What skills do I need?
5+ years of experience in customer-facing implementation, deployment, or professional services roles, ideally within SaaS or AI technology companies.
A track record of delivering large, complex, multi-stakeholder projects on time and on budget with low escalation rates - and a clear point of view on the operating discipline that makes that repeatable.
Hands-on technical capability. You can configure platforms yourself, and you're fluent enough in APIs, data flows, and integration patterns to know when a requirement is a config problem versus an engineering one.
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, capable of influencing both executives and technical stakeholders.
Strong judgment under ambiguity - you can prioritize, decide, and move when requirements aren't fully formed, and you're resilient in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Daily use of AI tooling in your own workflow - discovery synthesis, documentation, customer assets - and the ability to show how it's changed your delivery pace. We'll ask about this.
Experience with Intercom Helpdesk, Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CX platforms is a plus.
How Will I Be Measured?

ABOUT US
At LangChain, our mission is to make intelligent agents ubiquitous. We build the foundation for agent engineering in the real world, helping developers move from prototypes to production-ready AI agents that teams can rely on. We began as widely adopted open-source tools and have grown to also offer a platform for building, evaluating, deploying, and operating agents at scale.
With $125M raised at Series B from IVP, Sequoia, Benchmark, CapitalG, and Sapphire Ventures, we’re at a stage where we’re continuing to develop new products, growth is accelerating, and all team members have meaningful impact on what we build and how we work together. LangChain is a place where your contributions can shape how this technology shows up in the real world.
Today, our platform includes LangSmith (Observability, Evaluation, Deployment, Fleet, and Sandboxes), our open source frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, and Deep Agents), and the newly launched LangSmith Engine for autonomous agent improvement. We have 100M+ monthly open source downloads, 6,000+ active LangSmith customers, and 5 of the Fortune 10 use LangSmith in production (+ 35% of the Fortune 500 overall), including teams at Klarna, Clay, Coinbase, Workday, Lyft, Cloudflare, Harvey, Rippling, Vanta, LinkedIn, Monday.com, Nvidia, and Bridgewater.
ABOUT THE TEAM
The Deployed Engineering team is the technical front line of our go-to-market motion. We partner with account executives from the first technical conversation through production rollout, helping companies evaluate LangChain, prove it out on their hardest use case, and get agents running reliably at scale.
This is a hands-on, highly technical team. Solutions Engineers own the technical win: scoping evaluations, designing POCs that mirror real workloads, answering the deep architecture questions that decide a deal, and staying with the customer after signature to make sure what we sold actually ships.
We sit at the intersection of engineering, product, and sales. What we learn in the field shapes both how customers adopt LangChain and what we build next.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You will work on some of the hardest problems in applied AI, in front of customers, on a clock. Not demos, not research: systems real teams depend on in production. The feedback loop is fast, the impact is measurable in closed deals and live deployments, and the work directly shapes how AI agents get built in the real world.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the technical win. Partner with AEs to scope evaluations, run technical discovery, and design POCs that map to the customer's real use case rather than a canned demo
- Be the technical authority in the room during architecture reviews, security and infrastructure questions, and head-to-head evaluations
- Co-architect and co-build production AI agents with customer engineering teams, from prototype through rollout
- Help customers deploy and operate agent-based applications such as conversational agents, research agents, and multi-step workflows
- Run demos, trainings, and workshops for developer audiences, from single-team sessions to larger technical enablement
- Advise customers post-sale on architecture, best practices, and roadmap-level decisions, and find the expansion opportunities that come out of those conversations
- Surface field feedback to product and build reusable POC assets, cookbooks, and example code that scale across accounts
- Contribute code upstream when it meaningfully improves customer outcomes
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 6+ years in a relevant technical role such as solutions engineering, sales engineering, customer engineering, software engineering, or founding and product engineering, ideally at a startup or scale-up
- Comfort owning the technical thread in a sales cycle: discovery, POCs, architecture reviews, and competitive evaluations
- Ability to explain technical tradeoffs clearly and build trust with developer audiences, then translate that into a decision the customer is ready to make
- A track record of taking responsibility for outcomes, not just recommendations
- A bias toward action and a willingness to figure things out as you go
- Genuine interest in operating AI agents in production, not just building demos
NICE TO HAVES
- You've deployed AI agents in production, especially using LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks
- Experience carrying a technical number or working against pipeline alongside a sales team
- Experience with LLM evaluation, observability, or guardrails
- Experience with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure), containers, and basic Kubernetes concepts
COMPENSATION
Annual OTE range: $200,000–$300,000 USD. Final compensation will depend on experience, skills, and location.
Looking for a hands-on implementation role focused on custom delivery, bespoke integrations, and scoped consulting projects? Please check out the Deployed Engineer (Professional Services) roles.
Compensation Philosophy:
We offer competitive compensation that includes base salary, variable compensation for relevant roles, meaningful equity, benefits, and perks.
We are hiring for this role across a range of scope, and the compensation band reflects that. Your offer depends on what we learn about your impact, craft, leadership, and communication during the interview process. We will tell you early where you’re tracking and talk comp with you before offer stage. Team members in the EU, UK, and APAC receive locally competitive benefits aligned with regional norms and regulations.
BENEFITS
Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, flexible vacation, a 401(k) plan, meals on in-office days in the US and more.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Emerging Talent is an important part of how Ramp builds for the long term. It gives us the opportunity to meet exceptional people early, build relationships before they enter the broader talent market, and develop the next generation of Ramp talent.
We’re hiring a Recruiter to help build and execute our Emerging Talent programs. You’ll own full-cycle recruiting across early-career roles and internships, partnering closely with hiring teams to identify, assess, and close exceptional candidates.
A big part of the job is finding talent before everyone else does. You’ll build relationships with students and early-career candidates, develop new ways to reach high-potential talent, and help create an exceptional experience from a candidate’s first interaction with Ramp through offer and, for our interns, potential conversion to full-time. You’ll also have the opportunity to improve how we operate, test new approaches, and help shape a growing Emerging Talent function.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own full-cycle recruiting across Ramp’s Emerging Talent roles
- Partner with hiring managers across Engineering, Product, and other teams to define hiring needs, align on candidate profiles, and calibrate on early-career talent
- Identify and engage high-potential candidates through universities, student communities, technical networks, referrals, events, and other emerging-talent channels
- Lead offer and closing processes, building strong candidate relationships and helping exceptional talent understand the opportunity to build their careers at Ramp
- Support the execution of Ramp’s internship programs, including candidate programming, events, intern engagement, and intern-to-full-time conversion
- Use recruiting data to understand pipeline health, identify opportunities, and keep hiring teams informed on progress and outcomes
- Create an exceptional candidate experience that is thoughtful, transparent, and high-touch at every stage
- Experiment with new ways to identify, engage, and hire exceptional talent early, and help turn what works into repeatable recruiting practices
WHAT YOU NEED
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience; experience with Emerging Talent, university, campus, or early-career recruiting is a plus
- A track record of identifying and engaging exceptional talent, with strong instincts for candidate quality
- The ability to quickly learn new talent markets, calibrate to a high hiring bar, and recruit across different roles and functions
- Strong operational rigor and the ability to manage high-volume pipelines, competing priorities, and frequent context changes without sacrificing candidate quality or experience
- Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to earn trust with candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional partners
- An experimental mindset and willingness to try new approaches to find, engage, and hire great talent
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Experience owning high-volume or seasonal hiring programs
- Experience recruiting technical or engineering early-career talent
- Experience supporting internship programs and intern-to-full-time conversion
- Experience using AI throughout the recruiting workflow to improve sourcing, candidate engagement, and execution
BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL)

- Centralized home-office equipment ordering
- Health and wellness stipend
- Budget for intra-office travel

You'll partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to build training that supports competencies that scale as the company grows.

- Build structured onboarding curriculum covering role ramp-up, cross-functional context, roadmap understanding, and how decisions get made
- Measure onboarding effectiveness (time to productivity, ramp feedback, manager input) and iterate each cohort

- Granola takes notes during our interview calls so our team can focus on the conversation with you.

Wealthsimple is Canada’s leading financial innovator. The company offers a full suite of simple, sophisticated financial products across managed investing, do-it-yourself trading, cryptocurrency, tax filing, spending and saving. Wealthsimple currently serves more than 4 million Canadians and holds over $169 billion in assets under administration. The company was founded in 2014 by a team of financial experts and technology entrepreneurs, and is headquartered in Toronto, Canada.
We're proud of what we've built — and we're just getting started. Read our Culture Manual https://www.wealthsimple.com/en-ca/culture and learn more about how we work https://www.wealthsimple.com/en-ca/careers.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Partner with product designers and the creative team to bring our product to life at our bi-annual Wealthsimple Presents live events, building and refining prototypes that bring product moments to life on stage, and translating product UI into more stylized storytelling assets where the moment calls for it
- Own design for our Product Marketing surfaces including: What's New (in-app), The Report, and Social Wrapped (spotlighting top shipped products/features)
- Create launch and feature visuals for major releases and manage our app store presence.
- Produce animations, static assets, and video (including talking-head-over-product style content) that explain features and educate clients
- Serve as the brand and marketing team’s go-to resource for everything product design related.
- Build and maintain a library of UI assets and product demos that marketing and influencer partners can pull from
- Partner closely with the team who owns the marketing website to product UI elements for product detail pages, making sure the product we’re selling is elevated and showcased at its best
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has 6+ years of experience in a design role that spans product and marketing
- Portfolio that includes examples of motion design, marketing design, brand design, or product design with strong production chops
- Is strong at productionizing and can take existing product UI, brand direction, or campaign concepts and turning them into polished, launch-ready assets quickly, rather than originating core product or brand design from scratch
- Build and maintain AI-powered workflows to create scalable, repeatable asset production processes.
- Has hands-on motion and video skills as a core, daily-use part of their craft. Comfortable in After Effects and Premiere (or equivalent), producing everything from lightweight UI animations to more produced explainer/talking-head content
- Is fluent in product design tools (Figma)
- Can move fluidly between product, marketing, and creative, understanding the priorities, constraints, and voice of each without needing much translation
- Has a track record of shipping high-quality, on-brand work fast and independently, managing multiple concurrent requests from different stakeholders (product marketing, growth, brand, dotcom)
- Has sharp taste and an eye for polish, but treats that taste as being in service of clarity and reusability, not personal authorship
- Is a clear, proactive communicator who is comfortable managing intake from multiple teams and setting expectations on scope and timelines
Nice to have:
- Experience building or maintaining a shared asset/component library for cross-team reuse
- Experience working with financial services or other regulated-industry marketing content
- Familiarity with social-first video formats and platforms
If you're excited about this role, along with your resume, send us a portfolio or reel that shows:
- Examples of product UI you've translated into marketing/education content
- At least one motion or video piece you led end-to-end
- How you've worked across product, marketing, and creative stakeholders to ship something quickly

Ramp is building a scaled Private Equity channel that makes Ramp the trusted financial-operations partner for PE firms and their portfolio companies. The Manager, Channel Partner Management — Private Equity will lead an established five-person team of Channel Partner Managers and raise the quality, rigor, and efficiency of an existing motion.
The team includes one Upmarket PE CPM, focused on the most strategic and complex sponsor relationships, and four Core / Downmarket PE CPMs, focused on scaled coverage, activation, and portfolio-company pipeline generation. This leader is not being hired to redesign the team or recategorize the program. They will make the current team more effective: clarifying expectations, improving performance, and ensuring each CPM has the tools, coaching, and cross-functional support to execute at a high level.
This is a people-leadership and operating-excellence role—not a player-coach role defined by personally owning every senior relationship or stepping into every deal. The manager will diagnose performance and conversion gaps, coach specific skills, establish a rigorous inspection cadence, and hold a high bar for accountability. They will work closely with Channel, Sales, Marketing, Finance, RevOps, and other partners to improve collateral and partner messaging, refine activation and incentive plans, strengthen account and portfolio planning, and remove friction from the CPM workflow.
The goal is continuous improvement: make the team more poised with partners, more commercially disciplined, more efficient in how it spends time, and more consistent in turning PE relationships into high-quality outcomes.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead, coach, and develop a five-person PE CPM team: one Upmarket PE CPM and four Core / Downmarket PE CPMs
- Set clear role charters, coverage models, capacity expectations, and success metrics by segment; ensure the Upmarket motion receives the depth it needs while Core / Downmarket operates with speed and repeatability
- Build the team’s commercial operating rhythm across sourced pipeline, qualified opportunities, closed-won revenue, partner activation, portfolio coverage, conversion, velocity, and partner health
- Coach CPMs from real partner interactions and account plans: identify the specific skill gap, prescribe an intervention, inspect behavior change, and hold a high bar for outcomes
- Partner with Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, Finance, ChOps, Growth, and leadership to convert PE influence into high-quality pipeline and strategic account outcomes
- Recruit, onboard, performance-manage, and retain a high-performing, collaborative team
- Serve as an executive point of escalation for the team’s most strategic PE relationships, using judgment about when to coach, join, or personally intervene
- Use AI and automation to improve research, portfolio coverage, executive preparation, relationship tracking, and team productivity
- Help shape the evolving PE channel strategy and codify repeatable playbooks for the broader Channel organization
WHAT YOU NEED
- 5+ years of relevant quota carrying experience, ideally with a focus on Private Equity firms and their portfolio companies
- 1+ years of people-management experience, ideally leading a revenue-carrying partnerships, sales, or account-management team
- Demonstrated success building and managing a complex book of investor, sponsor, or enterprise partner relationships with measurable commercial outcomes
- Strong commercial judgment: can distinguish influence from source, quantify partner impact, and prioritize finite team capacity against the highest-value opportunities
- A rigorous, data-driven management style; comfortable using funnel health, conversion, velocity, activity quality, and account/partner signals to coach and allocate resources
- Executive presence with PE partners, operating teams, CFOs, and internal senior stakeholders
- Proven ability to lead through ambiguity, create structure, and drive cross-functional outcomes without relying on formal authority
- High standards for performance management, feedback, and talent development
NICE TO HAVES
- Fintech, payments, expense management, AP, procurement, or CFO-software experience
- Experience designing partner programs, referral mechanics, or account-mapping motions
BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL)

COMPANY DESCRIPTION
Today, when you go to your doctor and get referred to a specialist, your doctor sends out a referral and tells you, "They'll be in touch soon." So you wait. And wait. Sometimes days, weeks, or even months. Why? Because too often providers are overwhelmed with the painstakingly tedious work required to get paid by insurance companies. Powered by proprietary models, Tennr handles the complex paperwork that gets patients through the door and providers paid, helping operators get patients the right care, at the right time, in the right setting.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
As a Delivery Manager at Tennr, you carry our strategic and enterprise deployments from kickoff to adoption: shipping efficiently, keeping every stakeholder oriented, and leaving customers fully enabled on our products. You will work directly with executives and operators, driving technical deliverables to completion and building conviction in Tennr across the customer organization, from the C-suite down to the hundreds of end users. You will train those users personally, hold both our team and the customer accountable to deadlines, and surface blockers early and loudly.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan and manage the timelines, issues, and risks for every deployment in your portfolio
- Build the training materials that ensure customers can use Tennr's products successfully
- Partner with Platform Strategists to make sure the workflows you design deliver maximum ROI
- Create the QBRs that make that value visible to customer leadership
- Keep every account in good standing so the partnership can grow
- Translate deep technical complexity into language an executive or a frontline operator can act on immediately
- Engage across the customer organization, from leadership to the staff who use what we deliver
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of experience in project or program management, ideally within healthcare or B2B SaaS implementation
- A track record of driving complex, multi-stakeholder work to completion across deadlines
- A track record of connecting deployments to business outcomes and long term account growth
- Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to present at an executive level and interact comfortably with all levels of an organization
WHY TENNR?
- Drive Impact: one of our company values is Cowboy, meaning you set the pace. You won't just talk about things, you'll get them done. And feel the impact.
- Develop Operational Expertise: learn the inner workings of scaling systems, tools, and infrastructure
- Innovate with Purpose: we're not just doing this for fun (although we do have a lot of fun). At Tennr, you'll join a high-caliber team maniacally focused on reducing patient delays across the U.S. healthcare system.

ABOUT VOODOO
Founded in 2013, Voodoo is a tech company that creates mobile games and apps with a mission to entertain the world. Gathering 800 employees, 7 billion downloads, and over 200 million active users, Voodoo is the #3 mobile publisher worldwide in terms of downloads after Google and Meta. Our portfolio includes chart-topping games like Mob Control and Block Jam, alongside popular apps such as BeReal and Wizz.
TEAM
The Engineering & Data team builds innovative tech products and platforms to support the impressive growth of their gaming and consumer apps which allow Voodoo to stay at the forefront of the mobile gaming industry.
The Voodoo Ad-Network is an autonomous product group of around 60 highly driven professionals with an ambitious mission: building top-tier ad network services. Our primary goal is to leverage Voodoo's massive first-party data ecosystem to optimize and scale monetization. We are in a rapid growth phase, expanding into new ventures such as opening to external inventory, penetrating the external advertiser market, and driving social network monetization following our recent acquisition of BeReal. To support this incredible trajectory and promising early results, we are scaling our team.
The Models team is a core element of the targeting performance. It leverages machine learning and a strong business understanding to directly impact the product's financial performance. It's composed of mostly senior Data Analysts, Analytics Engineers, Data Engineers and Data Scientists/ML Engineers that iterate together on finding and building the next performing iteration.
This role can be either Paris or Helsinki based and done in a hybrid setup.
ROLE
We're looking for a Senior ML Engineer to join our Models team. You will be joining a dedicated squad of Data Engineers, Data Scientists, and ML Engineers focused on building and maintaining the ML training infrastructure that powers our ad-targeting models from data preprocessing through model deployment to production monitoring.
In this role, you will be leading the following topics:
- Architectural Ownership: Take end-to-end ownership of highly visible projects from ideation to production release. This includes feature scoping, timeline estimation, architecture design, and benchmarking new technologies.
- Pipeline Engineering: Build and maintain quality data and ML pipelines to align with ever-evolving business and machine learning needs. Optimize training pipelines for performance, memory efficiency, and cost (e.g. spot instance strategies, efficient data loading, preprocessed artifact reuse).
- Data Scientists Enablement: Enable Data Scientists to iterate faster by providing reusable, well-tested pipeline components (transformers, dataloaders, training utilities) and reviewing their contributions to shared code. Extend dataset capabilities: integrating new data sources, scaling feature windows, and increasing training data volumes without breaking pipeline constraints.
- Deep Learning Development: Contribute to deep learning development: GPU workload orchestration, custom PyTorch training loops, and model architecture support.
- ML Lifecycle & Reproducibility: Maintain reproducibility and consistency across the ML lifecycle: versioned configs, experiment tracking, and online-offline consistency tooling.
- Scalability & Reliability: Collaborate with infrastructure teams on scalability — node pools, resource monitoring, CI/CD migrations. Participate in weekly rotation to triage and resolve alerts from Airflow, dbt, and related systems.
- Agile Collaboration: Thrive in a fast-paced agile environment with rapid decision-making processes. You will collaborate daily with back-end developers, data scientists, infrastructure engineers, and product managers.
- Mentorship & Team Culture: You will actively contribute to our engineering culture, share knowledge, and ensure every team member feels comfortable, supported, and empowered to grow in their role.
PROFILE
We are looking for a Senior ML Engineer who deeply understands both the ML training lifecycle and the specific challenges of putting machine learning models into production at scale.
- 5+ years minimum of experience as an ML Engineer or a similar role
- End-to-End ML Ownership: Problem framing, baselines, experimentation, deployment, and iteration
- Python Proficiency: Extensive knowledge for ML pipeline code: preprocessing, training/evaluation workflows, experiment utilities, and reproducible configs
- Training Mechanics: Comfortable implementing training mechanics where needed (custom steps/metrics, dataloading patterns, performance-conscious preprocessing), not only notebook-level prototyping
- ML Frameworks: Practical experience training and evaluating models with scikit-learn, LightGBM, PyTorch for deep learning
- Performance Optimization: Experience optimizing memory usage during data preprocessing and model training
- Experiment Management: Hyperparameter tuning, experiment tracking, and reproducible training (configs, seeds, versioning)
- Cloud & Infrastructure: Experience with Amazon Web Services. Familiarity with scalability, reliability, and security topics
- ML Production Awareness: Understanding of the challenges involved in running ML models in production (familiar with topics such as feature store, training-serving skew, etc.)
- Model Serving: Experience with model serving infrastructure (real-time or batch inference, latency/throughput optimization) is a plus
- Excellent communication skills in English
OUR STACK
Python · Scikit-learn · LightGBM · PyTorch · DBT · Spark · MLflow · Prometheus · Terraform · Airflow · Kubernetes · Amazon Web Services
BENEFITS
- Excellent benefits that will depend on the country you're based in
