We are looking for a Senior Analyst, Strategy & Planning to serve as the operational counterpart to FP&A inside Revenue Operations. This role is accountable for headcount and expense management, comp plan execution, forecast roll-ups, and the analytical work that keeps the GTM organization on plan.
Reporting to the Director of Strategy & Planning, you will partner directly with FP&A and across Revenue Operations. This is a high-visibility individual contributor role with broad exposure to the operating mechanics of the GTM organization.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Program-manage the annual planning cycle across Sales and Finance: own the timeline, drive the deliverables, coordinate stakeholders, and synthesize the output into a single plan.
- Own headcount and expense management for the GTM organization: track plan vs. actual, manage requisitions, partner with hiring managers and recruiting on capacity.
- Run the comp plan modeling and execution cycle: scenario modeling, plan documentation, exception handling, and partnership with the comp administrator on payout accuracy.
- Build and maintain forecast roll-ups across regions and segments. Partner with FP&A on variance analysis and corporate forecasting.
- Support territory and quota deployment: produce the analytical work that underpins the annual plan and mid-year adjustments.
- Maintain the Strategy & Planning analytical layer: dashboards, recurring reports, and the data quality work that makes the rest of the team's work possible.
- Partner with FP&A on month-end close, commissions accruals, and revenue reporting.
WHAT YOU BRING ALONG
- 5+ years in revenue operations, sales finance, FP&A, strategic finance, or a similar analytical role. SaaS or consumption-based business model experience preferred.
- Owner-operator mindset. You treat your scope as a system you own end-to-end: you build it, you run it, you fix it when it breaks, and you measure it by what it produces.
- Comfortable program-managing a cross-functional process. You can hold a timeline, drive deliverables across Sales and Finance leadership, and synthesize across stakeholders without being told how.
- Strong financial modeling skills. Driver-based modeling in Excel and Google Sheets, built independently.
- SQL fluency required; Python a plus. Familiarity with ClickHouse, dbt, or a comparable modern analytics stack. Comfort working in code, not just spreadsheets.
- Working knowledge of accounting principles: how revenue, commissions, and expense flow through the financial system.
- Detail-oriented and comfortable with operational rigor. You see controllership as a discipline, not a chore.
- Strong written and verbal communication. Able to translate analytical work into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, comp administration platforms (CaptivateIQ, Spiff, or similar), and BI tools.
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Customer Activation Manager at Ramp, you’ll help partner-sourced customers improve how they manage their finances. You’ll own a book of approximately 80 customers, guiding them through implementation and helping their teams adopt new workflows, including Ramp’s AI and agentic finance capabilities.
This role goes beyond getting customers live. You’ll work with finance leaders, their teams, and external partners to understand what needs to change, address resistance, and make sure customers see measurable value from Ramp. We’re looking for someone who’s led customers through change, is comfortable working with CFOs and Controllers, and uses AI regularly in their own work.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Guide partner-sourced customers from implementation through ongoing workflow adoption, with accountability for time to value and business outcomes.
- Build a change management plan for each account: identify stakeholders, understand what’s slowing adoption, and help customer teams work through it.
- Help CFOs and Controllers measure Ramp’s impact, including improvements in close cycles, spend visibility, variance reduction, and ROI.
- Manage relationships across the customer’s organization, including finance leadership relationships you’ll own independently.
- Use AI to prepare for calls, build customer materials, synthesize data, spot account risks, and reduce repetitive work.
- Help customers evaluate and adopt Ramp’s agentic finance capabilities, including the changes these workflows require in their teams’ day-to-day work.
- Work with Channel Partner Managers, Partner Consulting, Account Executives, and Technical Consulting to coordinate implementations and identify opportunities to expand Ramp’s use.
- Share recurring customer needs, product gaps, and feedback with Product.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- 5+ years in customer success, consulting, implementations, or a similar customer-facing role, with a consistent record of delivering customer outcomes and exceeding goals.
- Experience driving workflow adoption and managing organizational change, including navigating stakeholder resistance. Finance or fintech experience is helpful but not required.
- Regular, hands-on use of AI to prepare for calls, synthesize information, create customer-facing materials, and automate repetitive tasks.
- The ability to build a business case for workflow changes and explain their financial impact to CFOs and Controllers, connecting implementation progress to business results.
- Enough technical depth to work with Product and Engineering on integrations, APIs, and workflow design, and explain those topics to customers.
- Success in a fast-paced GTM environment, ideally at a SaaS or fintech company.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to get work done across Sales, Product, Operations, and other GTM teams.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Experience helping customers adopt AI-powered or agentic workflows, with an understanding of what gets in the way of adoption.
- Familiarity with FP&A, accounting platforms such as NetSuite, Sage, QuickBooks, or Xero, expense management, or other finance workflows.
- Measurable results in expansion, retention, or time to value.
- Experience at a company where AI was central to the product or how the team worked.
- Experience managing 50+ customers at once, prioritizing across accounts, and turning open-ended problems into clear plans.
- Experience working with third-party partners or consultants on customer activation and new use cases.
- Experience in a high-growth company or startup, where priorities and processes change quickly.
BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL)
- Flexible PTO
- Centralized home-office equipment ordering
- Health and wellness stipend
- Budget for intra-office travel
- Weekly coffee stipend

Customer Success Managers at Ramp drive value for customers and revenue for the business by ensuring fast, effective onboarding and activation of newly closed customers. As a Senior Scaled CSM, you’ll play a critical role in delivering high-quality outcomes at scale while helping shape the processes, playbooks, and customer strategy that fuel Ramp’s growth.
You’ll own a high-volume portfolio of micro-SMB and micro-MM customers, balancing efficiency and personalization through strong judgment, structured execution, and thoughtful use of scalable motions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, operates with high ownership, and consistently drives customer outcomes.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own the end-to-end onboarding and activation of a large portfolio of micro-SMB and micro-MM customers, driving customers to full Ramp adoption within 60 days through efficient, scalable motions.
- Lead onboarding with strong executive presence, setting clear agendas, controlling call flow, and driving as much progress as possible in minimal touchpoints.
- Ensure fast, thorough, and complete implementation by educating customers on Ramp functionality, best practices, and the “why” behind key workflows.
- Confidently navigate and position Ramp’s full product suite, including Cards, Bill Pay, Travel, Treasury, and Accounting integrations, tailoring recommendations to customer workflows and business goals.
- Deeply understand customer workflows, pain points, and blockers, and problem-solve alongside Product, Engineering, and Support when needed.
- Drive revenue by minimizing implementation delays and reinforcing the value of Ramp as a core financial operating system.
- Use customer data, usage signals, and patterns to prioritize outreach, identify risk, and intervene proactively.
- Balance implementation work, follow-ups, proactive outreach, and group onboarding while maintaining a high bar for quality.
- Partner closely with Product to surface customer feedback, identify trends, and influence roadmap priorities.
- Identify opportunities to automate, standardize, and improve onboarding processes, contributing to playbooks, enablement materials, and scalable best practices.
- Act as a multiplier for the team by sharing insights, patterns, and coaching peers through examples and collaboration.
- Help maintain an industry-leading customer experience while operating at high volume and pace.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Sales, or a related customer-facing role in B2B SaaS.
- Proven success managing a high-volume book of business while consistently driving customer outcomes.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to lead confident, structured customer conversations and handle objections effectively.
- Experience balancing scale and personalization through group onboarding, automation, and targeted 1:1 engagement.
- Comfort working cross-functionally with Product and Engineering to share feedback, troubleshoot issues, and ideate solutions.
- Data-informed mindset with experience using metrics and signals to guide decisions and assess risk.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding key performance metrics in fast-paced environments.
- High adaptability and comfort navigating ambiguity in a scaling organization.
- Strong curiosity about product design and the ability to communicate why Ramp works the way it does.

SENIOR LIFECYCLE MARKETING MANAGER
ABOUT WISTIA
Making videos is easy. Making them work for your business? That is where Wistia shines. Our end-to-end platform gives businesses the tools to create, host, share, and analyze videos and webinars, all in one place.
Our mission? To be the go-to video and webinar platform for businesses. And we know that mission starts with a team that feels valued, supported, and empowered to do their best work.
WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS
The Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager will play a critical role in helping our users discover, adopt and realize ongoing value with our product and features. This role will combine strategic thinking with analytical rigor and exceptional execution to serve a wide range of customers with unique needs, delivering the right message at the right moment.
This role will identify opportunities through customer insights and product data, design sophisticated lifecycle programs, lead customer engagement strategies for new products and features, and continuously evolve the user experience through experimentation. You’ll partner closely with Growth Product, Product Marketing, Content, Demand Generation, Customer Success and more to shape what content gets created based on what the lifecycle program needs, connect what happens next when someone clicks an email and lands in the product, and build customer delight programs that turn satisfied users into advocates for the brand.
Who You'll Work With: This role reports to our Senior Director of Demand Generation, and partners closely with the Growth Marketing, Content, Marketing Operations, Growth Product, Demand Generation and Customer Success teams.
What It's Like Working on This Team: This is a hands-on, high-ownership IC role that will own the strategy and the execution. You'll be the person in the room asking whether something is actually right for the person receiving it, not just convenient for an upcoming initiative, and you'll proactively mine the database for what's missing: which segments are underserved, which lifecycle moments have no coverage, where we're leaving user potential on the table. While your primary, initial execution is email, your thinking extends beyond that, asking what happens after the click and flagging when a complementary channel, in-product moment, or webinar should be running alongside it.
This role will leverage AI to meaningfully scale what they are able to do — accelerate experimentation, sharpen segmentation, find patterns in the database faster than any manual process could — and bring what you learn back as a resource for the broader marketing team, not just apply it to your own work. You will regularly translate what you are seeing in customer behavior into input that shapes what the rest of marketing invests in next.
- Why is this role exciting? The lifecycle program has strong foundations ready for a dynamic and more personalized approach that’s connected to how users actually grow with Wistia. You will not be executing someone else's playbook; you will be building the next one. You’ll partner with Product Growth and other marketing teams to create key touchpoints with our user base and have ownership of one of marketing's highest-leverage channels at a company with a loyal, engaged customer base and a product that delivers real value.
- How does it directly support Wistia's mission? Wistia's mission is to be the go-to video and webinar platform for businesses. This role will help users realize that value by discovering what the product can do, deepening how they use it, and understanding what Wistia can mean for their business long-term. You will be building and influencing the engine that makes those connections happen.
- What interesting challenges will candidates tackle? Evolving a maturing email program toward trigger-based, behavior-driven lifecycle marketing takes real craft and cross-functional reach. You will shape what content gets created, work with product and growth teams on the infrastructure that enables personalization at scale, and use AI to do things that were not previously possible with a lean team. The challenge is not just technical — it is also about building the internal relationships and trust that let you influence how the whole organization thinks about engaging its users.
Work Environment: Remote — open to candidates anywhere in the US.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deeply understand our users and our product to help them succeed and grow
- Own the strategy and execution of 1:many and 1:few lifecycle programs, primarily through email, focused on driving product adoption, feature awareness, and cross-sell/purchase readiness across trial and customer audiences — setting users up for the expansion moments that matter, upstream of the transactional triggers.
- Build and evolve a trigger-based, behavior-driven email program that supports what users are actually doing in the product.
- Proactively mine and analyze our existing database for opportunities: identify underserved segments, under-engaged users, and untapped lifecycle moments that email can address, and build programs around what you find.
- Develop a customer delight program to reward and celebrate our customers for their success, turning them into advocates for our brand.
- Partner closely with Content to identify gaps and shape what gets created based on what the lifecycle program needs to drive adoption and awareness. Yes, you’ll use existing assets, but also actively influence the content roadmap.
- Partner with Events, Webinar, and Product Marketing stakeholders to ensure lifecycle email is integrated with launches, live programming, and feature releases and vice versa. When a feature ships or a webinar goes live, this person should already have a lifecycle angle ready.
- Work alongside Marketing Ops as a partner on HubSpot strategy and architecture, having input into how the platform is structured and maintained to support lifecycle goals.
- Leverage AI tools to scale the sophistication and output of the email program in the short term while also planning ahead for what will be needed in the future.
- Define and track KPIs tied to adoption, engagement, and cross-sell readiness. Translate those signals into input for the broader marketing team by surfacing what the data tells us about user behavior, content needs, and where we are leaving value on the table.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Content, Growth Marketing, Growth Product, Marketing Ops, and Customer Success to ensure the email program is working in concert with the broader GTM motion and that your insights about the customer lifecycle are actively shaping how the team operates.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 9+ years of email and lifecycle marketing experience at a B2B SaaS company, with a consistent track record of owning strategy and program outcomes — not just execution.
- You may have managed a team at some point in your career, and you are choosing to stay hands-on. You know your leverage is in your craft, your systems, and your ability to scale through smart use of AI — not headcount — and you have built your career around that.
- You are already using AI tools in meaningful, practical ways to scale output and program sophistication — from content generation to segmentation logic to experimentation velocity. You bring that muscle into this role and keep pushing it forward.
- Deep HubSpot expertise: you can architect segmentation, automation workflows, and dynamic content at a program level, and you are comfortable co-owning the platform with an Ops partner rather than operating within someone else's setup.
- A strong cross-functional influencer, particularly with Content, Events, Webinars, Product Marketing, and Growth Product teams that produce things the lifecycle program should be amplifying and integrating.
- You know how to identify what the lifecycle program needs, build alignment with partners who have their own priorities, and get results without direct authority.
- A genuine user advocate — you think about what is right for the person receiving the email, not just what is useful for the business sending it, and that instinct makes the programs you build more effective.
- Analytically sharp: you can look at funnel and engagement data, identify where email can move the needle, and build a compelling case for what to prioritize next.
- Experience with adoption and engagement-focused programs — you think about email beyond acquisition and conversion and understand how to use it to build product habits and deepen customer relationships over time.
- Experience with PLG or product-led growth motions — trial activation, feature adoption signals, self-serve upgrade behavior — is a meaningful plus.
WHY YOU'LL LOVE WORKING AT WISTIA
At Wistia, we are building the leading video platform for small and medium B2B businesses, and we know that starts with our team. We support, challenge, and celebrate one another, and we invest deeply in connection. Why? Because strong relationships drive better outcomes, and because work is more meaningful when we genuinely care about the people we do it with.
We care a lot, so our benefits are actually benefits, not just the fun stuff like swag and snacks in the office (though we have lots of those too!). We know the biggest investment we can make is in our employees, so we provide:
- A competitive compensation package that includes employee stock options
- 401k with 3% company contribution, regardless of whether you contribute (Roth 401k available)
- Fully paid healthcare, dental, and vision insurance premiums (family plans included)
- Pre-tax FSA and Dependent Care Account
- 16 weeks of paid parental leave
- Flexible Time Off. Everyone should get out of their office to recharge and reboot.
- Annual professional development stipend (courses, conferences, and more)
- New hire bonus to enhance your home office setup
- Pet insurance discount
Wistia provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local laws.

MEET YOUR TEAM: SUPPLY PARTNERSHIPS
Big ambitions lead to big impact — and big revenue numbers. The Supply Partnerships team is an essential part of adjoe’s growth, helping leading apps unlock new revenue streams through rewarded advertising experiences that users actually engage with.
As a Senior Account Executive in our Boston office, you’ll be responsible for building and closing strategic brand partnerships across North America. WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Full-Cycle Deal Ownership: Drive the end-to-end sales cycle for high-growth and enterprise publisher partnerships across North America, managing pipeline activity, revenue forecasting, and closing within CRM systems.
- Commercial Strategy: Lead high-stakes commercial discussions with executive, product, and growth stakeholders, creating tailored business cases, presentations, and monetization strategies that align with partner goals.
- Cross-Functional Execution: Collaborate with internal teams—including Product, Tech, Account Management, Legal, and Finance—to ensure seamless partner onboarding and set the stage for long-term success.
- Market Insights: Synthesize competitive insights and publisher feedback to directly influence adjoe’s product roadmap and regional go-to-market strategies.
- Brand Ambassadorship & Regional Growth: Represent adjoe at key industry conferences and executive meetings, elevating our brand presence while actively scaling our North American supply business and Boston office culture.
WHO YOU ARE

- You have a proven track record of sourcing, negotiating, and closing high-value commercial partnerships.
- You understand the standard KPIs used in adtech (CPI, eCPM, CPC, ARPDAU, etc.)
- You are an excellent communicator, both written and verbal, and can build trust with senior-level partners.
- You are highly organized and comfortable managing a pipeline, forecasting revenue, and using CRM tools consistently.
- You are confident in building sales materials and business cases using Google Slides, Sheets, and related tools.
- You have a strong sense of ownership and are comfortable driving deals forward independently, from first outreach through close.
We welcome applications from people who will contribute to the diversity of our company.
