ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for an IT Site Specialist to join our IT Team at Ramp based in our San Francisco office! This is a temporary full-time on-site role that blends hands-on, in-person site support with ownership of our core SaaS application stack, and we weigh both sides equally. On the site side, you’ll be the primary IT presence in SF — owning deskside support, onboarding/offboarding, endpoint and AV support, and office inventory. On the application side, you’ll administer the tools the whole company depends on — Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, JAMF, and a growing set of SaaS platforms — owning provisioning, access, portfolio, renewals, integrations, and automation. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in running a smooth on-the-ground operation while also thinking like a systems owner who scales IT through automation and sound identity practices.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Provide in-person support at our San Francisco office 5 days/week, acting as the site’s primary IT point of contact.
- Perform IT Support Specialist (L4) duties, encompassing all responsibilities of the IT Support Specialist role.
- Provide deskside/walk-up support and resolve IT tickets end-to-end.
- Handle advanced troubleshooting and internal escalation before handoff to Pod 2 – IT Engineering.
- Triage and field support requests across tickets, email, Slack, and the team-it-ops and help-it distros; proactively work to minimize volume and improve SLAs.
- Direct and review Serval (AI support agent) workflow runs — step in when automated resolution fails, and contribute workflow builds and guidance improvements.
- Coordinate application onboarding/offboarding tied to lifecycle events (joiner/mover/leaver) — provisioning, deprovisioning, and access changes across the SaaS stack.
- Administer core applications (Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, JAMF, and other SaaS tools): user lifecycle, group/role management, and SSO/SCIM integrations.
- Own application portfolio management — seat counts, usage tracking, and license optimization.
- Manage SaaS renewals — tracking contract dates and coordinating renewals/cancellations.
- Partner with Pod 3 on SaaS App Strategy execution from an operational/usage standpoint.
- Build and maintain integrations and automations to reduce manual work and enforce least-privilege access.
- Manage on-site hardware inventory, lifecycle, and procurement coordination — stock levels, reorder requests, and coordinating with fulfillment vendors (e.g., Firstbase, SHI, CDW, Amazon).
- Support AV/conference room reliability in the SF office.
- Take ownership of small and large projects, partnering with internal and external teams to deliver.
- Perform recurring audits on application licenses, access, and hardware; drive remediation.
- Create technical and user-facing documentation; push the team toward industry best practices.
- Be an advocate for our users — understand their challenges and remove blockers with empathy.
WHAT YOU NEED
- Minimum 4 years of technical experience in an enterprise-size organization, with hands-on experience in both on-site IT support and SaaS/application administration.
- Strong knowledge of our core tech stack: Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, JAMF, and modern SaaS tools.
- Solid understanding of User Lifecycle Management, identity/access management, and least-privilege principles.
- Experience with SSO/SCIM provisioning and building integrations or automations across SaaS platforms.
- Experience managing SaaS application portfolios, license optimization, and vendor renewals.
- Experience with deskside support, ticket resolution, and knowing when to escalate to an engineering team.
- Comfort owning the physical site experience — endpoint troubleshooting, AV, and inventory — alongside back-end application administration.
- Strong attention to detail, execution-oriented, and comfortable owning ambiguous, cross-functional work.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Experience in high-growth startups.
- Experience managing macOS/Windows in hybrid/remote environments.
- Scripting/automation experience (e.g., Python, API integrations, workflow tools).
- Experience with AI-assisted support tooling and workflow automation (e.g., Serval or similar).
- Experience coordinating hardware procurement with fulfillment vendors (e.g., Firstbase, SHI, CDW).
- Okta Certified Professional / Administrator.
- Slack Certified Admin.
- Google Workspace Administrator experience.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the Role
Anthropic runs one of the largest and fastest-growing infrastructure fleets in the industry, across multiple accelerator families, CPU families, clouds, neoclouds, and on-prem sites. Capacity Engineering owns the data, tooling, and systems that let Anthropic plan, measure, and maximize utilization of that fleet: we partner on supply deals, wire telemetry from day zero, own the canonical capacity data layer, and build the planning and enforcement tools every research and product team relies on. This role sits in the Planning pillar, on the Demand Planning team, and works daily with research engineering, pretraining, inference, compute supply, finance, and external vendors.
You own the tranches. The job has two halves that feed each other. Upstream, you take the Demand Planning forecast and turn it into per-tranche requirements — shape, interconnect, region, supporting resources, date — and carry those into sourcing negotiations and data center build reviews so we contract for capacity we can actually use when we need it. Downstream, you own the integrated schedule and system of record for every tranche in flight — from contracted through reserved, ingested, in-cluster, healthy, and occupied — and you drive the owners of each hop to their dates. Every slip you see downstream becomes a contract-language fix, an automation, or a correction fed back to the forecast.
What you'll do
Turn the forecast into per-tranche requirements.
Take the Demand Planning forecast plus direct input from research, pretraining, and inference planners, and convert it into concrete accelerator, interconnect, region, supporting-resource, and date requirements for each tranche. Represent those in sourcing negotiations and data center build reviews, including which contractual terms actually move delivery dates.
Qualify tranches for deliverability before signature.
The Capacity Planner signs fit-to-forecast; you sign whether the shape can land schedulable, healthy, and instrumented in that region on that date, with storage, egress, identity in place.
Close the delivery loop.
Track forecast-versus-delivered on shape, region, and timing for every tranche; publish the variance; and feed it back to Demand Planning and into the next contract.
Own the bring-up system of record.
Define the canonical contract-to-occupied state machine with explicit entry and exit criteria per stage, and make it a first-class object in the capacity data layer so every downstream tool sees in-flight capacity, not only what has landed.
Run a portfolio of bring-ups in parallel
— new cloud regions, on-prem sites, neocloud blocks — with one integrated schedule spanning provider milestones, cluster creation, network turn-up, storage readiness, health burn-in, and first-workload landing.
Drive readiness automation:
All capacity systems are fully integrated for all new capacity, from contracted through ingested, automated and scaled.
Instrument and publish the numbers that matter
— time-to-occupied and paid-idle dollars per tranche — with executive-level reporting on status, tradeoffs, and risk across the portfolio.
What you bring
Significant experience delivering large-scale infrastructure — cloud regions, accelerator clusters, HPC systems, or bare-metal fleets — at multi-region scale or ≥10k accelerators (or CPU/storage equivalent).
Technical range from through cluster orchestration and node health, up to the telemetry and planning tables on top — enough to debug where they disagree rather than route it.
SQL and enough Python to answer your own questions and build your own reporting.
A degree in a technical field or an equivalent engineering track record.
Preferred
Reserved-capacity onboarding, private offers, or capacity commitments with cloud or neocloud providers.
Enough demand-planning exposure to challenge a forecast, translate it into per-tranche requirements, and feed delivery variance back into it.
Data center or colocation delivery: power and space planning, network turn-up, site acceptance, vendor management.
Accelerator health and burn-in, collective-communications sanity testing, or fleet-health SLOs — and a rigorous definition of "healthy."
Systems of record or lifecycle services for infrastructure assets.
Onboarding a new hardware generation into an existing scheduler and observability stack.
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$320,000
—
$405,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

We’re in a defining moment of an incredible journey. Come and build with us.
🎯 Your main goal will be to shape and evolve the core platform architecture that powers n8n — creating scalable, configurable foundations across execution, infrastructure, and frontend platform so 80+ product engineers and our open-source community can build confidently across cloud and self-hosted deployments.
Working across our platform teams, you’ll bring architectural coherence to the systems they jointly own and help us make the right long-term technical decisions as n8n scales:
ARCHITECTURAL DIRECTION ACROSS CORE PLATFORM
- Drive architecture across the two Core Platform teams, ensuring execution, infrastructure, data, and frontend platform systems evolve as a coherent whole rather than independent components.
- Design highly adaptable backend foundations that support different workloads, deployment models, shared product team needs, and future scale without creating unnecessary complexity.
- Partner with the FE platform workstream on core canvas architecture, real-time communication, performance, plugin contracts, and other platform primitives used by product teams.
EXECUTION, DISTRIBUTED SYSTEMS & DATA FOUNDATIONS
- Evolve core subsystems including durable workflow execution and state, orchestration, queue and task distribution, worker management, scheduling, and horizontal scaling.
- Design for correctness and resilience across distributed environments, including failure modes, idempotency, state transitions, tenant isolation, and reliability guarantees.
- Shape our data and persistence architecture, including database scaling, sharding, migration strategies, deployment abstractions, and long-term operational maintainability.
PLATFORM ARCHITECTURE & ENGINEERING ENABLEMENT
- Lead consequential technical decisions through clear proposals and RFCs, making trade-offs explicit and aligning engineers and stakeholders around durable solutions.
- Define stable platform interfaces and abstractions that reduce coupling, support safe migrations, and make the platform easier for feature teams to build on.
- Mentor engineers across all engineering teams through design reviews, pairing, and technical guidance, raising the bar for architecture, system design, and maintainability.
REQUIREMENTS
MUST-HAVES
- 🏗️ Staff-level architectural ownership: You have a track record of leading architecture across multiple systems or teams, including migrations, re-architectures, or foundational platform initiatives with long-term organizational impact.
- 🧠 Systems thinking: You reason deeply about invariants, correctness, failure modes, boundaries, and trade-offs, and you’re comfortable making decisions where there is no obviously perfect solution.
- ⚙️ Configurable systems at scale: You’ve designed highly configurable, adaptable systems that serve multiple use cases or operating modes without becoming brittle or excessively complex.
- 🌐 Distributed systems depth: You’ve designed and operated distributed systems involving concepts such as asynchronous processing, idempotency, state machines, queues, consistency, and resilience.
- 🗄️ Data architecture at scale: You’ve worked on data-intensive systems where persistence, performance, isolation, migrations, and operational reliability were meaningful architectural concerns.
- 🛠️ TypeScript & Node.js depth: You have strong TypeScript experience and have built substantial backend systems with Node.js beyond conventional CRUD applications.
- 🤝 Cross-team technical leadership: You influence through technical judgment, clear communication, RFCs, design reviews, and mentorship, helping multiple teams converge on better solutions without relying on formal authority.
- 🧱 Platform enablement mindset: You care about creating clear contracts, abstractions, and developer experiences that allow other engineers to move faster and more safely.
- 🧹 Long-horizon engineering: You’re energized by modularization, migrations, refactoring, and evolving existing systems while keeping the product and engineering organization moving.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- 🧰 Workflow, orchestration or devtools experience: You’ve worked on workflow engines, orchestration platforms, developer tools, or infrastructure-heavy SaaS products.
- 🖥️ Frontend platform architecture: You’ve worked with architecture-heavy frontend systems such as canvas applications, plugin systems, real-time applications, web workers, or complex rendering environments.
- 🧾 Durable execution patterns: You’ve designed or operated systems using event sourcing, sagas, durable execution, or related state-management patterns.
- 👥 Multi-tenant architecture: You’ve designed systems where tenant isolation, resource management, data boundaries, or noisy-neighbour concerns were important.
- 🌍 Open-source experience: You’ve contributed to or maintained open-source software and understand the additional pressure around public contracts and backward compatibility.
- 📈 Large-scale SaaS exposure: You’ve operated systems at meaningful scale or worked in environments where reliability and architectural decisions had broad customer impact.
- 🧩 Monolith → modular migrations: You’ve decomposed monolithic systems or led incremental architectural migrations without preventing product teams from continuing to ship.
- ☁️ Multi-deployment awareness: You’ve designed products that need to work consistently across both managed cloud and self-hosted environments.
- 🔭 Observability mindset: You think about instrumentation, debugging, incident response, rollout safety, and operability as part of system design rather than an afterthought.
- 🧪 Strong CS grounding: You bring deep knowledge of distributed systems concepts, consistency models, consensus, formal methods, or similarly rigorous approaches to system correctness.
Why join us?
At n8n, you’ll work on the foundations that almost every product experience depends on. You’ll have influence across two Core Platform teams, helping shape how our execution engine, infrastructure, data architecture, and frontend platform evolve together as both our product and engineering organization scale.
This is a Staff role with real architectural leverage: you’ll tackle problems that span team boundaries, evolve systems that already operate at meaningful scale, and create platform capabilities that make 80+ engineers more effective. You’ll do that in a remote-first environment that values autonomy, thoughtful experimentation, and engineers who influence through strong technical judgment rather than hierarchy.
Sound like the kind of platform challenge you want to own?

From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data.
T
ogether, we’re delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on. Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions.
As we bring our teams and technology together, we’re building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It’s an exciting time to join us: we’re creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact. During this transition period, you may see references to both Fivetran and dbt Labs throughout our recruiting process as we integrate our teams, systems, and career sites.
About the Role
Fivetran and dbt Labs are building data pipelines to power the modern data stack for thousands of companies. We're looking for an engineering manager to lead our Metadata team, which owns the metadata layer of the dbt platform: the discovery API, catalog, lineage, and run history services that let customers understand, trust, and act on what their data is doing.
You'll own technical excellence and delivery of a single team, from evolving high-throughput APIs and data models, to hardening reliability and latency for enterprise and single-tenant customers, to shipping new discovery and catalog capabilities in close partnership with product. You'll set direction, review designs and code, remove roadblocks, and grow the engineers on your team through coaching, feedback, and clear career development.
What You'll Do
Lead and grow a team of software engineers, owning hiring, onboarding, coaching, career development plans, and regular 1:1s and check-ins
Own project delivery for your team against the quarterly plan, and be accountable for the reliability and performance of the services you own (e.g. uptime and latency targets)
Review technical designs and code, and provide feedback grounded in a deep understanding of the Metadata product area and architecture
Drive the team to address technical quality — incidents, bugs, tech debt, and post-mortems — within SLA and metric targets
Partner with product and business stakeholders on planning, and maintain a realistic, prioritized feature and project backlog with a high completion rate
Contextualize and communicate the engineering vision and strategy to your team, and share the team's work and business impact with adjacent teams
Ensure engineering processes (e.g. FDLC) are implemented and consistently followed
Delegate effectively and build autonomy and a positive, high-trust culture within the team
Address performance issues and conflict promptly and fairly
Ensure your team uses AI tooling — IDE assistants like GitHub Copilot, coding agents like Claude Code, and conversational AI — to accelerate development and to author and review SDLC artifacts such as TDDs, PRDs, post-mortems, and test plans
Skills We're Looking For
Experience managing and growing a software engineering team (ideally a customer-facing product development team); including hiring, coaching, and running a full performance and career-development cycle
Strong technical foundation with the ability to review designs and code and make sound architectural trade-offs in a distributed, cloud-based systems environment
Track record of delivering complex projects on schedule while holding the team to high standards of quality, reliability, and performance
Experience owning production services and driving operational health — incident response, on-call practices, tech-debt reduction, and meeting SLAs
Ability to plan and prioritize with product partners, maintain a realistic backlog, and drive high sprint and quarterly completion rates
Communicates clearly and effectively across the team and with adjacent teams and stakeholders; keeps people well informed
Fluent in using AI code assistants, coding agents, and conversational AI (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT) to support the software development lifecycle, and able to establish those practices across a team
Bonus Skills
Experience building or operating metadata, catalog, lineage, or discovery/search systems
Experience with GraphQL APIs and high-throughput, multi-tenant data services
Familiarity with the analytics engineering workflow and the dbt ecosystem
Experience supporting enterprise or single-tenant customers with strict reliability and latency requirements

Provide technical guidance and review to more junior team members, supporting their development and the quality of their output
Work independently on ambiguous or complex problems, structuring your own approach and bringing solutions rather than questions

At Linear, we're building the product development system for teams and agents. AI is fundamentally changing how software gets built, and we’re shaping the tools this new era requires.
Founded in 2019, Linear has become the platform of choice for more than 40,000 companies (including OpenAI, Coinbase, and Ramp) to plan, build, and ship their products. Today, our team is distributed across North America, Europe, and Australia, and we’re continuing to grow internationally. What unites us is relentless focus, fast execution, and a deep care for software craftsmanship.
The Data team works across Linear, supporting Product, Engineering, and GTM. We own our data pipelines, warehouse, dashboards, analysis, and integrations with third-party tools. As a small team, we focus on building systems that make data accessible and useful across Linear. We’re looking for someone who wants to help shape how we architect, build, and use data as we grow.
Location & work mode
Linear is a remote-first company, with optional co-working offices in San Francisco, New York, and London. This role is open to candidates based in North America. You can work from anywhere within this region. We value deep focus and async collaboration, with intentional moments to connect in person through team off-sites, optional co-working, and occasional travel.
What you’ll do
- Work across Product and GTM (Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance) to turn ambiguous questions and operational needs into useful metrics, models, analyses, and workflows
- Build and maintain dbt models and pipelines that create trusted views of our product, customers, and business
- Design clear, maintainable data models and improve the testing, documentation, performance, and reliability of our data stack
- Build dashboards and self-service reporting in Metabase and Hex, and dig deeper when the answer requires more than a chart
- Operationalize data through reverse ETL and partner with GTM Engineering on the scoring, segmentation, automations, and internal tools that help our teams scale
- Balance fast, pragmatic answers with durable solutions, recognizing when a one-off request should become a reusable model or workflow
- Find ways to leverage emerging tools, LLMs, and coding agents to accelerate development, analysis, testing, and documentation while maintaining a high bar for correctness
What we're looking for
- 8+ years of experience in analytics engineering, data analytics, or data engineering, ideally at a fast-moving software company
- Exceptional SQL and strong hands-on experience with dbt and a modern cloud data warehouse
- Track record of owning data projects end-to-end, from shaping an ambiguous problem to shipping something people rely on
- Strong data modeling judgment: you think clearly about grain, reusable components, interfaces, dependencies, and maintainability without relying on a single prescribed methodology
- Analytical judgment: you know when to answer quickly, when to investigate deeply, and how to turn complex findings into a clear recommendation
- Comfortable moving between technical implementation and business context, from debugging a data model to understanding product adoption or sales efficiency
- High ownership mentality: self-directed, pragmatic, and willing to challenge a request or approach when something does not make sense
- Strong communication skills and experience partnering directly with both technical and non-technical teams
- Comfortable using LLMs and coding agents as part of your day-to-day development workflow
Our tech
This stack reflects the systems you’ll work in. You’re not expected to have experience with everything listed, but you should be comfortable learning quickly and working across the full lifecycle of data.
- Data Warehouse: Snowflake, dbt Cloud
- Dashboards / Analysis: Metabase, Hex
- ETL / rETL: Hevo, Fivetran
- GTM tools: Hubspot, Pocus, Clay
What we offer
We're a small, focused team that cares deeply about the quality of our work and the people we do it with. Here's what you can expect:
- Competitive salary and equity
- Employee-friendly equity terms including early exercise in the US and extended exercise windows
- Daily meal and coffee stipend on every workday
- Paid co-working space or desk
- Health coverage (based on country requirements)
- 5 weeks paid vacation, plus local statutory holidays
- 4 months paid parental leave
- Paid month off after 4 years & every 2 years thereafter

We're hiring a
HVAC Estimator
for a U.S.-based commercial mechanical contractor.
This is a
newly created position
, and it is first and foremost an estimating seat. The company wants one person who can own commercial HVAC estimating end-to-end — take-offs, pricing, bid packages — and become the internal authority on how they bid work.
As you learn their processes, the role expands to include project management support. That's the secondary half of the job, and it grows over time rather than starting on day one.
Their current project mix is hospitality — hotels, resorts, restaurants — plus office buildings. They are actively expanding into
data centers, hospitals and medical facilities, government projects, and high-rise commercial
.
You'll work directly with the leadership team, not through layers. This is a long-term hire.
Your primary role: HVAC estimating
This is where you'll spend most of your time.
Prepare complete estimates for commercial HVAC projects from drawings and specifications
Execute detailed material and equipment take-offs — ductwork, sheet metal, air handling equipment, piping, insulation, hangers and accessories
Build labor pricing using U.S. labor rates and productivity factors
Solicit, review and level subcontractor and vendor quotes
Analyze scopes of work, identify exclusions and qualifications, and flag scope gaps before they become change orders
Raise RFIs and process addendums during the bid period
Assemble and submit complete, competitive bid packages within deadline
Build and maintain the company's cost databases, estimating templates and standardized workflows
Conduct post-bid reviews to improve accuracy and margin over time
Your secondary role: project management support
Once you're established in the estimating seat, you'll take on a growing share of this.
Prepare and track submittals
Assemble closeout documentation
Plan management and document control
Support change order pricing and scope adjustments
Requirements
Mechanical Engineering degree
Hands-on HVAC estimating experience
— you have personally priced commercial HVAC scope: ductwork, sheet metal, equipment, piping, and the associated labor
U.S. market experience
— you've worked to U.S. codes, labor rates and estimating conventions
Availability to work full-time during U.S. business hours
Plus:
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
Experience on
large commercial
HVAC projects
Strong
Bluebeam
skills
Experience with
Procore
Professional working English, written and spoken
Nice to have
Engineering license (P.E. or local equivalent)
Previous experience supporting project management on commercial construction
AutoCAD or Revit for light drafting and markups
Experience in hospitality, data center, healthcare or government projects
ASHRAE or SMACNA familiarity
Strong written communication — this is a remote role on a distributed team
Benefits
Work for the most exciting companies in the North American Market.
Flexible schedules.
Work from anywhere.
Highly competitive compensation.

Workplace: Remote
We are looking for a Senior Analyst, Strategy & Planning to serve as the operational counterpart to FP&A inside Revenue Operations. This role is accountable for headcount and expense management, comp plan execution, forecast roll-ups, and the analytical work that keeps the GTM organization on plan.
Reporting to the Director of Strategy & Planning, you will partner directly with FP&A and across Revenue Operations. This is a high-visibility individual contributor role with broad exposure to the operating mechanics of the GTM organization.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Program-manage the annual planning cycle across Sales and Finance: own the timeline, drive the deliverables, coordinate stakeholders, and synthesize the output into a single plan.
- Own headcount and expense management for the GTM organization: track plan vs. actual, manage requisitions, partner with hiring managers and recruiting on capacity.
- Run the comp plan modeling and execution cycle: scenario modeling, plan documentation, exception handling, and partnership with the comp administrator on payout accuracy.
- Build and maintain forecast roll-ups across regions and segments. Partner with FP&A on variance analysis and corporate forecasting.
- Support territory and quota deployment: produce the analytical work that underpins the annual plan and mid-year adjustments.
- Maintain the Strategy & Planning analytical layer: dashboards, recurring reports, and the data quality work that makes the rest of the team's work possible.
- Partner with FP&A on month-end close, commissions accruals, and revenue reporting.
WHAT YOU BRING ALONG
- 5+ years in revenue operations, sales finance, FP&A, strategic finance, or a similar analytical role. SaaS or consumption-based business model experience preferred.
- Owner-operator mindset. You treat your scope as a system you own end-to-end: you build it, you run it, you fix it when it breaks, and you measure it by what it produces.
- Comfortable program-managing a cross-functional process. You can hold a timeline, drive deliverables across Sales and Finance leadership, and synthesize across stakeholders without being told how.
- Strong financial modeling skills. Driver-based modeling in Excel and Google Sheets, built independently.
- SQL fluency required; Python a plus. Familiarity with ClickHouse, dbt, or a comparable modern analytics stack. Comfort working in code, not just spreadsheets.
- Working knowledge of accounting principles: how revenue, commissions, and expense flow through the financial system.
- Detail-oriented and comfortable with operational rigor. You see controllership as a discipline, not a chore.
- Strong written and verbal communication. Able to translate analytical work into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, comp administration platforms (CaptivateIQ, Spiff, or similar), and BI tools.
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field
