ABOUT DOCKER
Docker has been one of the most loved brands in developer tooling, trusted by more than 20 million monthly users and over 20 billion container image pulls. From solo founders to the world's largest companies, developers rely on Docker to build, share, and run their applications across our suite of products including Docker Desktop, Docker Hub, and Docker Scout.
We are a globally distributed, remote-first team building the tools that define how software gets built and delivered. As AI agents redefine software development, Docker is at the center of that shift, providing the sandboxed environments, verified images, and secure infrastructure that make autonomous workflows trustworthy by default.
_______________________________________________________________________
Docker seeks a Principal Software Engineer to define the technical vision and architecture for our internal Developer Tools team. This is a rare opportunity to establish how software is designed, built, shipped, and operated at Docker. With the addition of AI we are modernizing our SDLC and building the mechanisms that make the right way the easy way for every engineer.
You'll own the technical strategy across four interconnected pillars:
Platform Engineering & Self-Service: Design and build the internal developer platform that empowers teams across Docker to unblock themselves, rapidly scaffolding, prototyping, deploying, and operating their own services and tools.
CI/CD & Build Systems: Define Docker's technical approach to continuous integration, delivery, and build infrastructure. Establish architectural standards for pipeline tooling, GitOps deployment patterns, build substrate, and release engineering.
As Principal Software Engineer, you'll partner with engineering leadership across Docker, principal engineers, Security, Infrastructure, and the service teams to author the SDLC tenets that underpin all of this work, and build the mechanisms those tenets run through.
Reporting to the Sr Manager of Developer Tools, you'll collaborate closely with engineering leadership across Docker, product engineering teams, platform teams, and ultimately customers as internal tools evolve into product offerings.
WHAT WOULD MAKE SOMEONE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE
You're a technical leader who excels at the intersection of developer experience, platform engineering, and systems design. You think in platforms and golden paths, building once and enabling dozens of teams to move faster. You have strong opinions on what makes developer tools great: invisible by default, indispensable once adopted, and measurable in the workflows engineers already use.
You have deep experience across the breadth of the developer tooling stack, CI/CD, build systems, observability infrastructure, and developer platforms, and working knowledge of LLM integration and AI agent development. You understand the nuances of internal platforms: designing for adoption, not mandate; plugging into existing workflows before standing up new ones; and earning trust through data before expanding scope.
You have exceptional judgment on when to build custom solutions versus integrate existing tools, and you're comfortable navigating a rapidly evolving landscape across both AI and developer infrastructure. You balance technical excellence with pragmatism, shipping iteratively while maintaining high quality bars. Most importantly, you lead through influence and mentorship, elevating the entire engineering organization's technical capabilities.

FULL-TIME EMPLOYEES AT COHERE ENJOY THESE PERKS:
- A weekly lunch stipend of $75/£75 or equivalent in your local currency for lunch.
- Full health and dental benefits, including a separate budget for mental health.
- RRSP matching, 401K, Pension Scheme.
- 100% Parental Leave top-up for up to 6 months, for either parent.
- Annual enrichment benefits:
Arts & culture, fitness/wellness, quality time, and a workspace improvement credit.

About the Role:
BOSS Revolution helps millions of people around the world stay connected with family and friends through international calling, mobile top-up, and money services. As a Senior Flutter Developer on the DTC Calling team you'll build and evolve the flagship BOSS Revolution app.
Your main direction is Product-Led Growth (PLG): the referral program (Refer-a-Friend), onboarding and activation funnels, promo and reward mechanics (loyalty and subscription offers, first-transfer and recharge bonuses, upsell offers), and the experiments that decide which of them ship. It is the main direction, not the only one: you'll take on any work the team owns — home, calling, money-transfer and top-up flows, subscriptions and payments — as the roadmap requires.
You'll work in one of the largest Flutter codebases in production — a monorepo of 100+ internal packages, feature-first clean architecture, and a strong engineering culture around code quality, testing, and automation — and ship in short, instrumented iterations: hypothesis → flag → variant → metric → decision. The app also carries a native calling stack (SIP/VoIP on Android and iOS); experience there is welcome, not required.
What You'll Do:
Growth (main direction)
Build growth mechanics end-to-end
: referral flows (invite links, deferred deep links, reward tracking), onboarding & activation funnels, promo/reward dialogs and offer surfaces, in-app surveys — from a PRD with a success metric to a measured result in production.
Run experiments as a habit
: ship behind feature flags, wire variant assignment from our remote-config / A/B service (fixed-split and multi-armed-bandit tests) and Firebase Remote Config, tag events with test and variant, watch guardrail metrics, and remove the flag once the test is decided.
Instrument and validate analytics
: define and implement Amplitude/GA events and properties, keep the event taxonomy clean across releases, verify events before launch, and read funnel dashboards together with the PM and data team.
Render server-driven promo content
: integrate with our in-house campaign platform — targeted campaigns, remotely configurable copy and creatives, layout updates pushed from the backend in real time — with versioned fallbacks, so campaigns launch without an app release.
Integrate third-party growth SDKs
: attribution (AppsFlyer), Braze (push, content cards), ads (AdMob / AppLovin), payments and KYC vendors — mostly through Flutter plugins, occasionally extending them in Kotlin/Swift via platform channels.
Across the app and team
Ship product features beyond growth
: home screen, calling flows (Flutter UI over the native SIP stack), money-transfer and top-up flows, subscriptions and payments (card and wallet flows, Google/Apple Pay), country selection, chat and social features, performance and tech-debt work — the same standards, a different surface.
Own features within our architecture
: feature-first clean architecture, Bloc/Cubit state management, repositories, immutable state, Result-based error handling; migrate legacy Provider/ViewModel code in the modules you touch (e.g. the referral module) to the current patterns.
Work at real scale
: a Melos-managed monorepo with 100+ packages, strict dependency hierarchy, code generation (json_serializable / freezed), a shared design system, and a 90% diff-coverage gate enforced per package in CI (bloc_test + mocktail).
Keep releases healthy
: trunk-based development, ~2 releases a month through GitHub Actions and Fastlane, Crashlytics plus product-metric monitoring, staged rollouts and kill-switches for risky changes.
Collaborate cross-functionally
: with product managers (growth and core product), backend engineers (campaign, config and A/B services), data & BI, marketing (Braze campaigns) and QA — and push back on asks that cannot be measured.
Use AI-assisted development
as part of the everyday workflow: Cursor / Claude Code / Copilot with in-repo prompts, agents and MCP integrations.
We're Looking For:
5+ years building mobile apps, including 3+ years with Flutter in production.
Strong Flutter/Dart: Bloc/Cubit or comparable structured state management, async programming and isolates, code generation, dependency injection, clean architecture and modularization.
Hands-on, experiment-driven product development: feature flags and remote config (Firebase Remote Config, LaunchDarkly, Statsig, GrowthBook or an in-house service), A/B rollout mechanics (staged rollout, sticky assignment, kill-switch) and analytics instrumentation (Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA or similar) — including knowing how your experiments ended.
Deep linking, including deferred deep links and App Links / Universal Links setup; understanding of attribution flows.
Working knowledge of native Android (Kotlin) and/or iOS (Swift) at the level of platform-channel and SDK integrations.
Strong testing culture: unit and bloc tests with mocked collaborators, deterministic tests, comfortable working under coverage gates.
Full lifecycle experience: Git, CI/CD (e.g. GitHub Actions), code signing, store deployment, post-release monitoring.
Product mindset: can work from a PRD with success metrics, propose instrumentation and guardrails, and explain trade-offs to non-engineers.
English: Upper-Intermediate or higher.
It Would Be a Plus:
Time on a dedicated growth or monetization team: referral programs, onboarding optimization, paywalls / subscriptions, retention work, multi-armed bandits.
Attribution and marketing SDKs by name: AppsFlyer, Kochava, Adjust, Branch; Braze, Iterable, CleverTap.
Server-driven UI or remotely configurable content systems.
Payments and subscriptions on mobile: card flows, 3DS, in-app purchases, Google/Apple Pay.
VoIP / real-time communication: SIP, WebRTC, CallKit / Telecom framework, push-triggered call handling, audio session management.
Large monorepos (melos, Mason, Dart workspaces); migrating legacy state-management patterns.
Beyond mobile: backend / BFF for growth features, data pipelines, observability.
Telecom, fintech or other regulated consumer products (KYC, fraud vendors).
Comfort with AI-assisted development tooling.
We are pleased to offer you:
Remote b2b (Georgia-Moldova) or on-site employment (Belarus-Moldova) work opportunity!
Stable job with long-term growth perspective.
Competitive salary with annual performance review.
Really good hardware.
An exciting and challenging job with talented people around.

✨ ONE PLATFORM, A WHOLE WORLD OF OPPORTUNITY
The best jobs have always clustered in a handful of the world's wealthiest cities. But talent is everywhere. Oyster set out to close that gap - building a global employment platform that lets companies hire, pay, and care for brilliant people anywhere.
We're proof that a high-performing culture doesn't need an office. Distributed across 60+ countries since 2020, we've built something the industry keeps noticing:
- Ranked #10 of 250 on TIME and Statista's 2026 list of America's Top WorkTech Companies https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-hr-named-10-of-americas-top-worktech-companies-of-2026-by-time

- Deep expertise in employment law, including hands-on experience with standard employment processes: drafting and reviewing contracts, managing templates and policies, advising across a wide range of employment matters and interpreting local labor regulations across multiple jurisdictions.
- Understanding of the EOR model and ability to anticipate and navigate its unique legal challenges; prior experience working with or within an EOR is preferred.
- Experience managing multi-jurisdictional and/or cross-border employment matters, with the ability to work across diverse legal systems and regulatory environments.

An overview of this role
As a
Customer Success Operations Manager
at GitLab, you will own the operational processes, reporting, and programs that support our Customer Success Management (CSM) function. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Sales & CX Operations, you will partner closely with CS leadership, Revenue Strategy & Operations, Finance, and Sales to build the foundations that help our CS team operate effectively at scale.
This is a role for a sharp, curious operator who thrives in ambiguity, connects dots across teams, and moves quickly from problem to solution. You will work in GitLab's all-remote, values-driven environment where documentation, iteration, and cross-functional partnership are core to how we work.
What You’ll Do
Own the core operational cadences that support the CS organization, including pipeline and renewal reviews, customer health reporting, and book of business management.
Translate ambiguous business questions from CS leadership into clear problem statements, then drive them to resolution through process, reporting, or systems changes.
Partner with Revenue Technology and Revenue Analytics to evolve the systems, data, and reporting CSMs rely on day to day.
Build cross-functional alignment with Sales, Finance, and other Revenue Strategy & Operations teams to operationalize go-to-market changes that affect Customer Success.
Identify friction in existing processes and lead improvement efforts end to end, from diagnosis through rollout and adoption.
Support CS leadership in planning cycles, including capacity modeling, segmentation, territory and coverage planning, and target setting.
Contribute to broader Revenue Operations initiatives where the CS perspective is needed.
What You’ll Bring
4+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, management consulting, strategy, or a similar analytical and problem-solving role.
Strong critical thinking and structured problem solving. You can break down ambiguous problems into clear workstreams and move them forward.
Bias toward execution. You move from analysis to action quickly and follow through to outcomes that stick.
Systems thinking. You understand how a change in one part of the go-to-market motion ripples through to others, and you design solutions accordingly.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills. You build trust with stakeholders at all levels and influence without direct authority.
Curiosity and aptitude to pick up new domains, tools, and concepts quickly. We care more about how you think than which specific tools you have used.
Comfort operating in a scaling environment where not everything is defined and structure must be created.
About the team
The Sales and CX Operations team sits within the Revenue Operations function at GitLab and is responsible for the processes, data standards, and operational programs that enable our Sales, Customer Success, and Renewals teams to operate at scale.
This team works in close partnership with other Revenue Strategy & Operations teams, CX field teams, Finance, and Sales to ensure operational alignment across the full customer lifecycle. We value clear documentation, thoughtful iteration, and practical solutions that help our go-to-market teams move with confidence and clarity.

Here at Humanoid, we believe in a future where robots amplify human potential. That’s why we’ve set out on a mission to build the world’s most capable, commercially-scalable, and safe humanoid robots. We’re bringing that mission to life with HMND‑01 - our rapidly developed humanoid platform being deployed in real industrial environments - and we’re growing the team to take it even further.
WHY THIS BET
Most humanoid efforts are racing toward fully general-purpose bipeds with five-fingered hands. We made a different call — informed by direct customer conversations and a team that has actually deployed robots at fleet scale in prior companies. Our wedge is the practical one: wheeled industrial humanoids that solve real customer problems today, on a generalized hardware platform with generalized learning paradigms.
What that means for the role: The combination of generalized hardware and generalized learning lets us deploy and integrate astonishingly fast — high-performance capability landing in customer facilities in days to weeks, not quarters. Industrial customers used to the multi-quarter integration cycles that are the industry norm consistently tell us this looks different. It is.
HOW WE THINK ABOUT AI
The AI stack is our long-term flywheel. We are aggressively pushing the envelope on modern robot learning — fleet learning, embodied agents, foundation models for autonomy — and leveraging AI agents across the product workflow itself. The platform is generalized enough that a capability trained once propagates across every robot in the field. Our public AI white paper has more: https://thehumanoid.ai/ai/
ABOUT THE ROLE
As VP of Industrial Product Engineering, you will be the single engineering owner of industrial product delivery — the person who, across hardware, software, AI, and system integration, makes sure what we ship is what our customers actually need, in the order they need it, on the timeline they need it.
You won't run a siloed sub-org. You will work as a peer to our functional engineering leaders — hardware, software, AI, test — leading prioritization for engineers dedicated to the industrial product. Think of this as a technical GM for industrial: you own what and when; you partner with functional leads who own how.
This role reports directly to the CTO.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own end-to-end engineering delivery for the industrial product — from design, through pilots, through scale and iteration in the field — across HW, SW, AI, and system integration & test.
- Direct prioritization for the engineers hard-allocated to industrial across our matrixed functions (industrial / common / home). Partner closely with functional leads on shared platform work, and with Ops on manufacturing readiness.
- Be the single source of truth on industrial engineering delivery and forward roadmap for the CEO, Commercial team, Product, and customers.
- Build a delivery engine that releases production software on a fast, predictable cadence and that scales beyond the first industrial product line.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 15+ years in engineering leadership, with a track record of shipping multi-disciplinary HW/SW/AI products at meaningful scale.
- Software-biased background. Most of the long-term work here is software and AI — deployment, fleet learning, capability iteration. We need a leader whose center of gravity is software, with the HW and AI fluency to drive us to a world-class holistic product.
- Deep understanding of the industrial market — what real industrial customers in logistics, manufacturing, automotive and adjacent verticals actually buy, integrate, and rely on. UK or EU industrial experience is a strong plus; US industrial deployment experience is equally valued.
- Demonstrated ability to lead through influence in a matrix — you have driven outcomes across teams you didn't directly manage, and you can show how.
- You have taken product from zero to one, and have delighted customers with innovative solutions to solve their real pain points.
- Deep technical credibility across HW, SW, and modern AI — enough to debate functional leads as a peer, not just review their work.
- Comfort operating across distributed teams (London, Boston, Vancouver, San Diego).
- Calibrated for the pace of a company moving from prototype to production at the same time it's raising and growing.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE AT 12 MONTHS
- Long term pilots transition smoothly into scaled deployments at multiple customer locations.
- Robots in reliable operation around the clock, delivering to strict SLAs.
- HW, SW, and AI are all moving at best-in-class quality — none of the three is sacrificed to hit a near-term gate.
LOCATION
London required. The role requires daily proximity to the people you'll be coordinating with across engineering/ops/product/business.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive equity: stock options with meaningful upside as we scale.
- 30+ paid days off, including 23 days of annual leave, all UK bank holidays, and additional company closure days (including Christmas–New Year shutdown).
- Private healthcare, including virtual and in-person care.
- Pension scheme with 8% total contribution (5% employee, 3% employer) on full earnings.
- Free daily breakfast, catered lunch, and snacks in-office.
- Work at the frontier - collaborate daily with world-class engineers, researchers, and product experts building the next generation of AI and humanoid robotics.
- Real ownership - direct access to founding leadership, meaningful input on product direction, and the ability to drive key initiatives from day one.
Location: Remote - United States
About Vercel:
Vercel is the agentic infrastructure company, freeing people and agents to ship what's next. For more than a decade we've helped builders move from idea to production with speed, security, and exceptional developer experience.
Now we're scaling our products for both agents and people to ship and run software, built in the open and trusted by OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide.
About the role
We are looking for a Security Software Engineer, IAM, to build identity and access management (IAM) infrastructure as software, not administer identity products, and this role suits a software engineer who has gone deep on identity or an IAM engineer with a strong engineering background. You will own identity and IAM end to end, replacing the approval queue with access that is self-serve, time-bound, and provable, built so identity is defined as code, reviewed in pull requests, deployed through CI, and observable in production, and you will help decide how agents act on behalf of users and systems. This is a hybrid role based in San Francisco or New York City, with three days a week in the office.
What you’ll do
Migrate Okta and related IAM configuration to Terraform so every identity change is reviewed, tested, and versioned, and help engineering teams adopt infrastructure as code
Build a self-serve access platform, including just-in-time (JIT) access, that lets team and system owners define, request, and time-bound their own access
Own provisioning, deprovisioning, and access review workflows that generate System and Organization Controls 2 (SOC 2) audit evidence automatically
Unify corporate IAM (employee identity, SaaS access, devices) and production IAM (service accounts, infrastructure permissions, on-call access) into one identity plane, and enforce least-privilege access across cloud, SaaS, and production infrastructure
Define and build how agents request and hold access, working with the Accounts team on product-facing identity
What you need
7+ years building and owning identity, access management, or platform security systems, including IAM design across corporate (Okta or equivalent) and production (AWS or GCP) environments
Built and operated production services or self-service platforms in TypeScript/Node.js, Go, or Python, including REST APIs
Implemented OAuth2, OpenID Connect (OIDC), Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML), and System for Cross-domain Identity Management (SCIM) at the protocol level, including failure modes such as token replay and sync drift
Managed IAM infrastructure as code in Terraform
Bonus if you
Led a Terraform migration for IAM or identity infrastructure at scale
Designed or built a JIT access system or access governance platform
Designed delegation or scoped-credential models for agents or service identities
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive compensation package, including equity.
Inclusive Healthcare Package.
Learn and Grow - we provide mentorship and send you to events that help you build your network and skills.
Flexible Time Off.
We will provide you the gear you need to do your role, and a WFH budget for you to outfit your space as needed.
The San Francisco, CA base pay range for this role is $208,000 - $312,000. Actual salary will be based on job-related skills, experience, and location. Compensation outside of San Francisco may be adjusted based on employee location. The total compensation package may include benefits, equity-based compensation, and eligibility for a company bonus or variable pay program depending on the role. Your recruiter can share more details during the hiring process.
