At 1Password, we’re building the foundation for a safe, productive digital future. Our mission is to unleash employee productivity without compromising security by ensuring every identity is authentic, every application sign-in is secure, and every device is trusted. We innovated the market-leading enterprise password manager and pioneered Unified Access Management, a new cybersecurity category built for the way people and AI agents work today. As one of the most loved brands in cybersecurity, we take a human-centric approach in everything from product strategy to user experience. Over 180,000 businesses, from Fortune 100 leaders to the world’s most innovative AI companies, trust 1Password to help their teams securely adopt the SaaS and AI tools they need to do their best work.
If you're excited about the opportunity to contribute to the digital safety of millions, to work alongside a team of curious, driven individuals, and to solve hard problems in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, then we want to hear from you. Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future.
Provisioning helps organizations of all sizes deploy and manage 1Password through scalable provisioning and organization-management experiences. We build the workflows that help admins onboard people, manage access, and support long-term adoption, with a focus on reliable, secure, and intuitive experiences. As an intern on the team, you’ll work on frontend web experiences in React and TypeScript alongside engineers, product managers, and designers. Our current roadmap includes improving activation, invitation and provisioning-pipeline visibility, error recovery, and other Admin Console workflows.
This is a remote opportunity within Canada/US. This position will be for 4 months - January to April 2027.
What You Can Expect:
- Contribute to frontend features in the 1Password Admin Console using React, TypeScript, CSS, and established design-system patterns.
- Partner with engineers, product managers, and designers to turn customer and admin needs into simple, accessible experiences.
- Write maintainable code, tests, and documentation, and participate in code reviews, debugging, and quality improvements.
- Learn the Provisioning domain and help improve workflows such as onboarding, invitations, user-status visibility, and provisioning error handling.
- Work with the team to investigate problems, communicate progress, and deliver incremental improvements safely.
What we're looking for:
- Confidence: A willingness to take on new challenges, and see them through to completion.
- Humility: You're not afraid to ask "stupid" questions and make mistakes (as long as you learn from them).
- Curiosity: You look for better ways of doing things, even if everyone seems happy with how they are.
- Teamwork: We work together, and succeed as a team!
- Technical foundations: Working knowledge of React and familiarity with TypeScript and CSS fundamentals.
- Web development foundations: Comfort with HTML, browser behavior, accessibility, Git, and learning established patterns in an existing codebase.
- Project experience: Experience building a small web project through coursework, an internship, personal work, or open source contributions.
Bonus points for:
- Experience with React and TypeScript beyond coursework, including a personal, school, or open source project.
- Familiarity with design systems or component libraries, and with Figma or a similar design tool.
- Exposure to frontend testing tools such as Jest, Testing Library, Playwright, or Cypress.
- Understanding of API integration, asynchronous JavaScript, or backend concepts.
- Interest in security, identity, access management, or building tools for administrators.
Our culture
At 1Password, we prioritize collaboration, clear and transparent communication, receptiveness to feedback, and alignment with our core values: keep it simple, lead with honesty, and put people first.
You’ll be part of a team that challenges the status quo, and is excited to experiment and iterate in search of the best solution. That said, 1Password is not for everyone. Our work is demanding, we strive for excellence, and the pace is fast. We need people who are keen to take on challenging problems, who seek feedback to grow, and who are driven to make an impact. If you're looking for a place where you can settle into a comfortable routine, this might not be the right fit for you. We’re looking for individuals who are proven experts in their fields, as well as those who are highly adaptable, can thrive in ambiguity and through change, are curious, and above all deliver results.
We are committed to leveraging cutting-edge technology—including AI—to achieve our mission. We also understand that thinking critically about AI in its current forms will help us create better solutions for our customers and ourselves with its future forms, which will help us continue to close the gap between security and privacy and achieve our mission. We want team members at all levels to take the approach of actively learning AI best practices, identifying opportunities to apply AI in meaningful ways, and driving innovative solutions in their daily work. Embracing the future of AI isn't just encouraged at 1Password—it's an essential part of how we will be successful at 1Password.
Our approach to remote work
We believe in the power of remote work, but recognize that in-person connection is important to help us achieve our mission. While we are a remote-first company, travel for in-person engagement is a part of most roles. Frequency will depend on role and responsibilities, and may include, but is not limited to: annual department-wide offsites, team meetings, and customer/industry events.
How we’re using AI today
Our Engineering, Product, and Design teams are thoughtfully integrating AI across the full software and product development lifecycle to move faster without sacrificing quality or security. In practice, that looks like engineers using AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate reviews and catch bugs earlier, product managers synthesizing user research at scale, and designers rapidly prototyping and iterating with AI-generated mockups. We approach AI the same way we approach security: with clear principles, human accountability at every consequential decision point, and rigorous evaluation before anything ships to customers.
What we offer
We believe in working hard, and rewarding that hard work through our benefits. While not an exhaustive list, here is a glance at what we currently offer:

As a Contract Talent Acquisition Sourcer at GitLab, you'll help build strong candidate pipelines for our sales team in the APJ region in a fully remote, distributed company. You'll focus on finding and engaging passive talent for sales roles, while partnering closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and business leaders to understand hiring needs and local market dynamics.
This is a highly outbound role where your research, outreach, and judgment will directly influence hiring outcomes. You'll also help strengthen sourcing practices by mapping talent markets, building pipelines, and improving how we identify and connect with great candidates in a values-driven environment. In this role, you will primarily focus on engaging with Account Executive talent to build proactive pipelines and benches, in addition to working active requisitions.
Please note this is a 12 month contract.
What you'll do
Source, screen and engage passive candidates for sales roles across the APJ region using LinkedIn, online research, and other outbound channels.
Build representative candidate pipelines with meaningful focus on identifying talent from a wide range of backgrounds and experiences.
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements, business priorities, and ideal candidate profiles.
Map talent markets and gather intelligence on competitors, locations, and candidate pools to inform sourcing strategies.
Assess candidate alignment for specific roles, teams, and GitLab's values, and share clear recommendations with recruiting partners.
Screen and qualify candidates, building and maintaining talent benches across multiple countries in the APJ region to ensure strong pipeline depth and readiness for evolving business needs.
Deliver a strong candidate experience through thoughtful outreach, timely communication, and professional relationship building.
Continuously improve sourcing workflows, outreach approaches, and research methods to increase efficiency and quality.
Maintain accurate activity and candidate data in applicant tracking and recruiting systems, and stay open to learning new tools and processes.
What you'll bring
Relevant experience in recruiting and/or sourcing, including direct experience sourcing passive candidates in a fully outbound environment.
Experience sourcing for Account Executive and other sales roles, ideally within the software industry.
Strong research skills and the ability to identify, map, and engage talent across competitive regional and global markets.
Experience working directly with recruiters and hiring managers to align on hiring needs and adjust sourcing strategies as priorities change.
Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build trust across teams, candidates, and time zones.
Strong organization skills and comfort managing multiple searches, deadlines, and competing priorities.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools. Experience with Greenhouse or LinkedIn Recruiter is ideal.
Comfort working remotely in an asynchronous environment, along with willingness to learn and use tools such as GitLab.

The Talent Acquisition team at GitLab helps the company grow by finding people who can contribute to our mission and thrive in our all-remote environment. Within that group, sourcing plays a key role in reaching talent that may not be actively applying, especially in competitive markets and business-critical functions. You'll work with teammates who care deeply about candidate experience, thoughtful partnership, and inclusive hiring practices. The team values clear communication, strong market insight, and steady iteration in how we work. This role is especially important as GitLab continues to grow go-to-market teams in APJ, where strong regional knowledge and effective collaboration across time zones can help teams hire with more focus and confidence.

About 1Password
At 1Password, we’re building the foundation for a safe, productive digital future. Our mission is to unleash employee productivity without compromising security by ensuring every identity is authentic, every application sign-in is secure, and every device is trusted. We innovated the market-leading enterprise password manager and pioneered Unified Access Management, a new cybersecurity category built for the way people and AI agents work today. - Comfortable to work within a small team of security developers who are specialists in Rust and Golang Security
- Develop cryptographic or other security libraries to share common security-critical code across our applications
Bonus points for:
- Experience working with standards bodies (e.g. FIDO, W3C, ISO, NIST, OIDF)
- Experience with emerging industry standards and technologies (e.g. Passkeys and/or Post Quantum Algorithms)
- Experience with Rust and/or Golang, or a demonstrated ability to pick up new languages quickly.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Our Talent Operations team runs the machinery behind hiring at ElevenLabs: the systems, workflows and data that help us hire exceptional people quickly. We’re hiring at pace, with 200+ open roles across 40+ countries, and Ashby sits at the centre of all of it. We're looking for a hands-on Ashby expert who can turn hiring priorities into clean, working setups, so recruiters and interviewers can focus on candidates rather than the tool. You’ll be the person the talent team trusts to get the system right, and to know when something is quietly going wrong.
Talent Operations works from first principles. We don’t ask how hiring has always been done. We ask how to make it the best possible experience for candidates, hiring managers, recruiters and everyone involved. Automation and AI drive everything we do, because we’re scaling our talent function without scaling headcount at the same rate. The goal is to maximize the impact each person on the team can have.
To start, your time will be split as ~60% Ashby build and administration, ~25% scheduling support and Talent Ops projects, and ~15% data and reporting.
WHAT YOU’LL OWN
- Ashby go-to: be the first point of contact for Ashby questions from recruiters, interviewers, and hiring managers. Write the how-tos so the same question doesn’t get asked twice.
- Interview plans: build and customize interview plans, stages, feedback forms and scorecards. Update them as roles and processes change, keeping structure consistent so data stays comparable across teams.
- Jobs and postings. End to end: take approved headcount to a live, accurate job and posting quickly. That covers hiring teams, approvals, custom fields, job boards and postings across locations. Keep every job accurate through to close and archive.
- Data quality: own ATS hygiene, including stage mapping, source attribution, rejection and archive reasons, department and team structure, and stale applications. Spot problems before they show up in a report.
- Process and projects: support Talent Ops on process changes, tooling rollouts and projects that help the function scale, plus interview scheduling support during busy periods (or until we roll out agentic scheduling).
IN YOUR FIRST 6 MONTHS, YOU WILL:
- Audit and standardize interview plans across ElevenLabs so pipeline data is comparable
- Cut job setup time by templating common role types
- Automate a manual workflow with AI or integration tooling
- Improve interviewer capacity and assist with automating scheduling
- Own 1-2 Talent Operations projects end to end
REQUIREMENTS
- Ashby Power User. Prior hands-on Ashby experience as an active, day-to-day user, including setting up jobs, postings, feedback forms, and interview plans.
- Fast-paced Operations. Experience in recruiting operations or coordination in a fast-moving team.
- Strong data hygiene instincts. Messy data bothers you, and you fix the root cause, not just the symptom.
- AI native. Comfortable using AI tools to cut manual work and move faster.
- Clear written communication. You can explain a system change to a hiring manager in two sentences.
- Timezone: Able to work in United States timezone hours.
BONUS:
- Strong analytical and reporting skills. You’re confident building reports in Ashby and working with exported data in spreadsheets (pivots, lookups, basic formulas), and you can turn the numbers into a clear story about what’s working and what isn’t.
- Scheduling at Scale. Interview scheduling at scale, including complex multi-timezone panels.
- Project Management. Organized and able to run projects end to end with multiple stakeholders.
YOU MIGHT BE A GREAT FIT IF:
- You enjoy being the person who knows how the system actually works
- You’d rather build a template once than do the same setup ten times
- You’re comfortable moving fast without letting accuracy slip
LOCATION
This role is remote and can be executed globally, with a preference for United States timezones. If you prefer, you can work from our offices in New York or San Francisco.
INTERVIEW PROCESS
We are accepting applications through October 30, 2026. The Hiring Manager will review all applications and determine next steps. The interview process will be:
- AI Interview
- Meet the Hiring Manager
- Case Study
- Call with the Team
- Final Interview

Most companies treat support as a cost center. We treat it as an engineering challenge and a product opportunity.
Support Operations Engineering is an engineering function inside ClickHouse’s Support Services organization. We build the systems that decide how customers get help from the moment they describe their problem to the moment it’s resolved. This role will help shape how Support Services, RevOps, GTM, and core Engineering teams collaborate on customers. This is not a tools team. About a third of our work directly supports the support organization. The rest is building experiences and systems that change how ClickHouse works with its customers in more effective, streamlined ways.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
You’ll design and build the systems that sit between ClickHouse’s customers and the teams who serve them. The work is varied by design, and you’ll move between problem types as priorities shift:
- Intelligent routing and decision systems. Software that decides where work should go and who should handle it, weighing many signals at once, and is built to adapt as the business scales.
- AI-powered customer experiences. Customer-facing and internal experiences that understand what someone needs, recommend the best next step, and know when to hand off to a human.
- Internal platforms and tooling. Applications that give Support, RevOps, and GTM teams the leverage to work faster and more accurately, built to production standards.
- Integrations and data flow. Connections across Salesforce, live chat, incident management, Slack, GitHub, and more, so workflows and data move cleanly between systems.
- Automation and observability. Systems that remove repetitive work, surface what’s breaking, and give teams confidence in what they’re running.
Across all of it, you’ll partner with core Engineering to ship to production, and own what you build: code review, testing, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
WHAT YOU BRING ALONG:
- 3–5 years building and shipping full-stack software in production, with tools like TypeScript/JavaScript, Node.js, and React (or comparable)
- Experience developing with APIs, webhooks, and integrations between distributed systems
- Hands-on experience close to support: as a support or technical support engineer, or by building tools or integrations for a support, CS, or RevOps team
- Confidence with Git and safe, version-controlled deployment workflows
- The ability to translate operational needs into solutions that non-engineers can follow
- A shipper’s mindset: self-driven, curious, and comfortable owning a problem end-to-end in a remote, globally distributed team
- Comfort using AI tools day to day in how you build, with a clear sense of where to trust them
BONUS POINTS:
- Experience building LLM-powered features in production (routing, retrieval, evaluation, or observability)
- Salesforce platform experience (Apex, LWC, Flows, custom objects) or certifications; if you don’t have it, the appetite to get there quickly
- Support and incident tooling: Pylon, incident.io http://incident.io, PagerDuty, Zendesk, Slack APIs, GitHub APIs
- Experience with ClickHouse or other analytical databases
- Experience in an early-stage or greenfield environment, or embedded in a support, RevOps, or business-systems function

ABOUT THE TEAM
The Corporate Physical Security and Protective Services team sits within Wealthsimple's Regulatory division. We keep our people, offices, and visitors safe — from access control and our on-site guard program to emergency preparedness, investigations, and executive protection. We're a small team that works closely with Workplace Operations, building management, and partners across the company, and we're focused on building a security program that gets ahead of problems instead of just reacting to them. If you take safety seriously and want to help shape a strong security culture at a fast-moving fintech, you'll fit right in.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Corporate Physical Security & Protective Services, you'll be the face of security in our Toronto office — the first person employees, visitors, and guards turn to when something comes up. This role exists to give our team more room to build: you'll own how we respond day to day in the office, and lead the security awareness program that helps everyone at Wealthsimple understand their part in keeping each other safe.
Please note, this role is based in our Toronto office 5 days/week and is not eligible for remote work.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Serve as the first point of contact for security in the office, handling visitor management, temporary badging, and in-person concerns from employees and visitors
- Lead content creation and day-to-day delivery of our security awareness program, including training on badging, visitor management, and emergency procedures
- Respond to security incidents and see each one through to resolution, documenting everything
- Investigate routine workplace incidents — like access violations, thefts, and disturbances — and escalate sensitive or high-risk matters
- Coordinate daily with on-site guards on coverage, post order compliance, and shift handovers, and report issues so they get addressed with our vendor
- Process access requests, badge issuance, and deactivations in our access control and video management systems, flagging anomalies and gaps as you find them
- Support our emergency preparedness program — floor warden coordination, drills, and tabletop exercises — and help draft security policies, procedures, and event risk assessments
- Assist with executive protection and travel security when needed, from logistics to travel monitoring
SKILLS YOU BRING
- 2+ years of experience in physical security, risk assessment, emergency response, customer-facing communications, or a related role
- Post-secondary education in security management, risk management, criminal justice, communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Experience de-escalating tense situations with clients, visitors, or employees, with composure and discretion
- Clear, concise writing — you can produce incident reports, procedures, and advisories that people actually read
- Good judgment about what you can handle and what to escalate, and the ability to manage several priorities at once
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience in fintech or financial services
- Hands-on experience with security and ticketing platforms like Genetec and Jira
- A valid First Aid and CPR certificate
- A PSP or CPP designation from ASIS, or progress toward one
- Interest in growing into executive protection or intelligence analysis work
WHO YOU ARE
- Calm under pressure — you stay composed when things get tense, and people feel safer because you're there
- Approachable and clear — you can walk a new hire through our badging process or settle a frustrated visitor with the same ease
- Thorough and consistent — you follow procedures, document your work accurately, and notice when a process isn't working
- Clear on your scope — you handle routine matters on your own and escalate early when something needs a second set of eyes
- Someone who takes ownership — you follow your work through, raise issues before anyone asks, and want to grow into bigger responsibilities
- Curious about how to make security part of the culture, not just a set of rules

The WHOOP compensation philosophy is designed to attract, motivate, and retain exceptional talent by offering competitive base salaries, meaningful equity, and consistent pay practices that reflect our mission and core values.
At WHOOP, we view total compensation as the combination of base salary, equity, and benefits, with equity serving as a key differentiator that aligns our employees with the long-term success of the company and allows every member of our corporate team to own part of WHOOP and share in the company’s long-term growth and success.
The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $130,000 - $170,000. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within each range, individual pay is based on factors such as job-related skills, experience, performance, and relevant education or training.

Here at Humanoid, we believe in a future where robots amplify human potential. That’s why we’ve set out on a mission to build the world’s most capable, commercially-scalable, and safe humanoid robots. We’re bringing that mission to life with HMND‑01 - our rapidly developed humanoid platform being deployed in real industrial environments - and we’re growing the team to take it even further.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We believe personal robots will become part of everyday life, changing how people use their time and what they can do independently. Making that future possible is one of the most important challenges in AI and robotics. We're hiring a Chief Scientist to help shape the intelligence behind it.
A useful personal robot must understand homes it has never seen, learn new tasks, handle unfamiliar objects, and work safely alongside people. These are fundamental problems with no established blueprint. You will help define the approaches that turn those capabilities into something people can rely on every day.
Our hardware team brings experience from Boston Dynamics, Sanctuary AI, Apptronik, Agility Robotics, and 1X. This is an opportunity to build on lessons from across the field, working alongside engineers who understand the challenges of developing humanoid robots and bringing AI, hardware, and product together.
Reporting to the CTO and working closely with the VP of AI and CEO, you will set scientific priorities, build an exceptional team, and guide advances from early experiments through to deployment. ROLE HIGHLIGHTS
- Engineering Supply Chain Manager (Mechanical)
- Location: Netherlands
- Department: Global Supply Chain
- Reports to: R&D Supply Chain Manager
- Employment type: Permanent
- Workplace model: Office/On-site
- Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO, where required)
THE MISSION OF THE ENGINEERING SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER (MECHANICAL)
As our Engineering Supply Chain Manager (Mechanical), you'll join our fast-moving Global Supply Chain organization and work closely with our hardware engineering teams as they design and build mechanical systems and structures on tight and shifting timelines.
You'll be an active part of our engineering projects, helping to execute them and staying ahead of supply. That means identifying long lead items, critical materials and complex parts as early as possible in the process, and securing them before they become bottlenecks for testing and builds. When machining capacity, material availability, special process queues or a late design change threaten a prototype schedule, we need you to act. Our development cycles are fast and iterations are constantly occurring since we thrive on pushing the technology for the best.
You'll also be a key link between Engineering and Production. You'll communicate R&D supply chain risks and the critical parts and materials you've identified to Production, so nothing comes as a surprise at handover. Your work supports the success of every engineering prototype iteration and at the same time prepares Production for rollout and mass production.
This role suits someone who is proactive by nature, with a solution driven mindset and a deep understanding of mechanical manufacturing processes, materials and hardware prototyping, who is comfortable with ambiguity and acts before problems arrive rather than waiting for them. How quickly we get from concept to working hardware in orbit, and then into production, depends on how well this role is done.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
HIGH-VELOCITY ENGINEERING SUPPORT
- Serve as the hands-on supply chain counterpart for fast-paced mechanical engineering teams working on multiple, rapidly evolving hardware projects.
- Identify long lead items, critical raw materials and complex parts as early as possible, and secure them proactively (early orders, material reservation, capacity booking, buffer stock, coating readiness, securing helicoils) before they can delay a project.
- Translate early-stage concepts, evolving BOMs, and mid-design changes into actionable sourcing steps with minimal delay.
- Provide engineers with real-time insights on material availability, components availability and quick-turn manufacturing options.
- Identify supply issues before they become blockers and propose workaround paths immediately.
RAPID SOURCING & PROCUREMENT EXECUTION
- Own project procurement of CNC machined parts, structural elements and composite parts, mechanisms, motors, fasteners, bearings, thermal hardware and raw materials, including related special processes such as heat treatment, surface treatments and coatings.
- Run fast quoting and supplier selection so prototype and builds get their parts and materials on the dates engineering committed to.
- Lead efforts to find alternative suppliers, processes or materials within hours, not weeks, when capacity or material shortages occur.
- Set stock levels and material availability plans for development and prototype builds.
SUPPLIER INTERACTION & TECHNICAL ENGAGEMENT
- Worked closely with machine shops and composite fabricators, special process providers and material distributors, and worked with them to understand lead time constraints, manufacturing capabilities, DFM implications and fast-track build options.
- Support technical capability assessments of machining, special process suppliers, and material distributors.
- Negotiate priority machine time, expedited processing and shipments, and secure prototypes under compressed timelines.
CROSS-FUNCTIONAL START-UP COLLABORATION
- Coordinate across engineering, manufacturing, program management, and operations to remove obstacles and maintain build readiness.
- Maintain complete visibility into prototype schedules, engineering changes, and material risks, communicating clearly and frequently.
- Operate with a bias for action: if something is unclear, you chase it; if something breaks, you fix it; if something is missing, you find it.
AGILITY, RISK MANAGEMENT & CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
- Build and maintain a living view of supply risks across all active projects, including capacity constraints, raw material availability, single-source suppliers, special process bottlenecks and export restrictions and qualify alternatives early.
- Keep purchasing details accurate in the ERP system, with clean traceability and build readiness status that the organisation can rely on, even under fast-moving conditions.
- Bring an experimentation mindset: test new suppliers, new sourcing channels, new manufacturing partners, and new tools to reduce lead times and cost.
R&D TO PRODUCTION READINESS
- Communicate R&D supply chain risks and identified critical parts and materials to Production early and clearly, so they are known well before handover.
- Support the success and rapid iteration of engineering prototypes while preparing Production for rollout and mass production.
- Make sure critical and long lead parts, qualified suppliers and special processes, and realistic lead times and capacity are in place before a design moves into series production.
- Help build the sourcing foundations that will carry a design from prototype into repeatable production.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
MUST HAVES:
- 5+ years of direct experience in mechanical sourcing, procurement or engineering supply chain roles in fast-moving hardware environments.
