Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products.
THE ROLE
At Baseten, we are building the global operating system for distributed, heterogeneous AI hardware. We believe that as LLM and multi-modal workloads scale, the network is the computer. We are looking for foundational engineers to lead our GPU Networking efforts, making RDMA a first-class building block in our infrastructure and unlocking the next generation of distributed inference optimizations.
Networking and compute are no longer separate disciplines; they are converging. The massive throughput of H100, B200, and NVL72 architectures enables and demands a new approach where communication is co-optimized alongside computation. We are entering an era where the network is an active accelerator, leveraging smart hardware offloads and direct interconnects to ensure that data movement operates at wire-speed.
In this role, you will go beyond network configuration to architect the software fabric that unifies thousands of GPUs into a cohesive operating system. While you will leverage the best of the open-source ecosystem, you won't be limited by it. Where off-the-shelf solutions stop, you will build from scratch, engineering the primitives required to co-optimize communication and compute for Disaggregated Serving, Wide Expert Parallelism (WideEP), and lightening cold starts.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Make RDMA First-Class: You will work on integrating RDMA/RoCE/InfiniBand capabilities directly into our inference stack, helping us move beyond TCP/IP to unlock order-of-magnitude improvements in bandwidth and latency.
- Optimize Distributed Inference: You will implement and tune the networking layers necessary for efficient Disaggregated KV Cache Offload and WideEP, ensuring seamless communication across NVLink and InfiniBand for our MoE models.
- Enable Serverless-Grade Startup Speeds for LLMs: You will work deeply with checkpointing and storage mechanisms to enable sub-10-second startup for trillion-parameter models.
- Deep-Dive into Hardware: You will characterize and validate networking performance on bleeding-edge clusters (H100/H200, B200/B300, GB200/300 NVL72), writing the acceptance tests that ensure our hardware delivers peak achievable throughput and minimal latency.
- Build Observability: You will design the tools that let us visualize packet flow, congestion, and effective bandwidth across the GPU interconnects, helping us diagnose complex distributed system behaviors.
- Optimize Kernels: You will work with communication libraries (NCCL, NVSHMEM) and potentially write custom communication kernels to overlap compute and data transfer.
REQUIREMENTS
- You have deep experience with high-performance networking protocols (InfiniBand, RoCE v2) and understand the physics of data movement.
- You are fluent in C++ or Python, with the ability to bridge the gap between high-level logic and hardware. You have a deep understanding of the memory hierarchy in modern NVIDIA architectures (H100/Blackwell) and know how to optimize for it.
- You like going deep. You aren't afraid to dive into TensorRT-LLM source code, write custom C++ / Python bindings, or debug NVLink topology issues.
- You know when to use an off-the-shelf solution and when we need to build a custom solution because the upstream tools (like standard Kubernetes networking) are too slow for our needs.
NICE TO HAVE
- Deep knowledge of NCCL, NVSHMEM, and UCX.
- Experience with Rust for systems-level or performance-critical networking code is a strong plus
- Experience with GPUDirect Storage (GDS) or high-performance filesystems like Weka or 3FS.
- Familiarity with TensorRT-LLM, vLLM, or SGLang.
- Experience running low-level benchmarks to "qualify" new hardware clusters.
THE TEAM
- Bleeding Edge Hardware: We are preparing to bring Blackwell (B200/B300) and then Rubin architectures online. You will be one of the first engineers in the industry optimizing networking for NVL72/GB300 racks.
- We go deep: We operate at every depth. Whether it’s tuning hardware interconnects, writing custom communication kernels, or designing distributed inference strategies, we work across the entire stack to deliver performance that goes far and beyond.
- High Impact: The networking optimizations you build will directly enable features that no one else in the industry has fully mastered yet, like seamless multi-node WideEP and instant model hydration.
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.

ABOUT US:
AI NEEDS A NEW INFRASTRUCTURE LAYER. WE'RE BUILDING IT AT MODAL.
Every era of computing brought new workloads that previous infrastructure couldn't support: mainframes, databases, and the cloud. Each time, the company that rebuilt the layer underneath defined the decade. AI is no different, except it touches everything instead of one slice, and the window to build the layer underneath it is open right now.
Our customers include category-defining companies like Ramp https://modal.com/blog/how-ramp-built-a-full-context-background-coding-agent-on-modal, Cognition, DoorDash, and Suno. They rely on Modal for instant GPU access, sub-second container starts, and native storage, so it's simple to serve low-latency inference, fine-tune models, and access production-ready sandboxes at scale.
We've passed $1B in annualized run rate, up 15x from a year ago. In October 2026 we raised a $750M Series D led by Accel at a $15.75B valuation.
Our team includes creators of popular open-source projects (e.g.,Seaborn https://github.com/mwaskom/seaborn,Luigi https://github.com/spotify/luigi), academic researchers, international olympiad medalists, and experienced engineering and product leaders with decades of experience.
THE ROLE:
We're looking for Forward Deployed ML Engineers who want to work at the intersection of deep technical work and direct customer impact. As an ML FDE, you'll partner with leading AI companies and foundation model labs to help them achieve state-of-the-art performance on their most demanding workloads — LLM serving, model training (SFT, RLHF), audio pipelines, scientific computing, and more. You're helping teams reach outcomes most engineers can't on their own.
The FDE team today includes world-class software engineers, computational scientists, ML engineers, and former founders. We're looking for people with strong engineering fundamentals, deep curiosity across the AI stack, and energy for working directly with customers on hard problems. You will:
- Work hands-on with companies like Suno, Lovable, Cognition, and Meta to architect and optimize production AI workloads on Modal
- Contribute to open-source projects — members of the team are active contributors to SGLang — and publish technical content that demonstrates Modal's capabilities across the AI stack
- Collaborate with Modal's product and sales teams, contributing to the platform as both an engineer and a product stakeholder
- Build trusted relationships with technical leaders (CTOs, VPs of Engineering, ML leads) at companies doing frontier AI work
- Conduct technical demos, experiments, and proof-of-concepts that make Modal's performance advantages tangible
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2+ years of professional ML engineering experience, ideally with hands-on work in inference optimization, model training, GPU programming, or ML infrastructure
- Familiarity with the serving (e.g., vLLM, SGLang) and training (e.g., slime, verl, TRL) toolchains. You don't need all of these, but you should be able to go deep on at least one.
- Strong communicator who can go deep on technical architecture with an engineering team and clearly articulate tradeoffs to technical leadership
- Genuine interest in working directly with customers — you find it energizing to understand someone else's problem and help them solve it
- Bonus: side projects, open-source contributions, or published work you're proud of in ML or systems performance
- Willing to work in-person in New York City, San Francisco, or Stockholm

THE ROLE:
Modal is hiring a high-impact Solutions Architect to drive technical strategy across our most strategic enterprise accounts.
You will operate as the executive technical counterpart to Enterprise Account Executives, leading complex evaluations, shaping infrastructure modernization roadmaps, and driving multi-product adoption across AI/ML workloads.
This role is not demo support. It is a strategic, consultative position requiring strong architectural depth, executive presence, and the ability to influence 7–8 figure infrastructure decisions. You will work directly with CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and ML platform leaders to help them rethink how AI infrastructure should be built and operated.
If you thrive in high-velocity technical sales environments and want to shape the infrastructure layer powering modern AI companies, this role is for you.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Own the technical strategy for large, complex enterprise accounts
- Partner with Enterprise Account Executives to drive 6–7+ figure opportunities from qualification through close
- Lead deep technical discovery across platform, ML, DevOps, and infrastructure stakeholders
- Architect end-to-end migration strategies from AWS, GCP, or Azure to Modal’s serverless infrastructure
- Drive executive-level technical conversations that connect infrastructure architecture to business impact (velocity, cost efficiency, reliability)
- Design and oversee proof-of-concepts that demonstrate production-grade scalability and performance
- Navigate security reviews, compliance discussions, and procurement processes with confidence
- Build durable relationships with technical champions and executive sponsors
- Orchestrate cross-functional virtual account teams (Sales, Product, Engineering, Support) to ensure successful adoption
- Influence Modal’s product roadmap by surfacing structured enterprise feedback
- Mentor other Solutions Architects and contribute to technical best practices across the team
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or enterprise-facing technical roles in infrastructure, cloud, or developer platforms
- Demonstrated success driving complex enterprise sales cycles ($250K+ ACV; experience with $1M+ ARR accounts strongly preferred)
- Experience working with large, sophisticated Bay Area technology companies or global enterprises
- Deep expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure) including compute, networking, storage, and managed services
- Strong architectural understanding of containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience designing distributed systems and production data platforms
- Strong working knowledge of ML/AI infrastructure (training pipelines, inference systems, GPU workloads, MLOps)
- Experience leading cloud migration or infrastructure modernization initiatives
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Pulumi, CloudFormation) and CI/CD systems
- Production programming experience in Python strongly preferred
- Executive-level communication skills with the ability to influence technical and business stakeholders
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional virtual teams in high-stakes account environments
- Strong business acumen and understanding of enterprise procurement and buying processes
- Willingness to travel up to 30%

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $200B in annualized spend flows in and out of 70,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
About the Role
Ramp's Mid-Market Customer Activation Managers don't manage accounts — they transform how companies run their finances. This is a role for people who have been inside organizations when change was hard, who speak the language of a CFO, and who already use AI the way surgeons use instruments: not occasionally, not as an experiment, but as the default way they work. You'll own a book of ~45 mid-market customers, responsible for driving genuine workflow transformation — not just onboarding completion
What You'll do
1. Lead mid-market customers through the full transformation journey — from implementation through agentic workflow adoption — with clear accountability for time-to-value and measurable business outcomes
2. Build and own the change management strategy for each account: map stakeholders, diagnose resistance, build internal coalitions, and drive adoption past the finish line
3. Quantify and communicate Ramp's impact in the language CFOs and Controllers care about — close cycle improvement, spend visibility, variance reduction, and ROI — not just product usage metric
4. Run stakeholder management across multiple layers of a customer org, including finance leadership relationships you own independently
5. Use AI tools daily to prepare for customer calls, build materials, synthesize data, identify account risk, and operate at a pace traditional methods can't match
6. Help customers understand and adopt Ramp's agentic finance capabilities — positioning new workflows not as features, but as fundamental changes to how their finance team operates
7. Partner with Account Executives and Technical Consulting to deliver seamless implementations and expand Ramp's footprint within accounts
8. Bring customer insight back to Product — surfacing patterns, gaps, and opportunities from your accounts to shape how Ramp evolves
What You'll Need
- 5+ years of customer-facing experience in customer success, consulting, or implementations with a proven, consistent track record of driving customer outcomes and exceeding goals
- Demonstrated ability to drive workflow adoption inside organizations, navigate real resistance from real stakeholders, and produce measurable results; finance or fintech context is a plus but not required
- AI fluency as a daily habit — you already use AI tools habitually to prep for calls, synthesize information, build customer-facing materials, and automate repetitive tasks; this is how you work, not something you're exploring
- Ability to communicate Ramp's impact in financial terms — walking a controller through the business case for a workflow change, connecting implementation milestones to P&L outcomes, and running executive updates that land with finance leaders
- Technical acumen to hold your own in conversations with Product and Engineering on integrations, APIs, and workflow architecture; credibility in technical conversations earns you a seat at the table with the full customer stakeholder group
- Prior demonstrated success in fast-paced, results-oriented GTM environments, ideally at SaaS or FinTech companies
- Strong collaboration and influencing skills across Sales, Product, Operations, and other GTM teams
Nice to Haves
1. Experience helping customers adopt AI-powered or agentic workflows at scale; understanding of what friction looks like in practice and what makes transformation stick
2. Exposure to FP&A, accounting software ecosystems (NetSuite, Sage, QuickBooks, Xero), expense management, or CFO-adjacent workflows
3. Demonstrated commercial impact — expansion, retention, or time-to-value outcomes with specific metrics attached
4. Background at an AI-first or AI transformation company where rethinking workflows around AI was part of the product or culture
5. Management consulting background with structured problem-solving, client management, and the ability to turn ambiguity into a plan
6. High-growth or startup experience with comfort operating in ambiguity and rapid change

ABOUT US
At LangChain, our mission is to make intelligent agents ubiquitous. We build the foundation for agent engineering in the real world, helping developers move from prototypes to production-ready AI agents that teams can rely on. We began as widely adopted open-source tools and have grown to also offer a platform for building, evaluating, deploying, and operating agents at scale.
With $125M raised at Series B from IVP, Sequoia, Benchmark, CapitalG, and Sapphire Ventures, we’re at a stage where we’re continuing to develop new products, growth is accelerating, and all team members have meaningful impact on what we build and how we work together. LangChain is a place where your contributions can shape how this technology shows up in the real world.
Today, our platform includes LangSmith (Observability, Evaluation, Deployment, Fleet, and Sandboxes), our open source frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, and Deep Agents), and the newly launched LangSmith Engine for autonomous agent improvement. We have 100M+ monthly open source downloads, 6,000+ active LangSmith customers, and 5 of the Fortune 10 use LangSmith in production (+ 35% of the Fortune 500 overall), including teams at Klarna, Clay, Coinbase, Workday, Lyft, Cloudflare, Harvey, Rippling, Vanta, LinkedIn, Monday.com, Nvidia, and Bridgewater.
About the Role: We are looking for an GTM Engineer where you won’t just be using our tools—you’ll be the "First Customer," building the AI-native systems that power our technical support, onboarding, and customer success engines.
You will own the technical roadmap for how LangChain supports its users. Your goal is to drive massive case deflection and a premium onboarding experience by building autonomous agents that solve complex technical problems before a human ever needs to step in. This is a role for a builder-operator who can identify a friction point in the customer journey and ship a production-grade agentic solution to fix it.
YOU WILL:
- Architect Customer Agents: Design and deploy production-grade agents (using LangGraph and LangSmith) that handle technical support queries, troubleshoot integrations, and guide users through complex onboarding flows.
- Drive Case Deflection: Analyze customer friction points and build self-service AI systems that significantly reduce support volume while improving the quality of the customer experience.
- Own the Domain: Act as the product owner and the technical muscle proactively identifying opportunities for improvement, propose architectures, and own the full lifecycle of the systems you build.
- Dogfood the Stack: Be a key member of the feedback loop for our product team. As you build complex systems for our customers, you’ll identify gaps in our frameworks and contribute back to the LangChain and LangGraph open-source ecosystem.
- Build Onboarding Workflows: Develop "AI-native onboarding" experiences that help enterprise customers move from prototypes to production faster by automating documentation retrieval and code generation.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- AI-Native Developer: You have a deep understanding of the LLM stack: prompting, retrieval (RAG), cognitive architectures, and agentic loops. You have likely already built with LangChain or LangGraph.
- Engineering Foundation: You are a strong software engineer (typically 3+ years) with at least 1 year of experience specifically shipping LLM systems in production.
- Self-Directed "Founder" Mentality: You don't need a ticket to tell you what to fix. You are comfortable navigating ambiguity, identifying high-impact problems, and driving them to completion autonomously.
- Full-Stack Capability: Strong coding skills in Python or TypeScript (ideally both) and the ability to build end-to-end applications.
- Customer-Centric: You enjoy the intersection of high-level engineering and direct customer impact. You can translate a customer's technical pain point into a scalable system architecture.
Nice to Haves:
- Expertise with LangSmith for evaluation and monitoring.
- Experience building or maintaining open-source projects.
- A background in technical consulting, solutions engineering, or high-growth GTM teams.
Compensation:
- We offer competitive compensation that includes base salary, meaningful equity, benefits, and perks. Benefits include things like medical, dental, and vision coverage, flexible vacation, a 401(k) plan, and life insurance.
- Salary: $160K - $180K
Compensation Philosophy:
We offer competitive compensation that includes base salary, variable compensation for relevant roles, meaningful equity, benefits, and perks.
We are hiring for this role across a range of scope, and the compensation band reflects that. Your offer depends on what we learn about your impact, craft, leadership, and communication during the interview process. We will tell you early where you’re tracking and talk comp with you before offer stage. Team members in the EU, UK, and APAC receive locally competitive benefits aligned with regional norms and regulations.
BENEFITS
Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, flexible vacation, a 401(k) plan, meals on in-office days in the US and more.

Figma is growing our team of passionate creatives and builders on a mission to make design accessible to all. Figma’s platform helps teams bring ideas to life—whether you're brainstorming, creating a prototype, translating designs into code, or iterating with AI. From idea to product, Figma empowers teams to streamline workflows, move faster, and work together in real time from anywhere in the world. If you're excited to shape the future of design and collaboration, join us!
Figma is evolving the Product Support experience, powered by AI, automation, and integrated systems. The AI Infrastructure & Tooling team helps make that possible by building intelligent, resilient, and integrated solutions that automate workflows, connect systems, and streamline support operations. As a Support Engineer, AI Infrastructure & Tooling on this team, you'll be the technical execution layer that brings our support tools, customer and account context, internal systems, and AI workflows together.
You'll design, build, and operationalize integrations across systems like Decagon, Zendesk, Figma admin tooling, and adjacent Product Support platforms. Your work will help us bring the right context into customer conversations, automate complex workflows, and optimize both the customer and Specialist experience by applying AI where it can meaningfully improve support workflows, quality, and efficiency.
This role is ideal for someone who can move from ambiguous support problems to working technical solutions: understanding the workflow, identifying the systems involved, building the integration or automation, validating the data flow, and measuring the impact on customer outcomes and Specialist efficiency.
This is a full-time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
What you'll do at Figma:
Build and operationalize AI-powered workflows that improve Product Support experiences for customers and internal support teams
Design and maintain integrations across Decagon, Zendesk, Figma admin tooling, internal data sources, and adjacent Product Support platforms
Bring relevant customer, account, product, billing, file, or admin metadata into support conversations so chatbots and Specialists have the context they need to resolve issues more effectively
Use LLMs and AI patterns for classification, summarization, routing, recommendations, context enrichment, and workflow automation
Partner with Engineering, Analytics, Security, Programs, Support, and vendor teams to align on requirements, implementation, governance, and rollout
Build quality checks, monitoring, fallback paths, and operational guardrails so AI-powered workflows can be trusted in production
Define success metrics for each workflow, track adoption and impact, and iterate based on customer outcomes, Specialist efficiency, and adoption
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
3+ years of experience shipping integrations, automations, or internal tools across customer-facing operational systems
Strong proficiency in modern back-end technologies and languages (e.g., Ruby, Python, Go, C++, PostgreSQL), with hands-on experience building APIs, implementing webhooks, orchestrating data flows, and integrating systems across complex workflows.
Hands-on experience with LLM-powered workflows, AI automations, or AI-enabled customer/support experiences, including working with operational data to debug issues, improve workflows, and measure impact
Strong product and stakeholder instincts: you can translate ambiguous support problems into practical, adopted, and measurable technical solutions
Proven track record of designing AI workflows with clear guardrails, fallback paths, and responsible deployment practices
While it’s not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:
Experience with support platforms like Zendesk, Decagon, Sprinklr, Gainsight, Maestro QA/Rippit, Assembled, Salesforce, or similar systems
Familiarity with agent assist tooling, AI support chatbots, copilot tooling, RAG, AI observability, or monitoring AI workflows in production
Experience building internal Slack tooling, workflow automations, or embedded support experiences
Background in Support Engineering, Internal Tools Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Support Operations, CX Systems, or Business Systems
Familiarity with customer support metrics such as containment, deflection, CSAT, first contact resolution, routing accuracy
At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. If you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with the points outlined in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.
