Job Summary
The Bugcrowd RL and Reasoning Team focuses on pushing the boundaries of autonomous cybersecurity by building authentic, verifiable reinforcement learning environments for world-leading foundational AI companies. As a Reinforcement Learning Engineer specializing in Reinforcement Learning from Verifiable Rewards (RLVR), you will design and scale automated verification pipelines that transform real-world software vulnerabilities into deterministic reward functions. In this role, you will bridge the gap between low-level security analysis and modern LLM reasoning models, engineering environments where AI agents learn to discover, exploit, and remediate software vulnerabilities with mathematical certainty. Instead of relying on subjective human feedback, your work directly powers the rigorous, verifiable reward signals that teach next-generation frontier AI models how to master complex cybersecurity domain logic. You will work at the intersection of fuzzing, dynamic program analysis, system exploitation, and scalable ML infrastructure to shape the safety and offensive/defensive capabilities of future artificial intelligence.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Design, build, and deploy high-throughput RLVR (Reinforcement Learning from Verifiable Rewards) environments that evaluate LLM action sequences against deterministic execution outcomes.
Develop automated test harnesses, sandboxes, and verification engines that convert complex vulnerability research (e.g., memory corruption, web security, logic bugs) into binary pass/fail reward signals.
Integrate Bugcrowd’s Mayhem automated analysis platform and real-world vulnerability feeds into continuous, scalable RL environment generation pipelines.
Architect safe, isolated, and highly reproducible execution environments (using Docker, BuildKit, or Nix) capable of running thousands of simultaneous agent-driven exploitation and patching trajectories.
Collaborate directly with researchers at frontier AI labs including Anthropic, OpenAI, and Cohere to define standard benchmark formats, observation spaces, and verifiable evaluation metrics for cybersecurity tasks.
Implement precise telemetry, ground-truth verification algorithms, and trajectory logging to analyze agent reasoning paths and prevent reward hacking or false positives.
Build low-level instrumentation and debugging tools to monitor memory states, process executions, and network behaviors during agent interaction cycles.
Optimize infrastructure performance and environment reset latency to support massive-scale parallel sampling and distributed RL training workflows.
Benchmark and evaluate frontier AI model performance across diverse offensive and defensive security challenges, such as automated fuzzing, exploit payload generation, and patch validation.
Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Understanding of RL training workflows used by modern LLM systems, specifically execution-based feedback or Reinforcement Learning from Verifiable Rewards (RLVR).
Proficiency developing applications in Python and low-level systems programming in C, with Rust experience being a strong plus.
Solid understanding of software vulnerabilities, binary exploitation, fuzzing methodologies, or program analysis.
Experience with DevOps pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions), reproducible builds (Docker, BuildKit, Nix), and comfort working with Linux systems and low-level debugging.
Experience working with or building benchmark environments (e.g., CTFs, SWE-bench, security challenges, or execution sandboxes).
Preferred Experience
Experience designing custom reward functions, ground-truth verifiers, or automated grading engines for AI safety and reasoning models.
Background in low-level program analysis tools, sanitizers (e.g., ASan/MSan), compiler instrumentation, or automated exploit generation tools.
Proven track record of participating in or developing competitive cybersecurity benchmarks, CTFs, or open-source AI evaluation frameworks.
Working Conditions and Physical Requirements
The ideal candidate must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
Sitting and / or standing - Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time
Carrying and / or lifting - Must be able to carry / move laptop as needed throughout the work day.

About Us
Constructor is the next-generation platform for search and discovery in ecommerce, built to explicitly optimize for metrics like revenue, conversion rate, and profit. Our search engine is entirely invented in-house utilizing transformers and generative LLMs, and we use its core and personalization capabilities to power everything from search itself to recommendations to shopping agents. Engineering is by far our largest department, and we’ve built our proprietary engine to be the best on the market, having never lost an A/B test to a competitive technology. We’re passionate about maintaining this and work on the bleeding edge of AI to do so.
Out of necessity, our engine is built for extreme scale and powers over 1 billion queries every day across 150 languages and roughly 100 countries. It is used by some of the biggest ecommerce companies in the world like Sephora, Under Armour, and Petco.
We’re a passionate team who love solving problems and want to make our customers’ and coworkers’ lives better. We value empathy, openness, curiosity, continuous improvement, and are excited by metrics that matter. We believe that empowering everyone in a company to do what they do best can lead to great things.
Constructor is a U.S. based company that has been in the market since 2019. It was founded by Eli Finkelshteyn and Dan McCormick who still lead the company today.
About the Position
We're looking for a proactive and highly organized Technical Project Manager to lead customer implementations across Constructor's product suite. You will lead onboardings for new customers as well as implementations of additional products for existing customers, owning each engagement from kickoff through activation. You will own the plan, the timeline, and the outcome, and you drive the people delivering it through a matrixed reporting structure. As we build toward an automation-first operating model, you will help standardize how implementations are run and increasingly act as a portfolio strategist, managing exceptions while repeatable, AI-assisted processes carry the routine work.
You will:
• Lead multiple implementations end to end, both new-customer onboardings and additional-product rollouts for existing customers, from kickoff through integration, testing, and activation.
• Take accountability for the outcome of every implementation, coordinating Constructor resources, customer resources, and partners, against a single shared plan.
• Run kickoffs, set milestones, track dependencies, and maintain a clear, shared view of status for internal stakeholders and the customer.
• Serve as the customer's primary point of contact through activation, setting expectations and communicating progress, risks, and changes in scope.
• Identify risks and blockers early, escalate effectively, and keep implementations moving toward on-time, predictable delivery.
• Ensure clean handoffs into implementation from Sales and out of implementation to Customer Success and Support.
• Maintain implementation plans and reporting in our systems of record so schedule, duration, and status roll up cleanly across your portfolio.
• Help build the repeatable processes, templates, and standards that let the function scale, and partner on the automation-first model as it matures.
Role Responsibilities: Technical Project Management
• Own the Outcome: Be accountable for the success of each implementation from kickoff to activation, whether the work is delivered by Constructor, the customer, or a partner, standing behind on-time, predictable go-live for both new customers and existing-customer product rollouts.
• Drive Every Contributor: Coordinate Constructor technical resources, customer resources, and partners against one plan, holding each accountable to their commitments through influence rather than authority.
• Lead the Customer Experience: Serve as the primary point of contact through activation, running a clear communication rhythm and building customer confidence from kickoff to handoff.
• Manage Handoffs & Risk: Ensure accurate handoffs from Sales into implementation and from implementation into Customer Success and Support, surfacing risk early and keeping delivery on track wherever the risk sits.
• Build Scalable Process: Standardize how implementations are run at Constructor, maintain accurate tracking and reporting, and help advance the automation-first operating model as the function grows.
Requirements
You Have
• At least 3 years of technical project management or onboarding project management experience, ideally in a SaaS environment.
• A track record of owning delivery outcomes end to end and holding cross-functional contributors accountable through influence rather than direct authority.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to run multiple implementations in parallel without losing the thread.
• Customer-facing confidence: you can lead a kickoff, manage expectations, and keep stakeholders aligned through go-live.
• Proven ability to prioritize effectively, manage competing demands, and maintain clarity under ambiguity.
Nice to Have
• Technical fluency sufficient to direct integration specialists and translate between technical and business stakeholders.
• Exposure to ecommerce, product discovery, LLMs and familiarity with concepts like catalog data feeds, integrations and APIs.
• Experience coordinating implementations that span internal teams, customer resources, and third-party partners.
Benefits
🏝️ Unlimited vacation time - we strongly encourage all of our employees take at least 3 weeks per year
💰 A competitive compensation package including stock options

Our investors are some of the world's most prominent, including Andreessen Horowitz, ICONIQ Growth and Sequoia. We've raised $781M in funding and our last valuation was $22B - multiples of 11, always.

Everything we do is the result of the creativity and commitment of our team - builders doing the best work of their lives. We are researchers, engineers, and operators. IOI medalists and ex-founders. If you want to work hard and create lasting positive impact, we want to hear from you.
HOW WE WORK
- High-velocity: Rapid experimentation, lean autonomous teams, and minimal bureaucracy.
- Impact not job titles: We don’t have job titles. Instead, it’s about the impact you have. No task is above or beneath you.
- AI first: We use AI to move faster with higher-quality results. We do this across the whole company—from engineering to growth to operations.
- Excellence everywhere: Everything we do should match the quality of our AI models.
- Global team: We prioritize your talent, not your location.
WHAT WE OFFER

- Social travel: We also provide an annual discretionary stipend to meet up with colleagues each year, however you choose.
- Annual team offsite: Each year, we bring your entire team together in a new location - past offsites have included Croatia, Italy and Cancún
- Co-working: If you’re not located near one of our main hubs, we offer a monthly co-working stipend.
About the role
We're looking for an experienced Analytics Engineer to join our Data team as one of its first hires. You will own the transformation layer between raw data and business decisions: modelling our data in dbt, defining the certified metrics the company runs on, and setting the standards that every analyst and data scientist at ElevenLabs builds.
- Drive the implementation of a world-class metric layer for the company: modelling conventions, project structure, testing, CI, and documentation.
- Design and maintain the certified KPI layer for product (activation, adoption, retention, usage), finance (billing, ARR, revenue), and company-wide topics, built to withstand audit scrutiny.
- Partner with Data Engineering on evolving the data warehouse architecture, and with stakeholders to turn ambiguous questions into trusted, reusable data products, including data served through AI agents.
Requirements
Demonstrated experience building and scaling a dbt project and metrics layer, ideally as one of the first analytics engineers on a growing team.
- Expert knowledge of dbt and advanced SQL (required); strong grasp of dimensional modelling, grain, and incremental patterns.
- Proficiency across the modern data stack (BigQuery or similar warehouse, Python, BI tools such as Looker).
- Rigour around data quality: you test, document, and reconcile by default, and you spot a model that runs cleanly but is quietly wrong.
- Strong ability to understand varied stakeholder requirements, push back where needed, and translate them into generalised, well-documented models.
Bonus:
- Experience modelling billing, subscription and ARR data (Stripe, Salesforce) or product event data at scale.
- Experience serving data to LLM-based agents or building semantic / metrics layers consumed by AI tools.
- Experience with CI for data (Slim CI, data contracts, PII policy tags) and infrastructure-as-code for warehouse access.
LOCATION
This role is remote-first, so it can be executed from anywhere in Europe, with the ability to operate in GMT and GMT+1 timezones. If you prefer, you can work from our offices in London and Warsaw.

ElevenCreative brings together leading image and video models alongside our own audio models, so our users can make everything they need in one place. We are looking for someone to own our relationships with the model providers who make that possible, starting with video.
You will be the main point of contact for our model partners, help bring new models to ElevenCreative, and build partnerships that are good for our partners, our users, and our business. You will work closely with product, engineering, finance, marketing, and sales.
This is a green-field role. You will define how we work with model partners as the ecosystem grows.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

- Identify and evaluate new partners and models to bring to ElevenCreative.
- Own the commercial side of our partnerships, working closely with finance.
- Drive marketing including joint launches, campaigns, and co-marketing.
- Work with product and engineering to shape which models we offer and when.
- Support enterprise sales on partnership needs for large customers.
- Stay close to the generative video landscape and the models creators and marketers want next.
WHO YOU ARE
We are looking for someone who combines strong partnership skills with sound commercial judgment. You will thrive in this role if you:
- Have 5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or commercial roles at a technology company, ideally in AI or infrastructure.
- Have deep familiarity with the generative AI model landscape.
- Are comfortable with numbers and can connect partnership decisions to business outcomes.
- Can manage several partner relationships at once and build trust with senior stakeholders.
- Have worked cross-functionally with product, engineering, finance, and marketing.
- Can operate with US and European timezone overlap, with flexibility for partners in Asia.
- Thrive in fast-moving environments where you define the playbook rather than follow one.
BONUS
- Experience working with AI model or API providers.
- Familiarity with usage-based or credit-based pricing.
- Experience running co-marketing or channel partnerships.
LOCATION
This role is remote. The team operates across US and European time zones, so the ability to maintain meaningful overlap with both is important.
