• Experience using artificial intelligence (AI), automation, analytics, or scenario modeling to improve Total Rewards insights, scalability, controls, and employee experience.
What you can expect:
• Lead a global Total Rewards strategy that supports business priorities and attracts, rewards, and retains talent across technology, cybersecurity, and other critical areas.
• Lead, coach, and develop a global team while fostering clear communication, effective collaboration, accountability, and thoughtful change management.
• Strengthen governance, controls, documentation, data integrity, and operating practices to support scalable and compliant Total Rewards programs.
• Define the future Total Rewards technology and data ecosystem, including optimization of platforms such as Pave and responsible use of AI, automation, analytics, and self-service capabilities.
• Partner with executive leadership, Finance, Legal, and external advisors on executive compensation strategy, market analysis, incentive design, and Compensation Committee materials.
• Oversee equity strategy, global compensation programs, job architecture, career levels, geographic differentials, pay structures, and pay equity initiatives.
• Set the strategic direction for global benefits, retirement, leave, accommodations, and wellbeing programs while supporting international expansion, acquisitions, audits, regulatory requirements, and operational improvements.

How we work with AI
We are committed to leveraging cutting-edge technology—including AI—to achieve our mission. We also understand that thinking critically about AI in its current forms will help us create better solutions for our customers and ourselves with its future forms, which will help us continue to close the gap between security and privacy and achieve our mission. We want team members at all levels to take the approach of actively learning AI best practices, identifying opportunities to apply AI in meaningful ways, and driving innovative solutions in their daily work. Embracing the future of AI isn't just encouraged—it's an essential part of how we will be successful at 1Password.
This approach extends to our hiring process—candidates are welcome to use AI tools responsibly and thoughtfully during the application process. To us, this means we do ask that you join live interviews without using AI tools so we can get to know how you communicate, solve problems, and collaborate with others.

Financial modeling, valuation, and quantitative analysis skills, with the ability to identify the business drivers that shape investor expectations.
Experience producing or analyzing earnings materials and investor presentations, and explaining technical software products, evolving business models, and financial performance clearly in writing and conversation. You can work directly with senior executives and offer an informed point of view.

Collect buyer requirements (languages, demographics, modality, annotation depth, licensing scope), push back when a spec isn't deliverable.
Manage pilots and convert them into recurring volume.
Shape pricing and commercial framework
Own our price book across modalities (per audio hour, per image, per video hour, per annotated unit) and defend margin against buyer pressure and vendor benchmarks.
Alongside with the business unit leader work with legal, privacy and tax on DPAs, consent frameworks, contracts across multiple jurisdictions.
Build the channel
