ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re hiring Site Reliability Engineers to set the reliability standard across everything we build. Businesses and developers build their own products and customer experiences on our platforms, from live customer conversations to content production, much of it real time and latency-sensitive. Our reliability is part of theirs, so there is very little room for downtime. You’ll join our dedicated Reliability team and own how we design for resilience, respond to incidents and keep improving.
You’ll work directly with product and engineering teams to define reliability targets, build the tooling to measure them, and shape the architecture and practices behind them.
- Design and run disaster recovery programmes, setting ambitious recovery targets and testing against them regularly.
- Define SLAs and SLOs with each product team, and build the tooling to track them by product and customer.
- Own how we detect, respond to and learn from incidents, including alerting design, the incident process and post-mortems, and our on-call process.
- Build AI-assisted investigation and auto-resolution, from agent-led diagnosis to automated remediation.
- Embed with product teams to shape architecture and engineering practices for resilience at scale.
REQUIREMENTS
- Hands-on experience running production systems at scale as an SRE, infrastructure engineer or similar, with a track record of measurably improving reliability.
- A strong background in backend development, and a habit of solving reliability problems with code and automation.
- Experience owning incident response, on-call and post-mortems, and driving fixes through to completion.
- Experience with observability and alerting, and with defining and tracking SLOs or SLAs.
- Solid grounding in Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure (GCP and AWS preferred)

Wolt is looking for an Ads & Promotions Specialist to join our growing team in Zagreb. In this role, you’ll drive ad revenue by selling advertising and promotional products to restaurants and stores across Croatia. You’ll partner with Account Development Managers and Account Managers to grow ad adoption among managed merchants, while owning the full sales cycle for unmanaged merchants yourself. Sell ads and promotions to managed and unmanaged merchants, owning a pipeline and working toward clear revenue targets.
Prioritise your time across high-value managed accounts and a broad base of unmanaged merchants, keeping track of every opportunity.
Pitch to merchants, handle objections, and turn hesitant or previously uninterested merchants into active advertisers.
Set up, monitor and optimise campaigns so merchants see a strong return, stay on ads longer and keep coming back.
Work closely with Account Development Managers and Account Managers to align campaigns with merchant goals and broader account strategies.
Support sales enablement by building and adapting pitch materials, reporting and best practices for the wider team.
Use AI tools day to day to prioritise prospects, personalise outreach and speed up reporting.

Fluency in Croatian and English, with the confidence to pitch, negotiate and close in both.
1–2 years of sales experience, ideally B2B and with quota-carrying targets.
A track record of hitting goals, including examples of pushing through when a target was hard to reach.
