We are looking for a Security Operations Engineer who combines hands-on engineering skills with security operations expertise. You will be deeply involved in the operations and troubleshooting of both server-side and client-side components within our Zero Trust architecture, drive security risk governance initiatives, and leverage AI tools to continuously improve system stability and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
K8s Operations & Vendor Engagement: Develop deep expertise in K3s / Kubernetes, including version management and disaster recovery. Independently identify and reproduce system issues, proactively engage with vendors to drive root cause analysis and resolution — not just workarounds.

Foundational knowledge of security principles and Zero Trust model; strong networking fundamentals with the ability to independently troubleshoot and analyze network connectivity issues.
Hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g., Claude, Codex, or equivalents) for day-to-day tasks including log analysis, scripting, fault diagnosis, and documentation.

AI-Forward: You actively explore and integrate AI tools into your daily workflow to boost efficiency.
Owner Mindset: You take genuine ownership of system health — you don't just close tickets.
Strong Communicator & Driver: You can clearly articulate technical issues and effectively push cross-functional teams and vendors toward resolution.
Self-Starter: You don't wait to be told — you proactively spot problems and drive them to closure.

Full-time
Job Summary
We are looking for a high-performance Senior Media Buyer to spearhead Meta ad strategy for a rapidly growing portfolio of insulation and home improvement businesses. This is not a "maintenance" role; we need a strategic owner who understands the nuances of high-ticket lead generation and high-intent funnel economics. You will have full autonomy over account performance, managing the bridge between creative strategy and technical execution. As the company continues its rapid expansion, this role is designed to evolve into a leadership position where you will mentor junior talent and shape the agency’s media buying standards.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize Meta ad campaigns for a portfolio of approximately 10 active client accounts.
Build, test, and iterate on sophisticated lead gen funnels, including VSLs and booked-call workflows
Take full ownership of the client relationship, leading weekly performance calls independently and providing clear, concise reporting.
Analyze performance data to drive actionable decisions, moving beyond surface-level metrics to focus on sales performance and lead quality.
Collaborate directly with the founder to develop and test new ad creatives, hooks, and messaging angles.
Monitor budgets, pacing, and delivery to ensure optimal scaling and client ROI.
Document and systemize processes to ensure internal scalability and quality control.
Proactively identify underperforming accounts and implement solutions before they are flagged by leadership.
Requirements
Proven experience managing $30k–$100k+ in monthly Meta ad spend across multiple accounts.
Extensive experience in the home services, home improvement, or contractor verticals.
Deep understanding of high-ticket, considered-purchase sales cycles and how to drive qualified inspections/applications.
Demonstrated ability to scale Meta campaigns profitably with a structured testing methodology.
Experience mentoring or reviewing the work of junior media buyers.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to lead high-level client meetings without hand-holding.
An "Extreme Ownership" mentality; you are tenacious about getting results and are comfortable having difficult conversations when necessary.
Ability to work within or overlap significantly with EST/CST timezones.
Nice-to-Haves
Prior experience specifically within the insulation industry.
Advanced knowledge of funnel building and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
Ability to stay ahead of Meta platform changes and implement shifts before they impact client performance.
Benefits
💰 Competitive base salary with performance-based bonuses
🚀 Clear path to a leadership/management role
🌎 Fully remote work environment with flexible scheduling
📈 Opportunity to work with a rapidly growing company (scaling from 21 clients and counting)
🎯 High levels of autonomy and ownership over your portfolio
🛠️ Opportunity to build and document the systems you use

These activities sit alongside a growing portfolio of partnerships, market expansion programs, and new business lines led by the Global Strategic Initiatives and Partnerships organization.
Market Opportunity
The opportunity is significant. The global games market is on track to exceed 300 billion dollars, and the sector has matured into a genuine institutional asset class. Industry trackers recorded roughly 161 billion dollars of games industry mergers and acquisitions in , and private equity firms, strategic acquirers, and sovereign investors continue to deploy capital into the studios, platforms, and infrastructure that power the industry. Xsolla sits at the center of this commerce layer, which positions the company to play a meaningful role in how capital flows through gaming.

About the Opportunity
Xsolla is seeking a
Head of Investor Capital and Relations
to lead its capital formation and investor relations agenda from New York. This senior, high-visibility mandate brings together two disciplines that are often treated separately: raising and structuring capital, and stewarding the relationships and narrative that sustain long-term investor confidence. The successful candidate will own the institutional capital relationships that support Xsolla’s strategic vehicles and initiatives and serve as a principal point of contact between the company and the global investment community.
The role reports directly to the Senior Vice President of Global Strategic Initiatives and Partnerships and works in close partnership with the Chief Executive, Chief Legal Officer, finance leadership, and the founders. It is designed for an investor who understands capital from the inside: someone who has sat across the table from sponsors, sovereign funds, and institutional allocators, and who can translate Xsolla’s strategy into a compelling, credible investment thesis.
The Head of Investor Capital and Relations will be based in New York and will report to Rytis Joseph Jan, Senior Vice President of Global Strategic Initiatives and Partnerships. The role requires significant global travel, including regular engagement across the Gulf, Asia, and major financial centers, to build and maintain the relationships at the heart of the mandate.
Expressions of Interest
Xsolla welcomes confidential conversations with qualified candidates and trusted introductions. Please direct expressions of interest, together with a resume and a short note on relevant experience, to the Xsolla Talent Acquisition team via the application button linked below.
Role Overview
As Head of Investor Capital and Relations, you will be responsible for the full arc of capital engagement, from sourcing and cultivating investors, to structuring and executing capital raises, to maintaining disciplined, compliant, and trusted relationships once capital is committed. Your remit will span private capital formation, sovereign and strategic institutional relationships, and the investor relations function associated with Xsolla's publicly listed activities.
You will build the investor relations capability that a company operating in and around the public markets requires, including the disclosure discipline, messaging consistency, and relationship infrastructure that institutional investors expect. You will also act as a senior commercial partner to the deal teams, helping to shape the capital structure, investor syndicate, and positioning of strategic transactions.
This is a builder's role. You will establish the processes, materials, and team that allow Xsolla to engage the capital markets with the professionalism of a far larger institution, while retaining the speed and ambition of a company in a high growth sector.
Key Responsibilities
Capital Formation and Fundraising
Lead capital raises.
Design and execute capital raises across the firm's strategic vehicles and initiatives, spanning equity, structured, and credit instruments.
Own the investor pipeline.
Develop and manage the investor pipeline, from initial sourcing and qualification through diligence, negotiation, and close.
Build the materials.
Create the core fundraising materials, including the equity story, investor presentations, data rooms, and the supporting financial narrative, in partnership with finance and legal.
Structure terms.
Shape terms and commitments in coordination with deal leadership, balancing the interests of the firm, its founders, and incoming investors.
Read the market.
Maintain a current and accurate view of market conditions, investor appetite, and comparable transactions to inform timing and structure.
Sovereign Wealth and Strategic Institutional Capital
Gulf sovereign wealth funds alone manage on the order of 5 trillion dollars in assets and have become active, thematic investors in technology and platform businesses, with leading funds such as QIA, PIF, ADIA, Mubadala, and ADQ frequently writing large strategic commitments. Cultivating and stewarding these relationships is central to this role.
Originate relationships.
Build and steward relationships with sovereign wealth funds, strategic corporates, family offices, and large institutional allocators, with particular emphasis on the Gulf, Asia, and North America.
Map the counterparties.
Understand the priorities, mandates, and decision processes of target institutions, and align Xsolla's opportunities to the right counterparties and ticket sizes.
Engage principals.
Serve as a trusted, senior relationship owner who can engage principals and investment committees with credibility and discretion.
Coordinate coverage.
Align coverage strategy with banking partners and advisors to maximize reach into the institutions that matter most.
Public Markets, SPAC, and Business Combination Investor Relations
Build the IR function.

At ClickUp, we're building the future of work: the first truly converged AI workspace unifying tasks, docs, chat, calendar, and enterprise search, all supercharged by context-driven AI. We are an AI-native company. Every team member is expected to leverage AI daily, and we evaluate AI fluency as part of our hiring process. Join us and help redefine what's possible. 🚀
JOB SUMMARY
As a Business Systems Engineer on the GTM Engineering team, you will design, build, and operate the automation and AI systems that power ClickUp's Go-To-Market business — spanning core business products and the integration platforms that connect them. This role is AI-native at its core: you won't just maintain existing workflows, you'll actively advance our GTM systems with intelligent agents, LLM-powered automations, and next-generation integration patterns built on MCP, ClickUp Super Agents, and modern iPaaS tooling.
You'll sit at the intersection of business systems architecture and applied AI — partnering with Sales, Finance, Revenue Operations, and fellow GTM Systems engineers to eliminate toil, accelerate revenue workflows, and build the automated, AI-augmented infrastructure the company runs on. This is a hands-on engineering role for someone deeply fluent in enterprise business systems, excited about deploying production AI, and committed to genuine ownership of the platforms they build — directly supporting GTMSOE's broader mission of operational excellence across the GTM org.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
AI-NATIVE AUTOMATION & AGENT DEVELOPMENT
- Design and build AI-powered automations and agentic workflows across the GTM tech stack — including Salesforce, NetSuite, Workato, and MuleSoft — to eliminate manual effort and accelerate business operations.
- Develop and deploy ClickUp Super Agents and LLM-based automations to automate tasks such as deal data enrichment, quote generation assistance, order validation, revenue recognition triggers, and exception handling in quote-to-cash workflows.
- Architect and implement MCP (Model Context Protocol) integrations that allow AI agents to interact with business systems contextually and safely — enabling intelligent, event-driven actions across the GTM platform.
- Explore and evaluate emerging AI capabilities (RAG, fine-tuning, multi-agent orchestration) and determine which are production-ready for GTM business systems use cases.
- Build reusable AI templates, automation patterns, and agent blueprints that can be extended across the GTM Engineering team.
BUSINESS SYSTEMS INTEGRATION & ARCHITECTURE
- Build and maintain integrations across Salesforce, NetSuite, Workato, MuleSoft, DealHub (CPQ), and other GTM platforms — with a strong bias toward clean architecture, low technical debt, and supportable design.
- Own end-to-end integration patterns for critical business flows such as lead-to-opportunity, quote-to-cash, order-to-fulfillment, and revenue reporting pipelines.
- Design data flows and transformation logic that keep business data accurate, consistent, and accessible across systems without creating fragile point-to-point dependencies.
- Apply a build-vs-buy mindset: evaluate whether a given automation need is best solved with native platform capabilities, iPaaS tooling, or custom code — and make the case clearly.
PLATFORM DEVELOPMENT & TOOLING
- Build internal tooling, low-code/no-code solutions, and lightweight applications using platforms such as Retool, Replit, or similar to extend business systems capabilities with minimal overhead.
- Write automation scripts and data transformation logic in Python, JavaScript, or Apex as needed to bridge gaps that platform tooling cannot address natively.
- Utilize Zapier, Workato, and similar iPaaS platforms to orchestrate cross-system workflows that are maintainable, observable, and well-documented.
- Own the full lifecycle of what you build: discovery, design, development, testing, deployment, documentation, and ongoing optimization.
RELIABILITY, OBSERVABILITY & CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
- Monitor the health and performance of automations and integrations you own; proactively identify degradation, data inconsistencies, or failure patterns before they impact business operations.
- Conduct root-cause analysis of integration failures or automation breakdowns and drive durable fixes — not just incident patches.
- Maintain runbooks and operational documentation so that platform behavior is understandable and recoverable by the broader team.
- Gather feedback from business stakeholders and iterate on existing automations to improve accuracy, reduce edge cases, and adapt to evolving GTM processes.
CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION & STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT
- Partner with Sales, Revenue Operations, Finance, and Customer Success stakeholders to translate business requirements into well-scoped technical solutions.
- Work closely with GTM Systems Engineering, DevOps, and BSA teammates on architecture decisions, intake prioritization, and delivery execution.
- Contribute to the GTM Systems Engineering operating model: maintain task hygiene, communicate proactively on large initiatives, and log AI/automation work in the team's AI Excellence registry.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for business systems automation and AI — educating stakeholders on what's possible and setting realistic expectations on scope and delivery.
QUALIFICATIONS
EXPERIENCE
- 3–5+ years in a business systems engineering, systems administration, or integration engineering role.
- Demonstrated experience building and shipping automations or integrations that delivered measurable business value in production environments.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce and at least one ERP platform (NetSuite strongly preferred).
- Experience deploying AI or LLM-powered automations in a production business systems context — or a clear, demonstrated trajectory toward it.
- Experience working in a high-velocity environment where you manage multiple concurrent priorities and adapt quickly to changing business needs.
- Optional but valued: experience with DealHub (CPQ), ClickUp, quote-to-cash workflows, or revenue operations systems.
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
Technical
- Salesforce configuration, automation (Flow, Process Builder), Apex, and data model design — admin or developer-level proficiency required.
- NetSuite workflows, SuiteScript, SuiteBundler, saved searches, and data model — particularly as it relates to order management, billing, and revenue recognition.
- Hands-on experience with Workato, MuleSoft, Zapier, or comparable iPaaS platforms — including multi-step flows, error handling, and observability.
- Practical experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude, etc.), prompt engineering, agentic workflow design, and MCP integrations. Experience with ClickUp Super Agents is a strong plus.
- Proficient with Python, JavaScript, or Apex for automation scripting and data transformation; comfortable with REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, and OAuth-based integrations.
- Strong understanding of business systems data models and integration patterns (event-driven, batch, real-time).
Operational & Mindset
- Ownership: You take full responsibility for the systems you build — from reliability and documentation to stakeholder trust and continuous improvement. You don't hand off and walk away.
- Velocity: You move fast, iterate, and ship. You know when "good enough and deployed" beats "perfect and blocked," and you never sacrifice reliability or data integrity to get there.
- AI & Automation mindset: You default to asking "how can an agent or LLM handle this?" before reaching for a manual workflow — experimenting confidently and evaluating critically.
- Collaboration: You bridge the gap between technical architecture and business impact, asking clarifying questions, challenging assumptions respectfully, and earning trust with the stakeholders you support.
- Growth: You stay current on emerging AI capabilities, evaluate what's production-ready, and continuously raise the bar on what GTM systems can do.
WHAT YOU'LL WORK WITH
- Salesforce: CRM platform — automations, Flow, Apex, data model, reporting, and CPQ/OTC integrations.
- NetSuite: ERP platform — SuiteScript, workflows, order management, billing, and revenue recognition flows.
- ClickUp Super Agents: AI-powered automation and agentic task orchestration within the ClickUp ecosystem.
- Integration stack: Workato, MuleSoft, Zapier — recipe/flow development, cross-system orchestration, and platform observability.
- AI & MCP tooling: LLM APIs, Model Context Protocol (MCP), agentic workflow design, and production AI integration patterns.
- Low-code tooling: Retool, Replit, or similar for internal applications and workflow extensions.
- Scripting & APIs: Python, JavaScript, Apex, REST/webhook integrations, and JSON-based data transformation.

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Notion is looking for an experienced engineer who has designed and built secure software systems to help define the security foundations for our AI products. You’ll work with product and engineering teams on agent runtimes, tool permissions, retrieval, content writes, observability, and abuse-resistant design. You’ll turn product risks into clear architecture, reusable guardrails, automated tests, and production systems that help teams ship new features safely.
This role is based in San Francisco. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Define and build security architecture for product surfaces that operate across customer workspace content, including tool execution, content writes, retrieval, permission checks, provenance, and auditability.
- Make the secure path the easy path for product teams by shipping reusable libraries, review patterns, test fixtures, and guardrails that prevent classes of vulnerabilities.
- Build automated red-team and regression testing for risks such as prompt injection, indirect instruction following, data exfiltration, tool misuse, cross-tenant leakage, and unsafe workspace mutations.
- Translate threat models for new product surfaces into concrete engineering requirements, production checks, and launch criteria.
- Use production signals, incident learnings, and targeted experiments to harden Notion over time, then feed those learnings back into architecture and developer workflows.
- Help define the security bar for how engineers use coding agents, MCP-enabled tools, hooks, and internal automation without introducing new risk.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- Secure software engineering craft: You have 8-10+ years of experience designing, building, or securing complex software systems, and you are comfortable working in production code with product and platform engineers.
- Security architecture judgment: You can look at a complex system and reason about where the permissions, data flow, or trust boundaries are likely to get weird, and help re-design it to make them better.
- Security product strategy: You can turn a complex security risk you see into a product design or architecture that can be built.
- Builder mindset: You’d rather leave behind a useful tool, test, library, or pattern than a task or project for someone else to pick up later.
NICE TO HAVES:
- Experience building or securing products with tool use, retrieval, workflow automation, content writes, or complex permission boundaries.
- Hands-on experience with prompt-injection testing, red teaming, model behavior evaluation, or abuse-resistant application design.
- Experience with enterprise SaaS security models: permissions, sharing, audit logs, data residency, encryption, compliance, or customer-facing trust guarantees.
- Experience building developer tooling, CI checks, coding-agent workflows, MCP integrations, or internal frameworks that shape how engineers build software.
- Public security research, vulnerability writeups, conference talks, or open-source work related to product security or secure developer infrastructure.
Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role’s scope and complexity, and the candidate’s experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. For roles based in San Francisco, the estimated base salary range for this role is $270,000 - $340,000 per year.
By clicking “Submit Application”, I understand and agree that Notion and its affiliates and subsidiaries will collect and process my information in accordance with Notion’s Global Recruiting Privacy Policy https://notion.notion.site/Notion-Global-Recruiting-Privacy-Policy-fc3eb4e829354a26a2bb6fd5e289b550. https://dev.notion.so/a3ce416456924276a59de91bca740028?pvs=21

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.
EQUAL OPPORTUNITY & ACCOMMODATIONS
We hire talented people from a wide range of backgrounds. If you’re excited about this role but don’t meet every bullet, we still encourage you to apply. Notion is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of any legally protected characteristic. Consistent with applicable law, we will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records. Notion provides reasonable accommodations during the application process; if you need one, please let your recruiter know.
Notion is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. We do not discriminate in hiring or any employment decision based on race, color, religion, national origin, age, sex (including pregnancy, childbirth, or related medical conditions), marital status, ancestry, physical or mental disability, genetic information, veteran status, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, or other applicable legally protected characteristic. Notion considers qualified applicants with criminal histories, consistent with applicable federal, state and local law. Notion is also committed to providing reasonable accommodations for qualified individuals with disabilities and disabled veterans in our job application procedures. If you need assistance or an accommodation due to a disability, please let your recruiter know.

At Linear, we're building the product development system for teams and agents. AI is fundamentally changing how software gets built, and we’re shaping the tools this new era requires.
Founded in 2019, Linear has become the platform of choice for more than 40,000 companies (including OpenAI, Coinbase, and Ramp) to plan, build, and ship their products. Today, our team is distributed across North America, Europe, and Australia, and we’re continuing to grow internationally. - Product sensibility: you care about UX, speed, and polish, and you push back when something doesn't feel right
- Comfortable working without heavy PM overhead; you can help to shape the problem, not just implement a solution
- High ownership mentality: self-directed, full-lifecycle builder who takes a feature from idea to shipped
- Thrives in a remote, async-first environment with a lean, high-output team
- Experience at a startup or a company with a genuinely high engineering bar
