Why Join Us?
Keet is a fully peer-to-peer messaging and video calling app built on Holepunch's P2P stack. There are no servers, no middlemen, and no data harvesting. People talk directly to each other, with end-to-end encryption by design.
We're taking Keet to a billion users, competing head-on with WhatsApp and Telegram. Product sets the direction. We're looking for a Product Engineering Lead to turn that direction into features people love, built to a standard that holds up at global scale.
You lead the teams that build Keet's features: the API team, which adds feature-focused APIs to Keet's core, and the frontend team, which builds the React app on top, each with its own lead. You report directly to the CTO and take direction from product. Product owns the what and the why. You own the how and the engineering bar. The split is roughly 70% engineering leadership and 30% product.
You're a combination of three things. You're an engineering leader who has helped teams ship consumer products at speed. You have real product sense and can partner with PMs as an equal, shaping what gets built, not just executing it. And you have an intuition for distributed, local-first systems, so you can work fluently on top of a P2P engine without needing to build it yourself.
Responsabilities
Engineering
Run the API and frontend teams day to day: unblocking, reviewing, and keeping them shipping.
Set and hold a high engineering bar for performance, reliability, and clean APIs.
Own the technical design of features and the API surface between Keet's core and the app.
Make sure the API team works closely with our deep tech teams on code reviews, design, and anything that touches the engine.
Product Partnership
Work alongside Keet's product managers to turn vision and roadmap into scoped, buildable work.
Push back when scope and reality don't match, and propose better paths when they exist.
Bring an engineering perspective to product decisions, especially where P2P opens doors that centralized apps can't.
Help the team move fast, using AI tools and quick prototypes to validate ideas before committing to them.
Leadership
Create clarity around team goals and make sure everyone knows what success looks like.
Mentor team leads to build strong team operating systems, improve how their teams work with others, and grow as leaders.
Lead by example: roll up your sleeves when the team needs it, and step back when they're ready to own it.
Experience managing engineers or engineering leads who ship consumer product, ideally in chat, calling, or social apps.
Strong product sense: you can tell a good feature from a busy one.
Intuition for distributed and local-first systems. Offline-first and eventual consistency should feel natural. You don't need P2P protocol expertise, because our core abstracts it away.
Deep JavaScript and React.
Initiative, curiosity, resilience, and the ability to give and receive direct critique.
Bonus: experience with local-first apps, CRDTs or sync engines, offline-capable mobile or desktop apps, or open source.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
The IT Operations team keeps Anthropic running. We want every employee to do their best work without friction. We're hiring an IT Support Engineer who pairs strong technical skills with a service mindset and good judgment. Anthropic is growing fast, and IT needs to keep pace. That means onboarding at scale, automating repetitive work (including with Claude), and improving the day-to-day employee experience. You'll handle support across our mostly macOS environment and help with the operational work that lets us scale. You'll work closely with IT Engineering and Security, with room to grow into more technical infrastructure work over time. This isn't a scripted support role. You'll have real ownership, use your judgment to improve our processes, and grow with the team as we scale.
Key responsibilities
Triage and resolve issues across hardware, software, networking, and accounts, mostly through our ticketing system, plus Slack and in-person
Diagnose and fix issues across macOS, ChromeOS, iOS, Android, and our core SaaS platforms (Google Workspace, Slack, GitHub, Atlassian)
Troubleshoot device issues, including enrollment, configuration profiles, and policy enforcement
Support access management and employee lifecycle workflows (onboarding, offboarding, reorgs)
Handle escalations that need cross-team coordination
Join an on-call rotation for urgent issues outside business hours
Provide hands-on support for user technology, AV systems, conference rooms, and printers
Communicate clearly with users at every technical level
Write and maintain internal documentation, including runbooks, how-to guides, and knowledge base articles
Spot patterns in support requests, surface recurring issues, and flag opportunities to automate
Help streamline onboarding and other high-volume operations as we scale
Contribute to automation efforts
Maintain and improve device management, identity, and access systems
Write scripts (Bash, Python) to automate repetitive tasks
Minimum qualifications
Hands-on IT support experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment
Experience supporting macOS endpoints, and comfortable supporting ChromeOS, iOS, and Android
Experience with Google Workspace administration
Experience with Slack administration, including workspace management, permissions, and troubleshooting
Experience supporting and administering other SaaS tools
Understanding of identity and access fundamentals: SSO, MFA, directory services
Familiarity with MDM fundamentals and endpoint management concepts
Basic scripting (Bash or Python) for automation
Strong troubleshooting skills, with a methodical and persistent approach
Clear communicator who enjoys helping people solve problems
Take ownership of problems and follow through until they're resolved
Preferred qualifications
Familiarity with zero-trust security concepts and endpoint security tooling
Networking basics: DNS, DHCP, VPNs
Experience with IT projects beyond day-to-day support, such as migrations, tool rollouts, or process redesigns
Experience using AI tools to improve personal or team productivity
Interest in developing deeper technical skills and taking on more complex systems administration over time
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
€125.000
—
€165.000 EUR
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

About the role
As a Senior Backend Engineer, you will design, implement, and evolve product capabilities while solving high-scope backend problems and influencing the technical and product direction of our teams. You will move beyond "assigned work" to actively improve the quality, reliability, and performance of our systems. You will work across product, frontend, infrastructure, data, and security boundaries, making sound architectural trade-offs, communicating complex ideas clearly in an asynchronous environment, and helping define the standards for a high-scale, global product.
Why you’ll love this role
High Impact:
You aren't just shipping features; you are shaping the architecture of a global platform used by millions.
Technical Agency:
You will influence team objectives, technical direction, and long-range goals, helping us solve problems of high scope and complexity.
Innovative Culture:
You will get to experiment with and integrate agentic AI into production engineering workflows, moving beyond simple prompt engineering to build resilient, AI-assisted systems.
Autonomy:
You will thrive in our remote-first, asynchronous organization, where clear written communication and self-direction are the pillars of success.
User-Centric Collaboration:
You’ll partner closely with PMs and designers to shape requirements, ensuring every technical decision delivers genuine value to our users.
What you’ll do
Drive Technical Direction:
Design and ship moderate to complex backend features with minimal guidance, making pragmatic choices between modular-monolith code, shared components, or independently operated services.
Raise the Bar:
Advocate for product quality, security, availability, and performance. You will define backend standards for style, maintainability, testing, APIs, and operational readiness.
Mentor & Lead:
Mentor associate and intermediate engineers, remove technical blockers, and improve team delivery practices through code and design reviews.
Operational Excellence:
Diagnose and prevent performance/reliability issues at scale. Participate in incident response and act as a technical owner where appropriate.
AI Integration:
Use AI in production engineering work to improve outcomes, evaluate its effectiveness, and coach others on responsible, high-judgment use.
What you’ll bring
Deep Backend Expertise:
A strong command of backend architecture, APIs, data systems, and performance tuning in a complex product or service environment.
Adaptability:
Proficiency in modern backend languages and a deep understanding of systems programming. We value the ability to learn and adapt over mastery of a single language.
Architectural Judgment:
Experience designing or evolving modular backend boundaries, bounded contexts, and migration-safe architectures.
Influence:
Ability to lead through influence, technical judgment, and clear written communication, effectively bridging the gap between product needs and technical reality.
Agentic AI Expertise:
Proven experience building or operating agentic systems in production—moving beyond prompt engineering to architecting loops, tool-use, and error-handling strategies that ensure reliability at scale.

This is a cross-channel role where you will be responsible for identifying, reaching, and converting mortgage brokers primarily through performance digital channels, while also amplifying impact through PR, events, and referral initiatives.
Reporting into the Head of Partner Advocacy & Growth, you will be the chief digital evangelist of the Growth Partners value proposition – using paid media, SEO, email, and automation to drive a predictable, scalable pipeline of new broker partners.
Key Responsibilities
Digital-First Broker Acquisition Strategy
Design and execute a multi-channel acquisition plan to drive a steady pipeline of new mortgage broker partners.
Own and optimise the full funnel – from awareness through to application.
Develop a referral initiative that includes digital tracking, automated incentives, and broker-friendly sharing tools.
Performance Marketing & Optimisation
Manage acquisition budgets with a CPA focus, continuously testing ad creative, landing pages, audience segments, and offers.
Implement retargeting campaigns to nurture brokers who have shown interest but not yet joined.
Work with analytics teams to set up conversion tracking.
Run regular A/B tests on messaging through deep understanding of our value proposition
Test channel mix to improve conversion rates.

Work closely with the PR team to amplify trade media coverage – using earned media as fuel for paid and owned campaigns.

Spend time with internal partnership and sales teams to map the broker’s digital journey from first click to first completed application.
Own the Growth Partners website landing pages for acquisition, optimising for SEO and conversion (CRO).
Develop a compelling narrative around the Growth Partners community and create acquisition-focused digital assets and content to drive engagement
Performance Reporting & Optimisation
Track, measure, and report on digital acquisition KPIs: new broker sign-ups, CPA, CTR, conversion rate (landing page to application), ROI by channel, and referral conversion rates.
Produce weekly dashboards for the Head of Partner Advocacy & Growth, making data-backed recommendations to reallocate spend.
Feed digital learnings back into the broader growth strategy to continuously improve broker acquisition efficiency.
Key Skills and Experience
5+ years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a digital marketing or performance marketing role.
Proven track record of growing memberships or acquiring partners preferably in a professional services environment.
Hands-on experience with: Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, email marketing platforms and content management tools.
Demonstrable success in creating innovative acquisition campaigns across multiple channels.

A collaborative operator, you’ll enjoy working as part of a team whilst being equally at home leading a solo project.

ABOUT DOCKER
Docker has been one of the most loved brands in developer tooling, trusted by more than 20 million monthly users and over 20 billion container image pulls. From solo founders to the world's largest companies, developers rely on Docker to build, share, and run their applications across our suite of products including Docker Desktop, Docker Hub, and Docker Scout.
We are a globally distributed, remote-first team building the tools that define how software gets built and delivered. As AI agents redefine software development, Docker is at the center of that shift, providing the sandboxed environments, verified images, and secure infrastructure that make autonomous workflows trustworthy by default.
_______________________________________________________________________
THE ROLE
As agents take on bigger jobs, the infrastructure around them matters more. Docker's answer is to give every agent a strong boundary, make its environment and authority reproducible, and let the work run where it makes sense, from a developer's laptop to the cloud. The Docker AI Substrate team brings that foundation to the enterprise: the largest companies in the world, running agents at scale, with the security, reliability, and control they expect from any critical system. We are a small, senior team at the start of that work. As a Staff Software Engineer here, you will shape the architecture, build the core systems, and run what you build.
Locations: Seattle, WA or Palo Alto, CA.
_______________________________________________________________________
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and build the systems that deploy, release, and operate Docker's agentic platform for enterprise customers, in Go and on Kubernetes.
- Make the platform run consistently across cloud providers and environments, with the security, identity, and network boundaries enterprises require.
- Own the release and supply chain path so every deployment is reproducible, verifiable, and trusted.
- Run what you build: production ownership, on-call, SLOs, incident response, and the operational tooling that keeps it boring.
- Set technical direction with the team's architect and engineering leadership, and work with partner teams across runtime, developer experience, identity, and observability.
- Raise the bar through design review, testing discipline, and mentorship as the team grows.
_______________________________________________________________________
QUALIFICATIONS
REQUIRED
- You have built and operated a cloud control and management plane. Software that provisions, upgrades, and watches infrastructure for many tenants or environments, in production, with a pager. Experience at a cloud provider, a managed-service vendor, or a platform team that stamps out environments.
- Kubernetes beyond deployment. You have written controllers or operators, understand reconciliation and CRDs, and know why declarative beats imperative at fleet scale.
- Deep in at least one major cloud. Hands-on with compute, networking, identity, and managed services, and able to pick up a second cloud fast.
- Production ownership. On-call, incident response, SLOs, post-mortems. You run what you build.
- Distributed systems design. Fault tolerance, consistency, observability, idempotent reconciliation.
- Go. Professional proficiency. Docker's backend and all of this team's code is Go.
- 10+ years of professional software engineering in infrastructure, platform, or cloud services, with the judgment to set direction for others.
STRONGLY PREFERRED
- Kubernetes resource orchestration and cloud controllers, such as KRO.
- Release engineering and software supply chain: OCI registries, digests, license compliance.
- Private connectivity between cloud accounts: PrivateLink, VPC peering, service endpoints, egress policy.
- OpenTelemetry pipelines with multiple destinations.
- Building managed services.
- Firecracker, microVMs, or other isolated execution environments for untrusted code.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Visa sponsorship: Docker considers visa sponsorship on a case-by-case basis based on business needs.
_______________________________________________________________________
COMPENSATION & EQUITY
All full-time roles include equity. Final compensation is determined on factors including but not limited to experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
United States: $170,350 – $275,550 base
______________________________________________________________________
POSTING INFORMATION
- Open vacancy: This posting is for an existing open role.
- AI in hiring: Docker may use AI-assisted tools during our recruiting process.
- Interview recordings: Candidates will be invited to opt in to interview recordings to support interviewer calibration and consistent evaluations. Recordings are optional and require explicit consent.
______________________________________________________________________

As a Senior Customer Success Manager (High-Touch) for the German-speaking market, you will be the trusted post-sales partner for some of n8n’s most strategic enterprise customers. With a deliberately small book of business, you go deep: you learn each customer’s business, build relationships across their organization, and turn product usage into measurable outcomes and clear ROI.
You will own retention and expansion for your accounts, running a tight operating cadence of kickoffs, success plans, health checks, QBRs and renewals, while proactively managing risk and escalations.
In close partnership with Support, Solutions Engineering, Product and Sales, you turn technical success into durable revenue.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Own a small book of n8n’s largest, most strategic enterprise customers in the German-speaking market, acting as their primary post-sales partner across onboarding, adoption and renewal
- Build an account strategy for each customer and a footprint across their organization, from IT and engineering teams to senior business and executive stakeholders
- Own retention and expansion targets, driving renewals and growth (upsell/cross-sell) in partnership with Account Executives
- Lead customer kickoffs and success planning, aligning stakeholders on goals, timelines, responsibilities and measurable outcomes
- Drive onboarding and enablement for technical and business audiences, unblocking implementation and accelerating time-to-value
- Run a strong operating cadence (health checks, exec syncs, QBRs), using usage and health data to proactively spot risks and manage escalations
- Quantify and communicate business value throughout the lifecycle, building ROI narratives tied to adoption, outcomes and impact
- Partner closely with Support, Solutions Engineering and Product to resolve blockers quickly and deliver a seamless customer experience
- Provide structured, actionable customer feedback to Product and Engineering, and share what you learn with the wider CS team
