TEAM
You will be an integral part of a newly established internal studio, a dynamic and focused team dedicated to one of our most promising prototypes in scale. This studio is specifically chartered to improve this high-potential game up to the successful and market-ready title it is meant to become.
In this role, you'll work across our midcore game portfolio, contributing your artistic leadership to titles that have already demonstrated strong core mechanics and real player engagement. Midcore games demand a rich and immersive visual language, from compelling character and environment art to visceral combat feedback and cohesive world-building, and your vision will be central to delivering that.

This is a unique chance to join a project pipeline with established momentum, while having a defining impact on the creative direction within a dedicated and agile studio environment.
ROLE
- Define and own the overall artistic vision for the game, ensuring consistency, quality, and alignment with the product's creative and commercial goals.
- Establish and maintain a cohesive visual style across all art disciplines — UI/UX, characters, environments, VFX, and animation.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary art team, providing clear creative direction and actionable feedback at every stage of production.
- Collaborate closely with the General Manager to align the visual direction with gameplay intent and player experience goals.
- Drive the creation and governance of visual style guides, asset pipelines, and quality benchmarks.
- Actively contribute hands-on to key art assets and concepting where needed, setting the quality bar for the team.
- Champion player-centric design thinking, using live data, competitor analysis, and playtesting insights to continuously refine the game's visual experience.
PROFILE
- Proven experience as an Art Director or Senior Lead Artist on at least one shipped mobile title, ideally within the midcore genre.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership of a game's visual identity, from early concept through to live product.
- Deep understanding of the visual language of midcore games — including character design, environment art, UI/UX, and combat feedback systems.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop multidisciplinary art teams in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
- Hands-on proficiency in Unity, with the ability to implement, integrate, and optimise assets directly in-engine.
- AI-first mindset: Comfortable using AI daily and building custom agents or reusable automations to speed up your work
- Fluent in English.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
We run one of the industry's largest AI compute fleets, spanning multiple cloud providers and datacenters, to train, research, and serve frontier AI models. Those fleets run on Kubernetes, and the Kubernetes Platform team owns the control plane that makes them work.
We are operating at a scale where the defaults stop working. We own the scheduler and extend it to place topology-sensitive ML workloads across thousands of accelerators at once. We scale the control plane itself — apiserver, etcd, controllers — so it stays responsive as object counts and node counts grow by orders of magnitude. And we build the core cluster services every workload depends on, like service discovery, so they hold up under the same pressure.
We make sure the control plane is fast, correct, and always available. Your work will directly determine whether Anthropic can keep reliably and safely training frontier models as our compute footprint continues to grow.
Key responsibilities
Own, operate, and extend the Kubernetes scheduler for Anthropic's accelerator fleets, including custom scheduling plugins and policies for gang scheduling, topology awareness, and preemption
Scale the Kubernetes control plane (apiserver, etcd, controller-manager) to support clusters far beyond typical limits, and find the next bottleneck before it finds us
Design, build, and operate core cluster services such as service discovery that every workload in the fleet depends on
Build and maintain custom controllers, operators, and CRDs
Partner with research, training, and inference to understand workload shapes and turn their requirements into platform capabilities
Collaborate with cloud providers on required features and escalations
Participate in on-call, lead incident response, and design processes (postmortems, runbooks, SLOs) that help the team avoid repeating failures
Minimum qualifications
Significant software engineering experience building and operating production distributed systems
Proficiency in at least one systems-appropriate language (e.g., Go, Python, Rust, or C++)
Deep, hands-on Kubernetes experience (well beyond "user of”) into scheduler, controllers, apiserver, or operating large multi-tenant clusters
Demonstrated ability to debug complex issues across the stack, from API behavior down to node and network-level root causes
A track record of designing for reliability, correctness, and clear failure semantics in systems other engineers depend on
Strong written and verbal communication; comfort building consensus with internal stakeholders
Preferred qualifications
Experience with Kubernetes internals or contributions: kube-scheduler / scheduling framework, apiserver, etcd, client-go, controller-runtime, or similar
Experience building or operating cluster schedulers or batch systems (e.g., Kueue, Volcano, Slurm, or in-house equivalents)
Background scaling control planes or coordination systems (etcd, ZooKeeper, Consul, or large DNS/service-mesh deployments)
Familiarity with ML infrastructure: GPUs, TPUs, or Trainium; gang scheduling; topology-aware placement; collective networking such as NCCL
Experience with GCP and/or AWS, including GKE/EKS internals and Infrastructure as Code
Low-level systems experience such as Linux kernel tuning, cgroups, or eBPF
10+ years of relevant industry experience, including time leading large, ambiguous infrastructure projects
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$320,000
—
$485,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

ABOUT US
At LangChain, our mission is to make intelligent agents ubiquitous. We build the foundation for agent engineering in the real world, helping developers move from prototypes to production-ready AI agents that teams can rely on. We began as widely adopted open-source tools and have grown to also offer a platform for building, evaluating, deploying, and operating agents at scale.
With $125M raised at Series B from IVP, Sequoia, Benchmark, CapitalG, and Sapphire Ventures, we’re at a stage where we’re continuing to develop new products, growth is accelerating, and all team members have meaningful impact on what we build and how we work together. LangChain is a place where your contributions can shape how this technology shows up in the real world.
Today, our platform includes LangSmith (Observability, Evaluation, Deployment, Fleet, and Sandboxes), our open source frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, and Deep Agents), and the newly launched LangSmith Engine for autonomous agent improvement. We have 100M+ monthly open source downloads, 6,000+ active LangSmith customers, and 5 of the Fortune 10 use LangSmith in production (+ 35% of the Fortune 500 overall), including teams at Klarna, Clay, Coinbase, Workday, Lyft, Cloudflare, Harvey, Rippling, Vanta, LinkedIn, Monday.com, Nvidia, and Bridgewater.
ABOUT THE TEAM
The LangChain Federal team works directly with U.S. Government customers — including the Department of Defense (DoD), Civilian Agencies, and the Intelligence Community (IC) — who are building and operating AI agents in mission-critical environments. We partner closely with government program managers, technical leads, and system integrators across the full lifecycle, from pre-award shaping and evaluations through post-deployment expansion. We are building the federal go-to-market motion from the ground up, and every team member has a direct hand in shaping how LangChain is adopted across the federal landscape.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a Federal Enterprise Account Executive to join our growing GTM team and lead LangChain's expansion into U.S. federal agencies. In this role, you'll own the full sales cycle — helping technical teams at DoD, Civilian, and IC agencies discover, evaluate, and adopt LangChain's products. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role where you'll collaborate closely with engineering, product, solutions engineering, and professional services to shape how AI agent infrastructure gets adopted across government. If you're a relationship-driven seller who understands the federal landscape and wants to be part of building a go-to-market motion from the ground up, we'd love to hear from you.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own and manage the full federal sales cycle, from lead stage to close with a strong bias for follow-up and follow-through
- Act as a trusted advisor to federal prospects and customers — including DoD, Civilian Agencies, and IC — learning their mission requirements and demonstrating how LangChain's products solve real problems
- Drive proof-of-concept efforts, working with solutions engineers and product experts to demonstrate tangible value in government environments
- Navigate federal procurement mechanisms — GWACs, IDIQs, OTAs, BPAs, and direct agency contracts — to close complex, multi-stakeholder deals with speed and precision
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior agency decision-makers, program managers, and contracting officers, as well as system integrator partners (e.g., Booz Allen, SAIC, Leidos) and resellers (e.g., Carahsoft) who help drive and support deal flow
- Stay on top of the federal AI landscape — agency priorities, executive orders, budget cycles, and competitor activity — to educate customers and shape LangChain's federal strategy
- Build long-term customer relationships and support post-sale success in partnership with our Deployed Engineering and support teams
- Negotiate pricing and deal terms and work with legal to redline contracts
- Bring federal customer insights back to product and engineering teams to inform the roadmap and improve the user experience
- Help define and iterate on our federal sales playbook — your input will help shape how we go to market in this segment
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- You have 7+ years of experience selling complex software to enterprise or federal customers, with at least 3+ years focused on U.S. federal accounts (DoD, Civilian, and/or IC)
- You have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding federal revenue targets — ideally $2M+ ARR annually
- You have deep familiarity with federal procurement: GWACs, IDIQs, OTAs, BPAs, and direct agency contract vehicles
- You can translate complex technical concepts — LLMs, RAG, agent frameworks, APIs — into mission-aligned value for both technical and non-technical government buyers
- You have established relationships across federal agencies and the system integrator ecosystem
- Technical acumen with the ability to establish credibility with technical decision-makers at agencies
- You thrive in fast-paced start-up environments and are energized by impact — you want to help build the federal playbook, not just follow one
- Driven and solutions-oriented; you know how to navigate procurement roadblocks and keep complex deals moving forward
- Passionate about generative AI and excited to help federal customers navigate a rapidly evolving technology landscape
- You exemplify our operating principles:
- You are motivated to build something great: you hold a high bar for quality, craft, and impact in every customer interaction and internal deliverable
- You embrace hot takes: you bring informed opinions about the federal AI market, challenge assumptions, and engage in constructive debate with your team
- You operate with maximum agency: you take ownership of your territory, move deals forward independently, and help cross-functional partners stay unblocked
- You run to the roar: you lean into the complexity of government procurement, long deal cycles, and ambiguous buying processes — and find a way through
NICE TO HAVE
- Active or prior U.S. security clearance (Secret, TS/SCI)
- Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, LangSmith, or similar AI orchestration and observability tools
- Experience with FedRAMP, DoD Impact Levels (IL2–IL6), or other federal compliance and authorization frameworks
- Existing relationships with federal-focused system integrators and resellers (e.g., Booz Allen, SAIC, Leidos, Carahsoft)
- Prior experience building a federal GTM motion at an early-stage or growth-stage company

Job Summary:
The Platform Engineering team is a close-knit group of highly senior engineers focused on building software products for developers — from internal APIs and services to developer tooling, CI/CD frameworks, and Kubernetes-based abstractions. We treat our platform as a product — prioritizing usability, adoption, and developer experience as first-class concerns. You will spend a significant portion of your time writing code — building platform services, APIs, and developer tooling used across engineering teams. This is a rare opportunity to work alongside highly experienced engineers on meaningful software problems where your ideas and expertise truly matter. The team operates in Hybrid, focusing office time for meaningful collaboration.
Platform Engineering exists to empower product engineering teams to build, deploy, and operate healthcare software faster, more reliably, and more securely. We solve complex cross-functional problems through well-designed software systems — building APIs, services, and developer-facing applications that reduce cognitive load so development teams can focus on delivering value to clinicians and patients. We may not own every part of the stack, but we engineer the APIs, abstractions, and interfaces that piece it together meaningfully — and we own the design, implementation, testing, and lifecycle of what we build through sound software engineering practices and SRE principles
Key Responsibilities
1 · Design, build, and maintain platform services, APIs, SDKs, and internal tools used across engineering teams
2 · Own platform services end-to-end — from design and implementation through production operation and continuous improvement, writing high-quality, testable code throughout
3 · Design and improve CI/CD workflows and developer automation with a focus on usability and efficiency
4 · Apply distributed systems and backend engineering principles to design scalable, resilient services and APIs
5 · Production ownership of the services and tools you build — including observability, debugging, and incident response
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum
Expert-level proficiency in TypeScript/Node.js building production-grade APIs, services, developer tools, and developer-facing UIs (React or similar), with strong automated testing practices (unit, integration, E2E)
Strong software engineering fundamentals — distributed systems, API design, and production backend services, with a proven ability to make pragmatic trade-offs across scalability, reliability, and developer experience
Working proficiency with observability (metrics, logging, distributed tracing, SLI/SLO frameworks) and production ownership of services you build — including incident response and post-mortems
Strong proficiency with Kubernetes — building software abstractions and APIs, extending capabilities through custom controllers and operators
Strong proficiency designing and building CI/CD pipelines optimized for security, compliance, and developer experience
Working proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Pulumi), GitOps practices, and cloud-native environments
Strong communication, influence, and documentation skills — able to drive adoption of platform patterns, translate technical complexity for diverse audiences, and produce ADRs, runbooks, and developer- facing documentation
Preferred:
Experience building internal developer platforms or platform-as-a-product initiatives, including developer portals and self-service tooling
Experience with AI/ML integration: LLM APIs, intelligent automation, AI-assisted developer tooling, and agentic patterns
Working proficiency with cloud security practices (IAM, secret handling, encryption), compliance tooling (HIPAA, SOC 2, HITRUST), or cloud cost optimization (FinOps)
