We’ve been growing steadily for over 6 years, combining the flexibility of a startup with the reliability of an experienced international team.
We are looking for an SMM Specialist who can take ownership of day-to-day social media content and help us grow our Russian- and English-speaking audiences across Instagram, Threads, and other marketing channels.
This is a hands-on role for someone who understands social media beyond simply publishing posts. You should be comfortable coming up with content ideas, writing strong copy, creating visuals, producing Reels, following trends, and adapting content to different platforms and audiences.

• Manage day-to-day content for Instagram and Threads in Russian and English, with the possibility of expanding to TikTok in the future.
• Write engaging social media copy with strong storytelling skills, including captions, hooks, CTAs and Stories.
• Create and edit social media content in Figma, Canva and CapCut, including posts, carousels, Stories and Reels.
• Develop content ideas and adapt relevant trends to our brand.
• Prepare visuals for landing pages, email newsletters and other marketing materials when needed.
• Use content performance metrics to improve future content.
What we’re looking for
• 2+ years of hands-on SMM experience.
• Fluent Russian and strong written English (B2/C1+).

What We Offer
• Work in a fast-growing startup where processes are still being built - your ideas can directly impact the outcome.
• The opportunity to grow as an SMM specialist and take on more responsibility over time.
• A wide range of tasks across content, visuals, and SMM - no routine “just posting” work.
• Creative freedom.
• Hands-on experience with real marketing goals and measurable results.
• Direct feedback from a team with real experience in the German hiring market.
• Strong portfolio cases you can use for future roles.
Test Task
As part of the selection process, you should be ready to complete a test task related to the role.

Please send us:
• Your CV

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
⭐ THE ENGINEERING TEAM ⭐
In our engineering team, we build the infrastructure, interfaces, and applications to provide first-class service to our members, health professionals, and even ourselves!
Being an engineer at Alan means joining a team of talented, committed and passionate engineers, with a lot of interactions.
We move fast, with a lot of ownership, and are proud to tackle big problems!
Our process is very simple: those who make product decisions are the same ones who build them.
We are also the stewards of our members' most sensitive data, and building privacy in by design is core engineering work for us, not an afterthought.

ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a Product / Web Designer at junior level to join our APAC Partnerships team in Vladivostok, working with our HQ Design team. This role is the design half of a two-person build pair: you and the Partnerships Backend Engineer take an inbound partnerships inquiry and turn it into something a player actually sees — a co-branded web shop, a campaign landing page, a creator or affiliate destination page — and ship it together.
You will design conversion-oriented commerce surfaces for the Traffic Source Partners we onboard, adapt Xsolla and partner brand systems into one coherent look per campaign, and build a reusable component library so the next campaign launches faster than the last one. You will hand off to engineering with real specs and then review the implementation until it matches.
This is an entry-level design role with a live audience. We care more about your portfolio and your eye than your years of experience — recent graduates and self-taught designers with strong work are welcome. If you like designing things that get measured, and you want to see your work convert real traffic in APAC markets, we would love to hear from you.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Design partner-facing surfaces
Design the frontend surfaces created for Traffic Source partnerships: co-branded web shop themes, campaign landing pages, affiliate and creator destination pages, promotional banners, and in-shop merchandising.
Design responsive, mobile-first layouts with the purchase funnel in mind — clarity, hierarchy, trust signals, and a short path to checkout.
Adapt Xsolla brand guidelines and each partner's brand into a single coherent visual system per campaign, without breaking either.
Localise and adapt designs for APAC markets, accounting for language length, local conventions, and regional payment and merchandising context.
Ship with engineering
Work directly with the Partnerships Backend Engineer to take designs from Figma into working frontend — provide specs, states, breakpoints, tokens, and exported assets, then review the build until it matches the design.
Build and maintain a reusable component and template library so new partner campaigns can be assembled rather than designed from scratch.
QA implemented pages across browsers and devices and raise the gaps.
Supporting work
Create supporting collateral for partnerships inquiries: pitch visuals, one-pagers, deck slides, and social or creator kit assets.
Collaborate with HQ Design, follow and contribute to the Xsolla design system, and keep design files, naming, and handoff documentation organised.
Take feedback constructively from HQ Design, Partnerships, and partners, and iterate quickly.
Track work in Jira and keep design documentation current in Confluence.
REQUIREMENTS
1–4 years of experience in product, web, or UI design, or a strong portfolio of personal, freelance, or academic work. A portfolio is required for this application.
Proficiency in Figma — components, auto-layout, variants, and prototyping.
Solid grounding in layout, typography, visual hierarchy, colour, and responsive / mobile-first design.
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for asset production.
An understanding of what makes a landing page convert, and a willingness to have your design judged on that.
Able to work within an existing design system and brand guidelines rather than around them.
Attention to detail and a high standard of quality in design execution.
English sufficient for daily collaboration with the HQ Design team; Russian for day-to-day work in the Vladivostok office.
Based in, or willing to relocate to, Vladivostok for an onsite role.
NICE TO HAVE
Basic HTML and CSS — enough to spec accurately and QA an implementation.
Motion and micro-interaction work (After Effects, Framer Motion, Rive, Lottie).
Experience designing e-commerce, storefront, or checkout flows.
Experience with marketing landing pages, A/B testing, or conversion optimisation.
Illustration, 3D, or custom asset creation skills.
Familiarity with the gaming industry, creator and influencer marketing, or affiliate campaigns.
Additional languages relevant to APAC coverage (Korean, Chinese, Japanese).
Professional education in design or a related field.

Our recruiting team reviews your background against current and upcoming openings on this program
If there's a fit, we'll reach out for an initial conversation about where you'd land

Prescribe and verify corrective actions that improve yield, prevent recurrence, and raise quality as volume grows.
5. Shape What’s Next
Evaluate technologies, platforms, and components that can unlock better consoles and active-play experiences.
Turn lessons, benchmarks, and working prototypes into stronger decisions for future programs.

About Vercel:
Vercel is the agentic infrastructure company, freeing people and agents to ship what's next. For more than a decade we've helped builders move from idea to production with speed, security, and exceptional developer experience.
Now we're scaling our products for both agents and people to ship and run software, built in the open and trusted by OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide.
About the role:
We’re looking for an FP&A Manager, Product to join our Finance team. You’ll be the financial lead for our Engineering, Product, and Design (EPD) organizations—owning OpEx and headcount planning while building scalable systems that improve visibility and decision-making. You’ll partner cross-functionally with Engineering leadership, People, and Strategic Finance to ensure investments are intentional, efficient, and aligned with long-term company strategy.
What you'll do:
Own the Product investment envelope
– Manage OpEx and headcount budgets across EPD. Ensure investments align with company strategy while maintaining disciplined spend and margin targets.
Drive rigorous workforce planning across technical and corporate teams
– Build bottom-up headcount models by function and level. Partner with Engineering leaders to sequence hiring against roadmap needs, compliance requirements, and operational scale.
Model infrastructure and internal systems economics
– Develop clear forecasting models for cloud hosting, AI/compute, internal tooling, SaaS applications, and enterprise systems. Identify optimization opportunities across both product infrastructure and corporate tech stack.
Translate roadmap and corporate priorities into financial tradeoffs
– Evaluate build vs. buy decisions, capitalizable vs. expensed R&D, and vendor investments across EPD. Provide clear recommendations grounded in ROI and long-term cost structure impact.
Elevate budget vs. actuals rigor across the organization
– Lead monthly BvA reviews for EPD. Automate reporting, improve accrual accuracy, and surface actionable insights—not just variance explanations.
Design scalable financial controls without slowing teams down
– Implement approval workflows for headcount, vendor spend, and enterprise tooling that are disciplined, fast, and transparent. Use automation and AI to reduce manual review and eliminate bottlenecks.
What you need:
Proven partner to Engineering leaders
– You’ve supported technical teams and corporate functions, understanding how product velocity and operational infrastructure translate into financial outcomes.
Fluent in infrastructure and SaaS cost drivers
– You understand cloud economics, AI/compute scaling, enterprise tooling, and how architecture and vendor decisions impact margins.
Strong operator in workforce planning
– You’ve managed complex headcount models across multiple departments, aligning hiring pace with financial guardrails.
Advanced financial modeler
– You build scenario-driven models with clear assumptions and sensitivity analysis that stand up to executive scrutiny.
Precision-focused and systems-oriented
– You eliminate blind spots in forecasting, improve accrual accuracy, and build processes that scale without creating bureaucracy.
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive compensation package, including equity.
Inclusive Healthcare Package.
Learn and Grow - we provide mentorship and send you to events that help you build your network and skills.
Flexible Time Off.
We will provide you the gear you need to do your role, and a WFH budget for you to outfit your space as needed.
