Solvd Inc. is a rapidly growing AI-native consulting and technology services firm delivering enterprise transformation across cloud, data, software engineering, and artificial intelligence. We work with industry-leading organizations to design, build, and operationalize technology solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.
Following the acquisition of Tooploox, a premier AI and product development company, Solvd now offers true end-to-end delivery—from strategic advisory and solution design to custom AI development and enterprise-scale implementation. Our capability centers combine deep technical expertise, proven delivery methodologies, and sector-specific knowledge to address complex business challenges quickly and effectively.
Solvd is migrating a Tier-1 US payments platform from a single AWS region to a multi-region architecture.
We're hiring multiple Database Engineers to implement the DynamoDB replication, failover, and operational tooling for this program. You'll work under the Principal Database Architect and partner with the client's data and SRE teams.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Implement and operate cross-region replication using Amazon DynamoDB Global Tables, ensuring reliable multi-region data replication, high availability, consistency, and disaster recovery.
- Codify everything in Terraform (or CDK).
- Build the observability layer for replication health: lag metrics, consistency checks, alarm thresholds, and runbook automation. Datadog is the primary observability stack; CloudWatch is the baseline.
- Author and execute failover and failback runbooks. Run game-days using AWS Fault Injection Service. Measure and report against RTO and RPO targets.
- Implement KMS cross-account replication, IAM service principals for replication roles, and the secrets and parameter strategy for region-local dependencies.
- Support data extraction from the monolith into microservices: build CDC pipelines (DMS, DynamoDB Streams, Kafka Connect, Debezium), validate data integrity, and own the cutover sequence for individual extractions.
- Pair with application engineers on connection-string abstraction, retry and idempotency patterns, and graceful degradation during region failover.
- Write design docs and runbooks the client team can take over after the engagement.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING (REQUIRED)
- 8+ years in production database engineering on AWS, with hands-on responsibility for at least one of: payments, banking, brokerage, or comparable financial-services workloads.
- Deep production experience with DynamoDB and at least two of: Aurora MySQL, Cassandra, ElastiCache (Redis or Valkey), DocumentDB, Neptune. Working knowledge of at least two more.
- Practical experience with cross-region replication in production using DynamoDB Global Tables: you've configured and operated multi-region DynamoDB deployments and handled failure scenarios such as replication conflicts, regional outages, replication delays, and consistency or version-skew issues.
- Strong Terraform (or CDK). You can build a multi-region module from scratch and explain the trade-offs.
- Comfort with CDC tooling (DMS, DDB Streams, Kafka Connect, or Debezium) and the operational gotchas (schema drift, ordering guarantees, replay).
- Linux, networking fundamentals (VPC, Transit Gateway, peering, DNS), and IAM / KMS proficiency.
- Solid written communication and ability to operate in a regulated client environment.
NICE TO HAVE
- Cassandra multi-DC operations experience at scale (nodetool workflows, repair strategy, tombstone management, cross-region anti-entropy).
- AWS MSK or Kafka MirrorMaker 2 experience for cross-region event replication.
- Experience with Datadog Database Monitoring and custom CloudWatch metrics.
- AWS Database Specialty or Solutions Architect Associate / Professional certifications.
When you join Solvd, you'll…
- Shape real-world AI-driven projects across key industries, working with clients from startup innovation to enterprise transformation.
- Be part of a global team with equal opportunities for collaboration across continents and cultures.
- Thrive in an inclusive environment that prioritizes continuous learning, innovation, and ethical AI standards.
Ready to make an impact?

What you’ll be part of
Garner is on a mission to transform the U.S. healthcare system — and we’re the only proven player doing exactly that. We partner with employers to redesign how healthcare works: applying 550+ proprietary clinical metrics across 80+ specialties to a dataset of 320M+ patients to identify the best-performing doctors, then using compelling incentives to steer members to the care that helps them get healthier, faster.
The result is a rare “win win” — better care and lower costs for both members and employers. In just five years, our work has helped over 2.5 million people access higher-quality care and saved $1B in healthcare costs. We recently raised our Series E and have doubled five years running. If you've ever wanted your work to solve a problem that touches every person in this country, this is the opportunity to do exactly that. You'd be joining a team fundamentally reimagining healthcare in the U.S. — and using AI to scale that impact further and faster than anyone else can.
Who we want
This is a role for someone who wants to work on a hard problem, deliver real impact and be pushed to be the best version of themselves. As a Provider Sales Director, you’ll be embedded in Provider Partnerships and report directly to the SVP of Provider.
You will own a critical component of Garner's provider segment as a quota-carrying seller, selling our solutions into hospitals, health systems, ACOs and clinically integrated networks, physician groups, and digital health companies. You will run the full cycle from prospecting through close, using Garner's own data as the centerpiece of the pitch rather than a supporting slide. This is a builder's seat: the segment playbook is still being written, and the person in this role will help write it.
Where you will work:
Garner is headquartered in NYC, but this position is available for individuals who are comfortable with remote work and occasional travel to HQ.
What you will do
Own and advance a provider-segment pipeline end to end, from segmentation and prospecting through close, carrying an individual quota against your assigned budget.
Build and deepen senior relationships across hospitals and health systems, ACOs and clinically integrated networks, physician groups, digital health companies, and healthcare consultants.
Run a data-driven sales motion: use Garner's own data and insights to shape strategy conversations with sophisticated buyers.
Partner with Product, Sales leadership, and Account Management, feeding market signal back into the roadmap and handing off closed accounts cleanly.
Contribute to a repeatable playbook for the segment: messaging, target-account strategy, and objection handling grounded in healthcare economics and provider risk.
Build working fluency across Garner's full product suite and match the right product angle to each buyer.
What we're looking for
5 or more years in fast paced selling environment carrying and consistently exceeding individual quote
Experience as a builder, helping design the selling motion as you go
Experience selling into into hospitals, health systems, or other healthcare provider organizations is preferred; if not, experience selling in other complex B2B SaaS environments
Executive presence: an articulate, compelling presenter who earns trust with senior buyers and sells with data rather than relationship alone.
Demonstrated quota attainment you can name: percentage attainment, President's Club, or marquee logos closed.
Intellectual curiosity and data fluency: you ask probing questions and ramp fast into a new data methodology.
Creativity when a deal stalls: you generate new paths to momentum rather than waiting on the funnel.
Comfort selling while product, pricing, and positioning are still evolving.
The instinct to pull in the right internal partners at the right moment, and to route market signal back to the people who can act on it.
A desire to do work that matters: and to be held to a high standard while doing it. You're energized by a mission with measurable outcomes, not just good intentions. You engage with AI tools as part of how you do your best work, and hold yourself accountable to outcomes that matter beyond your team’s metrics.
Compensation Transparency:
The total compensation range (base and commission) for this position is $230,000 - $250,000. Individual compensation for this role will depend on various factors, including qualifications, skills, and applicable laws. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible to participate in our equity incentive and competitive benefits plans, including but not limited to: flexible PTO, Medical/Dental/Vision plan options, 401(k), Teladoc Health and more.

Reliability and security of critical flows: SLOs, failure handling, protection of user data and credentials
Service performance and cost under load
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Design and build services and APIs (REST, gRPC) for authentication, account management and wallet operations
Define service boundaries and integration contracts with other Xsolla teams
Design data models and storage; optimize schemas and queries

Improve the engineering environment: CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, testing
Review code
Set up and maintain AI tooling in the repositories (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor: rules, context, harness) so the team uses it effectively

HOW WE WORK
Decisions in writing.
Significant technical decisions are written up as an RFC or ADR that lays out the options and trade-offs. We discuss the document, not a blank whiteboard.
AI is part of everyday engineering.
We use AI coding tools for development and review, and we treat configuring them for a codebase as real engineering work.

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
⚡ THE INBOUND SALES 🇫🇷 ROLE
We're growing our Inbound Sales team in France.
Our Inbound Sales team is in charge of closing inbound requests from leads with 1 to 5 employees (Independent workers, very small companies, individuals).
You’ll be in charge of the whole sales cycle from qualification to closing by educating prospects and providing inspiring arguments to transform them into convinced customers.
At the same time, we expect you to understand, embrace and apply the Alan Smart & Soft selling method https://alan.com/fr-fr/blog/tout-alan/a/nos-commerciaux-ne-vendent-pas. This method stems from the concept that the prospect experience is an inseparable piece of the overall Alan customer experience. You are expected to make this experience pleasant, instructive and delightful by leveraging the most relevant messaging and materials (Smart) and by defining the high-touch strategy that suits best each prospect (Soft).
We also expect you to look at the big picture and help us grow and improve as a company. For that, you’ll have to be real team players even beyond your role. You’ll be expected to challenge us to improve our product(s), our methods, and our strategy, and get involved in other projects and initiatives relevant to growing our customer base.
What does make this role exciting :
- You will close deals every single day of the year, which is very stimulating!
- The Inbound Sales team is quite recent: You will contribute to building a new practice within the Sales Community, getting involved in tooling and process improvements
- You will help building the playbook of best practices to close deals in one shot
- You will contribute to making our products even better by sharing feedback and improving the self-serve experience for our members
- You will become an insurance expert and learn to master our products in order to confidently answer questions & objections from prospects
- We invest heavily in AI to transform the Sales practice. You'll have the opportunity to become one of the most modern Sales professionals in the market!
⭐ YOU WILL BE A GREAT FIT FOR THIS ROLE IF YOU:
- Have 1-2 years of experience in a Sales role including closing experience
- Have full working proficiency in French (C2 and above), and advanced level in English
- Are highly organized with exceptional follow-up skills
- Show a great balance between Active Listening and Assertiveness when interacting with your prospects

An overview of this role
We are looking for a Backend Engineer to join our
Change Record
team within GitLab’s
Source Code stage
. As AI agents increasingly write code alongside people, every change needs a clear, trustworthy record of what changed, why, and who or what made it. You’ll build that record into GitLab’s source code experience, for humans and agents alike. This is a backend-focused role for an engineer with full-stack experience who enjoys balancing work on existing systems with new product development.
That work happens in one of GitLab’s oldest and most complex product areas, where you’ll use Ruby on Rails to improve a critical system serving GitLab.com, self-managed instances, and GitLab Dedicated. Source Code provides the interface layer, through Gitaly, to the Git repositories behind a large share of GitLab traffic, so you’ll help keep it reliable through performance tuning, caching, rate limiting, observability, and resiliency, collaborating with product, design, security, Gitaly, Code Review, and Source Code Experience teams. Supporting production systems and improving established experiences are central to the role, especially while you’re onboarding, and over time you’ll also help build experiences for developers working with agents.
You'll work remotely from the United Kingdom or Poland.
What you’ll do
Develop secure, well-tested, performant features and improvements using Ruby on Rails and GraphQL, among other technologies.
Work through complex requirements and legacy constraints to deliver clear solutions while protecting the reliability of this critical system.
Design and maintain backend services, APIs, data models, and business logic that support intuitive source code workflows.
Collaborate across functions and teams, both asynchronously and synchronously, and involve domain experts when their input will improve the outcome.
Use AI agents for well-scoped work when they can speed up delivery without sacrificing quality, and critically review their output.
Write maintainable code that follows GitLab's standards and contribute to constructive code reviews.
Help strengthen reliability by monitoring production health metrics, participating in Tier 2 on-call, troubleshooting incidents, contributing to root cause analysis, and improving observability and resiliency.
Share knowledge through code review, technical documentation, and everyday collaboration while learning from others.
What you’ll bring
Professional experience building backend web applications, services, or application programming interfaces, with experience using Ruby and GraphQL.
An understanding of relational databases, structured query language, data modeling, caching, background processing, and backend performance practices.
Experience with full-stack development to build and maintain user-facing workflows and their underlying systems.
Experience writing backend unit and integration tests, with familiarity with the testing pyramid, Git, and collaborative code review processes.
Clear written and spoken English communication skills, including sharing useful status updates in a remote, asynchronous environment.
The ability to manage assigned priorities, work through ambiguity, take ownership of your work, and seek guidance when needed.
Experience using AI coding agents to speed up software development while critically reviewing their output.
Bonus: you’ve built agents or agent-based workflows that run in production, not just prototypes.
About the team
The functional team works across Europe and North America, supporting both synchronous and asynchronous collaboration. It includes four engineers, comprising both backend and frontend engineers. We work closely with other Source Code teams, Agentic Preview, Repository Services, and Hardening, as well as other teams in the company such as the Gitaly team, and the AI Governance team.
The base salary range for this role’s listed level is currently for residents of the EU, applicable in the specified country or countries only. Sales roles are also eligible for incentive pay targeted at up to 100% of the offered base salary. Grade level and salary ranges are determined through interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, equity with other team members, alignment with market data, and geographic location and having regard to any applicable collective agreements. Responsibilities
AI strategy and delivery.
Set the AI strategy for Operations and own its delivery end to end. Find where AI can remove manual work, build the business cases and lead implementation with functional, product and engineering owners. Set common evaluation standards, track benefits and make sure every solution runs with appropriate controls and human oversight.
AI automation.
Treat automation of operational processes as a core objective. Set targets for the share of work automated, prioritise the highest-value processes and measure the capacity released.
Strategy and roadmap.
Own and build the team that translates operational strategy into a prioritised improvement and AI roadmap. Define the problem each initiative addresses, the intended benefit, its dependencies and who is accountable for delivery, and lead delivery of key strategic projects.
Capacity and workforce planning.
Build a consistent approach to capacity and workforce planning. Develop demand forecasts and capacity models that help the business allocate resources.
Process redesign.
Lead cross-functional process redesign, focusing on how work moves between functions and where it can be automated. Work with the Head of Operations, who owns day-to-day process performance, and agree changes with process owners.
Operational controls.
Establish a practical framework for documenting operational controls and coordinating first-line testing. Help process owners identify gaps and track corrective actions, working with Risk and Compliance on the approach.
Portfolio management.
Manage the overall improvement portfolio, making dependencies and resource constraints visible. Bring clear recommendations to the COO and functional leaders when priorities compete or expected benefits no longer justify the work.
Measuring benefits.
Define how improvements will be measured, establish credible starting points and assess the effect of changes on service quality, control performance, capacity and cost.
Requirements
Significant experience in operational strategy, transformation or operational excellence in financial services, fintech, payments or another regulated, high-volume environment.
A proven record of setting an AI or automation strategy and delivering it in an operational setting, from use cases and business cases through to deployment, adoption and measured results such as reduced manual effort or capacity released.
Experience building and leading a team of operations managers, analysts, planners or improvement specialists.
A track record of running an improvement portfolio: building business cases, prioritising competing initiatives, managing dependencies and stopping work that no longer pays off.
Understanding of capacity and workforce planning, including demand forecasting and how to build capacity models that leaders use to make resourcing decisions.
Process improvement expertise (for example Lean, Six Sigma or similar methods) applied across functions, with measured results.
Working knowledge of first-line control frameworks, control documentation and testing, and experience working with Risk and Compliance.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to set credible baselines, measure benefits and present clear recommendations to the COO and senior leaders.
Nice to have
Experience in online brokerage, trading platforms or digital banking.
Experience with operations spread across several regulated entities or countries.
Hands-on familiarity with LLM tools, workflow automation or RPA platforms.
Familiarity with tools such as Tableau, Jira or workforce management and process mining platforms.
Recognised portfolio, programme or project management qualification.

Social Discovery Group
(SDG) is a group of social discovery companies. SDG solves the problems of loneliness, isolation, and disconnection - transforming virtual intimacy into the new normal. SDG’s products redefine the way people interact and connect with one another.
Our portfolio includes social entertainment platforms designed to connect people online across different cultures and regions of the world.
We bring together a team of like-minded people and IT professionals who specialize in creating and developing globally impactful social discovery products. Our international team of digital nomads works remotely from all over the world.
We’re proud to be a two-time “Great Place to Work” winner (USA & Japan, 2024–2025) and a Top-5 Company for Work-From-Anywhere Jobs (FlexJobs, 2025).
We are looking for a Product Owner to own the paying customer's experience after purchase.
We're not looking for a task manager. We're looking for someone who will own a part of the product end-to-end, from hypothesis to results.
Your mission
You'll own what happens after a user pays: getting every paying customer to a quality match as fast as possible.
This is not a classic subscription-retention role, and it's not SaaS onboarding. We need someone who knows how to increase the share of customers who reach the value moment, through better activation, matching, relevance, and experience.
What you'll work on
— Getting offer volume right: making sure customers see neither too many nor too few options
— Improving the relevance of recommendations and building trust in what we show
— Increasing relevant invites to paying customers
— Raising the probability that a new customer forms a quality match in their first week
— Designing mechanics that bring users back into conversations (e.g. gamification, nudges, reminders)
— Understanding which matching parameters matter most for different user segments, and using segmentation, personalization, and data enrichment of offers to improve results
The quality of free members' communication itself is outside this role. Your focus is activation, matching, relevance, and experience.
How you'll work
— Find bottlenecks and growth points in the post-purchase journey using data, research, and common sense
— Turn ideas into clear, testable hypotheses with defined success metrics
— Work with engineers, designers, analysts, and data/ML specialists to ship fast and efficiently
— Manage requirements, priorities, and timelines for smooth, predictable delivery
— Run experiments, analyze results and product metrics, then iterate and scale what works
Who we're looking for
A B2C product person with hands-on experience in:
— Customer experience and customer journey design, activation, onboarding, or the first-session experience
— Discovery-driven products with a large volume of offers or listings
— Search or feed relevance, matching, or recommendation systems
— Segmentation, personalization, and enriching offers with data
Relevant backgrounds
Marketplaces and aggregators, dating and social discovery, real estate and classifieds, e-commerce with large catalogs, or any product built around discovery, matching, recommendations, or personalization.
We expect from you
— You know how to formulate hypotheses and define requirements
— You can drive delivery
— You know how to validate results and run A/B tests and other experiments
— You're comfortable with qualitative and quantitative product research
— You work well cross-functionally with designers, analysts, and engineers
— You understand product metrics and how to find growth opportunities
— You focus on results, not process
— You take ownership instead of waiting for direction
— You're comfortable with changing priorities
— You communicate clearly and directly
— You treat failures as learning, not setbacks
What do we offer:
REMOTE OPPORTUNITY
to work full-time;
The
initial pay level
or
pay range
for this role will be shared with candidates during the recruitment process and before the commencement of employment;
Vacation
28 calendar days per year;
7 wellness days per year
(time off) that can be used to deal with household issues, to lie down and recover without taking sick leave;
Bonuses up to $5000
for recommending successful applicants for positions in the company;
50%
payment for professional training, international conferences, and meetings;
Corporate discount for
English lessons;
Health benefits.
According to the paychecks, if you are not eligible for corporate medical insurance, the company will compensate you with up to $ 1,000 gross per year per employee. This can be spent on self-purchase of health insurance or on doctor’s fees for yourself and close relatives (spouse, children);
Workplace organization.
The company provides all employees with an equipped workplace and all the necessary equipment (table, armchair, wifi, etc.) in our offices or co-working locations. In the other locations, the company provides reimbursement of workplace costs up to $ 1000 gross once every 3 years, according to the paychecks. This money can be spent on the rent of the co-working room, on equipping the working place at home (desk, chair, Internet, etc.) during those 3 years;
Internal gamified gratitude system:
receive bonuses from colleagues and exchange them for our merchandise, team building activities, massage certificates, etc.

Solvd Inc. is a rapidly growing AI-native consulting and technology services firm delivering enterprise transformation across cloud, data, software engineering, and artificial intelligence.
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer (Elasticsearch, Scala) to join a team powering food search and logging for one of the world’s leading health and nutrition platforms. You’ll contribute directly to the systems that drive search — backend services, search infrastructure, and experimentation — with a focus on improving core metrics: conversion rates, time to log, query abandonment, and result relevance.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Contribute to, build, and maintain backend services that drive the food search experience, integrating with systems across the broader engineering organization.
- Perform search performance tuning end-to-end — data design, indexing, query evaluation, and iterative improvement within Elasticsearch.
- Assist in the evaluation and implementation of search and data technologies that improve result quality and user experience.
- Collaborate closely with senior search engineers, product management, and leadership on solution discovery, experiment planning, and delivery.
- Contribute to the development of tools, processes, and metrics for measuring and monitoring search quality.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Elasticsearch
- Demonstrated experience with performance tuning, query analysis, and relevance optimization in Elasticsearch at scale.
- Strong understanding of index design, mapping strategies, cluster management, and scoring/ranking mechanics.
- Familiarity with high availability, disaster recovery, and operational monitoring for Elasticsearch clusters.
- Ability to deploy new indexes or clusters as needed for load balancing or experimentation.
- Ability to translate product specifications into technical requirements and deploy ranking and relevance experiments with clearly defined success criteria and metrics.
Scala
- Strong experience writing, shipping, and maintaining Scala services in production.
- Comfortable working across a stack that also includes SQL and Python — Scala is the primary language for this engagement.
Agentic development
- Active user of AI development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or comparable AI-powered coding environments — shipping production code with them, not just using autocomplete.
- Familiarity with agentic coding patterns and workflows — code generation, refactoring, debugging, and test authoring.
- Able to articulate how AI tooling fits into their development process and where human judgment remains critical.
Engineering fundamentals
- First-hand experience building, scaling, and supporting large-scale data infrastructure systems in production.
- Strong understanding of database design, data architecture, and performance tuning across multiple data stores — MySQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB, Redis, or similar.
- Experience with high-volume messaging systems such as Kafka.
- Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or other cloud platforms.
- Strong peer code review practices.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience leveraging AI workflows for meaningful development acceleration beyond autocomplete — code generation, refactoring, debugging, and test authoring at scale.
