to own and grow GoMining's social media presence across

This is a hands-on role combining content strategy, production, distribution, community management, and growth. You will be responsible not only for reach and engagement, but also for turning social audiences into registered and paying users.
We are looking for someone who understands both crypto culture and mainstream digital audiences, can translate complex products into compelling stories, and knows how to build content that performs.

Content Strategy & Production
Develop content strategies for different audiences, platforms, and markets.
Adapt content to platform-specific formats, algorithms, and user behavior.
Translate complex crypto, financial, and technical products into clear and engaging stories.
Create and develop original content across short-form video, graphics, photos, threads, and other formats.
Work closely with designers and video editors to produce high-quality content.
Repurpose product updates, PR materials, and long-form content into platform-native social content.
Own the content calendar and publishing workflow.
React quickly to trends, news, and market events while maintaining a consistent brand voice.
Growth & Performance
Develop social media as a measurable acquisition and conversion channel.
Own social KPIs across reach, engagement, traffic, registrations, and paying users.
Set up and maintain tracking through UTMs, attribution, and analytics tools.
Analyze performance, generate actionable insights, and continuously test new formats and growth hypotheses.
Build and scale KOL and influencer collaborations — from sourcing and briefing to negotiation and ROI measurement.
Experiment with unconventional organic growth mechanics where relevant.
Align social activity with CRM, Retention, SEO, Performance Marketing, and PR.
Community & Brand
Monitor community sentiment and manage moderation across social channels.
Support crisis communication and respond to scams, impersonation, negative feedback, and reputational risks.
Work with Product, Design, Legal, and Leadership on large-scale multi-channel campaigns.
Ensure content complies with regulatory requirements for financial and crypto products, including geo-restrictions and communication limitations.
Requirements
4+ years of hands-on social media and content management experience.
Proven experience growing
YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, and/or Telegram
channels.
Portfolio or case studies demonstrating measurable growth in reach, engagement, acquisition, or revenue.
Experience working with large-scale B2C digital products.
Proven ability to turn social media audiences into registered or paying users.
Experience with crypto products and communication for both mainstream and crypto-native audiences.
Strong understanding of social media analytics, attribution, UTMs, and funnel tracking.
Experience working with KOLs and influencers.
Ability to independently develop strategy, generate ideas, and manage content production.
Strong understanding of platform trends, algorithms, and content formats.

GoMining runs a portfolio, not a single product: Digital Miners, the GOMINING token, GoMining Card, Simple Earn, Wallet, Miner Wars, Academy, Travel, Launchpad and the VIP programme. Each of them ships, launches and promotes on its own rhythm — and today those messages reach the same user through the same channels without a single owner making sure they add up to one coherent story.
That owner is this role.
You'll sit at the centre of marketing as the connective layer between product go-to-market, brand, performance, content, CRM, community, design and PR. Half the job is orchestration: owning the communications calendar and running launches end to end, on time, across every channel. The other half is the message: making sure what we say about any product is clear, consistent, on-brand and worth a user's attention.
This is a hands-on individual contributor role with company-wide visibility. You will not manage a team — you will manage the flow of work between several of them.
What you’ll do
Orchestration: own how communication gets made and shipped
Own a single, company-wide marketing communications calendar: every product launch, feature release, campaign, promo and announcement in one place, with owners and dates.
Build and fix the communications planning process so marketing can absorb a dense flow of product launches without things getting lost between teams.
Run launches end to end, covering both product and brand comms. Take the go-to-market input from product marketing leads and turn it into a channel plan: CRM (email, push, in-app inbox), in-product surfaces, community, social, website and blog, app stores, paid support assets, PR, out-of-home. Then drive it to delivery.
Write the briefs. Translate business goals into creative and content briefs that designers, motion designers and copywriters can actually execute against, with clear deliverables and deadlines.
Be the single window into the design and production team. Prioritise, sequence and unblock requests instead of letting every stakeholder queue separately.
Hold the timeline. Chase dependencies across product, legal, compliance and finance so assets are approved and live on the date we committed to.
Close the loop: pull post-campaign results with the analytics and CRM teams, run the retro, and turn what you learn into the next brief.
Campaigns and partnerships: take the brand beyond its usual channels
Plan and run integrated 360 campaigns: one message, the right channels, launched together, on time and to a high standard.
Drive special projects and integrations, from concept and partner selection through to production and results.
Coordinate ambassador, celebrity, influencer and KOL partnerships, including long-term ambassador programmes with a series of activations, not just one-off placements.
Manage the production side: external agencies, creative studios and production houses, timelines, budgets, contracts and usage rights.
Coordinate joint communications with partners, collaborations and sponsorships.
Support the Brand Director in rolling out the brand refresh across every touchpoint.
Message: own what we say and how it sounds
Build and maintain the messaging architecture across the portfolio: what each product promises, to whom, in what words, and how the products connect into one proposition.
Turn technical and financial mechanics such as mining rewards, tokenomics, cashback, yields and VIP tiers into copy a first-time user understands without a glossary.
Own tone of voice and message consistency in practice, not just in a deck: review outgoing communications against brand and messaging guidelines before they ship.
Maintain the shared toolkit (messaging docs, key-message one-pagers, FAQ and objection handling, launch templates) so other teams stop reinventing product copy.
Write and edit the high-stakes pieces yourself: launch announcements, product pages, campaign concepts, executive and partner-facing materials.
Work closely with legal and compliance within the advertising and financial-promotion constraints of each channel and jurisdiction, so approved copy is also compliant copy.
Track how competitors and the wider crypto and fintech market communicate, and bring back what’s worth noting.
What success looks like
First month:
the calendar exists and is trusted; every product’s messaging is documented in one place; the brief-to-delivery process is running without you being chased.
First 3 months:
launches ship on schedule with a full channel set as the default, not the exception; message consistency across channels is visibly better; each launch produces a documented result and a next-step recommendation; the first integrated campaign or partnership project beyond our core channels is live or in production.
Requirements
4+ years in marketing communications, integrated campaigns, brand communications or product marketing, either in-house at a tech, fintech, marketplace, consumer app or scale-up, or agency-side with comparable clients.
Hands-on experience running integrated 360 campaigns at national or regional scale.
Proven end-to-end ownership of multi-channel launches: you can walk us through campaigns you ran from brief to results, and say honestly what worked and what didn’t.
Solid understanding of how production works: timelines, external contractors, budgets, approvals and rights clearance.
Experience coordinating external agencies, creative studios or production houses.
Genuine project management ability: prioritisation, dependency tracking, and working to deadlines and budget across teams you don’t manage.
The ability to hold a high creative bar while saying no, moving a date, or telling a senior stakeholder their request is out of scope.
Comfort with complex products: you enjoy the work of understanding a mechanic properly before writing about it.
Data literacy: you read campaign performance and use it to change the next brief.
Strong writing and editing in English (C1+). You’ll be assessed on real copy, not on adjectives in a CV.
Fluent Russian.
A portfolio or case studies of campaigns and projects you’ve led.
Would be a plus
Both agency and in-house tech experience.
Experience with ambassador, celebrity or influencer partnerships, especially long-term contracts with a series of activations.
Special projects, brand integrations, sponsorships or out-of-home campaigns.
Experience with a rebrand, or building brand or messaging systems from scratch rather than inheriting a finished one.
Experience in crypto, Web3, mining, trading, neobanking, payments or investment products.
Familiarity with advertising restrictions on financial and crypto products across ad platforms and jurisdictions.
Additional languages.
Benefits
Professional growth: support for courses, conferences, and English learning (up to 100% coverage).

Paid leave: up to 20 vacation days + 8 company holidays + 5 personal days per year.
Recognition programs: structured performance reviews and team awards.
Team culture: retreats in international locations (for example, company apartments in Cyprus).

We are seeking a commercially minded Performance Ads Manager to drive high-quality lead generation and growth for our clients.
In this role, you’ll be directly responsible for the performance of client open-day campaigns, with a focus on filling events while maintaining efficient acquisition costs. This is a great opportunity for a proactive performance marketer who enjoys taking ownership and wants to have a visible impact within a small, collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities

Maintain CPL (Cost Per Lead) within agreed target ranges while protecting lead quality.
Monitor and improve lead-to-booking rates through ongoing funnel analysis and optimization.
Conduct regular competitor and market research to help clients remain competitive within their local markets.
Develop, brief, and test new creative concepts in collaboration with content creators.
Continuously optimize and A/B test landing pages to improve conversion rates.
Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve acquisition efficiency and overall results.
Produce detailed monthly reports highlighting performance, meaningful optimizations, tests, and strategic changes.
Use AnyTrack and server-side tracking to maintain accurate campaign data and attribution.
Proactively identify performance issues and implement solutions rather than waiting for direction.
Requirements
High levels of professional ownership, clear communication, and accountability, with the ability to learn from mistakes and adapt quickly.
Proven experience developing paid advertising creative strategies and directing content creators to produce high-performing assets.
Previous experience working within an agency environment and the ability to thrive in a small, collaborative team.
Strong technical knowledge of paid media platforms, campaign optimization, and performance marketing fundamentals.
A proven track record of working toward specific lead generation, CPL, conversion, or booking targets.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn campaign and funnel data into actionable decisions.
Ability to work standard UK business hours.
Broader digital marketing knowledge and the versatility to support a small, agile team across different marketing functions when required.
Experience using GoHighLevel is a must have.
Experience using Basecamp or similar project management tools.
Experience using AI tools effectively and building automations that improve marketing performance or operational efficiency.
Comfortable working with tracking and attribution tools such as AnyTrack, including an understanding of server-side tracking.
Benefits
💻 Fully Remote: Work from anywhere with international teams
🚀 Career Growth: Join companies in SaaS, MarTech, and B2B services

About Huzzle
Huzzle is an AI-talent marketplace. We place pre-vetted remote talent (sales, marketing, ops, finance, engineering) with VC-backed startups and fast-growing SMBs. We were ranked the 7th fastest growing company in the UK in 2026. The team is ~40 people across the UK, Europe, the Middle East and Asia.
The Role
We run the business on internal tools we built ourselves with AI, and the whole team uses them every day.
These tools need an owner. Bugs come in and features get requested. Some of those requests are great and some would break three other things. We need someone who can tell the difference, fix what matters fast, and push back on what doesn't.
This is a product role as much as a building role. The code is the easy part now. What matters is knowing what to build, why it matters to the business, and making it something people actually enjoy using.
This is not a software engineering role. You'll build with AI tools, not write everything from scratch. But you need to understand what's happening under the hood well enough to know when a fix in one place will cause a problem somewhere else.
You'll work directly with our COO and CCO.
What you'll do
Own the bug and feature queue for our internal tools. Triage requests, prioritise by business impact, fix it, ship it.
Talk to the people using the tools to understand the actual problem before building anything.
Think about the user experience end to end. If something is confusing or slow to use, fix that too, even if nobody asked.
Fix bugs and ship small features using AI coding tools, and test properly before anything goes live.
Spot when a change could break something else, and flag it before it happens.
Keep things documented so the next fix is faster than the last one.
Over time, take on bigger projects that improve how the business runs.
Requirements
You have a business mind. You care about why something is being built and whether it moves a number, not just whether it works.
You have product sense. You think about the user first, notice bad experiences, and have opinions on how things should work and feel.
You've built things. A side project, an internal tool, an app, an automation, anything you can show us. Built with AI tools is fine, that's the point.
You understand the basics: how a database works, what an API does, how frontend and backend connect, what happens when you change a table someone else depends on.
You're careful. You test your own work and you don't ship things you don't understand.
Strong written English. Most of our communication is async on Slack.
Fast, proactive, high energy. You don't wait to be told what to do next.
1-3 years of experience. Background in engineering, product, consulting or a startup is a plus, not a requirement.
Experience with Lovable, Bolt, v0, Cursor or Claude Code.
Worked in a startup or a recruiting/marketplace business before.
Benefits
Fully remote.
Direct exposure to the founders and how a fast-growing company actually runs.
Real ownership from week one. The tools you maintain are used by the whole company every day.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager for a critical pillar of our Program Management function: Commercialization. This role will transform our commercial infrastructure into a revenue accelerator, building and executing the operational leverage that enables Anthropic to maintain velocity as we scale. You'll be responsible for managing and enhancing processes that support rapid product growth. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with operational excellence, someone who can both envision where we need to be in 12 months and build the infrastructure to get us there.
Responsibilities
Play a central role on the team that runs Anthropic's programs for Commercial Launches — helping evolve an established launch motion into a scalable, well-instrumented program that keeps pace with an accelerating product roadmap
Run launches end-to-end through the Commercial launch process: lead intake and scoping for your portfolio of launches, translate each into its commercial-readiness requirements (pricing, billing, tax, marketplace, compliance and selling motions), and collaborate with product teams to develop paths to launch
Identify where launches slow down today and drive resolution to prevent them from recurring: propose and implement process and system changes, clarify ownership, drive completion across partner teams like, Product, Engineering, Finance, Legal, and GTM.
Build specific program components that don't exist yet — launch tiering, readiness criteria, playbooks, templates, SLAs; and develop training that shifts programs from late-stage gatekeeper to early-stage partner
Take ownership of major program-improvement workstreams such as instrumentation (pipeline visibility, readiness scorecards, guides, throughput and cycle-time metrics) or workflow tooling and automation (intake, tracking, approvals, status) in partnership with Engineering and systems teams
Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Finance, and GTM teams to design clear interfaces and processes that span multiple teams
You may be a good fit if you have
Experience building and running new product introduction processes
Experience building capabilities and solutions that enable launching in new ways, from pricing to geographies
10+ years of experience in operations, with demonstrated success in billing, payments, or commercial operations (high-volume SaaS experience a plus)
Strong working knowledge of billing systems, subscription management, and payments platforms
Proven track record of building and scaling operational programs in high-growth environments — taking things from 0-1 and then scaling beyond
Willing to roll up your sleeves and do the operational work of building while also leading a team
Experience with automation initiatives and partnering with engineering teams to build operational tooling
Strong analytical abilities, problem-solving skills, and the ability to demonstrate ROI on operational programs
Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across GTM, Finance, Product, and Engineering
Adaptability and comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments where you need to balance multiple priorities simultaneously
Excitement about building the operational backbone that enables Anthropic to stay on the exponential
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$190,000
—

Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.
