ABOUT THE ROLE
The ElevenLabs Impact Program exists to democratize access to our technology and make AI work for all people, supporting for-good use cases across healthcare, education, and culture. Today, our work includes providing free and discounted access to nonprofits, partnering with university professors to bring voice AI into the classroom and the research lab, and working to restore the voices of one million people living with permanent voice loss through our 1 Million Voices initiative (learn more at elevenlabs.io/impact http://elevenlabs.io/impact). We're looking for a Producer to own the external storytelling and event presence for Impact, a role that coordinates PR, agency management, social launches, documentary-style case studies, and event production. This is a hands-on, in-house role: you're the person who makes sure every launch, film, and activation meets (or, ideally raises) the bar of the rest of the company's output, working closely with our internal Design, Comms, and Events teams, and, when applicable, with the external agencies and production teams supporting PR, film, and creative execution. Much of Impact’s work is made with people who live with a disability, or are members of vulnerable communities. You will ensure their views carry equal weight and their input helps shape every project, from first conversation to final cut. As Impact's first dedicated producer, you'll build the production and launch engine for a team whose external footprint is scaling fast; this quarter alone includes more than five events, six documentaries in production, two live ElevenLabs Summit sessions, a partner launch every month, and several more case studies in flight.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Coordinate production of Impact's documentary case studies: travel and work onsite for filming when needed, work closely with external production and direction teams, bringing opinions on story and craft, and partner with our Design team to make sure every film meets ElevenLabs' bar and brand guidelines.
- Work alongside subjects of our case studies, many of whom live with a disability, as equals and ensure that the production team does the same. You will build in consent, access needs, and editorial input at every stage to ensure alignment in how the story is told, cut, and shared.
- Plan and execute Impact's conferences and activations alongside the Events team, turning each one into an in-person moment that drives real ROI and leaves a lasting impression, with Impact's own storytelling angle built in.
- Support Comms in telling Impact's story through PR, coordinating with Comms and, when applicable, a PR agency to keep press windows and partner announcements on track, and helping make sure Impact's international stories get told well as the program expands globally.
- Partner with Design to keep all video and static collateral on-brand, advocating for a high creative standard and Impact’s lens.
- Carry a consistent visual and narrative thread across launches, blog content, and ElevenLabs Summit presentations.
- Draft copy for social and blog content, collaborating with Comms to land a final draft, and with Design on all launch-related visual assets.
- Manage multiple concurrent launches, shoots, and events at once.
REQUIREMENTS
- A great project manager with a sharp creative eye, someone who runs cross-functional logistics flawlessly, has real taste, and will push the team to hit it.
- Proven practical experience working with vulnerable communities, especially people living with a disability, and ensuring they are provided the time, space and accommodation to be equal partners in high-pressure productions, on tight timelines, and in public.
- Organized and detail-oriented, with a track record of juggling several production timelines at once.
- Creative or production background (agency, marketing, in-house brand/content team, documentary or branded content) comfortable being on set and in the room with Design, not just commissioning the work.
- Strong writing and visual taste; can tell when something is on-brand and polish-worthy.
- 2-5 years of experience in production, events, or brand marketing.
- Comfortable traveling for shoots and events.

The job
We're looking for an entrepreneurial, strategic and data-driven Senior Product Marketing Manager to help Flo bring its newest features to our 70 million users. Reporting to the Director of Product Marketing and working closely with the Product and Marketing teams, you'll bring new products and features to the people who need them, from positioning and launch through to growth
If you thrive in fast-paced environments, can pivot quickly between projects, and are always ready to roll up your sleeves to make things happen, this is a rare opportunity to shape how product marketing works at one of the world's leading health apps. You’ll help define the ways of working, standards and tools that make product marketing central to how Flo builds and grows.
This role is a good fit if you enjoy building something from the start, aligning stakeholders from all functions behind a common goal, and working on products that make a real difference to women's health.
Your Experience
Must have:
6+ years in Product Marketing for consumer digital products, ideally mobile apps or subscription businesses.
Proven track record taking products from concept to marketing, working closely with stakeholders throughout the development process.
A track record of testing messaging with data, such as user research, A/B tests or creative tests, and acting on what you learn.
The confidence to influence senior product and marketing leaders, and to back your recommendations with evidence.
Clear, structured writing: you can set out a strategy that a whole team can act on.
Comfort with ambiguity and building new products and processes from scratch.
Experience working with Product teams from discovery onward: shaping requirements, pricing and packaging, or in-product experiences like onboarding and paywalls.
Nice to have:
Experience marketing to US consumers.
Experience in healthcare, digital health or another regulated industry.
A background in, or strong interest in, women's health.
What you'll be doing
You'll be responsible for:
Own the go-to-market strategy
for top priority products, and lead the plan through launch and beyond.
Define positioning and messaging:
who the product is for, why it matters to them, and how we talk about it.
Test your thinking
in data-driven ways through user research and in-market experiments.
Shape the product from the start.
You'll bring customer, market and competitor insight into product decisions, and help set the bar for when a product is ready to launch publicly.
Plan and lead launches
with Product, Marketing, Legal, Medical, and other stakeholders.
Brief and partner with all Marketing teams,
including paid acquisition, creative, lifecycle and CRM, brand, social and ASO, so every channel tells the same clear story.
Make messaging clear, credible and compliant.
You'll work with our Medical and Legal experts to communicate health products responsibly.
Measure what works.
You'll own adoption and launch metrics for your products, work with analysts on results, and keep improving.
Help build the function.
You'll shape the templates and ways of working that make product marketing effective across Flo.

RevenueCat gives app businesses the infrastructure and tools to build, run, and improve their monetization. Since graduating from YC's S18 batch, we've grown into the default monetization platform for mobile.
We're in 50%+ of newly shipped subscription apps, we process $16B+ in annual purchase volume, and we help everyone from a solo developer to the OpenAI mobile team understand and grow their revenue.
We're a remote-first team of 150+ people across 25+ countries, guided by values we actually practice: Customer Obsession, Always Be Shipping, Own It, and Balance.
This isn't the right fit for everyone. The systems you’ll build here manage billions of dollars and touch hundreds of millions of end users, and we don’t take that lightly. You'll be expected to work hard and hold a high bar for what you ship, alongside some of the sharpest, most driven people you've worked with. If that sounds energizing rather than exhausting, keep reading.
THE ROLE
We’re hiring a Senior Product Partnerships Manager to build partnerships that help developers make more money and create new growth opportunities for RevenueCat.
You’ll understand how RevenueCat and other products fit together, identify opportunities that matter to customers, and own the work to make those partnerships valuable - from the initial business case and partner agreement through launch, adoption, and growth.
The work could range from helping more developers adopt web payments with Stripe, to helping app teams put subscription data to work through OneSignal, to creating a new distribution relationship with a developer platform.
You’ll join a small Partnerships team with the scope to decide which opportunities we pursue, how we develop them, and where we should do less. That means going deep with a focused set of existing partners while proactively finding the next relationships RevenueCat needs.
This is a senior individual contributor role reporting to our Partnerships Lead. You’ll own the partnership and commercial work, collaborating directly with Product and Engineering on integrations and with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success on adoption and growth.
WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- Set the strategy for RevenueCat’s technology partner ecosystem. Identify where partnerships can solve customer problems or open new growth opportunities. Own the priorities across the ecosystem, deciding which relationships to build, deepen, or keep lower-touch.
- Create new product partnerships. Identify customer needs and market opportunities, build the business case, engage the right partners, and negotiate commitments. Own the relationship from discovery through launch and adoption.
- Create a scalable route for partners to build with RevenueCat. Establish how we evaluate inbound opportunities and work with Product to provide the guidance, onboarding, and support companies need to develop integrations without a high-touch partnership.
- Turn our most important integrations into meaningful partnerships. Own and execute plans with priority partners that go beyond the integration itself, from customer adoption and education to co-selling, incentives, distribution, and other creative GTM motions suited to the opportunity each partnership creates.
- Measure the impact of the ecosystem. Define and report the metrics that show which partnerships are creating value and where we should invest next.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
In the first month, you’ll:
- Get deeply familiar with RevenueCat’s product, customers, integrations, and the teams you’ll work with.
- Meet existing partners and begin taking ownership of day-to-day relationships.
- Deliver your “first ship,” a project that demonstrates your insights and adds value to the team.
Within 3 months, you’ll:
- Own a focused set of priority partnerships, with clear recommendations on where to invest and where to do less.
- Have joint plans, success measures, and initial performance baselines for priority relationships.
- Bring your first integration business cases and a qualified pipeline of new partner opportunities to the team.
- Complete your first side quest.
Within 6 months, you’ll:
- Have launched partner-specific GTM initiatives and demonstrated progress against agreed adoption, customer, or commercial measures.
- Have converted priority new opportunities into signed agreements or partnerships, moving toward launch.
- Have influenced integration investment through customer evidence and business cases developed with Product.
- Have a working process for evaluating inbound requests and supporting lower-touch integration partners.
Within 12 months, you’ll:
- Demonstrate measurable improvements against your initial baselines, including integration adoption, customer outcomes, and RevenueCat pipeline or revenue where relevant.
- Have sourced, signed, and launched new partnerships that expand what customers can achieve with RevenueCat or how developers discover and adopt it.
- Have scaled the GTM approaches that work, adapted them to different partners, and reduced investment in activities that aren’t delivering.
- Have established a repeatable way to evaluate, launch, and support partnerships without every opportunity depending on high-touch involvement.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
- You have 4+ years of partnerships experience, including ownership of product, integration, technology or platform partnerships, and experience in a startup or scale-up. Your work has involved actual product collaboration, not solely referral, reseller, or co-marketing relationships.
- You’ve created opportunities, not just inherited relationships. You can point to partnerships you identified, built the internal case for, secured, and launched, and explain what they changed for customers or the business.
- You can get into the detail of an integration. You can read API and SDK documentation, explain how products and data flows fit together, and identify important requirements or constraints before involving technical specialists.
- You know how to drive value after launch. You’ve designed creative, partner-specific GTM strategies and can explain the audience, why you chose the approach, and what changed as a result. Your experience goes beyond coordinating isolated campaigns or launch announcements.
- You’ve helped build or significantly improve a product or technology partner ecosystem, and can show how you decided where to invest, where not to, and why
- You’ve repeatedly taken ambiguous, cross-functional initiatives from idea to execution with minimal direction, and you’re comfortable moving between strategic thinking and hands-on execution to get things shipped.
IDEALLY, YOU ALSO
- Have experience in developer tools, mobile, payments, analytics, engagement, attribution, or a related technical ecosystem.
- Understand how developers evaluate, adopt, and integrate products.
- Experiment with products, APIs, or developer and AI tools to understand opportunities firsthand.
- Are comfortable working as part of a fully remote team in an asynchronous environment using a lot of Notion, Slack, and Zoom.
WHAT WE OFFER:
- Competitive equity in a fast-growing, Series C startup backed by top-tier investors, including Y Combinator
- 10-year window to exercise vested equity options
- A fully remote environment designed around autonomy and flexibility
- 4-5 weeks of flexible time off annually
- Paid desk at a co-working space
- Workspace budget and continuous learning stipend

WHO ARE WE?
Cohere is the leading security-first enterprise AI company. We build cutting-edge foundation AI models and end-to-end products that are designed to solve real-world business problems.
We’re training and deploying frontier models for enterprises who are building AI systems. We believe that our work is instrumental to the widespread adoption of AI and we are looking for folks that want to be part of that.
We obsess over what we build. Each one of us is responsible for contributing to increasing the capabilities of our models and the value they drive for our customers. Cohere is a team of researchers, engineers, designers, and more, who are all passionate about their craft.
We are a global technology company headquartered in Toronto with key offices in London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul. Join us!
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a design engineer to help build and maintain Waypoint, our design system, across both the Figma library and the production codebase. This is not a "designer who codes a little" or an "engineer who dabbles in Figma" role. You should be genuinely fluent on both sides, comfortable defining a component's behavior and states in Figma one hour and shipping the same component to npm the next.
You'll take direct ownership of the Figma side of our library (structure, variants, tokens, documentation) while also contributing to the core Waypoint system: our component packages, our token pipeline, and the tooling that keeps design and code in sync. If the idea of being the single point of continuity between a Figma frame and a production component sounds exciting rather than exhausting, this is your role.
We're also thinking beyond the system we have today. Waypoint isn't just meant to serve designers and engineers, it's meant to become something a model can read, reason about, and build with directly. We want someone who can help us get there: grounded enough to do the unglamorous work of making today's system solid, and forward looking enough to help define what an intelligent design system looks like next.
WHY THIS ROLE
Waypoint is still early enough that the decisions you make now will shape how the system scales. You'll have real ownership, not just a queue of component tickets, and you'll be working alongside a team that treats design and engineering as one discipline rather than two departments that hand work back and forth. And you'll be helping define what a design system becomes when it has to serve a third audience: the models that will increasingly build with it.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own and evolve the Figma library for Waypoint: component structure, variants, properties, and documentation, so it stays a reliable source of truth for design teams.
- Build and maintain core Waypoint components, contributing directly to our component packages alongside the design engineering team.
- Work across our token pipeline, keeping design tokens in Figma and their code representations (CSS custom properties, Tailwind config) tightly synced.
- Partner with product designers to translate new patterns into system components, and with product engineers to make sure those components are easy to adopt correctly.
- Help define and refine the workflows and tooling that connect Figma and code (sync scripts, plugins, documentation sites) rather than relying on manual handoff.
- Write clear documentation and usage guidance so the system scales without you being the bottleneck.
- Weigh in on system architecture decisions: when to add a new component versus extend an existing one, how to version and package changes, how to keep the system consistent as it grows.
- Help shape how Waypoint evolves to serve a third consumer beyond designers and engineers: the model itself. That means thinking about how components, tokens, and patterns get structured so they're legible to AI systems, not just to humans.

NICE-TO-HAVES
- Experience building or contributing to design-to-code sync tooling (Figma plugins, token pipelines, MCP-based workflows, or similar).
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and how to bake them into components rather than bolt them on.
- Experience packaging and versioning component libraries for multiple consuming teams (npm scoped packages, semver, changelogs).
- Exposure to multi-platform design systems work (iOS/SwiftUI, Android/Jetpack Compose, or token build tools like Style Dictionary).
- Experience in an AI native product environment or genuine interest in how AI changes the way design systems get built and used.
