HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.

It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.

Imunify360
is a leading developer of Linux infrastructure and security solutions. Our flagship product, Imunify360, is a comprehensive security suite that protects thousands of shared hosting environments, VPS, and dedicated servers worldwide. Our clients include industry giants such as Dell, GoDaddy, IBM, and Zoom, with over 4,500 customers globally. The company has more than 250 employees.
We are looking for an
engineer-architect
to build a
new product from scratch
. This is not a position within an existing team—you will single-handedly create a runtime protection layer for Node.js applications. The hosting market is rapidly adopting Node.js, and modern applications are increasingly generated by users with AI tools and little technical security expertise. Your mission is to make protection automatic, transparent to client code, and effective in real time.
This is a role with the highest level of
ownership
(Senior / Staff / Architect level), where you will make key architectural decisions and take full responsibility for the outcome.
Responsibilities
Define the technical approach for building runtime protection inside the Node.js process.
Design the detection logic to identify and block attacks during application execution.
Build and launch the first version of the product in real production environments.
Ensure the protection works
without requiring changes to client code
and without breaking legitimate applications.
Continuously improve the product based on telemetry, production feedback, and real-world incidents.
Achieve target values across four key metrics:
Runtime overhead
False positives
False negatives
Customer escalation volume
Requirements
The top priority is Security, not just Node.js.
Security experience outweighs general backend tenure.
Must-have:
Experience in Security Engineering or Security Research
(deep understanding of attack vectors and defense methods).
Have independently built and shipped a product/solution from scratch
(end-to-end ownership: from idea to production).
Ability to take an ambiguous problem, define a solution, and deliver a working result without constant supervision.
Experience designing architecture and making key technical decisions (Staff/Architect level is a strong plus).
English language:
Intermediate or higher
(written and spoken — all interviews are conducted in English).
Nice-to-have:
Security experience specifically in the context of Node.js (vulnerability analysis, securing, researching Node.js applications).
Experience with Linux in production and development environments.
Knowledge of Runtime Protection, WAF, instrumentation, malware analysis, and Incident Response.
Experience in managed hosting / VPS domains.
Experience with AI coding agents (Copilot, Cursor, etc.).
Important:
If you are a Security Engineer / Researcher who doesn't code on a daily basis, you must be comfortable using AI-assisted development tools and be capable of building an MVP with their help.
Who you are (mindset):
Builder:
You genuinely enjoy creating something new and seeing it run in production.
High ownership:
You don't wait for tasks to be assigned — you define the approach and own the results.
Practioner:
You write code (yourself or with AI), not just review and coordinate.
You understand
Detection Engineering
— how detection rules behave at scale across thousands of servers and the true cost of false positives.
We do NOT consider candidates who:
Have only theoretical or research experience without shipping real products.
Have general Node.js development experience but lack a security component.
Reside in countries with complex B2B tax reporting requirements (USA, UK, Canada, Germany, France, and others — to be clarified during screening).
Have frequent job changes (every 1–2 years) without valid reasons.
Benefits
Format:
100% remote work anywhere in the world.
Legal setup:
B2B only (contract with your sole proprietorship or company).
Budget:
Up to $12,000 gross/month (before taxes, under a B2B agreement).
Company:
A stable, established international product company with 15+ years in the market.
Role:
A key position in building a new product line from the ground up.
Location: Dakar, Senegal; Abidjan, Ivory Coast
Workplace: Hybrid

ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a Lithuanian Localization QA Tester / Proofreader to join a long-term.

Once fixes are implemented, you’ll help verify that they’ve been resolved correctly. From time to time, you’ll also have the opportunity to translate content from English into Lithuanian. In addition, you’ll explore user interfaces to identify localization or functional issues, playing an important role in delivering a seamless and user-friendly experience.
This role is ideal for someone with native-level Lithuanian fluency, strong attention to detail, and an interest in quality assurance within digital products. If you’re looking for a role where you can apply both your language expertise and technical skills, this is a great opportunity.

- Be a subject matter expert for linguistic issues in Lithuanian (from Lithuania); be able to research and resolve linguistic questions.
- Adhere to project-specific quality standards, trademarks, style guides, and client-preferred checklists and glossaries.
- Troubleshoot basic problems; be able to communicate effectively and escalate testing issues.

Money is moving onto the internet, and the shift has a name:
Open Money.
This is money that is open, portable, agentic, and owned by you. MetaMask spent the last ten years building it; with 100M+ downloads, users in ~190 countries, and trillions in cumulative transaction volume, it's the most trusted self-custodial financial platform on the internet. Now we're building the operating system for your money: one place to hold, move, grow, and use anything you own. Join a remote-first, global team rebuilding how money works: a problem that touches everyone, every day.
What you'll do
As a Staff Software Engineer, you will:
Own the technical architecture and roadmap for MetaMask's Perpetuals experience across Extension and Mobile — from real-time price/position data flows to order execution and margin/liquidation UX.
Set technical direction and standards for trading-critical features: precision/decimal handling, state consistency under high-frequency updates, and resilience to feed/connectivity failures.
Drive cross-team technical alignment with other experience teams and backend/protocol integration teams to ship complex, multi-team projects.
Identify and de-risk the hardest technical problems on the roadmap before they become blockers; make build-vs-buy and architecture trade-off calls for the domain.
Partner with the Engineering Manager on prioritization, providing the technical judgment that shapes what gets built and in what order.
Mentor senior and mid-level engineers, run design/architecture reviews, and raise the technical bar through example, documentation, and code review.
Represent Perpetuals engineering in cross-functional planning with Product, Design, and other engineering leads.
Requirements:
8+ years working with web and mobile-based technologies
Experience building trading, financial, or other correctness-critical systems where precision, race conditions, and state consistency carry real financial risk (margin, settlement, order matching, payments, etc.)
Experience with real-time data systems (WebSockets, streaming price feeds, optimistic UI updates) and building resilient UX around unreliable network conditions
Track record of leading technical initiatives that span multiple teams or codebases without direct reporting authority — demonstrated Staff-level scope, not just Senior-level execution
Hands-on experience with React and React Native
Extensive experience with modern Javascript (ES6/TypeScript/etc.)
Experience with blockchain fundamentals across multiple blockchain architectures
Strong working knowledge developing cross platform/browser compatibility
Experience working in an agile development team
Experience developing medium to large-scale applications across the entire stack with minimal tech debt through sensible abstractions, testing, linting, and adherence to coding/web standards
Experience consuming and building APIs
A demonstrable understanding of Continuous Integration
Strong understanding of security risks specific to financial/trading products — transaction integrity, race conditions in state updates, precision/rounding bugs — in addition to standard web security threats (XSS, CSRF, etc.)
Bonus Points:
Direct experience integrating with perpetuals/derivatives protocols (e.g., Hyperliquid, Lighter, or similar) or building trading infrastructure.
Experience with cross-chain bridges, transaction lifecycle and/or interoperability solutions
Experience working in a decentralized, distributed team
Previous experience working in Web3
Product knowledge about the Web3 wallet space
Mobile experience (React Native, Objective C, Swift)
Other skills to demonstrate:
Excellent verbal and written communication in English
Teamwork, flexibility, initiative, communication and organization
Willingness to constantly learn & improve, challenging yourself to stay at the top of your game
Don't meet all the requirements? Don't sweat it. We’re passionate about building a diverse team of humans and as such, if you think you've got what it takes for our chaotic-but-fun, remote-friendly, start-up environment—apply anyway, detailing your relevant transferable skills in your cover letter. While we have a pretty good idea of what we need, we're ready for you to challenge our thinking on who needs to be in this role
.
In the rapidly evolving Web3 space, we believe that everyone is a builder. This expansive paradigm requires a range of backgrounds, talents, skills, and experiences to influence and shape the future. At MetaMask, this diversity fuels our ability to shift control and redefine the realm of possibility. We are committed to ensuring that our technology empowers people and communities through decentralized technologies. We welcome the range of perspectives and differences and celebrate them. We're excited to see how your unique skills as a builder can contribute to our vision, drive innovation, and help us shape a more inclusive Web3.
MetaMask is an equal opportunity employer. All employment decisions are made without regard to race, color, national origin, ancestry, sex, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, genetic information, religion, disability, medical condition, pregnancy, marital status, family status, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
MetaMask is aware of fraudulent recruitment practices and we encourage all applicants to review our best practices to protect yourself, which can be found on our page.
MetaMask may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of our recruitment process, such as reviewing applications, screening resumes, or conducting initial candidate assessments. These tools are designed to assist our recruiting team and improve efficiency — they do not replace human judgment. A human recruiter or hiring manager reviews every candidate, and all final hiring decisions are made by people, not AI.
It is a requirement of employment in this position that applicants may be required to submit to background and identity verification checks, including but not limited to employment, education, criminal record checks, and other such checks as determined necessary by the company.

Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
⭐ YOUR MISSION
We are building Alan's Care function in Saudi Arabia, and you will be the person who makes sure every member trusts Alan when they need us most. You'll build the function from zero: process, tooling, quality bar, then scale it, while handling the conversations that matter most yourself.
Founding the function
- Handle directly the member contacts that stay in-house: admin requests, escalations, complex cases.
- Write the scripts, guidelines, and documentation that make Care work in Saudi from day one.
- Shape the operating model on the ground together with the GM Saudi and the global Care community: opening hours, shift coverage, tooling setup (Intercom and others), and how traffic splits between in-house and externalized support.
What success looks like: a documented, working Care operation that can pass regulatory scrutiny and handle real member conversations from launch.
Owning quality on externalized support
- Own the quality bar for everything we externalize: review calls and tickets in Arabic, coach our outsourcing partner's agents, and close the loop between what members experience and what we improve.
What success looks like: externalized conversations meet Alan's quality bar, and gaps get caught and fixed before they become member complaints.
Owning regulatory accountability
- Own the complaint-handling policy and the regulatory SLAs on complaints.
- Prepare the documentation and readiness for the Insurance Authority inspection.
What success looks like: Alan passes Insurance Authority inspection with a clear, accountable answer on every complaint-handling question asked.
You won't be building this alone. You'll have the full support of Alan's global Care Ops team on process design, tooling, forecasting, and planning, the same team behind our Care launches in France, Belgium, and Canada. You bring the on-the-ground execution and Arabic-language expertise; they bring the playbooks and cross-market experience.
👀 WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- You are a founding operator. You've built an operational function from scratch before, or you're ready to do it for the first time with real ownership.
- You are hands-on in ambiguity. You're happy to answer tickets yourself on day one while designing the system in parallel. Some decisions on coverage model and tooling are still being finalized, and you'll help make them.
- You are AI-first. You're excited to work on automation and tooling, not just process.
- You lead with ownership and directness. You hold an outsourcing partner accountable to a quality bar without hesitation.
- You are genuinely energized by great customer experience. When a member is frustrated, you don't just close the ticket, you make sure they walk away feeling cared for.
- You understand the member's stakes. Ideally, you've seen pre-authorization, claims, or member frustration points up close, in health insurance, health services, or a comparable regulated environment.
⭐️ REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE
Must-haves
- Saudi national.
- Fluent in Arabic and English, spoken and written. Both are mandatory: Arabic for the QA work on Arabic-language conversations, English for collaboration with the global Care community and cross-functional teams.
- Comfortable operating with significant ambiguity: building the system and doing the work at the same time.
- Strong ownership and directness, including holding an external partner accountable to a quality bar.
- Genuine interest in AI-first tooling and automation.
Nice-to-haves
- Health insurance, health services, or financial services background; understanding of pre-authorization, claims, and member frustration points in Saudi Arabia.
- Experience building or scaling an operational/support function from scratch.
- Familiarity with the Saudi regulatory environment (Insurance Authority requirements).
Level target: B1-C1 on Alan's level grid.
⭐ WHAT WE OFFER
- A world-class team to lean on: you won't be alone. You'll have the full support of Alan's global Care Ops team, and the full team's playbooks from launching Care in France, Belgium, and Canada.
- Real ownership and impact from day one, on a function you build yourself.
- As the team scales, this role has the potential to grow into leading a local team.

As part of the Design team, the Brand designer plays a large role in cementing our brand, creates visually compelling assets to support our messaging, and uses their experience to grow a strong brand design practice.
Your missions will include:
- Define and evolve Alan's visual identity and brand systems, and make sure they hold up across every touchpoint.
- Own briefs end-to-end: understand the business problem, help shape the strategy, then explore, prioritize, and ship the solution.
- Create and art-direct campaigns and assets across the web, including our landing pages, email, advertising, and social channels, bringing the brand to life through art direction, motion, and video.
- Partner closely with Product, Marketing, and Brand to translate business objectives into visuals that convert.
- Extend brand design work into our Health & Prevention area, alongside our core Marketing & Brand responsibilities.
- Scale production to deliver high volumes of assets without losing quality or brand consistency.
- Leadership & mentoring:
- You lead through influence by shaping roadmaps, aligning stakeholders around well-reasoned proposals and trade-offs, and proactively communicating progress and plans.
- You raise the bar for others by coaching and mentoring designers and non-designers, and helping Alaners grow through thoughtful feedback and technical or creative leadership.
OUR CURRENT DESIGN PRIORITIES 🌟
Our Design community red thread is to grow our brand design practice and ensure consistency in order to build an established and memorable brand.
To succeed in this mission, we currently:
- Consolidating and scaling our visual identity across every touchpoint: web, email, ads, social, and increasingly our own landing pages, where brand expression and conversion design meet.
- Growing our motion and video capability: it's a big plus for this role, not a nice-to-have.
- Creating impactful physical and event experiences that bring the brand to life beyond screens.
- You are at the cutting edge of AI-enabled design and creative workflows, actively experimenting with emerging models and tools and turning them into practical ways to improve the quality, speed, and impact of your work.
- Extending brand identity into our Health & Prevention area, alongside our core Marketing & Brand responsibilities.
- Shaping how Alan's mascot and visual universe show up, used deliberately, not everywhere.
IF YOU HAVE SOME OF THE FOLLOWING, YOU MAY BE A GREAT FIT 👯♀️
- 4+ years' experience, ideally in a product company or startup, we're hiring at a Senior level.
- You are fluent in English.

- Comfortable with generative AI tools, and keen to experiment with new approaches as you push creative boundaries within brand guidelines.
- A deep understanding of growth, campaigns, and conversion-focused design, with a strong sense of how visuals drive business outcomes.

- You excel at communicating and articulating creative choices in a compelling way.
- You're structured, and understand that goals and constraints need to be clarified before executing.

⭐️ THE RISK & INTERNAL CONTROL ROLE ⭐️
Alan's Corporate team brings together Risk, Internal Control, Legal, Compliance, Corporate Governance and Security around a shared mission: building the infrastructure that lets Alan operate at scale, safely and responsibly. Internal Control helps design, implement and monitor controls within the business so operations run in line with members' interests, the strategy, our objectives and the law.
We are looking for a high-potential risk and internal control professional who can identify and manage risks, define and own control activities end-to-end, and grow into ownership of more complex control scopes over time.
This is not a traditional, box-checking control role. We build solutions and act as genuine business partners on risks. This is an opportunity to be part of the next generation of risk professionals: developing automated controls, documentation and using AI to detect emerging risks early.
⭐️ YOUR MISSIONS ⭐️
- Risk Management
- You will help strengthening our system for identifying and monitoring risks on an international scope
- You will co-build the next generation of risk tooling
- Internal Control
- You will define and implement control frameworks on processes, leveraging Alan’s culture of transparency and distributed ownership, and pushing for reliability and scalability: AI and automation, smart processes
- You will perform second-level reviews on high-risk areas
- You will drive efforts to ensure proper controls documentation and communicability to third parties partners
- You will support the management of audits from commercial partners and supervisors
- Team growth
- You will help expand risk management reflexes throughout the company, and assist teams such as Insurance, Operations, Security and Legal to design and implement action plans to mitigate our risks
- You will create resources to raise awareness and empower the team for risk management, internal control and regulatory compliance;
- You will support the identification and hiring of new talents for the team.
⭐️ IS IT WHAT YOU ARE LOOKING FOR? ⭐️
You may be a great fit if you have:
- At least two years of experience in internal control or a risk function - in insurance, a Big Four, or a regulated / fast-growing environment
- Fluent in both French and English
- A solid understanding of Solvency II and domain expertise (e.g. insurance operations, reserving, underwriting, reporting frameworks)
- Comfort with AI and automation tools to scale controls, as well as anticipation of how AI reshapes controls
- A builder's mindset: you're excited to build something differentiated, you don't thrive solely on established processes
- A business-partner attitude: you act as a true partner to product teams, helping solve their control issues and risks rather than acting only as a controller
- A written-first and rigorous working style: you’re structured, precise and at ease with Alan's async communication culture
As a plus:
- Multi-jurisdiction exposure (France, Belgium, Spain, Canada/OSFI)
- Exposure to the DORA framework
- Exposure to HDS and ISO 27001
For this role, we are looking to hire within the C0 to C1 level range https://alan.com/en/careers/a/salary-equity.
🌍 HOW WE WORK
Location: You must be legally eligible to work from France. Role will preferably be based in Paris.
Remote work: We offer remote work flexibility, but we value in-person collaboration
🎯 IMPORTANT NOTE: WE HIRE PEOPLE, NOT ROLES.
If you're excited about this opportunity but don't check every box, we'd love to hear from you. Everyone, no matter how underrepresented, should feel free to apply, as it can only bring learnings or success.
If you identify yourself as a woman: Did you know that research shows women often apply only when meeting 100% of requirements?
Remember, this is just a guide, not a checklist. We'll be thrilled to receive your application!
