About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
Join Anthropic's Customer Success team in a high-impact role driving AI adoption across our Commercial segment. As one of the first CSMs for our Commercial segment, you’ll be a thought partner both for our customers and for your cross-functional partners, helping define how Customer Success can play the most meaningful role in helping our customers harness the full potential of our products, move toward the frontier, and ultimately realize value.
You'll work with organizations that move fast and push the boundaries of what's possible with AI, helping them harness the full potential of all of our Claude capabilities: from Claude Code and Cowork to the API. Drawing on both your business acumen and technical expertise, you’ll gain a deep understanding of customers’ business objectives, strategic direction, AI vision, and technical needs to serve as a strategic advisor throughout their journey.
In partnership with the broader account team, you will help customers identify the right Claude capabilities for their specific business objectives, providing best practices and guidance while supporting your customers as their usage grows and evolves.
Your role focuses on helping customers both scale and optimize their usage, implement change management strategies, and maximize the value of their investment through expanded use cases and value realization measurements. The insights you gather from your customers will directly inform our product development and go-to-market strategies — making you a key voice in shaping how we build and deliver ongoing value as a Commercial segment and broader business.
Responsibilities:
Build trusting, strategic relationships with key customer decision makers to understand their business and objectives, identifying opportunities for optimization and expansion
Become an expert in Anthropic's products across API, Claude Code and Claude for Enterprise, understanding the technical nuances and best practices for each to guide customers to the right solutions
Monitor usage patterns and identify optimization opportunities, proactively addressing underutilization across both consumption-based (API) and seat-based (Claude for Enterprise / Claude Code) products, developing activation plans for newly sold use cases, and mapping out future consumption / adoption opportunities to drive full value from contracted commitments
Serve as the customer’s thought partner, enhancing their knowledge of Claude products and advancing their journey toward the frontier by socializing Anthropic’s product roadmap, driving awareness on new products, and engaging Product PMs
Develop and execute change management strategies to drive end-user adoption, including Champion Program development, Train the Trainer programs, Center of Excellence development, and overall organizational enablement
Document and quantify customer value realized through business outcomes, ROI, and impact metrics to build compelling internal business cases for continued and expanded investment
Identify potential use cases and lines of business not currently onboarded, partnering with customers and Sales to discover new applications for Claude across different departments, teams, and workflows
Own the customer experience across their lifecycle — managing comprehensive account and success plans grounded in the customer's business objectives, conducting Quarterly Business Reviews, and serving as the primary conduit between the customer and Anthropic
Develop scalable engagement strategies and playbooks to optimize efforts across your portfolio and help fellow CSM’s scale their impact
You may be a good fit if you have:
4+ years of experience in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or Solutions Engineering
Technical fluency with ability to understand and articulate AI/ML concepts, API integrations, and software implementation patterns across a set of diverse stakeholders — from developers and product managers to executives and end users
Experience driving success across both consumption-based and seat-based business models, with understanding of different expansion levers and success metrics for each
Strategic mindset to identify growth opportunities and translate them into actionable expansion plans
Proven track record managing a portfolio of accounts while maintaining strong relationships and driving measurable outcomes
Cross-functional collaborator who represents the customer in a positive, proactive manner, rallying everyone around paths forward that solve customer needs
Passion for AI and interest in responsible development of advanced systems
A knack for bringing order to chaos and an enthusiastic "roll up your sleeves" mentality—you're a true team player

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.

About the role
As a Copywriter, Developer at Anthropic, you will shape how our brand speaks to developers, an audience that is notoriously allergic to being marketed to and quick to spot anything that doesn't ring true. Developers who stay sharp, curious, and direct AI tools with their own judgment are the ones who will thrive, and your job is to help that idea land authentically rather than arrive as a slogan. You'll co-create a voice that developers recognize as empathetic, direct, and genuinely useful, and you'll bring that voice to every place our brand meets a developer.
In this role, you'll own the brand-led developer writing that sits between Dev Rel's technical content and pure marketing: launch narratives, campaign work, social, paid, event materials, and developer work that shows up in enterprise contexts. You'll partner closely with Dev Rel as an embedded extension of their team, co-own the developer voice and tone guide with Comms, work with Claude Code and developer marketing leadership on strategic initiatives, and sit within a developer creative pod alongside a brand designer and program manager, with our Head of Copy and Content as your craft lead.
Responsibilities
Own the developer-facing expression of brand campaigns, starting with Keep Thinking, translating brand-level ideas into writing that works across launches, social, and paid
Build the developer voice and tone guide in partnership with Comms and Dev Rel, then turn it into the templates and examples the creative team uses for developer work
Own the brand-led developer assets that sit between technical content and marketing, from event and campaign materials to developer writing in enterprise contexts
Partner daily with Dev Rel as an embedded extension of their team, complementing the technical content they own rather than duplicating it
Develop launch narratives and short-form copy that adapt expert, technical material into sharp, accurate writing developers trust
Lead copy for the developer creative pod, working side by side with brand design and program management to ship integrated work
Partner with Claude Code leadership and developer marketing leadership on strategic initiatives that shape how we show up for developers
Present work and a clear rationale for voice and craft decisions to stakeholders across Brand, Dev Rel, Comms, and marketing
Manage feedback from technical reviewers and Comms so that what ships is both accurate and within what we can say externally
Track how developer-facing work lands and use what you learn to sharpen the voice, the templates, and the work itself
You may be a good fit if you
Have 8+ years experience writing for developers or technical audiences, and a portfolio that shows both technical and brand work
Have shipped work that developers actually shared, whether in-house at a developer tools or infrastructure company or at an agency serving those clients
Have a strong, specific point of view on how brands should talk to developers, and can articulate it with examples
Can read a changelog or a docs page and explain why a developer would or wouldn't trust it
Are skilled at adapting expert material into sharp short-form copy and launch narratives without losing accuracy
Work fluidly across the full range from technical content to pure brand writing
Already use Claude or other AI models in your own writing practice and can talk concretely about how
Enjoy embedding with technical teams and treating engineers and Dev Rel as creative partners, not just reviewers
Are comfortable co-owning standards with other teams and knowing where your lane ends and theirs begins
Are excited about Anthropic's mission to develop AI that is safe and beneficial
Strong candidates may also have
Experience working directly alongside a Dev Rel or engineering team rather than through a brief
Built or contributed to a voice and tone guide, style system, or writing templates that other people successfully used
Written for developer launches at a fast-moving product company, where accuracy and speed both mattered
Familiarity with the AI developer ecosystem, including coding tools, APIs, and how developers evaluate them
Experience writing developer-credible work that also performs in enterprise or executive contexts
A personal writing practice, newsletter, or public work that demonstrates voice and judgment
Worked within brand campaign systems and translated them for a skeptical or specialized audience

- Ability to evaluate partnership opportunities through strategic, commercial, operational, and regulatory lenses
- Strong project management and organizational skills with a proven ability to drive initiatives from concept through execution
- Demonstrated ability to identify process improvements, build scalable solutions, and thrive in fast-moving, iterative environments.
- Clear, disciplined communicator capable of translating complex technical and regulatory concepts into actionable business decisions.

About GiveDirectly
What if the most effective way to fight poverty was also the simplest: give people money and trust them to decide what they need?
Since 2011, GiveDirectly has proven that idea at scale. We’ve delivered more than $1B in cash directly to 2+ million people living in poverty and crisis across 15 countries, and rigorous research shows the results: healthier kids, stronger businesses, sturdier homes, and more resilient families and local economies. Cash is now widely recognized as one of the most scalable, cost-effective, and dignified forms of aid.
Our ambition goes beyond our own programs. We want cash to become the benchmark for aid, much as the index fund became the benchmark for investing, so that every aid dollar is held to one question:
is this doing more good than giving the money directly to people living in poverty?
We’re growing fast, and this is a rare and important moment to join.
We expect to hit $1B in revenue in 2026 with significant growth forecast for 2027. At the same time we are building a new technology stack and operating model designed for a roughly 10x change in scale, and we are actively pursuing partnerships with major funders to move even more money in bigger ways, to people who need it. We are known for our extensive integration of technology into field processes; our quantitative approach to performance measurement; and our commitment to rigorous, independent, experimental evaluation of our impact, with multiple Randomized Control Trials completed and others in progress.
How we work
Our team spans 20+ countries and 69 languages. Our culture is candid, analytical, and non-hierarchical. We expect high ownership and give people real responsibility early. Our values are central to how we hire, work, and grow, and they are deliberately opinionated:
Recipients first.
Recipients’ preferences come before those of donors or ourselves.
Team next.
We optimize for organizational success, not individual success.
Be proactively candid.
We say what we believe and share information openly.
Create positive energy.
We aim to be a source of energy for colleagues, not a drain.
Think rigorously; act quickly.
We reason from first principles, then act rather than debate.
Know yourself and grow.
We own our imperfections and seek feedback to grow.
Accept reality. Propose solutions.
We focus on what can change and bring solutions, not just problems.
Be productively ambitious.
We take risks for step-change impact, not incremental progress.
If they describe how you like to work and they energize you, this could be a great fit.

Vice President, Partnerships
Level:
Director (we are open to hiring at Senior Director level for more experienced candidates)
Role overview
GiveDirectly intends to transfer $10B by 2035 while building a resilient, durable cash-first movement in the aid sector.
To reach this milestone, we have brought all fundraising efforts under one leadership, to enable better coordination and optimisation of fundraising streams and operations over time. This unified approach is building a high-performance fundraising team that identifies and secures high-quality leads, while standardizing revenue operations and knowledge-sharing across all verticals, enabling a better donor experience and securing long-term funding to achieve our goals of eliminating extreme poverty and responding better in crisis.
The Director/Senior Director, Revenue Operations will own the operating backbone of the Fundraising function: the data, systems, and processes that let Partnerships, Philanthropy, Individual Giving, and Special Projects run at scale. As we grow our Emergency Cash and US work alongside our work on ending extreme poverty, the candidate will also help ensure fundraising strategies are complementary rather than competing. This is a BizOps-first role. You will build the pipeline infrastructure, KPI architecture, and operating rhythms that make Fundraising's growth predictable and measurable, and you will represent Fundraising to Finance, Compliance, Grants Management, and the People team.
Alongside this, the role carries a chief-of-staff dimension: partnering with the Vice President of Partnership on strategic priorities, high-stakes internal and external communications, and organizational change management, so the VP's time is focused on the highest-impact work.
Depending on the skills and interests of the person we hire, this role may grow to manage a team of 3-5, covering some combination of: fundraising tech and data (e.g. Salesforce), donor experience, and knowledge management. Reflecting our "Team Next" value and commitment to organizational excellence, this person will drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure fundraising operations scale seamlessly alongside our global growth.
Key responsibilities
Own Fundraising's revenue operations: data, systems, and process (primary focus)
Build and own the strategic data and systems architecture for Fundraising: pipeline tracking, annual and in-year forecasting, and reporting infrastructure (e.g. Salesforce) that gives every vertical a single, trustworthy source of truth.
Define, standardize, and own tracking of fit-for-purpose Fundraising KPIs, aligned to Board reporting needs and the team's long-term strategic direction.
Partner with counterparts on Fundraising Data and Tech to prioritize, execute, and approve projects that serve both functions.
Design and institutionalize the operating rhythms of the Fundraising function: pipeline reviews, QBRs, reporting cadences, and the processes that turn strategy into consistent execution.
Develop revenue systems and processes alongside the Finance, Fundraising and Donor Experience teams that support scalable growth, protect donor journeys, and ensure capital moves securely and efficiently through the organization.
Own revenue reconciliation and recognition, pledge and receivable tracking, restricted-fund coding, monthly/annual close handoff, or audit support.
Own workforce and capacity planning for Fundraising in partnership with the VP: role scoping, hiring prioritization, and structural improvements as the team scales.
Build and lead a team as the function matures
As the role grows, manage a team of 3-5 covering fundraising tech and data (e.g. Salesforce), donor experience, and knowledge management, setting priorities, coaching, and ensuring quality across each area.
Set clear ownership and operating cadences across the team so each workstream (tech and data, donor experience, knowledge management) has a defined remit and reduces duplicated effort across Fundraising verticals.
Act as the go-to liaison between Fundraising and other functions
Maintain a comprehensive view of Fundraising needs across all verticals and sub-teams, and act as the single point of contact for Grants Management, Finance, and Compliance on run-rate donor management processes.
Represent Fundraising's operational needs to the People team, Legal, and other functions as cross-functional systems and initiatives are designed and launched.
Partner with the VP on strategy and organizational effectiveness (chief-of-staff functions)
Collaborate with the Vice President to refine the unit's strategy, manage organizational change, and lead internal communications.
Streamline decision-making, manage priorities, and provide strategic counsel to maximize the VP's focus and effectiveness on high-impact work.
Prepare briefing materials and executive-level communications for senior leadership and Board audiences as needed.
Lead on cross-fundraising initiatives and priorities
Address broader organizational priorities as needed, including high-level donor stewardship coordination, cross-functional system launches, flexible workforce planning, or market expansion initiatives.
This role would suit somebody who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, who is energized by building systems and structure out of ambiguity, and who enjoys pulling together disparate workstreams into a cohesive, impactful strategy. It's a strong fit for someone with a business operations, revenue operations, or chief-of-staff background who wants a role weighted toward building and owning systems (and, over time, building a team) rather than one focused primarily on executive support.
What we're looking for
8+ years of experience in revenue operations, business operations, or a chief-of-staff role, ideally within a fundraising, sales, or partnerships organization.
Demonstrated experience building or owning CRM/pipeline systems (e.g. Salesforce), KPI frameworks, and reporting infrastructure that multiple teams rely on.
Strong analytical operator: comfortable structuring ambiguity, setting priorities, and using data to drive decisions. An advanced degree (e.g. MBA) is a plus, not a requirement.
Proven track record managing cross-functional relationships and influencing senior stakeholders outside a direct reporting line.
Experience managing people or workstreams, with the ability to scope roles and structure as a function grows; direct people management experience is a plus given this role may build and lead a team of 3-5.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly for high-stakes internal and Board-facing materials.
Deep alignment with GiveDirectly's values, especially recipient choice, transparency, and evidence.
Bonus
Experience working with institutional donors or fundraising teams in Africa.
Experience standing up a BizOps or RevOps function from scratch, including building out a team across tech and data, donor experience, and knowledge management.
Compensation
At GiveDirectly, we strive to pay our employees generously and equitably. We use an accredited third party salary aggregator to calculate what we believe to be competitive pay based on role, location, and cost of living. We also have a no negotiation policy to ensure we are paying staff equitably across roles. Read more about our compensation philosophy

📍 Manila, Philippines | Relocation required
Salmon is a technology-driven financial company building a banking and lending platform across Southeast Asia, starting in the Philippines.
We combine global fintech expertise with deep local market knowledge to make financial services simple, accessible, and useful for millions of people across the region.
7M+ app downloads. 2M+ monthly active users. 7,000+ partner stores. US$310M+ raised from leading global investors.
Manila-based, globally distributed, and hybrid-first — our team spans 45+ countries.
If you want to solve complex problems at scale and impact how millions of people access and manage money, come build with us.
Southeast Asia's fintech moment starts here.
About the role:
You'll build Salmon's digital employer brand engine — getting the specific talent we want to hire onto our radar and converting online attention into qualified candidates.
What you'll do:
- Turn Salmon's EVP into targeted campaigns for the segments we actually want to hire — Engineering, Data, Product, across local and global markets — and run them across LinkedIn, Telegram, Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, and the other channels where that talent spends time.
- Build digital funnels end to end — audience segmentation, campaign mechanics, landing pages, lead capture, retargeting, and conversion — using AI and automation to run research, content, and reporting faster and more scalably.
- Turn strong employees into digital ambassadors and grow Salmon's presence in the online communities where target talent already spends time — and work with Recruiting on candidate quality, objections, and funnel drop-off to keep improving hiring conversion.
What you'll own:
- Own the digital employer brand strategy and execution across priority markets and talent segments, activating the EVP across every candidate-facing touchpoint.
- Run LinkedIn organic and paid — audience targeting, testing, optimisation, and reporting — and build presence in relevant Telegram channels and professional groups.
- Build platform-native employer brand presence on Instagram (incl. Threads), TikTok, Reddit, and niche communities where talent researches careers, companies, and relocation.
- Develop employee digital advocacy: identify the right ambassadors, shape content with them, and help them build a credible external voice.
- Design talent-marketing funnels, campaign landing pages, and candidate journeys from first interaction to recruiter handoff — and keep career-site and job-board presence fresh and converting.
- Manage online reputation and brand mentions across search, communities, and review platforms — and own the analytics that tie digital activity to qualified candidate outcomes, from reach through to hire.
What makes you a strong fit:
- Strong experience in employer brand, talent/recruitment marketing, digital or growth marketing, or audience development — with the ability to build positioning and campaigns for specific audiences.
- Deep understanding of digital channels and their mechanics, especially LinkedIn organic and paid, and how audiences behave differently across platforms.
- Proven ability to build and optimise digital funnels and performance — not just run a content calendar — connecting digital activity to candidate quality and hiring outcomes.
- Hands-on experience with UGC and employee advocacy, plus creating or launching landing pages and lightweight journeys with no-code tools or a CMS.
- AI-native: you use AI tools, agents, and automation by default to scale research, content, analytics, and repetitive work.
- An owner, builder, and strong executor who takes a direction from 0 to 1 and keeps tuning it — works hands-on, decides on data, and re-prioritises quickly. English C1.
What we offer:
OWNERSHIP AND FLEXIBILITY
- Stock option plan — four-year vesting with a 25% cliff after the first year
- Hybrid-first work environment
- Company-provided tools and equipment
- Office in Bonifacio Global City, Manila — a modern, walkable district at the centre of the Philippines' growing tech scene
HEALTH AND TIME OFF
- Medical insurance support for you and your family through co-funding or reimbursement, depending on your location and subject to policy limits
- Access to an internal mental health support specialist
- 22 vacation days, Philippine public holidays, and 15 sick days
- 105 days of paid maternity leave and up to 14 days of paid paternity leave for employees relocating to Manila
RELOCATION AND FAMILY SUPPORT
- Relocation support for you, your family — including flights, two weeks of accommodation, visas, paperwork, and logistics
- Reimbursement of eligible pet relocation expenses
- USD 2,500 per year for flights home
- Baby and family stipends for employees relocating to Manila: USD 1,000 per month for each child under two and USD 500 per month for each child aged two to 18
GROWTH AND TEAM EXPERIENCE
- Opportunities to learn and share your expertise through internal expert meetups, external conferences, speaking opportunities, and industry publications
- Company-sponsored trips to Manila to meet and work with your team in person
- Regular team offsites, sports activities, and team events
- High-performing teams can earn a dedicated beach house week in Southeast Asia
We believe strong teams are built by people with different backgrounds, experiences, and points of view. Salmon is an equal opportunity employer, and we make hiring decisions based on skills, experience, and potential.

About Vercel:
Vercel is the agentic infrastructure company, freeing people and agents to ship what's next. For more than a decade we've helped builders move from idea to production with speed, security, and exceptional developer experience.
Now we're scaling our products for both agents and people to ship and run software, built in the open and trusted by OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide.
About the role
We’re looking for a Software Engineer to join our Platform team. You will build the observability systems that give Vercel visibility into how we build, ship, and operate our systems. Core Platform owns Vercel’s reliability, resilience, and engineering velocity. We’re looking for engineers to create observability for everything from cost attribution to deployment velocity, alongside the logs, metrics, and traces necessary to optimize how Vercel builds its systems. This is a role with a wide breadth where we quickly develop critical systems and improve the entire Vercel code base. You will report to Eric Larson, Engineering Manager, Platform and will be located onsite, hybrid, or remote.
If you’re based within a pre-determined commuting distance of one of our offices (SF, NY, London, or Berlin), the role includes in-office anchor days on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday, even if the role is listed as remote. For location-specific details, please connect with our recruiting team.
What you'll do
Design and build high-scale, internal observability systems (metrics, logs, and traces) that give engineering and the business visibility into Vercel's own infrastructure.
Build cost attribution and chargeback tooling so spend can be accurately mapped to the parts of the business driving it, reducing reliance on third-party tools like Datadog.
Partner with Backend and Platform teams to instrument services for compliance, auditing, and record-keeping requirements.
Evaluate, integrate, and help operate observability infrastructure across our existing vendors and the CNCF ecosystem.
Ship pragmatic, high-leverage visibility quickly that drives improvement in how we build, deploy, and operate our systems.
Work closely with Backend and Platform engineers to scale observability infrastructure to the throughput and cardinality of Vercel's full production traffic.
What you need
Proficient in TypeScript, with backend/infrastructure experience.
Hands-on experience with Go, Rust, or Zig in production systems.
Experience with distributed computing systems at scale.
Experience with cloud infrastructure, including object storage.
Familiarity with observability tooling and concepts (Datadog, Grafana, New Relic, Splunk, or CNCF-based stacks such as Prometheus-compatible backends).
Bonus if you
Have contributed to or worked closely with CNCF observability projects.
Built, scaled, and improved internal developer platforms.
Benefits & Compensation:
Competitive compensation package, including equity.
Inclusive Healthcare Package.
Learn and Grow - we provide mentorship and send you to events that help you build your network and skills.
Flexible Time Off.
We will provide you the gear you need to do your role, and a WFH budget for you to outfit your space as needed.
The San Francisco, CA base pay range for this role is $208,000-$312,000. Actual salary will be based on job-related skills, experience, and location. Compensation outside of San Francisco may be adjusted based on employee location. ABOUT US:
AI NEEDS A NEW INFRASTRUCTURE LAYER. WE'RE BUILDING IT AT MODAL.
Every era of computing brought new workloads that previous infrastructure couldn't support: mainframes, databases, and the cloud. Each time, the company that rebuilt the layer underneath defined the decade. AI is no different, except it touches everything instead of one slice, and the window to build the layer underneath it is open right now.
Our customers include category-defining companies like Ramp https://modal.com/blog/how-ramp-built-a-full-context-background-coding-agent-on-modal, Cognition, DoorDash, and Suno. They rely on Modal for instant GPU access, sub-second container starts, and native storage, so it's simple to serve low-latency inference, fine-tune models, and access production-ready sandboxes at scale.
We've passed $1B in annualized run rate, up 15x from a year ago. In October 2026 we raised a $750M Series D led by Accel at a $15.75B valuation.
Our team includes creators of popular open-source projects (e.g.,Seaborn https://github.com/mwaskom/seaborn,Luigi https://github.com/spotify/luigi), academic researchers, international olympiad medalists, and experienced engineering and product leaders with decades of experience.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
We're hiring the first Account Managers at Modal. You'll report to the Regional Director of Account Management and be a founding member of the team.
This function does not exist yet. There is no playbook, no territory map, no established motion. You'll own a book of business from day one and build the motion at the same time — from fast-moving AI startups to large enterprise teams running critical infrastructure on Modal.
This is a commercial role with a revenue target. You'll be measured on retention and expansion across your accounts. While you won't be delivering the technical recommendations and implementation, the work is technical by nature. Our customers are engineers running GPU workloads, inference, and batch jobs in production, and you need to hold your own in those conversations.
The profile we're hiring is a technical account manager. You've worked at companies that are deeply technical and consumption in nature. You bring the commercial instincts to grow revenue from an existing base and enough technical depth to know which conversation actually matters. And you can credibly work with a CxO all the way down to a Developer.
WHAT THE ROLE IS:
- A founding seat. You're helping build the AM function with us, not joining one that already runs. The account plans, expansion motions, and customer cadence you and the rest of the founding team figure out are what we scale to every AM we hire after you.
- A technical customer-facing role. You'll work directly with Developers and ML teams on what they're building and how Modal fits. You translate and triage the deeper technical work to FDEs and Product when it's needed.
- A book of business. You’ll own a set of accounts and be responsible for the revenue that comes from them. Expect to be meeting with customers in your first few days because the best playbooks are built from real experiences.
WHAT THE ROLE IS NOT:
- A traditional post-sales role. You're measured on revenue, not health scores.
- An on-call support function. You're not fixing bugs or triaging tickets. You're driving growth.
- A technical delivery role. You're not implementing for the customer. You know where the technical work goes and you pull in the right people.
- An inherited motion. Nothing is handed to you. If you identify gaps in process, tooling, or a playbook — you help build it.
- A single-lane job. Our priorities go customer → company → team → me. We focus on delivering maximum impact vs. "this is my job".
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Build Modal's account management function and iterate on it as we scale the business
- Own and deliver on a revenue target across your book of accounts
- Grow an account's first use case, expand into a second, and drive standardization across the Modal platform
- Get fluent enough in Modal to hold your own with engineering teams on their workloads, and know when to pull in FDEs, Support, or Product
- Work with Sales, Solutions Architects, FDEs, Support, and Product to grow accounts and feed customer signal back into the roadmap
- Travel to customers as needed to support key accounts and drive expansion opportunities
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- Customer-facing experience. You've owned a revenue target or supported a revenue target in a highly technical, consumption business.
- Technical depth. You work autonomously with Developers through CxOs and understand the core parts of the developer tech stack.
- AI builder. You're hands on building with AI tools — not just consuming workflows that were built for you.
- Ownership. You run your book of business and projects like you're the CEO of it. You're highly organized bringing stability, predictability, and pace to your work. You take action vs. waiting for direction.
- Learning velocity. You operate with the mindset of what I can do today vs. let me pick this up tomorrow. You move fast, take the learnings, and iterate on it.
- Cross-functional partner. Low ego, easy to work with, and highly accountable. You ask for feedback, you act on it, and you'd rather be corrected early than right late. Internal teams love working with you.
NICE-TO-HAVE:
- Experience as a Technical Account Manager, Solutions Engineer, Solutions Consultant, or similar type role
- Certification as an engineer (ex. Computer Science Degree, Professional Bootcamps)
- Early GTM hire experience at a fast-growing startup
- You've sat close to GPU spend, model training, or inference workloads

ABOUT PEEC AI
Peec AI is the analytics platform for AI search. People increasingly discover products and make buying decisions through ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Google's AI Overviews instead of traditional search, and most brands have no idea where they show up in those answers. Peec gives marketing, SEO, and growth teams the data to see exactly that: how visible their brand is across AI platforms, how they compare to competitors, and where to win.
We are defining this category, and the market is moving with us. Peec is a Series A company backed by 20VC and Singular, that went from $0 to $15M ARR in 18 months, with a 100+ person team across our Berlin HQ and our New York office.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are hiring a Fullstack Engineer for our Growth team. You will run experiments across the whole self-serve journey: from the moment someone first hears of Peec AI to the day they renew, refer a friend or leave. That covers the website, signup, pricing and checkout, the trial and onboarding. It also covers the moments in the product where we ask people to do something, like connect a tool, invite a teammate or upgrade. You can work on any of these, and we decide together where the focus goes each month or quarter.
You come up with the hypothesis, design the experiment and discuss it with the team. Then you run the rest of the loop yourself: build it, instrument it, ship it behind a flag, read the result and write down what happened.
You report to the VP of Growth and work with our Growth PM, our growth engineer, and the marketing and design teams.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Go after big swings. We size every idea first and look for changes that could move a funnel step by 30 to 40 percentage points. It is fine if most of them fail.
- Build and improve the experimentation infrastructure. Feature flags, assignment at the account level, exposure logged when someone becomes eligible, outcomes recorded on the server, and holdouts we read.
- Keep conversion data accurate. Event design, funnel definitions and readouts the team can rely on.
- Own what you ship after launch. You watch it, read the result on the date you set, and decide whether we keep it, change it or remove it.
- Build internal tools that let the team run more experiments with less manual work.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- You have run growth experiments end to end. You formed the hypothesis, designed the test, built it and read the result. Not advised on them, not analysed someone else's.
- You write production code today. Strong React and TypeScript on the frontend, comfortable in Node.js and databases on the backend. Our stack is React, Node.js and Next.js.
- You know what your volume can detect. You can size a test, say how long it needs to run, and tell us when a result is not readable.
- SQL and analytics fluency. Funnels, cohorts, event design.
- B2B SaaS experience.
- You ship with Claude Code, Cursor or equivalent.
- Product judgement. You can tell which changes need a test, which can ship without one, and which are not worth building.
- Product taste. You care about how the things you ship look and feel. You can turn an idea into a screen that belongs in our product, and you know when to bring in our design team.
BONUS POINTS
- You set up an experimentation practice from scratch and grew it into a regular part of how the team works.
- Product-led growth experience. Onboarding, activation, paywalls, pricing, checkout.
- Acquisition experience. Website and signup experiments, SEO or paid funnels.
- Experiments on low-volume B2B funnels, where only big changes are readable.
- Experimentation platforms and feature flags. Statsig, GrowthBook, PostHog, or your own.
- Billing and subscriptions. Stripe or similar.
- You founded a company, or you were an early engineer at one.
- Side projects and experiments you can show us.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Exciting and challenging work with real impact and ownership at one of Europe's fastest-growing Series A startups
- Regular team events and off-sites
- Aggressive equity compensation package
- Paid Dinner & Uber home when working late
- The most beautiful office space and work environment in Berlin

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.

The same person runs day-to-day operations for our corporate mobile program in addition to expertise in management of laptop and workstation lifecycle operations.
You'll partner with several teams within the IT, Security and business operations organizations: IT Hardware Ops runs procurement, fleet logistics, onboarding and offboarding, the storage room, and physical intake. The Endpoint pod owns MDM, device policy and enrollment. Finance owns the budget and vendor contracts. Hardware requests that come through the IT Support queue land with the IT Support team, and you'll help define how they are handled.
Responsibilities
Strategy and Tooling
Develop the global asset management strategy: the lifecycle model, the data we keep on every device, and how each office executes against it
Select, implement and administer the asset management tool, define its data model and integrations, and partner with IT Engineering where the work needs platform-level access
Contribute to and develop the processes on-site engineers in each office execute against, including the storage room process
Support the evaluation and onboarding of a hardware lifecycle services vendor and, once in place, run the day-to-day relationship
Inventory and Assignment
Establish the inventory of record across systems and keep it accurate, from receiving through disposal: every device, its state, its location, and who has it
Run audits of who-has-what and reconcile physical counts against the system of record
Manage demo, loaner, and travel device inventories, ensuring devices are accurately tracked through complex logistical deployments
Maintain up-to-date inventory counts and make strategic purchasing decisions in support new hire onboarding and peripherals stock levels
Procurement and Refresh
Support hardware purchasing through our reseller and vendor relationships, working from the refresh calendar
Build out the refresh calendar and advance it across offices
Reconcile purchase orders, deliveries and invoices with Accounting and vendors so that what was ordered, received, and billed line up
Collection, E-waste and Disposal
Develop device collection and recovery workflows: offboarding returns, refresh swaps, remote-employee returns and the BPO fleet, including the shipping and tracking that goes with them
Build the e-waste program: certified recycling and secure disposal partners in each region, data destruction records, and the chain of custody from collection to certificate
Handle equipment under legal hold or other chain-of-custody requirements
BPO and Contingent Fleet
Provision, track and recover the device fleet for our BPO partners, and be the day-to-day hardware contact for those vendors
Corporate Mobile
Run day-to-day operations for the corporate mobile program and write its runbook
Manage deployment, break-fix, and carrier relationships associated with a mobile device fleet
Automation
Identify repetitive work throughout the operation and automate it with the tools at hand (scripts, systems integrations / connectors, AI tools)
You may be a good fit if you
Have implemented an asset management and lifecycle program for a multi-office fleet, not only run one: taken it from spreadsheets or nothing to a system of record and defined the processes around it (procurement, inventory, assignment, refresh, collection and disposal), ideally in a fast-paced or high-growth environment
Have selected or implemented an asset management platform such as Jira Assets, Snipe-IT or similar, and developed the data model
Have run an e-waste or secure disposal program with certified partners and chain-of-custody records
Have managed reseller or vendor relationships for hardware purchasing and asset disposal
Write things down: runbooks, how-to guides and knowledge base articles
Recognize when a request reaches past this role and route platform work to IT Engineering, policy to the Endpoint pod, and budget to Finance
Strong candidates may also
Have supported a corporate mobile program or carrier account
Have basic scripting experience (Bash or Python) for inventory or reporting automation
Have experience using AI tools to improve personal or team productivity
Have been the hands-on asset contact for an ISO 27001 or SOC 2 audit: pulled extracts from the register, produced disposal certificates and evidence of returned assets

Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Introduction to the Team & Role
What if your team was the one that got to build the future of how a company runs — and tried it on itself first?
GTM Systems owns the tech stack behind 360Learning's commercial engine — Salesforce, Marketo, data enrichment and AI tooling across sales, marketing, customer success and services. Our mission is to be a force multiplier for the business: making go-to-market faster, smarter and more effective.
We already have a high-performing team, mature systems, extensive documentation, and an ambitious AI vision. Now we need someone to build on that foundation and take it to the next level.
You'll work closely with GTM leaders, operators, data teams and engineering to turn ambiguous business problems into reliable, scalable products. You'll partner with each team to define the target state — where AI can take work off their plate, and where the human touch matters — then build the systems and agents that get them there.
This is a high-impact role for someone who loves working at the intersection of product, systems, AI and go-to-market strategy.
Key Responsibility Areas
Own the internal AI operating model for GTM — the library of skills, agent evals, cost, adoption and ROI — in partnership with Data and Enablement.
Keep the team a step ahead as customer zero for AI, turning what works into patterns other functions adopt.
Own the long-term design of the GTM stack — CRM, marketing automation, CS tooling — deciding what to build vs. buy.
Help the company prioritize by identifying the best solution to each business problem and sizing its cost and feasibility.
Lead and coach five senior ICs across Salesforce, marketing/BDR, CS systems and web ops. Set a high bar for documentation, testing and deployment — and hold it without slowing the team down.
Run vendor management end to end: evaluations, the quarterly keep-or-kill review, and renewals.
Partner as a peer to the leaders of Data, Enablement, Security, Finance and every commercial function.
Drive adoption and change management for new GTM capabilities across distributed teams.
What You'll Do
Within 1 month, you will:
Know the team, the stack, and the cross-functional leaders and teams you’ll partner with
Understand the main business challenges and opportunities for each GTM function
Own the team's current quarterly objectives and the routines that keep them visible.
Within 3 months, you will:
Have taken one major cross-functional change from plan to done
Own the full vendor-renewal cycle across the commercial stack
Have co-written the next quarter's objectives with the performance and enablement teams, each one stating the business problem, the current state, the expected impact and the plan.
Within 6 months, you will:
Have co-written the next quarter's objectives with the performance and enablement teams, each one stating the business problem, the current state, the expected impact and the plan.
Have shipped at least one AI agent that watches business data and reaches people on its own, with a named business owner and outcome measures agreed before launch.
Have a 12-18 month roadmap, setting the high-level vision across our systems infrastructure, ways of working, and AI portfolio
Within 12 months, you will:
Show, in numbers, the capacity the commercial organization reinvested because of what the team built.
Have a development path agreed with each member of the team.
Have the team recognized as the company's reference for AI-native operations
The Skill Set
5+ years across GTM systems, agentic/AI workflow products, revenue technology, enterprise SaaS — or an adjacent path like technical product management or consulting where you designed and shipped real systems with a strong AI mandate.
Turn ambiguous business problems into reliable, scalable tooling — you read a process, tell whether it's any good, spot where AI creates value, and judge when to automate (and when not to), across the full revenue engine.
Have fluency in modern GTM systems: Salesforce, marketing automation, enrichment, routing, attribution, lead-to-quote, billing or customer lifecycle tools. Deep Salesforce fluency is a strong plus.
Have built with modern AI tooling: agents, plugins or skills on top of LLMs, connectors to business systems, and evals that tell you whether an agent is good.
You define KPIs, run experiments, and use data to prioritize where to invest and to measure real impact on pipeline, conversion, efficiency and revenue.
You drive strategic alignment and executive communication — conclusion first, tradeoffs named, complex topics made simple — and you drive change through to adoption.
Thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving environments where the first version of the strategy has to be shaped, tested and improved quickly.
Run vendor evaluations end to end
Set and hold standards for documentation, testing and deployment without slowing the team down, and coach senior ICs with care.
Fluent English (US/UK) / B2 level or equivalent (FR).

About us
Aave Labs began with a simple question: how do we make financial services like borrowing, saving, and earning more accessible globally?
We built the Aave Protocol, now the world’s largest and most trusted onchain lending market, connecting decentralized finance with individuals, traditional finance, and fintech.
Today, we build trusted, high-quality products that expand access to lending, credit, and savings globally
Our culture
We build trusted products that help people access and discover economic opportunities.
We hold a high bar for quality and craftsmanship. No detail is too small. Trust depends on it.
We’re a global team building products people can actually use, turning complex technology into something simple and reliable.
We stay aligned, move quickly, and think long term, while keeping teams lean and focused on impact.
About the Role
Aave is looking for a Protocol Security Researcher to help build its internal protocol security function.
The role sits at the intersection of smart contract security, protocol design, adversarial research, and AI-assisted review. You will help assess major protocol changes before deployment, maintain security context across Aave’s deployed systems, and reason about the risks introduced by critical dependencies, integrations, and Aave-adjacent infrastructure.
This is not a narrow audit role. The goal is to improve Aave’s ability to understand and reduce protocol risk continuously.
How you can make an impact:
Review major Aave protocol changes before external audit or deployment
Perform attacker-driven analysis of smart contracts, protocol mechanisms, and integrations
Participate in design and architecture discussions early enough to influence security-relevant decisions
Identify risks in Aave-adjacent systems, including assets, bridges, oracles, adapters, and critical dependencies
Contribute to AI-assisted security tooling and evaluate its effectiveness in real review workflows
Turn review findings into reusable knowledge, invariants, assumptions, and testing or monitoring ideas
Work with monitoring and incident response teams when review findings imply operational detection or response needs
Collaborate with external auditors by helping define scope, known risks, and areas of concern
Let's connect if you have:
5+ years of relevant security experience
Strong smart contract security background
Ability to independently review complex codebases and reason about protocol-level failure modes
Attacker mindset: you can move from “this looks wrong” to “this is how it could be exploited”
Strong understanding of DeFi mechanisms, including lending, liquidations, accounting, oracles, collateral, governance, and integrations
Evidence that you are actively using AI to improve security research, review quality, or review throughput
Clear written communication: you can explain risk, impact, uncertainty, and trade-offs to engineers and non-security stakeholders
Good judgment about severity, exploitability, and when a finding matters
Nice to haves:
Experience with formal methods, fuzzing, invariant testing, or custom security tooling
Experience building internal tools for security review, code understanding, or knowledge management
Experience working with external audit firms or leading audit engagements
Familiarity with governance payloads, upgrade systems, permissioning, and incident response
Open-source security research, published findings, CTFs, bug bounties, or prior public vulnerability research
Haven’t quite met all the criteria? Let’s not miss out on the chance to speak. Whilst you might not meet every single requirement, you might bring other, more exciting skills to the companies!
Equal opportunities statement:
Aave Labs celebrates diversity and views each and every team member as a separate individual with their own unique identity. No matter your race, religion, gender, ethnicity, age, disability, sexual orientation or even the wallet you use, we welcome you at Aave Labs. As an equal opportunities employer, we take accountability and believe in everyone's potential to build, create and inspire changes. With a mission to build a diverse workforce, we are proud to foster a working environment in which everyone can feel safe and valued for who they are.
