Location: Budapest, Hungary About Wolt At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe. Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life. About the Team Wolt's Shared Service Center in Budapest is home to a team of 40 people who keep our operations running across markets. Ten of them focus on one mission: getting German merchants to live on Wolt quickly and correctly. They own the onboarding journey from the moment a partner signs to the day they start receiving orders. Now we're looking for someone to lead them. As Onboarding Team Lead, you'll be based in Budapest and work closely with our Onboarding Operations team in Germany, reporting to the Global Head of Business Process Outsourcing Management. You'll lead a team of 12 FTE, own the German onboarding pipeline, and make sure every partner gets a smooth, high-quality start on Wolt. The team is experienced and established, and it's ready for a leader who can raise the bar on speed, quality and process, while being its biggest advocate. What you’ll be doing You'll be responsible for how quickly and how well German merchants are onboarded onto Wolt. That means leading the people, owning the pipeline, and keeping a close eye on the numbers. You'll build a solid understanding of the full onboarding landscape, including POS integrations, gear workflows, commission changes and offboarding. You'll also be the go-to person when things get stuck. Day-to-day in this role you’ll: Lead, coach and develop a team of 12 FTE onboarding specialists, support them daily, and spot knowledge gaps and training needs. Own the onboarding pipeline so it always reflects reality. New venues are assigned the same day, follow-ups and on-hold reasons stay up to date, and stalled cases get escalated or offboarded instead of left open. Track the team's key onboarding KPIs, such as time to onboard and new live venues, so you always know where the team stands and can flag deviations early. Work with Sales, Account Management, Product and the Onboarding Operations team in Germany to escalate blockers early and improve how we onboard. Keep data quality high by validating issues yourself before escalating, sharing bug reports daily, and making sure partner information is accurate and complete. Plan team capacity ahead of holidays, business trips and short weeks so no partner is ever left without an owner. Our humble expectations You have at least 2 years of experience leading a team of 8 or more people, including setting clear performance expectations and following up on them. You have 3+ years of experience in operations in a fast-paced environment such as a marketplace, e-commerce or a shared service center. You're fluent in both German and English, written and spoken, because you'll work daily with German partners and stakeholders. You're comfortable working with data and use KPIs and dashboards to understand performance and make decisions. You're structured and detail-oriented, and you keep pipelines, timelines and data accurate without being chased. You take ownership, spot opportunities to improve processes, and drive changes independently. What we offer A key leadership role shaping how merchants in one of Wolt's biggest markets join the platform. A team that's already up and running, so you can focus on raising the bar rather than starting from scratch. Close collaboration with teams across Germany and Budapest, plus visibility across Sales, Account Management and Product. Career growth opportunities in a fast-growing company, backed by comprehensive internal training. Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion We’re committed to growing and empowering a more inclusive community within our company, industry, and cities. That’s why we hire and cultivate diverse teams of people from all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. We believe that true innovation happens when everyone has room at the table and the tools, resources, and opportunity to excel. Beware of recruitment scams: DoorDash, Deliveroo, and Wolt will never ask you to pay money or share sensitive financial information during hiring — learn more about our legitimate recruiting process at Recruitment Scam Awareness - DoorDash .

Location: Remote About GiveDirectly What if the most effective way to fight poverty was also the simplest: give people money and trust them to decide what they need? Since 2011, GiveDirectly has proven that idea at scale. We’ve delivered more than $1B in cash directly to 2+ million people living in poverty and crisis across 15 countries, and rigorous research shows the results: healthier kids, stronger businesses, sturdier homes, and more resilient families and local economies. Cash is now widely recognized as one of the most scalable, cost-effective, and dignified forms of aid. Our ambition goes beyond our own programs. We want cash to become the benchmark for aid, much as the index fund became the benchmark for investing, so that every aid dollar is held to one question: is this doing more good than giving the money directly to people living in poverty? We’re growing fast, and this is a rare and important moment to join. We expect to hit $1B in revenue in 2026 with significant growth forecast for 2027. At the same time we are building a new technology stack and operating model designed for a roughly 10x change in scale, and we are actively pursuing partnerships with major funders to move even more money in bigger ways, to people who need it. We are known for our extensive integration of technology into field processes; our quantitative approach to performance measurement; and our commitment to rigorous, independent, experimental evaluation of our impact, with multiple Randomized Control Trials completed and others in progress. How we work Our team spans 20+ countries and 69 languages. Our culture is candid, analytical, and non-hierarchical. We expect high ownership and give people real responsibility early. Our values are central to how we hire, work, and grow, and they are deliberately opinionated: Recipients first. Recipients’ preferences come before those of donors or ourselves. Team next. We optimize for organizational success, not individual success. Be proactively candid. We say what we believe and share information openly. Create positive energy. We aim to be a source of energy for colleagues, not a drain. Think rigorously; act quickly. We reason from first principles, then act rather than debate. Know yourself and grow. We own our imperfections and seek feedback to grow. Accept reality. Propose solutions. We focus on what can change and bring solutions, not just problems. Be productively ambitious. We take risks for step-change impact, not incremental progress. If they describe how you like to work and they energize you, this could be a great fit. Want to learn more? Read and listen: We are one of Time100’s Most Influential Companies of 2026, and our work has been covered by The Economist , NPR , TED , and The Washington Post . We're now preparing to deliver billions of dollars a year to people in extreme poverty, if funding allows. Read our CEO's essay on what that will take. About this role GiveDirectly has delivered more than $1B in cash directly to more than 2 million people living in poverty across 15 countries. We believe cash transfers are one of the most scalable, cost-effective, and dignified forms of aid, with the research to back it up. We are growing at an unprecedented scale. By the end of 2027, we will have more than tripled dollars delivered via our current playbook to $750M+, while building toward a step-change of roughly 10x on a new technology stack and operating model. We also believe that we could deliver significant incremental money through external partnerships, whether by sourcing verified lists from an institutional partner like UNHCR, subgranting to partners with existing distribution capacity, or routing funds directly through an established remittance provider. To evaluate and advance these external opportunities to increase our delivery capacity, we are building a lean internal consulting team. In this role, you will work with high autonomy to elaborate a comprehensive set of options and rigorously evaluate, prioritize, and implement them. You will report to the Chief of Staff and work directly with our Executive team, Country Directors, and external partners. The work is in an early stage, the mandate is wide, and the recommendations you make have the potential to influence delivery of hundreds of millions of dollars. This role is especially well suited to structured problem-solvers with Director or Team Lead-level experience in consulting, strategy, or operations, in business or social impact contexts. This role is funded through the end of 2027, deliberately matched to the window in which these decisions need to be made. We see a strong case for it to become a permanent function beyond that. What you'll do Build and prioritize a portfolio of options . Generate a comprehensive set of external pathways to increase delivery capacity, from institutional data partnerships to outsourced delivery to telco and payment provider arrangements, and rank them on scale, speed, feasibility, and what it would cost us to pursue them. Pressure test opportunities to a clear verdict . Run primary diligence on the options that warrant it, including direct engagement with potential partners, regulators, and counsel, and reach a defensible recommendation to advance or stop. Advance one or two priorities from evaluation into implementation . Take the opportunities we select from recommendation through to a live pilot, holding the counterparty relationship and coordinating the cross-functional internal work required to deliver. Define and run competitive solicitations . Articulate what we need from a partner precisely enough to publish an RFP (or similar), set selection criteria, and manage and evaluate the responses. Negotiate with institutional counterparties . Lead engagement with UN agencies, INGOs, mobile network operators, and government bodies, from first contact through to signed agreement. Equip Executive decision-making . Produce the analysis and written recommendations that let the Executive team decide where to commit money and capacity. What we're looking for A driven, disciplined explorer of unfamiliar territory. You have personally taken a mandate as broad as "find us more ways to deliver” and turned it into a short list of options you pressure tested until you arrived at a recommendation. You translate ambiguous ideas into clear strategies with milestones and success metrics. You have done this with no playbook and no team assigned to you. Your work influenced high-stakes strategic decisions. Strong analytical instincts. You are adept at using data to generate insights and drive decision-making. You can build comparable estimates for structurally different options, and show what would have to be true for each one to work. A negotiator who uses leverage intelligently. You can assess what an institution's incentives and compliance requirements will allow. You position opportunities for collaboration shrewdly, distinguish a difficult but workable partnership from one that will not advance, and judge when to persist, change your approach, or walk away. A clear, direct communicator. You cut through complexity and influence senior stakeholders with concise, well-structured thinking. Your recommendations lead with what you think we should do, name the assumptions they depend on, and state what further work would test them. Embody and set an example for GD values. We take our values incredibly seriously, and expect the people who represent us externally to embody them in all aspects of their work. Additional areas we’re interested in, though not required Experience with humanitarian or institutional donors, particularly UN agencies and INGO consortia; mobile money, telco, or payments partnerships; grantmaking, organizational due diligence, or cost-effectiveness assessments; running challenge funds or competitive solicitations; negotiating data-sharing and data-protection agreements; and operating in low-income or infrastructure-constrained markets. Compensation The salaries shown below represent annual rates for our common hiring locations. This is a term-limited role through December 2027, so the figure reflects the annualized pay rate, not a guaranteed total over the term. The figure below is also based on external & internal benchmarks, but will be ultimately approved by the hiring manager. Location: Hybrid - San Francisco About Vercel: Vercel is the agentic infrastructure company, freeing people and agents to ship what's next. For more than a decade we've helped builders move from idea to production with speed, security, and exceptional developer experience. Now we're scaling our products for both agents and people to ship and run software, built in the open and trusted by OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide. About the role We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Product team. You will own Software Factory, a new product area that puts AI agents on every stage of the development loop — triaging an issue, planning it, writing the code, and checking the result — while keeping people on the judgment calls. Human time and human attention have become the bottleneck, and the opportunity is to move towards automation of continuous software maintenance and improvement. You will define how agents help fix bugs, implement features, improve performance, mitigate security issues, improve code quality, and increase test coverage. You will report to the Product Lead and will be located in San Francisco, CA (hybrid). If you’re based within a pre-determined commuting distance of one of our offices (SF, NY, London, or Berlin), the role includes in-office anchor days on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday. If you're located beyond that distance, the role is fully remote. For location-specific details, please connect with our recruiting team. What you'll do Own the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for Software Factory. Define the workflow model — how work moves through classification, analysis, implementation, and review, and where the handoff back to a person belongs Own the trust and quality bar: evals, verification, retry behavior, and what the factory is permitted to touch without human approval Define how factories integrate with where engineering work already lives, including GitHub and Linear, and with agent harnesses such as Codex and Claude Code, as well as new dedicated surfaces for interacting with factory agents. Shape the memory and context model that lets a factory accumulate real knowledge of a repository over time Work directly with design partners and Enterprise customers adopting factories against their own codebases What you need You've worked on developer tooling products, ideally CI/CD, code review, developer productivity, or AI coding tools You have deep hands-on experience with coding agents and a substantiated point of view on where they succeed and where they fail today You have the technical depth to reason about agent orchestration, evals, context management, and sandboxed execution You have owned a platform area that other product teams build on, and set technical direction others adopted You have experience with products whose output is probabilistic, including defining acceptance bars and measuring quality over time You have experience working directly with design partners or Enterprise customers on adopting new engineering workflows Bonus if you Have worked on multi-agent systems or agent orchestrators. Have worked on evals or systematic measurement of AI output quality Have worked on products adopted bottom-up by individual developers before spreading to teams Have run or operated a large open-source project Compensation & Benefits: Competitive compensation package, including equity. Inclusive Healthcare Package. Learn and Grow - we provide mentorship and send you to events that help you build your network and skills. Flexible Time Off. We will provide you the gear you need to do your role, and a WFH budget for you to outfit your space as needed. The San Francisco, CA base pay range for this role is $208,000 - $312,000. Actual salary will be based on job-related skills, experience, and location. Compensation outside of San Francisco may be adjusted based on employee location. The total compensation package may include benefits, equity-based compensation, and eligibility for a company bonus or variable pay program depending on the role. Your recruiter can share more details during the hiring process. Disclosures: Privacy: Please review our Job Applicant Privacy Policy for more information on how we handle your data. Equal Opportunity: Vercel is committed to fostering and empowering an inclusive community within our organization. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, gender expression or identity, sexual orientation, national origin, citizenship, age, marital status, veteran status, disability status, or any other characteristic protected by law. About the Role We are hiring a Staff Software Engineer to own the smart wallet and account abstraction layer of XsollaZK, Xsolla's Web3 platform on a zkSync-based L2. This is an individual contributor role with a large technical scope. You are the technical anchor for how millions of players get an on-chain account they never have to think about. The product. Every player who signs in with Xsolla ID receives a deterministic, non-custodial smart account. The account is derived from their identity claim, is identical on every device, and its private keys never leave the client. It is not a separate wallet screen: it is the player's inventory. It backs: minting and gifting; trading on our Bazaar marketplace; Merkle-based reward airdrops; gas sponsorship; an in-app dApp browser that exposes the same signer to third-party applications through an EIP-1193 provider. Responsibilities The technical strategy and architecture of the smart wallet platform: account model, signing, session management and gas abstraction at scale The smart account and permissioning model, evolved to meet both product and compliance needs The security model where our signer meets third-party applications: what a player is actually approving, and proof that the UI shows it The custody and recovery roadmap, from today's interim mechanisms (including raw key export) to MPC -based custody Cross-team technical decisions on account architecture, SDK contracts, data modeling and platform reliability, with buy-in from the wallet, marketplace, SDK, mobile and security teams Engineering standards in the Web3 domain Production escalations in the wallet and account abstraction domain WHAT YOU WILL DO Design and evolve the ERC -4337 user operation lifecycle (prepare → sign → submit → confirm), EIP -7702 delegation, deterministic address derivation from identity, and the session-key and permission primitives (including origin-bound Smart Sessions) that let players act without a prompt on every transaction Set the paymaster and gas-sponsorship strategy: what we sponsor, how we meter and cap it, how we defend it from abuse, and how it degrades when sponsorship is unavailable Define EIP -1193 / EIP -6963 provider behavior, origin-bound and policy-versioned sessions, trust tiers, and the transaction and signature confirmation flow Design recovery paths (passkeys, guardians, social recovery) that a non-crypto-native player can complete without losing assets Identify systemic risks (key management, signature phishing, reorgs and indexer staleness, bundler and RPC dependencies, contract upgrade paths) and lead initiatives that resolve them before they become incidents Write RFCs and design docs; review critical code, contracts and designs Work with product, security, legal and infra teams to align on the roadmap and turn business and regulatory needs into well-scoped technical plans Create leverage for the engineering org through documentation, tooling and mentorship Serve as the escalation point for complex production issues: a stuck user operation, a drained paymaster, a signing prompt a player didn't understand Set up and maintain AI tooling in the repositories (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor: rules, context, harness) so the team uses it effectively REQUIRED Experience 8+ years of engineering in the Ethereum ecosystem working with crypto wallets and smart wallets Designing or operating a production smart wallet or account abstraction system serving real users and real value Shipping and operating systems where a bug meant lost funds. You can talk concretely about the guardrails, reviews and rollback paths you put in place Account abstraction and smart wallets ERC -4337 in depth: EntryPoint (v0.6 through v0.8), the UserOperation lifecycle, bundler and paymaster roles, validation rules ( ERC -7562), gas estimation and its failure modes, counterfactual deployment, signature validation for undeployed accounts ( ERC -6492) EIP -7702 and the post-Pectra landscape: EOA delegation, its interaction with EntryPoint v0.8, and the risks it introduces (residual key authority, delegation phishing, storage collisions) Building on or extending production smart account implementations; modular account standards ( ERC -7579 / ERC -6900) Session keys and delegated permissions: scoped, time-limited, policy-bound authority; TTLs and contract allowlists, origin binding, permission revocation; ERC -7710 / ERC -7715 Signature schemes and wallet interfaces: EIP -712 typed data, ERC -1271 contract signatures, WebAuthn / passkey (P-256) signers; EIP -1193, EIP -6963, EIP -5792 batched calls, ERC -7677 paymaster interfaces Smart contracts and EVM Solidity and the EVM : reading, reviewing and writing account, paymaster and module contracts; gas-aware design; upgradeability and migration patterns; working effectively with external auditors L2 specifics and their effect on wallet design: native account abstraction on zkSync-family chains, transaction and fee models, finality and reorg behavior, RPC and indexer semantics Backend Go: idiomatic code, concurrency patterns, performance profiling TypeScript and SDK design: client-side SDK surfaces that internal and external teams build on Distributed systems and their trade-offs (consistency, availability, failure modes); reconciling off-chain state against an authoritative on-chain result Data and infrastructure PostgreSQL: schema design, query optimization, migrations at scale Kubernetes: deploying, operating and debugging services Asynchronous messaging and event-driven design (Kafka or NATS ): consumer groups, at-least-once delivery Git, CI/CD Security Key management in production: platform secure storage (Keychain / Keystore), HSMs, MPC or threshold signing, and the operational discipline around each Wallet threat modeling: signature and delegation phishing, malicious dApp origins, replay and cross-chain replay, token approval abuse, paymaster griefing and DoS Leadership Leading multi-quarter technical initiatives across teams Influencing architecture and standards beyond your immediate team RFCs and design docs that stand on their own and are actionable without you in the room AI-assisted engineering Daily hands-on use of AI coding tools (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor) for development and review, including configuring them for a repository English English at C1 level Nice to Have Hands-on experience with ZK Stack and zk -rollups Hands-on experience with embedded and ecosystem wallet and AA infrastructure technologies (thirdweb, Privy, Dynamic, Turnkey, Pimlico, Alchemy, Biconomy, ZeroDev, Safe{Core}), with clear views on build versus buy MPC / threshold custody, social recovery or guardian-based recovery in a consumer product NFT and token infrastructure at scale: ERC -721 / ERC -1155 / ERC -20 mechanics, marketplace contracts, Merkle-based airdrop and claim distribution, chain indexing services Contributions to open-source wallet, security or identity projects, including authoring or reviewing ERC / EIP standards Compliance requirements for crypto consumer products: KYC / AML , geofencing, MiCA , SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR data minimization, audit logging Identity and auth integration for wallet derivation: OAuth 2.0 / OIDC , JWT verification, token scoping Platform or infrastructure engineering: building systems other engineers build on Owning a mobile wallet surface: React Native / Expo, WebView provider injection, native signing UI Gaming industry experience: platforms for game developers, publishers or players How We Work Decisions in writing. Significant technical decisions are written up as an RFC or ADR that lays out the options and trade-offs. We work across time zones, so a design has to stand on its own. AI is part of everyday engineering. We use AI coding tools for development and review, and we treat configuring them for a codebase as real engineering work. HOW WE HIRE Intro call. As Application Security Architect, you will be the senior design authority for the security of these products. You will set the direction for how we secure software at scale: you will own secure-by-design patterns and standards, lead threat modelling and architecture reviews, and define the application security baseline that engineering teams build against. Working closely with the Product Security team and the Director of Product Security, you will guide AppSec processes and set the vision for your area without direct line management. You will treat security as a shared outcome rather than a gate, balancing strong protection with developer experience and delivery speed, and you will earn adoption through enablement rather than mandates. Responsibilities: Security Architecture & Standards: Define and maintain secure-by-default reference architectures for common patterns: web apps, mobile backends, microservices, public and partner APIs, and event-driven services Own core application security architecture decisions: authentication and authorisation, session management, API security, secrets management, multi-tenant isolation, and security logging and auditing Lead the redesign of user authentication and the delivery of security features into the product Develop and roll out application security standards, secure-coding guidelines, configuration standards, reusable design patterns, and architecture decision records (ADRs) that engineers can apply without a security expert in the room Define internal policies for the safe use of AI-assisted and vibe-coding tools Define security requirements for acquired technology and guide its secure integration Threat Modelling & Design Review: Establish and run a threat-modelling operating model, covering scope, cadence, templates, and facilitation, proportionate to each product's risk tier Own the security review stage of the new product approval process, covering architecture design and configuration Lead design reviews for high-impact initiatives: new products, new auth flows, payment and sensitive-data flows, platform migrations, and major refactors Identify design-level risks and agree practical, prioritised mitigations with engineering teams Secure SDLC, DevSecOps & Supply Chain: Assess the current state of application security, propose improvements, and drive the secure SDLC strategy with Engineering and Security leadership Oversee AppSec processes and own the tooling strategy (SAST, DAST, IAST, SCA, and secrets scanning), including how findings flow back to engineering Embed security controls as guardrails in CI/CD through policy-as-code, with agreed enforcement and escalation paths Partner with DevOps to organise repository management and prevent supply-chain attacks, covering safe component usage, dependency management, SBOMs, and build integrity Improve the security of our internal tools Requirements: Experience: 8+ years in technology, including 5+ years in a dedicated application or product security role, with a strong engineering background and hands-on architecture or design ownership Proven track record creating, documenting, and rolling out security standards, patterns, and best practices across a complex engineering organisation Deep, demonstrable threat-modelling experience across product portfolios Technical: Experience designing and implementing a secure SDLC in a cloud-native environment. Strong AWS knowledge is required, and exposure to GCP or other clouds is welcome Strong command of OWASP standards (Top 10, ASVS) and DevSecOps practice, including AppSec tooling (SAST, DAST, IAST, SCA, secrets scanning) and vulnerability management Deep understanding of modern distributed architectures: microservices, REST and GraphQL APIs, event-driven systems, OAuth2/OIDC, and containerised workloads (Docker, Kubernetes). You should be able to reason about their trust boundaries, attack surface, and data flows across web and mobile clients Collaboration: Exceptional ability to influence and align engineering teams without direct authority, and to brief both engineers and executives Pragmatism and strategic thinking: you balance the ideal with the achievable, protect delivery throughput, and turn long-term direction into an actionable plan Clear written communication through diagrams, ADRs, and patterns, plus a track record of mentoring and cross-functional collaboration Nice to have: Experience in fintech, trading, brokerage, or another regulated environment Awareness of relevant regulatory and compliance drivers: FCA and CySEC operational resilience, GDPR, and PCI DSS Software supply-chain security, including SBOMs and artifact and build integrity Experience securing AI-integrated product features, or using AI to scale an AppSec programme Experience building or running a Security Champions programme CSSLP, GIAC GDSA, or a hands-on offensive security certification. Certifications are valued but secondary to demonstrated experience What you'll get in return: You will join the company, that cares about work and life balance Annual Bonus based on the performance review cycle Generous Annual Leave Policy Medical Insurance and Pension fund, with additional benefit packages based on the location Hybrid working model (3 days from our modern office and 2 days fully remotely) Comprehensive Workation Policy with 30 more remote days available. Possibility of taking two additional days of paid leave per year to dedicate to volunteering efforts.
