Success is measured by on‑time delivery to quality and cost targets, smooth scale‑up, and crisp communication of status, trade‑offs, and decisions.

Source, evaluate, and onboard vendors and manufacturing partners; manage performance on cosmetic quality, yield, throughput, and cost.
Work with packaging team to coordinate packaging from dielines and artwork to structural validation, transit tests, and retail compliance.
Plan and execute validation and reliability: fit/function, abuse and sharp‑edge, seam and pull tests, colorfastness, and process capability.
Work with compliance team to manage safety and regulatory approvals for toys and consumer goods and define pre‑compliance strategies.
Establish QA/QC with AQL sampling, in‑process controls, and final inspections; drive CAPA with vendors.
Maintain program dashboards and cadences with clear updates, dependencies, risks, and trade‑offs for stakeholders.
Must Have
10+ years in program or product development delivering soft and hard goods at scale.
Strong grasp of ME, CMF, and DFx with manufacturing processes such as injection/blow molding, extrusion, die‑cutting, sewing, heat sealing, printing, and assembly.
Background spanning textiles and plastics, color management, printing methods, packaging materials, and surface treatments.
Demonstrated experience with packaging engineering and transit testing, and with QA/QC in factory environments.
Fluency with project tools and artifacts, including schedules, timeline views, risk registers, dashboards, BOMs, and change orders.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
At Anthropic, we're building AI systems that are safe, beneficial, and transformative. Our mission is to develop AI that benefits humanity, and we believe the most powerful capabilities emerge when we thoughtfully bridge the gap between research breakthroughs and real-world applications.
Anthropic Labs serves as our internal accelerator. We're looking for the next breakout hits that bring substantial revenue or transform an industry. We operate in close partnership with research and build through fast iteration cycles. Past successes include Claude Code and MCP.
We're seeking versatile, entrepreneurial engineers to join Labs. In this role, you'll work at the intersection of cutting-edge research and real-world application, rapidly building and testing new experiences, working directly with researchers and users, and generating the insights that shape Anthropic's product future. You'll need to be comfortable with ambiguity, willing to kill your own projects when the data says to, and energized by the pace of building in uncharted territory.
Responsibilities
Rapidly prototype full-stack applications that showcase emerging AI capabilities, shipping early and often to maximize learning
Collaborate closely with research teams to understand new model capabilities and translate them into intuitive user experiences
Work directly with internal test users and external partners to gather feedback, iterate quickly, and validate (or invalidate) product concepts
Design and run structured experiments to test hypotheses, balancing creative exploration with rigorous evaluation
Generate documentation and insights to guide successful prototypes toward full product teams
Advocate for user experience and product considerations early in the research process
Provide feedback to research teams about model effectiveness and where capabilities can be improved
Flexibly contribute across Labs initiatives based on organizational priorities and emerging opportunities—context from one project should inform the next
You may be a good fit if you
Have 8+ years of experience building full-stack applications, with a track record of zero-to-one work in startup or startup-like environments
Thrive in ambiguity and are energized (not anxious) by uncertainty—you're comfortable working on projects that might not exist in three months
Have a hacker mentality: high agency, bias toward shipping, comfort with technical debt when it's the right tradeoff
Are deeply user-centric—you validate ideas with actual users before over-investing and talk about problems before solutions
Can articulate learnings from failed or killed projects without defensiveness; you treat your work as experiments
Hold strong opinions loosely—you advocate forcefully for ideas but change your mind based on evidence
Are a generalist who can transition between different problem spaces as priorities shift
Work independently with good judgment about what matters, without needing constant direction
Have strong technical skills across modern web development stacks (React, Node.js, Python, etc.) and are comfortable with APIs, databases, and cloud technologies
Communicate effectively and translate complex AI capabilities into intuitive experiences
Care about the societal impacts and ethics of your work
Strong candidates may also have
Experience building products that involve AI/ML components or working with large language models
Experience collaborating directly with research teams in AI/ML environments
Background conducting user research, interviews, and usability testing
Experience across both B2B and B2C product development, or in multiple industries
Design sensibility or hands-on experience with UI/UX for AI-powered applications
Experience with real-time applications, WebSocket implementations, or complex frontend interactions
What we're not looking for at this stage
Deep specialists who can't adapt if their domain becomes irrelevant
Engineers who've only succeeded in big-company structures with well-defined processes and long timelines
People who are precious about their work or frame all past projects as successes
Those who need clear roadmaps and get stressed by shifting priorities
Candidates need not have
100% of the skills listed above
Formal certifications or education credentials
Direct machine learning or AI research experience
Deadline to apply:
None. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis.
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$320,000
—
$485,000 USD

Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

As a Technical Deployment Lead on the Claude Agentic Solutions team, you will lead the delivery of custom AI agent solutions for enterprise customers in highly regulated industries. You'll own high-value engagements where we collaborate directly with customers to build and deploy agents into their most critical business processes.
This is a founding team: you will help us to build technical playbooks and define the processes and repeatable patterns needed for us to scale this emerging motion. You will champion our mission in the field, ensure world class delivery, and bring insights back to our product and research teams on a regular basis.
You'll own engagements end-to-end, from SOW through production deployment. You'll work alongside Forward Deployed Engineers who build the technical solution, while you own product scoping, stakeholder management, value measurement, and the organizational complexity that comes with deploying AI agents in enterprise environments. You need to be technical enough to hold architecture conversations with engineering stakeholders and polished enough to run executive briefings with C-suite sponsors.
Responsibilities
Own the technical delivery plan for each engagement.
Structure SOWs with clear scope, milestones, dependencies, success criteria, and value hypotheses. Translate customer business objectives into a sequenced roadmap that FDEs execute against.
Lead technical discovery.
Map customer workflows, identify constraints, define MVP scope, and shape the solution architecture for custom agent deployments.
Run day-to-day engineering execution.
Drive delivery across Anthropic and customer teams. Keep progress unblocked and sequenced. Make real-time trade-offs on scope and priority to protect the critical path.
Own product scoping for field engagements.
Define the MVP, author requirements documentation, prioritize the engineering backlog, and manage scope against success criteria as requirements evolve.
Own the customer relationship throughout delivery.
Lead executive briefings, manage stakeholder communications across technical leads and procurement, and represent Anthropic's technical credibility with senior business and engineering leaders.
Own value measurement and ROI.
Define impact hypotheses, set baselines and KPIs, run pre- and post-deployment measurement, and report outcomes to executive sponsors.
Codify reusable delivery assets.
Build solution patterns, evaluation frameworks, and technical playbooks. Extract what works across engagements and feed field signals back to Product and Research to improve our platform and models.
Navigate enterprise and regulatory complexity.
Security reviews, legal approvals, procurement processes, compliance requirements, and organizational dynamics.
Manage scope and change.
Handle evolving requirements, set expectations, negotiate contract modifications, identify risks early, and escalate with clear context when needed.
Run delivery operations.
Sprint ceremonies, milestone reviews, and progress reporting.
Travel to customer sites.
Build relationships, unblock delivery, and accelerate adoption. (25–50% expected).
You May Be a Good Fit If You
Have led AI/ML engagements/deployments, whether as a founder, data scientist, engineer, researcher, or in a professional services or consulting role.
Have delivered AI, ML, or LLM-based agentic solutions into production. You understand solution patterns, integration approaches, and what breaks in real environments.
Have experience in a specialized vertical (financial services, life sciences, pharmaceutical, retail, mining, agriculture, etc.).
Can lead architecture discussions with engineering stakeholders, evaluate technical trade-offs, and pressure-test technical decisions. You won't write production code, but you will own the technical direction of engagements alongside FDEs.
Have a track record delivering complex, high-stakes technical projects for enterprise clients where outcomes depended on tight coordination and fast decision-making — ideally across multiple workstreams in regulated industries.
Have executive presence — polished, credible, and comfortable representing Anthropic to senior leaders in high-stakes environments.
Thrive in ambiguity and bring structure where none exists.
Have a builder's mindset — you're here to create a function, not join one.

We are looking for enterprise sales people based in LATAM and fluent in Spanish. Colombia is currently the highest priority.
We deliver better open source from the data center to cloud and edge. Our Linux distribution Ubuntu is now the leading platform for public cloud compute, and the favorite platform for software engineers, data scientists and AI developers. Our mission is to accelerate the adoption and quality of open source globally, and our goal is to ship the most software on the planet by cores. A tidal wave of open source innovation is the next phase of the entire enterprise software industry, and we aim to be the most compelling way to ride that wave.
Our customers include Global 500 enterprises and startups. We are expanding our product range from the base operating system - Ubuntu - to full enterprise solutions in infrastructure and applications. We can deliver software defined storage, private cloud solutions, container runtime environments, as well as databases, message queues, identity, observability, analytics, machine learning and web publishing capabilities. Customers love the idea that they can get security compliance and support for everything open source from a single company. Our goal is to have more solutions on tap than any other vendor, and we have built unique capabilities to make that possible across every cloud, every class of compute and every category of application.
Canonical provides licensed enterprise software products, commercial support, managed services, consulting and training services to customers who are deploying Ubuntu or open source applications on the cloud, in their data center, or to the connected device and IoT ecosystem. We are just over 1,000 colleagues in 70+ countries and $250m in revenue, profitable, on a steady but relentless growth trajectory. We are almost entirely distributed, with leadership spread across many countries. We believe that talent is equally distributed across the globe, and we are excited to hire, develop, promote and ultimately trust a diverse group of exceptional leads to build the best, not biggest, enterprise software company.
We hire carefully and deliberately; our selection process is long and requires substantial work from applicants. It will take successful applicants three to six months to secure an offer. This is not a place to apply if you are in a rush to find a position, it is a worthwhile place to apply if you are ambitious and long-term in your thinking about your career and the dynamics which move the world forward. If you see clearly the rise of open source, and you understand the drivers of enterprise procurement and technical decision making, then you will understand why Canonical has such a tremendous long term advantage. You will also understand, given the ferocity of competition and the challenges of competing in a market of giants, that we have to set a very high bar for hiring and performance. In order to be a world leading company we select for exceptional ability as well as character, and then provide an environment which promotes teamwork and celebrates diligence, collaboration and effectiveness. All of those are easy to say but hard to do - at Canonical we are willing to be uncomfortable in pursuit of that excellence.
In building our sales team, we look for five things:
Empathy for the customer - a real understanding of customer needs, industry-specific challenges, and a desire to help customers solve their business problems
High intellect - the ability to learn quickly, understand very complex subjects, and communicate clearly to build trust and confidence
Passion for technology - a fascination with the state of the art from brilliant people solving hard problems, and fierce competition for large prizes
Teamwork - a willingness to help others, to collaborate well with people from different disciplines, and to balance personal and team ambitions
Energy - the drive to motivate oneself and others to achieve the best result for the team and our customers
Ubuntu is already very widely adopted which gives us a credible basis for conversations in the market. Nevertheless, it requires real work for sales professionals to build on that adoption to create trusted and profitable commercial relationships with the enterprises in their territory. Our product managers and marketing teams run campaigns to generate awareness, engagement and leads, but you will need to go beyond managing inbound interest to develop the potential of your territory. You will need judgement as to which industries and companies are ready to go deeper with open source and Canonical, and energy to develop relationships in advance of proven interest. We expect professional practice, territory and account planning, as well as clear, complete and continuous reporting on pipeline status and activity, using standard professional tools.
The successful candidate will carry an annual bookings quota within their assigned territory. They should be able to travel regionally for client engagement, industry conferences, and internationally for company events twice a year. They will be expected to demonstrate professionalism and effectiveness, to prospect accounts for new business, maintain and develop existing relationships, and work with colleagues and partners on account strategy. They must be comfortable selling enterprise software, open source, cloud, virtualization, container technologies and technical software solutions to senior levels of the enterprise.
Location: We are expanding our sales organisation globally and have open roles in every region.
What your day will look like
Represent the company, its solutions and software, in your territory
Build and execute a territory plan to prioritize outreach and prospecting
Develop new pipeline through outreach, prospecting, local marketing, and industry events
Close contracts to meet and exceed quarterly and annual bookings targets
Be mindful and proactive in achieving tactical and strategic objectives
Manage customer relationships and interactions through all stages of the sales cycle
Work with field engineers to propose solutions that solve our customers’ business problems
Work with customer success to identify growth opportunities
Maintain accurate pipeline data and forecasts within Salesforce
Establish productive professional relationships with key influencers and decision makers
What we are looking for in you
Bachelor's level degree, preferably in engineering or computer science
Experience of open source technology and solutions
Detail oriented with effective follow-up
Experience in enterprise software or technology sales planning and execution
Track record of achievement in sales targets and new account wins
Self-discipline and motivation to be successful in a distributed team
Professional written and spoken English, as well as any language that may be appropriate for your target market
Ability to travel for customer engagements, industry events and company events
Additional skills of interest
Specific vertical experience, in particular finance, telco, health, energy, public sector, tech
Experience speaking at conferences or industry events

We balance our programs to meet local needs and ensure fairness globally.

Personal learning and development budget of USD 2,000 per year

Opportunity to travel to new locations to meet colleagues

Focus on the German market, deeply explore the needs of residential/commercial & industrial energy storage customers (such as electricity optimization for automobile factories, household PV-matched energy storage, and energy management for commercial parks), identify the core pain points of customers' project planning, formulate targeted solutions, and promote the conversion of needs into actual orders; at the same time, maintain relationships with core existing customers, and improve the repurchase rate and referral rate through regular demand follow-up visits.
2. Expand local brand agents in Germany, establish a hierarchical channel system (such as regional exclusive agents and industry-specific agents, covering scenarios like residential energy storage retail and commercial & industrial projects); formulate agent assessment standards and incentive policies (such as tiered sales rebates and market promotion subsidies), conduct regular product training and business reviews, enhance the professional capabilities and loyalty of channels, and ensure the steady growth of channel sales.
3. Develop local OEM customers in Germany (such as energy storage equipment assembly plants, PV system integrators, and smart home enterprises), negotiate customized cooperation models (such as exclusive product parameter development and joint brand packaging), expand the dimensions of the sales network, and quickly penetrate the German market with the help of local enterprise channels.
4. Conduct regular research on the German energy storage market, covering policies and regulations (such as the subsidy policy of Germany's Renewable Energy Sources Act and grid access standards), product demand trends (such as preferences for residential energy storage capacity and safety certification requirements for commercial & industrial energy storage), and competitor dynamics (such as channel layout, pricing strategies, and product selling points of competitors like Deye and Jinlang). Form a structured market analysis report and feed it back to the domestic headquarters to support product optimization and strategy adjustment.
5. Collaborate with the domestic technical and supply chain teams to customize energy storage solutions for German customers (such as backup power supplies for automobile factories and off-grid energy storage systems in rural areas); track the entire project execution process (contract signing, production scheduling, customs clearance logistics, and installation & commissioning), solve problems in cross-departmental collaboration and cross-regional delivery (such as supply chain delays and delayed after-sales responses), and ensure the efficient implementation of projects.
6. Lead business negotiations with German customers (on price, payment cycle, quality assurance clauses, and compliance requirements), and balance customer needs and company interests in line with the characteristics of German business culture (emphasis on details and compliance); establish long-term and stable customer relationships through offline visits and participation in industry exhibitions, and enhance the brand's recognition in the German market.
7. Assist in the post-execution phase of customer projects, take the lead in solving major after-sales problems (such as product failures and operation & maintenance needs), and promote the internal technical team to develop rapid solutions to ensure that customer satisfaction reaches a high level in the industry and reduce customer churn.
8. Other tasks: Complete other sales tasks related to the German market assigned by the European Regional Sales Director and the company's Vice President, and cooperate with cross-country business coordination in the European region (such as resource sharing and technical experience exchange).
1. Bachelor's degree or above, proficient in English reading, writing, and listening (able to use it as a working language); proficiency in German (the official language) is preferred, with the ability to independently conduct German business communication, contract interpretation, and local policy consultation, so as to adapt to the communication habits of German customers.
2. At least 2 years of overseas business experience in the new energy industry, with in-depth familiarity with energy storage products (residential/commercial & industrial), PV modules/inverters, lithium batteries, and system integration; candidates with energy storage business experience in Germany or German-speaking regions (Austria, Switzerland) are preferred.
3. Have successful experience in developing the German market business, familiar with the characteristics of the local new energy market (such as residential energy storage demand driven by high electricity prices and strict environmental compliance requirements) and competitive landscape; able to independently formulate regional sales strategies, with strong capabilities in market analysis, demand judgment, and risk avoidance.
4. Mature working methods, strong pressure resistance and execution ability, able to adapt to long-term residence in Germany and local cross-regional business trips; good professional ethics, meticulous and rigorous work attitude (in line with the German business emphasis on details), and outstanding learning ability, able to quickly adapt to the company's product characteristics and EU compliance requirements.
