ABOUT ELEVENLABS
ElevenLabs is an AI research and product company transforming how we interact with technology.
We launched in January 2023 with the first human-like AI voice model. Today, we serve millions of users and thousands of businesses - from fast-growing startups to large enterprises like Deutsche Telekom and Meta. Our investors are some of the world's most prominent, including Andreessen Horowitz, ICONIQ Growth and Sequoia. We've raised $781M in funding and our last valuation was $22B - multiples of 11, always.
We have expanded from voice into three main platforms:
- ElevenAgents enables businesses to deliver seamless and intelligent customer experiences, with the integrations, testing, monitoring, and reliability necessary to deploy voice and chat agents at scale.
- ElevenCreative empowers creators and marketers to generate and edit speech, music, image, and video across 70+ languages.
- ElevenAPI gives developers access to our leading AI audio foundational models.
Everything we do is the result of the creativity and commitment of our team - builders doing the best work of their lives. We are researchers, engineers, and operators. IOI medalists and ex-founders. If you want to work hard and create lasting positive impact, we want to hear from you.

About the role
We’re hiring a Sales Execution & NA Enablement Lead to raise how our enterprise sellers plan, pursue, and win complex, technical deals. This is not a traditional training role. You’ll set the standard for what great enterprise selling looks like, turn it into artifacts and operating rhythms, and make sure sellers and managers actually use it.
The role has two mandates: own key global sales execution programs, and act as the primary Enablement partner to North America sales leadership. You’ll work closely with the Global Head of Enablement, Sales Leadership, RevOps, Product Marketing, Product & Technical Enablement, and FDE.
What you’ll do
- Own enterprise sales execution: Build and operationalize the critical artifacts that drive excellent sales execution.
- Enable sellers to win technical enterprise deals: Coach reps to build business cases with champions, read 10-Ks, and connect ElevenLabs capabilities to measurable outcomes for technical and economic buyers.
- Partner with NA leadership on enablement: Diagnose field gaps and adapt global programs to NA needs, including competitive positioning, developer-led motions, and vertical playbooks.
- Facilitate globally: Lead highly engaging, practical sales execution sessions, not just build the programs behind them.
- Manage the coaching and operating rhythm: Embed selling standards and artifacts into how managers inspect deals and coach sellers.
- Build the foundation for a vertical selling motion: Lay the groundwork for vertical selling, which is becoming a global priority, not just an NA need.
- Execute in an AI-native way: Use AI to scale coaching, practice, and reinforcement, going beyond general AI fluency.
Requirements
- 10+ years experience in enterprise sales leadership and enablement experience, ideally in an AI-native or developer-focused company
- Excellence building and operationalizing value-selling artifacts across sales org with measurable results
- Experience with MEDDICC, Command of the Message, Challenger, or similar methodologies, and the judgment to adapt them
- Experience enabling frontline sales managers and building strong coaching methodologies
- AI fluency, and comfort building in a fast-growing environment where the operating model is still taking shape
- Enough technical depth to credibly support sellers selling to developers and technical buyers
- Proven cross-functional influence across Sales, RevOps, PMM, Product, and FDE teams
- Bonus: Experience working in voice AI

BUILDING THE FUTURE OF OPEN FINANCE
Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system.
THE TEAM
xStocks brings real-world assets on-chain as tokenized securities that are regulated, fully-backed, and tradable across multiple blockchains. Built within Payward, the xStocks team runs the infrastructure that issues, custodies, and settles these instruments across EVM, Solana, TON, Tron, and more. The platform moves real value, so security is not a feature bolted on at the end. It is a property of everything the team ships. This is a hybrid engineering and security seat built for someone who is genuinely both: you ship products alongside the engineering team when the security queue is quiet, and you own security work end to end when it lands. You report into engineering and partner closely with the Payward security, CISO, and compliance functions.
THE OPPORTUNITY
- Own security deliverables end to end. Coordinate and review smart-contract audits, respond to security questionnaires and due-diligence requests, support CISO and compliance initiatives, and turn findings into tracked, closed-out fixes.
- Run offensive assessments against our own platforms. Pentest the web apps, APIs, backend services, and on-chain components, and build the tooling to do it repeatedly rather than once.
- Continuously assess posture. Threat-model new and existing systems, review architecture and key-management flows, and maintain a living view of the risks and their mitigations.
- Review code for security. Be a default reviewer on changes touching auth, cryptography, custody, signing, and fund movement across our chains.
- Harden the platform. Improve secrets handling, IAM and least-privilege, dependency and supply-chain hygiene, and detection and logging for security-relevant events.
- Secure custody and signing workflows. Review and harden transaction signing flows, MPC and HSM integrations, signer permissions, admin roles, approval policies, and break-glass procedures.
- Contribute to product engineering. Pick up regular backlog work in TypeScript so you stay close to the codebase you are defending.
- Support incidents. Help with detection, triage, response, and post-mortems, and feed the lessons back into the program.
WHAT YOU BRING
- An engineer first. You write and review production code comfortably, TypeScript and Node.js in our stack, and you understand systems deeply enough to break them.
- Strong application and infrastructure security fundamentals. The OWASP-class vulnerability landscape, authn and authz, injection, SSRF, supply-chain risk, and secure design. You have done real offensive work in pentesting, vuln research, or red-team.
- Applied cryptography and blockchain security. Symmetric and asymmetric primitives, hashing, signatures, and key management, plus the security model of EVM, Solana, and ideally TON or Tron. You can read a smart contract and reason about how it fails.
- Ownership. You can take an ambiguous security item, an audit, a questionnaire, or an incident, and drive it to closure without being managed through it.
- Clear communication. You can explain a risk to engineers, to a CISO, and to an auditor, and tailor the message to each.
- An automation instinct. You do not want to catch the same issue manually twice, so you turn findings into tests, alerts, controls, documentation, or platform improvements.
- Risk judgment. You can tell a theoretical issue from a material one, and communicate severity, likelihood, impact, and remediation tradeoffs clearly.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience commissioning or remediating third-party smart-contract audits.
- Familiarity with custody and signing infrastructure such as HSMs, MPC, and ForDefi-style providers, and with on-chain transaction security.
- Cloud security depth in GCP or AWS, IAM, and container and runtime hardening.
- Detection engineering and security observability, including SIEM and log-based detections.
- Relevant certifications such as OSCP, OSWE, or GWAPT.
- Prior work in a regulated fintech or tokenization/DeFi environment.
Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution.
We consider qualified applicants with criminal histories for employment on our team, assessing candidates in a manner consistent with the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.
OUR COMMITMENT
Payward is powered by people from around the world and we celebrate the diverse talents, backgrounds, contributions, and unique perspectives that everyone brings to the table. We hire based on merit, seeking out people with the right abilities, knowledge, and skills for the job. We encourage you to apply for roles where you don't fully meet the listed requirements, especially if you're passionate or knowledgeable about crypto.
We may ask candidates to complete job-related skills or work-style assessments as part of our hiring process. These assessments evaluate competencies relevant to the role and are applied consistently across candidates for similar positions. Results are considered alongside experience and interviews, and are not the sole basis for any employment decision.
As an equal opportunity employer, we don't tolerate discrimination or harassment of any kind, whether based on race, ethnicity, age, gender identity, citizenship, religion, sexual orientation, disability, pregnancy, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic as outlined by federal, state, or local laws.

The Customer Experience team at 1Password designs digital-first experiences that help customers deploy, activate, and grow with confidence. Our goal is to create scalable programs that guide customers to the right next step at the right moment, improving product adoption, reducing friction, and supporting long-term customer outcomes.
As a Senior Digital Customer Success Campaign Manager, you will own and evolve our digital customer success programs across the customer lifecycle. You will design, build, and optimize targeted digital journeys that help customers move from onboarding through activation and beyond. This role blends program strategy, campaign execution, analytics, experimentation, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver measurable customer impact at scale.
This is an individual contributor role for someone who enjoys building programs from the ground up, working through ambiguity, and improving digital-first customer experiences in a fast-changing environment. Reporting into the Senior Manager, Digital Customer Success, this is a remote role within North America.

Across GTM, we’re transforming the way we work with AI. We expect every seller, CSM, and team member to become a power user, using it daily to work smarter and move faster. AI is already embedded in how we operate – from real-time coaching that sharpens how we sell and interact with customers, to surfacing insights that help us anticipate needs – creating more time for meaningful customer engagement. If you’re excited to reshape how you think, make decisions, and drive growth with AI, you’ll feel right at home here.
Note: All go-to market roles will have an in-person onboarding in Toronto.
What we're looking for:
- 6+ years of experience in Digital Customer Success, Customer Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, Growth Operations, Customer Success Operations, Product-Led Growth, or a related Software as a Service environment.
- Demonstrated success building and owning lifecycle or digital success programs with measurable business impact.
- Experience creating scalable campaigns, workflows, or journeys rather than managing a book of business.
- Strong understanding of the customer lifecycle, including onboarding, activation, adoption, retention, expansion, renewal, and risk management motions.
- Ability to interpret customer and product signals, identify patterns, and translate them into clear campaign strategies and measurable interventions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create concise, effective messaging for different customer audiences and personas.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Gainsight, Salesforce, Marketo, Outreach, or similar customer success and marketing automation platforms.
- Experience collaborating across Customer Success, Product, Support, Operations, Marketing, Content, and Data teams to ensure alignment across the customer journey.
- Comfort working in changing environments where teams are building new programs, processes, and operating models from the ground up.
- Preferred: experience using Artificial Intelligence tools to support program design, experimentation, and campaign optimization; experience with 1Password and/or cybersecurity is also valued.
What you can expect:
- Design, launch, and improve digital customer success campaigns and programs across onboarding, activation, adoption, and growth stages.
- Build scalable customer journeys that help customers reach key milestones using content-led interventions and targeted human engagement when needed.
- Identify customer signals, behaviors, milestones, and friction points that indicate progress, risk, or opportunity across the lifecycle.
- Translate customer and product insights into triggered programs and campaigns that guide customers to the right next step using existing resources and tools.
- Draft, edit, and optimize customer-facing communications, including email campaigns, journey messaging, and supporting content.
- Monitor program performance using metrics such as activation, deployment, engagement, retention, expansion, churn, and content interaction to evaluate effectiveness.
- Use testing methods such as A/B testing, cohort analysis, and message iteration to improve campaign tone, timing, targeting, and outcomes.
- Partner with Data, Product, Customer Success Operations, Customer Experience Content, and Voice of Customer teams to align digital programs with customer insights and business priorities.
- Build dashboards and reporting to track program health, surface insights, and recommend improvements to digital-first customer experiences.
- Use Artificial Intelligence tools and emerging technologies to accelerate campaign creation, analysis, experimentation, and optimization.

Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.
Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
About the Team
At Wolt, we’re building technology that makes life in local neighborhoods simpler. Wolt Market is our online grocery business, bringing customers a curated range of everyday essentials quickly and reliably.
The Category Team shapes the assortment, promotions and supplier collaboration behind that experience. As a Category Specialist, you will be the operational backbone of the team ensuring promotional plans, data, communication and follow-ups move accurately and on time.
You'll receive guidance and support from experienced colleagues while taking ownership of your daily responsibilities and contributing to the commercial success of Wolt Market Serbia.
What you’ll be doing
This is a hands-on coordination role at the centre of the Category Team. You will work closely with Category Managers, suppliers and internal stakeholders to keep commercial activities organised, accurately documented and delivered on schedule.
Day-to-day in this role you’ll:
Analyse category, product and promotional performance, preparing reports and insights to improve sales, profitability and assortment.
Support new product listings and maintain accurate supplier and product information across stores.
Support Category Managers in preparing supplier negotiations, following up on agreed actions and implementing commercial plans.
Coordinate promotional plans with suppliers and internal teams, ensuring accurate details and timely campaign launches.
Implement pricing updates, campaigns and category projects, keeping trackers and timelines up to date.
Collaborate with inventory management, marketing, finance and retail systems teams to resolve issues and support business growth.
Improve daily processes through reporting tools, automation and AI to reduce manual work and increase accuracy and efficiency.
Our humble expectations*
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive team player who enjoys working in a fast-moving e-commerce environment.
A bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business or a related field.
1-3 years experience in category management, commercial support or coordination within retail, e-commerce or FMCG.
Strong analytical skills and intermediate proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, with the ability to turn data into practical insights.
A commercial mindset and an understanding of how assortment, pricing and promotions influence sales and profitability.
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Clear and professional communication skills in Serbian and English, with the ability to build effective relationships with suppliers and internal teams.
Confidence using presentation tools, business systems and reporting tools, along with a willingness to explore AI and automation.
A collaborative, proactive and hands-on approach, with the motivation to learn and grow in a commercial role.
What we offer
You’ll gain broad exposure to the commercial engine of a fast-growing online grocery business and work closely with Category Managers, suppliers and cross-functional teams. This role offers a strong foundation to build commercial, analytical and operational skills while helping shape more efficient ways of working through data, systems and AI.
Next steps*
