Help maintain least-privilege IAM policies, identity federation, role provisioning, and automated lifecycle workflows across hundreds of cloud accounts. Help maintain observability coverage, including metrics, alerts, and basic distributed tracing, across core data pipelines.
CHAMPION ENGINEERING HEALTH:
Build awareness of secure architectural practices and IAM best practices. Flag access drift, technical debt, security vulnerabilities, and platform issues to your team as you encounter them.
GROW AND COLLABORATE:
Actively seek feedback and mentorship from senior engineers, participate in sprint planning, and share what you learn with peers as you grow into a more senior role.
Qualifications

If your career is just starting or hasn't followed a traditional path, don't let that stop you from considering Twilio. We are always looking for people who will bring something new to the table!
Experience:
1–2+ years of professional software engineering or DevOps/Platform engineering experience, with practical exposure to multi-cloud environments, Identity & Access Management (IAM), or platform automation.
Modern Development Workflow:
Practical experience with, or a strong desire to learn, AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot) to help write code, automate testing, and support debugging workflows.

Practical experience or familiarity with Terraform, Harness, or similar IaC tools to manage cloud resources and access permissions programmatically.

Experience with cloud environments, including basic exposure to account management, IAM permissions, or core services in at least one major provider—
AWS
(e.g., IAM, Organizations, SSO/Identity Center),
Microsoft Azure
(e.g., Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD, RBAC, Subscriptions), or
Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
(e.g., Cloud IAM, Workload Identity, Projects). General familiarity with multi-account/multi-project cloud architecture is a plus.
Language Proficiency:
Working knowledge of at least one of Shell, Terraform, YAML, or Go (Golang), with a willingness to build proficiency across the rest.
Security & Governance Mindset:
Solid understanding of core security concepts (authentication, authorization, least-privilege principles, secrets management) and an eagerness to build self-service, developer-friendly platform tooling.
Desired:
Familiarity with centralized identity federation, SAML, OIDC, or Okta integration with cloud service providers.
Hands-on experience with containerized workloads (
Docker
,
Kubernetes
) or managing access to Kubernetes clusters (EKS/AKS/GKE RBAC).
Interest in automated cloud governance tools, account vending machines, or identity lifecycle management at scale.
Coursework or personal projects involving distributed systems, cloud security, or API development.
Enthusiasm for working across multi-cloud environments and expanding hands-on depth across AWS, Azure, and GCP over time.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Product Manager, Growth at Ramp, you’ll drive acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization across our product suite. You’ll identify opportunities to help more businesses discover Ramp, get value from our products, and expand their usage over time.
You’ll work closely with engineers, designers, marketers, and data scientists to develop and execute a growth strategy grounded in customer insight and experimentation. Your scope will include core product experiences and partner-led growth channels, with ownership from identifying an opportunity through launching, measuring, and scaling solutions.
You’ll identify opportunities to use AI to help businesses discover relevant Ramp products, reach value faster, and expand their usage over time. You’ll balance rapid experimentation with the accuracy, transparency, and customer trust required when building financial products.
Please note that this Product Management role will require you to be comfortable with working in-person at one of our NYC or SF offices at least 2 days/week

- Conduct customer research and analyze product metrics and feedback to understand where finance teams encounter friction and identify opportunities to improve adoption
- Define and track growth KPIs, design controlled experiments where feasible, and use results to distinguish incremental impact from underlying trends
- Evaluate AI-powered experiences for both growth impact and quality, including accuracy, relevance, and reliability; balance rapid iteration with safeguards for sensitive financial data, transparency, and customer control
- Turn successful experiments into durable product improvements and contribute to the practices that help Ramp’s product management function scale
WHAT YOU NEED
- BA/BS in mathematics, technical, or analytical field
- Minimum 4 years of product management experience, building technical products from ideation to launch

- Passion for AI, shown through hands-on building, prototyping, or side projects, and staying current on research and tools.

If you're ready to apply your optimization talents in an environment where excellence is expected and rewarded, we want to talk to you.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead end-to-end optimization cycles: research → hypothesis → design → testing → rollout.
- Perform deep funnel analysis and competitive benchmarking to uncover high-impact opportunities.
- Design high-quality UI/UX mockups that clearly communicate your vision and maintain brand integrity.
- Partner with engineers to ensure flawless test implementation and deployment.
- Maintain uncompromising attention to detail and quality throughout the process.
- Analyze test outcomes with statistical rigor, making confident scaling decisions.
- Document learnings and build a systematic testing roadmap for continuous conversion growth.
- Present insights and results clearly to stakeholders, building alignment and momentum.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven CRO Results: 3+ years of hands-on CRO experience, ideally with subscription or SaaS funnels, with documented performance lifts.

- Communication: Clear, persuasive communicator with strong English skills (written and spoken).
- Fluent English: Strong written and verbal communication skills
NICE TO HAVE
- Exposure to marketing attribution models, UTM parameters, and ROAS measurement.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and execute quickly.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

We value ambitious professionals who deliver results. We offer:
- A merit-based environment where performance directly impacts compensation
- Substantial bonus structure tied to exceeding KPI targets
- Rapid career advancement for those who consistently deliver
- Autonomy to implement your vision without bureaucratic barriers
- Opportunity to work with a team that moves fast and values excellence
If you're a CRO professional who thrives on measurable impact, loves owning the full optimization process, and wants compensation directly tied to your performance, we want to talk. ABOUT THE ROLE
We are building a category-defining document management platform. We are way past the MVP stage, battle-tested in production, recently profitable, serving hundreds of thousands of customers globally.
We are rapidly scaling with multiple products and new funnels. Currently, we are looking for a Senior CRO Manager who thrives on ownership, speed, and building things that scale. Not a 9-5. Read on if you want challenge, autonomy, and fast growth.
This isn't a hand-off role. You'll own the full optimization loop end-to-end: deep funnel analysis, hypothesis generation, high-fidelity wireframes and visual specs, working directly with engineers, and the performance outcomes that follow.
We are not just looking at landing page optimizations, in this role you'll be working across the entire user journey, from acquisition through activation, retention, and monetization. The pace is fast and iterative. We ship in days, learn, and keep the engine running.
We've built a compensation structure that directly rewards people who exceed targets. Top performers see meaningful financial upside tied to their impact.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own end-to-end optimization cycles: research → hypothesis → design → test → rollout, while keeping the cycles short.
- Use AI tools daily to accelerate research, ideation, design, analysis, and documentation. This is core to how we work, not an afterthought.
- Perform deep funnel and product analysis across the full user journey - acquisition, activation, retention, monetization - plus competitive benchmarking to surface high-impact opportunities.
- Design high-fidelity wireframes and visual specs that clearly communicate your vision while protecting brand integrity. We're a code-first team - design is built in Next.js and TailwindCSS, not Figma.
- Partner with engineers to ensure flawless test implementation and rapid deployment.
- Analyze results with statistical rigor and make confident scaling decisions.
- Document learnings and maintain a continuously prioritized testing roadmap.
- Present insights and results clearly to stakeholders, building alignment and momentum.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven CRO results: 3+ years of hands-on CRO experience, ideally with subscription or SaaS funnels, with documented performance lifts.
- Funnel + product thinking: You don't just optimize landing pages. You think about the full user journey and how product decisions compound with funnel decisions.
- AI-native workflow: You actively integrate AI into your daily process - prompting, prototyping, analyzing, drafting - and have opinions about what actually works. Almost a must.
- Design taste: Strong UI/UX sensibility and the ability to recognize and create ideas that convert. You can build compelling, detailed visual specs yourself.
- Speed and iteration: Bias for shipping. You'd rather get two well-designed tests live today than one perfect test in a week, and you keep the cycle moving.
- Analytical depth: Skilled in Mixpanel, GrowthBook, Google Analytics, or similar.
- Execution excellence: Remarkable attention to detail in fast-moving environments.
- Ownership: Self-driven, proactive, fully accountable for outcomes.
- Fluent English: strong written and verbal communication.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a highly systematic Senior Creative Producer to own the ad creative engine for one of our core D2C subscription products in the consumer AI category. You will be fully responsible for the full concept-to-performance loop, generating the angles, driving production volume, running structured tests, performing competitor research, and turning creative-level data into the next round of winning concepts.
This is a high-impact role. Your ad creatives will be the primary performance lever: your work moves CTR, CVR, CPA, and ROAS directly, and you are accountable for those numbers alongside the User Acquisition team. The bar is high and so is the upside; performance here is directly and significantly rewarded.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Creative Strategy & Concepting
- Own the creative angle strategy: Define which hooks, pains, and value propositions get tested next
- Develop creative concepts: demo-led ads, UGC-style video, statics, and AI-generated formats
- Translate product features and capabilities into concrete, scroll-stopping propositions for target audiences
- Build and maintain a documented library of proven angles, hooks, and creative patterns
PRODUCTION & TESTING VELOCITY
- Own the creative pipeline across ad networks (Google, YouTube, Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, Applovin, etc) shipping new concepts every week
- Structure systematic A/B testing frameworks, isolate variables, and analyze the results to bring solid conclusions.
- Produce clear creative briefs for designers to execute high-performing concepts aligned with the brand.
PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS & ITERATION
- Own creative-level metrics: hook rate, hold rate, CTR, CVR, CPA, and ROAS
- Generate testable hypotheses from performance data and retire underperforming angles quickly
- Identify winning patterns, codify why they work, and scale them into new concept batches
- Deliver structured creative performance reviews with clear recommendations for the next cycle
MARKET RESEARCH & COLLABORATION
- Run systematic competitor creative research across ad libraries and creative intelligence tools
- Track emerging formats, platform policy shifts, and creative trends in the consumer AI category
- Communicate daily with User Acquisition Managers, taking briefs on which angles need more volume
QUALIFICATIONS
Must-Have Experience
- 4+ years producing performance ad creative for D2C or subscription consumer products
- Proven track record of high-volume output, shipping and live-testing multiple new concepts weekly
- Deep working knowledge of the major ad network ecosystems (Google, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, etc).
- Demonstrated fluency with an AI production stack across image, video, voice, and scripting tools
- Ability to read creative-level performance data independently and act on it without an analyst in the loop
- Experience building structured creative testing frameworks, not ad-hoc one-off tests
- Strong portfolio of ads with verifiable performance results. (Applications must include a CV and a portfolio of ad creative you personally produced).
Leadership Attributes
- Systematic operator. You build repeatable creative processes, not one-time wins
- Fully accountable for performance outcomes, not just delivery of assets
- Fast and decisive under volume. Comfortable killing your own concepts when data says so
- Treats User Acquisition as a working partner, not a downstream recipient of files

Location: Paris, France
Workplace: Hybrid
We’re a team of experts pushing the limits of what’s possible, united by our common goal to unlock true freedom through digital ownership, making technology accessible for all. We believe in a world where users, creators and enterprises manage their value with ownership and freedom. Our curiosity drives us to innovate, empowering individuals on a global scale. We believe change is constant and our team moves forward as one, with a culture of problem-solving where every employee is empowered and supported to challenge tradition and create solutions. Our mission is simple: to make self-custody accessible and give people the keys to their own financial futures. If you want to make a true impact, we want you to join us at Ledger.
At Ledger, we’re proud to be the global platform for digital assets and Web3, with over 20% of the world’s crypto assets secured through our Ledger devices. With our headquarters in Paris, and offices in Vierzon, Grenoble, Montpellier, London, Portland, Geneva, Zurich and Central Singapore, we have a team of around 600 professionals developing a variety of products and services to enable individuals and companies to securely buy, store, swap, grow and manage crypto assets – including the Ledger hardware wallets line with more than 7.5 millions units already sold in 200 countries.
The team
To sustain the company's growth, Ledger is looking for a Senior Scala Backend Engineer to join the Cloud Wallet team. This team builds and operates the backend services that power blockchain account management, transaction processing and on-chain data aggregation across all Ledger wallet surfaces, from Ledger Live to Ledger Enterprise, the custody platform used by financial institutions. Every client transaction goes through these services, and so does every new blockchain Ledger supports. We believe in the power of functional programming to build robust and scalable platforms. We take time to share, challenge, and grow together through bi-weekly knowledge-sharing sessions, meetups, conferences, and open source contributions.
What you’ll be doing
- Design, build and operate the Scala services that connect Ledger wallets and the Ledger Enterprise platform to blockchain backends: account creation, operation history, transaction crafting, broadcast and lifecycle tracking.
- Lead new blockchain integrations end to end, from the integration design (ADR) to production, across account-based, UTXO and privacy-preserving chains.
- Own production quality on your scope: SLIs and SLOs, observability, distributed tracing. Take part in the firefighting rotation and drive incidents to resolution, including those raised by institutional clients.
- Define clear contracts with the Coin Integration and Ledger Enterprise teams, for example where UTXO selection lives or how transaction states are exposed to consumers.
- Write and review ADRs, challenge designs, and raise the bar on code quality, testing (including end-to-end on testnets) and technical debt management.
- Work in an AI-native way: use coding agents daily, write the specifications, constraints and verification that let them deliver safely, and contribute to the team's AI tooling.
- Mentor other engineers and share your knowledge across the Backend Blockchain community.
You will collaborate cross-functionally with:
- The Coin Integration team for coin modules and new blockchain integrations.
- The Ledger Enterprise team, main consumer of the team's services for institutional custody.
- The Ledger Wallet, Ledger Button and Wallet XP teams as consumers of the team's backend APIs.
- The Blockchain platform team for data model alignment, indexing and event streaming.
- The Infrastructure and SRE teams for deployment, reliability and scalability.
- The Security team (Donjon) for vulnerability analysis and remediation.
- The Product team for roadmap prioritization and customer-driven requirements.
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years of backend engineering, with real production ownership of distributed systems.
- Strong production experience
- Interest for Scala and functional programming practice
- Hands-on blockchain integration experience: transaction lifecycle, fees, finality, reorgs, on at least two models among account-based, UTXO and privacy-preserving chains.
- Experience with event-driven systems and data infrastructure (PostgreSQL, RabbitMQ, NATS or equivalent) and with observability tooling (Datadog or equivalent).
- Able to diagnose an incident across several services and own the outcome, from root cause to fix in production.
- Comfortable reading and contributing to TypeScript code, as the team works on a polyglot stack.
- Daily use of AI coding tools, with a critical eye on their output.
- Clear written communication in English, especially for design documents and incident reports.

Ramp is building a dedicated function to drive its partnerships across the AI ecosystem — labs, AI-native companies, and the investor community — and convert those into real technical and commercial outcomes. This is a newly created, high-visibility role that sits at the intersection of strategic business development, product partnership, and ecosystem relationship-building.
Ramp is already embedded with key partners across the AI ecosystem, from working with leading labs on the latest models to serving as a design partner for emerging product capabilities. This role exists to deepen those relationships across every major lab and AI-native company, and turn them into something commercially meaningful.
There is no playbook for this.
This person will own and grow Ramp's most strategic relationships across the AI ecosystem, leading the technical side of those relationships end to end with partner product and engineering teams. The mandate spans product integrations, technical partnership strategy, deal-making, co-selling, and the creation of new revenue channels, pairing real product and engineering depth with commercial execution and ecosystem credibility.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Demonstrate technical depth to lead AI product and integration conversations end to end with partner engineering and product teams.
- Own Ramp's relationships with emerging labs and AI-native companies at a true partnership level — not account management
- Be embedded in the San Francisco AI community and know who is actually driving decisions at the labs, not just what the org chart says
- Convert ecosystem relationships into commercial outcomes — referrals, integrations, co-selling, and new revenue channels
- Do both the business development and product/integration work, combining deal-making with genuine technical engagement
- Stay ahead of how leading AI companies are commercializing and going to market, and help Ramp move with them — and ahead of them
- Represent Ramp externally across the San Francisco AI community: founders, investors, lab leaders, and operators
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- Deep, trusted relationships at leading AI companies with the people who make decisions and influence direction — not just formal contacts
- Commercial outcomes tied to those relationships, including initiatives with measurable revenue potential and smarter product integrations on both sides
- Ramp is known and respected across the San Francisco AI community as a must-know fintech partner
- Ramp keeps pace with — and ideally stays ahead of — how quickly the labs are changing, evolving their go-to-market strategies, and commercializing
- A repeatable business development and product motion built for the AI ecosystem, not a series of one-off partnerships
- An ever-evolving AI partnership strategy that includes sourcing, negotiating, contracting, executing, and growing relationships with leading AI companies
Over the course of a year, success means launching public products, integrations, go-to-market initiatives, and distribution channels with labs and applied AI companies.
Near-term objectives could include inclusion in model-launch announcements and joint product-integration launches. Longer-term goals will incorporate adoption of integrations and revenue targets as distribution partnerships are executed.
Every day will look different, but the work will include meeting with cross-functional stakeholders internally and externally, keeping a pulse on applied AI and the labs, negotiating active contracts, refining and executing Ramp's AI partnership strategy, and helping Ramp get closer to the teams that matter at the top AI companies.
NICE TO HAVES
- The ideal candidate combines two qualities that are hard to find in one person:
ECOSYSTEM CONNECTOR
- Deep personal relationships in the San Francisco AI community — founders, lab leaders, and investors — at a level where people pick up the phone
- Experience working inside or alongside leading AI partners in a way that provides genuine credibility, not just familiarity
- Known and trusted by the venture capital and investor community in AI
COMMERCIAL OPERATOR
- Has built partnerships from zero at a high-growth company and been accountable for commercial outcomes
- Can do the product and business development work simultaneously — technically fluent enough to engage on integrations and commercially sharp enough to close deals
- Has a builder mindset and can design scalable programs, not just one-off relationships
KEY CRITERIA
- Strategic business development — can identify and close partnerships that drive real commercial outcomes
- Technical aptitude — enough depth to hold credible conversations with AI lab and product teams
- Systems thinking — builds scalable programs, not just one-off deals
- Access — personal relationships at the decision-maker level inside labs, AI-native companies, and the investor community
WHY THIS ROLE IS EXCITING
- Ramp's AI partners are among the most influential partners any technology company can have right now. Getting this right matters enormously.
- There is no playbook. Anyone who can do something distinctive here will create a significant advantage — for Ramp and for their own career.
- This is one of the few roles that is genuinely AI-focused at a leading company in AI and technology.
- Ramp is already embedded with leading AI companies and is ahead of the curve in building this function. The groundwork is there.
- Ramp will give this person real runway — not a constrained, narrow mandate.
BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL)

Our Global Structure
Deliveroo is now part of DoorDash, bringing together teams with even greater reach, scale, and ambition. Depending on your role, you may collaborate with teammates, systems, and leaders across DoorDash and Wolt. Together, we’re unlocking new possibilities as one global team.
Senior Software Engineer, GenAI Platform
About the Team
Deliveroo's GenAI Platform team sits within Machine Learning Platform and builds the shared infrastructure that helps DoorDash, Wolt, and Deliveroo teams safely bring GenAI-powered products, agents, automation, and personalisation to production. Our mission is to increase the velocity of business impact from GenAI. A central pillar of that work is running frontier open-weight LLMs and VLMs (such as GLM, Qwen, Kimi, and DeepSeek) ourselves — real-time GPU serving, high-throughput batch inference, and fine-tuning on autoscaling GPUs — delivering large cost and latency wins (for example, a billion embeddings produced roughly 20× cheaper and visual models served roughly 72% cheaper). We also own core platform surfaces including the LLM Gateway, Agent Gateway, evals infrastructure, guardrails, and cost attribution.
About the Role
You will join a small, high-leverage team building production infrastructure for Generative AI at Deliveroo and DoorDash, leading the design and architecture of our open-weights model platform spanning inference and fine-tuning: real-time GPU serving, high-throughput batch inference, and model fine-tuning. You’ll set technical direction across model serving and inference engines, fine-tuning and training pipelines, GPU autoscaling and utilization, batch pipelines, backend services, and observability, and mentor engineers as you go. This role is ideal for a senior engineer who enjoys owning ambiguous, high-impact systems and pushing the cost/performance frontier of GPU inference and fine-tuning in a fast-moving technical area where product needs, model capabilities, vendor ecosystems, and cost/performance tradeoffs are evolving quickly.
You’re excited about this opportunity because you will…
Lead the design of infrastructure that helps teams move GenAI ideas from prototype to production, increasing the velocity of business impact from AI across the company.
Own and evolve our open-weights serving stack — real-time GPU endpoints, high-throughput batch inference, and fine-tuning (SFT/DPO/LoRA) — alongside the LLM Gateway, Agent Gateway, evals infrastructure, guardrails, and cost attribution.
Architect scalable, high-performance systems for model serving, batch inference, GPU autoscaling, and fine-tuning that power real customer and internal automation use cases
Push the cost and latency frontier of GPU inference — turning batch jobs that took days into hours and cutting inference cost by multiples — while giving product teams a clean choice across open-weight and closed-source models with reliability, fallback, observability, and cost controls built in.
Build platforms that support rapid experimentation while meeting production standards for latency, scale, monitoring, SLOs, playbooks, and operational excellence.
Partner closely with — and raise the technical bar for — ML engineers, product engineers, data scientists, and platform teams across DoorDash, Wolt, and Deliveroo to turn emerging GenAI capabilities into durable platform primitives.
Set technical direction for the future of the company's centralised GenAI platform — including emerging directions such as reinforcement learning (RLHF/RLVR), agent optimisation, and other post-training and agentic techniques — enabling the next generation of AI-powered products, agents, automation, and personalisation.
We’re excited about you because…
BSc, MSc or PhD in Computer Science or equivalent
5+ years of industry experience in software engineering
Deep backend engineering fundamentals, especially in Python and distributed systems.
Track record of designing and owning production services, APIs, data pipelines, or ML infrastructure at scale.
Experience operating systems in production, including observability, debugging, reliability, incident response, and performance/cost optimization.
Deep hands-on experience with LLM inference and/or fine-tuning of open-weight models in production — serving (latency, throughput, batching, autoscaling, GPU utilization) and/or fine-tuning (SFT/DPO/LoRA).
Demonstrated technical leadership: leading design across ambiguous, fast-moving technical areas, mentoring engineers, and turning customer use cases into reusable platform capabilities
Proficiency in using AI coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, Codex, Cursor) in the full software development lifecycle, including designing, generating code, testing, monitoring and releasing software
Nice To Haves
Experience with LLM inference engines and serving frameworks (e.g., vLLM, SGLang, TensorRT-LLM) in production
Experience with distributed/multi-node fine-tuning and training pipelines (SFT, DPO/RLHF, LoRA), including data preparation and evaluation
GPU performance work — multi-node/distributed inference, KV-cache/memory optimisation, quantisation (FP8/INT8/AWQ/GPTQ), or cold-start/throughput tuning
Experience with Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), GPUs, serverless/elastic GPU platforms (e.g., Modal), or high-throughput batch systems
Experience with LLM gateways, model routing, vendor abstraction, or cost attribution
Experience building developer platforms, internal platforms, or self-serve infrastructure
Experience building and deploying AI agents or MCP servers in production
Experience with eval systems, LLM observability, tracing, RAG, search, or vector databases

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager for a critical pillar of our Program Management function: Commercial Operations. This role will transform our commercial infrastructure into a revenue accelerator, building and executing the operational leverage that enables Anthropic to maintain velocity as we scale. You'll be responsible for managing and enhancing processes that support rapid product growth. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with operational excellence, someone who can both envision where we need to be in 12 months and build the infrastructure to get us there.
Responsibilities
Play a central role on the team that runs Anthropic's programs for Commercial Launches — helping evolve an established launch motion into a scalable, well-instrumented program that keeps pace with an accelerating product roadmap
Run launches end-to-end through the Commercial launch process: lead intake and scoping for your portfolio of launches, translate each into its commercial-readiness requirements (pricing, billing, tax, marketplace, compliance and selling motions), and collaborate with product teams to develop paths to launch
Identify where launches slow down today and drive resolution to prevent them from recurring: propose and implement process and system changes, clarify ownership, drive completion across partner teams like, Product, Engineering, Finance, Legal, and GTM.
Build specific program components that don't exist yet — launch tiering, readiness criteria, playbooks, templates, SLAs; and develop training that shifts programs from late-stage gatekeeper to early-stage partner
Take ownership of major program-improvement workstreams such as instrumentation (pipeline visibility, readiness scorecards, guides, throughput and cycle-time metrics) or workflow tooling and automation (intake, tracking, approvals, status) in partnership with Engineering and systems teams
Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Finance, and GTM teams to design clear interfaces and processes that span multiple teams
You may be a good fit if you have
Experience building and running new product introduction processes
Experience building capabilities and solutions that enable launching in new ways, from pricing to geographies
10+ years of experience in operations, with demonstrated success in billing, payments, or commercial operations (high-volume SaaS experience a plus)
Strong working knowledge of billing systems, subscription management, and payments platforms
Proven track record of building and scaling operational programs in high-growth environments — taking things from 0-1 and then scaling beyond
Willing to roll up your sleeves and do the operational work of building while also leading a team
Experience with automation initiatives and partnering with engineering teams to build operational tooling
Strong analytical abilities, problem-solving skills, and the ability to demonstrate ROI on operational programs
Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across GTM, Finance, Product, and Engineering
Adaptability and comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments where you need to balance multiple priorities simultaneously
Excitement about building the operational backbone that enables Anthropic to stay on the exponential
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$190,000
—
$300,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit

directly for confirmed position openings.
How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.
