From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data.
Together, we’re delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on.
Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions.
As we bring our teams and technology together, we’re building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It’s an exciting time to join us: we’re creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact.
During this transition period, you may see references to both Fivetran and dbt Labs throughout our recruiting process as we integrate our teams, systems, and career sites.
About the role
We're hiring a Product Manager to lead the dbt v2 roadmap — the future of dbt Labs' intellectual property and a critical driver of product-led growth. You will own net-new functionality in Fusion that identifies and monetizes local deployments of dbt, shipping net new features, many of which also land in dbt Core, as well as proprietary ELv2 plugins that integrate seamlessly with the dbt platform.

In this role, you will
Own and deliver the dbt v2 roadmap, shipping net new functionality to dbt v2 like SQL comprehension, compute, governance, and SAO
Define requirements for Fusion features that integrate seamlessly with the dbt platform and unlock enterprise value
Keep the Fusion engineering team aligned, unblocked, and executing on a predictable cadence
Contribute hands-on to the dbt Core / Fusion codebases, including code reviews, documentation, and small feature implementations
Collaborate with OSS strategy leads, platform PM peers, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver a unified roadmap
What success looks like
Shipping net-new features on a predictable quarterly cadence
Measurable contribution to Fusion PLG growth metrics, including identification and monetization of local dbt deployments
Hands-on contributions to dbt Core and Fusion code bases, including merged PRs and meaningful improvements to the open source codebase
Strong execution and alignment across the Fusion engineering team
You're a good fit if you have
5+ years of product management experience in technical domains such as developer tooling, data platforms, or open source software
Strong grasp of system architectures, particularly for local deployments and how they scale to enterprise use cases
Understanding of how open source investments drive PLG growth and product strategy
Ability to bridge technical delivery with business impact, translating features into revenue and growth metrics
Experience working with engineering teams to define, prioritize, and ship complex technical features
Strong communication skills with empathy for open source contributors and enterprise users alike
Nice to have
Hands-on experience with dbt or similar transformation frameworks
Background in plugin architectures, extensibility systems, or platform ecosystems
Understanding of PLG motions and freemium-to-paid conversion strategies
Experience with SQL engines, query optimization, or compute systems

ABOUT SENTRY
Software runs the world and the pace is faster than ever. Sentry helps developers fix errors and performance issues before users notice, so teams can spend less time firefighting and more time building.
Trusted by 200,000+ organizations, Sentry is today’s application monitoring standard and our team is building its AI-native future.
ABOUT THIS ROLE
At Sentry, our Mobile team builds the next generation of observability tools for developers worldwide — processing over a billion events every single day. We're looking for a technical Senior Product Manager, Mobile to bring clarity and context to the team and help us create a delightful Sentry experience for mobile developers across the globe.
At Sentry, product managers, engineers, and engineering managers work together to help shape the roadmap and decide what to build next – with the engineering manager ultimately owning the decision. Your role will be to make sure the team deeply understands its users, the market, and how the product performs in the real world, including where it delights and where it creates friction, so the right decisions happen naturally. This position reports to the Director of Engineering..
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
- Turn scattered signal into clear context: Build and run a system that continuously gathers insight from everywhere it lives — users, customers, GitHub, our own product data, and the wider market (competitors, ecosystem trends, and industry shifts) — and turn it into well-framed problems, opportunities, and tradeoffs that inform the Mobile roadmap and guide prioritization. Draw out the people closest to customers (Sales, Support, Solutions) who are often acutely aware of the features we're missing, especially the ones about to cause customer churn
- Be the developer's voice: Talk to developers and engineering leaders on a steady cadence, represent them when internal decisions get made, test ideas quickly and cheaply before committing engineering, and use what you learn to keep us aligned on the top priorities for this persona
- Elevate the end-to-end mobile developer experience: Together with the Engineering Manager & Mobile engineers you will influence and improve the full user journey, from catching and surfacing a mobile issue in Sentry to resolving it automatically — across native (iOS, Android) and cross-platform (React Native, Flutter, KMP) developers alike
- Connect the dots and build trust: Partner closely not just with the engineering team, but also various internal stakeholders across the company — earning trust over time by delivering on your commitments and communicating clearly with people inside and outside the company
- Use AI to go faster and deeper: Apply strong judgment about where AI adds real leverage in discovery, synthesis, and analysis, and build it into repeatable systems rather than one-off prompts
- Measure outcomes, not output: Commit to measurable objectives tied to real customer and business value, track the metrics that matter across usage and revenue, and turn what you see into hypotheses and action
YOU’LL LOVE THIS JOB IF YOU
- Are relentlessly curious about users: you love talking to developers and customers, digging into data, structuring what you learn, and turning it into sharp hypotheses, problems, and bets
- Genuinely care about developer experience: you love mobile platforms and sweat the details of a great end-to-end UX
- Are technical enough to earn developers' trust: you know how software gets built, because you built or still build mobile applications yourself
- Are a high-agency self-starter who organizes their own work: you don't wait to be told what to do — you find the problems that matter and bring them to a solution
- Lead through context & collaboration, not control: energized by making a team smarter and letting them own priorities, rather than dictating the roadmap yourself
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years experience as a Mobile developer — you don’t solely rely on empathy when representing this persona, but speak from your own experience as well
- 5+ years as a Product Manager, ideally with B2B SaaS and observability products for mobile platforms — backed by a background in mobile software engineering (Apple, Android, React Native, Flutter, etc.)
- Experience talking to customers directly and running continuous product discovery — you let evidence, not opinion, shape decisions
- Strong business and product judgment with an affinity for data and metrics — you turn signals into clear hypotheses and actions
- Excellent written and spoken communication, and a track record of driving outcomes through influence rather than authority — building alignment with engineering teams and business stakeholders through evidence and a clear narrative
- Fluent with AI in your daily workflow — you use it to work faster and sharper across your PM craft, and know where it doesn't help
- You live in the Vienna area or are willing to relocate
Not sure if you meet 100% of the qualifications? We encourage you to apply anyway. We're interested in people who are excited about this opportunity and eager to grow.
We are obliged by law to quote the minimum wage of EUR €64,554,-- gross per year for this position, in accordance with the respective collective agreement (IT-KV).
A successful candidate will be eligible to participate in Sentry’s employee benefit plans/programs applicable to the candidate’s position (including incentive compensation, equity grants, paid time off, and group health insurance coverage). See Sentry Benefits https://sentry.io/careers/ for more details about the Company’s benefit plans/programs.
EQUAL OPPORTUNITY AT SENTRY
Sentry is committed to providing equal employment opportunities to its employees and candidates for employment regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender identity, veteran status, or other legally-protected characteristic. This commitment includes the provision of reasonable accommodations to employees and candidates for employment with physical or mental disabilities who require such accommodations in order to (a) perform the essential functions of their jobs, or (b) seek employment with Sentry. We strive to build a diverse team, with an inclusive culture where every teammate can thrive. Sentry is an open-source company because we believe that everyone, everywhere, should have the ability and tools to make great software. Software should be accessible. That starts with making our industry accessible.

- you've built real relationships with senior business leaders and shape priorities with them proactively, front and center with executives

- you scale rigor to what's at stake and ship a strong, decision-ready answer on time rather than over-polishing
8+ years of experience, ideally with experience in a Data role in a high growth consumer technology or e-commerce company; 5+ years of experience at a manager level
You naturally reach for AI in your work - at Babylist, every team uses AI daily. You're already using it to move faster and improve your output, and you stay curious about what's coming next.

Partner directly with senior leaders in each area, with regular exposure to the executive team
Define and steward the KPI and reporting standards these functions run on
Advance our AI-native analytics roadmap, including self-serve tools that connect business teams directly to our data
Set the bar for what strong, AI-forward analytics work looks like - and champion it across the team, pushing analysts to share ideas, cross-pollinate approaches, and spread unlocks org-wide
Create a culture of Data Analytics excellence where the function is viewed as a strategic partner on analytical matters, providing guidance and assistance to all functional groups as needed
Solve complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely analysis, business insights, and recommendations that deliver results, drive improvements, and influence leaders

ABOUT OPENAI
OpenAI’s mission is to ensure that general-purpose artificial intelligence benefits all of humanity. We build models and products that help people learn, create, and solve problems, and we work to do so safely and responsibly.
ABOUT THE TEAM
Our Community team builds direct relationships with people who use our technology, channels their insights back to product and research teams, and amplifies their stories so others can learn from them.
The Student Community team is building OpenAI Student Collective https://openai.com/student-collective/, a global program that equips students with community, resources, and support to help their peers build AI capability, confidence, and opportunity. Students are often among the first to discover new ways to learn, build, create, and organize with AI. Our job is to find those examples, support the students behind them, and help their stories travel.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a high-agency program operator to help run and scale OpenAI’s student community efforts across the Americas.
You will own the systems and operating rhythms that keep the program moving, coordinate execution across North America and Latin America, and help the team identify and resolve gaps as the program grows. You should be comfortable creating structure from ambiguity, managing complex details, and moving between program operations, regional coordination, and direct student support.
This person should be equally comfortable building a clean tracker, writing a weekly update, chasing down missing information, coordinating across cross-functional and external partners, or helping a Campus Lead troubleshoot a workshop on campus.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Run day-to-day program operations across recruitment, candidate review, onboarding, student support, activations, and end-of-cycle programming.
- Build, maintain, and improve Airtable and other source-of-truth systems for student recruitment, selection, onboarding, events, reporting, and feedback.
- Own dashboards and weekly reporting that show program progress, risks, blockers, decisions, and next steps.
- Help coordinate across Experience, Localization, Editorial, Strategy & Ops, agency partners, and cross-functional teams to close dependencies and keep work on track.
- Build operating rhythms, templates, checklists, documentation, and handoff processes that help the program scale.
- Partner with community managers to capture student needs, product feedback, program gaps, standout use cases, and emerging regional trends.
- Surface unclear ownership or missing support early and drive agreed next steps through completion.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 5+ years of experience in program management, community operations, field marketing, campus programs, creator/community programs, or a related role.
- Strong systems thinker with hands-on experience building and maintaining Airtable, CRM, project management, or workflow systems.
- Excellent execution skills in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams across people, timelines, tools, and deliverables.
- Strong written communication skills, especially for updates, recaps, documentation, and stakeholder reporting.
- Comfort working across internal teams, agencies, contractors, and regional partners.
- High ownership, low ego, and willingness to jump into messy problems.
- Strong interest in AI and how students are using it to learn, build, and create.
- Familiarity with Slack, Google Workspace, Airtable, Luma, and community management tools.
BONUS
- Spanish and/or Portuguese language proficiency.
- Experience with student, campus, developer, creator, or education communities.
- Experience supporting programs across the US, Canada, and/or LATAM.
- Experience working with agencies or distributed global teams.
- Experience building operational systems from scratch.
- Deep curiosity and fluency with AI tools. You should be actively using tools like ChatGPT, Codex, or creative AI tools, and paying attention to how others are using them.
IDEAL CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate is part program operator, part community builder, and part systems architect. They can bring order to ambiguity, keep a lot of moving pieces organized, and build the infrastructure that lets a small team operate like a much larger one. They are energized by students, curious about AI, and comfortable moving between strategy, operations, and execution.

Location: Berlin
Workplace: Hybrid
OUR STORY:
Every year millions of people are either filing their taxes in fear or giving up on their tax refund altogether. We're working on fixing that. Our intuitive app enables anyone, regardless of education or background, to file their taxes with newfound confidence.
Spread across Germany, Spain and the UK, the team at Taxfix Group with its brands Taxfix and Steuerbot, is a compassionate group of solution-finders. We speak our minds openly, and with over 400 professionals, including tax experts, developers, and IT security experts, we're rich in ideas and voices. The group has facilitated more than 3.5 billion euros in tax refunds for its customers since its founding in 2016.
THE OPPORTUNITY:
Taxfix is building something most companies only talk about: a fully agentic infrastructure layer that every team in the company will depend on. And right now, IT is either the foundation that makes that possible — or the bottleneck that slows it down.
As our Director of Security & IT, you are the difference between those two outcomes. This is not a traditional IT Director role. You won't be managing tickets or keeping the lights on. You'll be building a platform function from the ground up — one that gives every hybrid human-agent team at Taxfix the speed, security, and confidence to move without friction. Reporting to our Chief People Officer and working closely with our Systems Engineer and cross-functional partners across Engineering, Legal, Finance, and People Ops, you'll define the infrastructure and security foundation that turns our agentic ambitions into reality.
The best outcome in this role isn't that IT stays out of the way — it's that IT raises the bar for how the whole organization operates. You'll set standards that others build to, make calls that shape Taxfix's security posture for years, and build the infrastructure layer that our agentic ambitions depend on. This role comes with real authority and real accountability. If you want to be the person who defines what modern IT looks like at a company that's genuinely building the future of work — this is that job.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Own the vision and roadmap for Taxfix's internal infrastructure and tooling layer, driving the transition from IT as a ticket-resolving function to an internal platform product that enables every hybrid human-agent team to move faster and more securely.
- Lead and develop the IT team — including helpdesk, systems engineering, and the incoming Security & Platform Engineer — ensuring clear ownership, structured growth paths, and a high-performing team culture through a period of significant structural change.
- Own all core IT operations: device management (MDM), identity and access management, workplace technology, SaaS tooling, third-party network provider relationship, and hardware provisioning — maintaining reliability, cost controlling and service quality while progressively raising the bar on what "good" looks like.
- Set the security strategy and posture for Taxfix's systems and agent ecosystem, embedding security continuously into platform infrastructure rather than applying it as a gate at the end.
- Work closely with our Systems Engineers and the agentic framework team to build and document the agentic platform layer — including secure sandboxes, credential vaults, and CI/CD pipelines — ensuring infrastructure decisions support the organisation's agentic ambitions.
- Own IT-specific risk management, compliance controls, and audit readiness across internal systems and infrastructure, partnering with Legal, Compliance, and enterprise risk owners on GDPR/DSGVO, SOC 2, and applicable financial regulatory requirements.
- Manage supplier relationships and lead the build and lead the build/buy/partner evaluation, making a long-term recommendation grounded in both technical and business considerations.
- Be the business-facing voice for IT in leadership conversations — translating infrastructure and security decisions into clear business terms and building trusted relationships with Engineering, Legal, Finance, and People Ops.
- Define and track platform health metrics, service quality, and internal adoption — including establishing internal NPS for IT services as a baseline, driving measurable reductions in ticket volume and mean time to resolution, and reporting transparently on the agentic infrastructure layer.
YOUR PROFILE:
- You have proven experience leading an IT or infrastructure function at a scale-up or regulated tech company — including ownership of core IT operations such as helpdesk, MDM, identity management, and workplace technology. You know what it takes to run these reliably while simultaneously raising the ambition of what the function can be.
- You have built or are capable of building a platform mindset in a team that has historically operated as a support function — you understand what that shift requires culturally, structurally, and in terms of how success gets measured.
- You bring strong enough technical depth to have credible, substantive conversations with engineers — you can interrogate technical decisions, ask the right questions, and know when to push back.
- You are security-literate and have hands-on experience setting security strategy: you understand the threat landscape, have navigated compliance and audit obligations in a regulated environment, and know what good security posture looks like at both the infrastructure and application layer.
- You have experience with agentic or AI infrastructure, or you bring genuine curiosity and a track record of fast learning in emerging technical domains — this space is moving quickly, and so are we.
- You have managed vendors and external partners, including evaluating and making build/buy/outsource decisions, and you're comfortable owning those relationships end to end.
- You are familiar with the compliance and data obligations that come with operating in a regulated environment — financial services, tax, or similar — and you've translated those obligations into practical infrastructure and process decisions.
- You are comfortable with ambiguity and energised by the opportunity to help shape a function that is being designed in real time — you don't wait for a playbook; you help write it.
- You grow the people around you: you see early-career team members and ambitious engineers as people to invest in, and you create the conditions for them to do their best work.
- You are ego-light: you are comfortable with invisible success — the best outcome is that teams don't notice IT because everything works — and you are willing to tell leadership when a request isn't feasible and explain why in terms that land.

Oversee multi-entity finance: consolidated reporting across several legal entities, currencies, and intercompany transactions; prepare data for statutory accounting and external audits.
Act as the business owner of financial automation: formalize financial logic, define KPIs and data sources, set requirements for Data Analysts, Data Engineers, and Development teams, and accept dashboards and reports into production.
Lead and develop the Finance team: hire, structure roles, assign accountability, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-changing environment.
Report financial results and insights to the CEO and founders in clear, business-oriented language.
Experience we are looking for:
8+ years in finance, with
at least 3 years managing a finance team or function
.
Background in at least one of: fintech, payments/PSP, acquiring, EMI, banking, crypto payments, or another high-volume transactional business.
Proven track record of building or transforming financial processes and moving from manual Excel-based reporting to automated pipelines.
Experience managing multiple legal entities, currencies, and intercompany operations.
Management Reporting
Hands-on ownership of P&L, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet, and plan-vs-actual reporting.
Ability to define financial metrics and standard calculation formulas; build unit economics.
Profitability analysis by product, client, channel, or business line.
Confident working with Volume, Revenue, Total Clearing Cost, COGS, Gross Profit & Margin, EBITDA, SG&A, Merchant Obligations, Provider Costs, Net Position, and Cash Flow.
Experience presenting financial results to C-level executives and board members.
Payments & Financial Operations
Deep understanding of money flow in a payment business.
Experience with settlement cycles, provider fees, processing and clearing costs, refunds, chargebacks, FX conversions, and balance transfers.
Ability to trace the financial result from a single transaction up to the consolidated P&L.
Reconciliation & Financial Control
Practical experience organizing regular reconciliations: internal data vs. PSP, PSP vs. bank, obligations vs. actual payouts.
Ability to classify discrepancies, set acceptable thresholds, assign ownership, define SLAs, and build a resolution process.
Experience with audit trail, separation of duties (calculation, verification, execution), and control of manual adjustments.
Data Team Collaboration & Automation
Ability to formalize financial business logic and define formulas, data sources, and acceptance criteria for reports and dashboards.
Experience setting requirements for Data Analysts, Data Engineers, and Development teams.
Ability to validate calculations, detect discrepancies between dashboards and source data, and prioritize automation by business impact.
Tools
Advanced Excel / Google Sheets and experience building financial models.
Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Grafana, Looker Studio, or similar).
Comfortable working with large data volumes.
Language
English B2+ (Upper-Intermediate or higher). You will work with contracts, bank and PSP correspondence, participate in calls, and explain financial calculations to international counterparts.
Nice to Have
Hands-on experience with crypto payments: on-ramp/off-ramp, crypto-fiat and crypto-crypto conversions, blockchain fees, wallet balance reconciliation.
SQL knowledge; experience with BigQuery or other DWH.
Experience implementing ERP, reconciliation systems, or treasury management systems.
Background in an international company; experience with European PSPs, EMIs, or banks.
Experience building a finance department from scratch or leading a finance transformation.
External audit experience.
Remote team management experience.
What We Expect in 6 Months
A clear Finance department structure with defined roles and accountability.
Automated P&L reporting with minimal manual Excel work.
Regular cash-flow forecasting in place.
Merchant settlement monitoring and discrepancy control are running smoothly.
Clear boundaries of responsibility between Finance, Treasury, and the Data team.
What we offer:
Work fully remote as part of an international company.
A data-driven environment with an established Data Platform, automated reconciliations, and data-quality checks already in place.
Direct reporting line to the founders and CEO, with full ownership over the Finance function.
A clear mandate and timeline: within 6 months, you will build a structured Finance department, automate P&L reporting, launch regular cash-flow forecasting, and establish merchant settlement controls with the resources and support to make it happen.
A team ready for leadership. Existing finance staff, a dedicated Data team to partner with on automation, and a separate Treasury function that handles execution so you can focus on strategy and control.
Career growth as the company scales across multiple entities, currencies, and markets.
