ABOUT ELEVENLABS
ElevenLabs is an AI research and product company transforming how we interact with technology.
We launched in January 2023 with the first human-like AI voice model. Today, we serve millions of users and thousands of businesses - from fast-growing startups to large enterprises like Deutsche Telekom and Meta. Our investors are some of the world's most prominent, including Andreessen Horowitz, ICONIQ Growth and Sequoia. We've raised $781M in funding and our last valuation was $22B - multiples of 11, always.
We have expanded from voice into three main platforms:

- ElevenCreative empowers creators and marketers to generate and edit speech, music, image, and video across 70+ languages.
- ElevenAPI gives developers access to our leading AI audio foundational models.
Everything we do is the result of the creativity and commitment of our team - builders doing the best work of their lives. We are researchers, engineers, and operators. IOI medalists and ex-founders. If you want to work hard and create lasting positive impact, we want to hear from you.

Recraft is a graphic design research lab building state-of-the-art image generation models and tools for designers, illustrators, marketers, and developers.
Founded in 2022 and based in London, we build for commercial design standards: full creative control, style consistency, and native vector outputs, an API for teams who want to integrate that capability directly into their workflows, plus mobile app for those who prefer not to be distracted from the process without a computer.
Over 3 million creators across 190+ countries use Recraft. Our mission is to help everyone who works with visuals get the job done, without lowering the bar on design.
If you want to help set that standard, we'd like to hear from you.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Most AI companies sound the same. We'd rather not.
We're looking for a copywriter who understands design from the inside: someone who has designed, or still does, and writes like a person with opinions, not a model with a prompt. You'll own how Recraft sounds, from the tone of voice guidelines down to the label on a button.
This role is for someone who uses the product every day, knows what designers actually need, and can turn a model release into a story worth reading. It isn't a content calendar to fill.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Shape our tone of voice. Develop and evolve Recraft's voice guidelines, and make sure the brand sounds like itself in every channel.
- Write the launches. Write social posts, release announcements, and launch copy for new models and features across X, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Discord.
- Write for the camera. Write scripts and copy for motion videos, tutorials, interviews, and other storytelling formats.
- Join creative launches. Contribute to special projects and campaigns, with your focus on the words.
- Run the blog with search in mind. Write and edit SEO articles that rank and are still worth reading.
- Write inside the product. Work with product and design on UX copy in Recraft Studio: onboarding, empty states, tooltips, and feature descriptions.
- Name things. Help name new models, features, and products, and write the copy that introduces them.
- Use Recraft Studio. A lot. Test new models before they ship, find what's interesting, and write from first-hand experience.
WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
You'll report to Head of Content and work as part of Creative Team. Day to day, you'll work closely with design, product, and the researchers who build our models, so you'll hear about releases early and in detail.
REQUIREMENTS
- A design background (graphic, brand, type, UI, or editorial) with writing as your main craft. Or you're a writer who has spent years working closely with designers and speaks fluent design. Content creators, social media writers, and brand or blog writers who've built a recognizable voice for a brand or for themselves are equally welcome.
- Excellent written English (C2 or equivalent): writing that's natural, idiomatic, and ready to publish. Plus a voice of your own.
- Work you can show: published articles, a blog or newsletter, social accounts you've run, or product copy you've shipped.
- Range. You can go from a launch post to a 2,000-word article to a button label without losing the voice.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools. You use them regularly, and your writing still doesn't sound like them.
- Curiosity about the design world: what designers are making, arguing about, and struggling with.
NICE TO HAVE
- A personal blog, newsletter, or Substack about design, type, visual culture, or AI
- SEO writing experience
- UX writing or content design experience
- Naming experience
- Scriptwriting for video or motion
- Experience at a design tool, creative tech company, or design studio
WHAT WE OFFER
- Ownership of the voice of a product that designers use every day
- Close work with design, product, and the people who build our models
- Room to experiment with formats, channels, and ideas
- A competitive salary, with bonus potential tied to your performance review.
- A team that means it when it says it wants to build the best product in the category: people who give each other direct, useful feedback, share context openly, and step in to help without being asked.
Develop and execute territory account plans to achieve quota responsibilities for your team and the region through direct selling and partners.Â. Drive a best-in-class sales methodology framework which includes rigorous qualification and navigation of complex Federal deals.Â.

ABOUT SENTRY
Software runs the world and the pace is faster than ever. Sentry helps developers fix errors and performance issues before users notice, so teams can spend less time firefighting and more time building.
Trusted by 200,000+ organizations, Sentry is today’s application monitoring standard and our team is building its AI-native future.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Sentry’s AI capabilities span infrastructure, product features, design, and data ingestion. We’re hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager to connect this work across teams, helping them make decisions, manage dependencies, and deliver a cohesive product experience.
Our AI/ML team is building a modular platform for model routing, agent execution, and evaluations. Issues Platform owns customer-facing experiences such as issue details, activity feeds, and notifications. Product Design shapes how these experiences work together, while Ingest provides the underlying data pipeline.
You’ll lead the program across these teams: clarifying ownership, sequencing work, managing integration risks, and coordinating release readiness. You’ll partner with team leads to connect their plans and resolve gaps between roadmaps.
You’ll also improve how engineering changes reach teams across Engineering, Product, and Design, along with Documentation and Support. Your goal is a lightweight process giving partners the information and preparation time they need before changes reach customers.
You’ll join an early TPM team and help shape how the function works at Sentry. Success means helping teams deliver together through technical judgment, clear communication, and practical coordination.
This role is based in San Francisco, with three days per week in the office.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
AI DELIVERY
- Connect roadmaps across AI/ML, Issues Platform, Product Design, and Ingest into a shared delivery plan.
- Sequence platform capabilities, product features, and design work so teams address dependencies before they delay a release.
- Help teams assign accountable owners, resolve open decisions, and communicate commitments.
- Partner with engineering and product owners to define release readiness, including evaluation results, staged rollouts, eligibility, and access requirements.
- Bring ingestion and reliability dependencies into roadmap discussions so teams understand the risks behind delivery commitments.
- Drive risk mitigation with clear owners, contingency plans, and timely escalation.
- Give teams and leadership an accurate view of progress, dependencies, decisions, and risks.
CHANGE READINESS
- Build a lightweight process for identifying changes affecting other teams, notifying partners, and confirming readiness before release.
- Include documentation and support preparation in delivery planning, starting with AI features.
- Establish concise updates showing what is changing, when, and who needs to act.
- Review communication and readiness gaps with the teams involved, then improve the process.
- Keep the effort proportional to the change and remove steps which don’t improve delivery.
HOW YOU WORK
- You help teams bring structure to complex programs with unclear ownership or no established process.
- You listen to different perspectives, make tradeoffs visible, and help teams resolve competing priorities.
- You engage with technical details and connect architectural decisions to delivery risks and product outcomes.
- You raise risks early, propose practical responses, and follow through.
- You adapt processes to teams’ needs and simplify them when the value is unclear.
- You respect team ownership while helping cross-team decisions reach resolution.
- You share information clearly so partners have the context they need to contribute.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience leading complex technical programs from problem definition through launch.
- Experience coordinating delivery across multiple engineering teams with separate roadmaps and leadership.
- Technical understanding to review design proposals, discuss architectural tradeoffs with engineers, and identify integration risks and downstream effects.
- A track record of managing dependencies, driving risk mitigation, and adapting plans as conditions change.
- Experience creating or improving processes which teams adopted and sustained.
- Clear written communication, including program updates, decision records, and escalations with explicit next steps.
- Experience building alignment across engineering, product, and design through sound judgment and follow-through.
Relevant experience might come from technical program management, software engineering, or another role involving ownership of cross-team technical delivery.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
- Shipping AI/ML or LLM-backed features, including evaluations, quality checks, and staged rollouts.
- Partnering with product design to coordinate design and engineering work.
- Working with data pipelines, ingestion, or streaming infrastructure.
- Building developer tools or technical B2B products.
- Improving release communication across engineering, documentation, and support.
Experience in every preferred area is not required.
TEAM PRINCIPLES
- Make work visible. Keep plans, ownership, decisions, and next steps clear and current.
- Raise risks early. Give teams time to respond before delivery is affected.
- Reduce friction. Build practices which help teams get work done.
- Respect ownership. Support informed decisions and help accountable owners resolve open questions.
- Keep partners informed. Communicate changes to scope, timing, and readiness before they affect others.
