About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic's Safeguards team plays a critical role in ensuring our AI systems are deployed safely, responsibly, and in line with our values.
As an Incident Manager, you will manage Safeguards incidents involving our AI systems from declaration through closure. You will assess severity, bring in the right people from Legal, Communications, Policy, Threat Intelligence, Security, Engineering, and research teams, keep leadership informed, and see follow-up work through. You will also oversee the Safeguards Enforcement on-call queue on a rotating basis, and help build and scale the incident response program, including runbooks, post-incident reviews, and automation of routine work.
Important context for this role: in this position you may be exposed to and engage with explicit content spanning a range of topics, including those of a violent, sexual, or psychologically disturbing nature. This role also includes after-hours and weekend incident coverage on a rotating basis.
Key responsibilities
Serve as incident commander for Safeguards incidents from declaration through closure
Assess what qualifies as an incident, propose severity, and coordinate responders across Legal, Communications, Policy, Threat Intelligence, Security, Engineering, and research teams
Keep everyone working from the same facts by tracking input from each team, establishing what is known, what has changed, and what is still open, and sending regular updates that executives and partner teams rely on
Make sure Legal, Communications, and Public Policy are consulted before decisions that need them, and coordinate any external notifications
Run post-incident reviews, assign action items to named owners, and track them through closure
Oversee the on-call queue during your rotation as the first responder for urgent requests and escalations to Safeguards Enforcement
Triage each request, resolve what you can, route the rest to the owning team, and recognize when a request is the start of an incident
Take part in after-hours and weekend incident coverage on a rotating basis
Scope and deliver projects that improve the incident response program, such as on-call automation, incident readiness, and post-incident reviews and metrics
Draft and maintain runbooks and standard operating procedures
Work with Safeguards engineers to automate or reroute requests by writing the decision rules and testing the result
Maintain the incident record and the metrics that show leadership how the program is performing
Minimum qualifications
Experience running incidents or urgent escalations from start to finish in trust and safety, security, platform integrity, crisis management, or a comparable field, and readiness to lead high-severity incidents with support
Hands-on experience with incidents where someone was abusing or misusing a product or platform, such as account compromise, fraud, or coordinated malicious activity
Ability to make clear decisions under time pressure, record your reasoning, and recognize when a decision belongs to Legal, Policy, or leadership
Ability to write short, accurate updates that an executive can act on and that hold up to legal and external scrutiny
Experience coordinating people across many functions who do not report to you, securing their commitments, and following through on them
Experience improving an operational process on your own initiative, and the ability to tell which steps need a person and which can be automated
Willingness to do hands-on queue work as a regular part of the job, and to treat it as a source of information about what is breaking
Ability to participate in after-hours and weekend incident coverage on a rotating basis
Preferred qualifications
Experience joining an incident response function early and helping write runbooks and review processes
Experience with incidents involving AI systems
Experience with the enforcement steps that follow an incident, such as account actions, law enforcement referrals, or user and customer notifications
Experience working with threat intelligence or security investigation teams during an incident
Experience with regulatory or external incident reporting and disclosure
Experience running an on-call rotation or support escalation queue, including setting and measuring response targets
Experience using AI tools to automate triage, summaries, or routine decisions, with checks on quality
Working knowledge of SQL or similar tools for analyzing incident and queue data
Experience designing and facilitating tabletop exercises
Genuine interest in AI safety and responsible technology development

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic is looking for a Communications Lead to own external communications for the Claude Platform, our API. The Claude Platform is how many of our customers put Claude to work, and this role shapes how that work is understood beyond Anthropic: from flagship product launches to the steady cadence of capability releases and developer-facing news.
You'll sit on the Product Communications team and work day to day with the Platform product and engineering teams, Product Marketing, and Developer Relations.
You should understand how developers and enterprises actually build with APIs and be comfortable engaging with developer tools and hold a clear point of view on what makes a product land.
Key responsibilities
Own communications for the Claude Platform end to end: capability releases, product updates, and the steady cadence of developer-facing news
Build and maintain strong relationships with the journalists, newsletter writers, and creators covering AI platforms, enterprise software, and the API economy
Prepare Platform leaders to be effective spokespeople for press, podcasts, panels, and the smaller moments in between
Partner with Product and Engineering to align external narratives with how these products are sold and supported, and surface customer feedback back to the teams who can act on it
Work across press, social, owned, and community channels, with the judgment to know which one carries a given moment and when to coordinate more than one at once
Minimum qualifications
Experience in communications, PR, or product marketing, including meaningful time on platform, API, developer, or enterprise products
An understanding of both developer culture and enterprise buying, and the judgment to read timing and tone when the conversation around AI gets noisy
Strong instincts for which product moments deserve the spotlight and which don't, and genuine curiosity about what makes a launch land
A demonstrated ability to operate with high agency and low ego, with a bias to action
Preferred qualifications
8-10 years of experience in communications, PR, or product marketing
Communications experience at a developer platform, API-first, or enterprise software company
Existing relationships with reporters and analysts covering AI platforms, enterprise tech, or the developer ecosystem
Experience managing communications for AI or ML products
Are very online: you follow the right channels, know what's moving through Hacker News and developer social chatter, and catch things early

Coder's Revenue Enablement team is building out onboarding and ramp for every customer-facing function — SDR, AE, SE, CSM, and FDE. We're looking for a Sales Onboarding Program Manager who can own that curriculum end to end: designing, running, and continuously improving how new hires ramp from day one to full productivity.
This isn't a single-audience onboarding role. You'll build ramp programs that flex across distinct functions with different skill requirements — commercial, technical, and delivery — while keeping a consistent bar for what "ready" looks like across all of them. You'll work closely with our technical enablement and sales performance functions to make sure ramp content stays current with product, methodology, and process as the company scales.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Design and own the onboarding curriculum and certification framework for new hires across AE, SE, CSM, and FDE roles
- Build structured ramp timelines (30/60/90-day plans) with clear milestones, checkpoints, and certification gates for each function
- Partner with technical enablement, sales performance, and functional leaders to keep ramp content aligned with current product, methodology (e.g., MEDDPIC, deal qualification frameworks), and sales/delivery process
- Track and report on ramp metrics — time-to-productivity, certification completion, early performance indicators — and use that data to iterate on the program
- Coordinate logistics and scheduling for cohort-based onboarding (live sessions, shadowing, certification exercises)
- Build and maintain a scalable content/documentation system so onboarding materials stay current as the team grows and product evolves
- Gather feedback from new hires and their managers to continuously refine the program
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires during their ramp period
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 4+ years in program management, enablement, or L&D, ideally in a B2B SaaS or technical sales environment
- Demonstrated ability to build structured, repeatable programs from scratch — not just run existing ones
- Strong project management instincts: you default to milestones, checklists, and metrics rather than ad hoc coordination
- Comfort designing curriculum for both commercial and technical audiences, or a fast learner's willingness to get conversant in technical sales motions
- Excellent written communication — you'll be creating a lot of the source material new hires learn from
- Experience partnering cross-functionally with sales, product, and marketing

OUR USE OF AI IN HIRING
We use AI tools to help manage our recruitment process efficiently and fairly. Specifically:

- Granola takes notes during our interview calls so our team can focus on the conversation with you.

We’re looking for someone who combines commercial curiosity with strong relationship-building skills and enjoys taking ownership of restaurant-partner growth.
Experience:
You have 3+ years of experience in account management, customer success, business development, or a similar commercial role. Experience working with SMB or enterprise restaurant-partners is a plus.
Commercial understanding, upselling, and negotiation skills:
You understand how to grow a restaurant-partner’s business, identify and convert upselling opportunities through advertising and promotional solutions, and confidently lead commercial negotiations to reach mutually beneficial agreements.

We’re scaling fast and staying true to what makes us different: an open-source legacy, a global collaborative culture, and a passion for meaningful work. Our team thrives in an innovation-driven environment where transparency, autonomy, and trust fuel everything we do.
You may not meet every requirement, and that’s okay. If this role excites you, we’d love you to raise your hand for what could be a truly career-defining opportunity.
The Opportunity:
We’re looking for an enthusiastic, tech-forward product marketer to grow our Observability products by boldly positioning them and running campaigns to attract, convert and retain customers. As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will be in charge of the messaging and positioning for a broad product area. Then you’ll work closely with product managers and the marketing team to deliver campaigns, content, events, and training that help buyers buy (and sellers sell) our value.
Product Marketing lives within the Product org rather than the Marketing org at Grafana Labs, and we think differently about the job. Rather than purely executing launches or campaigns, we want PMMs to teach product managers and engineers in our org how to think about growth and demand, and to codify product marketing knowledge into AI-forward tools and processes that anyone in the organization can use. For example, we all contribute product information to a shared knowledge base, which we use to generate enablement materials and decks.
Grafana Labs is a fast-paced and growing organization. As such, this role requires strategic skills, an interest in teaching, and hands-on tactical execution (blogs, webinar outlines, video scripts, etc).

As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will be in charge of the messaging and positioning for a broad product area. For example, we all contribute product information to a shared knowledge base, which we use to generate enablement materials and decks.

Our team is full of people who crave impact and independence - if you are seeking a role with narrow scope where you run a defined playbook, this is not the job for you.
What You'll Be Doing:
Actively partner with and teach product managers to define product value, messaging, and go-to-market strategy, from competitive positioning to sales enablement collateral.
Partner with product management, engineering and various go-to-market functions to create materials that help customers evaluate and adopt our products: reference architectures, implementation guides, detailed product information and more.
Own customer lifecycle campaigns (competitive positioning, retention, upsell/cross-sell) to strategically shape marketing programs and drive growth across the entire customer journey.
Conduct market and customer research to understand pain points, competition and opportunities.
Teach go-to-market and sales teams our products’ capabilities and the value they provide, deliver training and enablement, ensure customer facing teams are able to effectively engage with customers, partners, and prospects.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
4+ years of relevant experience (product marketing, solutions marketing, product management)
Experience with marketing and selling to a technical audience
A passion for open source, cloud native, and infrastructure technologies
Proven ability to take on complex projects and efficiently drive them from start to finish
Ability to clearly articulate the value of technical products to customers and sellers alike
Experience leading product or feature launches autonomously as well as part of a team
Experience working with AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude to automate messaging and workflows
Comfort working with a variety of internal and external stakeholders in complicated processes
Strong product and technical curiosity that translate to clear packaging, positioning, and messaging
Demonstrated quantitative analytical skills for analyzing campaign performance, evaluating lifecycle metrics, and making data-driven recommendations.
Exceptional writing and communication skills
A high “say-do” ratio in executing and delivering impact
Compensation & Rewards:

We believe in shared outcomes—RSUs help us stay aligned and invested as we scale globally.

Workplace: Hybrid
Coder is hiring its first Sales Enablement Manager for EMEA, who will sit within our Content & Learning pillar and report directly to the Head of Sales Enablement. You will be the enablement presence for the region, creating and adapting content, building programs, and supporting the EMEA sales team across a diverse set of markets.
This is an individual contributor role for someone who thrives in a build-from-scratch environment, knows how enterprise sales work across EMEA, and can move between content creation, regional training, and cross-functional collaboration without losing momentum. You'll work closely with the global enablement team, Marketing, and Product Marketing while independently owning the regional agenda.
If you're someone who knows that a playbook that works in North America doesn't automatically work in EMEA, loves building things that sales teams actually use, and wants to be the first enablement hire in a region with real room to shape how it's done, this role is for you.
This position follows a hybrid work model. Candidates should be local and able to work from our London office on a regular weekly basis, with scheduling flexibility.
What you’ll do here
- Create and adapt sales enablement content for EMEA markets playbooks, battlecards, competitive positioning, and training materials that reflect regional buyer dynamics, language nuance, and sales culture
- Build and deliver onboarding and ongoing training programs for EMEA sales reps, ensuring they ramp quickly and stay current on product and messaging updates
- Partner closely with Product Marketing and Marketing to translate global messaging and positioning into field-ready content that actually resonates with EMEA buyers. Pushing back constructively when global content needs regional adaptation
- Work with EMEA sales leadership and SDR leadership to understand what reps need in the field and turn that signal into content and programs that are practical and immediately useful
- Collaborate with the global Content & Learning team to ensure regional content is consistent with global standards while remaining locally relevant
- Identify gaps in the EMEA enablement program and proactively build resources to close them
What we’re looking for
- 2–4 years of experience in sales enablement, content creation, or a revenue-facing role with an EMEA focus
- Proven ability to create high-quality enablement content independently. You can go from a brief to a finished playbook without hand-holding
- Strong understanding of EMEA enterprise sales dynamics
- Comfortable working remotely and autonomously as the sole enablement person in a region. You can set your own priorities and manage up effectively
- Strong internal collaborator. You know how to consume global messaging, identify where it needs to flex for the region, and work cross-functionally to get it right
- Excellent communicator in English; additional European language proficiency a plus
- High ownership, strong judgment, and the ability to own your domain as a P3 individual contributor.
Bonus tacos if you have
- (Tacos? If you need an ice-breaker, ask how we say thanks by giving tacos!)
- Background in B2B SaaS, enabling enterprise sales teams
- Experience enabling sellers in a developer tools, infrastructure, or platform engineering context
- Familiarity with various sales platforms (Highspot, Nooks, LetterAI)
- Experience supporting partner or channel sales motions
- Prior experience as a first or early enablement hire in a region
