WHY WORK AT HIGGSFIELD AI?
Higgsfield AI is the fastest-scaling generative AI company in history, hitting $500M in annual revenue run rate, 25M+ users worldwide, 6M+ generations per day, and powering 390 of Fortune 500 brands.
We're building at the absolute frontier of AI-powered video creation and next-generation creative tools. Joining Higgsfield means becoming part of a high-impact team shaping the future of AI-native experiences, at a company that isn't just moving fast, but rewriting what fast looks like.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Break new features before they ship: agentic systems, MCP servers, code-generating agents, user-deployed apps, generative models for image, video, and voice, and enterprise features (SSO, org and team management, roles). It's new ground, and you'll help define how we secure it. You go first.
What you'll do:
- Pentest new features and products pre-release: web, APIs, admin surfaces.
- Work out the attack surface of each new feature yourself.
- Hunt authorization flaws across our multi-tenant APIs and retest fixes.
- Join design and code reviews early, so flaws die before they're built.
- Turn recurring findings into guardrails — paved-road standards and automated checks — so a bug class dies once instead of resurfacing every release.
- Bring a working repro to the team that owns the code and see the fix through.
Requirements
- A track record of finding real vulnerabilities in real systems — appsec work, bug bounty, or research.
- The ability to read modern codebases, trace a bug to root cause, and discuss the fix with the engineers who wrote it.
- A threat-modeling instinct for spotting the weak spots in a design or architecture before a line is written.
- Enough cloud and container fundamentals to follow a bug into the infrastructure it runs on.
- High agency.
- Working English.
Nice to have
- LLM/agent security research, public research or CVEs, OSWE/CWEE or equivalent hands-on certificates.
WHAT WE OFFER:
- Competitive base salary in USD
- Equity: participation in the company’s stock option program, giving you the opportunity to share in the company’s long-term growth.
- On-site role in our Almaty office (we will relocate you from anywhere).

We are looking for a passionate gamer with strong on-camera presence to join our creative team as the face and force behind our UGC-style advertisements. In this role, you'll act in hook-driven concepts, gameplay commentary, reaction videos, skits, and testimonials.
You need to be comfortable on camera, skilled in fast-paced video editing, and sharp enough to analyze competitor strategies. - Coordinate with other team members or influencer peers to plan and execute collaborative recordings (e.g., multiplayer sessions, duets, "versus" challenges, and synchronized reactions).
- Take full ownership of editing your raw footage into a near-final product. This includes pacing cuts, adding trending audio/sound effects, basic text overlays, and subtitles within platforms like CapCut or Premiere Pro.
- Act as the primary liaison between creative ideation and our advanced post-production/localization team.
- Prepare clear, organized project files and briefs for the production team when creatives require high-end Motion Graphics, complex VFX, or localization into multiple languages.
- Review final outputs from the production team to ensure the original creative vision was maintained during the polishing phase.
Requirements
- A strong portfolio of UGC video content, preferably within the gaming or tech space (links to TikTok/Reels/Shorts handles - required).
- A genuine passion for video games (mobile, PC, or console) and a deep understanding of gaming culture, memes, and community language.
- Strong skills in mobile editing apps (CapCut) and/or desktop software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut). You can turn raw footage into an engaging video quickly.
- Ability to look at other ads not just as a viewer, but as a strategist analyzing why they work.
- Excellent ability to articulate creative concepts to the team and provide clear feedback to post-production artists.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced performance marketing environment where priorities shift based on data.

From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
Customer Solutions Architect
About the role
The Customer Solutions Architect (CSA) is the primary post-sales technical owner for our existing customers, helping them get the most value from the combined Fivetran and dbt platform. Working alongside Account Executives (AEs) and Solutions Engineers (SEs), the CSA makes sure customers not only deploy successfully, but keep scaling and expanding their usage over time.
This role operates as a technical account manager and strategic advisor, bridging the gap between onboarding success and long-term growth. The CSA owns the technical narrative after go-live: monitoring an existing book of business, leading technical discussions, uncovering new data challenges, and guiding customers through architecture evolution, adoption, and expansion through live demos and technical workshops.
Unlike implementation-focused roles, the CSA is accountable for both retention and growth, and is measured on incremental ARR, Net Revenue Retention (NRR), and Gross Revenue Retention (GRR). You will act as a trusted advisor, advocate, and accelerator, ensuring customers derive maximum value from their data investments while aligning their technical roadmap with the platform's capabilities.
Location:
Austin, TX (hybrid). This is a full-time position, and candidates must be located in Austin and able to work in the office two days a week (Tuesday and Thursday).
What you'll do
Customer Adoption and Value Realization
Own post-sales technical engagement across a portfolio of assigned Commercial and Enterprise accounts
Drive adoption, optimization, and ongoing usage of the platform, moving customers from initial deployment to sustained, scalable success
Educate customers on new products and features as they launch, and on existing capabilities they may not be using
Deliver enablement sessions, workshops, and best-practice guidance
Monitor account health signals (usage, performance, support trends) and proactively intervene to address churn or contraction risks, including running implementation reviews and healthcheck sessions
Expansion and Growth
Identify, validate, and execute expansion opportunities across business units, regions, and use cases, including opportunities to bring both Fivetran and dbt into an account
Translate customer initiatives into scalable data workloads and technical solutions
Partner with AEs to drive incremental ARR through structured expansion plays and a managed expansion pipeline
Lead technical validation of new workloads, including workshops and, where necessary, proofs of concept (POCs)
Replicate successful use cases across the organization to accelerate growth
Provide strategic input on the customer lifecycle and renewals process
Technical Strategy and Architecture
Define and maintain Enterprise Reference Architectures aligned to customer environments, ensuring architectural consistency and scalability across implementations
Guide customers on best practices for data pipelines, transformation, automation, and platform adoption
Maintain technical artifacts such as architecture documentation, design patterns, and knowledge bases
Stakeholder Engagement and Account Planning
Build and maintain strong relationships with technical, operational, and executive stakeholders, using stakeholder maps and multi-threaded engagement strategies
Run regular technical cadence calls, business reviews, and roadmap sessions
Contribute to Mutual Account Plans and own Mutual Success Plans, mapping whitespace opportunities across business units, subsidiaries, and use cases
Align customer technical strategy with business objectives and commercial plans
Internal and Partner Collaboration
Act as the technical orchestrator across Sales, Professional Services, Product, and Engineering, keeping delivery teams aligned with long-term expansion strategy
Advocate for customer needs internally, influencing the product roadmap and priorities
Collaborate with technology partners (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, GCP) to drive joint value
Help improve team processes, refine assets, and enable teammates through our knowledge-sharing loop
Thought Leadership
Contribute to and deliver external-facing content through live events, speaking engagements, blog posts, recorded tutorials, or other educational resources
Work closely with Regional and Product Marketing teams to support field and industry events
Support senior leadership in aligning field and industry requirements with the product roadmap, collaborating with Product and Product Marketing under their guidance.
What you bring
2+ years of experience in a post-sales, customer-facing technical role, such as Solution Architect, Technical Account Manager, or Customer Success Engineer
Strong ability to own and drive customer outcomes after the sale, including adoption, renewal, and expansion
Solid technical background, with experience designing scalable data architectures, a firm understanding of modern data warehousing and the analytics stack, and SQL proficiency
Ability to translate business objectives into technical solutions and measurable outcomes
Strong stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences, and a high degree of comfort presenting to diverse audiences
A proactive, self-sufficient, and highly organized approach to managing multiple accounts
Comfort operating strategically while also engaging in deep technical discussions
Ability to operate in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment and think on your feet in customer conversations
A team-player mindset, both within the CSA team as we evolve our ways of working and in daily collaboration with AEs and SEs
Openness to travel: we value in-person relationship building, both internally and externally, and expect willingness to travel to events as needed
What Will Make You Stand Out
Hands-on experience with dbt; dbt certification is a bonus
SQL knowledge, with a working understanding of AI architecture, including LLMs, Knowledge Graphs, and RAG
Experience with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, Azure, GCP)
Background in data integration, ETL/ELT, or replication technologies, plus experience with ancillary tools, APIs, and managing data infrastructure
Experience with workload-based or consumption-based sales models
Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks and design patterns
Experience working with system integrators or technology partners

ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a Site Reliability Engineer (Monetization) who is pragmatic, product-minded, and equally comfortable writing code and running production systems to join our Infrastructure department's SRE team. The best candidate will be someone who thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and exceptionally dynamic setting and is excited to own the application-level infrastructure and reliability of a high-traffic commerce domain end to end - from deploy pipelines and Kubernetes manifests to SLOs, capacity planning, and production readiness.
Strong Kubernetes, observability, and software engineering skills are essential, along with experience in operating production services in a cloud environment (GCP/GKE or comparable) and partnering closely with product development teams. The ability to hold a dual perspective - understanding both how developers ship features and what infrastructure needs to stay reliable - and to bring the reliability lens into design decisions early will be key to your success in this role.
This is a hybrid embedded role: you remain part of the SRE organization (practices, standards, duty rotation) while being functionally embedded into the Monetization product domain. You'll build long-term working relationships with the domain's engineering teams, own a meaningful share of their application infrastructure execution, and co-author the reliability practices used company-wide.
If you're passionate about making complex distributed systems boringly reliable and love building the commerce and monetization backbone that lets game developers around the world get paid, we would love to hear from you!
ABOUT US
Xsolla is a global commerce company with robust tools and services to help developers solve the inherent challenges of the video game industry. From indie to AAA, companies partner with Xsolla to help them fund, distribute, market, and monetize their games. Grounded in the belief in the future of video games, Xsolla is resolute in the mission to bring opportunities together, and continually make new resources available to creators. Headquartered and incorporated in Los Angeles, California, Xsolla operates as the merchant of record and has helped over 1,500+ game developers to reach more players and grow their businesses around the world. With more paths to profits and ways to win, developers have all the things needed to enjoy the game.
For more information, visit xsolla.com.
Responsibilities
Own the application-level infrastructure of the Monetization domain: Helm charts, Terraform configurations, Kubernetes deployments, runtime configuration, and service-level networking and integrations
Own the domain's observability: design and implement SLOs/SLIs, monitors, alerts, and dashboards for critical services on Datadog and OpenTelemetry-based tooling
Help to set up and evolve CI/CD pipelines for domain services (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions), including deploy and rollback automation
Perform capacity planning and performance tuning ahead of expected load - product launches, sales events, and regional rollouts - including load testing and performance regression investigation
Run Production Readiness Reviews for new services and major changes; define and enforce what "production-ready" means for the domain
Support domain incident response: assist with deep investigation of complex incidents, contribute to post-mortems, drive follow-up reliability improvements, and maintain runbooks
Build domain-specific automation that reduces operational toil: runbook automation, deploy helpers, recurring operational scripts
Maintain and drive a forward-looking reliability roadmap for the domain together with product engineering leads
Participate in product team planning, refinements, and architecture reviews, bringing the reliability perspective before design decisions become expensive to change
Co-author company-wide SLO/SLI, capacity, and operational standards together with the broader SRE team; contribute improvements directly to shared SRE-operated subsystems
Participate in the SRE duty rotation, supporting developers across the company
Qualifications & Skills
3+ years of proven SRE, DevOps, or platform engineering experience: on-call or incident response duty, SLO/monitoring ownership, deploy pipeline and infrastructure work for production services
Software development background: you have built and shipped backend services, not only operated them - comfortable reading application code during an investigation and writing production-quality automation in at least one language (e.g., Go, PHP)
Hands-on Kubernetes experience: Helm, manifests, deploy strategies, debugging application-level performance and networking issues (GKE or another managed Kubernetes)
Solid observability practice: building monitors, dashboards, and SLOs/SLIs on a modern platform (Datadog preferred; Prometheus/Grafana experience also relevant), familiarity with OpenTelemetry
Infrastructure as Code exposure (Terraform/Terragrunt) for collaboration with platform teams
GCP experience (IAM, networking, managed services)
Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI and/or GitHub Actions)
Programming/scripting proficiency sufficient to build automation and tooling (e.g., Python, Go, or Bash)
Practical experience with incident response, post-mortems, and driving reliability improvements from incidents
Strong collaboration and communication skills — this role works embedded with product development teams daily
Experience in payments, fintech, e-commerce, or gaming — high-traffic transactional systems
Nice to Have:
Kubernetes certifications
Google Cloud Platform certifications
HashiCorp certifications
Benefits
We are passionate about fostering a supportive environment for our team, so we prioritize the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of our employees and their families through a comprehensive Benefits Program. This includes medical, dental, and vision, PTO, and a personalized career roadmap for each employee. By investing in professional development through training and educational opportunities, we ensure that our team thrives both personally and professionally. You know database development inside out, and you love talking about the tools that make it better. You spend your time where data professionals gather, sharing insights and helping others solve real problems. If you want to step away from daily query writing and start shaping the community around a product you believe in, this role is for you.
About JetBrains
We create intelligent software development tools for developers and teams. More than 15 million users, over 300,000 organizations, and 88 of the Fortune Global Top 100 companies rely on our products to solve real, complex problems. Our mission is simple: make development teams more productive and AI adoptable at scale.
What you’ll do
DataGrip is a core part of our ecosystem and revenue, but we currently lack a dedicated face to represent it to the outside world. We are looking for a Developer Advocate to take ownership of our public presence within developer communities and connect with our global users.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between our users and our product team. You will bring DataGrip to the center of the conversation by diving into online discussions, crafting advocacy content that provides value for years to come, and gathering the real-world feedback we need to build better tools. When we build and launch new database products, you will be involved in the product discussions from inception, leading the way.
Day to day, you will
Monitor and join active conversations across platforms like X, Reddit, and Discord to support database professionals.
Create high-quality, long-lasting content, including videos and blog posts, that helps users master our tools.
Represent DataGrip at conferences by giving technical talks and mingling with the community.
Gather real-world user insights and pain points from the field and bring them directly to our internal product teams.
Build and sustain visibility across a massive, diverse landscape of database communities.
What you’ll bring
A genuine enjoyment for talking to people and actively engaging with online developer communities all day.
A natural curiosity for industry trends and evolving database technologies.
An independent mindset comfortable with taking full ownership of public outreach and strategy.
Strong communication skills that translate complex technical details into clear, engaging insights.
A collaborative approach to working with both highly technical product teams and marketing colleagues.
What you’ll need
A solid technical background in database development.
Experience with PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server, or other relational databases.
A deep understanding of what makes a fantastic database tool.
The demonstrated ability to create clear, technical written or video content for developers.
The ability to speak publicly and present technical topics confidently at industry events.
Fluency in English with a knack for clear, precise communication.
The proven ability to navigate and actively participate in online spaces like Reddit, X, and Quora.
What success looks like
You’ll help make DataGrip consistently present and recognized in relevant database discussions worldwide. You’ll build a reliable bridge between our users and the product team, transforming community feedback into actionable tool improvements. Your content will serve as long-lived marketing that continues to educate and attract users, ensuring our voice remains sharp and influential across the entire database ecosystem.

Synthesia is the world’s leading AI video platform for business, used by over 90% of the Fortune 100. Founded in 2017, the company is headquartered in London, with offices and teams across Europe and the US.
As AI continues to shape the way we live and work, Synthesia develops products to enhance visual communication and enterprise skill development, helping people work better and stay at the center of successful organizations.
Following our recent Series E funding round, where we raised $200 million, our valuation stands at $4 billion. Our total funding exceeds $530 million from premier investors including Accel, NVentures (Nvidia's VC arm), Kleiner Perkins, GV, and Evantic Capital, alongside the founders and operators of Stripe, Datadog, Miro, and Webflow.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Synthesia's long-term vision is to build the best human-interactive models: systems that don't just talk to people, but perceive and respond to them, reacting to a user's actions and emotions, not only their words. Today over 60,000 businesses rely on our platform, and the next leap in what we can offer them depends on models that combine text, audio, and video into a single real-time interactive experience.
As a Staff Research Engineer, you'll join the Voice team within our 40+ person R&D department, but your scope will extend well beyond voice. You'll help define and drive that broader vision across teams, proposing ambitious research directions and taking direct ownership of the design and implementation of its most critical components. You'll work directly with our voice lead and collaborate tightly with our video teams and other senior members of the org.
Concretely, you'll work on voice to voice models that produce text and voice simultaneously. Models that can reason, interrupt the user with back channeling and talk. Models that feel like you are having a natural conversation with, without the feeling of turn taking that is dominant in current speech to speech models. Your role would be to partner in defining a roadmap, implementing it and shipping the outcomes to product.
What you'll do
- Shape our roadmap to create new model capabilities and unlock new functionality for our customer base, on both short and long time horizons.
- Propose novel multi-modal system architectures (especially text and voice).
- Develop and evaluate streaming and conversational systems for low-latency, interactive voice-video synthesis.
- Design solutions that reinforce emotional expressiveness and natural interaction.
- Implement and bring designs to life, from pretraining through post-training.
- Integrate and test novel architectures (neural codecs, diffusion, flow-matching) to enhance realism and responsiveness.
- Define new evaluation metrics for conversational systems, including latency-aware and interaction-based measurements.
- Track the latest research in audio-visual diffusion, autoregressive models, neural codecs, and multimodal LLMs.
- Curate new datasets to complement existing data.
- Lead post-training initiatives like DPO, fine-tuning, and distillation to bring models to shipping quality.
- Ship models to production with optimised runtime to serve customers, and address their feedback thereafter.
YOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE
- The ability to bring novel ideas and designs that advance the field of interactive multimodal systems.
- Strong understanding of generative modelling, ideally applied to sequential or multimodal data.
- Hands-on experience with large language models or similar transformer-based architectures.
- High proficiency in PyTorch, including distributed training and model optimization.
- A solid grasp of time-series modeling and tokenization, preferably in the context of audio, speech, or video.
- A demonstrated ability to prototype quickly, test hypotheses, and iterate efficiently.
- Proven experience training deep learning models end-to-end, from data preparation through evaluation.
- Strong general software engineering skills, enabling contributions to a large, shared research infrastructure.
PARTICULARLY RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
- Having shipped a generative model into a live product used at meaningful scale, not just published or prototyped it.
- Working on conversational or interactive systems where latency, responsiveness, and user experience were first-class constraints, not afterthoughts.
- Working on LLMs with large scale trainings leadings to models with decent reasoning capabilities
- Owning a research problem end to end: from architecture proposal through pretraining, post-training, and production deployment.
- Collaborating across modalities or teams (e.g. audio and video, or research and product) to ship a unified system.
BONUS POINTS FOR
- Experience with real-time or streaming architectures.
- Familiarity with state-of-the-art architectures in audio and speech generation, such as diffusion models, neural codecs, flow-matching models, or autoregressive decoders.
- Excellence in one or more of the following modalities: voice, text, video.
- Evidence of original research contributions, such as publications or open-source work at top-tier venues (e.g. NeurIPS, CVPR, ICML, ICLR, Interspeech).

Partner with Account Executives, Marketing and Alliances to drive pipeline and exceed goals.
Log activity and categorize lead information accurately in Salesforce.

Are values-oriented and share our company values.
