Here at Humanoid, we believe in a future where robots amplify human potential. That’s why we’ve set out on a mission to build the world’s most capable, commercially-scalable, and safe humanoid robots. We’re bringing that mission to life with HMND‑01 - our rapidly developed humanoid platform being deployed in real industrial environments - and we’re growing the team to take it even further.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer to design and develop advanced humanoid robots. The ideal candidate will have expertise in mechanical design, system integration, and GD&T based on ASME Y14.5, along with experience in optimizing robotic systems for performance and manufacturability.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Develop components for humanoid robots (e.g., frames, actuators, joints) using CAD software, applying GD&T standards (ASME Y14.5) to ensure precision and manufacturability.
- Design robotic linkages and mechanisms with a focus on efficient motion and performance optimization.
- Choose materials and manufacturing methods that balance strength, weight, and cost, ensuring feasibility and reliability.
- Lead the prototyping phase, utilizing tools like 3D printing and CNC machining to validate designs.
- Work with electrical engineers and software developers to integrate mechanical components into robotic systems.
- Ensure designs meet safety standards, conducting risk assessments and applying necessary safety features.
- Perform mechanical testing to verify design performance and durability.
- Produce detailed technical documentation, including drawings, specifications, and BOMs, adhering to GD&T principles.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Strong background in mechanical design, statics, dynamics, and material science.
- Skilled in CAD tools (SolidWorks), with the ability to apply GD&T (ASME Y14.5) to designs.
- Familiarity with manufacturing methods like CNC machining, 3D printing, and injection molding.
- Hands-on experience building and testing prototypes.
- Understanding of safety standards (e.g., ISO 10218) and risk assessment.
- Strong analytical skills to tackle complex engineering challenges.
- Clear verbal and written communication for effective teamwork.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Comprehensive extended health benefits starting on your first day, including fully paid medical and dental, virtual care, employee and family assistance, and worldwide emergency medical support.
- Meaningful time off to rest and recharge: 23 days of annual leave (accrued), 15 days of paid sick leave, and paid company holidays.
- Paid end-of-year shutdown: annual company-wide holiday closure spanning Christmas through New Year’s Day.
- Competitive equity: stock options with meaningful upside as we scale.
- Free daily catered lunch, snacks, and drinks in‑office.
- Collaboration with top‑tier engineers, researchers, and product experts in AI and robotics.
- Freedom to influence the product and own key initiatives.
For this role in Vancouver, the expected base salary range is $110,000 – $150,000 CAD per year; your placement in that range depends on how your experience maps to our internal leveling.
Location: Remote, Global
About the Role
We're looking for a FinOps Data Engineer to help drive cost optimization and cloud financial governance across our AWS infrastructure and GCP footprint. You'll work cross-functionally with Engineering, Finance, and Product to find and ship savings, build the tooling necessary to maximize efficiency of every dollar spent in the cloud, and cultivate a culture of cost awareness across engineering teams. This role owns the data side of that mission: the models, pipelines, and analysis that make cost, usage, and margin numbers trustworthy across the company.
This is a hands-on engineering role, not an analyst seat. You'll do the schlep work other teams don't have time for, digging into a bucket's access pattern, writing the dbt model or Python pipeline that ships the fix, building the cost-vs-revenue mart that answers a margin question once instead of every time, and chasing a number until it reconciles. Strong communication matters as much as technical depth, you'll regularly explain a savings case or a data model's implications to an engineering team, a finance stakeholder, and a leadership audience in the same week.
What You'll Be Responsible For
In this role, you'll:
- Find and ship savings across AWS and GCP: Analyze billing, usage, and cost trends to identify opportunities, rightsizing, storage lifecycle policies, data transfer, and spot/auto-scaling. Take ideas from identification through to a realized dollar figure, not just a recommendation.
- Build and maintain the FinOps data pipeline: Design and run the BigQuery/dbt models that turn raw billing and usage data (CUR, Storage Lens) into reconciled, trustworthy mart tables, the foundation everything else in FinOps is built on.
- Build cost-vs-revenue and customer segmentation models: Model unit economics and margin by product line and customer segment, and extend coverage as new products and segments come online.
- Apply data science to cost and usage data: Build forecasting models, detect anomalies statistically rather than by threshold alone, and quantify savings opportunities (e.g. storage lifecycle, request-cost patterns) with rigor a spreadsheet can't match.
- Build and maintain cost attribution: Tagging policies, cost allocation, and chargeback/showback so engineering teams can see and own their own spend. This is foundational work other savings work depends on.
- Automate cost governance: Build automated cost reporting, anomaly detection, and alerting. Write the scripts and infrastructure-as-code (Python, Terraform, Lambda) that enforce cost policy rather than relying on manual review.
- Partner with engineering on architecture decisions: Bring cost into the room early, cost-efficiencies are cheaper to get right at design than to retrofit.
- Work with Finance on forecasting and reporting: Support budget tracking and financial KPIs; build dashboards and self-serve analytics engineering and finance can both read.
You Might Be a Good Fit If You
- Have strong AWS expertise and working GCP knowledge, including pricing models, billing structures, and cost optimization mechanics.
- Have data engineering depth: dbt, BigQuery (or an equivalent modern warehouse), SQL at scale, and data modeling for analytics (dimensional modeling, incremental models, testing).
- Have data science fundamentals: statistical forecasting, anomaly detection, and experimentation, and know when a rigorous model beats a rule of thumb.
- Have automation and scripting skills: Python, Terraform/ pulumi, Lambda, or Bash.
- Are comfortable with cost/billing tooling: AWS Cost Explorer, Cost & Usage Reports, GCP Billing Reports, and BI/dashboarding (we use Hex).
- Have experience with, or are comfortable picking up, Linear and Notion as the system of record for tracking and documenting FinOps work.
- Experience with a dedicated cloud cost management platform (e.g. CloudZero, Vantage, or similar) is a plus, not required.
- Can analyze cost data and present it clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Have prior experience spanning data analytics, data engineering, or data science in a FinOps, cloud cost management, or cloud governance context.
- Are energized by doing the unglamorous, high-leverage work (the schlep) that unblocks other teams, and by working cross-functionally without positional authority.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Fully Remote
We hire globally. We believe you can do your best work from anywhere. There are no Supabase offices, but we provide a WeWork membership or co-working allowance you can use anywhere in the world.

- Annual Off-Sites

- Flexible Work
We operate asynchronously and trust you to manage your own time. You know what needs to be done and when.

Every team member receives an annual education allowance to spend on learning—courses, books, conferences, or anything that supports your growth.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll manage and grow a team of GRC professionals while staying close to the programs, infrastructure, audits, and cross-functional relationships needed to both protect and enable the business.
If you're a strategist and team builder who is excited to scale Figma's GRC program in a rapidly evolving environment, we'd love to hear from you!
This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
What you'll do at Figma:

Partner with Sales, Legal, and Customer Trust on security questionnaires, customer audits, contracts, and trust-related communications that support the sales lifecycle
Scale enterprise risk reporting and report on program health, risk posture, and audit readiness to executive and board-level audiences
We'd love to hear from you if you have:

Deep, hands-on experience with frameworks such as SOC 2 and ISO 27001, including leading programs through multiple audit cycles
A track record of building GRC programs from the ground up or scaling them through high-growth stages, ideally at a SaaS or platform company, including experience operating in a public company environment with SOX ITGC requirements
Executive presence and exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated ability to build cross-functional partnerships across Security, Legal, IT, Sales, and Engineering and translate technical risk into business terms for executives, the board, and customers
Experience implementing compliance programs for emerging products, including AI-enabled products, with a strong understanding of cloud-based technologies and their GRC implications, and a builder's mindset comfortable with ambiguity as the program scales
While it's not required, it's an added plus if you also have:
Supported FedRAMP authorization, SSP development, 3PAO coordination, or continuous monitoring activities
Experience with global privacy and data protection regulations, such as GDPR or NIS2

Figma is growing our team of passionate creatives and builders on a mission to make design accessible to all. Figma’s platform helps teams bring ideas to life—whether you're brainstorming, creating a prototype, translating designs into code, or iterating with AI. From idea to product, Figma empowers teams to streamline workflows, move faster, and work together in real time from anywhere in the world. If you're excited to shape the future of design and collaboration, join us!
Order Management sits at the center of how Figma turns contracts into revenue — every deal our Sales team closes passes through this team before it's invoiced. As part of the Revenue Operations team within Accounting, we own order form review, invoicing, and billing support for Sales and Support for a global customer base. As Figma grows, we're building the order-to-cash process for what comes next, and this role is a builder's seat: you'll take on our most complex orders while helping shape how orders get processed, reviewed, and automated as we scale.
This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
What you'll do at Figma:
Own the order process end to end — from contract review and order entry through to invoicing — processing orders accurately and within SLA, including our most complex work with validation for completeness, accuracy and policy compliance
Serve as a go-to resource for Sales and Support on billing and invoicing questions, and partner with cross functional partners to investigate discrepancies and booking blockers across systems — following up to conclusion
Detail-review routine orders processed by other analysts and our BPO partners, identifying error patterns and driving them to resolution
Play a key role in UAT for new products, SKUs, pricing models, and billing system releases — writing and executing test scripts, running end-to-end tests from order through billing, documenting bugs clearly, and working with cross functional partners to resolve
Support month-end and quarter-end close, including reconciliations, accruals, and data integrity across systems, while maintaining SOX controls, audit documentation, and the SOPs and test cases your areas run on
Take ownership of ad-hoc projects related to process improvement, system upgrades, or controls enhancements across the order-to-cash lifecycle
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
3+ years of experience in order management, order-to-cash, billing operations, or revenue operations at a SaaS company
Hands-on experience with Salesforce (RLM or CPQ), an ERP such as NetSuite, and a payment processor such as Stripe
Clear understanding of how order entry decisions flow downstream into billing and revenue
Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills — pivots, XLOOKUP, reconciling large datasets across systems — and comfort with data query tools
Exceptional attention to detail and a track record of producing quality work under quarter-end pressure, with excellent written and verbal communication across finance and non-finance audiences
At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. If you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with the points outlined in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.

About the role
We’re looking for an experienced, motivated Enterprise Account Executive to drive ElevenLabs’ growth across Healthcare: the health systems, hospitals, clinics, health plans, and life sciences companies people trust with their health and their families’ care. These organizations win or lose on trust and access at massive scale, under some of the most demanding regulatory standards anywhere.
Our ideal candidate learns fast, closes well from a warm introduction, and is passionate about AI voice technology. You’ll act as a strategic partner to organizations reimagining how they serve patients, members, and clinicians, safely and at scale.
In this role you will:
- Focus on prospecting and landing net-new customers to expand the market footprint that ElevenLabs has in the Healthcare industry
- Balance a diverse pipeline of large health systems that require a white-glove experience with community hospitals, clinics, and regional providers that require speed to close
- Identify where conversational AI can drive growth, automation, or cost efficiency in patient-facing and internal workflows, such as scheduling and reminders, after-hours coverage, benefits and claims status, patient intake and outreach, and HCP support
- Stay current on the conversational AI landscape, including competitive solutions, build-vs-buy dynamics, and emerging trends in healthcare AI governance
- Develop and execute account strategies across the whole buying group (Patient Access and Contact Center Operations, Digital and Product, IT and Clinical Informatics, and Compliance, Privacy, Legal, and InfoSec), landing with one high-impact use case and expanding across facilities and service lines
- Partner closely with Forward Deployed Engineers to solution high-impact use cases, manage a successful Proof of Value, scope integrations with the EHR, claims, and telephony systems customers already run, and set them up to scale in production
- Partner closely with Legal teams to drive strategic, fast-moving negotiations, including BAAs
- Serve as a trusted advisor on generative AI and voice, and share what you learn in the field to sharpen our Healthcare positioning, messaging, and references
Requirements
- 7+ years of quota-carrying enterprise sales experience in SaaS or technology, ideally with exposure to AI, generative AI, LLM-based products, or API-driven platforms
- Healthcare experience (health systems, hospitals, payers, life sciences, health tech) is preferred but not required. We weigh demonstrated adaptability and fast ramp in a new industry heavily
- Proven success closing six-and-seven figure deals and managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Proven ability to take a warm introduction through discovery, Proof of Value, and procurement to close
- Experience selling to both technical buyers (IT, product, and engineering) and business buyers (patient access, operations, digital), and to privacy and compliance gatekeepers, translating complex technology into business value
- Adept at deeply understanding a customer’s business and translating ElevenLabs’ capabilities into solutions that deliver against their needs
- Proficient in enterprise procurement, security review, and legal processes, including HIPAA, BAAs, and PHI data protection reviews, and able to work autonomously as a cross-functional partner
- Strong executive presence, the ability to build relationships with senior executives, and willingness to travel frequently for onsite client visits and conferences
- High EQ, self-aware, and curious. Low ego and hands-on, comfortable running your own prospecting and deals
- Comfort in an early-stage, high-growth environment, where ambiguity is the norm and the state of play changes rapidly
- Passion for voice and conversational AI and how it can unlock transformative value for customers

About the role
We’re looking for an experienced, motivated Enterprise Account Executive to drive ElevenLabs’ growth across Financial Services: the banks, credit unions, insurers, lenders, and wealth managers people trust with their money, their families, and their futures. These institutions win or lose on trust and service at massive scale, under some of the most demanding regulatory standards anywhere. Their customers increasingly expect to talk, not type, whether they’re checking a balance, disputing a charge, filing a claim, or asking about a loan.
Our ideal candidate learns fast, closes well from a warm introduction, and is passionate about AI voice technology. You’ll act as a strategic partner to institutions reimagining how they serve, sell to, and sound to their customers, safely and at scale.
In this role you will:
- Focus on prospecting and landing net-new customers to expand the market footprint that ElevenLabs has in the financial services industry.
- Be able to balance a diverse pipeline of large financial institutions who require white glove experience with medium sized regional clients who require speed to close
- Identify where conversational AI can drive growth, automation, or cost efficiency in customer-facing and internal workflows. Our public use cases include account inquiries, payment support, fraud triage, loan origination, claims processing, collections, and compliance verification. Others include caller verification, onboarding, policy servicing and renewals, and contact center coaching
- Stay current on the conversational AI landscape, including competitive solutions, build-vs-buy dynamics, and emerging trends in AI governance and model risk
- Develop and execute account strategies across the whole buying group (CX and Contact Center Operations, Digital and Product, Technology, and Risk, Compliance, Legal, and InfoSec), landing with one high-impact use case and expanding across lines of business
- Partner closely with Forward Deployed Engineers to solution high-impact use cases, manage a successful Proof of Value, guide customers through model-risk, security, and architecture review, and set them up to scale in production
- Partner closely with Legal teams to drive strategic, fast-moving negotiations
- Serve as a trusted advisor on generative AI and voice, and share what you learn in the field to sharpen our Financial Services positioning, messaging, and references
Requirements
- At least 7+ years of quota-carrying enterprise sales experience in SaaS or technology, ideally with exposure to AI, generative AI, LLM-based products, or API-driven platforms
- Financial services experience (banks, credit unions, insurers, lenders, payments) is preferred but not required. We weigh demonstrated adaptability and fast ramp in a new industry heavily
- Proven success closing [six- and seven-figure] deals and managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Proven ability to take a warm introduction through discovery, Proof of Value, and procurement to close
- Experience selling to both technical buyers (product and engineering) and business buyers (CX, operations, digital), and to risk and compliance gatekeepers, translating complex technology into business value
- Adept at deeply understanding a customer’s business and translating ElevenLabs’ capabilities into solutions that deliver against their needs
- Proficient in enterprise procurement, security review, and legal processes, including regulated-industry vendor risk, model risk, and data protection reviews, and able to work autonomously as a cross-functional partner
- Strong executive presence, the ability to build relationships with senior executives, and willingness to travel frequently for onsite client visits and conferences
- High EQ, self-aware, and curious. Low ego and hands-on, comfortable running your own prospecting and deals

About the role:
You’ll define, document, and ship the financial logic behind Salmon’s platform — GL structure, postings, fees, and product accounting — as a Systems Analyst in Accounting & Core Engineering.
What you’ll do:
- Translate financial processes (GL, postings, fees, product rules) into technical specs that development teams build from directly

- Run implementation from spec to production, with testing, acceptance, and release control alongside finance, product, and IT
What you’ll own:
- Requirements and specs for accounting processes and financial systems, written as user stories development teams can act on directly
- Posting logic, GL structures, and fee mechanics for new and existing products
- Analysis and documentation of systems with incomplete or missing documentation — you establish what exists before defining what needs to change
- Alignment across finance, product, and engineering, including conflicts between business logic and technical constraints
- Testing and acceptance, and every task through to production release
What makes you a strong fit:
- 2–3+ years as a System or Business Analyst, including work with financial systems or financial processes
- Solid understanding of accounting principles, including the general ledger
- Proven decomposition and system analysis skills: you can map complex processes and find what’s missing
- Experience coordinating requirements across multiple teams and stakeholders
- Working knowledge of APIs, queues, and data exchange patterns; you read logs and use data to analyze issues
- English B2 or above
What we offer:
Ownership and flexibility
- Stock option plan — four-year vesting with a 25% cliff after the first year
- Fully remote work with core collaboration hours from 12:00 to 6:00 PM Manila time (UTC+8)

Growth and team experience
- Opportunities to learn and share your expertise through internal expert meetups, external conferences, speaking opportunities, and industry publications
- Company-sponsored trips to Manila to meet and work with your team in person
- High-performing teams can earn a dedicated beach house week in Southeast Asia
