Location: Espoo; Berlin
Workplace: Hybrid
Role highlights:
- Senior DevOps Engineer (Ground Stations)
- Location: Berlin, Germany or Espoo, Finland
- Department: Fleet Control and Satellite Communications
- Reports to: Engineering Manager, CONNECT & Ground Stations
- Employment type: Permanent
- Workplace model: Hybrid, 3 days a week at the office in Berlin or Espoo
- Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO)
Why this role matters
As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you'll own key parts of the cloud platform that keeps ICEYE's satellites talking to Earth. You'll shape how our AWS and Kubernetes environments are designed, secured and operated across ground stations, test environments and end-user platforms. You'll make infrastructure decisions that decide whether engineering ships fast and whether satellite operations stay connected when it matters most.
Who We Are
ICEYE delivers space-based intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) capabilities to governments and allied nations. This includes sovereign and turnkey ISR missions leveraging ICEYE's world-leading synthetic aperture radar (SAR) satellite technology, as well as access to data from the world's largest SAR satellite constellation. These capabilities enable partners to detect and respond to critical changes anywhere on Earth with unprecedented speed and accuracy, day or night and in any weather, supported by ultra high-resolution imagery and high-frequency revisits.
As a trusted partner for defense, intelligence, security, and maritime domain awareness, ICEYE's near real-time data creates a tactical advantage for mission-critical operations. Designed for dual use, the platform also serves civil protection and commercial users for natural-catastrophe intelligence, insurance, maritime monitoring including oil-spill detection, and finance, contributing to global security and community resilience.
ICEYE is headquartered in Finland and operates globally across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific. We have more than 900 employees, united by a shared vision: improving life on Earth by becoming the global source of truth in Earth Observation.
Your day-to-day responsibilities
- Own key parts of the AWS and Kubernetes platform behind our ground station and connectivity systems, working alongside another senior DevOps engineer and making explicit architecture trade-offs between reliability, cost and delivery speed
- Drive infrastructure initiatives in your areas from design to delivery, including the dependencies on software teams and ground station vendors
- Evolve our Terraform and deployment setup with reusable patterns that prevent whole classes of configuration and release issues
- Design and harden the network between our cloud environments and ground station sites
- Turn loosely defined operational problems into clear technical plans and working solutions
- Drive platform incidents to resolution, find the root cause, and turn what you learn into lasting reliability improvements
- Share your expertise through reviews, pairing and technical guidance, and help raise the bar on how we build and run infrastructure
What we're looking for
Must haves:
- Experience owning a platform or critical infrastructure area end to end, including its architecture decisions and trade-offs
- Extensive hands-on experience designing and operating production environments on AWS, including IAM, cost management, and security practices such as least privilege and secrets management
- Strong cloud networking skills: VPC design, DNS, routing, security groups, and debugging connectivity across cloud and on-prem environments
- Deep Terraform experience, including designing modules and managing infrastructure at scale
- Experience running Kubernetes in production, including deployments, Helm and troubleshooting
- A track record of resolving production incidents and driving lasting reliability improvements
- Experience designing CI/CD pipelines with tools such as GitHub Actions
Nice to haves:
- Hybrid cloud and on-prem experience
- Scripting or software engineering experience with Python, Bash or Go
- Observability practices, including logging, metrics, alerting and tools such as Grafana
- Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, RDS or MongoDB
- Experience in regulated, defence or security-sensitive environments
Application Process
- Talent Attraction Partner Screen Call
- Hiring Manager interview
- Technical interview
- Values & Fit interview

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic's EMEA Startups team works with the companies building AI-native products on Claude, from Seed through Series B and beyond. The Growth Account Executive owns a portfolio of startups that are already building on Claude and is responsible for growing that relationship: deepening Claude's role in the customer's product, structuring the commercial agreements that support their scale, and defending the account as the competitive landscape shifts.
This is a consultative role. Native AI companies move fast, change direction often, and make decisions on technical merit. Earning a seat at the table means building real relationships with founders and technical leaders, understanding their product and roadmap as well as they do, and helping them build on the frontier — bringing them the latest models and capabilities early, showing them what's possible, and turning that into adoption. Commercial outcomes follow from that trust.
You work closely with our Applied AI (AAI) team, who bring deep technical partnership to our highest-potential accounts, but you are expected to understand what each customer is building and identify the next use case yourself. Helping customers build on the frontier is part of this job, not something you hand off.
Responsibilities
Own a portfolio of high-potential AI-native startups across EMEA, with full accountability for revenue growth and retention
Build long-term, trusted relationships with founders, CTOs and technical leads, acting as their advisor on how to build with Claude
Help customers build on the frontier: bring new model releases and capabilities to them early, work through where they apply, and drive adoption into the core of the product
Develop use cases: understand each customer's product and roadmap, identify where Claude can go deeper, and make it happen
Structure, size and time usage-based commitments, including multi-surface agreements across the Claude API, Claude Code and Claude for Work
Navigate competitive pressure, including aggressive discounting, with a clear point of view on value rather than price
Partner with the Applied AI team on technical strategy for your accounts and coordinate their involvement where it creates the most leverage
Build and maintain relationships across the EMEA VC and accelerator ecosystem to source and qualify pipeline
Bring structured feedback from your portfolio to Product and Go-to-Market leadership
You may be a good fit if you have
5+ years of quota-carrying experience in consumption or usage-based sales at a cloud provider, infrastructure, data platform or developer tools company
A track record of expanding existing accounts: you have carried a growth or expansion number and understand how commits, credits and usage curves work
A consultative selling style, with evidence that customers treat you as an advisor rather than a vendor
Experience selling to early- and growth-stage startups and comfort with the pace and informality of founder-led companies
Enough technical depth to hold a credible conversation with a CTO about APIs, model selection and AI product architecture, and to recognise where a new capability fits
Existing relationships in the European startup, VC or accelerator ecosystem
Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus
Strong candidates often have
Time inside a startup, not just selling to them
Hands-on experience building with LLMs, even on side projects
A history of describing wins by what the customer built rather than the size of the deal
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
€155.000
—
€205.000 EUR
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit

directly for confirmed position openings.
How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Finom is a European tech startup headquartered in Amsterdam, and we’re on a journey towards revolutionizing the financial landscape for entrepreneurs worldwide. Our mission is to develop an all-in-one financial B2B solution that integrates banking functions, accounting, financial management, and invoicing into a seamless, mobile-first platform.
We recently closed a €115 million Series C equity round (around $133 million), bringing our total funding to approximately $346 million. This significant investment follows a $105 million growth funding round from General Catalyst, a long-term backer since 2021 known for supporting companies like Airbnb, HubSpot, KAYAK, and Stripe.
Finom's platform goes beyond traditional banking, offering invoicing and a growing suite of features, including AI-enabled accounting, aiming to simplify financial management for entrepreneurs. We're actively expanding our reach across key EU markets like Germany, France, the Netherlands, Italy, and Spain.
At Finom, we’re not just redefining the entrepreneurial experience — we’re empowering our employees to make a real difference. Your work matters, and your impact extends far beyond product metrics. We nurture innovation and an inspiring work environment where bold ideas thrive, prioritizing thorough research, swift implementation of solutions, and ensuring that every effort we make benefits our users, employees, partners, and our business as a whole.
Maintaining our start-up spirit, we prioritize thorough research, swift implementation of solutions, and ensuring that every effort we make benefits our users, employees, partners, and, of course, our business.
About the Role
Finom is growing fast, and our Transaction Monitoring team is growing with it. We're looking for an experienced AML analyst to join us and help protect Finom and our customers from financial crime.
In this role, you'll review transaction monitoring alerts, work out why an alert triggered on an account, and investigate potentially suspicious activity. You'll then decide whether the behaviour is genuinely suspicious and whether it warrants a SAR filing or offboarding the customer. Your judgement is the heart of the job.
This is an investigations role, not a box-ticking one. After a structured ramp-up period, you'll make most decisions on your own and manage your own workload. Alongside your core queue work, you'll have chances to contribute to projects that improve how the team works, from process improvements to automation and AI-enabled workflows.
You'll join a team that is at the cutting edge of AML operations technology. Over time, you can take on broader responsibilities and move into more senior roles. Finom is constantly evolving, and people who do well here find that opportunities come quickly.
What You Will Be Doing
Review and investigate transaction monitoring alerts, understanding what triggered each one and what the account activity tells you
Assess whether the behaviour is suspicious and decide on the right outcome, including SAR filing and/or customer offboarding
Escalate cases to Second Line of Defence (2LOD) during your ramp-up period, and then make more independent decisions as your experience with our processes grows
Manage your own productivity and meet your quality and productivity targets, taking initiative to keep the queue moving
Contribute to team and department projects as your experience grows, including process improvements, automation and AI initiatives
Over time, take on additional responsibilities, such as reviewing alerts on accounts flagged by Sales or Account Management and handling JIRA escalations from other teams
Work with colleagues across product, legal and compliance, and help make sure our approach balances regulatory compliance with a good customer experience
What your first months look like:
The first two weeks cover Finom onboarding and Transaction Monitoring training. We expect you to be fully meeting your productivity and QA targets by around three months.
What you bring
You have at least two years of experience as an AML or fraud analyst in an anti-financial crime operations team
You have a solid grasp of AML typologies and concepts that goes beyond "how we did it at my last company". You understand the bigger picture of financial crime and why controls exist
You've worked in a fast-paced, high-volume operations environment and you thrive in it
You can take ownership: you manage your own workload, make sound decisions with the information you have, and keep going without needing constant direction
You're comfortable with change. Our processes and priorities evolve as we grow, and you see that as an opportunity
You communicate clearly in writing, and can explain your reasoning for a decision so that others can follow and review it
Nice to Have
Experience using AI in your personal or professional life, especially if you've built it into your own workflows. We're keen to hear how you've used it
Experience coordinating with other teams, such as product, legal and compliance
Experience in a fintech, payments, crypto or similar fast-moving financial services environment
Why Join Finom
Real room to grow.
Strong performers can move into different or more senior roles after their first year, and your scope grows with your skills
Technology that matters.
You'll work at the cutting edge of AML operations, including automation and AI, and you'll have the chance to shape how it's used
A balanced approach to risk.
We take compliance seriously, and we also care about our customers' experience, so you'll make decisions that weigh both. If you want to see the impact of your judgement, you'll like it here
A team that values initiative.
We trust people to own their work, and we reward those who do
We welcome applications from people of all backgrounds, and we encourage you to apply even if you don't tick every box.

WHY INTEGRATIONS ENGINEERING AT LANGFUSE
Your work puts Langfuse into developers’ hands.
Our SDKs are downloaded 26M+ times per month, and for many developers the first thing they touch is an integration — a few lines of code that connect their favorite framework to Langfuse. When that experience is seamless, they’re wow’ed. When it’s not, we might have lost them. You’ll own that critical first impression across 40+ framework integrations.
You’ll live at the frontier of LLM application development.
The AI framework ecosystem moves fast — new agent frameworks, orchestration libraries, and model providers emerge every week. You’ll be among the first to instrument them, giving you unmatched exposure to how cutting-edge AI applications are built. The developers you serve are some of the most ambitious software engineers in the world, and working closely with them will make you an expert on LLM engineering yourself.
Everything you build is open source and immediately visible.
All Langfuse integrations are MIT-licensed. When you ship a new integration or improve an existing one, thousands of developers benefit the same day — and they’ll tell you about it in GitHub issues, on Twitter, and in our community channels.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Build and maintain framework integrations. Langfuse integrates with 40+ frameworks and model providers: OpenAI SDK, Vercel AI SDK, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Pydantic AI, OpenAI Agents, CrewAI, Amazon Bedrock AgentCore, LiveKit, and many more. You’ll own these integrations end-to-end — from initial implementation to ongoing maintenance as frameworks evolve. When a new framework gains traction, you’ll be among the first to instrument it.
- Design new integration patterns for emerging frameworks. When a framework or a new agent orchestrator appears, you’ll evaluate it, design the right instrumentation approach (callback handler, decorator, OTEL auto-instrumentation, or a combination), build the integration, write the docs, and ship it. You’ll develop strong opinions on what makes a great integration experience.
- Contribute to the core SDKs. While integrations are your primary focus, your work will surface needs in our Python and TypeScript SDKs. You’ll contribute improvements to the core SDK when your integration work demands it — whether that’s a new hook point, better context propagation, or performance optimizations.
- Write documentation and integration guides. At Langfuse, docs are part of our core product. When you ship a new integration, the guide ships with it. You’ll own the integration docs, quickstart tutorials, cookbooks, and migration paths that help developers get started in minutes.
- Be a voice in the developer community. You’ll engage with framework communities, respond to integration-related GitHub issues, write blog posts about new integrations, and be present in our Slack/Discord channels. You’ll build relationships with framework maintainers and represent Langfuse in the broader AI developer ecosystem.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Passionate about the LLM ecosystem. You’ve built real applications with frameworks like LangChain, Pydantic AI, Vercel AI SDK, LlamaIndex, or similar — or you have a deep willingness to go deep and get your hands dirty with every major framework in the space. You’re excited about this ecosystem, not just familiar with it.
- Strong in Python and/or TypeScript. You write clean, reliable code. You don’t need to be a systems-level performance expert, but you care about code quality and understand that integrations run inside other people’s production systems.
- Product-minded engineer. You think about the developer who’s going to use your integration at 11pm trying to ship a feature. You obsess over the getting-started experience: how many lines of code does it take? Is the error message helpful? Does the docs example actually work?
- Self-directed and motivated. You know how to develop conviction about what to build and how to ship it. You don’t wait for detailed specs — you investigate the framework, talk to users, and propose the right approach.
- Excited about open source and developer community. You genuinely enjoy talking to developers about their integration challenges, writing clear documentation, and contributing to open source projects.
- Thrives in a small, accountable team. Your output is visible and matters. You’re comfortable owning outcomes, not just tasks.
CS or quantitative degree preferred, but not required. We care far more about what you’ve built and your hunger to learn.
BONUS POINTS
- Experience with OpenTelemetry internals or observability instrumentation
- Contributions to popular open source projects, SDKs, or developer tools
- Experience building developer tooling, CLIs, or client libraries
- Former founder or early startup experience
- Active presence in AI/ML developer communities (blog posts, talks, open source)
No candidate checks all boxes. If you feel you are a good fit for this role, please go ahead and apply.
PROJECTS YOU COULD OWN
- Build and ship a Langfuse integration for an emerging agent framework (e.g., OpenClaw, new OTEL-based instrumentation)
- Design the integration pattern for a new category of AI tools (e.g., voice agents via LiveKit/Pipecat)
- Create comprehensive quickstart cookbooks that get developers from zero to traced in under 5 minutes
- Work with the OpenTelemetry community to improve GenAI semantic conventions
- Maintain and upgrade our most popular integrations (OpenAI, LangChain, Vercel AI SDK) as those frameworks ship breaking changes

Canonical is a pioneer of global distributed collaboration, with 1,200+ colleagues in 75+ countries and very few office-based roles. Teams meet two to four times yearly in person, in interesting locations around the world, to align on strategy and execution.
The company is founder-led, profitable, and growing.
We are hiring an
Engineering Manager for Distributed Systems Testing
to lead a team responsible for the quality engineering platform that enables deployment and validation of distributed systems across Canonical's cloud portfolio.
We see quality engineering as a first-class engineering practice. Our Distributed Systems Testing team ensures the performance, correctness, resilience and interoperability of Canonical cloud solutions built with technologies such as Juju, Terraform, OpenStack and Kubernetes. These systems are deployed and tested across diverse environments, from bare-metal to the public cloud.
As Engineering Manager, you will combine strong software engineering judgement with people leadership. You will develop engineering talent, establish effective engineering practices, shape technical direction with senior engineers, and ensure the team delivers high-quality testing infrastructure and automation that enables engineering teams across Canonical to ship software with confidence.
We believe engineering managers should be outstanding engineers themselves. You should be comfortable reviewing patches, evaluating software design, debugging a distributed system, or discussing test architecture. You will contribute technically where appropriate to set a high standard, while recognizing that your greatest impact comes from shaping the direction, focus, effectiveness, and growth of the whole team.
You will work closely with senior engineers and engineering leaders across Canonical to define priorities, improve testing capabilities, and advance how we validate increasingly complex cloud-native and distributed systems.

Partner with senior engineers to shape technical strategy, architecture, roadmap, and engineering standards
Guide the development of automated testing infrastructure for the reliability, interoperability, and resilience of distributed systems
Improve CI pipelines, testing tools, and reporting used to validate Canonical's products and solutions across bare-metal, private and public cloud environments
Enable engineering teams across Canonical to adopt effective distributed-systems testing practices and tooling
Contribute technical leadership through design and code reviews, debugging, and hands-on engineering where appropriate
Represent the team with stakeholders and collaborate across Canonical on quality engineering, infrastructure, and developer experience
What we're looking for in you
An exceptional academic track record from both high school and university
Experience in leading, coaching, and mentoring software engineers
Professional software engineering experience with Python or Go
Expertise in distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, quality engineering, or a closely related domain
Strong knowledge of modern software testing processes, strategies, and automation

Experience working in an agile development environment with the ability to organize a team to deliver high-quality results
Professional written and spoken English with excellent communication and presentation skills
Great interpersonal skills, curiosity, flexibility, and accountability, demonstrating passion, thoughtfulness, and self-motivation
Ability to travel twice a year, for company events up to two weeks each
Additional skills we value
Experience with any of the following:
Cloud technologies such as Kubernetes, OpenStack, Juju, Terraform, AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure
Designing testing strategies for distributed or cloud-native systems

Role overview
We are looking for a talented and commercially minded Chief of Staff to report directly to the CRO. The CRO owns Checkout.com http://Checkout.com's global revenue organisation (Sales, Account Management, Partnerships, Solutions Engineering, Revenue Operations and Pricing) across all regions. As the CRO's right hand, you will extend their reach, speed up decision-making, and make sure the Commercial leadership team is aligned and delivering against its revenue targets.
This is not a back-office role. You will act as the CRO's delegate on key approvals, work on live deals and pricing decisions, resolve the cross-functional blockers that slow down revenue, and contribute to the planning and operating rhythm of a global commercial organisation. You'll be a trusted advisor and sounding board to the CRO and their leadership team. You'll be expected to challenge them, not just support them, and to move comfortably from a board-level narrative to a merchant pricing decision on the same day.
Remit and Responsibilities
- As a thought partner and sounding board to the CRO, pressure-test ideas, bring an independent point of view, and turn strategy into clear, owned actions.
- Represent the CRO in internal forums and make decisions on their behalf when needed, including during absences.
- Work with revenue leaders on deal strategy for our largest new and existing merchants, and set up executive engagement to open or speed up opportunities.
- Stay close to the global pipeline and forecast, hold revenue leaders accountable for their numbers, inputs and follow-ups, and flag risks and opportunities early.
- Own the CRO's leadership cadence (leadership team meetings, business reviews and decision forums), making sure each one has a clear purpose, clear decisions and accountable owners.
- Act as the CRO's delegate for key approvals across the Commercial organisation, including pricing, offers and job requisitions. Apply agreed frameworks consistently, challenge where needed, and know when to escalate.
- Partner with Revenue Operations and Finance on annual and quarterly planning, including targets, headcount and capacity planning, budgets and OKRs.
- Drive the governance and prioritisation of the Commercial-wide hiring plan, partnering with Revenue Operations on capacity planning and with Talent Acquisition, People and Finance to keep hiring aligned with revenue priorities and budget as we scale.
- Design and run the Commercial Leadership Summit and other leadership offsites, from agenda and content through to follow-up and accountability.
- Be part of the Commercial organisation's main link to Operations, Product, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Marketing and People leadership.
- Pick up the issues the Commercial team faces day to day, frame them clearly, get the right people in the room and push for a decision, especially where senior leaders are not yet aligned.
- Work with Operations, Legal and Compliance on initiatives to reduce time to revenue for new merchants.
- Own high-priority strategic initiatives from start to finish, usually with a clear revenue or efficiency target and several teams involved.
- Keep challenging how the Commercial organisation works, and simplify processes, governance and tools to increase productivity, including through AI and automation.
- Prepare the CRO for all key meetings and presentations, including exec and board meetings, All-hands meetings, business reviews, customer meetings and external speaking engagements. This covers pre-reads, briefings, presentations, speaker notes and follow-ups.
Desired Background, Core Competencies
- You have 5+ years of experience in roles such as Chief of Staff, strategy consulting, commercial or revenue strategy, or business management, ideally including time in a high-growth tech, fintech or payments company.
- Strong commercial instinct: you understand how revenue is built through pipeline, pricing, unit economics and forecasting, and you're comfortable getting into the details of a deal.
- Sound judgement to exercise delegated authority on approvals, balancing commercial speed with discipline and knowing when to escalate.
- A proven track record of influencing senior leaders without formal authority, including handling disagreement between them and getting to a clear outcome.
- Excellent structured thinking and communication: you can reduce complex, ambiguous problems to a clear recommendation and write in a way that's ready for executives.
- Critical thinker who is confident with data and financial models and uses them to support decisions.
- Excellent project and programme management skills, with the ability to switch contexts without losing focus.
- Discretion when handling confidential people, commercial and financial information.
- A low-ego, high-ownership mindset: you're as comfortable doing the work yourself as you are orchestrating others.

Do you care about keeping developer tools running reliably, enjoy digging into the systems and infrastructure behind them, and know that reliable tools make all the difference for development teams? If you are calm under pressure, enjoy diagnosing complex systems, want to help developers overcome technical hurdles, and thrive on deep problem-solving across diverse tech stacks, this role is for you.
About JetBrains
We create intelligent software development tools for developers and teams. More than 15 million users, over 300,000 companies, and 88 of the Fortune Global Top 100 rely on our products to solve real, complex problems. Our mission is simple: make development teams more productive and AI adoptable at scale.
About TeamCity
TeamCity is a highly scalable CI/CD server that integrates across the modern software ecosystem. Because it supports complex server-side setups and SaaS deployments, issues can stem from the product itself or the surrounding infrastructure.
What you’ll do
As part of our Support Engineering team, you will act as a crucial link between global engineering teams and our internal product developers. You will take ownership of incoming technical issues, pinpoint root causes, and provide working resolutions or clear escalations. You'll work American-timezone hours to give our global community timely, effective support.
Day to day, you will:
Identify whether an issue stems from the product, infrastructure, or third-party integrations.
Provide workarounds, submit bug reports, or escalate issues directly to development.
Capture insights and publish solutions following KCS (Knowledge-Centered Service) principles.
Share user feedback with internal product teams to shape future tool improvements.
What you’ll bring
A systematic and structured, but flexible approach to troubleshooting complex software and infrastructure issues.
A clear, direct communication style that explains technical details in ways others can understand.
Comfort working independently across distributed teams and time zones.
Curiosity about how different build systems, VCS providers, and clouds operate together.
An inclination to leave documentation and systems better than you found them.
What you’ll need
Fluency in English, with strong written communication skills.
The ability to work aligned with American time zones.
Practical experience troubleshooting web servers and applications (such as Tomcat and Java-based environments).
A working knowledge of relational databases (such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MSSQL).
Hands-on experience with version control tools and hosting platforms (such as Git or Perforce, GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket).
Familiarity with build automation tools (such as Gradle, Maven, or .NET build systems).
An understanding of containerized environments or cloud infrastructure (such as Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, or Azure).
What success looks like
Success in this role means resolving complex support cases efficiently while maintaining clear communication with developers. You build trust by accurately diagnosing underlying infrastructure or application bugs rather than addressing symptoms alone. Over time, your contributions to the knowledge base reduce repeat issues, and your feedback helps product teams make TeamCity more resilient.

From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data.

Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions.
As we bring our teams and technology together, we’re building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. During this transition period, you may see references to both Fivetran and dbt Labs throughout our recruiting process as we integrate our teams, systems, and career sites.
About the Role
Fivetran is building data pipelines to power the modern data stack for thousands of companies.
We’re looking for an experienced Technical Product Manager to join Systems Engineering and own the roadmap for the capabilities and technology that power Fivetran’s global Customer Support organization.
You’ll sit at the intersection of Support and Engineering, partnering with Support leaders to understand their biggest challenges, define what we should build, and work with technical teams to deliver scalable solutions. You’ll work across case management, customer portals, service delivery, workforce workflows, and automation, with Zendesk at the center of a broader ecosystem of APIs, integrations, and custom services.
You’ll work with a diverse, global group of stakeholders and need to build trust quickly, flex your communication style, and confidently guide teams toward the right solution rather than simply taking requests at face value. This role is ideal for someone who moves quickly, asks great questions, and can bring structure to loosely defined problems. You’ll need strong technical instincts and the confidence to go beyond the initial request, understand the underlying problem, and recommend a simpler or more scalable approach.
Technologies You’ll Use
Zendesk, Salesforce, Jira, Slack workflows, APIs and integrations, Lucidchart, SQL, Looker, Google Workspace, AI and automation technologies, and other systems supporting Fivetran’s customer experience.
What You’ll Do
As a TPM for our Support systems, you'll be responsible for defining what we build, shaping how we deliver it, and driving alignment across stakeholders to ensure successful execution.
Product Management
Partner with Support leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to build and maintain the Customer Support systems roadmap.
Intake, evaluate, and prioritize requests across case management, customer portals, service delivery, workforce workflows, and support automation.
Own requirements gathering, process analysis, and solution scoping for prioritized initiatives.
Translate ambiguous business needs into clear product, process, and systems requirements, asking the right questions to uncover the broader problem behind the request.
Identify opportunities to simplify workflows, improve agent and customer experiences, and increase Support efficiency through automation and better systems.
Technical Leadership
Partner with Systems Engineering to design scalable solutions across Zendesk and its broader integration ecosystem.
Develop deep expertise in Support processes, Zendesk capabilities, APIs, integrations, automation, and data flows to support solution design, systems analysis, testing, and implementation.
Shape technical tradeoffs that balance business value, customer experience, delivery effort, quality, scalability, and maintainability.
Evaluate opportunities to use AI, automation, and evolving support technologies to improve service delivery while thoughtfully incorporating human oversight where needed.
Ensure delivered solutions meet business requirements and quality expectations through active participation in testing and validation.
Stakeholder Management & Delivery
Build trusted partnerships across a diverse, global stakeholder group spanning Support, Product, Engineering, Professional Services, Legal, and other teams.
Adapt your communication and working style across stakeholders while confidently providing recommendations and constructively challenging ideas when needed.
Drive alignment on priorities, requirements, tradeoffs, and implementation approaches.
Partner with technical and business teams throughout design, testing, rollout, enablement, and adoption.
Communicate progress, risks, decisions, and business impact clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
Skills We’re Looking For
7+ years of experience in Technical Product Management, Business Systems, Technical Business Analysis, Product Ownership, Implementation Consulting, or a related technical role.
Experience working with customer support, customer experience, or other complex business workflows in a SaaS or technology environment.
Strong technical foundation with experience working across APIs, integrations, data flows, automation, and interconnected business systems.
Demonstrated ability to take loosely defined stakeholder requests, ask the right questions, and translate them into clear problems, requirements, and scalable solutions.
Strong product judgment with the ability to look beyond a requested solution, understand the underlying need, and recommend simpler or more effective approaches.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and adapt your approach across technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of requests and competing priorities.
Strong execution skills with experience carrying initiatives through requirements, design, testing, rollout, and adoption.
Curiosity about AI, automation, and emerging technologies and how they can improve customer and employee experiences.
Bonus Skills
Hands-on experience administering Zendesk or building applications and integrations using the Zendesk API.
Experience with AI-enabled customer support, agent-assist, or workflow automation technologies.
Experience with workforce management, premium support, or differentiated service models.
Experience supporting Professional Services or other post-sale customer workflows.
Experience integrating or consolidating customer support platforms, portals, or processes.

About Wolt
At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.
Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
About the Team
The Unified Privacy Platform team’s mission is to earn the trust of every DoorDash user by upholding their right to privacy, consent, and transparency. We are building a common privacy foundation across DoorDash, Wolt, and Deliveroo so Consumers, Dashers, and Merchants can understand how their data is used, control their choices, and exercise their privacy rights through simple, consistent experiences.
Our work is organized around three connected pillars: the Privacy Center, a unified user-facing destination for privacy controls and rights; the Unified Privacy Platform, which captures and enforces consent, policy, jurisdictional requirements, and privacy actions; and Privacy Operations and Intelligence, which gives Legal, Support, Privacy, and engineering operators the workflows, diagnostics, audit history, and automation needed to resolve privacy work safely and efficiently.
Together, these capabilities turn fragmented, one-off compliance work into reusable platform primitives that can support new products, brands, and emerging regulations.
About the Role
DoorDash is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead the Unified Privacy Platform team. You will lead a team of backend and platform engineers responsible for the next generation of privacy and consent infrastructure, including the Privacy Center, the User Consent Platform, privacy-policy decisioning, self-service data-rights experiences, and the operational tooling required to manage privacy cases at global scale.
As the Engineering Manager, you will own and execute a multi-year vision for privacy at DoorDash. You will balance legal and regulatory correctness, user trust, security, reliability, and developer velocity while building systems that work consistently across DoorDash, Wolt, and Deliveroo. You will be a strategic partner to Product, Legal, Security, Data Governance, Marketing and Communications, and engineering leadership, establishing clear ownership boundaries and turning complex privacy requirements into scalable, self-service capabilities.
You’re excited about this opportunity because you will…
Lead and mentor a high-performing team of backend and platform engineers, fostering a culture of ownership, privacy by design, operational excellence, and thoughtful cross-functional partnership
Drive the technical strategy across the Privacy Center, the Unified Privacy Platform, and Privacy Operations and Intelligence
Build the cross-brand User Consent Platform, including canonical consent state, policy and configuration management, consent SDKs, audit history, and consistent enforcement across products and jurisdictions
Deliver simple, self-service experiences for consent and communication preferences, Right to be Forgotten (RTF), Right to Information (RTI), and Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs)
Turn emerging privacy and regulatory requirements into standardized platform capabilities instead of one-off product implementations
Lead the migration from fragmented legacy consent systems to a single source of truth across DoorDash, Wolt, and Deliveroo, while managing compatibility and safe deprecation
Define clear contracts with data-governance fulfillment systems and downstream product and storage teams so privacy actions are traceable, retryable, auditable, and correctly reflected back to users and operators
Provide architectural guidance for distributed systems that manage sensitive user choices, policy evaluation, orchestration, secure data delivery, reporting, and immutable audit trails
Partner with recruiting to build a diverse and inclusive team, attracting and retaining exceptional engineering talent
We’re excited about you because you have…
A bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
3+ years of experience in people management leading backend or platform teams
8+ years of industry experience
