ABOUT SENTRY
Software runs the world and the pace is faster than ever. Sentry helps developers fix errors and performance issues before users notice, so teams can spend less time firefighting and more time building.
Trusted by 200,000+ organizations, Sentry is today’s application monitoring standard and our team is building its AI-native future.
ABOUT THE ROLE
At Sentry, Support is an engineering discipline. Our customers are the greatest technical minds in the world—developers at elite enterprises building the future of software—and they deserve answers that go deeper than a knowledge base link.
We are architecting the Technical Support engine. We’re looking for a veteran engineer to help us redefine the standard of technical support by combining deep human expertise with autonomous agentic systems. You are a debugger of both code and systems. You will treat support volume as a data signal to build automated resolution paths, ensuring our human engineers only touch the most complex, high-impact architectural puzzles.
Sentry Support Engineers aren't just clearing queues; they are Orchestrators. You will engage with our users across GitHub, Discord, and our internal systems, while acting as the Technical Lead for our Agentic Ops. You ensure that when a developer asks a complex question, our systems have the right context and a seamless "Human-in-the-Loop" path to you when deep, nuanced expertise is required.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
Master the Sentry Ecosystem & Support Elite Developers
- Deep-Dive Debugging: Perform root-cause analysis on complex issues and distributed tracing gaps across polyglot environments.
- Support the Great Minds: Act as a strategic consultant for senior engineers at our largest enterprise customers, solving high-stakes architectural challenges that push the boundaries of observability.
- Troubleshoot SDK Implementations: Go deep into the source code of Sentry’s SDKs to help developers instrument complex frameworks and custom environments.
- Engineering Feedback Loop: Serve as the bridge between the world's best developers and our product teams, using data from your systems to prioritize high-impact platform fixes.
Engineer Agentic Operations (The Scaling Engine)
- Deterministic Support Paths: Engineer the logic that powers our support agents, moving beyond probabilistic guesses to high-fidelity, autonomous resolutions.
- Knowledge Engineering: Build the right context into our systems so they can resolve issues consistently and indefinitely.
- Agentic Tooling Development: Use MCP (Model Context Protocol) and Sentry’s internal APIs to build "skills" for our agents, allowing them to perform complex lookups or state-checks autonomously.
- The Seer Philosophy: We’ve already proven AI can handle autonomous production fixes with Seer. You will apply that same philosophy to the support lifecycle—moving us from a "Help Desk" to an "Autonomous Resolution Engine."
YOU’LL LOVE THIS JOB IF
- You love eliminating Non-scalable effort: you enjoy automating repetitive work and take pride in building systems that save time and effort.
- You’re a Full-Stack Troubleshooter: You enjoy jumping from a React frontend issue to a Python backend trace to a CI/CD pipeline failure in a single afternoon
- You Value Evidence-Based Support: You prefer looking at data trends over anecdotal evidence to decide where to build automation next.
- You’re a Developer Advocate: You want to guide the industry on how elite engineers and AI co-exist in a high-density technical ecosystem.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 4+ years of experience in technical support engineering, systems engineering, or software development, with a track record of solving high-complexity SaaS problems.
- Strong Coding Foundations: Mastery of Python, JavaScript, Java, or Ruby. You are comfortable reading SDK source code and identifying bugs in production-level repositories.
- Systems Depth: Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices, APIs, and the "path of a pixel" from frontend to database.
- AI & Automation Literacy: Practical familiarity with LLM orchestration (RAG, context windows, system prompts) and a critical eye for where AI succeeds versus where it requires human intervention.
- Exceptional Communication: The ability to explain complex architectural concepts to a human and write precise "system instructions" for an AI.
BONUS QUALIFICATIONS
- Open Source Contributor: An active presence on GitHub or experience maintaining open-source libraries.
- Former Software Developer: You’ve spent time in the trenches as a full-time dev and know exactly what keeps our customers up at night.

Who You Are:
The Member of Technical Staff, Forward Deployed Lead is the de facto CEO of their pod within Galaxy Edge — a small, senior team focused on one client engagement or one innovation bet. In this role, you will own product direction, technical standards, client relationships, and account growth, working alongside a dedicated Delivery Lead who handles timelines and execution. You will rotate between our two verticals — Forward Deployed Product & Engineering and R&D & Innovation — carrying hard-won market and technical context across the boundary. You will partner closely with Tier-1 financial institution stakeholders from engineers to C-suite executives, translating their needs in custody, settlement, tokenization, and trading into buildable roadmaps. This is a deliberately hybrid role requiring a hands-on startup CTO mindset combined with the commercial instinct to grow accounts and turn delivered trust into the next engagement.
What You’ll Do:
Own product and technical direction: translate institutional needs — custody, settlement, tokenization, trading, and regulatory context — into a buildable roadmap; set the technical bar, make hard design calls, and stay in the code when it matters
Drive commercial and account growth: run your account like a business, identify expansion opportunities, advise senior client stakeholders (CTO, COO, Head of Digital Assets), and convert delivered trust into the next engagement
Lead client and executive relationships: run discovery from engineers to the C-suite, define success in their terms (adoption, risk, cost, time-to-value), and navigate complex regulated organizations to alignment
Rotate into R&D and Innovation: lead 0-to-1 product creation on frontier blockchain and AI, and codify learnings into reusable components and playbooks that feed back into client delivery
Serve as the voice of the customer back into Galaxy’s product organization, translating delivered insights into what the firm builds next
Embrace and champion the thoughtful adoption of AI to improve team performance and business outcomes.
Leverage AI tools (e.g., generative AI, automation platforms, data copilots) to improve productivity, decision-making, and output quality in your day-to-day work.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven track record of owning outcomes end to end in ambiguous, high-stakes settings
Real technical depth — you’ve shipped production software and can lead engineers credibly
Commercial instinct — you’ve turned delivered work into expanded scope or revenue
Executive presence — fluent from a whiteboard to a C-suite briefing
Founder-grade agency and low ego — you find a path when none is obvious and care about the outcome, not the credit
Typically 6+ years across forward-deployed/solutions engineering, technical PM, and client-facing delivery; shape of ownership matters more than years
Willingness to travel approximately 25–40% of the time
Bonus Points:
Experience in digital assets or blockchain infrastructure
Prior delivery experience into Tier-1 financial institutions
Hands-on production LLM or AI agent experience
Technical founder or quota-carrying solutions architect background
Fluency in custody, settlement, payments rails, tokenization, or trading systems
What We Offer:
Competitive base salary and discretionary bonus
Hybrid/Flexible Working Arrangements
Flexible Time Off (paid)
3% 401(k) company contribution
Company-paid health and protective benefits for employees, partners, and other dependents
Generous paid Parental Leave
Competitive family planning benefits for US employees
Opportunities to learn about the Crypto industry
Smart, entrepreneurial, and fun colleagues
Free daily snacks and weekly breakfasts/lunches
Employee Resource Groups
Free coaching and counseling sessions through Headspace

The base salary ranges included below will be commensurate with candidate experience, expertise and local market. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate experience and expertise. At Galaxy, we maintain a total compensation philosophy which consists of a competitive base salary, annual bonus, and equity incentives.
Base Salary Range
$215,000

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Ramp's first post-sales hire in Europe doesn't just activate customers, they set the standard for what post-sales excellence looks like in a brand new market. This is a role for people who have been inside organizations when change was hard, who speak the language of a CFO, and who can move a customer from onboarding to true business value without losing the commercial thread. You'll own a book of customers end-to-end: responsible for driving genuine activation and adoption, and for finding and closing the expansion opportunities that follow when customers are actually getting value. There is no handoff here. Onboarding and growth live in the same seat. As one of the first people on the ground in London, you'll have real accountability from day one, and the work you do will directly shape how Ramp builds its post-sales motion across Europe. If you're someone who uses AI the way high performers use any sharp tool (as a default, not an experiment), who is energized by building from scratch, and who wants to own outcomes rather than just execute a playbook, this is the role.
What You'll Do
- Lead customers through the full transformation journey, from implementation through agentic workflow adoption.
- Own the revenue target for your book of business.
- Build and own the change management strategy for each account: map stakeholders, diagnose resistance, build internal coalitions, and drive adoption past the finish line.
- Quantify and communicate Ramp's impact in the language CFOs and Controllers care about
- Help customers understand and adopt Ramp's agentic finance capabilities, positioning new workflows not as features, but as fundamental changes to how their finance team operates.
- Maintain tight feedback loops with Design & Engineering, ensuring market signals from customers land where they can drive product decisions.
- Support the GM on the highest-priority strategic initiatives of the moment; competitive landscape, ICP refinement, new segment exploration, and more.
What You Need
- Right to work in the UK is required. Willingness to travel frequently across the UK and Europe.
- Founder-mode mentality with proof to back it up. You own outcomes, not deliverables and you have a track record of building, selling, or figuring something out on your own. You make fast decisions with incomplete data and don't wait for a playbook that doesn't exist yet.
- AI fluency as a daily habit. Ramp is a builder culture: if you don't instinctively reach for AI before doing things manually, this role will be a hard adjustment.
- Deep product expertise that translates into prescriptive recommendations. You know Ramp's full range of products, integrations, and configuration options inside out and you use that knowledge to anticipate customer needs and position solutions before they ask.
- Technical acumen to hold your own with Product and Engineering on integrations, APIs, and workflow architecture.
- Commercial instinct. You proactively identify expansion opportunities and know how to turn customer success into revenue growth.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- High frustration tolerance and resilience. Building from scratch means things will break constantly.
Nice to Haves
- Fluency in additional European languages
- Experience in a high-growth startup, consulting, VC, IB/PE, or other analytically intensive environments
- Exposure to fintech, SaaS, or B2B sales cycles
- Track record of entrepreneurial activity: founding a company, running a meaningful side project, or building something from zero
BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL)
- Flexible PTO
- Centralized home-office equipment ordering
- Health and wellness stipend
- Budget for intra-office travel
- Weekly coffee stipend

- Parental leave: up to 16 weeks (birthing + bonding) or 8 weeks (bonding only) at 100% pay
- Pet insurance
- In-office perks: lunch, snacks, drinks, and more

If you are being referred for the role, please contact that person to apply on your behalf.

THE ROLE
Our commercial segment — companies with up to 250 employees — is predominantly developer- and engineer-led. These buyers don't respond to decks and discovery scripts. They respond to someone who speaks their language, understands their architecture, and can help them think through a real problem. That's who we're hiring.
As a Commercial Account Executive at ClickHouse, you'll own the full sales cycle for inbound, product-led, and self-serve accounts in this segment. You'll engage with data engineers, platform teams, and technical founders at the moment they're evaluating ClickHouse for a real use case — and your job is to help them succeed, faster. The best deals in this segment don't feel like sales. They feel like an engineering consultation that ends in a contract.
Our commercial customers include companies like Circle, Flashbots, Blockworks, Cypress.io, Kit, Whop, Coframe, Shaped, and janitorai — developer-first products that chose ClickHouse because they needed something that could handle billions of events without slowing down their users. The best deals in this segment don't feel like sales. They feel like an engineering consultation that ends in a contract.
This is a role for technically strong people who are ready to own a number. Prior closing experience is not required — but technical credibility is non-negotiable.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Own the full sales cycle from inbound lead to close for accounts in the sub-250 employee segment, with a focus on speed, technical depth, and conversion quality.
- Engage directly with data engineers, platform architects, and technical founders to understand their use cases, data volumes, query patterns, and infrastructure requirements — and map those to ClickHouse capabilities.
- Troubleshoot schema design questions, ingestion patterns, and integration challenges during the evaluation process; serve as a trusted technical advisor rather than a traditional sales rep.
- Identify expansion opportunities within the existing self-serve and product-led customer base; convert usage signals into meaningful commercial relationships.
- Partner with Solutions Engineers on more complex evaluations, and advocate for customer needs internally with Product and Engineering.
- Maintain rigorous pipeline hygiene — documenting technical context, decision criteria, stakeholders, and next steps in Salesforce so nothing falls through the cracks.
- Contribute to playbooks, technical objection handling guides, and onboarding materials that help the team scale what's working.
- Participate in developer community events, technical meetups, and online forums where our users naturally gather.
WHAT YOU BRING
- A technical foundation that earns respect in engineering conversations — built through experience as a data engineer, solutions engineer/architect, software engineer, or similar role.
- Comfort with the modern data stack: columnar databases, streaming ingestion (Kafka, Kinesis), cloud infrastructure, and SQL-heavy analytics workflows. Hands-on experience with ClickHouse, DuckDB, Druid, Pinot, BigQuery, Snowflake, or similar is a strong plus.
- Some customer-facing experience — whether in pre-sales, technical account management, solutions engineering, or a customer-success capacity. You've navigated technical conversations with real stakes before.
- An instinct for moving quickly. This segment runs on short cycles. You know how to drive urgency without being pushy, and how to remove technical blockers that stall deals.
- Strong written and verbal communication. You can simplify complex concepts without dumbing them down, and you write clearly enough that your emails actually get responses from engineers.
- Curiosity about the business side of technology. You're interested in understanding why companies buy, not just what they're building.
- Ownership mentality. You're comfortable operating with autonomy, making judgment calls without a playbook, and learning from what doesn't work.
WHY THIS ROLE IS DIFFERENT
Most AE roles are execution roles. This one is a craft role. You'll build deep product knowledge, learn how high-growth companies architect for scale, and develop commercial skills in an environment where your technical instincts are your biggest competitive advantage. For the right person, this is a rare opportunity to bridge two worlds — and get paid competitively to do it.
PERKS
- Flexible work environment - ClickHouse is a globally distributed company and remote-friendly. We currently operate in over 25 countries.
- Healthcare - Employer contributions towards your healthcare.
- Equity in the company - Every new team member who joins our company receives stock options.

Pink Elephant is a venture builder and investment company developing an ecosystem of progressive mental health solutions. Our portfolio combines media, diagnostics, e-commerce, telemedicine, and technology to make evidence-based therapies and holistic practices more accessible. We focus on Europe and other advanced markets, preparing infrastructure for the coming wave of psychedelic and mental health innovation.
States of Mind is our video-first media at the intersection of mental health and psychedelics. It runs two shows. Human Journeys is built for reach and tells lived stories. Process in Progress is built for authority: it documents the clinicians, facilitators, researchers, and regulators who are building the industry while it takes shape. Both shows follow one honesty rule: difficult and ambiguous stories go on air alongside the successes.
The Role
The Showrunner takes over Process in Progress end to end and answers for one thing above all: whether more people watch it. You decide what gets made, run the recordings, and own the numbers. Editing and production stay with our external editing agency, which you brief and whose cuts you accept or send back.
We are hiring a show-builder. The person we want has already made a recurring format accumulate a following, on whichever platforms the audience turned out to live. The mandate starts with one show and is designed to grow across the slate: you set the craft standards for both current shows now and lead future shows as we add them.
Psychedelic therapy and interventional psychiatry are becoming real medicine, unevenly and noisily, with genuine promise and genuine casualties. We think this transition needs media people can trust: rigorous about evidence, honest about failures and costs, and human about the people living through it and building it. We expect you to find this subject worth years of your curiosity.
Responsibilities: What You Will Drive
The show's audience outcome
Owning people per month and engaged share, measured in named platform fields (Apple Listeners, Spotify Audience, YouTube unique viewers);
Working against floor, target, and stretch goals, and changing the approach whenever the show falls below floor;
Following the audience wherever it accumulates. If growth lives in vertical social rather than long-form YouTube, the measurement fields change (IG Reach, Shorts viewers) and the ownership stays with you;
Sharing one bridge metric with distribution: followers and subscribers converted per episode across platforms. You create the moments that convert, distribution ships and places them. Channel health, total social following, and collabs remain distribution's numbers.
Pre-production and recording
Guest research and dossiers;
Episode scripts with the arc, key questions, and clip moments planned in advance;
Briefs for guests and co-hosts;
Running every recording as the showrunner. Clip moments are created in the room, the edit only finds what was already captured.
Growth loop
A packaging hypothesis for every episode (title, thumbnail, first 60 seconds, structure) and a review of what worked;
Clips as the main acquisition channel;
Reading retention curves, watch-through, and first-7-day performance, and carrying the conclusions into the next episode;
Killing formats that fail to move the numbers two episodes in a row.
Guests and partnerships
Keeping a pipeline of 8+ confirmed guests who are either broadly known (around 100K+ following) or known in the industry (10-15K+);
Bringing institutional representatives (clinics, associations, researchers, regulators) into every second episode. Guest invitations are our partnership motion;
Arranging audience cross-sharing with other shows;
Logging every contact in the shared partner tracker with a next step.
Distribution kit
Handing clips, quotes, talking points, and per-platform titles to distribution at least 2 days before release. A release without its kit counts as an unfinished task.
Craft standards across the slate
Building the production and packaging playbook that both shows run on, together with the Head of Media.
Experience: What You Bring
A show you grew, with proof: its name, the starting and ending numbers, and what you changed;
3+ years producing recurring talk, interview, or documentary formats across platforms, including social video;
Fluency in packaging, CTR, retention curves, and clips as acquisition. You read YouTube, Spotify, and Apple analytics yourself;
Experience briefing external editors and accepting or rejecting a cut;
Daily, systematic use of AI across the production loop, from guest research to clip selection and retention analysis;
Strong plus: work in health, science, medicine, or finance, and a show launched from zero.
What We Don't Expect
A psychedelics background. Almost nobody with this skill set has one, and substance is held by co-hosts and the editorial check. We need curiosity and respect for the field;
Ownership of content substance. Medical and substantive wording sits with hosts, co-hosts, and editorial, and the honesty rule is fixed rather than something to optimize;
Editing or motion craft. You will not cut video, the external agency does.
Engagement Format
Remote, European time zones (UK/EU). We work as a distributed team across Europe. US-based candidates are considered only with reliable overlap with a European working day;
A long-term team role. We are hiring a permanent member of the team;
Finalists complete a paid test assignment first. After that we start either full-time from day one, or with a fractional first quarter (2-3 days per week, one show) that converts to full-time as the slate grows. We agree the start with the right person.
