Location: Deliveroo; London, United Kingdom
Our Global Structure
Deliveroo is now part of DoorDash, bringing together teams with even greater reach, scale, and ambition. Depending on your role, you may collaborate with teammates, systems, and leaders across DoorDash and Wolt. Together, we’re unlocking new possibilities as one global team.
The Team
The Enterprise restaurant team is responsible for the strategic vision, acquisition, management and growth of our partnerships with the world’s largest restaurant groups. In the UK & Ireland, this means the local arms of our largest global brands. Given the scale of these partners, this team is a critical piece of Deliveroo’s growth and success.
3 days in our London HQ is required.
The Role
As a Client Partner, you will lead the relationship, strategy, project planning and account management for one or more of our largest global restaurant partners in the UK & Ireland. You will own the past and future of those relationships: building the annual joint business plan, leading contract negotiations and renewals, and working cross-functionally with marketing, finance, legal, analytics, operations and product to deliver it. You will also work with the partner’s EMEA and global counterparts, and partner closely with the DoorDash and Wolt EMEA and Global team to bring world-class technology and best practices to your accounts.
What you'll be doing
● Own the overall off-premise strategy for your partners across every phase of the relationship (piloting, rollout, support and growth)
● Lead contract negotiations and renewals, agreeing terms that unlock mutual value and grow like-for-like sales and take rate
● Use data and insights (SQL, dashboards and analysis) to find growth opportunities, build the business case for recommendations and sell Deliveroo’s suite of products and services into strategic clients
● Oversee partner-specific needs such as POS integrations, customised reporting, menu optimisation, merchant marketing and operational improvements
● Lead business reviews and present to partner executives and Deliveroo senior leadership, handling challenging questions with confidence
● Work cross-functionally and serve as a working team lead across marketing, finance, legal, analytics, operations, product and support
● Help raise the analytical capability of the team by sharing best practice, and contribute to the hiring and development of the Enterprise team as it grows
Requirements
Requiring a high level of commercial skills, you will demonstrate excellence in selling, negotiation and account management, combined with the passion and drive to shape the culture of an inclusive, sustainable and successful team.
You have 5+ years of experience in management consulting, business strategy and analytics, strategy and operations, investment banking, account management, business development or other analytically-intensive and client-facing roles
You have strong SQL skills: you can pull, read and manipulate large data sets yourself and turn them into insight (other forms of data experience can be considered)
You have a track record of end-to-end problem solving: spotting a problem, ideating a solution and taking it all the way to a measurable, high-value outcome with cross-functional teams
You are an excellent data storyteller who can build a clear narrative from data and present it, and defend it, to senior executives
You have proven success working in cross-functional teams to build creative solutions, with strong project management, organisation and presentation skills
You are a problem solver at core with a strong bias for action, you like rolling up your sleeves as much as you like the big picture, and you are comfortable with a fast pace and several moving parts
You know how to take very broad challenges or opportunities and turn them into actionable projects with clear milestones and goals, with minimal guidance
You have well-developed negotiation skills and the ability to flex your style to all levels and situations
You are comfortable using AI tools day to day to work faster and smarter
Nice to have: experience with global or US brands, tech or startup exposure, marketplace, logistics or unit economics knowledge, and prior people leadership or hiring experience.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role:
As an Applied AI Security Architect, you will serve as Anthropic's trusted security expert for our most demanding enterprise customers. You'll engage directly with CISOs, security architects, compliance officers, and technical leaders at some of the largest healthcare and life sciences organizations to address their most critical questions about deploying Claude safely and securely.
This is a pre-sales technical role focused on security, compliance, networking, and data architecture. Your job is to walk into a room full of security professionals and demonstrate deep expertise in enterprise security, regulatory compliance, and data protection. You'll help customers understand Claude's security architecture, data handling practices, and deployment options, and partner with them to design solutions that meet their specific regulatory and organizational requirements.
You'll bring significant experience in enterprise security, cloud architecture, and technical pre-sales within regulated industries. Whether you've been a Security Architect, Solutions Architect, Field CTO, or senior pre-sales engineer at a cloud or security vendor, what matters is that you understand how large institutions evaluate and adopt technology, especially in healthcare and life sciences, and can speak credibly to their security and compliance concerns.
We are looking for someone excited to help define how enterprises should think about security and compliance in the age of AI. How do MCP, autonomous agents, and RBAC work together? If working at the intersection of AI adoption and regulated industries excites you, this is the role for you.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary security and compliance expert during customer engagements, addressing technical questions about Claude's architecture, data flows, encryption, access controls, and deployment models.
Partner with CISOs, security architects, and compliance teams at healthcare and life sciences organizations to understand their security requirements and design solutions that meet regulatory standards (HIPAA, GxP, HITECH, SOC 2, PCI-DSS, GDPR, federal mandates, etc)
Lead technical deep-dives on network architecture, data residency, API security, authentication/authorization, audit logging, and integration patterns for regulated environments.
Support enterprise security reviews, vendor assessments, and due diligence processes by providing detailed technical documentation and expert guidance.
Collaborate with GTM and Applied AI teams before and after customer engagements to align on strategy, prepare for security discussions, and ensure continuity from initial conversations through deployment.
Partner closely with Anthropic’s product and engineering teams to deeply understand Claude's security capabilities, provide real-time customer feedback on feature gaps and priorities, help assess technical feasibility of customer-specific security requirements, and influence roadmap priorities.
Develop and maintain security-focused collateral, reference architectures, and best practices documentation for regulated industries.
Lead enablement and create content for GTM and Applied AI Teams that helps them inform customers upstream about key security requirements and considerations.
Travel regularly to customer sites for security workshops, architecture reviews, and strategic account meetings.
You may be a good fit if you have:
8+ years of experience in enterprise security, cloud architecture, or technical pre-sales, with significant exposure to regulated industries (healthcare and life sciences).
Deep technical knowledge of enterprise security concepts: network security, identity and access management, encryption (at rest and in transit), API security, and audit/logging requirements.
Experience navigating compliance frameworks relevant to healthcare and life sciences organizations (HIPAA, GxP, HITECH, SOC 2, PCI-DSS, and GDPR).
A track record of engaging with CISOs, security teams, and compliance officers at large enterprises.
Strong understanding of cloud architecture and deployment models (AWS, Azure, GCP), including VPCs, private endpoints, and hybrid connectivity.
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain complex security topics clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
The ability to navigate ambiguity and move fast in a rapidly evolving market.
A collaborative mindset: sales at Anthropic is a team sport.
Excitement about AI's potential to transform highly regulated industries, and a genuine desire to help customers adopt it safely and responsibly.
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.

Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

About the Role
Anthropic is growing quickly across EMEA, and we need recruiters who can help us hire exceptional people into the teams that keep the company running and bring our work to customers. We’re looking for a Recruiter to join our Talent team in London to own full-cycle recruiting for either our G&A functions (Finance, Legal, People, and related areas) and our Go-To-Market organization (Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer-facing roles), depending on business need and your background.
This is a full-cycle individual-contributor role for a strong recruiter who can run an excellent process end to end—sourcing, screening, managing stakeholders, and closing. You’ll partner with hiring managers across EMEA to understand what great looks like, build healthy pipelines, and deliver a candidate experience that reflects Anthropic’s values. You’ll work in a fast-moving environment where priorities shift, and you’ll have real ownership over the roles you run.
We’re open to candidates whose strength is in G&A recruiting or in GTM recruiting; in your application, tell us where your experience is deepest.
Key Responsibilities
Own full-cycle recruiting for a portfolio of G&A or GTM roles across EMEA—from intake through offer and close
Partner with hiring managers to scope roles, calibrate the bar, and build effective sourcing strategies
Source and engage high-quality active and passive candidates, building diverse and competitive pipelines
Run structured, rigorous, and candidate-centric interview processes that uphold Anthropic’s hiring bar
Manage candidates through the process with clear communication and a great experience at every stage
Collaborate with the broader Talent team, People Partners, and Compensation to structure offers and guide candidates to close
Use data to track pipeline health and share insight that helps hiring managers make good decisions
Minimum Qualifications
4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in either G&A (Finance, Legal, People) or GTM (Sales, Marketing, Partnerships) hiring
Track record of closing strong candidates in competitive markets
Familiarity with the EMEA talent landscape and comfort recruiting across multiple countries
Strong stakeholder management—you build trust and partnership with hiring managers
Excellent organization and the ability to manage multiple searches at once without dropping details
Clear, direct communication style and a bias toward action
Comfort operating with ambiguity in a fast-moving environment
Genuine interest in Anthropic’s mission and the role recruiting plays in achieving it
Preferred Qualifications
Experience recruiting at a high-growth technology, AI, or machine learning company
Experience recruiting across both G&A and GTM functions
Experience hiring across multiple EMEA markets, including the UK and Ireland
Familiarity with Greenhouse or similar ATS platforms
Additional European language skills relevant to hiring across the region
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
£105,000
—
£105,000 GBP
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit

directly for confirmed position openings.

This is a remote opportunity within Canada/US. This position will be for 4 months - January to April 2027.
What You Can Expect:
- Ticket intake and routing: Review new Freshservice tickets for completeness, apply categories and priorities using established guidelines, and route requests to the appropriate technician or team.
- Queue maintenance: Identify unassigned, aging, duplicate, or stalled tickets; follow up with ticket owners; and flag uneven workloads for the manager’s review.
- Reporting and administrative support: Compile standard reports on ticket volume, backlog, SLA performance, and common request types; prepare summaries for team meetings while leverage AI toolkit.
- Collaborating with people across the department like IT Engineering, Enterprise Systems, IT Operations, and the Workplace Technology teams.

What we're looking for:
- Confidence: A willingness to take on new challenges, and see them through to completion.
- Humility: You're not afraid to ask "stupid" questions and make mistakes (as long as you learn from them).
- Curiosity: You look for better ways of doing things, even if everyone seems happy with how they are.
- Teamwork: We work together, and succeed as a team!
Bonus points for:
- Organization and attention to detail: Keeps ticket information accurate, tracks deadlines, and follows through on outstanding tasks.
- Clear, professional communication: Writes useful ticket notes, asks focused questions, and provides courteous updates to users and technicians.
- Prioritization and sound judgment: Follows established urgency guidelines, recognizes when a ticket needs attention, and escalates appropriately.
- Basic technical literacy and willingness to learn: Understands common workplace technology and can follow troubleshooting guides and learn Freshservice workflows.
- Discretion and respect for access boundaries: Handles information carefully, follows documented procedures, and recognizes when a request requires additional discovery or authorization
Our culture
At 1Password, we prioritize collaboration, clear and transparent communication, receptiveness to feedback, and alignment with our core values: keep it simple, lead with honesty, and put people first.
You’ll be part of a team that challenges the status quo, and is excited to experiment and iterate in search of the best solution. That said, 1Password is not for everyone. Our work is demanding, we strive for excellence, and the pace is fast. We need people who are keen to take on challenging problems, who seek feedback to grow, and who are driven to make an impact. If you're looking for a place where you can settle into a comfortable routine, this might not be the right fit for you. We’re looking for individuals who are proven experts in their fields, as well as those who are highly adaptable, can thrive in ambiguity and through change, are curious, and above all deliver results.
We are committed to leveraging cutting-edge technology—including AI—to achieve our mission. We also understand that thinking critically about AI in its current forms will help us create better solutions for our customers and ourselves with its future forms, which will help us continue to close the gap between security and privacy and achieve our mission. We want team members at all levels to take the approach of actively learning AI best practices, identifying opportunities to apply AI in meaningful ways, and driving innovative solutions in their daily work. Embracing the future of AI isn't just encouraged at 1Password—it's an essential part of how we will be successful at 1Password.
Our approach to remote work
We believe in the power of remote work, but recognize that in-person connection is important to help us achieve our mission. While we are a remote-first company, travel for in-person engagement is a part of most roles. Frequency will depend on role and responsibilities, and may include, but is not limited to: annual department-wide offsites, team meetings, and customer/industry events.
How we’re using AI today
Our Engineering, Product, and Design teams are thoughtfully integrating AI across the full software and product development lifecycle to move faster without sacrificing quality or security. In practice, that looks like engineers using AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate reviews and catch bugs earlier, product managers synthesizing user research at scale, and designers rapidly prototyping and iterating with AI-generated mockups. We approach AI the same way we approach security: with clear principles, human accountability at every consequential decision point, and rigorous evaluation before anything ships to customers.

About the team
The Fraud Countermeasures team is part of Data Science, and it's how Wealthsimple grows safely. We balance fraud losses with client friction, so legitimate clients can use their money without jumping through hoops. We work in small pods that pair a fraud countermeasures lead with a data scientist and an analytics developer, and we sit alongside Product and Engineering on every new feature launch. We use data to make every decision, and we use AI tools to move faster. If you want to work on hard problems with people who care about craft, you'll fit right in.
About the role
Card fraud is one of the highest-stakes problems at Wealthsimple, and this role owns the strategy for it. You'll set direction for how we prevent application, transaction and account takeover fraud across our card products, and you'll do it independently, with real accountability for the outcome. This is a Staff individual contributor role with manager-level impact: you'll lead through expertise and influence, not direct reports. It's open to candidates in any timezone in Canada.
What you'll do
- Own fraud strategy and execution across application, transaction and account takeover fraud for Wealthsimple's card products.
- Manage the card fraud loss budget as our volumes grow, and guard against the fraud attacks that can blow a budget up.
- Design, backtest, ship and tune detection rules, and set decision thresholds on ML risk scores.
- Weigh fraud losses prevented against operational cost and client experience before you recommend an approach.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to build controls that stop fraud without blocking legitimate clients, like step-up authentication instead of a hard decline.
- Guide the data scientists and analytics developers in your pod, and mentor junior teammates on strategy, rule building and problem-solving.
Skills you bring
- 6+ years of experience in fraud prevention, including 3+ years working directly on card fraud (prepaid or credit) at an issuer, fintech or payments platform.
- Hands-on ownership of card fraud strategy across application, transaction and account takeover fraud.
- Advanced SQL. You write complex queries against transaction-level data yourself, without waiting for an analyst to pull it.
- A track record of building, backtesting, shipping and tuning fraud rules, and explaining the precision, catch rate and approval rate impact of each.
- Experience quantifying fraud savings against operational and client experience costs to make a clear recommendation.
- Experience using AI tools in your daily work, and examples of where they changed your output.
- The ability to influence Product, Engineering, credit risk, operations and external vendors toward a decision without direct authority.
- Clear communication with technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership.
- Nice to have: Knowledge of Visa and Mastercard network rules, dispute processes and chargeback rails.
Who you are
- You set direction on your own and take ownership over outcomes for your space, from fighting fraud attacks to minimizing client friction.
- You make decisions with numbers behind them, and you're honest about what the numbers can't tell you.
- You lead through influence. You can get a roadmap conversation to go your way by rallying others around shared objectives.
- You use AI to aide in your workflow, and know when to question it’s outputs
- You share what you know, and you make the people around you sharper

Technology & Innovation at Wealthsimple: We move quickly and build thoughtfully. That means we're always looking for better ways to work — whether that's new tools, AI, or rethinking how we approach a problem. We don't expect you to have all the answers, but we do expect curiosity and a willingness to evolve alongside the products we're building.
Inclusion Statement: We're building products for a diverse world, and we need a diverse team to do it well. We strongly encourage applications from everyone, regardless of race, religion, colour, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, or disability status.
Accessibility Statement: We're committed to an accessible hiring experience. If you need any accommodations throughout the interview process, please let us know — we'll work with you to make sure you have what you need. We also welcome any feedback on how we can better accommodate candidates with accessibility needs.
AI in Hiring: We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of our hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses. These tools assist our team but don't replace human judgment – all final hiring decisions are made by people. If you have questions about how your data is used, reach out to us.
Location: London, United Kingdom - Deliveroo
Our Global Structure
Deliveroo is now part of DoorDash, bringing together teams with even greater reach, scale, and ambition. Depending on your role, you may collaborate with teammates, systems, and leaders across DoorDash and Wolt. Together, we’re unlocking new possibilities as one global team.
Join us in our mission to transform the way people shop and eat, where impact, innovation and growth drive everything we do. Our Product team defines how millions of people experience Deliveroo, turning complex marketplace challenges into simple, high-impact solutions. Working at the intersection of data, design and engineering, we set direction, prioritise what matters most, and deliver outcomes that move the business forward.
We're looking for a
Staff Conversation Designer
to join in London and set the design direction for AI-powered support across Deliveroo, DoorDash and Wolt. You'll bring a strong AI fluency, technical practice, and editorial point of view to build and shape conversations powered by our LLM models: deciding what a conversation needs to say, what to leave out and how to make each exchange clear, useful, and worthy of people's trust.
You'll shape the personality, voice, tone and experience principles that express our brands, local language and support philosophy. You will craft conversation specs, prompts, and evals, annotate data, and co-build the tools and harness that drives our experience. Success means fewer avoidable problems, better resolutions when help is needed, and stronger design practices that help teams deliver those outcomes consistently.
What You’ll Be Doing
Set support conversation strategy
across support journeys, connecting what people need in the moment, what the business can promise, and what operations can actually do. Influence roadmaps with Product, Engineering and Operations, deciding where to invest, what to sequence first and how to balance quality, speed and impact.
Design and maintain conversation flows
. Lead proactive guidance, chat and voice experiences from definition through launch, anticipating needs to prevent or resolve problems before people ask for help. Create and maintain multi-turn conversation specs covering context, interruptions, changing intent, clarification, error recovery, fallback paths and human handoffs without repetition.
Prototype new conversational experiences
. Invent and test new conversational patterns, interaction paradigms, personas, and support experiences. Use LLMs and code to explore how people could ask for help, act on options and move between chat, voice and other interfaces. Work with Engineering to shape the information, actions, and human judgement these experiences need, using working prototypes and user feedback to decide what to pursue.
Shape voice, tone and behaviour
. Set the editorial direction for support conversations across brands, markets and modalities. Write and iterate on system prompts and persona definitions that express this direction through model behaviour. Make deliberate choices about wording, pacing and tone, adapting to local voices, policies and access needs while keeping conversations useful and promises accurate.
Build evaluation datasets and testing plans
. Establish how teams evaluate conversation quality before and after launch. Create evaluation datasets, testing plans and scoring rubrics to test conversation flows and model behaviour. Define annotation guidelines and annotate conversations for evaluation and model training, calibrating judgments so teams assess quality consistently. Combine these evaluations with research, performance data and reviews of hundreds of transcripts to improve accuracy, resolution quality and customer effort, and influence what the team prioritises.
Design conversational safeguards
. Identify conversational risks and define, implement and test guardrails. Address hallucinations, harmful or biased responses, and requests outside the service’s scope. Define how conversations protect sensitive information, stay within the system’s authority to act, and acknowledge uncertainty or seek human judgement.
Raise conversation design capability
. Help the wider Studio develop technical fluency and conversational judgement through mentorship, education and shared tools. Build reusable prompt guidance, evaluation tools and working practices with design and cross-functional peers, and lead their adoption across teams to improve conversation quality and inform product priorities.
What You’ll Need to Thrive
Work samples
. Work samples showing strong editorial and conversational judgement, whether through conversational systems, content programmes or shipped products. Show your personal contribution, the direction you set, alternatives you explored and evidence of improved outcomes. We welcome different formats that make your thinking, execution and influence clear.
Strategic leadership
. Experience setting direction across teams and influencing product priorities, with examples of resolving ambiguity and making trade-offs between user needs, commercial goals and technical constraints.
Editorial judgement
. A strong editorial point of view, backed by excellent writing and editing. You can explain why a conversation needs a particular message, sequence or tone, cut what gets in the way and give others specific feedback that improves the work. Your background may be in editorial, content design, linguistics, product design or another discipline; what matters is how you apply that judgement to interactive experiences.
Hands-on AI practice
. Practical fluency with LLMs and code, demonstrated through working AI prototypes and direct investigation of model behaviour. You can distinguish conversational problems from limitations in data, tools or the wider system.
Service design judgement
. The ability to connect individual conversations to the wider service, including user intent, context, available actions and agent workflows. Your decisions account for accessibility, localisation, privacy and situations that need human intervention.
Evaluation and training experience
. Experience developing conversation evaluations and annotating model-training data, with evidence of how qualitative and quantitative findings improved model behaviour and informed product decisions.
Impact beyond your own work
. A track record of improving other teams’ design quality through mentorship, critique and shared tools or practices they’ve adopted.

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
⭐️ THE PARTNERSHIP ACTIVATION MANAGER ROLE ⭐️
You'll be the driving force behind the commercial activation of the Belfius Business network in Flanders or Wallonia & Brussels.
Your mission: help bankers identify the right companies (especially those with 20+ and 50+ employees), introduce the right Alan proposition, and turn our collaboration into measurable growth. You'll combine relationship building, commercial coaching and hands-on field activation, working closely with Alan's Belfius Partnership Lead, Sales teams and Field Marketing.
Your key missions
1. Activate the partner network. Build strong relationships with Belfius offices, zone directors and bankers across your territory. Identify the highest-potential offices and bankers (A/B/C prioritisation) and focus your energy where it has the most impact. Help bankers spot relevant opportunities in their portfolio and generate qualified leads.
2. Enable commercial success. Run trainings, workshops and commercial meetings (on-site and remote). Make Alan's proposition simple: which offer for which type of client, how to handle the most common questions, when to bring in an Alan Account Executive. Equip bankers with playbooks, customer stories and materials, within a compliant sales flow.
3. Turn strategy into action. Synthesia is the world’s leading AI video platform for business, used by over 90% of the Fortune 100. Founded in 2017, the company is headquartered in London, with offices and teams across Europe and the US.
As AI continues to shape the way we live and work, Synthesia develops products to enhance visual communication and enterprise skill development, helping people work better and stay at the center of successful organizations.
Following our recent Series E funding round, where we raised $200 million, our valuation stands at $4 billion. Our total funding exceeds $530 million from premier investors including Accel, NVentures (Nvidia's VC arm), Kleiner Perkins, GV, and Evantic Capital, alongside the founders and operators of Stripe, Datadog, Miro, and Webflow.
THE ROLE...
Synthesia's API and platform capabilities are quickly becoming the way developers embed AI video into their own products — automated training pipelines, localization workflows, customer-facing apps, and more. We're looking for our first Developer Advocate to make sure the developer world knows it, understands it, and gets building.
This is a builder-and-storyteller role. You'll be the face and voice of the Synthesia API to the outside world — writing, coding, speaking, and showing up wherever developers already are — while also being the internal champion who brings their feedback back into the product. You won't just talk about what's possible with Synthesia; you'll build the sample apps, tutorials, and demos that prove it, and you'll do it consistently enough that developers start to recognize your name before they recognize the logo.
You'll be part of the Developer Services team and work closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Developer Support to turn technical capability into developer adoption.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Create technical content that developers actually use
- Write blog posts, tutorials, and how-to guides that show real, working integrations — not just feature announcements
- Build and maintain sample apps, starter kits, and code snippets across common languages and frameworks
- Produce video walkthroughs and livestreams using Synthesia's own product wherever it makes sense to "eat our own dog food"
- Keep a fast, honest cadence — regular, dependable output builds more trust than occasional big launches
Show up where developers are
- Represent Synthesia at conferences, meetups, hackathons, and webinars — as a speaker, workshop host, and booth presence
- Run livestreams and community AMAs that go deep on real implementation questions, not marketing talking points
- Build relationships with individual developers, technical bloggers, and community leaders who influence adoption
- Travel as needed to be physically present in the communities that matter most to our growth
Be the credible technical voice
- Get hands-on with the Synthesia API well enough to build things yourself, debug alongside developers, and speak with authority — not from a script
- Earn trust the way any evangelist does: by being genuinely useful before asking for anything in return
- Play the long game — plant seeds in developer communities today that turn into adoption months or years down the line
Close the loop with product
- Channel developer feedback, friction points, and feature requests back to Product and Engineering in a structured way
- Partner with Developer Support and Documentation to identify where the API's rough edges are creating support burden or lost adoption
- Help prioritize the developer experience roadmap based on what you're hearing on the ground
Build the flywheel
- Grow and nurture channels — Discord/Slack community, developer newsletter, social — where developers can find each other and find help
- Identify and cultivate community advocates and early power users who can become case studies, co-speakers, or contributors
- Measure what's working (content engagement, API sign-ups, community growth, sentiment) and adjust the playbook accordingly
ABOUT YOU...
- Experience in developer relations, developer advocacy, technical evangelism, or a similar hybrid technical/communication role — ideally at a platform, API-first, or infrastructure company
- Genuinely hands-on: comfortable writing code, working with APIs and SDKs, and building demo apps yourself, not just narrating what engineering built
- A strong, authentic communicator across formats — written, live, and on stage — who can make technical concepts land with a developer audience
- Comfortable with regular travel and public speaking; energized by meeting developers in person, not just online
- A track record of sustained output (blog, video, or community content) rather than one-off campaigns — evangelism is a long game, and consistency is what earns trust
- Skilled at listening as much as broadcasting: you can sit in a developer's frustration and turn it into a clear, actionable signal for the product team
- Comfortable operating with a lot of autonomy in a fast-moving, still-forming function
- Bonus: existing following or credibility within a developer community relevant to Synthesia's platform (video, AI/ML, automation, or enterprise software)
THE GOOD STUFF..
In addition to being a part of a great team, working in a fun and innovative environment, we offer:
- A competitive salary + stock options in our fast-growing Series E startup
- Hybrid working environment or remote friendly
- 100% Medical, Dental & Vision
- 401k Plan
- Paid parental leave
- 25 days of annual leave + Public holidays + paid sick leave
- Fun culture with regular socials
- A generous referral scheme
- A brand new computer + monitor
- Budget and support for conference travel, community events, and content production

STAFF PRODUCT MANAGER, PRODUCT DISCOVERY ENGINE
ABOUT US
Constructor powers product search and discovery for some of the largest retailers in the world. We serve billions of requests every week, and you’ve probably seen our results somewhere and used our product without knowing it. We differentiate ourselves by focusing on metrics over features, and reinventing search and discovery from the ground up as a machine learning challenge with the specific goal of improving metrics like revenue. We’re approximately doubling year over year despite the market slowing down and have customers in every eCommerce vertical. We’re a passionate team of technologists who love solving problems and want to make our customers’ and coworkers’ lives better. We value empathy, openness, curiosity, continuous improvement, and are excited by metrics that matter. We believe that empowering everyone in a company to do what they think is best can lead to great things.
JOB SUMMARY
We’re looking for a systems-minded Staff Product Manager to take Constructor’s search and discovery to the state of the art — and keep it there — across every retail industry we serve. This is a highly technical, high-leverage role at the core of our Product Discovery Engine chapter: the teams responsible for how we retrieve, understand, and rank the right products for every shopper, on every query, for every customer.
Your job is to raise discovery quality and, through it, our customers’ business metrics. You won’t be measured on features shipped — you’ll be measured on relevance and business outcomes, like conversion, revenue per visit, and search-attributed GMV, moving up.
You’ll start embedded with our Search Quality team, owning its strategy and roadmap and getting deep into the systems that decide what shoppers actually see. Over time, your mandate grows to setting direction for the entire Product Discovery Engine chapter — deciding where we’re heading and why across recall, ranking, query understanding, personalization, and the ML infrastructure underneath. This is a Staff role today with a clear path to Director as you take on chapter-wide leadership.
Search at Constructor is fundamentally a machine learning problem, so this role lives and breathes ML. You’ll partner closely with ML, data science, and engineering to turn the latest research into production wins, keep us ahead of both commercial competitors and academic state of the art, and be the connective tissue that aligns multiple teams — ML Recall, ML Infra, and, over time, teams like CORE, SABR, and Catalog Management — behind a single, coherent vision for great discovery.
If you’re excited about driving innovation across dozens of the world’s largest retailers, being held to relevance and business outcomes, and pushing an already best-in-class product further ahead, this role is for you.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own business impact, not features. Drive measurable lift in search-attributed conversion, revenue per visit, and GMV alongside relevance across our customer base.
- Deliver across every retail industry. Move quality and business metrics across all the verticals we serve, accounting for the differences in catalog, language, and shopper intent.
- Keep us at the state of the art. Continuously translate the latest ML / IR research and competitive moves into production wins, and ship SOTA ML / LLM-assisted capabilities that beat our previous best on relevance.
- Set chapter vision and strategy. Define the multi-quarter direction for the Product Discovery Engine — where we’re heading and why — tie it directly to customer business outcomes, and rally teams behind it.
- Lead Search Quality first. Own its strategy and roadmap, driving measurable improvements in the relevance and correctness of results.
- Orchestrate across the pipeline. Unify recall, ranking, query understanding, and personalization behind one definition of quality and one set of business metrics, so improvements compound instead of colliding.
- Turn ML research into production wins. Partner deeply with ML and data science to take models — from candidate generation and recall to LLM-assisted interpretation — from idea to production, balancing accuracy, latency, and cost.
- Make quality measurable and explainable. Build the metrics, evaluation frameworks, and tooling the whole chapter uses to measure, attribute, and explain discovery quality and its business impact.
- Own quality under pressure. Lead investigation and triage when issues arise, and design durable, systemic fixes rather than one-off patches.
- Grow the mandate. Expand into chapter-wide leadership spanning ML Recall, ML Infra, and — over time — teams like CORE, SABR, and Catalog Management.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
Within your first year, you will have:
- Driven measurable lift in search-attributed conversion and revenue per visit — moving business metrics, not just quality metrics.
- Driven measurable business-metric lift (conversion, revenue per visit, GMV) and relevance lift across every major retail vertical we serve.
- Shipped at least one state-of-the-art ML / LLM-assisted capability into production that beats our previous best on relevance.
- Won head-to-head quality benchmarks against every major competitor in the verticals we compete in, with a repeatable, defensible methodology.
- Taken core quality metrics to best-in-class levels and kept them improving quarter over quarter.
- Stood up an evaluation framework and tooling that ties model and system investments directly to customer business outcomes.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Extensive product management experience (typically 8+ years) in search, discovery, ML, or NLP-heavy products, including time operating at a senior or staff level.
- A track record of moving business metrics at scale — conversion, revenue, engagement — not just shipping features, and of setting strategy across multiple teams.
- Deep understanding of the end-to-end search pipeline: query interpretation → recall / candidate generation → ranking → reranking → personalization → delivery.
- Strong ML product depth — owning production models and reasoning about tradeoffs between high-capacity (LLM / batch) and low-latency (real-time) approaches — and a habit of staying current with state-of-the-art research.
- Fluency with retrieval and recall, query understanding (tokenization, synonyms, spelling correction, multilingual support), and search evaluation frameworks.
- A rigorous, measurement-first mindset that ties every quality investment back to business outcomes.
- Excellent cross-functional leadership — able to align teams with different goals behind a shared definition of quality and a shared set of business metrics, working shoulder-to-shoulder with engineering, data science, and ML Ops.
- Comfort operating with ambiguity, setting direction where none exists yet, and leading through clarity and credibility rather than the org chart.
BENEFITS
- Unlimited vacation time — we strongly encourage all of our employees to take at least 3 weeks per year.
- A competitive compensation package including stock options.
- Company-sponsored US health coverage (100% paid for employee).
- Fully remote team — choose where you live.
- Work-from-home stipend! We want you to have the resources you need to set up your home office.
- Apple laptops provided for new employees.
- Training and development budget for every employee, refreshed each year.
- Parental leave for qualified employees.
- Work with smart people who will help you grow and make a meaningful impact.
This position is fully remote — Constructor.io http://Constructor.io is a remote-first company.
