About the job
We are looking for Fullstack Engineer to help QVAC application teams develop, review, test, and deliver reliable software with less friction. Your focus will be our desktop and mobile applications and their shared runtime, AI harness, and skills packages. You will build and maintain developer tools, integrate AI agents into engineering workflows, and improve code quality and delivery automation.
This is a hands-on engineering role with room to shape the tooling roadmap. You will work with engineers to identify useful improvements and own them from implementation through adoption and ongoing support. Success means shorter feedback loops, dependable automation, and tools that developers trust and use.
Responsibilities
Evaluate, integrate, and maintain developer tools and AI agents, including the repository guidance and integrations they need to work effectively.
Build and operate agents in CI and scheduled workflows that investigate failures, propose fixes, and give engineers evidence they can act on.
Improve automated pull request reviews, evaluating finding accuracy and reducing noise for reviewers.
Develop code quality scripts and checks for complexity, function and file size, dependency cycles, and performance regressions. Work with package owners on practical thresholds and targeted refactoring.
Improve development environments, testing, and build and release workflows so engineers and agents can verify changes reliably.
Prioritize improvements with engineering teams, support adoption through documentation and onboarding, and measure effectiveness, reliability, and operating costs.
Example projects include agents that investigate CI failures, diagnose compatibility and performance regressions, and flag changes that affect package interfaces or architecture. You will choose and refine these workflows with the engineers who use them.
Experience building and maintaining developer tools or engineering automation used by others, with strong JavaScript/TypeScript and
Node.js
skills.
Hands-on experience using and integrating AI coding tools or agents, with sound judgment about their limitations, output validation, and human review.
Experience with Git, CI/CD, automated testing, and systematic debugging of build, test, or integration failures.
A strong approach to code quality: maintainable code, useful automated checks, and refactoring that preserves behavior.
Ability to work independently, collaborate with engineers, and communicate clearly in English within a remote, globally distributed team.

COMPANY
At 0x https://0x.org/, our mission is to "Create a Tokenized World Where All Forms of Value Can Flow Freely". We deliver this to web3 builders with a delightfully simple suite of developer APIs that provide faster trading, better prices, and superior user experience.
Founded in 2017, we’ve processed over 211M+ transactions and $180B+ in trading volume from users trading on Matcha, Coinbase Wallet, Robinhood Wallet, Phantom, Rainbow, DefiLlama, MetaMask, Zerion, Zapper, and many more. Our investors include Greylock Partners, Pantera Capital, and Jump Crypto.
When you join 0x, you’ll become part of a veteran team of crypto builders who know the importance of code quality, team cohesion, and a culture of learning.
About the role
We are looking for a Senior Brand Designer to help elevate the visual identity of two very different brands across every touchpoint: 0x https://0x.org/, our onchain routing infrastructure, and Matcha https://matcha.xyz/, our consumer DEX aggregator. Today, the biggest priorities are sales enablement, web design and social graphics, with about 90% of your time spent on 0x and 10% on Matcha.
This is a senior, hands-on role for a designer who can move fluidly between high-craft visual design and the practical demands of a fast-moving marketing and sales function. As the only designer on our marketing team, you’ll play a key part in shaping how the 0x and Matcha brands look and feel.
The role requires an overlap with US Pacific hours.
What you’ll do
- Evolve visual identity and brand guidelines for 0x.
- Design and maintain a library of sales enablement assets: pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, proposal templates and partner kits.
- Design web pages, including landing pages, product pages, and comparison pages.
- Design social graphics for both 0x and Matcha.
- Design for campaign launches and major sales or industry moments, from concept through final assets.
- Build brand and marketing templates and components that non-designers can use confidently across campaigns, social and sales materials.
- Stay current on crypto, DeFi and fintech design trends.
What you’ll bring
- 4+ years of brand design experience, including at least 1 year in crypto, DeFi or emerging tech.
- A portfolio of shipped brand work across web, social and sales materials.
- A track record of shaping and extending a visual identity, not just working within one.
- Strong typography and layout skills.
- Expert-level Figma skills, including building reusable templates and components.
- Fluency with AI design tools, and experience using them to raise both the speed and quality of your work.
- Experience partnering closely with marketing and sales teams, translating business goals into design.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present and defend design decisions.
- A bias for action: you get things done without waiting to be asked and adapt quickly as priorities shift.
- Alignment with our core values https://0x.org/post/the-0x-mission-and-values: do the right thing, consistently ship, and focus on long-term impact.
- Ability to attend annual in-person team offsites around the globe.
Nice to have
- Experience building pages in Webflow, plus basic HTML/CSS.
- Experience taking a website redesign from concept to launch.
- Illustration and basic motion design skills.
- Experience designing for both B2B and B2C audiences.
BENEFITS
- The base salary range for this position is USD $120,000 - $180,000 + equity + ZRX tokens + benefits. Within the range, individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, location, business needs, and candidate preferences between the different compensation elements.
- Comprehensive insurance (medical/dental/vision/life/disability) for U.S.-based employees — 100% of base plan covered for you and dependents
