TURNING PUBLISHER DATA INTO PROACTIVE BUSINESS DECISIONS
This Data Analyst role sits within our Rewarded Analytics team, focusing on enterprise publisher analytics.
When working with large enterprise publishers, performance monitoring goes beyond tracking numbers. Contractual commitments, business KPIs, and publisher-specific requirements need to be monitored continuously to identify potential risks before they become critical issues.
Working closely with our Growth Managers and Partner Operations you will provide the insights and analytical solutions that help our largest publishers grow. You'll investigate large datasets, build automated reports, monitoring dashboards, and alerts that highlight performance trends and flag when a publisher may be at risk of missing its targets.
From forecasting KPI performance to preparing dashboards for Quarterly Business Reviews, your work will enable our business teams to make informed decisions, take action earlier, and provide better support to our enterprise publishers.
YOUR MISSION & WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Technically skilled Data Analyst : You have 3+ years of experience in data analytics and are confident using SQL and Python, R, or another programming language to analyse data, investigate issues, and identify trends.
- Business-minded. You understand business KPIs and can turn data into clear insights that help teams make better decisions.
- Proactive problem-solver. You identify potential risks and opportunities before they become problems, rather than waiting for requests.
- Automation-oriented. You enjoy building automated reports, dashboards, and alerts that reduce manual work and make insights readily available.
- A confident stakeholder partner. You communicate clearly, build strong relationships with different teams, and feel comfortable challenging assumptions and pushing back when needed.
- Curious and collaborative. You take ownership, bring a positive attitude, and enjoy improving how things work.

In 2017, Belkins started as an appointment-setting agency with just one service offering. Fast-forward to today, and we've transformed into Belkins Group — a vibrant ecosystem of services and products that define the cutting-edge landscape of the SalesTech and MarTech industries. For seven years running, we’ve been the top appointment-setting agency, achieving amazing results across 50+ industries worldwide.
Our results speak for themselves: with over 1,000 clients and a global portfolio, we’ve set up more than 200,000 appointments, delivering a $10 return for every $1 spent. We’re experts in B2B appointment setting, providing essential services for companies ready to take their growth to the next level. By diving deep into lead research and using customized, omnichannel strategies, we turn opportunities into real success.
Joining Belkins means signing up for a journey of unstoppable growth and success, driven by curiosity, dedication, and a commitment to excellence.
We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Representative to join Belkins’ in-house sales team.
The team is led by our Head of Sales, Tom, and built around Sales Executives who run demos and close deals.
It’s a small, fast-moving team with no corporate layers: you’ll work closely with several Sales Executives and see your direct impact on revenue. You will do for Belkins what our SDRs do for 1,000+ clients: start conversations with B2B decision-makers and turn the right ones into qualified meetings.
Our setup removes manual friction. Our in-house outreach platform (Belkins Home) runs automated email and LinkedIn campaigns at scale, and a power dialer (Koncert) takes care of the dialing (around 100 dials a day), so you can focus on live conversations, reply handling and booked meetings. You’ll work industry-agnosticacross B2B, selling into the US market, and remain fully responsible for your pipeline: daily outreach, managing every reply, qualifying prospects and handing each meeting to a Sales Executive with the context they need to close.
Your target is 50 qualified meetings per month once fully ramped, with a structured ramp-up over your first three months.
This is a fully remote role, open to candidates based in the US or living abroad with experience selling to the US market.
You’ll work full US business hours.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Own new-business outbound into the US market
:
high-volume cold calling via a power dialer (around 100 dials a day)
, focused on new pipeline,
not inbound
Personally manage and respond to every reply from our automated email and LinkedIn campaigns
Qualify B2B decision-makers and book meetings for mid-size
deals (around $50K ARR)
with several Sales Executives
Hand off every meeting with clear context: who, why now, and what was promised
Keep HubSpot accurate:
activities, notes and meeting outcomes
Hit your monthly meeting target, with at least half of your meetings turning into qualified opportunities, because quality matters more than activity
Close the loop with Sales Executives after every meeting held: gather feedback on lead quality, fit and outcome, and use it to sharpen your targeting, messaging and qualification
WHAT YOU BRING
2–3+ years of B2B cold calling
at an agency or B2B service company
(SDR, appointment setting, lead generation)
Experience selling into the US market
, booking meetings for mid-size deals (around $50K ARR)
A
high-volume track record: 80–100+ dials a day
and meetings booked against a quota (be ready to share your numbers)
Confidence with senior decision-makers and handling objections live
Fluent, professional English (C1+) and hands-on CRM experience (HubSpot preferred)
Availability to work full US business hours
NICE TO HAVE
Experience with power dialers (Koncert, Orum, Nooks, Aircall, PhoneBurner or similar)
Experience running multichannel cadences across phone, email and LinkedIn
Experience supporting several AEs or Sales Executives in a small sales tea
