.
Presenter booking, registration pages, campaign setup, promotion, live delivery, follow-up, and the flip to on-demand, across multiple regions and time zones.
Keep sessions practitioner-first.
Brief technical presenters, shape the outline, and keep a session useful to the audience that registered for it.
Bring data to topic planning.
Use past performance and downstream pipeline quality to recommend what we run and what we retire, and lock the plan with demand gen and product marketing each quarter.
Automate the production line.
Extend the automation behind session setup and promotion, and keep pushing into the parts of the process a person shouldn't be doing by hand, including repurposing recordings into other content.
Report
on what happens after the session. Registrations are the input. Connect sessions to product adoption and pipeline, report it honestly, and flag what isn't producing.
Grow the program's reach.
Expand into additional languages and formats where the numbers justify it.
What Makes You a Great Fit
4+ years in demand generation, event marketing, or lifecycle marketing at a B2B software company (open source or developer-focused a plus).
Hands-on ownership of a recurring webinar or virtual event calendar across multiple regions. A cadence you were accountable for hitting, not a handful of one-off sessions.
Hands-on with a webinar platform (ON24, Zoom Webinars, Contrast, Goldcast or similar) and the plumbing behind it: CRM campaigns, registration sync, attendance data, follow-up triggers.
Comfortable working with technical presenters. You can brief an engineer or solutions architect and hold the line on what the audience came for.
Hands-on with AI in your actual work: you've built automations or agentic workflows (or are visibly on that path), and you think about AI as leverage, not a threat or a buzzword.
Comfortable with data: you can pull your own numbers, sanity-check them, and build a program readout a VP would trust.
Strong program management fundamentals. Twenty-plus moving pieces at once is a logistics job before it's a marketing job, and you ship on time without needing a coordinator.
Bonus Points For
Content repurposing at scale: clips, blog, social, on-demand libraries.
Localized program experience, and a view on when translation earns its cost.
Familiarity with the observability, monitoring or open source ecosystem.
Customer.io, Salesforce and a modern data stack (BigQuery or similar).
Experience with product-led motions alongside sales-led ones.

EveryMatrix
is a leading B2B SaaS provider delivering iGaming software, content and services. We provide casino, sports betting, platform and payments, and affiliate management to 300 customers worldwide.
But that's not all! We're not just about numbers, we're about people. With a team of over 1400 passionate individuals spread across twelve countries in Europe and Asia, we're all united by our love for innovation and teamwork.
Join us on this exciting journey as we continue to redefine the iGaming landscape, one groundbreaking solution at a time.
We are looking for a dedicated Data Analyst to join our team in London!
About the job:
This is a rare opportunity to shape how data-driven decision-making works at scale across an iGaming CRM platform — both from the inside and for the operators who rely on it. As Data Analyst, you will sit at the intersection of product and commercial impact. You will define what “good” looks like for player engagement, build the analytical foundations that power our CRM platform’s insight layer, and work directly with operators to translate raw data into strategies that grow retention, lifetime value, and campaign performance. You will not just report on what happened - you will define what should be measured, why it matters, and how to act on it. This role is as much about influence and expertise as it is about analysis.
What You'll get to do:
Define the KPIs, metrics, and analytical frameworks that underpin our CRM platform’s reporting and intelligence capabilities.
Work closely with Product and Engineering to shape what data gets captured, how it is structured, and how it surfaces to end users.
Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and self-serve analytical tools that operators can act on directly.
Identify gaps in current data coverage and lead initiatives to close them.
Partner with operators to understand their retention and engagement challenges, and translate those into data-driven recommendations.
Develop scalable insight frameworks - benchmarks, cohort analyses, segment performance models - that can be applied across multiple operators simultaneously.
Produce regular insight packages that help operators understand player behaviour, campaign effectiveness, and growth opportunities.
Identify cross-operator patterns and trends that can inform product development and best practice guides.
Analyse campaign performance across the full lifecycle: targeting, delivery, engagement, conversion, and retention impact.
Define and evolve segmentation logic, player scoring models, and lifecycle stage definitions.
Establish A/B testing standards and support teams in designing, running, and interpreting experiments.
Build predictive indicators for churn, reactivation potential, and player value to support proactive campaign strategies.
Act as the analytical authority in cross-functional discussions with Product, Commercial, and Customer Success teams.
Present findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, including operator-side stakeholders.
Contribute to roadmap planning by surfacing data-backed opportunities and gaps.
What we’re looking for:
5+ years of experience in a Data Analyst or similar role.
Hands-on iGaming CRM experience is essential - you must have worked within an iGaming operator or platform environment, with a strong understanding of player behaviour, bonus mechanics, and retention marketing.
Deep understanding of CRM operations: campaign logic, segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and retention mechanics.
Strong SQL proficiency - you are comfortable building complex queries, data models, and analytical datasets from scratch.
Experience working with large-scale behavioural or transactional datasets.
Proven ability to define metrics and measurement frameworks, not just report against existing ones.
Experience building dashboards and self-serve reporting tools (e.g. Looker, Tableau, Metabase, or similar).
Comfortable working directly with external clients or operators, translating their business questions into analytical answers.
Strong written and verbal communication skills - you can tell a clear story with data.
Desirable:
Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and experiment design.
Exposure to predictive modelling or working alongside data scientists on applied ML use cases (churn, LTV, propensity).
Experience with event-driven or streaming data environments.
Python or R for analytical scripting and automation.
Here's what we offer:
Start with 25 days of annual leave, with 2 additional days added each year, up to 35 days by your fifth year with us.
Hybrid work schedule is available after the first three months of employment, with up to 50 days of work from home per year.
Private medical insurance with the option to add dependants.
Monthly meal allowance.
Gym allowance.
Access to online learning platforms like Udemy for Business and a budget for external training.
Benefit from two Free Fridays each year, limited to one per quarter.
3 sick leave days per year, no doctor's note required.
Support for New Parents:
- 52 weeks of paid maternity leave, with 21 weeks being fully paid
- 4 weeks of paternity leave, plus the flexibility to work from home full-time until your child is 13 weeks old.
At EveryMatrix, we're committed to creating a supportive and inclusive workplace where you can thrive both personally and professionally. Come join us and experience the difference!
EveryMatrix is a member of the World Lottery Association (WLA) and European Lotteries Association. In September 2023 it became the first iGaming supplier to receive WLA Safer Gambling Certification. EveryMatrix is proud of its commitment to safer gambling and player protection whilst producing market leading gaming solutions.

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Notion is building the connected workspace that teams everywhere use to think, plan, and ship — and our partner ecosystem is central to how we grow in the UK market. As Regional Partner Manager for UK, you'll own our partner relationships across the region, working closely with our London sales team to drive revenue through value-added resellers, hyperscaler ecosystems, and local services partners.
This is a builder role for someone who thrives in a dynamic, high-growth environment. You'll be the architect of Notion's UK partner motion — standing up programs, forging relationships, and converting partner activity into measurable pipeline. You'll operate across multiple partner types simultaneously and serve as the connective tissue between our ecosystem and our sales team.
The ideal candidate brings a hunter's instinct to partnerships: proactive, commercially sharp, and energised by the challenge of building something meaningful in a market with real momentum. You'll work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and regional leadership — and you'll be a visible face of Notion in the UK partner community.
WHAT YOU’LL ACHIEVE
- Own and grow Notion's UK partner ecosystem across value-added resellers, cloud/hyperscaler partnerships, and local services partners
- Build and execute joint go-to-market programs with regional VARs and solutions partners
- Manage Notion's hyperscaler partnerships in the UK, overseeing cloud marketplace deal flow and co-sell motions
- Align partner activity directly to the UK sales team's pipeline — facilitating introductions, mapping accounts, and driving resell and co-sell opportunities to close
- Coordinate joint initiatives that bring together reseller partners and hyperscaler ecosystems for combined enterprise programs
- Develop and maintain strong executive relationships with partner leadership across the region, becoming a trusted extension of their go-to-market teams
- Track and report on partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline; present program performance to internal stakeholders and EMEA regional leadership
- Support services delivery by local partners on an ad-hoc basis, helping maintain quality and partner satisfaction
- Identify and qualify inbound partnership opportunities, and proactively surface new partner relationships that can expand Notion's reach in the UK
- Collaborate with Notion's global and EMEA partner teams to adapt programs to the local market and share learnings across regions
SKILLS YOU’LL NEED TO BRING
- 10+ years of experience in partnerships, channel sales, or alliances in the enterprise SaaS or cloud software industry
- Demonstrated experience managing both VAR/reseller programs and at least one cloud or hyperscaler partnership — comfort across both partner types is essential
- A builder's track record: you've stood up partner programs and can point to outcomes you drove
- Strong demand generation orientation
- Commercially sharp with the ability to connect partner activity to revenue outcomes
- Highly collaborative and effective working alongside direct sales teams — you understand what reps need, and you make their lives easier
- Executive presence and strong relationship-building skills; you're as comfortable presenting to a partner CRO as you are coordinating logistics with a partner marketing manager
- Experience working in or alongside hyper-growth or startup environments — you're comfortable with ambiguity and moving fast without a complete playbook
- Based in London with existing knowledge of the UK technology market; willingness to travel across EMEA and occasionally across EMEA
- Strong organisational and operational discipline — you manage multiple active partner relationships without dropping balls, and you communicate proactively
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with cloud marketplace programs and hyperscaler co-sell motions
- Familiarity with product-led growth (PLG) or bottoms-up SaaS go-to-market models
- Existing relationships with UK-based VARs, systems integrators, or hyperscaler partner teams
- Cross-market EMEA experience — e.g. managing partnerships across EMEA regions simultaneously
Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role's scope and complexity, and the candidate's experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. The estimated range for total on target earnings (including base salary and on target incentive pay) for this role is £162,000 - £190,000 per year.

About 1Password
At 1Password, we’re building the foundation for a safe, productive digital future. Our mission is to unleash employee productivity without compromising security by ensuring every identity is authentic, every application sign-in is secure, and every device is trusted. We innovated the market-leading enterprise password manager and pioneered Unified Access Management, a new cybersecurity category built for the way people and AI agents work today. As one of the most loved brands in cybersecurity, we take a human-centric approach in everything from product strategy to user experience. Over 180,000 businesses, from Fortune 100 leaders to the world’s most innovative AI companies, trust 1Password to help their teams securely adopt the SaaS and AI tools they need to do their best work.
If you're excited about the opportunity to contribute to the digital safety of millions, to work alongside a team of curious, driven individuals, and to solve hard problems in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, then we want to hear from you. Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future.
We are seeking a Senior Developer on our Open Source Team, focused on strengthening 1Password's open source posture and making our developer tools easy to use directly inside developers' workflows through agentic IDE integrations: our Agent Hooks and IDE plugins. You'll serve as a technical leader on the team, owning architectural decisions and driving cohesive execution on medium-to-large projects, from initial planning through development and into customer support.
How we’re using AI today
Our Engineering, Product, and Design teams are thoughtfully integrating AI across the full software and product development lifecycle to move faster without sacrificing quality or security. In practice, that looks like engineers using AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate reviews and catch bugs earlier, product managers synthesizing user research at scale, and designers rapidly prototyping and iterating with AI-generated mockups. We approach AI the same way we approach security: with clear principles, human accountability at every consequential decision point, and rigorous evaluation before anything ships to customers.
This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US.
What we're looking for:
- Significant professional software development experience, with a track record of independently owning and delivering medium-to-large technical projects end to end.
- Advanced, hands-on command of a modern development toolchain (Git, IDEs, terminal, debugging and testing tools) and the languages relevant to the team's work; comfortable reading, writing, and reviewing others' code.
- Experience designing extensible, maintainable systems, ideally developer tooling, IDE extensions, agent integrations, or actively maintained open source projects.
- Demonstrated ability to set technical direction and make architectural decisions that keep products scalable, secure, and high quality.
- A track record of working effectively in public, engaging with external contributors and upholding a high quality bar in community-facing repositories.
- Interest in agent-assisted development and building tools to make agent-assisted development smoother and more secure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to make a project's impact and progress visible to engineering, product, and design stakeholders.
- A security-minded approach consistent with 1Password's principles.
Bonus points for:
- Experience maintaining a popular open source project or running open source community engagement.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled or agentic IDEs (e.g., Cursor) and the emerging agent-hook ecosystem.
- Experience contributing to an Open Source Program Office (OSPO) or similar function.
What you can expect:
- Contribute large new features, significant product improvements, and critical bug fixes, such as extending our Agent Hooks across IDEs or building genuine in-IDE value beyond links to external docs.
- Make architectural decisions that keep our integrations and public repositories scalable, secure, and aligned to 1Password's existing security and authentication models.
- Contribute to the team's roadmap by identifying technical opportunities and risks up to ~6 months out, then lead execution aligned to team objectives.
- Raise the quality bar by identifying lapses in code quality and gaps in testing coverage, anticipating and reporting potential problems, and fostering a high standard of documentation across community-facing repositories.
- Ensure alignment with cross-functional partners (Partnerships, Product, UX, and the SDK/CLI teams), translating requirements into actionable work.
- Drive initiatives that better support 1Password customers on your platform and mitigate issues developers face.
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment by modeling best practices, providing constructive feedback, and supporting a sense of shared ownership.
USA-based roles only: The annual base salary for this role is between $153,000 USD and $214,000 USD, plus immediate participation in 1Password's benefits program (health, dental, 401k and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs.
Canada-based roles only: The annual base salary for this role is between $144,000 CAD and $202,000 CAD, plus immediate participation in 1Password’s generous benefits program (health, dental, RRSP and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs.
At 1Password, we approach each individual's compensation with a promise of fair market value and internal equity commensurate with experience and specific skill set.
This posting is for an existing vacancy.
Our culture
At 1Password, we prioritize collaboration, clear and transparent communication, receptiveness to feedback, and alignment with our core values: keep it simple, lead with honesty, and put people first.
You’ll be part of a team that challenges the status quo, and is excited to experiment and iterate in search of the best solution. That said, 1Password is not for everyone https://blog.1password.com/inside-the-culture-powering-1passwords-next-chapter/. Our work is demanding, we strive for excellence, and the pace is fast. We need people who are keen to take on challenging problems, who seek feedback to grow, and who are driven to make an impact. If you're looking for a place where you can settle into a comfortable routine, this might not be the right fit for you. We’re looking for individuals who are proven experts in their fields, as well as those who are highly adaptable, can thrive in ambiguity and through change, are curious, and above all deliver results.
How we work with AI

We also understand that thinking critically about AI in its current forms will help us create better solutions for our customers and ourselves with its future forms, which will help us continue to close the gap between security and privacy and achieve our mission. Embracing the future of AI isn't just encouraged—it's an essential part of how we will be successful at 1Password.

WHOOP is an advanced health and fitness wearable, on a mission to unlock human performance. WHOOP empowers its members to improve their health and perform at a higher level by providing a deep understanding of their bodies and daily lives.
Our Machine Learning Core Algorithms team is responsible for developing novel algorithms and features that expand our health and fitness capabilities with wearable sensor data. We combine continuous physiological data with clinical research and expert knowledge to generate features that are both scientifically grounded and deeply impactful for members. This role is located on our Core Algorithms team: performance-related insights for sleep, recovery, and exercise.
As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer on our Core Algorithms team, you will design, build, and productionize ML systems that deliver meaningful, personalized metrics to millions of members. You will own the ML systems you build in collaboration with applied machine learning scientists. You will work at the intersection of data science, backend engineering, and cloud infrastructure – deploying robust, scalable, and reliable ML solutions built on physiological and behavioral data streams. This role emphasizes strong coding skills, system design, and the ability to deliver production-ready ML systems.
Responsibilities:
- Create, improve, and maintain production services that provide analysis for core features in collaboration with applied ML scientists and MLOps engineers.
- Improve ML data pipelines, tooling, and validation systems that support robust model performance.
- Work alongside applied ML scientists to translate research prototypes into production ML systems optimized for scale, latency and cost efficiency.
- Collaborate with researchers and Product teams to align model development with physiological insights and member impact.
- Build operational maturity within the Core Algorithms team as well as the broader Machine Learning team, developing processes for observability, alerting, and incident response (including on-call rotations).
- Develop applied ML operational infrastructure (frameworks, evaluation criteria, performance validation).
- Mentor other engineers and applied ML scientists on production practices, raising the bar through code and system design review.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 4+ years of professional experience as an ML engineer, applied researcher, or software engineer with a focus on ML systems.
- Experience working with time series data (wearable, physiological, or high-frequency sensor data).
- Strong coding skills in Python with a track record of writing clean, production-quality code.
- Experience designing, deploying and operating ML production systems at production scale (millions of users, real-time streaming and/or large-scale batch).
- Experience deploying and maintaining ML backend services (APIs, reliability, observability, monitoring; AWS or GCP).
- Preferred: 2+ years experience applying advanced mathematical and statistical techniques.
This role is based in the WHOOP office located in Boston, MA. The successful candidate must be prepared to relocate if necessary to work out of the Boston, MA office.
Interested in the role, but don’t meet every qualification? We encourage you to still apply! At WHOOP, we believe there is much more to a candidate than what is written on paper, and we value character as much as experience. As we continue to build a diverse and inclusive environment, we encourage anyone who is interested in this role to apply.
