We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data.

About your team
As a Finance, Legal & Ops team, we are business partners in Eneba. By cooperating and supporting the organization in finance and accounting topics we strive to enable growth, optimize and improve the current internal processes. At the same time we act as strategic advisors whose input helps shape the roadmap of product teams.
As Head of Accounting&Automation, you will own the accounting function for a growing group of 8+ legal entities across two equally important dimensions: the team and the systems. On the team side, you'll build and lead the accounting team, operationalize new entities as we expand into new jurisdictions, and ensure compliance across all of them. On the automation side - increasingly the bigger, more strategic half of the role - you'll own our accounting data and tooling roadmap. You'll spot where AI and automation can replace manual reconciliation, reporting, and month-end work. Then you'll lead the search, evaluation, and selection of the right systems and tools, and manage the vendors and implementation partners who bring them to life. This role suits someone who thinks like an owner and enjoys building and creating, while also leading a team and staying on top of multi-jurisdiction compliance.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional accounting projects end-to-end — partnering with Product, Tech, Legal, and Commerce on initiatives like new business lines and models, process flows implementations/changes&automation rollouts.
- Build and lead the accounting team - hire, structure, assign entity ownership, and manage performance.
- Implement accounting technologies and tools; drive AI adoption and automation across the function.
- Operationalise new group entities - set up charts of accounts, accounting processes, and intercompany relationships; implement group structure changes in accounting.
- Develop and maintain internal accounting controls, policies, and procedures; evolve accounting processes as the product grows and new business lines are introduced.
- Coordinate group audits and ensure GAAP compliance across all jurisdictions.
- Ensure compliance with financial covenants and oversee regulatory reporting obligations across group entities.
- Oversee tax reporting and compliance, ensuring accurate and timely filings across all jurisdictions.
- Act as the primary contact for various departments and external parties (tax consultants, auditors) regarding accounting matters.
Requirements
- 7+ years of accounting experience, including 3+ years managing teams.
- Proven track record of leading, building, or scaling an accounting team.
- Deep expertise in Lithuanian GAAP and/or IFRS, intercompany accounting and consolidation.
- Strong business acumen, ability to understand business in detail by connecting the responsibilities and inputs of all organizational units.
- Proficient in accounting close processes, audit coordination, and financial statement review and analysis.
- Experience with ERP systems and accounting software.
- AI tools experience and a mindset for automating manual workflows.
- Exceptional time management, task ownership, and prioritization skills.
- Fluency in both English and Lithuanian (written and spoken).
- Experience in a high-growth tech, marketplace, or e-commerce company would be a plus.
Compensation
Starting from €5,500 gross/month, the final offer will depend on your experience and skills.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

The Role
We're looking for a Business Development Manager to lead go-to-market for AI Mosaic, one of our exclusive pioneering technologies, launching soon.
You'll be the commercial owner of a brand-new product entering the market. That means building demand from the ground up, opening the right doors, and turning early interest into signed business, primarily across the Japanese market.
We're an engineering- and product-heavy company. What we're missing is someone who can represent AI Mosaic in business conversations, find the demand, and convert it into real revenue.
This is not a passive role. It's hands-on, outward-facing, and revenue-driven. You own the pipeline end to end: from first outreach to closed deal.
What You Will Do
Own go-to-market and new revenue for AI Mosaic as it moves from launch into growth.
Identify, qualify, and close new business across studios, platforms, content networks, and technology buyers, with a focus on Japan.
Own the full sales cycle: outbound, discovery, proposal, negotiation, and close.
Build and manage a healthy pipeline with clear stages, forecasts, and accountable ownership.
Represent AI Mosaic at industry events, conferences, and client-facing meetings.
Translate a complex technical product into clear, commercial value for each buyer.
Create and deliver pitch decks, commercial proposals, and business cases tailored to different audiences.
Work with leadership to define target segments, pricing angles, and go-to-market priorities.
Coordinate internally with product, engineering, and legal to scope, structure, and land deals.
Contribute best practices, market signals, and key findings to the company's knowledge base.
What We Are Looking For
Native or fluent Japanese, with confidence in negotiations and senior-level business conversations in the Japanese market.
Proven experience working with the Japanese market, with an existing understanding of how business gets done and deals get closed there.
Solid B2B experience in business development or sales within tech, media, or platform-driven businesses, with a track record of closing deals.
Ability to represent a complex technical product and translate it into clear buyer value.
Proactive in sourcing new opportunities, clients, and markets, without waiting for inbound.
Comfortable attending industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
Strong sense of ownership over pipeline, follow-ups, and revenue outcomes.
Bonus Points
Working English for internal collaboration with a global team.
Experience in streaming platforms, tech, media, or the Japanese content industry.

Please be informed that Foxelli Group hires exclusively in-house and doesn't work with any external recruitment agencies. Any company or individual claiming to recruit on behalf of Foxelli Group is not affiliated with us.
At Foxelli, we’re building more than e-commerce brands - we’re building a tribe of thoughtful humans: AI enthusiasts, curious builders, and ambitious minds who care about doing meaningful work together. Ten years in, our D2C brands reach millions and generate over $20M annually. Our focus stays simple: create products customers love and a team that actually enjoys building them.
If you love to learn, experiment, think boldly, make decisions, and build things that matter - you’ll feel at home with us.
WHY JOIN FOXELLI?
Foxelli is a place for people who think deeply, learn quickly, automate repetitive work, enjoy spending time together, and build things that matter. We work hard, joke often, and don’t take ourselves too seriously.
If you’re excited about AI, eager to learn, and want to create work that genuinely means something with people who care, you’ll feel right at home with us - no matter where you are in your career.
THE ROLE
We're looking for a Churn Specialist for our craft subscription box brands to help us get closer to our customers - understand what they actually need, spot where we're falling short, and find ways to retain them.
You'll work across multiple Foxelli Group brands, investigate the full customer lifecycle, and turn data into initiatives that actually move the needle on retention.
You won't just track churn numbers. You'll own the thinking behind what is happening with the brand and drive the ideas to help retain our customers.
If you love:
- getting into customer data and finding the story behind the numbers
- mapping out a customer journey and spotting where things go wrong
- testing ideas - onboarding tweaks, lifecycle flows, CRO experiments, win-back sequences, etc
- using AI and automations to move faster and do more with less
- understanding what makes customers stay (or leave) on a psychological level
- working across multiple products and brands without losing focus
- working with crafts like knitting, crochet, and quilting
And if you're someone who can take a messy churn problem, break it down into clear hypotheses, and see them through to results…
…you might be our person 👀
🚀 WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Churn Analysis & Research
- Analyse churn patterns across multiple Foxelli brands - when customers drop, which segments are most at risk, and what's driving it
- Research competitors and benchmark what best-in-class retention looks like in our space
- Use AI tools to accelerate research, surface insights, and identify patterns
- Build a clear picture of our customers - their motivations, frustrations, and what "good enough to stay" actually means to them
Customer Journey & Onboarding
- Audit the full customer lifecycle with a churn lens - from first-touch onboarding to long-term engagement
- Identify drop-off moments and experience gaps that are costing us customers
- Own initiatives to improve onboarding flows and early-stage activation
Retention Initiatives & Experimentation
- Develop hypotheses and run experiments - lifecycle communications, CRO tests, loyalty mechanics, win-back campaigns, cancellation flows
- Build and maintain automations that support retention at scale - triggered flows, at-risk alerts, personalised sequences
- Use AI to generate ideas, draft copy, simulate scenarios, and iterate faster
- Track the impact of every initiative and iterate based on results
- Document what worked, what didn't, and why
AI & Automations
- Build and maintain automations that support retention initiatives at scale
- Proactively explore how AI can improve the way we understand and respond to churn
- Stay current with new tools and bring ideas to the table before anyone asks
WHAT YOU BRING
- At least 2 years of experience of direct experience fixing actual churn for a physical product
- Proven experience diagnosing churn, not just reporting on it, but getting to the root of it
- Comfortable working with data: cohort analysis, funnel metrics, A/B test results
- Hands-on experience with customer journey mapping, onboarding optimisation, or CRO
- Experience building automations: triggered flows, lifecycle sequences, or similar
- Able to turn messy data into a clear point of view and present it to senior stakeholders
- Has worked across multiple products or brands
- Uses AI tools beyond basic prompts and actively looks for ways to automate and improve workflows
THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS
1. Apply - A simple form that helps us know who’s stepping into our world.
2. Ribbon AI Interview - Ribbon is a short, guided video step that helps us understand your thinking style in a calm, private space
3. Text Task - A small real-world challenge so we can see how you approach problems in action.
4. Interview - A conversation with your manager to feel the work chemistry, get to know each other, and explore what we could build together
FIXED SERVICE FEE
2,500 - 2,800 euros after taxes (depending on your skills, competencies, and experience).
PERKS & BENEFITS
- Full flexibility with your schedule in a fully remote setting, while Apploye ensures transparency and fairness.
- Complimentary gym memberships and company-sponsored outdoor adventures for your strength and to keep your physical well-being in check.
- A personal development budget is at your disposal for your personal and professional growth to ensure you keep growing continuously.
- Generous paid time off, including parental leave and vacation days, to recharge and rejuvenate and ensure you’re well-rested.
- A budget for your home office setup so you’re comfortable working how you like and where you like.
- Strong company culture and a network of unique individuals that celebrate you.

An overview of this role
As a Senior Solutions Architect based in Singapore (reporting to the Asia Solutions Architect Manager), you'll join GitLab's Asia team as the trusted advisor to prospects, customers and partners across the region, helping them understand how GitLab's AI-powered DevSecOps platform addresses both technical requirements and business objectives across the entire software development lifecycle.
You'll guide organisations through their digital transformation journeys, from planning through monitoring, using your technical and AI expertise, understanding of cloud and modern software development practices, and strong customer empathy.
Partnering closely with your peers, Account Executives and cross-functional teams, you'll own technical evaluations, including proofs of value and workshops, shape solution architectures, and serve as the voice of the customer back to Product Management. You'll drive successful platform adoption, influence revenue growth through solution and value selling, and build long-term, trust-based relationships that showcase GitLab's differentiated position in an AI-driven DevSecOps landscape.
What you'll do
Lead technical discovery, demos, and validation to show how GitLab's AI-powered DevSecOps platform meets customers' technical and business needs across the full lifecycle.
Drive the technical evaluation process as the directly responsible individual, including solution design, proof of concept or proof of value ownership, workshop design, and the technical components of tenders, audits, and value stream assessments.
Collaborate with Account Executives and the broader go-to-market team across Asia to shape and execute account strategies that support new customer acquisition and expansion.
Build and deepen relationships with technical practitioners and business leaders, guiding them through GitLab-driven transformation and enabling them to become GitLab advocates.
Advise customers on modern software development, continuous integration, continuous deployment, security, and cloud practices, challenging existing approaches to improve return on investment.
Serve as the voice of the customer with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing by sharing feedback, use cases, and competitive insights that inform roadmap and positioning.
Maintain and expand your technical expertise in GitLab, DevSecOps, AI, and related cloud technologies by creating reusable examples, best-practice guidance, and technical collateral for customers and partners.
Invest in your growth and development through ongoing learning, mentorship, and knowledge sharing to improve the Solutions Architect team's impact continuously.
What you'll bring
Experience engaging with customers in technical pre-sales, consulting, or similar roles, guiding them through solution design and evaluation.
Proficiency with the end-to-end software development lifecycle, including modern DevSecOps practices, continuous integration and continuous deployment workflows, and the application of Generative and Agentic AI within software delivery.
Hands-on experience with GitLab or comparable source control, continuous integration and continuous deployment, and collaboration platforms, and the ability to map platform capabilities to customer use cases.
Practical knowledge of cloud computing concepts and related technologies, with the ability to discuss deployment, security, and operations options with technical teams.
Ability to lead technical evaluations such as proofs of concept or proofs of value, contribute to tenders or audits, and design and run workshops or value stream assessments.
Clear technical communication and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt messages for practitioners through to senior business and technical decision makers.
Fluent Mandarin language skills are required for this role, with the ability to engage stakeholders from C-level executives through to end-user buyers confidently. This role covers markets where Mandarin is essential to effective customer engagement, primarily Singapore and Taiwan.
Skill in building trusted relationships, listening with empathy, and acting as a customer advocate to internal teams such as Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing.
Motivation to continuously develop professionally, including learning new technologies, deepening GitLab platform expertise, and applying transferable experience from related fields.
About the team
The Solutions Architect team is part of GitLab's Sales organisation and serves as the technical counterpart to Account Executives, with this role focused on opportunities across Asia and reporting to the Asia Solutions Architect Manager. The team helps customers realise the full value of GitLab's AI-powered DevSecOps platform by advising on architecture, running technical evaluations such as proofs of value, and guiding customers through digital transformation. We work closely with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing, collaborating asynchronously across regions to share best practices, create reusable technical collateral, and act as the voice of the customer. Salmon is a technology-driven financial company building a banking and lending platform across Southeast Asia, starting in the Philippines.
7M+ app downloads. 2M+ monthly active users. 7,000+ partner stores. US$310M+ raised from top-tier investors.
Here, you get real ownership from day one, high standards, and direct communication. You'll work alongside a team that combines deep local knowledge and experience scaling regulated financial companies from scratch.
If you want to solve complex problems at scale and directly impact how millions of people access and manage money, come build with us.
Southeast Asia's fintech moment starts here.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You'll build and own Salmon's Frontline Employees Database — the internal system that runs HR and operational processes for around 4,000 frontline employees.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Start with Frontline DB, which brings together employee and candidate profiles, access and account data, time-off information, shift planning, and selected operational results — with a backlog of initiatives across development, integrations, data mapping, documentation, and process improvement.
- Own solutions end to end: dig into the business need, clarify requirements with stakeholders, propose a practical approach, and turn it into a working MVP.
- Work directly with HR, Operations, People Partners, and Support, and over time extend scope into integrations with HiBob, Ashby, and other internal systems.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
- Develop and improve PostgreSQL data structures for custom internal solutions.
- Design, build, and maintain automation and integration workflows in n8n.
- Build internal applications, forms, and user interfaces in Retool.
- Integrate HR and enterprise systems through REST APIs, webhooks, and other integration methods, with custom logic in Python and/or JavaScript.
- Test, troubleshoot, document, and maintain what you build — and handle internal support requests for existing tools and workflows (about 20% of the role).
- Grow MVP solutions into reliable internal products as processes and needs evolve.
WHAT MAKES YOU A STRONG FIT
- Confident SQL skills and experience with relational databases — you can query, validate, and interpret data independently.
- Hands-on experience with n8n, Make, or another low-code automation platform.
- Experience with Retool or another platform for building internal applications and forms.
- Working knowledge of Python and/or JavaScript for scripting and automation.
- Understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and common integration patterns, plus a basic grasp of testing, debugging, and error handling.
- A proactive working style — you read incomplete requirements, make reasonable technical decisions independently, and know when to escalate — with good English for working with international stakeholders.
WHAT WE OFFER
Build what's next in Southeast Asian fintech.
