So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life. Wolt is a Finnish technology company known for its local commerce platform. From food delivery to grocery stores and cosmetics, we make cities better places to live by connecting people with the things they need. What you’ll be doing As the Senior Creative Producer, you will manage digital projects from brief to final delivery. You’ll thrive in cross-functional collaboration across different business departments such as B2B, Communication, New Verticals, and Wolt+ teams. You’ll own project timelines for successful deliveries, weekly standups, daily communication with stakeholders and creative teams, and the localization and QA process during the production of social and digital assets. You will own the end-to-end production of digital advertising projects, ensuring our creative assets are not only on-brand but also built for massive scale across global markets. You will be responsible for the day-to-day organization of the team and daily communication from brief to delivery. Day-to-day in this role, you’ll: End-to-End Delivery: Manage digital projects and multi-channel campaigns from concept to launch. Our deliverables touch social, in-app, DOOH, event collateral, and OOH. Resource & Budget Control: Oversee project costs, timelines, and team allocations without losing creative quality. Stakeholder Management: Align internal marketing teams, designers, and external agencies on project milestones and timelines. Daily and/or weekly status updates are crucial for the success of our projects. Time Management & Multitasking : Excellent time management skills with the ability to set priorities, multitask, and meet deadlines. Our producers are working on multiple projects simultaneously, and projects might touch different surfaces each time. Our humble expectations Solid Production Experience: 8+ years in creative production or integrated campaign management, ideally within a high-growth tech environment or a progressive digital agency. Understanding of Media Plans : You have experience with specs and asset production across Awareness, Consideration, and Conversion layers. Stakeholder Management: Ability to manage complex projects with multiple high-level stakeholders while maintaining high creative standards. Demonstrated success partnering with distributed teams across time zones and cultures Risk Management & Reporting : Ability to assess risks during production, find solutions, and share with management and stakeholders in a timely manner. Organizational skills : Methodical in following a predetermined system to complete tasks and meticulous in paying close attention to small details without losing sight of the big picture. Strong work ethic and accountability : A proactive attitude and rigor on everyday tasks, a positive mindset despite ongoing changes, and an excitement to learn. Resourceful during productions; deciding and acting on whether to bring external and/or internal resources and self-motivated to lead the project to completion. Someone who doesn’t shy away from a challenge and follows through on commitments made. Tech-Forward Mindset: You have a strong interest (and ideally experience) in AI-powered creative tools and generative workflows. What we offer Shape the Future: You won’t just be filling a seat; you’ll be building the blueprint for how Wolt produces creative content for years to come. Innovation at Scale: Work at the forefront of AI and automation in the creative industry, moving from manual tasks to agentic workflows. Impact: Take ownership of strategic business priorities and see your work scale globally. Wolt Culture: Join a team that values ownership, heart, and a "get things done" attitude in a hybrid, flexible work environment. Next steps Application Review: Our Production team will review your profile to see if your experience aligns with our strategy. TA Screen: A 30-minute introductory call to discuss your background and motivations. Hiring Manager Interview: A deep dive into your production philosophy with our Creative Production Lead. The creative team ensures that our brand lives up to the ethos of our customers. We ship work that’s brave, creative, and a bit uncomfortable, pushing with conviction where human creativity matters. As the Brand Design Lead, you will evolve the brand as you create for campaigns, web experiences, and events. You’ll move between big picture concepting, building brand systems, and designing with an expert level of craft. Reporting to the Director of Brand & Content, you will be trusted and supported to create daring work that reminds people of the joy of telling stories. What You'll Do Set a high bar and execute work that exceeds it Evolve and extend the Descript brand to show up well in campaigns, web, and events Lead concept and design for launches and campaigns, from brief through delivery Build a brand system that scales Develop brand systems and toolkits that allow the work to scale in expected (and some unexpected) ways Enable product, marketing, and sales partners to create on-brand assets without relying on you Multiply your creative impact Use AI tools and processes to deliver scale without compromising quality Direct internal and external creative partners from illustrators to design engineers Mentor designers around you and be an ambassador for your craft around the company What You Bring Minimum Qualifications 6+ years in brand design, in-house or agency Portfolio showcasing a range of both strategic thinking and executional craft across web, social, and paid channels Strong command of typography, color, and composition Evidence of building a brand system that scaled beyond your output Experience directing outside creative partners Fluency with AI tools to produce and scale work alongside a clear perspective of where not to use them Preferred Qualifications Brand work within a SaaS company (especially the creative software space) Motion, front-end dev, or illustration skills Experience creating generative brand tooling Comfort with being on camera and sharing your work publicly Success In This Role First 12 months: Our identity feels evolved because you challenged it, pushed it, and fought for something outside any project brief you were given You launched a brand campaign that did numbers in your ex-coworker group chat (hopefully for good, but that’s not guaranteed) Sure, the Descript website is more on brand and converts well, but there are also immersive moments you are genuinely proud of pulling off You regularly spend time with people around the company you never thought you’d be collaborating with You shipped something you weren’t proud of, picked yourself up and learned from it There’s some Descript merch around you that you actually want The base salary range for this role is $140,000 - $185,000. Final offer amounts will carefully consider multiple factors, including prior experience, expertise, location, level, and may vary from the amount above. About Descript Descript is building a simple, intuitive, fully-powered editing tool for video and audio — an editing tool built for the age of AI. We are a team of 150 and the backing of some of the world's greatest investors ( OpenAI , Andreessen Horowitz , Redpoint Ventures , Spark Capital ). Descript is the special company that's in possession of both product market fit and the raw materials (passionate user community, great product, large market) for growth, but is still early enough that each new employee has a measurable influence on the direction of the company. Benefits include a generous healthcare package, 401k matching program, catered lunches, and flexible vacation time. Our headquarters are located in the Mission District of San Francisco, CA. We're hiring for a mix of remote roles and hybrid roles. For those who are remote, we have a handful of opportunities throughout the year for in person collaboration. For our hybrid roles, we're flexible, and you're an adult—we don't expect or mandate that you're in the office every day. We do believe there are valuable and serendipitous moments of discovery and collaboration that come from working together in person. Descript is an equal opportunity workplace—we are dedicated to equal employment opportunities regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender identity, or Veteran status. We believe in actively building a team rich in diverse backgrounds, experiences, and opinions to better allow our employees, products, and community to thrive.

Location: New York, NY (HQ) Workplace: Hybrid ABOUT RAMP Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books. The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving. We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome. The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same. Take campaigns, launches, and other brand experiences from an open question to finished work. - Set the bar for quality and taste. You are the go-to expert for typography, imagery, layout, and brand design. You are the champion for this standard. - Build the brand system. Evolve our visual identity over time. We believe in coherency over consistency. We built our brand system to behave like jazz. - Connect brand and product. Work with product, marketing, and engineering so the company feels coherent wherever people experience it. - Raise the quality of the team’s work. You are a player-coach that can mentor others and develop a culture of collaboration, creativity, and trust. - Tell stories to drive alignment. Help partners understand the thinking, agree on a direction, and make practical choices about scope and timing. WHAT MAKES YOU STAND OUT - You’re already using AI tooling and agents to explore faster, iterate sooner, and develop ideas that you couldn’t before. - You have both agency and in-house experience. - You have side hobbies exploring design and creativity. We want to see side projects that show a desire for learning, a student-like mindset, and above all, enthusiasm for where the future is headed. - You’re humble, thoughtful, and self-aware. - Your portfolio reveals a story about how you’ve grown as a person, your interests, and curiosities. - You understand that execution is how good ideas win. WHAT YOU’LL BRING - A deep portfolio of brand identities, marketing campaigns, bringing brand into product experiences, and digital applications, with a clear explanation of your contribution. - Excellent design fundamentals and the ability to carry an idea through to finished work. - Experience leading complex projects independently and making good decisions when the brief is still taking shape. - The ability to negotiate, compromise, or understand trade-offs with executives and XFN partners. - The ability to connect creative choices to the audience, the product, and the business. - A record of helping other designers improve and working well with people across disciplines. Location: London, UK Workplace: OnSite ABOUT RAMP Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it. ABOUT THE ROLE Ramp is redefining how businesses manage their finances, and our growth marketing team is how millions of businesses first hear that story. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Design and animate paid creative end-to-end across static and motion formats, tailored for international markets. - Create and localize ads for Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, and emerging channels across the UK and EU. - Adapt the US growth creative playbook for international audiences — and flag where local nuance means it needs to break, not just translate. - Develop scalable design and motion systems that help the team move faster while maintaining a high creative bar. - Concept hooks, headlines, visual treatments, and creative variants that earn attention and drive performance in-market. - Partner closely with Performance Marketing, copywriters, and product marketers (largely US-based) to bring ideas to life across time zones. - Iterate quickly based on performance data and contribute to international testing strategy. - Build templates, automations, AI workflows, and creative systems that increase team velocity. - Explore new tools, techniques, and AI-native workflows to expand what's possible inside our production pipeline. - Help evolve how Ramp's brand shows up across international growth marketing. WHAT YOU NEED - 5+ years of experience in visual design, motion design, or creative production - Strong portfolio demonstrating both static and motion work - Experience creating performance-driven creative for paid acquisition channels - Strong taste and a clear point of view on what makes great advertising — with an eye for what resonates in UK/EU markets - Comfort working in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment where speed and iteration matter - Ability to use performance data and business outcomes as creative feedback - Comfort collaborating with a primarily US-based team across time zones - Expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (particularly After Effects) - Based in or able to work from the London office Nice-to-Haves - Experience building automations, templates, component systems, scripts, or internal creative tooling - Fluency with AI tools such as Runway, Veo, Kling, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, Claude Code, or similar - Experience creating short-form video for Reels, Shorts, TikTok, and paid social - Experience creating or localizing creative for multiple international markets - Experience in finance, fintech, SaaS, or other high-growth technology companies - Familiarity with performance marketing and growth experimentation frameworks BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL) - Flexible PTO - Centralized home-office equipment ordering - Health and wellness stipend - Budget for intra-office travel - Weekly coffee stipend UNITED STATES - 100% medical, dental & vision insurance coverage for you, with partial coverage for dependents - One Medical annual membership - 401(k), including employer match on contributions made while employed by Ramp - Fertility HRA (up to $10,000 per year) - Parental leave: up to 16 weeks (birthing + bonding) or 8 weeks (bonding only) at 100% pay - Pet insurance - In-office perks: lunch, snacks, drinks, and more - Relocation expense coverage to NYC or SF (if needed) CANADA - Group medical, dental, and vision coverage through Sun Life - Life, AD&D, and disability coverage - Fertility drug coverage (up to $4,000 lifetime) - Group Retirement Plan with employer match (RRSP + DPSP) - Parental leave: up to 16 weeks (birthing + bonding) or 8 weeks (bonding only) at 100% pay, with additional time available at reduced pay - Employee Assistance Program and virtual care through Lumino Health UNITED KINGDOM - Private medical insurance through Freedom Elite - Virtual GP and at-home care via eMed x Livi - Workplace pension through Penfold, with salary sacrifice option - Parental leave: up to 16 weeks (birthing + bonding) or 8 weeks (bonding only) at 100% pay with additional time available at reduced pay REFERRAL INSTRUCTIONS If you are being referred for the role, please contact that person to apply on your behalf. Location: Canada; United States Workplace: Remote ABOUT DOCKER Docker has been one of the most loved brands in developer tooling, trusted by more than 20 million monthly users and over 20 billion container image pulls. From solo founders to the world's largest companies, developers rely on Docker to build, share, and run their applications across our suite of products including Docker Desktop, Docker Hub, and Docker Scout. We are a globally distributed, remote-first team building the tools that define how software gets built and delivered. As AI agents redefine software development, Docker is at the center of that shift, providing the sandboxed environments, verified images, and secure infrastructure that make autonomous workflows trustworthy by default. _______________________________________________________________________ Docker's Product-Led Growth (PLG) team owns turning product usage into revenue across the full Platform: the Container business (Docker Desktop, Docker Hub, Docker Build Cloud, Docker Scout) and the AI business (Sandboxes, AI Governance, Model Runner, MCP Toolkit, MCP Catalog). Lifecycle marketing is one of the fastest-scaling parts of that team: it already owns user and admin nurtures, renewal automation, and first-touch outreach for PQLs and inbound leads, running against a marketable base in the tens of millions. As Senior Lifecycle Marketer, you'll report directly to the VP of PLG and partner closely with our existing lifecycle marketing lead. You'll take ownership of assigned products, audiences, and lifecycle stages, with real input into shaping the approach for what you own, not just shipping someone else's plan, and you'll help turn a fast-growing list of priorities into a structured, scalable lifecycle engine. WHAT MAKES SOMEONE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE - Lifecycle Fluency: You think in full user journeys, not campaigns. You've done lifecycle marketing specifically, not just growth or demand gen, and you know how nurture, activation, retention, and renewal connect across a product's full lifecycle. - Builder's Mindset: You'd rather own a program end to end, strategy, build, QA, and send, than hand pieces of it off. You bring structure to ambiguity: turning a fast-growing list of priorities into themes, a build queue, and a sequenced roadmap. - Audience & Signal Validation: You know how to validate an audience and its underlying signal before it ships: spot-checking record-level data, sanity-checking targeting logic, and catching a bad segment before it reaches users. You don't need to write SQL yourself, but you can work directly with data teams to confirm a list is right. - Cross-Functional Operator: You operate well across marketing, sales (BDR and renewals), data, and design/agency partners, and you know how to keep programs moving even when you don't own every dependency. - Marketing Automation Execution: You've personally built campaigns in Marketo or an equivalent platform, not just briefed them: audience builds, suppressions and contact governance, pre-send QA and live proofs, and launch monitoring, including troubleshooting a broken data sync in the moment. - Technical Translation: You can take a technical product or a raw usage signal, a feature adoption event, a usage threshold, a new capability, and turn it into messaging that reads credible to a developer or admin, not generic marketing copy. RESPONSIBILITIES - Build the Lifecycle Engine: Own and build lifecycle campaigns (email and in-product messaging) across Docker's Container and AI Platform products, including Sandboxes and AI Governance, for both end users and admins. - Scale Programmatic Sends: Design and run large-scale programmatic sends, such as recurring account health checks, to a base in the tens of millions, working within the team's marketing automation stack (currently Marketo and Mailgun; expect a platform transition in the next 6–12 months). - Automate Lead and Renewal Motions: Stand up and run automated first-touch flows for PQLs and inbound leads, in partnership with BDR and renewals stakeholders. - Validate Audiences & Signals: Partner with data and growth engineering to pull the usage signals campaigns depend on (Snowflake and internal data tools), and validate that an audience and its underlying signal are correct before every send. - Manage Suppressions & Contact Governance: Own suppression lists and contact governance rules so campaigns stay compliant and don't over-message or reach the wrong audience. - QA, Launch Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Run pre-send QA and live proofs on every campaign, monitor launches as they go out, and troubleshoot issues in real time, including broken data syncs. - Translate Signals into Messaging: Turn technical product usage and adoption signals into messaging that reads credible and useful to developers and admins, not generic marketing copy. - Shape and Sequence Strategy: Take a fast-growing list of priorities and turn it into a concrete build queue: itemize the work, sequence it, and flag capacity or dependency issues early. - Coordinate Design & Agency Partners: Work with design and agency partners to keep campaign quality and turnaround on track. - Operationalize Reporting: Own naming, tracking, and reporting on programs so the rest of the team has visibility into what's live, what's next, and what it's driving. QUALIFICATIONS - Lifecycle Marketing Experience: A background specifically in lifecycle marketing, not pure growth or demand gen, ideally inside a PLG or self-serve motion. - Proven Program Ownership: A track record of owning campaigns end to end (strategy, build, QA, send) and shipping programs that moved a real metric: activation, retention, or renewal conversion. - Marketing Automation Build Experience: Hands-on build experience in Marketo or an equivalent marketing automation platform: audience builds, program/campaign setup, suppressions and contact governance, pre-send QA and live proofs, and launch monitoring. - Data & Targeting Validation: Comfortable working directly with data teams to validate record-level data and targeting logic, for example auditing who's actually in a segment or spot-checking a list against expectations. Writing SQL yourself is a plus, not a requirement. - Technical-to-Message Translation: A track record of turning a technical product or a raw usage signal into messaging that reads credible to a developer or admin audience, not generic marketing copy. - Technical Familiarity: Comfort navigating developer ecosystems, cloud infrastructure, or complex multi-product software platforms. - Independent Ownership: Senior-level judgment and ownership as an individual contributor: you can run with ambiguity and drive a program without every step spelled out, and you collaborate well with another senior peer on the team. WHAT TO EXPECT FIRST 30 DAYS - Immerse & Align: Get up to speed on Docker's PLG motion, product surface area (Container and AI), and the programs lifecycle already owns. Build a working relationship with data, BDR, renewals, and design/agency partners. - Program & Tooling Audit: Audit the current state of user and admin nurtures, renewal automation, and PQL/lead outreach, and get familiar with the Marketo/Mailgun stack and its upcoming transition. - Roadmap Calibration: Work with the lifecycle team to turn the current priority list into themes, a build queue, and a sequenced roadmap. FIRST 90 DAYS - Ship Owned Campaigns: Take ownership of at least one full program, such as an admin nurture flow or a PQL first-touch sequence, from build through send. - Contribute to Renewal Automation: Stand up a first version of automated renewal outreach in partnership with the renewals team. - Build the Reporting Cadence: Put in place naming, tracking, and reporting so the team has clear visibility into what's live and what it's driving. ONE YEAR OUTLOOK - Own a Mature Program Set: Own a mature, scaled set of lifecycle programs across your assigned products, audiences, and lifecycle stages. - Prove Impact: Show measurable lift in activation, retention, or renewal conversion tied directly to your programs. - Scale the Function: Help lifecycle marketing operate as a predictable, automated engine rather than a set of one-off campaigns, as scope keeps expanding across the Platform. Docker does not offer visa sponsorship for this role. Compensation & Equity Canada: CA$160,300– CA$229,000 + equity United States: $115,500 – $165,000 + equity ______________________________________________________________________ POSTING INFORMATION - Open vacancy: This posting is for an existing open role. - AI in hiring: Docker may use AI-assisted tools during our recruiting process. - Interview recordings: Candidates will be invited to opt in to interview recordings to support interviewer calibration and consistent evaluations. Recordings are optional and require explicit consent. ______________________________________________________________________ PERKS & BENEFITS - Remote-first by design – Work from your home, with offices in Seattle and Paris for connection and collaboration. - Flexibility that fits your life – We trust you to manage your schedule while delivering great work. - Time to recharge – Generous PTO, designated quarterly Whaleness Days, and a designated end-of-year Whaleness break. - Home office support – Set up your workspace for comfort and success. - Technology stipend – Equivalent to US$100 net per month to help support your work. - Learning & development – Annual stipend for conferences, courses, certifications, and continued learning. - Parental leave – 16 weeks of paid parental leave after six months of employment. - Equity for all full-time employees – Share in Docker's long-term success as we continue to grow. - Comprehensive benefits – Medical, retirement, and paid holidays vary by country. - Docker swag – Because representing the whale never gets old. Docker is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. We are committed to building a team that reflects a broad range of backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. We believe diverse teams build better products, make better decisions, and better serve our global community. #LI-REMOTE
