ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE

- Partner closely with the product team to ensure customer feedback is reviewed and prioritized
- Balance and own multiple priorities and tasks supporting implementation, follow-up, and proactive outreach

Role Summary:
As a Frontend Engineer at Sensor Tower, you will not only build features, you will define how we build them. In our lean and flat organization, your voice will shape the technical direction of our product, helping us deliver an intuitive, fluid user experience that helps our customers understand the digital ecosystem.
Fulfill your potential with us:
- Architect and deliver complex, scalable frontend systems that are simple and effective, removing unnecessary complexity from our codebase.
- You will partner with Product Managers to co-author requirements and shape the scope, ensuring engineering feasibility is considered during ideation, not just execution.
- Lead technical decision-making for medium-to-large scoped features, taking responsibility for the successful delivery of value to the customer, not just the completion of tickets.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through code reviews, pair programming, and by instilling quality-first habits across the team.

What we are interested in:
- 4+ years of software engineering experience with a deep specialization in modern JavaScript, TypeScript, and React.
- Proven ability to architect complex state management. While our stack relies on TanStack Query, React Router and Zustand, we value engineers who understand the principles and can adapt expertise from other libraries like Redux, MobX, NextJS.
- You can design systems that handle complexity without becoming complicated, prioritizing long-term maintainability.
- Experience elevating the skills of peers. You don't just review their code; you teach patterns and best practices.
- Competence in writing robust and efficient unit and integration tests using frameworks like Jest or Playwright.
- Deep understanding of web performance, browser internals, and optimization techniques for data-heavy applications.

Extra Credit:
- Experience in data visualization and analytics (handling large datasets, heavy DOM manipulation with libraries like Highcharts).
- A portfolio, GitHub history, or technical writing that demonstrates clean code, an eye for design, and the ability to solve complex architectural challenges.
- Familiarity with back end frameworks Ruby on Rails/Angular and different types of DBs (Clickhouse, Mongo, Postgres)
- Knowledge of AI-driven coding tools and models as we encourage leveraging AI to enhance coding efficiency and unlock creative potential

Are you interested in solving the puzzle of creating efficient and scalable high-level financial structures rather than just preparing documentation? Do you enjoy being a liaison between corporate finance and local government?
About JetBrains
We create intelligent software development tools for developers and teams. More than 15 million users, over 300,000 companies, and 88 of the Fortune Global Top 100 rely on our products to solve real, complex problems. Our mission is simple: make development teams more productive and AI adoptable at scale.
What you’ll do
Our Finance team keeps JetBrains' global operations running smoothly so our product teams can focus on what they do best: building great tools. As we continue to grow and expand our international presence, managing the financial integrity of our holding structures becomes increasingly complex.
In this role, you will take full ownership of our holding-level accounting activities, ensuring statutory compliance, flawless month-end closes, and reliable group reporting. You will act as the key technical anchor for holding-company accounting, working closely with tax, treasury, and controlling teams, as well as external auditors. This is a chance to shape and scale our financial processes, turning complex transactions into structured, transparent workflows that support JetBrains' long-term growth.
Day to day, you will:
Lead and coordinate holding-level accounting activities, including month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closes.
Prepare and review statutory financial statements and supporting documentation for holding entities.
Ensure complete compliance with local statutory accounting and Dutch reporting requirements.
Partner with the Controlling team to guide external auditors, advisors, and service providers through statutory reporting and audit cycles.
Analyze complex accounting matters, document key technical positions, and align accounting policies across holding entities.
Prepare reconciliations, journals, balance sheet reviews, and closing documentation for holding companies.
Monitor intercompany balances and lead intercompany accounting alignment and eliminations.
Improve finance workflows, internal controls, and reporting systems to help our accounting processes scale.
What you’ll bring
A high level of ownership, reliability, and extreme attention to detail.
A proactive, solution-oriented mindset, looking at changing environments as puzzles to solve, not obstacles.
Strong logical reasoning and the ability to explain complex accounting treatments clearly.
The independence to structure your own work, manage deadlines, and balance multiple priorities.
A collaborative mindset, with the ability to build trust and work effectively across diverse, international teams.
A focus on quality over quick fixes, valuing long-term system scalability and clean documentation.
What you’ll need
5–7 years of progressive experience in accounting, with substantial exposure to holding-company accounting.
Working knowledge of corporate income tax accounting and reporting, with experience supporting corporate income tax compliance, together with internal tax teams or external advisors.
Deep, practical knowledge of general ledger accounting, holding structures, and statutory reporting.
Strong understanding of Dutch statutory compliance requirements and accounting principles.
Proven experience preparing or coordinating statutory financial statements for legal entities in an international environment.
Solid experience operating within ERP-based systems (such as NetSuite) and managing complex spreadsheet analyses.
Fluent communication skills in English to collaborate effectively with global team members.
What success looks like
First 3 months:
You will get familiar with our global holding structure and ERP setup, successfully taking ownership of your first month-end close cycle for holding entities.
First 6 months:
You will lead the preparation of statutory financial statements, establish a smooth operating rhythm with external auditors, and proactively identify areas where our intercompany reconciliations can be streamlined.
Long term:
You will help raise the bar for our financial governance, standardizing our holding-level accounting processes to make them highly transparent, automated, and scalable.
Why join JetBrains?
Strong base salary – We offer competitive pay that reflects your skills and experience.

- Voice of the Customer: Translate partner feedback into precise technical requirements for internal Product teams to unlock global scalability.

- The Tech-Architect: Expert at translating high-level requirements into specifications. You are equally comfortable discussing SDK initialization and REST endpoint latency with a Senior Product Owner as you are debugging HTML/JavaScript.
- Analytical Powerhouse: Proficient in SQL and data visualization. You have extensive experience using analytics dashboards such as Grafana, Tableau, QuickSight, or Kibana to find the "why" behind the numbers and drive strategic technical decisions.

We are a global algorithmic trading firm with an advanced technology stack, driving the full trading cycle — from market research and strategy design to algorithm development and software engineering. Our strength lies in deep market expertise and the continuous evolution of our infrastructure to stay ahead of the industry.
Responsibilities:

— Ensure quality through automated (unit, integration, performance) and manual testing with QA, and maintain the test harnesses and integration suites that validate scenarios before production.
— Document modules, service contracts, integration rules, and operational runbooks.
— Help design and decompose features and epics, taking the product and trading side and operational risk into account.
Qualifications:
— 5+ years of relevant experience building low-latency, high-reliability systems.
— Extensive experience in Rust.
— Good understanding of computer systems and software architecture: Linux, networking, data structures and algorithms, concurrent and parallel programming, distributed computing, and performance optimization.
