The Field Architect role at MinIO is a senior customer-facing technical position focused on defining, validating, and guiding architectures for AI, analytics, cloud-native applications, and large-scale data platforms. You will serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers, partners, and internal teams, translating business and application requirements into robust technical designs that deliver measurable outcomes.
You will collaborate closely with the broader MinIO team through technical discovery, architecture design, proof-of-concept (PoC) delivery, production onboarding, performance validation, and long-term expansion. Object Storage and S3 Expertise:
Serve as a subject matter expert in AIStor, object storage, S3-compatible architectures, distributed systems, replication, erasure coding, security, performance tuning, and large-scale namespace design.
Customer Engagement & PoC Delivery
Customer Technical Advisor:
Build trusted relationships with customer technical stakeholders across data engineering, analytics, AI, infrastructure, platform, security, application, and operations teams. Guide customers toward informed architecture decisions.
PoC Ownership and Delivery:
Plan and conduct customer PoCs from initial scope through final technical review. Agree on success criteria, design and deploy the solution, integrate the required data stack components, build representative use cases, run functional and performance tests, troubleshoot issues, document results, and drive the PoC to a clear outcome and production plan.
Customer Success Beyond the Win:
Partner with Customer Engineering, Product Management, and Engineering to help customers move from PoC to production and expand adoption across additional workloads and teams.
Ecosystem, Enablement & Field Operations
Cloud-Native and Kubernetes Guidance:
Provide technical leadership on Kubernetes, containers, automation, and deployment patterns across private, public, and hybrid cloud environments.
Solution Integration:
Work with customer teams and technology partners to integrate data sources, ingestion and streaming tools, processing and analytics engines, AI platforms, identity systems, observability tools, and infrastructure components.
Technical Presentations and Enablement:
Deliver architecture presentations, whiteboard sessions, demonstrations, workshops, and technical enablement for customers, partners, and internal teams.
RFP, RFI, and Technical Response Support:
Lead or contribute to technical responses covering the full data platform, including architecture, integrations, security, scalability, performance, and operational requirements.
Product Intelligence & Market Expertise
Product and Engineering Feedback:
Capture customer requirements, PoC findings, integration needs, and field feedback. Work with Product and Engineering teams to resolve gaps and inform priorities.
Competitive and Market Expertise:
Stay current on object storage, data lakehouse, AI infrastructure, analytics, Kubernetes, cloud, and competing data platforms. Explain technical differentiation in the context of customer use cases.
Your Skills and Experience:
10+ years of experience in a senior customer-facing technical role such as Field Architect, Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, Systems Engineer, or Technical Consultant.
Hands-on experience designing, integrating, and troubleshooting end-to-end data platforms. This should include several of the following: ingestion, CDC, batch and streaming processing, lakehouse architecture, catalogs, query engines, orchestration, data quality, governance, and AI/analytics workloads.
Demonstrated experience leading customer PoCs, including defining success criteria, deploying and integrating components, validating functionality and performance, resolving technical issues, and presenting results.
Strong understanding of object storage and S3-compatible architectures, including security, replication, data protection, performance, and scale-out design.
Hands-on experience with Linux, networking, storage systems, containers, Kubernetes, and modern data center infrastructure.
Practical experience with relevant data stack technologies, such as Kafka, Debezium, NiFi, Spark, Flink, Trino, Starburst, Iceberg, Delta Lake, or data catalogs. Experience with every listed technology is not required.
Experience designing or supporting AI, machine learning, analytics, lakehouse, or large-scale data pipeline environments.
Experience with public and hybrid cloud environments, including AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI, or private cloud platforms.
Ability to lead technical discovery, design architectures, build demonstrations, analyze performance, troubleshoot integrations, and communicate tradeoffs clearly.
Strong verbal, written, whiteboarding, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate with both technical and executive audiences.
Ability to work collaboratively across customers, partners, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Engineering teams.
Strong customer-success orientation, intellectual curiosity, sense of ownership, and ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-moving environment.
Willingness to travel as needed to support customers, partners, field events, and internal team activities.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field; equivalent practical experience will also be considered.

About the job
Tether Wallet is our self-custodial wallet, built to bring USDT and XAUT directly to the people who rely on Tether every day, especially in markets where access to stable money and savings is hardest. For that to work, getting into these assets has to be simple, fast and affordable. Our goal is to give every Tether Wallet user the best option to exchange any local currency or token into USDT and XAUT, wherever they are.
In this role, you will define and own the strategy for buying and swapping into USDT and XAUT across our target markets. You will work hand in hand with our expansion teams to map the payment landscape in each market: which payment methods people actually use, which card schemes and bank rails dominate, and which on-ramp and swap providers can serve them. Based on that, you will identify the best partner for each market and bring them on board as a service partner of Tether Wallet.
This role sits at the intersection of product, payments and partnerships. You will own the outcome end to end, from the first partner evaluation through integration and the in-app experience to the conversion numbers after launch. If you enjoy turning a fragmented global payments landscape into a buy button that just works, we want to hear from you.
Key responsibilities:
Buy & Swap Strategy: Define and own the strategy and roadmap for buying and swapping into USDT and XAUT in Tether Wallet, covering fiat on-ramps, card payments, local payment methods and token-to-token swaps.
Market & Payment Landscape: Work with our expansion teams to build a deep understanding of each target market, including dominant payment methods, card schemes, bank transfer and instant payment rails, mobile money, local regulation, and the on-ramp and swap providers active there.
Partner Evaluation & Selection: Define clear evaluation criteria such as market and payment method coverage, fees and FX spreads, approval and conversion rates, KYC experience, settlement speed, reliability and compliance standing, and use them to select the best on-ramp or swap partner for each market.
Partner Onboarding: Lead selected partners from evaluation to go-live as service partners of Tether Wallet, coordinating with Legal, Compliance and Business Development on due diligence, commercial terms and contracts.
Integration & Delivery: Translate partner capabilities and APIs into clear product requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria, and work with engineering and design to deliver a seamless in-app buy and swap experience.
Routing & Optimization: Define the logic that decides which partner and payment method a user is offered based on country, currency, amount, price and availability, so every user gets the best available option.
Performance & Partner Management: Define and track KPIs across the buy and swap funnel, such as conversion, payment approval rates, KYC drop-off, total cost to the user and volume by market and partner. Use the data to improve the experience, manage partner performance and incidents, and regularly review whether each market still has the right partner.
Mandatory:
5+ years of product management experience in the financial industry (banking, payment service provider, FinTech)
3+ years of product management experience in DeFi or crypto industry
Good understanding of crypto wallets and DeFi features, including token swaps, DEX aggregators and on-chain transaction flows.
Good understanding of global payment systems and credit card schemes (e.g. Visa, Mastercard), including authorization, 3-D Secure and chargebacks, as well as local payment methods such as bank transfers, instant payment rails and mobile money.
Hands-on experience with fiat on-ramp, off-ramp or swap providers, or with integrating third-party payment providers and gateways into a consumer product.
Proven experience evaluating, selecting and onboarding external partners, and managing their performance after launch.
Working knowledge of KYC/AML requirements and how they affect user onboarding and conversion.
Technical enough to read partner API documentation, assess integration options and work closely with engineering teams.
Data-driven: experience defining funnel KPIs and using data to improve conversion and make partner decisions.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with partners, expansion teams and engineers across time zones in a remote environment.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Product Manager, Growth at Ramp, you’ll drive acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization across our product suite. You’ll identify opportunities to help more businesses discover Ramp, get value from our products, and expand their usage over time.
You’ll work closely with engineers, designers, marketers, and data scientists to develop and execute a growth strategy grounded in customer insight and experimentation. Your scope will include core product experiences and partner-led growth channels, with ownership from identifying an opportunity through launching, measuring, and scaling solutions.
You’ll identify opportunities to use AI to help businesses discover relevant Ramp products, reach value faster, and expand their usage over time. You’ll balance rapid experimentation with the accuracy, transparency, and customer trust required when building financial products.
Please note that this Product Management role will require you to be comfortable with working in-person at one of our NYC or SF offices at least 2 days/week
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Develop and execute a growth product strategy across acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization, helping businesses get more value from Ramp

- Lead the ideation, development, and launch of growth experiences, including AI-powered approaches to onboarding, product discovery, recommendations, and cross-sell
- Partner with engineering, design, marketing, and data science to deliver high-impact initiatives across core product experiences and partner-led growth channels
- Conduct customer research and analyze product metrics and feedback to understand where finance teams encounter friction and identify opportunities to improve adoption
- Define and track growth KPIs, design controlled experiments where feasible, and use results to distinguish incremental impact from underlying trends
- Evaluate AI-powered experiences for both growth impact and quality, including accuracy, relevance, and reliability; balance rapid iteration with safeguards for sensitive financial data, transparency, and customer control
- Turn successful experiments into durable product improvements and contribute to the practices that help Ramp’s product management function scale
WHAT YOU NEED
- BA/BS in mathematics, technical, or analytical field
- Minimum 4 years of product management experience, building technical products from ideation to launch
- Data-Driven Mindset – Fluency in crafting data-driven narratives. You enjoy writing SQL to answer your own questions and thrive on leveraging data to shape and communicate a strategic vision.
- Slope - We value slope over intercept; We’re looking for a high-growth team member who can be a future leader at Ramp
- Leadership & Collaboration – Proven ability to build alignment across cross-functional teams, inspire stakeholders, and lead initiatives from strategy through execution.
- Passion for AI, shown through hands-on building, prototyping, or side projects, and staying current on research and tools.
- Fluency with modern prototyping tools (e.g. Cursor, Codex, Claude Code) and comfort with design/collaboration environments like Figma and Git.

What We Do:
Cybercrime is growing, and more businesses are getting hit by threats that used to target only the biggest organizations. That pushes defenders like us to operate at the highest level, and it deepens our need for good people who want to make a meaningful impact.
Founded in 2015 by former NSA cyber operators, Huntress is a remote-first team working to make enterprise-grade cybersecurity accessible to businesses of all sizes. We work closely with security teams and service providers protecting complex environments, often without the time or headcount to handle it all. That’s why we build our technology in-house and back it with a 24/7 human-led Security Operations Center (SOC). As a result, our platform is never disconnected from the experts who manage it, ensuring our customers' protection.
Huntress now secures more than 6M endpoints and 16M identities worldwide. Those numbers keep growing because more businesses rely on us to help carry the load and operate with more confidence. Every day, you can see that commitment in how we stand with our customers and how we show up for each other.

Ramp is building a dedicated function to drive its partnerships across the AI ecosystem — labs, AI-native companies, and the investor community — and convert those into real technical and commercial outcomes. This is a newly created, high-visibility role that sits at the intersection of strategic business development, product partnership, and ecosystem relationship-building.
Ramp is already embedded with key partners across the AI ecosystem, from working with leading labs on the latest models to serving as a design partner for emerging product capabilities. This role exists to deepen those relationships across every major lab and AI-native company, and turn them into something commercially meaningful.
There is no playbook for this.
This person will own and grow Ramp's most strategic relationships across the AI ecosystem, leading the technical side of those relationships end to end with partner product and engineering teams. The mandate spans product integrations, technical partnership strategy, deal-making, co-selling, and the creation of new revenue channels, pairing real product and engineering depth with commercial execution and ecosystem credibility.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Demonstrate technical depth to lead AI product and integration conversations end to end with partner engineering and product teams.
- Own Ramp's relationships with emerging labs and AI-native companies at a true partnership level — not account management
- Be embedded in the San Francisco AI community and know who is actually driving decisions at the labs, not just what the org chart says
- Convert ecosystem relationships into commercial outcomes — referrals, integrations, co-selling, and new revenue channels
- Do both the business development and product/integration work, combining deal-making with genuine technical engagement
- Stay ahead of how leading AI companies are commercializing and going to market, and help Ramp move with them — and ahead of them
- Represent Ramp externally across the San Francisco AI community: founders, investors, lab leaders, and operators
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- Deep, trusted relationships at leading AI companies with the people who make decisions and influence direction — not just formal contacts
- Commercial outcomes tied to those relationships, including initiatives with measurable revenue potential and smarter product integrations on both sides
- Ramp is known and respected across the San Francisco AI community as a must-know fintech partner
- Ramp keeps pace with — and ideally stays ahead of — how quickly the labs are changing, evolving their go-to-market strategies, and commercializing
- A repeatable business development and product motion built for the AI ecosystem, not a series of one-off partnerships
- An ever-evolving AI partnership strategy that includes sourcing, negotiating, contracting, executing, and growing relationships with leading AI companies
Over the course of a year, success means launching public products, integrations, go-to-market initiatives, and distribution channels with labs and applied AI companies.
Near-term objectives could include inclusion in model-launch announcements and joint product-integration launches. Longer-term goals will incorporate adoption of integrations and revenue targets as distribution partnerships are executed.
Every day will look different, but the work will include meeting with cross-functional stakeholders internally and externally, keeping a pulse on applied AI and the labs, negotiating active contracts, refining and executing Ramp's AI partnership strategy, and helping Ramp get closer to the teams that matter at the top AI companies.
NICE TO HAVES
- The ideal candidate combines two qualities that are hard to find in one person:
ECOSYSTEM CONNECTOR
- Deep personal relationships in the San Francisco AI community — founders, lab leaders, and investors — at a level where people pick up the phone
- Experience working inside or alongside leading AI partners in a way that provides genuine credibility, not just familiarity
- Known and trusted by the venture capital and investor community in AI
COMMERCIAL OPERATOR
- Has built partnerships from zero at a high-growth company and been accountable for commercial outcomes
- Can do the product and business development work simultaneously — technically fluent enough to engage on integrations and commercially sharp enough to close deals
- Has a builder mindset and can design scalable programs, not just one-off relationships
KEY CRITERIA
- Strategic business development — can identify and close partnerships that drive real commercial outcomes
- Technical aptitude — enough depth to hold credible conversations with AI lab and product teams
- Systems thinking — builds scalable programs, not just one-off deals
- Access — personal relationships at the decision-maker level inside labs, AI-native companies, and the investor community
WHY THIS ROLE IS EXCITING
- Ramp's AI partners are among the most influential partners any technology company can have right now. Getting this right matters enormously.
- There is no playbook. Anyone who can do something distinctive here will create a significant advantage — for Ramp and for their own career.
- This is one of the few roles that is genuinely AI-focused at a leading company in AI and technology.
- Ramp is already embedded with leading AI companies and is ahead of the curve in building this function. The groundwork is there.
- Ramp will give this person real runway — not a constrained, narrow mandate.
BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL)
