The Position
CallRail is looking for a
lead engagement platform: we show businesses which marketing drives their calls, forms, and chats, and we help them answer, qualify, and route those leads around the clock. We're looking for a Vertical Marketing Manager to own a portfolio of our emerging markets, with automotive at the center. Think of the role as general manager for that portfolio: you set the strategy, you own the number, and you're the company's go-to on these markets.
You'll build the personas, positioning, and messaging for these verticals, verticalizing our go-to-market narrative for each audience. From there you'll partner with demand generation, customer marketing, and content on how it comes to life, and work closely with sales, product, and leadership on what we build and say. Expect roughly equal parts strategy and execution.
Automotive is the priority. It's one of our fastest-growing segments, and the aftermarket — repair and service businesses, tire and quick-service shops, collision centers, and the parts suppliers and retailers who serve them — is where you'll go deepest. Alongside it, you'll own a portfolio of our emerging small business verticals. They sit at different stages and require different levels of investment, and determining where to focus is a core part of the role. What connects them is the customer: small businesses that win or lose on the leads they capture.
What You'll Do
You act like an owner.
These markets are your line of business. You know their performance, their risks, and their opportunities inside and out, and you carry the accountability that comes with it.
You bring an informed point of view.
You represent home services in cross-functional and leadership conversations, and your perspective carries weight because it's grounded in real expertise — what customers are telling you, what the data shows, what competitors are doing.
You advocate for what your markets need.
You don't wait for a door to open; you open it. When you see something we need in order to win, you build the case for it, bring the rationale and the numbers, and champion it until it gets a real decision.
You go deep.
You're genuinely curious about this industry, its buyers, and the forces shaping it. You want to keep learning, testing, and refining what works.
What You'll Own
Portfolio strategy and business performance
Own the go-to-market strategy across your automotive & other SMB verticals: how we position and message to each audience, and the plan to hit our acquisition and revenue goals
Decide where your time and our investment go. These markets won't all need the same thing, and setting that balance — then making the case for it — is yours to own
Live in the numbers that define the health of the business: customers, new MRR, churn, ARPU, conversion rate, and product adoption. You'll spot emerging trends and issues early, work cross-functionally to understand what's driving them, and bring a plan when one is needed.
Report on performance to leadership with the insight and executive presence to explain what's changing, what it means, and what you're doing about it
Automotive market and competitive expertise
Be CallRail's subject matter expert on the automotive aftermarket: the buyers, the workflows, the operational realities, the vendor landscape, and the economics of how these businesses grow
Own the automotive buyer personas and the value propositions, positioning, and messaging built on them — the work that differentiates CallRail in an increasingly crowded lead engagement and AI voice market
Build the proof that makes our case credible: customer stories, benchmarks, and ROI framing grounded in how these businesses actually operate
Track the competitive set continuously: who's winning, who's new, where they beat us, where we beat them, and what we should do about it. Feed that intelligence to product, sales, and leadership
Regularly surface the headwinds and tailwinds shaping the market and translate them into implications for our strategy
Validate market requirements through customer interviews, surveys, win/loss analysis, sales insight, and usage data
Be the face of CallRail in the automotive market: trade shows, industry speaking engagements, webinars, panels, podcasts, etc.
Your broader vertical portfolio
Own the positioning and messaging for the other emerging small business verticals, scaling the depth to the opportunity.
Keep a live read on each: where we're winning, where we're losing, and which ones are showing early signs of becoming a bigger bet
Size and pressure-test opportunities, in these markets and in ones we haven't entered: how big, how winnable, what it would take, and what we would have to be right about
Bring recommendations with a clear case for investing or passing. Knowing which markets to walk away from matters as much as knowing which to chase
Run early, lightweight tests where the signal looks promising — positioning, messaging, and proof — and build a repeatable approach the team can use the next time we look at a new vertical
Cross-functional leadership
Serve as the hub between sales, product marketing, customer marketing, demand generation, and product development, feeding market insight into each function and making sure everyone is marching in the same direction
Serve as the messaging authority for your verticals: consulting across marketing for campaign and content development
Pressure-test the work happening across teams against a simple bar: does it solve a real customer pain point, strengthen our competitive position, resonate with the segment we're targeting, and drive measurable results?
Partner with product development teams as the voice of your customers, bringing market insight that shapes the roadmap
Enable sales and support: train them on the problems we solve for these buyers, and work with sales enablement to build the internal tools and external collateral they need
What You'll Need
BS/BA and 4–6 years of experience in a strategic marketing role focused on small business buyers, including direct experience marketing to automotive businesses
A track record of owning a strategy end to end and being accountable for the results, not just executing someone else's plan
Experience entering or evaluating a new market: sizing the opportunity, building the case, and standing up positioning where none existed
Strong analytical instincts and genuine comfort with data — you can get to the story behind the metric and build a case around it
Excellent written and verbal communication, and the confidence and presence to represent your point of view to senior leaders and to external audiences
Demonstrated ability to influence and align cross-functional partners without formal authority
Comfort operating in a fast-moving environment where you'll prioritize, make tradeoffs, and shift between strategic thinking and hands-on execution in the same day
If you do not meet all the requirements listed, we still encourage you to apply! No job description is perfect, and we may also have another opportunity that aligns with your skills and experience.

- Conduct executive content audits and gap analyses across senior voices
- Refine and systematize content production workflows with predictable cadences
- Develop flagship thought leadership pieces and corporate storytelling output

- Are adept are creating production workflows from scratch (stage capture systems, content atomization pipelines)

- Bring high levels of creativity to communications – in format, channel, and storytelling
- Are comfortable navigating organizational dynamics and building strong relationships across all levels
- Thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving environments and know how to ruthlessly prioritize
Ideal Candidate Profile The successful candidate will have experience in strategic communications, content production, and executive storytelling, with the ability to build scalable systems and leverage AI tools. An overview of this role
You'll be the Staff Program Manager, CCO Programs, running the cross-functional initiatives on the Chief Customer Officer's (CCO) priority list. These programs include go-to-market transformation, retention and renewal motions tied to major annual recurring revenue (ARR) goals, the field-to-product feedback loop, and executive engagement with our highest-value accounts. You'll turn executive intent into workstreams, coordinate senior stakeholders across Sales, Customer Experience, Product, Marketing, Renewals, Professional Services, Data, and Enablement, and make the tactical calls that keep the portfolio honest.
This is a founding seat reporting to the CCO while the broader Programs function is built, and the reporting line may evolve as the team scales. In your first year, every CCO-level program will have a clear owner other than the CCO, leadership will trust your data-grounded view of program health, and the portfolio will deliver measurable business outcomes.
What you'll do
Own execution and business outcomes across CCO-level programs, including go-to-market transformation, renewal and retention motions, product feedback loops, and executive sponsorship for top accounts.
Turn CCO direction into workstreams with clear owners, dependencies, and timelines.
Coordinate senior stakeholders across Sales, Customer Experience, Product, Marketing, Renewals, Professional Services, Data, and Enablement, holding them accountable without direct authority.
Surface stalled work, unowned risks, and slipping timelines so the CCO has a reliable, real-time view of the portfolio.
Recommend scope changes, re-sequencing, or ending a program when it is not delivering value.
Drive follow-through from executive meetings by tracking decisions and action items to completion.
Track program health using data, connect execution to retention, expansion, adoption, and ARR outcomes, and communicate executive-ready narratives.
Build shared standards for tracking, reporting, and handoffs, and iterate plans with functional leaders based on field feedback.
What you'll bring
Experience leading complex, cross-functional strategic programs at the executive level and turning ambiguous direction into delivered outcomes without a fully scoped brief.
Experience in Customer Experience, go-to-market, or revenue-facing functions such as Customer Success, Renewals, Sales, or Revenue Operations, with fluency in retention, expansion, and adoption motions and how they contribute to ARR.
The ability to influence senior stakeholders, including executives, and hold them accountable to commitments without formal authority.
Judgment to make high-stakes tactical recommendations under ambiguity, including when data supports changing direction or ending a program.
Data fluency to assess program health, diagnose where work is breaking down, and recommend a data-informed next step.
Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to move between an executive-ready narrative and execution-level detail.
Comfort operating without established infrastructure and helping build the function's operating model.
Reliable follow-through and the ability to navigate conflict and competing priorities across a broad stakeholder group.
About the team
You'll be the first Program Manager supporting CX Executive initiatives and the founding hire in a Programs function that will grow as the CCO's highest-priority cross-functional initiatives outgrow ad hoc ownership. The team works across the customer lifecycle, from go-to-market strategy and product feedback through renewal, expansion, and executive relationships with large accounts. We partner with Sales, Customer Experience, Product, Marketing, Data, and Enablement leaders in a globally distributed, largely asynchronous environment to turn CCO commitments into shipped outcomes.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
As Claude reaches more people, including individuals, businesses, developers building on our APIs, and the platforms and resellers building on top of those, knowing who is on the other side of a request and what they are allowed to do becomes foundational to running our products responsibly. Creating a centralized identity, verification, and access system that every Claude surface draws on is important to accomplishing our mission.
We are hiring a Product Manager to own the safe access. The primitives are the building blocks the rest of Anthropic uses to manage access to models and capabilities: access programs, accounts, organization linking, verifications, user APIs for platforms, and the internal tooling teams use. You will own the end-to-end product experience and strategy for internal and external access,, across every surface.
This is a role for a strong executor with the ability to be agile in shipping in a 0-1 product space. Safe access is a new product that sits on the critical path of every model launch and every access program. Requirements arrive from many organizations at once, and most weeks you will be the person defining the problem rather than receiving it.
Key responsibilities
Own the product strategy and roadmap for the account and access primitives, with the goal that any team at Anthropic can provision access or run an access program with minimal support. This is highly ambiguous and requires a lot of cross team coordination and deep understanding of the systems of today.
Own the end-to-end experience of getting and managing access for internal stakeholders (research, model launches, safeguards, go-to-market) and for external customers and partners, and keep it consistent across every surface. This requires thinking through many user types, with vastly different experiences.
Support the API designs and the UX of the access APIs that platforms, resellers, and internal services integrate with. Work through the designs with engineering and make calls on the primitives yourself.
Partner with the trusted access and verification product managers so that new programs compose from shared primitives rather than one-off builds.
Coordinate across the product, safeguards, legal, and go-to-market teams, and drive alignment when their requirements conflict.
Minimum qualifications
Are a strong executor with a track record of shipping through ambiguity and cross-organization dependencies.
Write clearly enough that an engineer, an executive, and an external partner can each see the tradeoff you are making.
Have owned a developer platform, identity, authorization, or access-management product end to end, and were the person accountable for its outcomes (for most people this means five or more years as a PM, but we care about the ownership, not the years).
Care about Anthropic's mission, and specifically about scaling access to Claude safely.
Preferred qualifications
8+ years of product management experience
Experience with multi-tenant platforms consumed by first-party apps, direct API customers, and third parties building on top
Built account, identity, or subscription systems that span more than one product
Taken a product from zero to one, where the users, the product, and the requirements all had to be worked out at once
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$305,000
—
$385,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

ABOUT US
Sierra is the leading platform for customer-facing AI agents, working with many of the world's biggest brands — including The GAP, Rocket Mortgage, SoFi, Sutter Health, and SoftBank — to transform how they serve customers and grow their businesses. We are primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco, with growing offices across North America, Europe, and Asia.
We are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and a commitment to balancing Family along the way. These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do.
Our co-founders are Bret Taylor https://www.linkedin.com/in/brettaylor/ and Clay Bavor https://www.linkedin.com/in/claybavor/. Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI. Previously, he was co-CEO of Salesforce (which had acquired the company he founded, Quip) and CTO of Facebook. Bret was also one of Google's earliest product managers and co-creator of Google Maps. Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
As an Agent Strategist https://sierra.ai/blog/agent-strategist-your-phd-in-applied-ai on a Flagship Deployment, you’ll lead the end-to-end deployment for one of Sierra’s largest and most strategic customers. You own how Sierra's AI agents come to life, often managing scaled deployments as well as new proofs of concept within the same account. You sit at the intersection of product, building agents and customer-facing work, and stay just as close to the technology as you are to the people you build for. You transform a customer's thorniest, highest-stakes problems into agents that measurably move their business.
- Own the Agent Development Life Cycle https://sierra.ai/blog/agent-development-life-cycle. Take agents from initial scope through conversation design, tooling, and evaluation, to launch and continuous iteration in production — translating business goals into an agent that outperforms, and tuning relentlessly until it's the best version of itself in the real world. You'll have real ownership and autonomy over the outcome.
- Be the trusted strategic advisor to enterprise leaders. Sit shoulder-to-shoulder with our customers' executives, understand what success actually means to their business, and shape the AI strategy that gets them there.
- Partner with the customer's working teams and executives day to day. Oversee overall program management while ensuring ongoing executive alignment on the long term roadmap.
- Navigate enterprise complexity with cross-functional teams (engineering and product). At this scale, every big technical discussion is also a negotiation — you'll need to read the implications in real time, hold your ground, and steer toward the right outcome. Expect to work across business units, procurement, compliance, and senior execs.
- Directly impact product. Surface unmet needs from your customer work, and feed them back to research and platform to shape where Sierra goes next.
- Manage internal resourcing requirements. Ensure that your deployment is appropriately resourced today and into the future
- Drive financial success for both the customer and Sierra. Ensure value exchange is optimized, drive revenue upside for Sierra, and work internally to manage down cost to serve over time, improving margins.
- Partner with Sales on commercial strategy. You are a key player in closing new business within the deployment by identifying opportunities, aligning resources, and
EXAMPLE PROJECTS
These are the kinds of projects that strategists on our team have worked on recently:
- Plan, organize, and execute on-site business reviews onsite at a Fortune 100 company with Sierra cofounders in attendance
- Manage a portfolio of agents across a customer deployment as they scale nationally, to new use cases, and grow in technical complexity
- Build relationships throughout the customer’s organization, unlocking high trust, social capital, and ultimately new ARR
- Stand up an agent for a commerce customer that troubleshoots a broken device end-to-end and personalizes product recommendations in the same conversation.
- Partner with product on a net-new capability — a new agent architecture or self-service tooling — using a live customer as the design partner.
- Define the evaluation and quality bar for a new agent, then use those metrics to drive a measurable lift in outcome https://sierra.ai/blog/outcome-based-pricing-for-ai-agents week over week.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Proven track record: 10+ years of relevant experience driving results in high stakes situations in an enterprise customer facing role, ideally in a dedicated, embedded model with a named enterprise account — you know what it means to be accountable for a relationship at that depth.
- Customer obsession. Genuine energy being in front of customers — understanding their business and needs, thriving in complex organizations, and building trusted relationships.
- Communication. Clear, direct, and persuasive across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strategic problem-solving in ambiguity. Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills to break down complex problems, spot risks early, and adapt as things change fast.
- Technical aptitude. Comfortable engaging directly with technical concepts - reading API documentation, understanding data models and system architecture, and following engineering tradeoffs in a design discussion.
- Ownership and delivery. A track record of running multiple complex, high-visibility projects at once and driving them to outcomes.
EVEN BETTER...
- You've run a company, business unit, forward deployed team, or have comparable experience in general management of business initiatives that require technical aptitude, strategic leadership, operational excellence, and financial outcome accountability.
- Experience building or deploying AI/LLM agents in production — hands-on with the tools behind them (eval frameworks, agent tooling, RAG, prompt engineering) — working closely with technical counterparts.
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience — and/or an MBA or comparable experience at the intersection of technology and business.
OUR VALUES
- Trust: We build trust with our customers with our accountability, empathy, quality, and responsiveness. We build trust in AI by making it more accessible, safe, and useful. We build trust with each other by showing up for each other professionally and personally, creating an environment that enables all of us to do our best work.
- Customer Obsession: We deeply understand our customers’ business goals and relentlessly focus on driving outcomes, not just technical milestones. Everyone at the company knows and spends time with our customers. When our customer is having an issue, we drop everything and fix it.
- Craftsmanship: We get the details right, from the words on the page to the system architecture. We have good taste. When we notice something isn’t right, we take the time to fix it. We are proud of the products we produce. We continuously self-reflect to continuously self-improve.
- Intensity: We know we don’t have the luxury of patience. We play to win. We care about our product being the best, and when it isn’t, we fix it. When we fail, we talk about it openly and without blame so we succeed the next time.
- Family: We know that balance and intensity are compatible, and we model it in our actions and processes. We are the best technology company for parents. We support and respect each other and celebrate each other’s personal and professional achievements.
WHAT WE OFFER
We want our benefits to reflect our values and offer the following to full-time employees:
- Flexible (unlimited) paid time off
- Medical, dental, and vision benefits for you and your family
- Life insurance and disability benefits
- Retirement plan dependent on country of employment
- Parental leave
- Fertility and family building benefits through Carrot
- Lunch, as well as delicious snacks and coffee to keep you energized
- Discretionary benefit stipend giving people the ability to spend where it matters most
- Free alphorn lessons
These benefits are further detailed in Sierra's policies, may vary by region, and are subject to change at any time, consistent with the terms of any applicable compensation or benefits plans. Eligible full-time employees can participate in Sierra's equity plans subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
BE YOU, WITH US
We're working to bring the transformative power of AI to every organization in the world. To do so, it is important to us that the diversity of our employees represents the diversity of our customers. We believe that our work and culture are better when we encourage, support, and respect different skills and experiences represented within our team. We encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't precisely match the job description. We strive to evaluate all applicants consistently without regard to race, color, religion, gender, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, pregnancy, gender expression or identity, sexual orientation, citizenship, or any other legally protected class.

We are looking for an experienced Senior QA Engineer to own quality for our AI voice virtual agent. This role is for someone who is equally comfortable reasoning about a large language model's behavior and reading a SIP trace.
You should be interested in testing non-deterministic systems. A voice agent takes a live phone call, transcribes speech that may be accented or noisy, interprets intent, reasons over an LLM, generates a spoken reply, and decides whether to resolve the request or hand it to a human—all within a latency budget callers will notice. Nothing in that chain can be validated with a simple assertion of equality, so you will design the evaluation approach that makes it testable anyway.
You should also be interested in the underlying telephony. Testing this agent means placing real calls: provisioning SIP endpoints and softphones, driving calls programmatically, controlling media conditions, and distinguishing a model failure from a codec, jitter, or call-routing issue.
PLEASE SUBMIT CV IN ENGLISH.
ONLY ACCEPTING CANDIDATES FROM LATAM.
ADVANCED SPOKEN ENGLISH IS REQUIRED.
Responsibilities
Embed fully within a Scrum team
, participating in all ceremonies and maintaining associated artifacts.
Own the end-to-end test strategy
for the AI voice virtual agent across the LLM, speech, and telephony layers.
Design test scenarios for complex conversational behavior
, including multi-turn dialogues, interruptions and barge-in, ambiguous or incomplete input, out-of-scope requests, human escalation/transfer, and failure recovery.
Build and maintain an evaluation framework for non-deterministic output
, leveraging golden datasets, semantic/rubric-based assertions, and automated regression detection for prompt, model, or retrieval changes.
Adversarially test the agent
against hallucinations, incorrect grounding, guardrail bypasses, prompt injections, and unauthorized disclosure of customer data.
Prepare and provision SIP devices
, endpoints, and call scenarios to automate call origination end-to-end.
Diagnose failures across the entire stack
, isolating issues down to the LLM, ASR (speech recognition), TTS (text-to-speech), media path, or call routing layer.
Extend automated coverage
and integrate test suites into the CI/CD pipeline to serve as release gates.
Define and track core quality metrics
, including task completion, containment, intent accuracy, transcription accuracy, response latency, and escalation correctness.
Maintain documented test coverage in the TMS
with full traceability to business requirements.
Communicate and escalate quality risks
to stakeholders backed by data and evidence.
Requirements:
5+ years in QA
, with recent hands-on ownership of a complex, integrated product.

We are pleased to offer:
Remote work opportunity!
B2B Employment ($, gross).
Stable job with long-term growth perspective.
Competitive salary with annual performance review.
Really good hardware.
An exciting and challenging job with talented people around.
Continuous learning and career growth opportunities.
Compensation for professional training, seminars, and conferences.
Referral program: get rewarded for helping us grow the team with talented people.
Company-supported English classes to enhance your professional growth.
Creativity is a core requirement for this role, not a nice-to-have. The defects that matter here are found by someone who imagines the caller who interrupts mid-sentence, switches languages halfway through, gives a partial account number, answers a different question, or deliberately tries to jailbreak the agent. Scenario design is the primary skill we are hiring for.
Current State: We have automated call testing built on JsSIP/WebRTC with Python and Playwright, alongside a growing body of test scenarios. The evaluation layer—how we score responses consistently, catch regressions when a prompt or model changes, and report quality metrics leadership can act on—is where this role will have the most impact.

BUILDING THE FUTURE OF OPEN FINANCE
Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system.
Before you apply, we encourage you to explore our culture page to understand what drives us and how we work.
The team
Founded in 2011, Kraken is one of the world's longest-standing crypto platforms, trusted by over 10 million individuals and institutions across the globe. It offers spot trading, margin, futures, staking, and OTC services, with products built for both individual investors and institutional clients.
The Consumer Mobile team builds the Kraken app, the interface millions of people use to interact with their money. We work primarily in React Native, building products that make complex financial experiences intuitive, fast and trustworthy.
We're a product-minded engineering team. Our engineers don't just implement requirements: they work closely with Product and Design to understand the problem behind them, challenge assumptions, shape solutions and measure whether what we ship actually improves the experience for our clients.
The opportunity
- We're looking for a Senior React Native Engineer who thinks like a product builder.
- You'll work across engineering, product and design to turn real client problems into thoughtful mobile experiences, comfortable starting with an ambiguous problem rather than a perfectly defined specification.
- You'll own features end-to-end, from understanding the problem and shaping the solution through implementation, launch and iteration, using data and client feedback to drive improvements.
- You'll build high-quality experiences in React Native across a financial product where responsiveness, reliability and trust matter, whether improving product discovery, creating trading experiences, or simplifying journeys.
- You'll partner closely with Product and Design, contributing engineering perspectives early in the product-development process rather than waiting for finished requirements.
- You'll work with APIs and real-time data to create responsive, data-rich mobile experiences, making thoughtful decisions around state management, rendering, performance and architecture.
- You'll operate with the ownership and versatility of a product engineer, comfortable wearing multiple hats and moving between product problems and technical challenges.
- You'll help raise the product-engineering bar across Consumer Mobile through technical discussions, code reviews, collaboration and by demonstrating strong product ownership.
What you bring
- Strong React Native experience. You've built and shipped meaningful production applications using React Native and are comfortable making architectural and implementation decisions across a modern mobile codebase.
- A product-building mindset with strong product judgment. You start with the client problem rather than the ticket, understand what we're actually trying to solve, know when to challenge requirements or simplify solutions, and work with Product and Design to turn ambiguous requirements into strong engineering solutions.
- Evidence of product impact. You can explain not only what you've built, but why you built it and what happened afterwards. You're comfortable using metrics, experimentation and client behaviour to evaluate the impact of your work.
- End-to-end ownership. You're comfortable working across the lifecycle of a feature: discovery, technical design, implementation, launch, measurement and iteration.
- Comfort with data-rich applications. You've worked with APIs and dynamic or real-time data and understand the engineering considerations involved in turning that data into responsive client experiences.
- Close collaboration with Product and Design. You enjoy working directly with designers and product managers, see building great products as a shared responsibility, and communicate effectively in written and verbal English across a globally distributed team.
- Versatility and AI proficiency. You're comfortable moving beyond a narrowly defined engineering remit, use AI tools (Cursor, Copilot, Claude, etc.) thoughtfully to move faster while retaining ownership of engineering decisions and quality, and thrive in environments where you wear multiple hats.
- A track record of taking loosely defined product problems and turning them into features or products that delivered measurable client impact.
Nice to have
- Experience building products in fintech, trading, crypto, payments or another financial technology environment.
- An understanding of how trading, investing or financial products work and an interest in the problems our clients are trying to solve.
- Experience with real-time or streaming data and building interfaces where information changes rapidly.
- Experience working across both mobile and web, bringing valuable perspective from broader frontend or product-engineering work.
- Experience in a startup or small-to-medium-sized technology company where engineers work closely with Product and Design.
- Native mobile experience in Swift or Kotlin and an understanding of when dropping below the React Native layer is the right engineering decision.
- Experience improving application performance, responsiveness and reliability across a range of mobile devices.
- A background in taking loosely defined product problems and turning them into products or features with measurable client impact.
Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution.
We consider qualified applicants with criminal histories for employment on our team, assessing candidates in a manner consistent with the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.
OUR COMMITMENT
Payward is powered by people from around the world and we celebrate the diverse talents, backgrounds, contributions, and unique perspectives that everyone brings to the table. We hire based on merit, seeking out people with the right abilities, knowledge, and skills for the job. We encourage you to apply for roles where you don't fully meet the listed requirements, especially if you're passionate or knowledgeable about crypto.
We may ask candidates to complete job-related skills or work-style assessments as part of our hiring process. These assessments evaluate competencies relevant to the role and are applied consistently across candidates for similar positions. Results are considered alongside experience and interviews, and are not the sole basis for any employment decision.
As an equal opportunity employer, we don't tolerate discrimination or harassment of any kind, whether based on race, ethnicity, age, gender identity, citizenship, religion, sexual orientation, disability, pregnancy, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic as outlined by federal, state, or local laws.

What will I be doing?
Own and optimize core sales operations processes, systems, and operating cadences across the sales organization.
Partner with Sales leadership and Finance to build and maintain forecasting processes, pipeline reporting, quota models, attainment tracking, and performance insights.

Lead complex cross-functional projects from discovery through implementation, including requirements gathering, stakeholder alignment, testing, rollout, and change management.
Build executive-ready analyses and recommendations that help leadership make decisions about growth, investment, productivity, and organizational design.
Use AI tools and automation thoughtfully to reduce manual work, improve data access, and increase the speed and quality of sales execution.
Create scalable operating processes that support growth without requiring linear increases in headcount.
Act as a trusted advisor to sales leadership on performance trends, operational risks, process improvements, and strategic priorities.
Support quarterly and annual planning activities, including business reviews, headcount planning, goal-setting, and operating plan development.
What skills do I need?
5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, GTM Strategy, Sales Strategy & Operations, Business Operations, or a related field, preferably in a high-growth technology or SaaS company.
Strong understanding of sales processes, forecasting, pipeline management, quota and territory planning, compensation, and sales performance metrics.

Little more about the team:
Join Honeycomb as a Senior Financial Analyst and be a key player in our growing FP&A team! Reporting to the Director of FP&A, you'll partner primarily with our R&D organization — product and engineering — as the finance lead for how we understand and manage the cost of running Honeycomb. You'll take ownership of our BI and planning tool (Pigment), continue and improve our cloud-hosting-cost (COGS) analysis, and support R&D capitalization, forecasting, and planning. This role suits someone who takes initiative, solves problems analytically, and actively drives process improvements in a fast-paced environment, and who's comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, product, data, and IT. Own and improve our cloud-hosting-cost (COGS) analysis — breaking hosting spend (e.g., compute, storage, and AI/LLM usage) down by area and by customer to understand customer-level usage and margin
Take ownership of Pigment, our BI and planning tool — building and maintaining reports and supporting forecasting and monthly and quarterly close
Partner with engineering on R&D capitalization, capitalizing engineering time for the products they help build
Run forecasting and planning for the R&D organization, including headcount and software planning
Track and help manage our AI/LLM tooling costs, monitoring usage against budget
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, data, and IT to improve our financial processes and reporting
Support the finance team on special projects and ad-hoc analysis, with a focus on improving processes and scalability as we grow
What you’ll bring to the role:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a comparable field — or equivalent practical experience
5+ years of FP&A, strategic planning, or P&L management experience at a SaaS company
A technical orientation, with the ability to partner directly with engineering and product teams
Expert in Excel and Google Sheets, comfortable with a range of modeling techniques, and able to build analysis and models that influence decisions
Experience with ERP and financial planning/BI tools — Pigment (or a comparable tool such as Mosaic) a strong plus
Comfortable in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment: driving results, solving complex problems, and exercising judgment across multiple sources of information
Strong quantitative skills and the ability to connect the dots across data sources to inform decisions
Familiarity with cloud/hosting cost structures, R&D capitalization, or SQL a plus
Base Salary based on level of experience
$125,000
—
$170,000 USD
What you'll get when you join the Hive:
A stake in our success - generous equity with employee-friendly stock program
It’s not about how strong of a negotiator you are - our pay is based on transparent levels relative to experience
Time to recharge with unlimited PTO
A distributed-first mindset and culture (really!)
Home office, co-working, and internet stipend
Full benefits coverage for employees, with additional coverage available for dependents
Up to 16 weeks of paid parental leave, regardless of path to parenthood
Annual development allowance
And much more...

About the company
Hi, we're Ondo Finance. Our mission is to provide institutional-grade, blockchain-enabled investment products and services. We have both a technology arm that develops decentralized finance technology, and an asset management arm that creates and manages tokenized funds. We are the global leader in tokenized treasuries, tokenized stocks and ETFs, and are building the future of institutional-grade financial services onchain.
Founded by folks from Goldman Sachs Digital Assets Team, we’re backed by some of the best investors in the world including Founders Fund, Coinbase Ventures, Pantera Capital, Tiger Global, and more. We are currently the leaders in the space in terms of AUM and are well capitalized to continue growing the firm. We're fully remote, with team members across the U.S.
About the role
Ondo operates real-time trading systems that run around the clock across traditional and crypto venues. The platform spans low-latency Rust engines, a fleet of Go services for trading, execution, and PnL accounting, and a multi-region Kubernetes footprint on AWS.
We are looking for an SRE with strong systems programming skills to own the reliability, observability, and performance of this platform. This is a hands-on role: you will read and modify Go and Rust code, debug latency regressions down to the feed handler, run incident response during market hours, and build the automation that keeps a 24/7 trading system healthy with a small team.
Target outcomes
Own production reliability for real-time trading services: trading engines, execution gateways, market data ingestion, and PnL/reconciliation pipelines
Operate and evolve our multi-region Kubernetes clusters on AWS (EKS), deployed via GitOps (Flux) with SOPS-encrypted secrets
Build and refine observability: Prometheus metrics and alerting, Datadog logs and dashboards, and the SLOs that catch degradation before it costs money
Improve deploy safety: progressive rollouts, config-reload behavior, and guardrails that prevent a bad push from touching live trading
Responsibilities
Debug production incidents end to end: stale market data feeds, exchange rate limits, WebSocket disconnects, order-lifecycle desyncs, and latency regressions in the trading path
Harden market data ingestion from providers such as Databento and venue-native feeds (REST and WebSocket), including staleness detection, failover, and replay
Build reconciliation and data-integrity tooling across live gauges, Postgres, and our S3 parquet data lake, so positions, fills, and PnL always agree
Participate in an on-call rotation covering US equity market hours and 24/7 crypto venues
Requirements
5+ years in SRE, production engineering, or infrastructure roles, with meaningful time supporting real-time or latency-sensitive systems
Strong programming ability in Go or Rust, and willingness to work in both; this role changes application code, not just infrastructure
Deep, hands-on Kubernetes and AWS experience: you have run stateful, latency-sensitive workloads in production, not just stateless web services
Strong observability instincts: fluent PromQL, structured-log analysis, and experience designing alerts with high signal and low noise
Solid Linux internals and networking fundamentals: you can chase a p99 regression through the kernel, the NIC, or the GC
Sound judgment under pressure and clear written communication during and after incidents
Nice to haves
Experience operating trading systems, execution infrastructure, or market data infrastructure at a trading firm, exchange, or broker
Familiarity with market microstructure and order lifecycle (order books, order types, fills and reconciliation)
Experience with market data providers and protocols (Databento, SIP/prop equity feeds, venue WebSocket APIs)
Exposure to crypto venues and on-chain trading
Python for operational tooling and data analysis (pandas, parquet, BigQuery)
Experience with GitOps workflows, infrastructure as code, and secrets management at scale
Tech stack
Go, Rust, Python | Kubernetes (EKS), Flux, SOPS | AWS (multi-region), S3 parquet lake | Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog | Postgres, CockroachDB, BigQuery | Databento, venue WebSocket/REST feeds
What we offer
Competitive compensation including but not limited to salary, future token rights, and/or equity (according to your preferences) — We are well-funded and believe that great talent deserves great compensation.
Full benefits (medical, vision, and dental) and flexible vacation policy (PTO).
Remote-first team across many countries — You will be an early team member helping shape our vision, culture, and design practices.
A+ colleagues — Our team includes alumni from: Goldman Sachs, Blackrock, Two Sigma, Bridgewater, SpaceX, AWS, Meta, Google, McKinsey, Coinbase, Circle, Uniswap.
Best-in-class investors — We are proud to be backed by leading crypto experts and VCs, including Pantera Capital, Founders Fund and Coinbase Ventures.
