What you’ll be part of
Garner is on a mission to transform the U.S. healthcare system — and we’re the only proven player doing exactly that. We partner with employers to redesign how healthcare works: applying 550+ proprietary clinical metrics across 80+ specialties to a dataset of 320M+ patients to identify the best-performing doctors, then using compelling incentives to steer members to the care that helps them get healthier, faster.
The result is a rare “win win” — better care and lower costs for both members and employers. In just five years, our work has helped over 2.5 million people access higher-quality care and saved $1B in healthcare costs. We recently raised our Series E and have doubled five years running. If you've ever wanted your work to solve a problem that touches every person in this country, this is the opportunity to do exactly that. You'd be joining a team fundamentally reimagining healthcare in the U.S. — and using AI to scale that impact further and faster than anyone else can.
About the role:
We are seeking an exceptional
Staff Software Engineer
to join our organization. Garner’s Engineering team tackles incredibly hard technical problems for a mission that truly matters. Our systems analyze billions of medical records to rank healthcare providers across the country. We are an AWS + Kubernetes shop, and we are constantly introducing new technologies as our system load doubles every year. We expect our engineers to champion cutting-edge industry practices as we aggressively embrace AI in every facet of our operations and norms. We are seeking teammates who take pride in delivering their best work while fostering a strong team culture.
Where you will work:
Garner is headquartered in NYC, but this position is available for individuals who are comfortable with remote work and occasional travel to HQ.
What you will do:
Lead team-level technical strategy and execution on multi-quarter time horizons
Use AI to build, optimize, and maintain software systems
Uplevel engineers across the organization by raising the technical bar
Collaborate across disciplines to understand our domain and iterate on projects
Protect our users’ privacy and security through best practices
The ideal candidate has:
6+ years of software engineering experience
Experience leading teams of engineers with demonstrated impact on technical strategy
A generalist software engineering mindset ready to learn new languages, frameworks, and techniques required for a fast paced startup environment
Demonstrated ability to build complex systems using AI coding agents (we use Claude Code)
Able to learn quickly and mentor others
Familiarity with data security and HIPAA compliance
A desire to be a part of a high-performing, mission-driven team that operates with intense urgency, a strong sense of individual accountability, and a commitment to authentic feedback
What you’ll get here
You’ll work on problems that matter, at a company working to change healthcare at scale. You’ll work at the intersection of AI and systemic healthcare reform, where the problems we solve are as interesting and compelling as the mission.
At Garner, you’ll take on real, ambitious problems with real ownership and autonomy, alongside exceptional, principles-based people who genuinely want you to win. It’s demanding by design. You’ll be challenged to stretch beyond what you thought possible and receive consistent coaching to help you grow and do the best work of your career. This isn't the right fit for everyone, and that's intentional. The people here are driven by what's at stake for real people, and that's what gives our intensity its purpose.
Technologies we use:
Claude Code, Kubernetes, AWS, Airflow, DBT, Python, TypeScript, React, Go
This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing company in a transformative role, helping shape the future of healthcare.
Compensation Transparency:
The target salary range for this position is $275,000 - $300,000. Individual compensation for this role will depend on various factors, including qualifications, skills, and applicable laws. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible to participate in our equity incentive and competitive benefits plans, including but not limited to: flexible PTO, Medical/Dental/Vision plan options, 401(k), Teladoc Health and more.

An overview of this role
As a Senior Backend Engineer with the
Database Excellence group
, you'll build and evolve the data frameworks and tooling that keep GitLab's application datastores scalable, healthy, and safe across both GitLab.com and thousands of self-managed instances. A primary focus for this role is building proactive data growth controls for GitLab.com, including retention and lifecycle management frameworks, enforcement of retention policies at schema-change time, and tooling that keeps database growth sustainable as AI-driven development accelerates how quickly data accumulates. You'll help teams across GitLab reason confidently about data architecture, placement, and lifecycle management, while proactively identifying saturation points in our GitLab.com infrastructure and driving corrective actions with partner teams. With the team's recent move into the Data Engineering organization, you'll also shape new scalability and data health features for self-managed customers, working hands-on with PostgreSQL and Ruby on Rails in a fully remote, highly collaborative environment.
Some examples of our projects:
Data Growth Controls (retention enforcement and data lifecycle management)
SQL Traffic Replay Tooling
Background Operations Framework
What you'll do
Develop and iterate backend features and data frameworks that make it safe and efficient for GitLab teams to work with data at scale across SaaS and self-managed deployments.
Design and build data retention and lifecycle management frameworks, including retention policy enforcement, bulk data removal tooling, and automated identification of tables that need retention policies.
Build shift-left guardrails, such as static analysis checks and schema-change-time enforcement, that catch unsustainable data growth patterns before they reach production.
Collaborate closely with product management, UX, frontend, infrastructure, software delivery, and analytics teams to design and ship high-performing solutions
Review and improve database-related changes from other engineers and community contributors, ensuring data integrity, safety, and performance across all deployment scenarios.
Design, build, and maintain tooling such as SQL traffic replay and background operations frameworks to proactively surface and address scalability and performance issues.
Research, design, and implement improvements to data retention and lifecycle management, database performance, scalability, and data health, including areas like soft delete strategies and database migration testing.
Document database best practices, patterns to avoid, and data architecture guidance to enable developers to make informed decisions.
Develop proactive tooling and guardrails that help developers detect and remediate potential performance and data issues early in the development lifecycle.
What you'll bring
Professional software engineering experience working with PostgreSQL in large, complex production environments, including high availability solutions with automatic failover and zero-downtime data migrations as well as managing large or fast-growing datasets through approaches such as data retention, archiving, partitioning, or lifecycle management.
Proficiency with Ruby on Rails or another Ruby framework, including designing, implementing, and reviewing backend features.
Ability to reason about software design, algorithms, and performance trade-offs at a system level.
Strong written communication skills and comfort working asynchronously in an all-remote, distributed team.
Self-directed work style with effective organizational skills and the ability to manage priorities as a "manager of one".
Alignment with GitLab's values, including transparency, collaboration, inclusion, and contribution to open source.
Openness to learning and applying new tools and approaches, including transferable experience from related data, infrastructure, or developer tooling domains.
Willingness to participate in our
tier 2 dabase on-call rotation
in your time zone.
The
Database Excellence Group
is a remote, agile backend team that builds and maintains the frameworks, patterns, and tooling that enable GitLab teams to work confidently with data at scale across all application datastores. As part of the broader Data Engineering organization, we focus on data scalability, health, and developer enablement for both GitLab.com and thousands of self-managed deployments, collaborating closely with infrastructure, software delivery, and analytics stages to ensure data changes are safe, performant, and compatible across diverse environments. We are independent, self-organized contributors, and we collaborate asynchronously across regions. We are currently expanding our mission from proactively identifying and addressing saturation points in GitLab.com infrastructure to also delivering scalability features and data health initiatives to self-managed customers.

An overview of this role
The Trusted Agentic Development team sits within GitLab's Developer Experience group and builds the platforms our engineers rely on every day. GitLab engineers increasingly build software with artificial intelligence agents. Agents can generate code and tests in seconds, but they can also produce passing test suites for software that doesn't work as intended. As a Senior Backend Engineer, Trusted Agentic Development, you'll own the technical thesis for closing that validation gap and build the early proof yourself. You'll rethink what validation means when the author is an agent and make the feedback loop fast, automatic, and trustworthy enough that teams choose to adopt it.
Validation that confirms agent-generated code does what was intended, so a passing suite means a working feature and not just a satisfied proxy.
Mid-loop feedback that helps an agent self-correct toward working software instead of green assertions.
Language-aware approaches under one shared model of what "trusted" means, starting with Rust, Ruby, and Go, while allowing the right technique to differ by language.
Real measurement of whether engineers trust and adopt the path, fed straight back into the platform.
What you’ll do
Own the technical thesis for how GitLab validates software when an agent is the author, and turn it into an architecture the team can build against.
Prototype the hard parts by building early versions of feedback mechanisms that catch the gap between passing tests and working software, proving what works before the team scales it.
Develop approaches for GitLab's primary stacks, starting with Rust, Ruby, and Go, under one shared definition of "trusted," while allowing the right technique to differ by language.
Design the mid-loop feedback an agent needs to self-correct toward working software rather than green assertions, and build the systems that deliver it.
Collaborate with engineering teams to adopt these approaches, measure adoption, engineer trust, and validation quality, and use those findings to improve the platform.
Set technical direction the team can build on, review designs, and help teammates grow their technical judgment.
What you’ll bring
Deep, current, hands-on experience building real software with artificial intelligence agents, ideally across more than one language, and a clear understanding of why agent output can pass tests yet fail in production.
A strong point of view on the validation gap and concrete ideas for closing it, backed by approaches you've built or tried.
Experience designing distributed systems designed to run on Kubernetes first.
The technical range to design systems rather than tune a single framework, and the judgment to know when a solution should be general or language-specific.
You prototype to learn, and you ship.
The ability to influence engineers across an organization without formal authority through working code and sound reasoning.
Strong written communication in an all-remote, asynchronous environment.
Alignment with GitLab's values, especially collaboration, iteration, and transparency.
This isn't a quality assurance or test automation role. We aren't looking for depth in a particular testing framework. We're looking for someone who has built with agents, experienced the validation gap firsthand, and wants to solve it.
About the team
The Trusted Agentic Development team is part of GitLab's Developer Experience group. We build platforms and practices that help GitLab engineers validate agent-generated software with confidence. We work across engineering teams and programming languages to understand how people use agents, test new approaches in real workflows, and create a shared model of trusted agentic development that teams choose to adopt.

An overview of this role
Site Reliability Engineers keep GitLab's user-facing services and production systems running reliably at scale. They combine software engineering with operational excellence, applying sound engineering principles, automation, and continuous improvement to build, operate, and evolve our production infrastructure.
This is a single application for Site Reliability Engineering opportunities across Infrastructure Platforms. Rather than asking you to choose the right team or level upfront, we evaluate your skills holistically and match you to the opportunity that best aligns with your experience and our hiring needs. We hire Site Reliability Engineers from Intermediate through Senior Staff across multiple Infrastructure Platforms teams.
We don't expect every candidate to have experience with every technology in our environment. We're looking for engineers with strong technical fundamentals, a growth mindset, and the ability to learn quickly. We'll support you in becoming successful with GitLab's tools, systems, and ways of working.
Please note: This position is open to candidates based in the United Kingdom only. Candidates based in the United States or Canada can apply to this posting:
Site Reliability Engineer, Infrastructure Platforms — AMER (Intermediate to Senior Staff)
How our SRE hiring works
Because this is a single application for SRE roles across Infrastructure Platforms, our process is built to evaluate you once and match you well, rather than interviewing separately for every team.
Recruiter Screen:
A conversation about your background, what you're looking for, and the level and teams that fit, so we can point your process in the right direction.
Core Technical:
The shared assessment every SRE candidate takes, regardless of eventual team. A low-stress, collaborative discussion covering system architecture and incident review.
Hiring Manager Interview:
A conversation about ownership, judgment, execution, collaboration, and growth, the non-technical signals that make an SRE effective at GitLab.
Peer Technical:
Team-specific depth, run by SREs from the team you're most likely to join, focused on the problems that team actually works on.
Skip-Level Interview:
A conversation with a senior leader on values alignment, and how you'll work across teams.
After your interviews, we consider your performance alongside our current hiring needs to confirm the level and team where you'll do your best work. Interview results are a major factor, and final placement also reflects our active hiring priorities at the time.
We’ll calibrate your level throughout the interview process based on the scope and impact of your experience.
Intermediate: You independently deliver meaningful reliability improvements within a defined area.
Senior: You own complex reliability work end to end and raise the effectiveness of your team.
Staff: You shape reliability across multiple teams, solving systemic problems and creating approaches others can reuse.
Senior Staff: You set technical direction across a broader Infrastructure area and influence reliability strategy at organizational scale.
What you'll do
Keep user-facing services and production systems reliable, scalable, and efficient
Build automation and tooling that reduces toil and replaces manual work with repeatable, infrastructure-as-code-driven workflows
Operate and troubleshoot production systems on Kubernetes, including deployments, rollouts, and scaling
Write and maintain infrastructure as code, and ship changes safely through CI/CD and GitOps
Participate in on-call, triage alerts, follow and improve runbooks, and escalate appropriately
Contribute to the observability stack, using metrics, logs, and SLOs to detect symptoms early rather than just outages
Take part in incident response and post-incident reviews, turning learnings into changes in automation and process
Document runbooks, architecture decisions, and reviews so your findings become repeatable practices
What you'll bring
Experience keeping production systems reliable, combining an operations mindset with real software engineering practice
Experience building net-new infrastructure tooling and automation, not just configuring existing tools. For example, Terraform modules, Kubernetes operators or controllers, or production automation and services written from scratch
The ability to read, debug, and reason about code. Most of our teams work in Go; some work in Ruby. You can discuss a piece of code's behavior, performance, and failure modes
Experience with infrastructure as code, and with Kubernetes and its ecosystem, at a depth appropriate to your level
Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud provider (GCP or AWS)
Familiarity with observability practices, including metrics, logging, alerting, and SLOs or SLIs, and using data to inform operational decisions
Comfort participating in on-call and incident response, with a structured approach to troubleshooting under pressure
Strong written communication and the ability to operate as a manager-of-one in an async, distributed environment
A track record of using automation, and increasingly AI, to reduce toil and improve how you and your team work
Alignment with GitLab's values and a commitment to working in accordance with them

WHY WORK AT HIGGSFIELD AI?
Higgsfield AI is the fastest-scaling generative AI company in history, hitting $1B in annual revenue run rate, 25M+ users worldwide, 6M+ generations per day, and powering 390 of Fortune 500 brands. We're building at the absolute frontier of AI-powered video creation and next-generation creative tools. Joining Higgsfield means becoming part of a high-impact team shaping the future of AI-native experiences, at a company that isn't just moving fast, but rewriting what fast looks like.
WHAT THIS ROLE MEANS AT HIGGSFIELD
This role owns how Higgsfield measures its product - from the first sign-up to whether people come back.
You are the measurement owner for onboarding, first generation, the paywall, plans and credits, and retention. Product managers ship fast here - your job is to make sure they ship knowing.
You make sure:
- Every product decision has a number attached to it before it ships and after it ships
- Experiments are designed to be readable, and then read honestly - including when the answer is “this didn’t work”
- The events the product emits can be trusted; you own the definition, not just the query
- A PM gets an answer in hours, not next sprint
You are the person who decides what “it worked” means.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Product measurement
- Own the core product metrics: activation, first-generation success, generation depth, free→paid conversion, repeat usage, retention by cohort and segment.
- Define each metric once, write the definition down, and hold the line on it - one definition across dashboards, decks, and Slack.
- Instrument new features before launch, with product and engineering: which events, which properties, what success looks like, when we call it.
- Watch the health of the event stream itself - tracking drift, double counting, missing parameters, naming breakage and find the problem before a decision gets made on top of it.
Experimentation
- Design A/B tests properly: hypothesis, one primary metric, unit of randomization, MDE, sample size, run length, guardrail metrics.
- Read them honestly: significance, peeking, novelty effects, sample-ratio mismatch, segment heterogeneity.
- Separate “we proved this works,” “we proved this doesn’t,” and “we can’t tell from this test” - and say which one out loud.
Product & monetization analysis
- In-product funnel work: onboarding and quiz, first generation, paywall, checkout, plan choice, credit top-ups.
- Pricing and packaging analysis: plan mix, credit consumption, unit economics per generation, margin by feature and by model.
- Feature adoption and its real effect on retention and revenue — separating “users who do X retain better” from “making people do X improves retention.”
- Behavioural segmentation: casual creators vs corporate/B2B, new vs returning, by model and by use case. Mixing them hides everything that matters.
Making it usable
- Build the few dashboards PMs actually open on their own — decision-shaped, not comprehensive.
- Write short readouts a non-analyst can act on. Visualize data for humans, not for other analysts.
- Automate recurring reporting so your hours go to new questions, not refreshes.
- Work in SQL, Python, BigQuery and product analytics tools. We use AI heavily - resourcefulness beats syntax.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're looking for an analyst with opinions.
You should have:
- Strong SQL: window functions, cohorts, funnels and retention on raw event data, without help.
- Python at working level for analysis (pandas, notebooks). Entry level is fine - we use AI heavily.
- Real experimentation experience: you have designed tests, run them, and killed features with the results.
- Statistical honesty: you know what a p-value does and does not entitle you to say, and you have refused to call a flat test a win.
- Understanding of subscription + one-time purchase mechanics: recurring vs one-off revenue, refunds, plan changes, deferred value of unspent credits.
- The instinct to check the instrument before explaining the movement - a surprising number is a claim, not a fact.
- Ownership: you decide what's worth analyzing, you chase the fix, you follow the recommendation to a shipped change.
- Clear written and spoken English, B2+.
Backgrounds that often do well:
- Product analysts from consumer subscription or PLG products
- Growth/BI analysts who moved into product and stayed
- Early-startup analysts who built product measurement from zero
- Data scientists who got tired of models and want decisions
WHAT THIS ROLE IS NOT
This role is not a fit if you:
- Wait for a ticket to tell you what to analyze
- Want to build models more than you want to change decisions
- Need a data engineering team and clean tables to exist before you can start
- Would report a lift you don't believe in because a stakeholder wants it
- Need perfect data before you can say anything useful
- Want predictable 9–5 workdays
HIRING PROCESS
- Screening call (30 min)
- Hiring-manager screen (30 min)
- Business case (1 hour)
- Take-home with real-shaped data (7 days, ~10–12 hours of work)
- Team interview (60 min)
- Paid on-site trial (1 month)
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive base salary in USD, based on your experience, skills, and the scope of the role.
- Equity participation through the company’s stock option program, giving you the opportunity to share in Higgsfield’s long-term growth.
- Relocation support to Almaty for candidates moving from another city or country.
- A highly collaborative, fast-paced environment where you can work directly with experienced leaders and have a meaningful impact on the product and company.
- Opportunities for professional growth, ownership, and career development as the company scales.
- Company-provided equipment, meals, transportation, or other office benefits.

The Role
We’re looking for a product and content marketer to sharpen how Intellect competes, communicate the value of our solutions and turn that understanding into content that helps buyers choose us and clients get more from our offering.
Product marketing is at the centre of this role. You’ll build buyer and competitive insight, own positioning and messaging, and lead marketing planning for priority solution launches. Your remit spans Intellect’s digital products, care services and enterprise solutions.
You’ll also personally create the content that brings our positioning to life - from sales materials and customer stories to white papers, thought leadership and client communications. Working with our Clinical team, you’ll draw on research, evidence and subject-matter expertise to build credible, differentiated narratives. You’ll help strengthen Intellect’s brand, organic visibility and customer engagement through a focused, coordinated marketing plan.
Working directly with B2B marketing, sales, client success, product and clinical teams, you’ll have meaningful ownership of both the thinking and the execution.
This is a hands-on individual contributor role. We’re open to hiring at Specialist or Manager level, depending on your experience and demonstrated ability to independently own and deliver this work.
Your Responsibilities
Product Marketing & Go-to-Market
Build buyer and competitive insight through customer conversations, sales feedback and reviews of won and lost opportunities, identifying buying priorities, objections and reasons to choose Intellect.
Own positioning, differentiation and value propositions across Intellect’s solutions, tailoring messaging to priority buyer segments and markets.
Lead marketing planning for priority solution launches and updates, defining target audiences, messaging, supporting evidence and sales readiness, with B2B marketing owning acquisition campaign execution.
Bring customer and market insights into discussions with product, clinical and commercial teams to inform how solutions are developed, packaged and communicated.
Commercial Content & Sales Enablement
Personally research, write and edit compelling sales decks, solution materials, customer stories, case studies and campaign content.
Identify barriers to purchase with sales and develop messaging, objection-handling resources and competitive positioning materials that help address them.
Partner with the Clinical team to translate research findings, clinical expertise and customer outcomes into clear, credible evidence that helps buyers evaluate Intellect and supports renewal and expansion conversations.
Keep core materials current and easy to use, assessing their usefulness through adoption, sales feedback and buyer responses.
Website, SEO & AI Search Visibility
Own core website content and routine CMS updates, ensuring our solutions, differentiation and customer evidence are clearly presented.
Improve organic discovery through search-informed content and practical on-page SEO, prioritising relevant audiences and commercial intent.
Test approaches to improve visibility in AI-powered search and answer platforms, building on useful, authoritative content and sound SEO foundations.
Use search and content performance to prioritise improvements, working with B2B marketing on conversion and specialists on technical changes.
Brand Communications, Thought Leadership & PR
Maintain a consistent voice and narrative across Intellect’s public and client-facing communications.
Collaborate with the Clinical team on research-led content and white papers, bringing buyer-relevant questions into topic planning and turning findings and subject-matter expertise into accessible narratives, with clinical review for accuracy.
Develop thought leadership, articles and executive content that connect Intellect’s expertise and perspectives to the issues facing employers and their people.
Own a focused editorial calendar for organic social and ongoing brand communications, coordinating creative support through to publication.
Develop company announcements, press materials and story angles; coordinate leadership approvals, routine media enquiries and outreach with specialist PR support where needed.
Customer Marketing & Lifecycle Communications
Plan and execute repeatable client programmes, including onboarding communications, newsletters, solution education and engagement journeys.
Personally manage client audience segments, email distribution and straightforward CRM workflows, coordinating targeting and timing with client success.
Develop communications that demonstrate ongoing value and introduce relevant additional services, supporting engagement, renewal and expansion.
Equip client success with reusable templates and materials for account-specific deployment.
Planning & Effectiveness
Translate business priorities into a focused plan, protecting time for positioning, launches and commercial content alongside recurring communications.
Assess effectiveness through sales adoption, buyer feedback, relevant search visibility, customer engagement and contribution to commercial programmes.
Build reusable assets and workflows, using AI and other tools to improve execution while maintaining accuracy, originality and editorial quality.
Requirements
Strong in product-marketing judgement. You can demonstrate how you have shaped positioning, messaging or a go-to-market approach using buyer insight, and explain the decisions behind your work.
An excellent hands-on writer and editor. You can turn complex products and services into clear, persuasive content, with work samples that show both your thinking and your personal contribution.
Commercially minded. You understand how enterprise buyers evaluate solutions and can connect your work to buying decisions, sales effectiveness and customer value.
An independent owner. You can identify gaps, propose priorities, gather inputs and deliver work without needing every step prescribed. You make sensible trade-offs and know when to seek input.
Comfortable with website publishing and SEO. You can manage content through a CMS, apply on-page SEO fundamentals and use data to improve performance. You’re curious and practical about emerging AI search opportunities.
Able to execute customer marketing. You can use CRM and email tools to segment audiences, run communications and build straightforward lifecycle workflows.
Confident working with experts and evidence. You can draw useful insights from specialists and research, communicate findings accurately and distinguish supported claims from overstatement. You do not need a clinical background, but should be comfortable learning complex subject matter.
Organised and collaborative. You work effectively with commercial teams, product and clinical experts, leadership and creative partners, managing competing priorities with sound judgement.
Motivated by the mission. You’re excited to make mental healthcare easier to understand and access, and connect strong product marketing and storytelling with meaningful business growth.
Open to candidates in Malaysia (hybrid), Singapore (hybrid), Philippines (remote) and Indonesia (remote)
We value demonstrated ownership and work quality over a particular title or rigid years-of-experience requirement. Experience with enterprise audiences, multiple markets, healthcare, employee benefits, HR technology or complex services would be an advantage. Experience in research-led content, PR, executive communications or AI search optimisation (GEO/AEO) is also welcome.

About Us
At Fundraise Up, we are reimagining the fundraising platform to create the fastest and most convenient way to donate to non-profit organizations. Our innovation is aimed at enhancing loading speeds, boosting conversion rates, offering diverse payment methods, and more. Each month, individuals worldwide donate tens of millions of dollars through our platform. We are the go-to fundraising solution for some of the world's leading non-profit organizations. UNICEF, The Obama Foundation, the Alzheimer's Association, and many others leverage our platform for their online fundraising needs.
What you'll do
Build the methodology to forecast first-year revenue from new customers, using donation volume data instead of contract values.
Partner with Sales, RevOps, and Finance to validate pipeline data and keep deal value logic consistent with actual and expected donation behavior.
Design and maintain a standard model for deal value estimation, using internal benchmarks and historical donation patterns.
Build reporting that flags gaps between sales pipeline, donation data, and realized revenue.
Support forecast accuracy and board-level reporting, keeping CRM pipeline and financial models aligned.
Work with Product and Data teams to improve visibility into nonprofit donation flows.
Advise Sales on the financial structure of complex or high-impact deals.
Document the forecasting process so it can scale as the GTM team grows.
At Fundraise Up, AI is a default tool, not an experimental one. We expect every team member to actively use AI in their day-to-day work, identify where AI can change the shape of problems in their function, and grow their fluency as the tools evolve.
Skills and Qualifications
5+ years of FP&A or revenue forecasting experience, ideally including exposure to working alongside a sales team or working in a Deal Desk function.
Comfort building a process from scratch, with no existing playbook to follow.
Strong financial modeling skills, including forecasting and scenario analysis.
Working knowledge of CRM systems, Salesforce preferred.
Experience in a transactional or volume-based revenue model (payments, donations, marketplaces, usage-based SaaS) is a plus.
Deal Desk title experience is not required. FP&A depth matters more.
Comfortable working directly with Sales leadership without formal authority over their team.
Compensation
The compensation range for this role is $138k - $150k OTE. Final compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, skills, qualifications, alignment with the role’s requirements and location.
Perks & Benefits

ABOUT BASETEN
Baseten powers mission-critical inference for the world's most dynamic AI companies, like Cursor, Notion, OpenEvidence, Abridge, Clay, Gamma, and Writer. By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F https://www.baseten.co/blog/announcing-our-series-f/, led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products.
THE ROLE
We're looking for a hands-on Operations Manager to own the operational and analytical supply side of our GPU fleet. Key focus areas: GPU fleet lifecycle, health, observability, utilization monitoring, and remediation across our neocloud and bare metal environments.
We contract for a fixed amount of compute capacity. GPUs drift from healthy to unhealthy over time, and this role minimizes that downtime to keep the maximum number of GPUs healthy at any given moment.
This is an operator role, not people management. You'll drive execution through clear processes, metrics, reporting, vendor coordination, and cross-functional alignment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive suppliers to keep the maximum amount of the GPU fleet online and healthy.
- Maintain a live reconciliation of contracted vs. provisioned vs. healthy vs. utilized capacity, broken out by supplier and by cluster maximizing the number of healthy GPUs.
- Supplier-attributed fleet health accountability: own replacement SLAs, mean time to repair (MTTR), and RMA cycle times for every in-scope supplier.
- SLA monitoring, credit claims, and remedy enforcement: track SLA performance against contract terms, file and pursue credit claims, and drive remediation plans when suppliers fall short.
- Drive internal communications where suppliers need to perform maintenance to ensure all Baseten stakeholders are aware of activities that impact availability.
Scope and Approach
- Flexibility: this list covers the core of the role, not the limit of it. You'll be asked to take on adjacent work as the function evolves and as new gaps surface.
- Ownership mindset: we need someone who treats "whatever it takes" as a genuine operating principle, not a line in a job posting. If something falls outside a defined lane but inside the overall goal of closing the capacity gap, it's yours to pick up.
REQUIREMENTS
- 5 to 10+ years within infrastructure working within the compute lifecycle to maximize functional compute, ideally in a hyperscale, cloud, or large-scale compute environment.
- Direct experience managing GPU, server, or data center hardware supplier relationships. You understand fleet health, RMA processes, and how contracted capacity differs from delivered capacity.
- Highly analytical. You should be comfortable pulling your own data, building your own reports, and generating insights without waiting on someone else to hand you a dashboard.
- Comfortable with ambiguity. Part of the job is figuring out what should exist and building it.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills. You'll work closely with finance, infrastructure/engineering, legal, and security on a regular basis.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience at a hyperscaler, neo cloud provider, or AI infrastructure company
- Familiarity with GPU hardware lifecycles (NVIDIA H100/H200/GB200 class systems), power/thermal constraints, and supply chain dynamics for compute.
- Experience running formal supplier corrective actions.
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.
Apply now to embark on a rewarding journey in shaping the future of AI! If you are a motivated individual with a passion for machine learning and a desire to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, we would love to hear from you.
At Baseten, we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. We provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, genetic information, disability, or veteran status.

Who we want
We are seeking exceptional Software Engineering Interns for our 10-week summer program in New York City. As a core member of our engineering team, you'll build and launch features that directly impact real people — helping our members find top doctors and manage medical claims with ease.
You'll work alongside a passionate, multidisciplinary team of engineers, designers, and product managers, taking ownership of meaningful problems in a fast-paced, agile environment. This is hands-on experience building the systems that power our mission: transforming the healthcare economy to deliver high-quality, affordable care for all.
Select interns will be offered full-time roles upon successful completion of the program.
What you will do
Use AI to build, optimize, and maintain software systems
Collaborate across disciplines to understand our domain and iterate on projects
Participate in code reviews, sharing your insights and learning from others
Engage in problem solving sessions with senior engineers and team leads where your unique perspective will be valued
Deliver a capstone project presentation to engineering leaders and business stakeholders, demonstrating your work and impact
What we're looking for
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or related STEM field (expected graduation Fall 2027–Spring 2028)
Solid CS fundamentals with exposure to front-end (JavaScript, React) or back-end (Python, Node.js) technologies; familiarity with databases or cloud platforms (AWS, Docker) is a plus
Exposure to or interest in building with AI coding agents (we use Claude Code) is a plus
Strong problem-solver who enjoys breaking down challenges and finding elegant solutions
Self-starter who takes ownership of their work and is motivated by real-world impact
Clear communicator who can discuss technical ideas with both technical and non-technical audiences, and takes feedback well
Excited by fast-paced environments and eager to stretch their skills
A desire to do work that matters: and to be held to a high standard while doing it. You're energized by a mission with measurable outcomes, not just good intentions. You engage with AI tools as part of how you do your best work, and hold yourself accountable to outcomes that matter beyond your team’s metrics
Technologies we use
Claude Code, Kubernetes, AWS, Airflow, dlt, dbt, Python, TypeScript, React, Go
Please note: we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.
Compensation
The weekly pay rate for this role is $2,400. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for a housing stipend.
Few roles offer this combination: work that is genuinely hard, a mission that is genuinely important, and a team that is genuinely invested in your success. If that’s what you’re looking for, we’d love to meet you.
