Lead and own the Group Internal Audit function for Capital.com, providing independent, risk-based assurance across all regulated entities, business lines, and geographic markets. The Group Head of Internal Audit is responsible for setting the strategic direction of the audit function, designing and operating a hybrid audit framework, and providing the Group Board, Audit Committee, and senior leadership with timely, credible assurance on the adequacy and effectiveness of governance, risk management, and internal controls across the group.
The role has an unconditional duty to escalate material control failures, significant audit findings, and regulatory concerns directly to the Group Audit Committee, independent of any instruction from executive management or any group function.
The role operates at the intersection of group governance and local regulatory accountability, requiring both strategic thinking and deep knowledge of multi-jurisdictional financial services regulation. The postholder works in close coordination with the Global Head of Compliance and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment between audit and compliance risk assessments, while maintaining the independence required of an effective third-line function.
Responsabilities
Strategic Leadership
Develop and own the multi-year internal audit strategy aligned to group growth plans, regulatory expectations across all six entities, and the evolving risk landscape of a digital CFD and trading business.
Build and lead a high-performing, independent internal audit function capable of providing credible assurance across a complex, multi-jurisdictional group.
Act as a trusted adviser to the Group Board, Audit Committee, and CEO on control environment quality, emerging risks, and regulatory developments with audit implications.
Audit Planning and Delivery
Develop, maintain, and execute the annual group audit plan, covering all entities, material business processes, technology infrastructure, regulated activities, and outsourced functions.
Lead and oversee audit fieldwork and reporting across operations, trading systems, technology and cyber, AML/KYC, financial crime, market abuse surveillance, conduct risk, Consumer Duty (UK), product governance, third-party and outsourcing arrangements, model risk, and financial controls.
Assess the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls, identify control weaknesses and gaps, and provide actionable, proportionate recommendations.
Ensure audit reports are clear, accurate, evidence-based, and issued within agreed timescales.
Issue Management and Follow-Up
Maintain a group-wide audit issue log, tracking the status of all open findings across entities, escalating overdue or high-risk items to the Audit Committee as appropriate.
Challenge and validate management remediation responses and closure evidence to ensure issues are genuinely resolved rather than administratively closed.
Regulatory and Governance Alignment
Ensure the audit programme addresses the regulatory expectations of all relevant regulators: FCA (UK), CySEC (Cyprus), ASIC (Australia), SCB (Bahamas), SCA (UAE), and CNMV (Spain).
Provide independent assurance on material business change programmes, new product launches, strategic outsourcing decisions, and regulatory change implementation across the group.
Liaise constructively with external auditors and regulators, coordinating audit coverage where appropriate and providing regulators with access to audit documentation as required.
Requirements
Significant internal audit leadership experience within a multi-jurisdictional financial services group, broker, or investment firm — ideally including FCA-regulated and CySEC-regulated entities.
Strong working knowledge of FCA requirements for investment firms (MIFIDPRU, SYSC, COBS, PROD, DISP, AML/CTF, Consumer Duty) and familiarity with CySEC, ASIC, and other regulatory frameworks relevant to Capital.com's operational footprint.
Proven experience designing and operating a hybrid or co-sourced internal audit model at group level, including methodology ownership, panel governance, and quality assurance of specialist providers.
Experience auditing trading platforms, CFD or derivative products, technology infrastructure, financial crime controls, AML/KYC processes, and outsourced services.
Demonstrated ability to build and sustain productive relationships with Boards, Audit Committees, and senior management while maintaining audit independence.
Track record of preparing clear, compelling assurance opinions and presenting findings at Board and Audit Committee level.
Experience managing or developing an internal audit team across multiple locations or entities.
Qualifications
Professional audit qualification (CIA, ACCA, ACA, CISA, CPA or equivalent) — CIA strongly preferred.
IIA membership or equivalent professional body membership.
Strong knowledge of the IIA International Professional Practices Framework (IPPF) and its application in a multi-jurisdiction financial services context.
Familiarity with UK SMCR and equivalent senior manager/controlled function regimes across relevant jurisdictions.

Here at Humanoid, we believe in a future where robots amplify human potential. That’s why we’ve set out on a mission to build the world’s most capable, commercially-scalable, and safe humanoid robots. We’re bringing that mission to life with HMND‑01 - our rapidly developed humanoid platform being deployed in real industrial environments - and we’re growing the team to take it even further.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Senior Control Engineer to join our Controls Team in Vancouver, focusing on SW control development and integration of robotic actuators and sensors.
You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and validating joint- and actuator-level controllers that deliver high precision, responsiveness, and safety for complex robotic mechanisms.
The ideal candidate has a solid background in control theory, strong software engineering skills in C++, and comfort working across the full stack from real-time embedded control up through networking, kinematics/dynamics, and browser-based debugging tooling. You will work closely with other control and hardware engineers to model, tune, and optimize the behavior of real robots and their subsystems (i.e. limbs and end-effectors).
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Low-Level Control Development
- Tune and validate actuator - and joint-space control loops (PID, feedforward, impedance/admittance, observers, state feedback) for multi-DoF systems in ROS2.
- Work across EtherCAT/CAN and Linux networking (TCP/IP, DDS discovery, time sync) to ensure deterministic, safe real-time operation.
- Implement safety and fault-handling mechanisms for dynamic conditions.
Modeling, Kinematics & System Identification
- Build and identify models of actuators, transmissions, and mechanisms — including parallel mechanisms like differential wrists/ankles — for control design and simulation.
- Apply rigid body kinematics/dynamics and numerical IK/FK methods; work from URDF/Xacro and MJCF, interpreting mechanical drawings and geometry.
Software & Systems Integration
- Write real-time-safe, object-oriented C++ (lock-free structures, thread safety) for control and diagnostics.
- Design and debug multi-layer control architectures.
- Maintain CMake build/dependency tooling and Python test harnesses; build lightweight browser-based tools (HTML/JS/WebSocket) for hardware debugging.
Sensor & Hardware Integration
- Integrate and calibrate a range of sensors (F/T sensors, tactile sensors, IMUs, etc.) with real-time acquisition and processing across the control stack.
- Hands-on hardware bring-up and debugging.
Cross-Disciplinary Collaboration
- Close the loop with mechanical/electronics engineers across sites on actuation requirements;
- Support hardware bring-up, calibration, and performance testing.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- M.S. or Ph.D. in Control Engineering, Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering with 5+ years in robotic or mechatronic systems — equivalent practical experience counts.
- Shipped real-time-safe, object-oriented C++ control software running on real hardware, in production or a serious research programme.
- Tuned and validated controllers on physical actuators, including sensor calibration and bring-up — with a story about something that behaved nothing like the model and what you did about it.
- Debugged at the fieldbus and OS layer: EtherCAT (PDO/SDO, timing constraints) or CAN, on an RTOS or real-time Linux.
- Strong control theory foundation (linear/nonlinear control, stability, observers, state estimation, feedback/feedforward, filtering, frequency-domain analysis) applied to multi-DoF mechanisms via Jacobians, numerical IK/FK, and URDF/Xacro.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- BLDC motor control (commutation, current control, torque optimization)
- ros2_control internals (hardware interfaces, controllers, controller_manager, plugins, lifecycle nodes).
- Parallel mechanisms specifically (differential wrist, parallel ankle), robotic hands, or other multi-DoF end-effectors.
- System identification toolchains and simulation environments (MATLAB/Simulink, MuJoCo, Gazebo); MJCF.
- Experience with dynamic system modeling and simulation at the actuator and transmission level.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Comprehensive extended health benefits starting on your first day, including fully paid medical and dental, virtual care, employee and family assistance, and worldwide emergency medical support.
- Meaningful time off to rest and recharge: 23 days of annual leave (accrued), 15 days of paid sick leave, and paid company holidays.
- Paid end-of-year shutdown: annual company-wide holiday closure spanning Christmas through New Year’s Day.
- Competitive equity: stock options with meaningful upside as we scale.
- Free daily catered lunch, snacks, and drinks in‑office.
- Collaboration with top‑tier engineers, researchers, and product experts in AI and robotics.
- Freedom to influence the product and own key initiatives.

- Own daily cash positioning and treasury operations supporting Cleo's lending facilities - drawdowns, repayments, settlements and collateral movements - partnering closely with Capital Markets to ensure facilities run efficiently
- Strengthen cash controls, reconciliations and audit readiness with Core Finance and Finance Operations, and establish treasury policies and governance that support scale and public-company readiness
- Define the roadmap for treasury systems, data and automation, reducing reliance on manual processes, and build clear reporting and dashboards across liquidity, funding capacity and facility utilisation
- Establish operating rhythms across FP&A, Accounting, Capital Markets, Engineering and Operations so cash movements and forecasts are coordinated, transparent and auditable
- Own Cleo's FX strategy - identify and manage currency exposure across a multi-currency, multi-geography business, and run and improve the hedging programme, from setting risk policy to executing hedges and reporting exposure to leadership
- Scope and hire your first Treasury Operations team member, then grow the function as the business does
What We're Looking For 🕵️
- You've built treasury before - stood up or materially transformed a treasury function, not just run one that already existed, in fintech, consumer lending, financial services, or another highly regulated environment
- Consumer-lending fluency, with an understanding of warehouse facilities, borrowing bases, receivables financing, settlement flows and bank partnerships, comfortable supporting multiple concurrent facilities alongside a Capital Markets team
- Hands-on and strategic - you enjoy building from first principles (operating model, controls, systems) and are equally comfortable approving a wire or designing the policy that governs it
- Forecasting and analytical rigour, having built models and frameworks that leadership actually makes decisions on
- Cross-functional influence, able to bring Finance, Accounting, Capital Markets, Engineering, Product and Operations along with you and explain complex treasury concepts to an exec audience
- Bias to action, zero ego - this role exists because complexity is outrunning capacity, and you'll ship a better setup quickly

Most money apps talk at you. Cleo talks back ✨
We're not building another finance app. We're building the world's first AI financial assistant, one that actually understands your money and makes you better at it, and we're changing the world's relationship with money in the process 💰 For everyone, whatever their background or balance.
The proof: profitable, fast-growing, a unicorn with over $300M in ARR, and millions of people who now feel differently about their money.
We love original thinkers who challenge the status quo. We move fast, tell the truth, and there's nowhere to hide from good work here. If that excites you more than it scares you, you'll fit right in.
Follow us on LinkedIn https://www.linkedin.com/company/cleo-ai/ for new features and the occasional roast 🔥
MEET THE TEAM 👥
Here at Cleo, we have ~70 Data Scientists (Product Analysts) working embedded into our Pillars ✨ They stay connected and share knowledge consistently through monthly meetings and slack channels to scale approaches and ensure everyone learns in the same way. They thrive through clear communication with their squad and stakeholders to influence product or company decisions, being that bridge between the non-tech and technical sides of the team. We have deeply structured data and a great experimentation culture using StatSig for all analysts to dive into!
ABOUT THE ROLE ✍️
We're hiring a senior analytics leader to own the analytics strategy and operating model across Cleo's Financial Services Product pillars. You'll lead and develop the analytics leadership layer itself - L4/L5 managers and senior ICs - setting company-level standards for metrics, experimentation, and reporting across pillars.
- Own the analytics strategy and operating model across Financial Services Product pillars - coherent measurement, experimentation, and insight cadence mapped to company priorities
- Lead and develop the analytics leadership layer (L4/L5 managers and senior ICs), building a strong bench, growth plans, and succession so the function doesn't rely on any single person
- Drive the experimentation programme as a product - fixing structural issues like single source of truth, standard bucketing, automated conflict detection, sizing and priors - and raise the bar on rigour across squads
- Improve observability of live user flows and metric movements, partnering with Engineering on the event framework and product-health reporting
- Champion responsible use of agentic AI as a force multiplier for analytics, with sensible guardrails
- Partner with Product, Credit, Engineering, Commercial, and ML leadership to shape roadmaps and trade-offs with evidence, giving senior leadership clear visibility on what's driving key metrics
- Set and enforce company-level standards for metrics, experimentation, and reporting, reducing duplicated, siloed work across pillars
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR 🕵️
- 8+ years in data analytics, data science, BI engineering, or analytics engineering, ideally in a high-growth, product-led company
- Proven management experience of at least 4+ ICs
- Deep experimentation expertise beyond stat-sig testing - fixing structural problems in a testing programme: bucketing, conflicts/collisions, sizing, priors, governance
- A builder's instinct: bias for automation, ownership, and shipping
- Ability to set standards and an operating model that teams actually adopt, measurably improving delivery beyond a single team
- Commercial sense - can translate product/user metrics into revenue, profitability, and LTV, and hold your own with Product Directors and Commercial stakeholders
- Systems thinker, comfortable in a mature, complex product environment with interacting parts (e.g. payments, credit risk, ML models feeding user experience)
- Exec-ready storytelling - can synthesise across pillars, land insight at the right moment, and set and defend targets with senior stakeholders
- Player-coach instinct - creates leverage through delegation, templates, and self-serve, but goes hands-on on the highest-leverage or most ambiguous problems when needed
- Comfortable using AI tools (Claude, Cursor) as leverage, with the judgement to know when to trust output and when to verify
- Interest in fintech and Cleo's mission to make money easier and more human
- Nice to have: causal inference depth (CUPED, Bayesian methods, PSM, uplift modelling) and the judgement to know when it's worth the effort
- Nice to have: genuine enthusiasm for agentic AI as a force multiplier in analytics workflows
- Nice to have: credit-risk analytics exposure - arrears, defaults, how ML risk models interact with product analytics and UX
- Nice to have: fintech, personal finance, lending, or high-growth consumer subscription experience

ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager at junior level to join our APAC Partnerships team in Vladivostok. You will work side by side with our HQ and APAC Customer Success Managers, supporting the day-to-day success of the Traffic Source Partners we onboard — affiliates, media partners, creator networks, and publishers who drive players to the web shops we operate for game developers.
The centre of gravity of this role is account management operations, and in particular partner payouts:making sure every partner is set up correctly, that their performance data is accurate, that their payout is calculated, documented, approved and paid on time, and that any discrepancy is chased down and closed. It is detailed work that partners feel immediately — getting it right is how trust in the programme gets built.
This is an entry-level position with real ownership from day one. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, provided you have the right attitude and eagerness to learn. If you are organised, comfortable with numbers, enjoy being the reliable person other teams can count on, and want to learn the commercial side of the games industry from the inside, we would love to hear from you.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Partner payouts & account operations (primary)
Own the recurring payout cycle for onboarded Traffic Source Partners: collect and validate performance data, prepare payout calculations against agreed commercial terms (revenue share, CPA, fixed fee, bonuses), and submit them for approval.
Work with Finance, Legal, and Partnerships to make sure each partner's invoicing, tax, and banking documentation is complete and current before payment.
Investigate and resolve payout discrepancies — missing conversions, mismatched reporting periods, currency and FX questions, adjustments and clawbacks — and communicate the outcome clearly to the partner.
Maintain accurate partner records: contacts, contract terms, payout schedules, tracking setup, and account status in CRM (Salesforce) and internal trackers.
Produce recurring reporting: weekly partner status, monthly payout reconciliation, and inputs for quarterly business reviews.
Customer success support
Support the HQ and APAC CSM team on standard customer success duties across the partner portfolio — meeting preparation, follow-ups, action-item tracking, and documentation.
Help onboard new Traffic Source Partners: account setup, documentation, tracking-link setup, first campaign, and first payout.
Act as first-line responder for partner questions, escalating technical issues to Engineering and commercial questions to the account owner.
Monitor partner performance dashboards and proactively flag anomalies — traffic drops, conversion drops, stalled integrations, unpaid balances — before they become escalations.
Act as the voice of the partner internally, liaising with Product, Engineering, Design, BD, and Support so requests are delivered accurately and on time.
Ways of working
Coordinate across time zones with HQ, APAC Partnerships, and regional teams.
Keep process documentation, decision logs, and onboarding notes current in Confluence; track work in Jira.
Spot the repetitive parts of the payout and reporting process and propose ways to simplify or automate them.
REQUIREMENTS
1–4 years of experience in customer success, account management, partner or affiliate operations, ad operations, finance operations, or a comparable client-facing or operational role. Fresh graduates with the right attitude are welcome.
Fluent in English; you will work in English daily with HQ and APAC colleagues and partners.
Strong numeracy and confident spreadsheet skills (Google Sheets / Excel: lookups, pivot tables, reconciliation).
Exceptional attention to detail. This role touches money movement; accuracy matters more than speed.
Highly organised and self-directed — able to run a recurring process on a calendar without being chased.
Clear written communicator, able to explain a payout calculation or a tracking issue in plain language to a partner or a teammate.
Comfortable working across APAC and HQ time zones and in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift.
Based in, or willing to relocate to, Vladivostok for an onsite role.
NICE TO HAVE
Exposure to affiliate marketing, performance marketing, ad networks, or creator and influencer programmes.
Familiarity with CRM tooling (Salesforce), Jira and Confluence, or BI dashboards.
Basic understanding of invoicing, VAT or withholding tax, and cross-border payment flows.
Interest in the gaming industry, payments and fintech, or B2B SaaS.
Additional languages relevant to APAC coverage (Korean, Chinese, Japanese).
Any prior experience in coordination, support, operations, or student project lead roles.
BENEFITS

At OKX, we believe that the future will be reshaped by crypto, and ultimately contribute to every individual's freedom.
OKX is a leading crypto exchange, and the developer of OKX Wallet, giving millions access to crypto trading and decentralized crypto applications (dApps). OKX is also a trusted brand by hundreds of large institutions seeking access to crypto markets. We are safe and reliable, backed by our Proof of Reserves.

We Before Me
,
Do the Right Thing
, and
Get Things Done
. These shared values drive our culture, shape our processes, and foster a friendly, rewarding, and diverse environment for every OK-er.
OKX is part of OKG, a group that brings the value of Blockchain to users around the world, through our leading products OKX, OKX Wallet, OKLink and more.
About the role
OKX runs a large peer-to-peer (P2P) crypto marketplace: an escrow-protected orderbook where users buy and sell crypto for local fiat through verified liquidity providers, with support for a wide range of local payment methods. The professional liquidity providers who post offers are what keep the marketplace deep and reliable.
You will own the relationship with these key liquidity providers in various markets: supporting partners' operational needs, maintaining marketplace depth and reliability, and improving partner experience. This is a builder's seat: high ownership, frontline, and fast-moving.
What you'll do
Own the P2P liquidity provider programme: monitor marketplace depth and coverage, and improve partner satisfaction and retention
Manage the liquidity-provider programme, tiering frameworks, account management and retention strategies.
Lead the growth strategy and retention funnel with data: build and read funnels, produce recurring analysis, and turn it into decisions.
Contribute to user quality and marketplace health, partnering with the user risk team on high-risk user profiling and dispute reduction. (Growth is the priority; risk exposure is a plus, not a requirement.)
What we're looking for
7+ years in growth, account management or relationship management for high-value users or clients, including team leadership, with a track record of managing partner programmes at scale. Multi-market experience is strongly preferred.
Proven experience managing high-volume client or partner relationships and improving partner engagement and service quality.
Strong data and funnel fluency: owns metrics, runs analysis, steers decisions from data.
High-energy and genuinely hungry: gets on the frontline, has built something 0 to 1, and pushes into harder markets rather than safer ones.
Backgrounds in payments, remittance or fintech are especially relevant. Crypto or digital-currency experience is a plus, not a requirement. Strong operators from large internet and marketplace companies are also welcome.
Working proficiency in English. At least one of the two roles also requires working proficiency in Mandarin (liquidity-provider and stakeholder coverage across Greater China markets).
Nice to have
Experience with fiat on-ramp / off-ramp, cross-border payments, or remittance.
Exposure to emerging markets (Southeast Asia, Africa, LatAm, MENA).
Experience with user-segmentation, high-risk-user filtering, or trust and safety / fraud operations.

WHY WORK AT HIGGSFIELD AI?
Higgsfield AI is the fastest-scaling generative AI company in history, hitting $1B in annual revenue run rate, 25M+ users worldwide, 6M+ generations per day, and powering 390 of Fortune 500 brands. We're building at the absolute frontier of AI-powered video creation and next-generation creative tools. Joining Higgsfield means becoming part of a high-impact team shaping the future of AI-native experiences, at a company that isn't just moving fast, but rewriting what fast looks like.
WHAT THIS ROLE MEANS AT HIGGSFIELD
Right now we treat 25M+ people as one user. The same paywall, the same discount, the same lifecycle email, the same retention effort. And we mostly conclude that a campaign worked by looking at what the people we sent it to did next — which is not the same thing.
This role makes the company act per user, and know what that action was worth.
You own both halves of that: the models that decide who we aim at, and the causal reads that say whether it landed. Who is about to leave. Who will come back on their own without us spending anything. Whose decision a discount actually changes. And what a payer is worth over their life, once the discount, the refunds and the compute they consume are all inside the number.
You make sure:
- Discounts and credit vouchers go to the people whose behaviour they change, and nowhere else
- We know who is about to churn early enough to do something about it — and we know whether the something worked
- Lifetime value is a number we can defend by cohort, by plan and by the discount a cohort was acquired on, not one blended average that hides all three
- Every model and every campaign has a holdout behind it, so we can always state what it is worth in money
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Churn, retention & lifecycle propensity
- Build churn and downgrade prediction for subscribers, and repeat-purchase propensity for one-time credit-pack buyers — two different machines, not one model with a flag on it.
- Know the difference between a model that predicts churn and a model that reduces it. AUC earned by detecting users who already stopped using the product is worth nothing.
- Hunt leakage relentlessly. Cancellation-adjacent features will hand you a beautiful offline number and a useless system.
- Pair every score with an intervention and a holdout. The deliverable is a retained user, not a ranked list.
Uplift modelling & offer targeting
- Own incrementality on everything we aim at a user: discounts, credit vouchers, trials, upgrade prompts, win-back campaigns, retention saves.
- Model uplift, not propensity.Targeting the users most likely to convert spends margin on people who were going to convert anyway; the entire value of this work is finding the users whose decision the offer changes.
- Design the randomized holdouts that make uplift trainable and measurable in the first place, and keep them running permanently — including the ones marketing will ask you to switch off.
- Respect the guardrails. An offer model optimizing conversion alone will happily find the accounts that convert at negative gross margin, and it will find the abuse rings first. Margin and abuse signals are constraints on the objective, not a later cleanup.
- Work with Legal on what may be personalized. Personalized pricing and discounting touches consumer-protection and consent rules in several of our markets — you should want that conversation, not route around it.
Lifetime value & payer economics
- Own LTV: cohort-based, censored honestly, stated on contribution margin rather than gross revenue, and split by plan, segment and acquisition discount.
- Model the parts that actually move it — refunds and chargebacks, credit breakage and expiry, plan migration and downgrades, and the compute an unlimited plan consumes.
- Make it a decision input, not a slide: what we can pay for a user, which discount depth pays back, which plan we should stop selling.
- Keep it current and versioned. A stale LTV curve is worse than no curve, because people act on it.
Experimentation & causal measurement
- Design and read the experiments behind pricing, packaging, offers and lifecycle — with the product analytics team, not in parallel to it.
- Reach for the right tool when a clean experiment is impossible: difference-in-differences, matching, switchback and geo tests, synthetic control — and name the assumption each one is buying.
- Separate "users who do X retain better" from "making users do X improves retention." Every time, out loud.
- Kill your own results. A finding that doesn't survive a second look should die at your hands, not in a board deck.
How we ship
- Own the work end to end: framing the decision, features, training, evaluation, the scored audience landing in the tool that sends the offer, monitoring, retraining.
- Models ship as batch scores and policy rules into lifecycle tooling, the paywall and pricing — plus the readout that says what they earned. There is no real-time serving stack to babysit.
- Monitor for drift. New model launches, price changes, discount campaigns and seasonality all move the ground under a deployed score.
- Write down what each model is worth, in money, and keep that number current.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Experience shipping models that changed what the business did to real users— a targeted campaign, a pricing rule, a retention programme. Notebooks and offline benchmarks are not this.
- Depth in at least two of: churn and propensity modelling, uplift & causal ML, LTV and subscription economics, experimentation at scale.
- Genuine causal literacy: randomized holdouts, incrementality, Qini and uplift curves, selection effects, and why a lift measured before-and-after is usually not a lift.
- Strong SQL and Python: cohorts, funnels and retention on raw event data without help; gradient boosting; and the boring parts — feature pipelines, retraining cadence, a scoring job that runs on a schedule and doesn't rot.
- Understanding of subscription plus one-time purchase mechanics: recurring vs one-off revenue, refunds, plan changes, the deferred value of unspent credits, and why revenue and margin disagree about the same customer.
- Commercial judgment: you name the decision and the metric before you pick the model, and you know when the answer is a rule rather than a model.
- Pragmatism. A segment rule shipped this month that lifts retention beats a two-quarter uplift platform. Then you replace the rule.
- Clear written and spoken English, B2+.
Backgrounds that often do well:
- Growth, retention or monetization data scientists from subscription, gaming, fintech or e-commerce — anywhere offers and churn are modelled with real money attached
- CRM and lifecycle data scientists who owned campaign targetingandits incrementality
- Causal inference and uplift specialists who ship policies rather than papers
- Strong product analysts who moved into modelling and kept the decision instinct
WHAT THIS ROLE IS NOT
This role is not a fit if you:
- Want to train or fine-tune generative video models — that's what our R&D ML Engineer roles do, and they're open
- Want to own a recommender or a serving stack — ranking is not in this role's scope today
- Would target an offer at the users most likely to buy and call it personalization
- Report a lift from a before-and-after comparison, or from comparing the users you targeted to everyone you didn't
- Optimize AUC and hand the score to someone else to work out what to do with it
- Need clean labelled data, a feature store and an experimentation platform to exist before you can start
- Want predictable 9–5 workdays
HIRING PROCESS
We move fast:
- Screening call (30 min)
- Technical interview & case study (1 hour)
- Practical home task (7 days)
- Team interview (60 min)
- Paid on-site trial (1 month)
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive base salary in USD, based on your experience, skills, and the scope of the role.
- Equity participation through the company’s stock option program, giving you the opportunity to share in Higgsfield’s long-term growth.
- Relocation support to Almaty for candidates moving from another city or country.
- A highly collaborative, fast-paced environment where you can work directly with experienced leaders and have a meaningful impact on the product and company.
- Opportunities for professional growth, ownership, and career development as the company scales.
- Company-provided equipment, meals, transportation, or other office benefits.
